    @ACTFibernet @DoT_India @CMODelhi Hello sir i had done act fiber internet in morning but ACT internet person made wrong comment that today internet will work but it didn't happen then i made a lot of calls but didn't attend very useless service ACT fiber internet has bad.

    a routine for network issue. It is so frustrating when you gets disconnected during working hours and have to switch between mobile data, which also has low coverage in the area. @ACTFibernet please don't give false promises to your customers.

    @ACTFibernet Fake man, False commitment by so called area manager padmanabha nagar colony Mehdipatnam - 5000028, Number: 9912229435. I have raised an ticket for shifting where the technical team has visited on 2nd June and told there is no service box of Actfiber installed.

    @ACTFibernet , User id is 101439406740. With reference to Ticket No:SR1015781730227, we have raised the complaint regarding internet issue . There is no proper customer centric approach towards resolution of problem. Please resolve it soon.

    @ACTFibernet very disappointed I think I’ve made a mistake by choosing this connection. I am regretting as in a new connection too, you’re not providing support. Even no one turned up despite numerous calls and tweets too.
