    @ACTFibernet I am your customer for the last 7 years. Due to unavoidable circumstances, I had to ask you guys to remove the junction box installed in my premises (from last 6) years. Now from 18/8 i don't have internet. Your sluggish response wants me to switch to other ISP.

    @ACTFibernet When you will get in touch? If issue happens rarely its acceptable but if its happening like 4 times in a month? Your technical team can’t find a permanent solution to this? How can we reliable in your service while working from home?

    @ACTFibernet Yesterday morning i raised a ticket and got a message that it will resolve by today morning, but now you people are saying it will resolve by tomorrow, what the Hell , are you even bothered looking into this issues? YOU ARE THE WORSE WORSE IS PROVIDER TILL DATE

    @ACTFibernet It is pathetic service! Why don't you check the battery in your box if it is dead? When there is an outage, the internet stops working even if we have an inverter! Because the battery in your box is dead! Please get your act together!
