@ACTFibernet From last 14 days, the same issue is open and even after 4 calls...and being promised of having the issue closed.. nothing has happened. I was forced to continue wid my already disconnected connection post installation of new connection and now I need to pay more

@ACTFibernet i was trying to check if you are going to compensate for pathetic service I received last 6months else I am not going renew. For 3months there was no internet at home at night when I was serving US client. I had to depend on my mobile internet.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet worst service, again net is down from last 2 hours. If you can't work on it better don't offer subscriptions to the end-user. Every other day there is a down time of 10-15 hours. #poorcustomerservice

Once again a bad experience from @ACTFibernet . Don't know how they have survived in market these many years with this type of attitude. Not good at technical aspects, customer service not even in single aspect. Better to get rid as early as possible. @TSConsumers @MIB_India
