    @ACTFibernet Customer care claims a junction box battery replacement Requires 2 days to transport with in Chennai. I didn't know that with in Chennai there is distance of 2 days travel. What is this ? Enough of your funny responses. Planning to switch to #Jiofiber

    @Srikanthbvsp @ACTFibernet Bro, ACT became worst. Airtel is so better with fiber connection and cheap. Just try once. Ask people who started using recently.

    @ACTFibernet, sad that even after ages I still have slow internet every alternate week and it so sad that a mobile hotspot works much better than yours… every time ticket is raised technician is in a hurray to close the ticket rather fixing or updating the customer on the issue
