    @ACTFibernet I want to shift my WiFi, but I am being asked to pay ₹707. The new location is not far; I am just moving it across the road. Airtel Fiber is offering me the same thing for free. I don't want your WiFi anymore. Please come and take your device back. I can get a new @airtelindia connection for ₹1500 for 3 months. Very disappointed with this service.

    @ACTFibernet Patience? You are testing my patience.. this is 3rd time i am facing this issue in a span of 3-4 days.. I am a remote employee and my work requirement requires high speed uninterrupted Internet service.. You slow issue resolution has caused many escalations against me

    Disappointed with @ACTFibernet lately. Been a loyal customer for 7 years with limited issues, but the last 2 weeks have been a struggle with slow internet spds. The team only resolves it temporarily when I prompt them. Need a perm fix ASAP. ​Acc No: 101313095979 @TRAI

    @ACTFibernet Is there any point in doing WFH when you have ACT fibernet? Every week, my wifi goes down and it doesn’t matter what time it goes down, its never fixed that same day!! Raised this ticket 5 hours back, no resolution despite promised to sort by 9 PM. SR11080445550744

    Raised a broadband shifting request with ACT Broadband (SR10380427864365), but there has been no technician visit. Need the connection to be activated urgently today, else I will have to consider switching to another provider. @ACTFibernet Requesting immediate support

    @ACTFibernet You should scrap your app. It’s the most useless app. It doesn’t give any resolution nor its user friendly. No resolution to my request for 4 days. You don’t care about the customer since you have recd the payment upfront. You can refund the payment & close the connection.

    @ACTFibernet SR10380461964374 from yesterday internet is not working raised multiple tickets and escalated through mail no action is being taken very worst service what the area service provider doing even ticket is raised no action is taken they seem doesn’t exist

    @ACTFibernet has poorest service in Bangalore and not working on time. Booked new connection, paid for the same everything done. I was told I get my connection installation done by EOD on 29 May. They failed. Today, on 30 May they told they will do it by 2 pm. Still no update.

    @ACTFibernet Service disruption on a working day is unacceptable. Kindly stop sharing generic updates and provide a confirmed resolution time. These recurring connectivity issues need a permanent resolution.
