@ACTFibernet I have a connection with you in blr. It was due for renewal in April, i had asked to not continue as I'm not using it from past 2-3 months. They asked me to do it later and now he cust support is saying I have to pay some extra amount. Please look into it.

@ACTFibernet very poor service, initially they forced us to get by the connection as on when the problem arises the customer care will not respond properly they disconnect the call saying it’s a cable box issue - do you give a day extra data if you disconnect for 24 hours??

Pathetic team work with no coordination whatsoever. Why do I have to repeat the same ticket over and over again? Why cannot your engineer fix the issue loke it's supposed to be. There is zero ownership here. @ACTFibernet
