    @ACTFibernet a/c # 102645029592. My connection is not even 10 days old and has already been down twice. Took 3 days to rectify 1st time and again its down. Raising a help desk ticket doesn't help much as I have to chase your team to rectify.

    @ACTFibernet Not multiple factors. All act users across multiple states are facing the issue. Did all troubleshooting didnt work out, whole gaming community 400+ members decided to change ISP. When it comes to tournament we are losing due to packet loss.

    @ACTFibernet since morning im trying to connect with you as im facing issue with configuration im trying to connect with your IVR as well however no response. T his is the reason i have purchased ACT for no response from customer service end.

    @ACTFibernet Issue is not resolved yet and it is marked as resolved. The guy who called me said the account will be on hold due to some box issue. Please be informed that I want full month of internet when the account becomes activate or just give me full refund.

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for the quick response. Today it's all good, I'm reporting when I face the issue next time. On Tuesday it got disconnected frequently having red for internet in modem. I'll continue to monitor.

    @ACTFibernet worst worst worst worst service provider ever!! Facing slow internet issues since last month still not able to resolve my issue.. fraud customer care Officer , disconnecting my calls , service technician also disconnecting and kept my number in blocked..

    @ACTFibernet ,Why do you guys harass customers, after 5 years of being your customer, u guys did not attend to a simple plan change request & I moved out to a different connection,I receive atleast 20 calls per day torturing of the amount pending, router collection( used my own)
