    @ACTFibernet - Ticket "SR10377094290034" closed without providing any resolution. Customer care executives are also not helping. Already mailed regarding this. Yet no solution.

    Hi Naresh, We see that your mentioned issue “SR10177097995961" has been resolved. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with via DM. Without resolving, why it updated from last one month the netspeed is upto 5 mb only @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Everyday I get message that the connection would restore today this is from past 2 weeks, this is causing a significant impact on my work. Will not be restored, if not pls refund my paid bill I will switch to another better service providers.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I raised the request for the refund of 13 days (19th to 31st August) when the internet was not working, and I paid money for the same. Its been 16 days, I have not received the refund in my source account. Do it otherwise I will file a legal case against you.
