  @ACTFibernet @FiberAct Never going with ACT again. They took a security deposit .Due to repeated service issues and multiple unresolved complaints, I finally got the connection disconnected. Their team collected the device, and I completed every step required for closure.

  @ACTFibernet @FiberAct It's been over a week since I’ve been trying to register a complaint to cancel my subscription as I’m moving to a new location where ACT Fibernet is not available.   @JioCare had a pathetic experience on your toll free number. 3 calls in last 2 weeks and the issue is unresolved. After explaining your executive says connection to next level and the next level never picks up and call gets disconnected. Today after another similar experience wrote and email with all details. Hoping to see it gets resolved or have to part ways to @Airtel_Services or @ACTFibernet for your unethical practices and bad customer servcice.

  @ACTFibernet Instead of resolving the issue ACT forced to take decision of closing connection. It is absolutely ridiculous customer service. Last one month I am not using my connection properly with poor internet.
