@ACTFibernet it's been more than 24 hours since the time we escalated the internet issue from act and I don't see any response or improvements in the network. This is the worst service, it's very disheartening and I suggest you guys not to subscribe to act fiber net.

@ACTFibernet tired of calling and DM act CC to cancel the zee5 subscription! I've been trying to cancel the zee5 subscription from last 10 days they just open and close the ticket! Pathetic service

Dear @ACTFibernet this is ridiculous, I have internet connectivity issues from past 1 week. Though I'm raising an Service Request the resolution is temporary. I work from home and completely dependent on internet. Fix this ASAP.

@ACTFibernet . Post that, I had spoken to the customer care and I was surprised to know tht ACT FIBRENET doesn’t have spare routers of 100 MBPS with them and the support person told me to buy on my own.
