@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD it's been almost 3 days since the ticket opened , and yet no ETR provided and action taken. Called customer care almost 7-8 times. Last interaction with customer care was horrible and he was absolutely disrespectful and rude. Ticket#-SR10178007519536

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet is probably the worst service I have ever used. Trust me, I have used BSNL, Airtel, Jio, Hathway. But this is just worst. Monthly, at least 1 day there's disruption and support says 24-48 hrs. Even now down since morning, yet same answer: 24-48 hours.
