On May 29th, I paid you for a plan change to convert to a 6-month plan, which comes with mesh routers. No updates yet! The service request you logged doesn’t even show up in my account. πŸ€”

    @ACTFibernet after so many follow up with service request id SR10280864280114. When trying to get update on above issue customer support team putting on hold and later disconnect on their own. If my issue couldn't be resolved the say upfront. Ghosting is not ethical

    Hello @ACTFibernet I requested for a router change from ur customer care which was advised by the service engineer who visited for my slow speed complaint. The customer care rep advised me to opt for a 6month plan so i could get a free new router. What is this?

    Hi @ACTFibernet it's been more than 24hrs that I have raised a ticket regarding connection issue no one from the technical department nor the customer service representative has reached to me in the ticket it said it will be resolved by 8:30pm yesterday it has not be resolved yet

    @ACTFibernet What kind of **** response you guys give to customers, why dont you refund the amount ? i ll get some other provider, there are a lot many who knows how to handle customer well rather than harrassing them.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @FiberAct It's been over a 9 days since I raised my shifitng request and 6 days as disconnection request (SR10281001985214), but there has been no resolution. Since my connection could not be shifted within the promised timeline, I had no option but to get a new internet connection. I cannot keep waiting because of the delay from your end. Please process my disconnection request immediately and close the ticket. Account No.: 102690825805
