There is a reason why companies like act do not grow and shut down overtime its bc of non existent customer service. And third rate support. JUST AVOID.

But why should a consumer who has paid for it suffer?? Provide a compensation more than just downtime if you want the customer to stick to this

There is no resolution expect for the fact that the app now reflects the SR#. I appreciate your efforts on customer service. If not, I am happy to disconnect the service & move to another service provider
