    @ACTFibernet Received a call from this number +91 40 6734 8500 and by the time i ans the called it got disconnected..it seems the billing team is calling..Can you please ask them to call back..i believe we are near to solution

    @ACTFibernet Will your engineers ever come to solve the issue or we just need to pay for nothing every month. Its been 3 days now and every technician are giving excuse and false promise that it will be resolved soon. Please do something, this is not @ACTFibernet service I heard from others.

    @ACTFibernet One of the waste service peovider very frequent interruptions and cant fix problems permanently. Raising tickets for every week

    @ACTFibernet It's been 24 hrs but nobody has contacted me to resolve the issue. This show your irresponsible attitude towards the customers concerns. Cancel my both the connections immediately. Worse service and worst network. You don't deserve my subscription. @BandBajaateRaho

    @ACTFibernet : Horrible service even when I am paying for 150 Mbps or 200 Mbps what I receive is 10 Mbps speed.Extremely irritated by ACT and its service.Nobody comes to take care of this ,horrible net speed mobile hotspot works better

    @ACTFibernet Very pathetic service. Why do you guys need more then 12 hours to provide service. Your request SR10160748739922 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 8/10/2021 07:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app

    @ACTFibernet you can see my red light on my router its been twinkling since yesterday and I am really stuck and not able to any of my work. Its been the longest down time since I have taken my connection. I would suggest you to improve your service else I will shift in other ISP.

    @ACTFibernet I am calling your customer representative and there is no reply its been more than 12 hours now and its the longest interruption till now which I have faced since I got my connection and on top of that I have yet not received any callback from your end which shows carelessness
