    @ACTFibernet , you guys are the worst. I have raised disconnection request SR11080198534617 . It is closed and i have returned the wifi router as well but I am still getting daily calls to pay bill and re-enable the connection. KINDLY STOP CALLING ME AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.

    @ACTFibernet your service has dropped to unbearable low level. I have raised 5 complaints in last 7 days and no resolution. This is a prepaid connection and just a unprofessional service from you. #worstinternetserviceACT

    I think all are scammers even the @ACTFibernet guys are also scammers and fraudsters. They took money but from day 1 internet is not working. Hyderabad Patancheru people are pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet, is a 35+ hour downtime the new standard for a premium 300 Mbps connection? My internet has ben down for over 30 hours now (Ticket SR12280373039054, Act:122770994917) Despite paying 6 months in advance, I keep getting generic template replies with an absurd 5 PM ETA

    Yet to see a customer service support worse than @ACTFibernet .they call. Then send a “happy “ code. Unresolved . And after ten minutes they send a message “resolved”! Dont ever subscribe to ACTFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet You people can only reply on X but not work properly. Make sure my refund is credited by the evening today so i can change service provider. Will have to approach consumer against u otherwise
