@ACTFibernet I’ve raised complaints nearly 10 times regarding no internet service, but nothing is resolved. Only excuses every time. This is serious deficiency of service. Please fix it immediately or I’ll be forced to escalate to TRAI & Consumer Forum. #ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet I logged a complaint at 4 PM and it’s 9 PM now with no update. Repeated follow-up calls go unanswered. This recurring issue disrupts my office work and is extremely frustrating. If this continues, I’ll be forced to discontinue my connection.
