    @ACTFibernet Been following up via calls for my connection shift request for one week. First ETA via email was 26 Apr, second ETA via app was 28 Apr, today it's 1 May. Also, your team says my shifting address is not their problem to solve for connection shifting. @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet is anyone still running the company! I received another message that ETA for resolution has increased again. My neighbours have Airtel and Hathaway connection n it’s working fine. Why only ACT is not working! Terrible!
