People, Never ever make payments online when you're buying a service. Especially the ISPs in India are nothing but frauds. Companies like @ACTFibernet they might force you to pay online by saying "This is our only procedure". My Rs.4195 is not being refunded, It's been 13 days.

@ACTFibernet , i had placed a cancellation of service and I understand that it will be cancelled, however why it's cancelled today, when i already paid for this month? Also during the cancellation i had clearly mentioned that cancellation has to be fulfilled on 3rd Dec 2022
