    @ACTFibernet @AdityaV18395855 How much time you need to look into an issue? @AdityaV18395855 better to switch to alternative service provider as you will need to struggle for disconnection too. I am struggling to get a response from them for my disconnection request since 1st August

    @ACTFibernet @viswanadhkurma1 Pathetic service I was a regular client of ACT since last 8 months and they have Been doing blunders since last 1 month the payment cheque is ready they are not coming to collect it and disconnecting my connection again and again for 6 days

    @ACTFibernet If this nuisance is not resolved,will ensure I share the interaction with act customer care, within my company , 2 lakh employee strong, and let people know why they should not opt for your connection any more, and hopefully then you will realise.

    @ACTFibernet I have raced a request to transfer my wifi, but it is not completed yet. So far 3 days have gone bad. Still no attention is being given to my problem.

    @ACTFibernet I have received your call back. But there is absolutely no resolution? I was told my issue will be resolved in 24 hours. It is 72 hours since. What is happening? This is so unprofessional. 😤
