Horrible experience @ACTFibernet , recently moved to a new place and discovered 2 junction boxes whose electricity bill I was paying , when enquired , they said only one waiver for one junction box could be provided.

@ACTFibernet One of idiotic thing i do is the taking ACT internet connection. It's giving problem every month.please if anyone thinking of to take ACT internet connection think 100 times before you guys take.don't regret like me after taking that

People do whatever you can but never take service from @ACTFibernet . their service is the worst service in this country. On the top of that they have arrogant abusive customer executives who are going to make sure that you regret taking connection from @ACTFibernet.

@ACTFibernet Hey ACT, your technical services are pathetic for retail. we had asked for Static IP on 26/08. call centre is doing dummy calls. Finally static IP is assigned but never working, again service call needs to be placed, again delay in servicing. How do you work?
