    Very poor service. I have tweeted about my issue and I have been asked to dm details which I have already done and was informed that they will get back with details and later they just texted me that they believe my issue was already resolved. How Is that resolved?? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet SR11051996468072. How much does it take to replace a router ? 10 days to an SR and no follow up or resolution. This is despite writing you umpteen emails, DMs and Tweets. Shame on you Guys!

    @ACTFibernet Request for a speedy resolution. This can’t keep happening all the time. Tired of the connection drop all the time. May have to change to another provider if this continues
