@ACTFibernet Madurai if you're facing issues in your end it's your responsibility to fix it. You're NOT offering services for free. Why should customer suffer especially with a long term plan with their money stuck with you? under 15 ms to Chennai is fine. 30 is NOT fine.

@ACTFibernet sir i have a customer from ACT Delhi last 3 years. But when ever problem login atleast 6-7 hours. It's very problematic. Today i have call login 1.46 p.m. resolved 7.10 p.m. i have complain for service engineer. He said it is too early. Normally 24 hours. its 2022
