    Wow ! What did I just see ? So this guy from @ACTFibernet came to fix my internet. He checked the router then he went out to check the cables, he asked me a few times if it's working now, Nothing got better and HE JUST LEFT without even saying a single word! Like just left.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Been a customer for 7 years, hands down the worst customer experience/service a company can provide. Wi-Fi’s down for like 3 days, 20 customer service calls made, yet no one has showed up. Changing my network as soon as this package ends.

    @ACTFibernet - My internet is not working since Sunday. I’ve registered complaints a number of times but the issue has not been resolved. Also have asked your executives to change my plan but to no avail. Pathetic customer service!

    @ACTFibernet service is so pathetic in Whitefield. Technician hasn't yet installed router even though the quarterly plan has been activated. Asking to wait for 7 days, is that how you harass customers?
