@ACTFibernet extremely unprofessional service by your service technician Mohan Lal regarding my account number 110664557450. He screwed up my working internet and ran away without even informing me after keeping me waiting for 5 hours. I request to take strong action against him.

@ACTFibernet This is not 1 complaint or 2 from last month. This is 5 complaints I have given and the engineer who comes he will close ticket. I asked engineer not to close ticket but he said we have to close ticket same day is this your service?

@ACTFibernet My internet is not working. I was talking to Act customer care. He was such a unprofessional and he was so hurry to disconnect the call. And he did disconnect the call. Pathetic Account No - 102344395749
