@ACTFibernet i am a new customer for act 103614029768, I paid before 2 days, they install router on the same day but still internet is not working... when I contact the engineer, he is not responding. I need my connection to be fixed tomorrow else I need full refund.

@ACTFibernet I'm from Bangalore. I see that I am unable to login and use 1mg website and app, if I am connected to ACT network/wifi. Can you please check from your side for any firewall blacklisting?

@ACTFibernet If you can get this fixed within an hour well and good or please let me know so that I can find a better ISP. THIS IS A FREQUENT ISSUE AND NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT TO ME YET. APPARENTLY IT IS NOT JUST ME THERE ARE 8 OTHER CONNECTIONS WHO HAVE THE SAME ISSUE

@_ManojC @JioCare Yes maga.. Ditched @ACTFibernet a year ago when their service guy said I can't fix it in a day.. If you have problems, go for other service provider. With JIO, Had one 30min downtime in one year Cust care is too good 100 Mbps plan costs 825 a month incl. GST. Very satisfied

@ACTFibernet What are you located looking at? The customer support team has disconnected the call twice now... They say the resolution time is 28th... No internet from 25th where I have paid 3658 for 6 months and you are holding the account for 251 rupees.
