    @ACTFibernet Successfully 4 days gone without resolution for ticket SR10358464857062 .. Indian peeps . Never ever choose ACT for your broadband needs .. I completely regret choosing ACT .. no resolution .. no status update and 4 days of no net .. irresponsible

    @ACTFibernet A day has passed and no call back. If this isn’t bad customer service I don’t know what is. We have people attending classes and office from home and without good internet the quality of work and output is severely but you just don’t seem to care. AVOID ACT.

    @JioCare Please don’t bother!! It’s been 36 hours and still no resolution from you. Your customer service is one of the worst I have ever come across. I have raised a cancellation request for my Jio Connection. @ACTFibernet activated my old connection in 20 mins. ACT FOR THE WIN!!

    @ACTFibernet Account name changed is incorrect and checked with customer care but they telling its updated and it’s app (iOS) error. Please help

    @ACTFibernet @bada_paww Poor after sales and technical staff, they can't even shift connection across the road and their technical team themselves recommended me to cancel 2 ACT connections... brilliant after sales

    @ACTFibernet my Internet connection not working.i have complain so many time pls solve my problem permenentely.any local inernet operator cut yours Act Fiber cable every months.your site engineer telling me so pls solve my problen my child have online classes.

    @ACTFibernet I have not received a call back from your team for the request SR10358568332462 which is tentatively expected to be resolved by 6/24/2021 09:00 pm. Can you please arrange a call back at the earliest. Disappointing service from Act with their poor network connections
