    @ACTFibernet 8:31 AM you asked for 12 hrs. 8:31 PM changed the ETR to 1PM next day. 30 hours for a resolution. Internet gone for total of 48 hrs. No comm. from ACT team whatsoever. I am spending money on mobile internet plans. So let me discontinue using ACT and will use mobile internet.

    @ACTFibernet I am very disappointed with the kind of service you are offering. I don't have an internet connection for more than a week and nothing is being done. I still get a bill and reminders asking me to pay.
