@ACTFibernet Act102645579303 from yesterday no internet. What happened ? Will i get extra days due to your repeated problem. Called to your executive,told me electricity issue . Such a big company don't have backup?. Resolve this issue immediately. Or give my money back.

.@ACTFibernet just irritating and frustrating - raised a ticket for NO power backup (battery issue) - closed. raised twice more - both closed without reason and resolution - stupidity to say the least on ACT part

@ACTFibernet All act team has a bunch of customer care executives who feed a bunch of lies to the customer that issue will get resolved at earliest and all we get a fake ETR Rubish, crap and pathetic service.

@ACTFibernet do you guys have any shame at all? Been raising SR for same issue from last 3 months and still it has not been resolved. Even on the latest SR, ETR has crossed Everytime on call your engineers says it will be resolved in coming days and it hasn't happened till date.

@ACTFibernet Let's see this how long it will take after I put my complaint here. Whichever team cal me they shd mgr level.bcoz engineer not picking my calls, I don't wants names to be put here. Final stage I will tell all name who I try calling them & no response.

@ACTFibernet i got a net issue yesterday afternoon and you guys are saying the resolution will be by today 6pm. My weekend will be over the time you resolved. Need to improve on customer service and resolution time.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet its more than 15 hrs & still no internet. There is no etr for ticket. U charge highest among providers with less number of benefits & additionally zero customer service & satisfaction. In this digital age, u have 2 options, perform or perish #highprice #worstservice
