    @ACTFibernet Why do I always have to tweet for every issue, why can't you guys resolve it normally - I submitted a shifting request and my request was closed without taking any action, I faced the same issue last time. This is an impeccably great service.

    @ACTFibernet Jan 2021 took ACT Connection and disconnected after a couple of months due to poor speed and reconnected in Oct 2022 thinking, it's better now, but the same issue and the same slow speed no changes... @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet @hameedk2005 Disgusting service. There is no internet on every Sunday from last three months and your disgusting team has not resolved the issue in last three months. I would wouldn’t have paid for your disgusting service if you had told in advance that you just harass customers.

    @ACTFibernet Hey, I have requested for a new connection.. U people took my money and afterthat cancelled saying port is not available in our apartment. Is your infra so bad that u cant install another port.. Refund my money pls.. Pathetic.
