    Worst service by @reliancejio , it's been 5 days we have applied for relocation request in prime area Gachibowli but still no one bothered to respond to my continuous calls. I heard @ACTFibernet is promt in dealing customers request. May plan to shift if not resolved today.

    @ACTFibernet Then i received this message Dear Customer, Your ACT Service is disconnected as per your request, the ACT Assets provided will be recovered soon. We request your kind cooperation. There was a call from personal number and informed that Router would be taken back

    @ACTFibernet Tell me the day something gonna happen with these fruitful escalations, I have personally seen maybe 100's of escalations on my refund request itself, this issue is from last year September, almost 6 months, only now I have made it public

    @ACTFibernet i applied for a new connection and i have had one and now i receive daily calls from diffrent number for a act connaction. i am fed up and tired. plz help me where can i register complaints or else plz surrender the connection its unbeareable

    Day 2 without internet while my WiFi proudly shows “Connected”. Amazing feature. Raised a support ticket but looks like that’s also stuck buffering. Still no update. Didn’t know the service came with a “no internet challenge” mode. Can someone please fix this @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Worst service from your customer service. Refused to connect to a supervisor. Agent is absolutely horrible. Your sales team outrightly lies to complete the sale. Your management has created plans so customers are forced to pay 6 months in advance. Time to switch!

    @ACTFibernet This is definitely not acceptable. We paid for a 6-month plan and specifically requested two routers. Today, during installation, the technician installed what appears to be a used router and claimed that used devices are provided since this is not a new connection. However, while leaving, I noticed he had two brand-new router boxes with him, which clearly raises concerns about transparency and honesty in the process. Providing used equipment without prior information or consent is unfair and unprofessional. Customers paying for long-term plans deserve clarity and proper service standards. If new routers cannot be provided as promised, please cancel my subscription and initiate a full refund at the earliest. Otherwise, I will be forced to switch to other providers like Airtel or alternatives. Kindly look into this issue urgently and resolve it. @vishalcb17

    Dear @ACTFibernet , I swtiched back to you because of your smart wifi but Not even a week with connection and twice I lost my internet. After 1 day if installation there was issue with junction box and again there is issue with internet and it stopped. Please take a look asap
