@ACTFibernet Firstly, I fail to understand why you guys rely on somebody else's private property and electricity to run your infrastructure. Many of your competitors use poles fitted with waterproof junction boxes that don't rely on anybody else's personal property. (contd)

@ACTFibernet I shifted to new place where you do not have a service. No refund citing below T&C. New way of cheating customers. "1. In case of Fixed/Monthly Term plan, when the customer gets disconnected, no refund will be made”. @TRAI
