  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD my internet isn't working showing "internet not available" I'm facing this issue everytime in every month and the customer support isn't not responding and they every time give promises like this is the last time we will see permanent solution to this

  @ACTFibernet Your team still didn’t show up and they promised issue will be resolved by 6PM I seriously didn’t expect this from ACT. Poor service from you end. If issue not fixed today I will escalate this further.

  @ACTFibernet Still no call from anyone to address my issue. I was told my issue is escalated and would be getting call back. Its been 2 weeks now not even a call till date.

  If I select option to talk to customer care services representative by press on 9 than system tells me it is wrong option you pressed. So why that system guide me to do it if it is wrong. (2/3) @ACTFibernet
