  @ACTFibernet So the internet provided by @ACTFibernet to your home is dependent on someone who might just cut the power and the internet to your home. I have had local wifi and other brands wifi as well but never heard of such dependency of power on random person.

  @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet what’s wrong with your Hyderabad service? Facing internet blackout second time in one month. Customer care is worthless. No way to prioritise resolution. It takes 24 hours. Are we living in stone age? Or you are asking to switch to JioFibre or Airtel?

  @ACTFibernet Simple plan change request is pending for 10 days with no resolution. SR12379816557189 customer service is not helpful and app is not user friendly.

  Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.   @ACTFibernet the worse service in Delhi. Devansh Balyan a technician never shows up after taking jobs. Maybe he is sabotaging Act. Internet down repeatedly but no action. #internetDelhi
