    @ACTFibernet SR10180483914514 is not resolved after the ETR time expires. We have subscribed for work and such disconnections are hampering our services. Please expedite the resolution.

    It's so frustrating and taking customers for granted has become a new trend 👎. It has been more than 12 hours post raising the complaint and literally neither the update nor the resolution 🙏. It's totally not fair especially when ur WFH😢 @ACTFibernet @FiberAct
