  @ACTFibernet I raised a refund request on 26 January 2022 with Ref No. SR10363992124516.They closed the ticket without providing the refund.I raised a second complaint with Ref no. SR10364081455545,this also closed without providing the refund and no call back received from act.

  @ACTFibernet you guys are the worse. You were quick to take money for installation and 6 months plan and have even installed the router till date. I have been continuously calling your folks and customer care for last 2 days but only false promises or call not being received
