    @ACTFibernet Don't believe them, the words change and action differ when you opt for disconnection and they don't refund your money even when it was clearly discussed on the refund T&C when applied for connection.... Never go for long term ACT plans, from my real experience

    @ACTFibernet Ticket details for your reference No:SR10164196081964 , simple shifting request has taken over 2 weeks to resolve, even now the technician has no clue how configure internet or the modem or the router. Please fix urgently or let me know and I ask @Airtel_Presence
