    @ACTFibernet Dear act what an irresponsible team you have. Since yesterday evening they promised me more than 4 times to resume my account but no resolution. Looks like they don't care anymore about customer satisfaction. They are closing the SR also without resolving the issue.

    @ACTFibernet please be cautious while taking new connection. These people are very soft while take new connection. But, after sales service is very poor. For any thing, for example if you want shifting the connection, they will take 7 days. Not good service.

    @ACTFibernet Every ACT person tells different things about problem resolution.Instead of FTR closure after every call or email, solve customer problems. How do you check whether customer problem is solved or not ??
