@ACTFibernet @RajivHolur the most pathetic service provider, takes them more then 10 days to solve a issue and their technicians just do not pickup customer calls. The only answer they give is "we have escalated your issue" "we will solve this in 1 hour". Also not willing to refund money @jagograhakjago

@TRAI @ACTFibernet ACT Fibernet withdrew services from Gurgaon on May 18th Operators shouldn't be allowed to deactivate service in the midst of a lockdown leaving customers in lurch and exposing them to the risk of the pandemic as they scurry for a new connection
