    @ACTFibernet observed 2 issues in a span of 1 week in Nagarabhavi 13th block.Internet is down and ETR has been 8-10 hours in both cases. Today I am unable to work from home as fibernet is down and ETR is 8pm 😢.Feels like your service effeciency has reduced.

    @ACTFibernet , There is no response to any of the problems highlighted to Bangalore Nodal officer. There is a repeated outage of internet during weekdays, but don't bother to resolve it, even after having paid for all the days in advance. All the customer contact for showcase.

    @ACTFibernet it's more than a week and I have raised 2 service requests but the issue is not being resolved. Why you capped the data speed and not added detail in your plans based on bandwidth so consumer is aware before taking your services.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Hi. There is a network since yesterday noon. I have already raised a ticket but no one has physically come in to resolve the issue. Also, why is that multiple folks call us to get info like address. Isn't it something that is there in our acc ?

    @ACTFibernet It's since sept 2nd multiple tickets were raised and your team closed it without resolution. Waiting for my billing period to complete and opt for @reliancejio Or @airtelindia

    Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet it's not even been a month since we had the connection and the broadband is unable to handle mobile devices and the speed of the internet connection isn't even reaching 1mbps. I raised the complaint on app SR10565840372674.
