@ACTFibernet I had to reopen my ticket "SR10156697690902" yesterday and still no action. Agent keeps calling to close the ticket so he can buy battery backup after 48 hours . This doesn't make sense to me. Can we have a solution for this? #myconnectiongoesoffwhenpowergoesoff

I was unable to work because of your issue. You people are still saying that there is no issue found from your end. This is a highly careless act from your end. I was been informed that the issue will be resolved by 3PMtoday. But no luck. When can I expect resolution @ACTFibernet
