    @ACTFibernet My service request SR10179910546804 has been pending with no proper action. The assigned person Nikil is not taking any initiative or providing updates. This delay is unacceptable. Please escalate and resolve this issue immediately. #ACTFibernet #PoorService

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Tech visited and confirmed that there is no feasibility for connection at my location.. I'm still wondering how can you take the connection payment without any location pre checks of feasibility?? Please cancel the request and process the refund.

    @ACTFibernet Weekly outage due to wire tampering at junction box. No action taken despite repeated complaints. Today: 12:30 AM complaint, no visit till 2 PM. SR11079930861814 Fix permanently or I escalate to TRAI.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHelp Repeated outages due to tampering at current junction box. Requesting junction box relocation/change to a secure location (locked/indoor) Or Please shift my connection to a different nearby box/port. Need permanent fix, not temporary repair.
