    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD You can never learn/improve. This is extensively disappointing to receive such poor service experience from you. Without my knowledge the services are disconnected & I receive an email post the disconnection.Multiple SR,emails,calls & no update/action

    Rethinking me trying to move away from @ACTFibernet, who’ve given better service & support in Bengaluru for years but for poor connectivity reach at the place where we stay and their advance plan to enhance their own connectivity which should be doing the job in the first place.

    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down since last night and I had raised a ticket. There is no way I can talk to the customer service and the status still shows in process. My work is getting impacted. I didn't renew my subscription to go through this frustration.

    @ACTFibernet From Hyderabad 101774296616 problem with Zee5 not working since a week. Umpteen times raised ticket & over mobile. But of no use. Please close our account and refund balance amount. As Reliance is offering for same amount with additional services.Worst of the Worst.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic customer service, after raising ticket to shift existing connection, ETA is already crossed, i have not received even a single call from ACT support. Ticket : SR10280371530654 If this is not getting resolved by today, im discontinuing all my ACT connection
