    @ACTFibernet is bad internet service provider , i raised request for shifting on 26/04/2026 but till no fellow was called me for shifting of my connection such a bad service provider ACT FIBER NET

    If you are in BLR never buy your wifi connection from @ACTFibernet. Worst service out there with virtually zero customer support. 12 days since a plan change request and no one has showed up. Now got a msg from them saying if I dont pay for the old plan they will cut the wifi.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Again Internet is not working. SR10180033651684. Very poor service. 2 outages in one week.

    @ACTFibernet Also @ACTFibernet, Please educate your sales team to answer to the customer calls and provide the correct information. It's not just taking the payment from customers and making them fools by giving wrong information. They should have some responsibility towards customers.

    Horrible experience with @ACTFibernet Internet has been down for a day now and the resolution timeline keeps getting postponed with. The last eta was 9pm today and now the customer care team is also ghosting any questions. Ticket Id: SR10280009020434

    @ConsumerHelp_ @ACTFibernet My service request SR10179910546804 has been pending with no proper action. The assigned person Nikil is not taking any initiative or providing updates. This delay is unacceptable. Please escalate and resolve this issue. #ACTFibernet #PoorService
