@ACTFibernet #Act you guys paid the jury money to get this award.. I raised a trouble shooting ticket 3 days back and got no response...internet is down last 3 days.. but you jerks, wheni raised a sales inquiry ticket just to check. I hit bleady multiple calls...how rhe hell can you sell

@ACTFibernet No your service person said he will be visiting my premises to fix this issue, there are two other tickets raised for the same connection on different issues, you guys are not reliable anymore for remote work. We might lose jobs bcoz of you guys. Pathetic technical team.

@pranavjairam @ACTFibernet If you have still not got connected, consider yourself lucky. Their internet speed as well as after sales is too very horrible. Better not to go for it. Your regular phone data speed is better than their fibernet. None of their top people on Twitter.

@ACTFibernet After a few weeks of stability the connectivity is again becoming undependable and very slow. the change in ur app does not even allow us to create a ticket. how do we even communicate with you guys.
