    @ACTFibernet Your ACT Engineer, Lakshmi told me that I should receive the call from your department as there is a ticket pending for very long (more than 3 months) but I never got a call until I follow up. Your engineer Lakshmi is very rude and he lies a lot. He is a big lier.

    Completely unacceptable service from @ACTFibernet.No internet since yesterday. Technician promised resolution twice—no show, no response despite 10+ calls, messages & callbacks. Chatbot useless, customer care unreachable. #ACTFibernet #PoorService

    Aasmaan se gire khajoor me atke... Disconnected @ACTFibernet yesterday and opted for @airtelindia broadband due to frequent cuts and long resolution time... Now Airtel broadband had connectivity issues from early morning and nobody coming up despite logging the issue around 7am...     @ACTFibernet @BlrCityPolice how is it that companies promise us and don't deliver. Very concerning. @ACTFibernet should be held responsible for unsatisfactory service and then lying for the same.

    @ACTFibernet what's wrong with ACT? The Internet stopped working anytime without prior communication. Not at all reliable. If you are taking full money then why is the internet not always available. Why most of the time issues with the internet.
