    @ACTFibernet 16 hours with no internet, no idea what's going on. Used Airtel & jio for 4 years, never faced this ordeal. I cannot afford this kind of lazy service when internet is so paramount to livelihood. @JioCare hook me up guys, pushing act out.

    @ACTFibernet There has been a consistent issue in our building with the net connection since a week time, the main router connection to building is not functional while on DG ,despite multiple escalations there is no resolution and its impact the work for so many residents.

    Awful service by @ACTFibernet i requested for disconnect connection,u disconnected it after 15days and now charging for port keeping charge amounting 1600 of loot . I dnt opt for it nor it my mistake that you disabled it with delay.
