Hey @ACTFibernet your app doesnt work to raise complaints, your service engineers will not check the connection once te issue is resolved and i cant work from home because of your stupid slow speed connection. I am disconnecting this idiotic commection.

@ACTFibernet I'd complained (to nodal and appellate levels) regarding emails delivered to my inbox reminding me to pay the dues for the account that does not belong to me. Instead of resolving the issue my email id is blocked. Is this how you resolve complaints?

@ACTFibernet No internet since yesterday night. Down for whole locality. Coimbatore ACT is the worst! Service disruptions occur frequently on weekdays and usually take more than a day to fix. Pathetic! Req No: SR10855167458152.
