  @ACTFibernet I have been following up with ACT on an open case SR10380613665854.Have sent details & my location map in DM.ACT Engineer spoke promising to reconnect but it was not done despite repeated follow up.I have GX installation & have NO dues.Need HELP/connection URGENTLY.

  Manikonda is a magical area. When there is a power cut, Airtel mobile data stops working and ACT internet stops working randomly 5-10 times a day. We have a power backup, so Wifi should never stop working but for the love of god, I do not understand why Airtel mobile data does not work when there is a power cut. @airtelindia @ACTFibernet

  If anyone is planning for ACT internet do not take their connection. Not reliable, no support, scammer ISP. For an example their internet is down for 4 days at 500084 and all of their staff or app or support have been denying service. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @FiberAct

  @ACTFibernet@ACTFibernetHYD when they don't wanna do anything, they'll just close the ticket, send the link for feedback and stop responding because they can give bad service and hike prices, they want to connect on call instead solving the issue from their end. #share #public

  @ACTFibernet I have reopened the ticket. Hope commonsense prevails. All I am asking is sending me in writing on whatever is being told on phone, if they can't address it. If they are not willing to write down whatever they are saying,it means they are not truthful.

  @ACTFibernet Internet outage in Ramamurthy Nagar, Bengaluru since morning. Multiple support calls made, but no resolution or meaningful update so far. This level of service disruption is unacceptable, especially for customers relying on the connection for work. #ACTFibernet

  1/ @ACTFibernet I've spent 45 days trying to close my account 101799520914. The router has now been collected. The ONLY thing left is my refund of ₹6,614 — and it still hasn't been paid. Every customer care is hanging up the call in between. @ConsumerFF
