    @ACTFibernet It is very difficult to contact you. My connection gets a frequent disruption. Every time I have to register a complaint through the app. There is no mechanism to address customers complaints over voice. These frequent problems are annoying and forcing to disconnect

    @ACTFibernet Whats wrong wt ur service? Everyday thr r sm issues. Today the internet is down & Im unable to work. And ur CC is even worse. CC agent Manish just hung up the call. Changing the ETR to tomorrow is unacceptable. Fix it ASAP - SR10265485485264
