@ACTFibernet you said uninterrupted connection but i observed it's not. Whenever asked the service person to do a ping test he literally denied doing it and there's no other way to find fluctuations or whatever you describe it. Now unable to raise the ticket.

@ACTFibernet - You ask to pay the advance for six months, when requested for invoice your sales team doesn't pick the call and block us in whatsapp. It is not reflecting in the app as well. Sales guys are rude once they recieve the payment. Way to go in customer service.

@ACTFibernet is a looting company. Fooled by sales rep in a disastrous service. After several complaint agreed to refund 9k of advance rental but now disconnected internet and denying the refund as well. Pathetic. @SRVishwanathBJP @BSBommai
