    @ACTFibernet The frustrating thing is its never resolved in couple of hours and theres no one to get the update from. The etr always shows the time around 9 pm and then it lingers to next day. It is not acceptable at all

    @ACTFibernet A/c # 102016147724 It has been almost two months I have stopped the service and I have not been issued a refund of the balance amount. You keep sending me an invoice with credit balance but the amount never comes. Is this the way you treat your customers?

    @ACTFibernet I hope it gets resolved today and for future too. Because i have no other option but to switch to another provider. I have 3 other family members with act connection, they will switch too and i wont recommend your service to anyone going forward if this problem persists.

    We took three months plan from @ACTFibernet 1 Month completed and now we are unable to use the internet ,we called customer care they said we will solve ur issue, I am requesting @ACTFibernet can we cancel ur connection the service is not good

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @ACTFibernet I switched from ACT to Airtel on 17 July, and since the last 3–4 days, my internet is not working. Every day, technicians visit, say "issue not identified", and leave without fixing anything. Still no resolution.
