  @ACTFibernet Instead of resolving the issue ACT forced to take decision of closing connection. It is absolutely ridiculous customer service. Last one month I am not using my connection properly with poor internet.

  @ACTFibernet The service person came directly and told me it will be fixed within the next 10 mins yesterday evening and post which he ignored all my calls and still not fixed.. Lost my 2 days pay as I'm working from home. Thanks ACT

  @ACTBangalore @ACTFibernet SR10281068894234 for 3 days, every morning my internet is not working, what is this... I've to raise a ticket everyday. Very pathetic service.
