One of the worst billing headach is @ACTFibernet . Coming out with lots of tax and unknown subscription addons.. Giving good connection and charging tons of money in the name of tax and subscription is not a good idea🦶🏼

@ACTFibernet The internet is down since the night of June 29th, I have called the customer service team multiple times now to get the status, but the response is usual as one should expect from ACT. ACT team doesn't act on complaints at all!

What a great service by ACT fibernet, not able to make any request for shifting via app or link, not able to make a request through customer service and also disconnected the call many times when I place the call for disconnection @ACTFibernet pathetic !!!

@ACTFibernet Call connected to umar he asked for Rmn and disconnected call from his end what the hell ur customer service team providing the resolution is the way to handle customer and share a link for feedback he is not capable to handle please escalate this issue to CEO
