    @ACTFibernet has the worst service for an Internet Service Provider. The cables were cut by the electricity department in my area, I complained to the local guy about it yesterday and still no action at all while the others have taken care of it in hours. 👏👏👏

    @ACTFibernet SR10177934518654. ETR has passed, no resolution and no response from the designated support engineer. Without connectivity for nearly 24 hours. Atleast provide updates or respond to calls in case resolution is taking longer. Distasteful behaviour.

    @ACTFibernet What kind of resolution is this @ACTFibernet? I raised Ticket SR10577915901918 on 12th Nov, and you gave 15th Nov as the resolution date. after doing a clear billing scam and asking me to wait 4 working days. People should know this. #ACTScam #ACTFraud #ACTBillingScam
