    @ACTFibernet @MMH12169799 Boss I have tracing you people for about 15 days from now on status of my refund n no one has time to even call me n your app is rubbish pull it off same is your customer support where you can't reach a customer support representative this is how you make fool of the public

    @ACTFibernet I've been facing frequent disconnection of my broadband. It's such a pain to reach out to your service personnel via IVR. All this despite having slapped rs650 for relocation charges. I've made a big mistake by staying wit ACT. Whn othr SPs hv gd offrs fr new connctn

    @ACTFibernet bloody idiots are you working or sleeping.??? Don't you you or your executives have minimum responsibility to look at customer request.??? I have raised shifting request on 30th August it is closed but not shifted and no response executive who visited my place
