    Not able to raise a request for changing the setup from my living room to workroom as wifi signal is very weak in the bedroom if the modem is in living room. Irritating customer service from @ACTFibernet Can you ask someone to call me up? There's no such option on the app.

    @ACTFibernet I have done a flexibyte recharge.. but you updated the payment after 24 hrs that too added into the general payment. Today night I'm going to be disconnected. Even at the time of disconnection, you service is not satisfactory.
