    @ACTFibernet My internet service has been disconnected due to non payment of my bill.Really have to applaud your team which works well when it comes to payment and so many excuses and laid back attitude when it’s a complaint,even closing the ticket before resolving.Shame

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI Don't trust Act Fiber Net, don't buy, all consumers of act, please shift your connection to another broadband, they will say 50 mbps, at least it is not come 10 mbps. No response from sales, technician team, at least customer care also worrest

    .@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD No internet at my parents’ for the past day, and the rare times it does work, it barely qualifies as functional. Complaint still not resolved, could you please expedite? WFH getting severely affected. Can’t fix it for them from B’lore each time.
