    @ACTFibernet I am unable to use your broadband with a VPN and your online customer care bots are worse than pathetic. Neither is it possible to contact customer care, as the numbers provided don’t exist or don’t event ring.

    @ACTFibernet The worst part is, above mentioned no is not reachable. Whenever I complain about the issue. No sure things get fixed, later it attains the same state. Like Act home page not opening and no internet or slow speeds in spite of having internet bandwidth.

    @ACTFibernet Again the internet is not working.. you guys have are great anyways i will move out of ACT in sometime cant work this way and please dont call me from a dummy who doesnt know anything and just apologize and do nothing .. keep it up ACT

    @ACTFibernet the worst broadband service & the worst of the worst customer service. Im sick & tired of calling them 4 last 5 days and every time they have a std answer. Wil resolve in 24 hrs. Not sure when will my complaint cross 24hrs in their ckocj #actcorp #actfibernet #sucks

    @ACTFibernet big thanks to u 4 giving me Day 5 without broadband. I now talk to my parents daily, that are not that boring I understand now. And btw the best customer care, anything you tell them will be resolved in 24 hours and the same dialogue on day 5 #actcorp #sucks
