    @ACTFibernet team, support tickets which I've raised multiple times are being closed without any action or my approval. Really don't understand the use of this support process. One of the recent ticket which was closed SR10757384344952. Need immediate action.

    @ACTFibernet Last time it took five days for you to resolve and the technician said he wasn’t informed about the issue until the 5th day please don’t repeat the same mistake, it’s Tuesday i can’t rely on mobile data for work this entire week
