@ACTFibernet i've had the worst experience so far got the connection yesterday and my not is not started yet they are saying there is some problem with the router which was working fine with the old connection. u guys are forcing to buy the new router and charge money.

@ACTFibernet in bill generation and payment collection . . the last 1month of experience with ACT has been nothing less than an harrassement ask the customer care to transfer the call to supervisor - no such option. They take a request to arrange for a callback with 4hours -

@ACTFibernet Act internet power backup is worst. Not more than 10 mins on backup. Really "NOT RELIABLE" for work from home people.

@ACTFibernet i am having problem with my routing, when I got the connection there was no hole in window and had to take the lan cable by keeping the window open,so I have got a hole done, if it is possible to get the cable thru hole it would b very helpful. A visit is necessary.
