@ACTFibernet Shocking negligence by @ACTFibernet! My connection (A/c No: 101714859428) has not been reactivated on relocation despite 10 days’ advance notice & repeated follow-ups. No service, no accountability, only excuses. This is outright deficiency of service. Please do needful ASAP.

@ACTFibernet - I've been awaiting a decent response on the issue of internet not working for more than 4 days now. There field engineer is not answering the phone and there is no other way of contacting you. This is not acceptable customer service

@ACTFibernet : No internet for over 1 day! Service request SR10376956304154 still unresolved & now resolution pushed to tomorrow. Worst service by ACT – no clarity, no accountability. Totally unacceptable!
