    @ACTFibernet As a continuation of this request, I raised request to transfer the funds from old account to new account multiple times. All SRs are closed without resolution. Spending hours to explain the issue to every support person but no resolutions. DM'ed you the details as well.

    @ACTFibernet Can you please explain how you automatically resolve the service request ticket without doing anything. I have opened a number of tickets regarding the billing and speed. they just automatically closed it without action.
