@ACTFibernet No, its not resolved. Have raised a complaint with Nodal Officer also. But since a week Nodal Officer has not replied. Hence, have mailed to Appellate Authority. Hoping that Appellate Authority is not negligent aslike Nodal.

@ACTFibernet I have be a customer for 14 years, last 6 months was unhappy with the Internet speed and even after multiple complaints its not fixed. Pmoving out from Act and raised email request for disconnecton for 31/03 but you guys want customers to leave..SR10267261496043

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD What Kind of internet service you are providing, always facing fluctuations in internet speed, and most frequently it will not work also though the net is connected. Even though I raise a ticket u ppl just do a temporary solution and leave the place.

@ACTFibernet i hv connection with mb 8360019202 . Pls tell how customer found a offer made by act officials is valid when buy new connection & company will approve in future when needed. Bcuz i already fooled by act. It's not expected from ACT.
