    How could we develop a faith on you if you are taking longer durations to resolve the issue for your existing customers still not my issues is resolved if it will not resolve by tomorrow morning please refund my money back, I will go with other existing companies @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet am facing internet connectivity issue from past 3 hours and I have informed about the same to your regional staff as well as to customer care team. But the issue not yet addressed. Fake commitment was shared while getting new connection, "Best in speed and services".

    @ACTFibernet Still the issue not sorted, useless support. It's a routine with ACT FIBERNET. No clear ETA nor any call from act team for the call log raised. It's high time to move to airtel who offer quality support.
