    @ACTFibernet no Internet since the last 21 hours no update provided by the team ticket is open or no action is being taken did not receive any call from the company worst service ever will never ever recommend ACT to anyone

    @ACTFibernet Paid ₹8,476 on Aug 23 for 6 months to upgrade from 75 Mbps to 400 Mbps. 5 days later, the plan is still not upgraded. I’m being charged for the new plan while receiving the old service. No proper update from ACT. Extremely disappointing.

    @RevanTalks @ACTFibernet Using jio 399+tax 30 mbps and act 575+tax 75 mbps plan no issues in both but if there's a downtime of more than 2 days act will add 2 days extra in our existing plan nothing of such sorts in jio

    I have @ACTFibernet in 3 places right now, I have 2 personal and 1 business account and trust me, I am facing huge amount of issues with business account. Can someone please look into it considering the amount of money I pay you folks is a lot.

    @abishekrsr @ACTFibernet Get a direct fiber connection. They call its aa GX. Its was the same issue for me now it is no more for more than 1.5 yrs

    @ACTFibernet The issue is recurring and not a one time issue, everytime it happens you say the same thing, I want to know the refund process. ACT is the worst broadband company.
