    @ACTFibernet worst internet service and customer service. Facing internet disconnection problem very frequently and whenever I call cc they ask me wait for 24 hours. How can you expect a person to wait for 24 hours without internet especially when we are wfh during this pandemic.

    @ACTFibernet This is really depressing with ur services. It's been since more than 24hrs complaint raised. And called the customer service 4 times today still the issue was not resolved. Didn't expected this from act..

    Pathetic service in Delhi by @ACTFibernet, no internet for more than 2 days and a clueless situation where no one knows what went wrong or by when it'll be back..no personal connect, no calls, no text, no updates.. support processes a mere eye-wash

    @ACTFibernet I have your broadband connection in Lajpat Nagar. Its been 36 hours that I dont have access to the Internet. Your techniical support team doesnt have a clue what's the issue. I haven't got any call from the support team even thought I had raise ticket 36 hours ago

    @ACTFibernet Really very poor customer service. Complaint no SR11059226857822 has not been resolved as yet. Useless customer service helpline. The internet is down on alternate days for the past 2 weeks. In these times of online classes cannot afford such poor service.
