    @ACTFibernet How long is it gonna take? Well atleast connect me with the support time or give a proper ETR. I couldn’t do my work from past 24 hrs. This service is pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet it is close to a month now where my complaint SR10177192134774 hasn’t been resolved. In today’s situation, customers are being expected to live without internet for this long with no communication & timely updates towards the reasons for the delay. #patheticservice

    @ACTFibernet On sep 14th my connection was disconnected - SR10377116536167 due to non availability of distribution box in near by location and I had 3943Rs balance, I had requested to refund it to my bank account- SR10377165487655. But it was never credited until now. 1/n

    Called sridhar who is very unprofessional he says I have to inform you guys in the first place itseems which type of refund do I need did you guys mention about the act valet @ACTFibernet ??? This is unethical. This is not a way someone has to deal with the customer
