    @ACTFibernet Still no one has contacted me to fix this issue and am gonna change to other broadband connection by next month, pls advise on how to disconnect this service so that I can switch to other broadband connection.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD No technician has shown up, your call center still gives false answers, it has been 4-5 days now, no resolution in sight.. are you guys even intend to provide services going forward or simply go on with scripted responses like: backend team, 72 hrs & so on..

    @ACTFibernet I have been facing issue since the 19th of August. The issue would have been solved on 22nd itself. Just because the owner where the junction box is installed denied the entry, Despite multiple requests from my end to install the junction box to different location -1
