    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working again. I had complained on 9th Dec that internet is not working and after raising multiple complaints it is resolved on 12th Dec afternoon. And today again it is not working. Due to this frequent disconnections it is hampering my office work

    @JioCare Just wanted to let you know that the issue is resolved. Turns out I had to disable wifi calling on my phone to rectify the coverage probelm. My wifi connection is from @ACTFibernet not sure what relation it has with jio.

    @ACTFibernet The only thing your associates can say is escalating and prioritising, should be resolved soon. The kind of service you're providing doesn't justify how huge you show yourself.

    @ACTFibernet After getting details your have turned our office WiFi connection off, it is not working now. We have two connection with you, one for office and one for workshop. Shifting is needed at workshop.
