    @ACTFibernet @ManojTamilaras I dont think they can ever be resolved. I have a complaint open since 16th of April. Has been 3 months and no resolution.

    The worst ever service provided by @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Internet goes off when there is a powercut! Useless organization i have ever seen which doesn't even have a back up for their services, not worth for the money they are charging from the customers!! LOOTING money!

    @ACTFibernet Requested name change for my account and my Internet has been disconnected on Saturday. Still the name change and internet connection has not been given. Called the customer support and every time they are transferring the call to backend team and no picks up.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD facing a lot of trouble with new connection. Terrible service and response from the team. It’s been a week and I still did not get my connection. Still there is no proper response from anyone. This is becoming mentally exhausting.
