    @ACTFibernet There is a shifting request placed on 15th Sep and it's still pending. Reaching out to customer care didn't help. It's like you're asking me to go to another ISP!!!

    @ACTFibernet Dear ACTFibernet, I've been facing internet issue for last four days , raised ticket for the same, tried calling customer support since 28th September, the given ETA is getting dragged. Worst service ever, decided to surrender my connection. Thank you 😡😡

    Why does fixing anything take you, 24 hours @ACTFibernet ? My Wi-Fi has been down since 7PM yesterday. Hasn’t been fixed yet.
