@ACTFibernet My ID 10100580997 Hyderabad. No internet services since Wed'day night due to heavy rain. It's almost more than 72hrs now & not fixed yet. Everyday we are getting an extension msg, not the solutions. Totally disappointed & customer care number are not reachable.

@ACTFibernet I spoke to customer care. He said my late payment could not be waived in that case I would like to discontinue he has raised a discontinue request SR10375844016769. Jus bcoz its been 6 months since i am associated you ll nt be able to waive.silly

@ACTFibernet : Seems ACT has become careless and least bothered to respond to its customers. Internet not working since yesterday and when i call their areas team lead he is saying he will send the person. The technician has not even visited the site(1)

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Extremely disappointed with your service. I’m on a 1 Gbps plan but barely getting 300 Mbps. Your team has been unhelpful and unresponsive—even after I mentioned cancelling the connection. Shocking apathy and pathetic support. #ACTFibernet
