@HathwayBrdband @HathwayBrdband Today is the last day and issue still not resolved. Tomorrow my Internet will get disconnected even after paying in advance for Internet service. This is pathetic. You guys informed payment was cleared but no account validity #fraud Better go with @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet I've asked for a connection relocation. No response from your team regarding the request. I'm being constantly asked to contact some other person. The support helpline is also not helping. Lost hope on the quality of customer service.
