@ACTFibernet complaint# SR10262862333562 every month either the junction box has issues or the wire gets cut or something or the other happens and you disconnect internet for more than 24 hours... Will you refund the money for this 24 hours?? Worst service.. 🤦🤦👎👎

@ACTFibernet We r constantly following up with ACTFibernet@Hyderabad to down-grade our plan, without our consent they changed the plan and sending us high bill and failed to correct it, can this be resolved this is very painful experience. Account number-101480735420

Horrible experience at @ACTFibernet. Inspite of paying the entire amount 3 days back, the team is so unprofessional that they (Mr Daivik Gowda) have stopped responding. Once money comes, customer experience doesnt matter for you guys. I have followed up nearly 20 times. #cheaters

@ACTFibernet - Tried everything to reachout to customer support , but seems its all bots now . Its there anyway I can connect to direct support . I have been trying the same for a little over a week now .
