    @abishekrsr @ACTFibernet Get a direct fiber connection. They call its aa GX. Its was the same issue for me now it is no more for more than 1.5 yrs

    @ACTFibernet ACCOUNT No : 102015011772 I had opted for 3 months billing only for router. It should be back to monthly billing now. I am getting notifications that it will be 3 months billing. This is not acceptable. When I try to raise an issue via your bot it is not working

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Please understand the customer’s problem too. What am I supposed to do with such service? Neither are you installing the Wi-Fi nor processing my refund. This is honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve had.
