    @ACTFibernet Had a pathetic customer onboarding experience. Applied for new fibernet conection. Made 3 months advance payment as per policy. More than 24 hrs passed and no one contacted for installation. Regretting my decision to go with @ACTFibernet Bangalore

    I paid ₹3182 for ACT Fiber connection on 18/05/26 .Even after 4 days, it has not been installed and I am not receiving proper updates from your representative. I contacted customer care multiple times and tickets were raised, but the issue is still unresolved @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic customer service, after raising ticket to shift existing connection, ETA is already crossed, i have not received even a single call from ACT support. Ticket : SR10280371530654 If this is not getting resolved by today, im discontinuing all my ACT connection

    @ACTFibernet Hi, are you following weekly one no internet day or holiday? Why your services were interupptung every week pne day. And it is taking more than 12hrs to rectify everytime. Earlier it used to b less than 2hrs fr resolution.If this continues, you might lose ur custmrs

    @ACTFibernet From Hyderabad 101774296616 problem with Zee5 not working since a week. Umpteen times raised ticket & over mobile. But of no use. Please close our account and refund balance amount. As Reliance is offering for same amount with additional services.Worst of the Worst.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. If you can't provide a good service close down your shop. Not even a single guy in your organization is worth their pay. Never seen an irresponsible people

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD You can never learn/improve. This is extensively disappointing to receive such poor service experience from you. Without my knowledge the services are disconnected & I receive an email post the disconnection.Multiple SR,emails,calls & no update/action

    @ACTFibernet Following a brief 30 minute storm the Fiber went down and now this is the third day and it’s still not up. All we get it the standard message that it is taking more time. Can someone ensure that some decent service level is assured?
