    Please change @ACTFibernet name into 'Worst Service Forever'😡😡 2day is 4th day without internet, it was really frustrated and no response from ur end. If we not paying the bill on time you are disconnecting the service,put same effort try to resolve connectivity as well @TRAI

    @ACTFibernet is fraud. Again 2nd time within a month; net is not working and I file for cancellation of subscribtion as from last 3 days I am chasing act but customer care providing irrelevant ans and technician ignoring calls. Telling no refund @jagograhakjago

    Friends, if you are thinking of going for ACT fibernet in Chennai, please check for feedback b4 booking. We face very frequent internet issues & we don't get the service like before (earlier it used to be good). Work from home becomes difficult with ACT. @ACTFibernet @TRAI

    @haja24887 @ACTFibernet @TRAI "Same issue here with ACT Fibernet — no response for 4 days, just false promises every day. Their engineer Anurag Soni won’t even pick up calls. Quick to collect payments, but worst at providing service. Easily the worst WiFi company in India." Ticket no.SR11075864391664
