@ACTFibernet it is more than 24 hours now and still no internet. The support guys promised that it would be back by yesterday only. What is going on. How long we need to stay off the internet. So this one whole day should be added with plan validity. SR10160908341772

@ACTFibernet recently took act Fibernet in Vijayawada.After the day of activation every third day there is disconnection issues.I took 574/ plan n paid 970/ for a month but hardly I used 10 days n my connection got disconnected permanently.Totally disappointed. f..ing provider.

@cruisemaniac @ACTFibernet Did you call them? Usually they are prompt in responding to me when I file a case via the app, or phone. However, this whole switch business annoys me like hell. This issue happens so often that they need another way to solve it.

@ACTFibernet Everytime I visit native n comeback, internet stops working. This time, router was off for just 5 days. Fed up of this issue. Everytime I have to ur support person to home to fix this. Why can't u do remote restart? Why is it even stops working when router is (1/2)
