    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct Never going with ACT again. They took a security deposit .Due to repeated service issues and multiple unresolved complaints, I finally got the connection disconnected. Their team collected the device, and I completed every step required for closure.

    @ACTFibernet Don’t know if so much efforts are needed from a customer to start the refund process? It can always take 2 weeks, but i was informed the process was never imitated after me calling thrice. Makes me think some fraud sales person took my money.

    Second 48-hour ACT Fibernet outage in less than 3 weeks. The same story again—repeated extensions of the resolution timeline,no response from customer support. Customers pay in advance for reliable service, not repeated disruptions and silence. @ACTFibernet #ACT @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet I Have raised multiple requests for sudden internet issues at home, Engineer visiting the site and resolving temporarily and closing the request.

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI please note this violation of customer promise by @ACTFibernet where they haven't done the installation after taking full advance payment and harassing customer by not fulfilling their promise to install within 24 hours of the payment.

    @ACTFibernet Not at all acceptable! Internet these days is the need of the hour, not restricted to entertainment, likr in case of the past. Breakdown for almost 24 hours, not only affects the day-to-day chores, but also gives a sense of disconnect. @ACTFibernet handling the issue callously
