@ACTFibernet I am loosing my Patience by calling every day to customer care to followup for the shifting request...finally they closed the ticket (SR10157067218484) without doing/resolving anything..even not visited any technitian to the location..it's very pathetic service..

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTBroadbandIn I cannot believe how ****** service is of ACT FIBERNET. If you keep on calling the customer service for any internet issue, they will keep on assuring you that my priority is high but that is just a gimmick. What a waste of my time!

Friendly advise do not take an @ACTFibernet connection, their contact center is impossible to reach, app won’t allow you to raise a service ticket and they won’t allow you to downgraded your plan. “If we allow that the customer will reduce his plan” … meaning and we lose revenue
