Ajesh (@ajesh_ashok) reported@ACTFibernet You gave me one of the worst technicians for installation. He said he’ll come in 30 mins and asked me to send location, I’m waiting for more than 4 hours, he isn’t responding to my calls or texts. Worst part is now he’s attending my calls and not talking.

There is no resolution expect for the fact that the app now reflects the SR#. I appreciate your efforts on customer service.
