@orugalluupdates @ACTFibernet Instead of focusing on solving the issue ,these BOT are used to kill the time and test our patience. not sure why @ACTFibernet doesn't maintain a direct contact center number instead of these bots,what if he subscribed doesn't have enough mobile data, how can he then log a case?

@ACTFibernet i had been your loyal customer for 10 years. My due date to renew was 23 January and i wasn't aware of it. No issues you have disconnected the wifi and internet services for a one day delay. You guys give technical issues as a reason and cut services for ever. Airtel

@ACTFibernet You have not done anything, the technician to whome this ticket is assignes is unaware that a ticket has been assigned to him, and this is not the fist time you are such a worthless company running around. I want my issue to be resolved in the next 30 mins from now

Hey useless @ACTFibernet How many times will your service go down in a week. Everytime a complaint is raised you aks to wait for 24 hrs. What nonsense is this even after paying you, I should listen to all you stories What do I do 24 hrs look at you face? Idiots
