Showed their true colors and pathetic service within a month itself. Who will compensate for this 2 days of harrasment? Irresponsible broadband provider. @ACTFibernet are you guys the same as @airtelindia ? Please let me know so that I can switch the service.

@ACTFibernet Not sure why only my internet will not work everytime in my building. Every month once or twice I am facing internet disconnection issue. Have informed technicians to fix it for permanent resolution but till now no response.

@ACTFibernet haven't seen a more incompetent CS team till now. Already communicated that I don't want your connection still you need me to raise a ticket other wise you keep harassing me calls 4 times a day. With connection or without your experience is the worst #Harassment

@ACTFibernet I made 6 months payment for new connection on 25June but the devices are not installed yet. Before payment I was promised 1 day installation. No resolution from cstmr support even after daily calls. registered no- 7483679700 pls reply & help
