@ACTFibernet what sort of service are you guys really providing every 5 to 10 mins internet disconnects and the only solution you engineer says change the router.I have new router ASUS Rog capture GT-AC2900 which is a giga bit router what else do you need pay me 20k I will buy.

@ACTFibernet SR10253476212916 This issue is closed without being resolved and also without notification to customer. Well all my open tickets are closed without issue being resolved. Looks like @ACTFibernet is closing the tickets without the actual fix. I am fed upwithyourservice

@ACTFibernet is the worst internet service provider. After 15 days of payment still no new connection. Customer care is worst and finally after all this waiting asked for the refund.

@ACTFibernet In this pandemic we need support from broadband providers also but it looks like everyone is running behind to make money only I am Act user since last 3-4 years but these days getting very pathetic service lots of connection issues. I have raised concerns many times

@ACTFibernet I have not seen such a worst service in last 6-7 years using act. I have recharged Rs.490 for digital TV,1 month back and called customer care 7 times in these duration. Worst part is reg.complaint get close automatically without solution last ticket was 21011643.
