    @ACTFibernet must act fast to resolve Internet disconnection queries whenever raised. It doesn’t happen often but whenever internet service get disconnected, some other work get spoils in laptop

    @ACTFibernet Your team is really doing nothing.They are only concerned about targets..for that they are cutting wires and stopping the Internet and doing so many for the SR’s from customers.The wrong location issue occurred again means ur engineers disturbed something

    @ACTFibernet i got a whatsapp msg from this number, +91-8792486943 Selva, when i asked him to fix my issue and call me, he called me and was very rude. later he has blocked his WA number. Is this ur professionalism? FYI i am 1 of the oldest customer since ur inception. #WORSTACT

    @ACTFibernet ....no one from your team is responding regarding the disconnection of the services....however, they are sending me bills....despite telling them to disconnect.....can anyone solve the issue....

    @ACTFibernet many ISP’s are providing unlimited data for much cheaper rates with same service/uptime as ACT. Think about it!!! #ACT #ACTinternet

    @ACTFibernet Ur team had failed to install a new connection within the time.Guy who had sold the connection is not responding to calls. If this is the quality of service been provided at beginning then don't know what u will provide in future? BSNL also provides service as urs.

    Kalyani the last customer representative was laughing at my situation when I asked for update. She thinks she can get away with it. Can a formal complained be lodged against her ? I could hear her giggles over call, worst pathetic customer service you have. @ACTFibernet
