    @ACTFibernet Could you ask your Customer service people to answer calls, which is a sign of good customer service, and not to ignore customers calls after they have made the payment, please? I know money is important but it's downright disgusting of your CS staff to disregard customers.

    @ACTFibernet It’s been 15 days since I paid for a 6-month plan upgrade, yet neither my plan has been upgraded nor have I received the promised routers. I’m calling support daily and only hear “tomorrow.” How long should a customer keep chasing after paying in full?

    @ACTFibernet The issue is still not solved. How much longer will it take for you resolve the issue? Since our new connection, we have been having at least one issue every month. Why? We are seriously considering shifting to @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet internet not working within 15 days of installation, pathetic company, this is happening in delhi so you can understand , how is there service outside delhi. Go for reputed companies like airtel, jio or even bsnl

    Hi @ACTFibernet - since there is a box installed in my house which uses electricity, the technician mentioned the units consumed for that will be refunded to me in my ACT bill. But that has not been adjusted. Can you please check and help? Account no 110806926073.

    @ACTFibernet It's been almost 2hrs internet is not working in our area Opp Bapu Ghat Langerhouz.Request you to kindly look into it at the earliest.I've raised a ticket but still the internet service has not been restored yet. No one has called us from ACT authorities yet.
