@ACTFibernet Wahh!! Your team has messaged without even understanding the issue . I asked waiver for poor speeds 30-40 mb in place of 300 mb and got a message that there was no service downtime. Great understanding of customer issue. you need to take English classes first. @Balamalladi13

@ACTFibernet As I said the last time, this has now become a regular feature every 10-15 days. I’ve paid a six month cost and cannot even end this association without losing money. Can you please find some more permanent solution than me raising this with you every 10 days?? @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet ruthless behavior from employee who was working near my apartment. The cable was calling down in the street and it was invisible when I was riding bike with my son and it would have stuck on my neck and he was saying nothing happened right and just go.

@ACTFibernet hello team.. it has been 2 days that we do not have internet services in our area.. tried reaching customer care to check on the issue, no onez picking.. raised a ticket, however the resolution time is being pushed on.. during these wfh times it's being difficult!!
