@ACTFibernet There were chain of compliants raised and mails sent to Nodal officer, appellate authority. But no resolutions. As your best and quick fix -You are creating tickets and closing them without my response. So decided to post the speed test results for next 100 days. (1/2)

And just now I spoke to a customer service executive or whoever it was and instead of listening to my complaint I got yelled at as I demanded to fix it immediately. Get this fixed right now or I'm changing my connection @ACTFibernet #poorservice

@ACTFibernet Sure you don't believe in getting referral customers. For new connections, your service ends abruptly and stop receiving calls as soon as you receive payment. No one seems to be responsible for giving connection

@ACTFibernet your service really sucks. Internet has been disconnected twice within a span of 7 days and took 24/48 hours to resolve. Everytime the same **** all reason which is fibercut. They tell it won't happen again and the same thing repeats again.
