    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Hi Act Team, I have raised a request yest for downgrading a plan and ur team gave me a timeline of 3 days to make the change. Why will it take 3 days to change the plan? Can ur team look into this on priority? No action so far - SR10164930209315. Bad customer support as well.

    @ACTFibernet Does anybody else having problems like me? Made a complaint regarding service from this month 12th daily.. But not yet resolved... Daily the ticket closes and after every complaint it is reopened...but no solution... Anyother bb to switch over?
