    @ACTFibernet After 20 calls and several wasted hours. Thanks for fixing the issue. You must improve your customer service process, train staff better and expedite resolution to reduce customer impact. I need to upgrade my service and now again I am being told odd rules. Can we upgrade ASAP

    @ACTFibernet I must say you guys need to focus on your app and customer service and train your agents properly You can’t change the plan and when you grt on a call woth customer service they mention that the router needs to be changed to change a plan. This is complete BS
