  @ACTFibernet Your service has been extremely unreliable. Complaint SR10379879346170 has been reopened again — this is the 5th/6th disconnection in just 20 days. This is unacceptable. I need a permanent solution, not repeated temporary fixes. Please resolve this urgently.

  Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.   @ACTFibernet I am using your service .I was paying 659 monthly plan .but today they charged rs 796 .means 118 for late payment.its not right.if I am paying my bill after late they are charging too much then if I will any internet problem will they pay me money for that.

I got this as an offer from the sales guy Karthick R | +91 90429 13770, and promised waiver too. Due to his tardiness, my service got suspended
