@ACTFibernet u people have no responsibility no value for coustomer no response on complaints every day saying same words we will solve ur issue in 24hrs from 17th on words this was happening simply saying wait for 24hrs problem will solve but 71hrs completed but issue not solved

@ACTFibernet Please check your previous tweets in last 6 months to me. Each time you've assured a solution and each time you've only disappointed even more. Only waiting for either Jio or Airtel to start their services at my apartment, so that I can finally put an end to this torture!

@ACTFibernet No response on my query, you guys have lost the josh... we pay for 125 MBPS and we get 10 MBPS, when we raise a query we get temporary solution and again the trouble starts... pls fix or refund

@ACTFibernet today is 5th no internet, daily u people r saying will resolve in 24hrs, but issue was not solved, no response from coustomer care no response for calls and mails, how many days I have to wait for network how many days u will take for solving issue this is the worst.
