    @ACTFibernet Yes, The best internet provider -inmidst poor customer service , connectivity issues, hidden terms, worst plans. & please invest on some good customer executives. I am not in city 4r last 2 & half months, y did I receive the bill. Explain it.

    @ACTFibernet guys go for Airtel broadband, Hathway or Jio.. all r famous.. ACT is not even famous or reputed.. Customer service is horrible..They dont bother about online reputation.. such companies will loose business fast..

    @ACTFibernet Act is Cheating the Customer By Putting the Wrong Rates in the websites. when calling to the Customer care they are giving the High Rates. Ex: 40 mbps speed per month 423 excluding GST. But Customer care is saying 458 per month excluding GST. CC said site is wrong.

    @ACTFibernet Your engineer asked us to host the junction box at our house AND pay for the electricity to 4 more houses. What kind of unethical **** are you people running?!! Call me immediately, I want a refund of our money I don't want your internet anymore.
