    @ACTFibernet It’s been 8 days since I made a payment for a New connection for 6 months.Some persons has contacted me and told they need to install a box.After there is no reply.Every time I contact the customer care they are saying it will be done In a day.Absolutely ridiculous.

    @ACTFibernet Account was not active from May and ur team has activated it my consent for June & raised a invoice. I haven't activated the acount from May. Now when I reactivate it is showing pending amount for June month ( Which I never activated) SR10158351829832

    @ACTFibernet In last month itself I had irregular connection for several times. This time i didn't want to pay the bill. But your customer care called yesterday and told me that this will not happen again. You can cross check. After I paid the bill problem started again and again

    @ACTFibernet It's been more than 10 days i requested for disconnection and refund for which you guys agreed Initially now You guys Came with a Resolution Calling me and Telling That I won't Get Refund and Disconnecting my Net Now after 10 Days of Request. What Kind of Resolution is This ?

    @ACTFibernet Yes. Solved. But it took 3 days. For a big company like you guys its worse. Also there was no direct way to talk to customer care in the app. Please add that. Chatbot is worthless
