    Worst service @airtelindia , 48 hrs post the storm and no resumption of xstream service in kovilambakkam, chennai #airtelxstreampremium is sucking..comparatively smaller providers like @ACTFibernet are up but airtel is dead

    @ACTFibernet account no 103426984226, it's more than four days internet connection not restored, no response on restoration. Ur weak service exposed on such crisis and added u don't inform when it's getting restored . Have some shame ?

    I couldn't reach customer care representative since they are all busy. When we forget to make payment your representative will be on calling us until we make payment. Now they will be busy. @ACTFibernet

    @UrsTrulyRRR9 @ACTFibernet Since Friday evening my Internet is not working, 1st they we’ll fix on Sat before noon, then they updated as evening and then night, then next day same hrs…fed up with the service…still not yet resolved
