    @ACTFibernet always gives preference and importance to new customers only, they don't have space for the existing customer who is using their services for almost seven years. Their router doesn't cover an area of 500sqft, they force us to upgrade to 200 mbps plan for mesh router

    Hi @ACTFibernet After two month of closing connection,my port activated raised bill, then revert it after complaint,Now after 3 months of router handover, agents reaching from various numbers. May i know what you expect from customers, when you stop them reaching? #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I recommend not using ACT fibernet services. Pathetic customer care. After relocation, I was not able to use internet for 10 days and they sent me a bill. I have been using ACT since 9 years but need to move on now. Agent abused me and disconnected.

    @ACTFibernet what is wrong, from last days I am facing issue with the speed. I on 500 Mbps plan and I am getting 10 Mbps speed. Fix this now

    @ACTFibernet My internet service is suspended due to incompetency of your team. I have paid for a yearly subscription in June still my service is suspended citing unpaid bills for services I never used. Please fix asap.

    @ACTFibernet Yes but Given ETA has been completed but the issue is not fixed yet. Please fix it on priority other wise I will switch to other service providers @reliancejio @airtelindia
