  @ACTFibernet I have cancelled my connection and the router has to be picked up it's been 17 days but no one has reached out and the complaint is open- sr10181610934041. Your chat bot doesn't allow to connect to an agent. Pathetic service

  @ACTFibernet It took 5 guys to fix my ACT connection. First 2 morons came, then a smarter guy came and figured out it was connected previously to Airtel. And another senior with his assistant came by. And it's all fixed.

  @ACTFibernet Company is playing with the sentiments and relationship with customers. Also, they are playing with their own policies and misguiding customer to forcibly recovering money from customers

  @sachins44678181 @ACTFibernet @Srinivasa The ACT team is a bunch of cheaters and unprofessionals. Paid 6 months fee in advance. Not refunding now after cancelling the service within one month due to their inability to provide uninterrupted connectivity. Been with them for 10 years. Now just threatening me

You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.   101012111304. Deepthisree nagar road no 27 every month internet issue why and what is happening. We have 5 connections in one apartment and suddenly today after 6 pm internet issue. Some work done at one pole and we don't have internet now. @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet I paid for activation of my internet plans almost 2 wks ago, but service is still not installed. Technician visited once, customer care has been unhelpful, and not responding despite assurances. This is unacceptable. Resolve immediately!
