  Hey @ACTFibernet For an outage you guys take 4 - 5 hrs. So basically one would loose his half day salary because you and your engineer do not upkeep the connections. Is this quality service. And this is not the first time.

  @ACTFibernet I need to worry because every month 3-4 times no service from end, for this I need to face loss of pay from my company and to resolve the issue it takes 24 hours or more. Will you pay for my loss of pay?

  @ACTFibernet The issue is ongoing. It works fine for a while and after a couple of days, it gets slow again. I’ve raised the compliant multiple times via app too, the executives are always in a hurry to close the request without proper resolution. I’ve provided my ac no. via DM.
