    The @ACTFibernet service in Blr is to terrible, they take 10+ days to setup your OTT/TV subscription in 2026 lol. Regretting moving from @airtelindia tbh

    @JioCare From past one week i am facing Jio wifi internet issue. its keeps fluctuating.I am not seeing option to contact customer care. One of the worst service. If you can't resolve i will move to Actfibernet.

    I have an active ACT fibernet connection. I tried to login my ACT fibernet app but recently its not logging in. I reinstalled the app and tried to login but it is saying as mobile number is not registered. I need immediate solution for this because my billing date is yet to come and i dont even know the exact date. Also i am without logging in App im unable to raise ticket for any issues , check usages etc.. So kindly fix this issue asap or give me any update why im facing this issue ? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet The service person came directly and told me it will be fixed within the next 10 mins yesterday evening and post which he ignored all my calls and still not fixed.. Lost my 2 days pay as I'm working from home. Thanks ACT

    @ACTFibernet i am facing internet downtime from yesterday 5:30 but still no one has came to look. I didn’t get any call as well. I checked with the customer support and they said technician will call in 30 min around 1 o clock today but still no call came. SR10380793235454

    @ACTFibernet Checking will not resolve my problem. I need to look for other alternatives which are available apart from you. I have been your customer for the last 10 yrs. Time has changed and if the service is not at par with others then u will lose your clients.
