    @ACTFibernet I am not sure what sort of customer care professionals you hire, they are not there to resolve anything other than reading the ticket comments which is generated. I have an issue with internet and the SLA for it is 27 hrs do find the ticket SR10265912190474

    @ACTFibernet Thank you @ACTFibernet My problem has been resolved. Don't know why it took this much time but make sure to handle things in proper time. You know without internet nothing gets done around. So please keep up the good work in a disciplined manner.

    @ACTFibernet Your ACTFibernet mobile App is useless. Unable to track status of ticket, it should have current status with issue description, assng field engi name & contact. I tried to call helpdesk multiple times even they don't know the exact issue. Already Expected ETA s crossed.

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI Team please help in such a irrospensible team , 2 weeks back @ACTFibernet team took money ₹5.6k from my end for new connection till now there is no connection no call from team, I requested for refund but no action from team. Please help in from this crisis 🙏🙏🙏

    There is no Internet since morning @ACTFibernet . Ticket has been raised it's been 8 hours still the issue didn't resolved. Ur technicians and Customer care executive doesn't have time to talk with the concern people's. Let me know the reason #actfibernet #hyd

    @ACTFibernet regular disconnection in Munnekolala area. Every time the reason is cable fault. I spoke to someone named Karthick just now. Giving excuses and reading the policy but no resolution. Where the hell is your customer focus? Will you tolerate non payment of bills?

    @ACTFibernet I have raised multiple srs in past 10 days. Tickets are just being closed, issue still remains unresolved. How many times do I raise an sr for the same issue. Probably will disconnect today if my issue does not gets resolved today. Your customer support is dumb

    @ACTFibernet Hi Act Team, I reactivated my act connection and paid for 6 months straight, have been requesting for a router for almost 10 days now but no response from your side.Pathetic customer support, no calls from supervisor even after requesting. Probably will disconnect.
