    @ACTFibernet But please resolve the issue and provide connection- your people are calling me when I am in flight but I still return the calls within 25 minutes but they are not picking- and DO NOT close the ticket with a remark “ issue resolved” when issue is NOT RESOLVED.

    @ACTFibernet can you provide an update on the ticket SR10180709586464? My work is completely on-hold due to this. There was issue with other service providers as well but they have fixed it on priority,only act customers are facing issue in my area since yesterday #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet Act Fibernet account 101003959349 of Sai AE Broadband is not working for the past 2 hours. No response to complaint from Act Fibernet. Bill paid three days ago via Order ID: 407-2704380-0659516. Poor service... 👎👎👎

    @ACTFibernet Very disappointed with your service. My internet has been down since yesterday. Complaint No. SR10180655972374 was supposed to be resolved by 10 June, 9 PM, but the ETA has now been extended to 11 June, 9 PM. Internet is essential for my office work. Pathetic service
