Intekhab Aslam (@Intee) reported@ACTFibernet I made a disconnection request on 29-Oct & was acknowledged over call & was confirmed by your service executive that it will be disconnected on 1st Nov. I moved out of the address on Sun, 1st Nov and also paid my last invoice on 16th Nov. Now why have I got a bill?

scibi (@scibi_ks) reported@ACTFibernet Disconnected act connection a year before. Receiving calls for reconnection like 5 calls a day. Blocked like 15 mobile numbers. Receiving calls from different no. , complained in customer care already. Still receiving calls. So annoying.
