@HathwayBrdband i made a mistake subscribing to your services when your team is not even capable of resolving an issue like dual-band modem configuration. Its been 2 days and yet not fixed. @ACTFibernet is way better in fixing issues will switch to it now.

@ACTFibernet I had requested for act fiber connection renewal. Thy said thy will call back in 4 hours. It’s been 24 hours since. Why you ppl say things you cannot keep up to? Poor customer support.
