    @BagishSinha @ACTFibernet My 2 cent on this... its still time , go for any other service providers. Pathetic service in this era where broadband connection is as crucial as electricity connection. Very poor customer services.

    Never expected this from @ACTFibernet service guys are behind new connection targets rather than customer service and satisfaction. Why make false promises if you are not able to provide service as mentioned…even after several follow ups they say 10min sir and nothing happens

    @ACTFibernet when customer complained of account take over, whats the action you took? Who gave you permission to change my RMN and email without my approval? Alarm raised by me but no action from your end. Customer details compromised from your end or ACT system hacked?

    @ACTFibernet Advise : Never go for ACT. Pathetic service. Using it for last many years just because of inertia of changing the service providers. Always remain disconnected or poor speed, Calling customer care is like talking to wall. Plz return my money back at pro rata basis.
