@ACTFibernet I applied for new connection and paid amount on 8nd March 2021. Still now didn’t get a connection. If I call the customer care, they keep on saying that installation will be done in 24hrs. Sometimes they not even pick my calls. Totally frustrated with this. Waste of time.

I am a @ACTFibernet user. Want to shift to @HathwayBrdband or @fiber_jio. Do you serve in 560086? It is an immediate requirement. My complaints are getting unanswered from past 15 days. I have 4 connections of in my building n wants to shift to other service provider.

@ACTFibernet hi I have issues with billing last month half of the month I had connectivity issues I need some concession in this months fee I would have paid all but the issue took half month.

@ACTFibernet The worst customer care by @ACTFibernet experienced for my case SR10153507837392. I am also an handicap person but your on field and on call staff are very rude. They don't have etiquette of dealing with customer, forget about handicap people like me.
