  @ACTFibernet SR10253187235759 - dis tkt is getting close agn n agn without proper update. Getting call frm ur team tht they will remove the charges, but still closing ticket without removing the charge. Last mnth also faced similar issue, I am fed up with ur service

  @ACTFibernet I see that another request has been raised (SR10153255668582) with target resolution date of 5th March. I guess I have to wait AGAIN. Don't forget to answer the questions in my email, before closing this SR#.

  @ACTFibernet is a cheat company, don't go for it. The downtime is too high and no one is there to listen to your complaint. Sundar Raju is doing a fraud by running this ISP. My internet is down since yesterday but no response yet. Pathetic serice
