  @ACTFibernet It's literally come to a point where my current plan has ended and I wanted to shift to a mesh plan and I need to wait for the router delivery before I can pay. They will not even take money in the app, and now I've got no internet service.

  @ACTFibernet For the past one week it has been repetitive issues with my internet connection. Ref ticket no. SR10881447523214. If this persists iam switching over to different ISP. Rectify this permanently else iam not going to continue your connection.

  @ACTFibernet seems to be an ongoing issue. Lost internet today since morning 9am and only response is the generic one where eta for fix is evening 9pm and it is still not resolved at 10pm. Extremely frustrating!!

  @ACTFibernet Your "Business Broadband" is a scam. 3rd outage in a month. Promised SLA: 2 hours. Actual downtime: 2+ days. Zero accountability, zero comm, zero recovery. Businesses pay for reliability, not excuses. Stop selling business connections if you can't deliver them.
