However, I have not received any calls regarding the same. Tried reaching out to the customer support and it’s been said that it will be done at the earliest.

It was then pushed to today 10AM, still not resolved. Support is now saying it will be resolved by 9 PM @ACTFibernetHYD

Please contact me via DM. I will assist you in getting your case filed. Not just the deposit, but we will see they are imposed a hefty costs for this.

Complaint SR10379879346170 has been reopened again — this is the 5th/6th disconnection in just 20 days. This is unacceptable. I need a permanent solution, not repeated temporary fixes.
