    @ACTFibernet May I know what kind of service are you giving, the sales person has said, it is feasible we can install new connection asked to pay amount, as he said we had paid, we have received scheduled message, it will be done Nov 30 between 9am - 1 pm, till now

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI Are you joking? What made you imagine to solve the ticket? Did you ever read my concern? Do you feel shy to answer here as the questioned was raised here? The issue is not resolved because you still filed to answer your service category. - Prepaid or Postpaid since Oct 7th

    @ACTFibernet I have been unable to login to the portal and access the internet since 6:30 AM. Despite raising concerns with your customer support team, no solution has been provided. I've been at this for the past 3 hours.

    @ACTFibernet Just make fool of us as customers Not listening to our problem and being rude ro us....making fake claims and promises to waiveoff bill or to arrange call back from a specific person not able to do that from past week just stretching this issue till next bill generating date

    @ACTFibernet Hi, nobody's gotten back to me regarding the status of my issue or any fix for the same. It's increasingly frustrating dealing with such issues given that there's people working from home who rely on your services to do their work. Please resolve this at the earliest
