    @ACTFibernet Rajajinagar 3rd block, Bangalore. It's going to be 24 hours since internet not working. When is it going to resolve? You guys generate bill for not using services also. It's affecting my work.

    @ACTFibernet Again link down and your team is asking me to wait till 1700 hrs tomorrow... don’t you guys understand that our bread and butter gets affected with these link failures... during demanding situations we are at the verge of loosing our jobs

    what a worst network @ACTFibernet twice in two weeks that wifi has stopped working. and you take more than a day to fix the problem. what do you want me to do on a sunday without wifi? probably the worst service .

    @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet Request SR10252458294751 is expected to be resolved by 2/15/2021 04:00:00 PM. Today is 7/3/2021 - No response / resolution but complaint was closed 2 times without doing anything. The worst customer care award goes to @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet hi team, i am staying in at pin code 560049, in an apartment where probably there could be more than 50 ACT connection, today our internet service was interrupted in the morning and till now the service is not resumed, this is happening a lot. Please help
