    Hey @ACTFibernet, I’m stuck in a loop. I have an ongoing request (SR10279914201344) that’s stalled, so I raised a disconnection request (SR10279952569784) out of frustration. Still no resolution on either! Plenty of calls/texts from you, but zero action. Fix this.

    @ACTFibernet Simple plan change request is pending for 10 days with no resolution. SR12379816557189 customer service is not helpful and app is not user friendly.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet what’s wrong with your Hyderabad service? Facing internet blackout second time in one month. Customer care is worthless. No way to prioritise resolution. It takes 24 hours. Are we living in stone age? Or you are asking to switch to JioFibre or Airtel?

    @ACTFibernet @chennaiactfiber @NaMoInTamil 103015853858 chennai connection. Upgraded 48 hrs before. Last 24 hrs no service. Customer care saying connection cannot be resumed indefinitely. This is the way ACT cheating. My life is screwed because of this...

    @ACTFibernet Weekly outage due to wire tampering at junction box. No action taken despite repeated complaints. Today: 12:30 AM complaint, no visit till 2 PM. SR11079930861814 Fix permanently or I escalate to TRAI.

    @ACTFibernet The expected resolution time has already passed. By when will this be fixed? A reply online isn’t enough please take action. Without internet, many important tasks come to a halt @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet what's wrong with ACT? The Internet stopped working anytime without prior communication. Not at all reliable. If you are taking full money then why is the internet not always available. Why most of the time issues with the internet.
