    I did a mistake for taking @JioCare connection instead of @ACTFibernet. Jio Fiber is pathetic with zero percent support. Their customer support is lesser than Worst

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 I am writing you because of no body from ACT responding for issues resolution, everyday internet not working from 12pm to 6pm. If we called customer care they are putting call on hold and not listening our voice.  If this is the case please refund my entire money

    @ACTFibernet has all the thieves recruited. They take the money but the connections are not set yet. And they customer services are just bizarre.

    @ACTFibernet My internet is not working since morning.Ticket #SR10264729699334 raised in morning.Issue is not resolved yet.I am paying around Rs.1300 / month for internet plan.Escalating to twitter team.

    @ACTFibernet I logged a ticket at 8 pm this evening and was told the technical team will resolve in 4 hours. The ticket now reflect 4th may 8 PM as ERT. Can you help.
