@ACTFibernet wrt SR10266812911344 This issue was completely the doing of an irresponsible service engineer. He had to remove a hub box during a weekday working hours when most of us are WFH, so he paid no attention to the customers , no prior notice nothing.

@ACTFibernet Also, the present Infra doesn't support a full 1 Gig. Once you upgrade and improvise Giga infra, then reach out to me to upgrade/upsell. Right now I've to downgrade the plan as it wasn't worth paying for 1 Gig. @SandyMohanG

@ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit once the customer disconnect the connection no proper service from act and issue are not addressed. How can a customer service centre does not have an manager to address the long pending issue? No call backs received from act. WORST WORST service
