  @ACTFibernet Thank you for the response. However, a waiver does not address the inconvenience caused by being without internet for over 24 hours. My concern is the repeated delays in resolving outages and the lack of communication from support. Please provide a clear ETA for restoration.

It has been almost 24 hours since I reported the internet outage, and your team has failed to provide either a resolution or a meaningful update. Is this the level of service you call broadband support in a digital era? Your repeated assurances have turned out to be empty promises. I work from home, and your incompetence has already cost me an entire day of work, productivity, and professional commitments. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of accountability and communication from your side. If you cannot resolve a basic connectivity issue even after 24 hours, what exactly are customers paying for?   @ACTFibernet - Pathetic service..the network is down since yday noon still unattended..the customer care numbers r available - limited hours..getting thru is a big challenge. Vtg grt difficulty opened a ticket to know etr is 1 day.Internet is so critical but resolution 1 day.crap

  @ACTFibernet I have raised a request to shift my wifi box to our newly constructed building but none of your tenchinicans seem to bother to come. My previous SR was also closed promising me that they would shift the box. I have raised an SR again - SR10180632693894 Kindly Help
