    @ACTFibernet It's 8 days now and the new date given to me is 13th May which will be 10 days. You should be feeling ashamed of your self. Non competent and poor service provider. @ Actfiber

    @ACTFibernet Yeah, it has been resolved. But my question is if the issue can be resolved by the backend people then why does it take 24 hours to get fixed.

    @HathwayBrdband I am roaming here and there and making unresponsive phones for activation of my broad band account. I recharged my account on 30th April 2021 but unfortunately it has been 10 days it's not activated still...poor service @ACTFibernet is much more better in service.

    @ACTFibernet You need to train your support staff to handle user tickets properly and provide reason before closing them abruptly and rejecting the ticket altogether.
