    @govilkargaurav @ACTFibernet I have a downtime of more than once in just a weeks time and there is no permanent fix provided in spite of raising this multiple times. When I asked for compensation CC agent asked me to switch to a different provider, please advice what needs to be done? switching- only option?

    @ACTFibernet No resolution for ticket no SR10161963593912 - No internet since more than 48 hours, and no response from your team to solve my issue. I have called cc more than 10 times and they say more 2-3 hours and we will solve. Are you cheating customers? Isn't it fraud?
