Since my connection could not be shifted within the promised timeline, I had no option but to get a new internet connection. I cannot keep waiting because of the delay from your end.   @ACTFibernet I have been getting this same response for past 2 days. The other providers at least complete the installation in 12-24 hrs, with ACT I don’t see that happening. Looks like this is the trailer for your service Im going to get in future.
