@ACTFibernet I have upgrade the speed to 300mbps from 50mbps but router not supposed. Team is asking to pay 6month subscription then only they will replace.. service provider like airtel and jio are better they replace the router instantly ..@ACTFibernet very bad lost 1 cust

@ACTFibernet Hello , it's been more than 24hrs and no response from your customer care team. Internet is not working. Worst internet service provider.. Shame on you guys .Billing for 30 days and providing service for only 28 days in a month. I will switch to another network service provider soon.

@ACTFibernet Every employee at ACT is careless, deceiving, and thieving. The customer care, the field staff, everyone. Such horrible service I’ve never faced. I’ve been an ACT user for 12 years, and now I feel it’s time to move on and pick another provider.
