.@ACTFibernet, its been more than 14 hours I raised SR to fix internet connection, yet didn’t get it fixed or any response from you. This is a really bad service example. The frequency of getting this issue is annoying..it affects my office. If it cant fix quickly, let me know.

@ACTFibernet one of the worst service when it comes to customer support and resolving issues. They don't even revert back with update for your issue. Not even a single call.
