@ACTFibernet Hi after u called, i got another call 044 - 40510029 gopi his name, he said pay 2500 for box and 6 months advance payment fpr some reason and asked me to cancel act. 5 mins before +914067500900 got a call in this and they said 800rs whish is true

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet my response: but first i want tot talk about the refund process for the disconnection. since we paid for 6 months . now we don't want it due to poor services and lack of communication between you members which creates a confusion for us.

@ACTFibernet Sir,pls. Chk our network is not working since last night. H 150 Naraina vihar has a set box installed here, they R thinking of removing this box from their place. So pls look into this matter & shift the box to another place so that we can provide u better service

@ACTFibernet I need permanent solution. Whenever raising issue just getting temporary resolution with conditions (customers have to recharge for 3 months or more).

@ACTFibernet ,@ACTFibernetHYD my net is down since the starting of republic day at 1:00 midnight and when raised the complaint it showing me it will be resolved at 5-8 or something like that and when called to customer support they saying someone cut the wire at night 1 lol ****
