@ACTFibernet we asked for a termination of internet connection due to poor customer service as on 6/8/21 internet was successfully disconnected. A ticket was raised for the refund but payment not done. Mailed bank details to NelloreAct.

@ACTFibernet My strong feedback for your team which i experienced in last 2, 3 complaints that when evr me or anyone else placed a complaint i should or have to clear in few certain 2 or 3 hour max it should not crossed for sure.

@ACTFibernet SR10761511204581 - Installation delayed. You guys took money and have not installed wifi at my home in Vizag, even after 48 hrs have passed. Pathetic service and utter disappointment. Your call centers are of no use, they dont access to speak to their peers.

@ACTFibernet I strongly contempt the the service provided by ACT Fibernet. They only give workaround to consumer. Bcoz of them we was unable to attend court hearing today. @ACTFibernet bears all responsibility for any #Contempt_of_court.
