@ACTFibernet @ActfiberC I facing regular internet diconnection, i have raised this issue many times, your representative dosent show up, but in call he says has been fixed and close the ticket. They asked me to change to a new rooter, still not resolved.!

It seems that @airtelindia will not take any accountability & action on the issues raised by custmrs After raising a ticket for my broadband connection, I have to wait for 3 days and follow up with cc and local team just so that ghost me again will have to switct to @ACTFibernet

The service that @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet is providing to its customers is really not acceptable these days. Have not experienced so frequent internet issues which are eventually affecting work life. We r bound to switch to different broadband connections. #unhappycustomer
