    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 98th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @ACTFibernet Don't believe them, the words change and action differ when you opt for disconnection and they don't refund your money even when it was clearly discussed on the refund T&C when applied for connection.... Never go for long term ACT plans, from my real experience

    @ACTFibernet Great Customer Service. Your Cx service representative did not even try to win back your 6 year old customer. You can never win back your Cxs with these kind of employees & email responses. They've been trained to use only this "We regret the inconvenience caused"
