Last time when internet was down for almost 8-10 days i requested for connecting disconnect and refund but you refused saying as it would not be possible. I'm not renewing with you next term.

First I was told ₹3,100, now it’s ₹2,500, and no one even knows where it’s being processed. Why should customers chase you repeatedly? Fix your broken process and make refunds smooth

If this is how they treat customers who have already paid for their service, think twice before choosing ACT.
