@ACTFibernet is there any act efficient executives available to resolve my issue, 3rd class customer service, inefficient technicians , there is an issue at your end which could not be resolved and asking customers to upgrade the plan. Is this the kind of service we expected?

@ACTFibernet has become one of the worst internet providers now. 5 times connection got disconnected in last one month and it takes 2 days to resolve. If there is an option of refund I would gladly take any connection eyes shut but never @ACTFibernet again
