    @ACTFibernet such a pathetic experience with act connection shifting. I have been a customer since 7 years. I requested for a connection shifting 15 days back and nothing has been done. Customer care keeps giving same update that it will be done today. Reference:SR10279526234294

    @ACTFibernet So any update in when i will be able to access my network? The "engineer" named Gurram Sai is not even bother to answer my calls and is instead declining my call great service the tracking shows by 12:00pm would you look at that it is 2pm already 👏🏻👏🏻 great work @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Router taken by your team without notice or replacement. Connection was transferred & ₹9K prepaid for 6-7 months. No help from customer care. Now without any router. Resolve ASAP. Name: Mrutyunjay Dash (+91 8763150574)
