@ACTFibernet Absolutely appalling experience with ACT Fibernet! Unprofessional, unreliable, and completely unresponsive. Despite multiple follow-ups, issues with refunds and router pickup remain unresolved. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Avoid this company at all costs!

@ACTFibernet , How long I need to wait for the issu SR10376058302434 to be fixed. The switch is being set off from the Location as they are not being paid for the box from their premises. Again and again the issue seems to be arising and your team is not taking it seriously.

@ACTFibernet when cancelling the connection any Bala ace amount should be transferred to bank not to @ACTFibernet wallet, we are paying from bank not from @ACTFibernet wallet, if your policy doesn’t allow that should informed to customer when taking the connection
