    @ACTFibernet this is 2nd time there is an outage in just last 1 week. For the last outage, you had taken 2 days to resolve and for the outage today, though ticket is raised in the morning and three follow up calls made, the status is still showing as awaiting ETR.

    Hi all I kindly suggest people who are using @ACTFibernet kindly stop using their services as I have been facing the internet issue for the past 2 days still the issue is not yet resolved. During the payment if you delay by one hour they will suspend the services. @ACTFibernet
