    @ACTFibernet just got the connection one day back and constant issues with network- it shows up but does it work — I shifted from @airtelindia expecting better from you but you too aren’t any good! I surely can’t wait 24 hrs for ur ppl to fix —- this is harassment and I regret!

    @ACTFibernet my internet is not working from past 3 days and raised complaint SR10760547288862. But till now no action has been taken. Feeling like it’s time to change provider.

    @ACTFibernet your company don’t have any kind of ethics, even when informed about temporary suspension still asking to pay for that month which was due to lockdown . I’m a corporate consumer since long time. Still no help offered.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic after sales service. The sales executive kept on chasing me for the connection. I asked him to confirm many times for an early installation. Now after making the payment, both the sales executive and the technician don't answer. Both should be terminated.
