    @ACTFibernet No u are not, ASAP does not mean 8 hrs, not only this whenever power goes off , internet also goes down, I will soon switch to other ISP

    @ACTFibernet one of the worst internet providing company,took the total amount of 6 months for new connection but after that no response from 17 days till today daily I use to call customer service they tell me 24 hours you will get the connection but no technician will come

    @ACTFibernet I have an account ownership change request issue and was promised it will be done by today 3 pm by the customer care people. Now when I am calling, I am being informed I have to again wait.

    @ACTFibernet you guys try to exploit people in current situation, network is good but service is pathetic due to which I disconnected your service. When I am claiming my payment you guys have taken 1 month to do refund that too not completely.

    @ACTFibernet Dear Team, it’s been 2nd time I’ve tried to reach to ur executive on dispute on wrong or false billing amount but guess what both the times request closed with contacting and without resolving the issue… need an immediate attention on this otherwise pls proceed for disconnection
