    @ACTFibernet SR10381745646584 - down since morning. Issue expected to be resolved before 9pm. No improvement. Similarly few days back SR10381520525554 raised and the outage was 3 days. I want compensation for the total 4 days without internet and extra for the inconvenience.

    @Alpha_4242 @quandalebro @ACTFibernet Honestly act has been pretty good for me. Maybe because we’re Bangalore based or something. They resolved my issue within a day.

    @ACTFibernet Unhappy with the recent service. Have been your customer for past 6 -8 years never faced any issues. Bill due date is 1September n I get messages every hour, everyday. It’s an harassment.
