    @ACTFibernet Internet connectivity is not working in Choodasandra area. The application is also unresponsive to talk with any agent. Will you care you to check?

    @ACTFibernet Again you did it!! Even after many escalations from my end still you couldn't fix the issue. It's the 4th day now. I tried all the ways. There is no proper response. Nobody knows the issue and what is going on. I asked for a disconnection but you couldn't do that too

    I request you to change allot for a change of router for my connection. Im not satisfied with the speeds of 150mbps when im paying 1400rs for 350mbps. this is absolutely waffling to advice me to change the plan to 6months when i requested. Kindly help with the change @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct Never going with ACT again. They took a security deposit .Due to repeated service issues and multiple unresolved complaints, I finally got the connection disconnected. Their team collected the device, and I completed every step required for closure.

    @ACTFibernet, I paid for a new connection 3 days ago after your team promised installation within 2–3 hours. Since then, I've called customer care every day. Every time, I'm told an engineer will visit "today" yet no one has shown up. #CustomerService #ACTFibernet
