    @ACTFibernet I've usually maintained excess balance on my account for one reason or the other. Today I noticed the connection wasn't working so logged in to the app to log a complaint and was asked to pay my pending (2 days overdue amount) to revoke suspension of my account.

    @ACTFibernet No buddy's called me yet... please don't make fools to the peoples.. try to get in touch with your customer support since yesterday morning.. No one is responding to my calls. And my ticket number is SR10163495327694. I'm requesting you please rectify my problem.

    @ACTFibernet frequent internet loss in Tirupati area from past one week. We are not able to carry out our office and other important works. Even today there is no internet connection. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP

    @ACTFibernet My incorrect billing issue is going on for last 10 days. Starting from ticket SR10263412302784 raised on Nov 6, which closed without resolution! to the ticket open today, the issue has not been solved yet. Moreover I had pay the money to get the account activated.

    @ACTFibernet You guys are really pathetic...i discontinued your services one month back..due to frequent connection problems. Now you guys are not ready to give back the security deposit. customer care always say "Our finance team will contact you shortly" But that never happens.

    How can you close my ticket without resolving?It's been 2 days since I have raised a complaint by daily customer care number.Noone is concerned abt it & didn't recieve atleast a call from your executives but closed the ticket twice @ACTFibernet
