@ACTFibernet Team, Very poor service by ACT now days. Facing internet down issue from yesterday and still issue not yet resolved. ACT Not providing proper service to customers by customer care service executives. I am really frustrated Its really a bull **** support by ACT.

@ACTFibernet My internet goes off with power. When I raise tickets for this, they tell me that they'll close ticket but work on it later but after closing the ticket, they never respond. If this continues,I've no other option other than switching to @reliancejio or @airtelindia

@ACTFibernet Worstest customer service. For the past 6days I didn't get the internet. How many times I will raise the complaint..? There is no response from your team. Please do help or else disconnect the connection. We will go for any other internet who response properly.
