    @ACTFibernet Your fiber internet is too slow for the agreed speed (300 Mbps) and money you are charging for it. We are getting below 30 Mbps in Bangalore. I have raised complaint long back and nobody is there is to address it.

    @ACTFibernet After shifting to other locations, I disconnected the ACT service since the technician/agent said service was not feasible in my new location. I later got an ivr call from act asking me to reconnect the service, and it was so annoying that I called customer service

    Today morning @ACTFibernet executive named Vinutha called me again for the issue. I asked her 2 questions. 1. What is the turnaround time for existing ticket raised on 18-Nov. 2. What is the penalty if there is a mistake from @ACTFibernet ?

    @ACTFibernet My internet has been spotty for the past one month. The app doesn't take my complaint cause the net is fine once I switch the modem off and on. This happens 3-5 times a day , I need a permanent solution for this
