    @ACTFibernet A mechanic comes this morning, changes the router, promises years of uninterrupted service. A few hours later, the service has gone. No Internet, apart from the business of changing the router.

    @ACTFibernet today billing team says that it is my problem that no engineer came to change the router mesh when my renewal was due so I will have to pay extra. This really was the straw.

    Something is seriously wrong with @ACTFibernet bangalore! I requested a Wifi shift change 1 week back and still never got a call back. And their customer care numbers are all IVR and automated, no way to get a human callback! Absolutely disaster service!

    @ACTFibernet my internet is not working from afternoon. I recently switched from airtel hoping I would get good connectivity and service but does not looks like. Please ensure my complaint is resolved ASAP, first thing tomorrow morning else I will again have to switch
