    They again and again raise tickets and say, "Sorry, we are raising a ticket for your problem," but they didn't solve it, says will come tomorrow. Every day a new date is assigned. From the 5th date, today is the 9th. A team of corrupt and lazy people. @ACTFibernet

    2/2 After the technician reset the connection, the existing Wi-Fi password stopped working and nobody informed us. No update, no communication, and still no reliable internet. Customers depend on your service for workthis level of support is unacceptable. #ACTFibernet #CustomerS

    Asked customer exec to downgrade my plan. The executive says they're "unable to do due to some issue" but can't explain what the issue is or when it will be fixed. Funny how upgrading works instantly, but downgrading becomes impossible. @TRAI @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet Act Fibernet account 101003959349 of Sai AE Broadband is not working for the past 2 hours. No response to complaint from Act Fibernet. Bill paid three days ago via Order ID: 407-2704380-0659516. Poor service... 👎👎👎
