    @ACTFibernet has become the WORST internet service provider. 6 Days since raised the ticket for "NO INTERNET", No resolution, No Callbacks, Technician wont answer calls, Issue gets Postponed to the next day every evening at 6 PM. Customer care and Technicians LIE repeatedly.

    @ACTFibernet One more day passed but no resolution yet. Will you be able to restore internet or not? Tell clearly and what will happen on 1st when new bill generates? Do you expect us to pay that?

    For 15 days ACT internet works on & off. Asked for refund, support said: 'No refund, do whatever you want.' I have the call recording & will move to consumer court. #ACTFibernet #WorstISP

    @ACTFibernet Hi @ACTFibernet, I've requested a refund, the only acceptable resolution. Please process it quickly. I'm frustrated with your service. How long will the refund take? I want to switch networks and use my internet. My family is shouting daily because I chose your network.

    @ACTFibernet it's more than a week now and every day I get a new ETA. You shouldn't be giving false info to your customers to retain them. If you are incapable of restoring service then atleast you should let customers know the reality to make alternate arrangements .
