    @pritamdey09 @ACTFibernet ACT does this always. You tell them that internet is down for past one day, they send sms that issue will be resolved in two days. BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR NOT USING THE INTERNET. @ACTFibernet SR10163198824394 FYI

    @ACTFibernet #unprofessional I requested yesterday for fiber connect and the customer agent promised to activate today. No one contacted me yet, took all my document information and ignoring calls. Damn unprofessional. Cancel my request Customer 119631668099.

    @ACTFibernet you charge 1085 + taxes for 150mbps connection. For comparison, Airtel costs 999 + taxes and provides a way more better service. Your service is no where near to them. Any number of mails and calls are not addressed properly by your team.
