@ACTFibernet I never expected this from ACT Fibernet. An ACT technician and site engineer came to my area, cut my broadband cable, and redirected my active connection to my neighbor's house. I had already paid for a 3-month plan, and I still have 45 days left on my subscription

@ACTFibernet - Does it take 2 months to change a plan and deliver routers? You are just making false promises. The service ticket you logged is made up - I can’t find that ticket on my account. I want you to return the money I paid for the 6-month plan. #ACTFibernet #Hyderabad

@ACTFibernet @PMOIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw Thanks for the response. However, there is a huge demand for reliable internet like ACT in our locality (Hawas Ji ka Rasta, 302002). Many residents are unhappy with the current options and want to switch. Please flag this to your network expansion team for feasibility."

@ACTFibernet IVR on customer care numbers disconnect as soon as I choose to speak to an agent. The chat bots do not have an option to connect to an agent. Email to customer care and Nodal officer has no response. What kind of non sense is this.
