@ACTFibernet Evening itself again I got call from field executive the came and said not yet resolved ur problem customer support said false promises to u again I contacted the customer support the confirm not yet resolved 5th day again i decided to disconnect so reponed my old cancel request

@ACTFibernet Thank you, Done. Please help me on priority, I don’t think the change of ownership should be a penalty of having no internet for 30hrs(still counting).
