@ACTFibernet I'm facing the internet issue for the 4th time in the same month. As this is the WFH situations, you guys should be resolving the issues very quick. But, everytime taking 24hrs is not a good thing where we are unable to work.

@ACTFibernet I have told your associate that it needs to fixed ASAP as this is not a city wide issue or area wide issue. I know people on my neighboring street have access to act internet it is just our street whom are facing the issue. Can this be please resolved in the next hour.

@ACTFibernet I lost my internet connections on 3rd, 9th, 20th & 21st of September. When I was asking for the call transfer to the managers, Mr. Muhammed Adil & Mr. Khaleed has dropped the call after long wait without informing anything.The worst service experience.
