    @ACTFibernet havent received any call post the call got disconnected and told the issue to your team, issue is 400 mbps connection i have and speed is 20-30 mbps, highly sporadic from last few weeks, high latency and horrible service, ur team saying router is not capable, but its ur router.

    @ACTFibernet Very disappointed in your service, yesterday internet for down for almost 3 hrs and its gone again today. You never miss before disconnecting if there's a delay for 1 mints and get away with hours of no services.

    @ACTFibernet either you had given additional connections on my port on terrace, or the router now not working properly, fix it, cant keep open cases without any resolution, & paying for the services i am not getting.
