@ACTFibernet Can you get technical about the new smart fiber? The site you are providing is not helping how my quality has increased. Are you telling it was slow before smart fiber? How slow was it and how did it improve. Please answer in metric system otherwise it was just hype.

@ACTFibernet your team is not helping me relocate my connection. Feasibility was done and now you want me to go the new location request tranfer using the app. Claim they you have this stricnt process and nothing can be changed. @JioCare @airtelindia any support ?

@ACTFibernet worst service. Internet is working more then 3 days and frequent disconnectIons. You people keep extending the days and saying it will be resolved by 7pm and when I call next day again 7pm. Who will bear the loss of pay bcoz of your service? Worst service ever

@ACTFibernetHYD @actfibernet It is automatically connecting and disconnecting continuously, last week we given complaint then technician told to change the wifi router. we bought new router TP-Link for 4k. But with new router also we are facing same issue. SR10163493247194

@ACTFibernet My internet goes off with power. When I raise tickets for this, they tell me that they'll close ticket but work on it later but after closing the ticket, they never respond. If this continues,I've no option other than switching to @reliancejio or @airtelindia
