@ACTFibernet SR10364399765954 my ticket number. From early morning 4 am , my internet connection not working. Still u guys working on it. Very very very worst internet service I have seen in my life. How many time disconnected within a month. Will u reimburse me?

@Airtel_Presence . 5 DAYS OF WAITING. No solid resolution till now. Is this how you treat your customers? 5 days to just install the internet in this wfh generation and still not done. Extremely frustrated. @airtelindia this is pathetic, @ACTFibernet is setting up the same day.

@sang1983 @ACTFibernet True! Received 2 calls frm ACT if we were satisfied with their services, pressed no twice got a reply we will contact you soon, still waiting! Terrible service ACT, neither bandwidth nor reachability! Told jio is better, thinking of switching to another sp! Suggestions welcome!

@ACTFibernet Act have very unique way to give customer service. They will not answer your call. They will pick your call and stop responding. Pathetic service,Fake promotion about internet best provider. I will teach you after 3 month.

@ACTFibernet Do you have any time line Solution? , Always Say 24 hrs, As a customer we Never knows When Your Time Starts, Every Time If we call We get Answer With in 24 Hours , Really Bad experience.
