    @ACTFibernet Raised multiple complaints from 20 days and SR are closing without solution and my connection was disconnected and they said there will be only 300 rs discount for 14 months my account I’d:115479849990 is this the solution ?

    @ACTFibernet worst service from you ..am using act Fiber from last 15 months and there is a power box fixed in my home with 7 other connections.while installing the power box technician said there will be 100 rs discount for every month for power bill but till jan2022 no discount

    @MaheshSingarapu @ACTFibernet Because they are frauds disguised as a company. Don't take their connection even if they provide it for free! The company would take days to solve the tiniest of the issue and won't even hear out your issue!

    Hello @ACTFibernet , I am a subscriber of your internet. My router broke down, it was given to me by your company. It isnt even a year yet it broke, Can I get a replacement, tried calling, but ur agents arent picking the call

    Better not to subscribe advance rental plans in @ACTFibernet!! They don’t support shifting across cities. If line has to be cancelled for shifting, residual amount of adv rental plan cannot be transferred to active account in new city/will be refunded!!

    @ACTFibernet my ticket no 10363979576864 is pending despite the technician telling me it’s a fiber issue.please sort this issue out as the TL send his team when it’s dark and they push it for one more day of delay,sort this out asap it’s been a week of outages

    @desaikingis @ACTFibernet The issue is resolved today morning! Due to lockdown it got delayed ! I have been using @ACTFibernet since 5 years and they are reasonably good at service ! 👍

    I choose @ACTFibernet for quick resolution for network issues but but not getting support... Wifi not working and no one knows in call center what's the issues. Raising complaints 1st time but worst experience I can say.

    @ACTFibernet it has been more than 24 hours and still out of internet connection. Complaint raised but of no use. Why the issues and concerns always falls on deaf ears, while monetary issues solve promptly. Pls look into this at the earliest.
