@ACTFibernet Sorry to say this, worst kind of sales team Prior to payment I got received lot of calls from sales person, after confirmation of location availability I paid total amount, after that sales person not even attempting my call and support team also failed completely to help me.

@ACTFibernet : Hi, I have raised many compliants from Dec 2021 until now regarding the refund of my balance which ACT had to pay due to disconnection after the bill was generated for DEC21. complaint number: SR10264014231280. This issue is still kot resolved. #REFUNDREQUIRED

@ACTFibernet what a worst service team. I requested for a connect on 23rd of jan but the lazy team has sorted that there is no feasibility in my area after 2 days of payment. Now when i request for a refund , they say it would take around 7 days on 29th jan. Worst service.!

@ACTFibernet No who told you that I am still waiting for my refund. Your zonal manager Nilam told me that I will get my money back until wednesday i.e 2nd Feb 22, so obviously my issue still not resolved. I am waiting.

@ACTFibernet hello, my plan is coming up for renewal in February. Have been your customer for around 7 years. And with your current service record, I will be planning to shift to another internet provider unless you can fix all the issues I am facing.
