  @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet - You folks are the worst service providers. Everytime we face issue with Internet you take 24-36 hrs to resolve the issue. Especially in financial district and I want to say you have the worst team who caters to financial distirct. Get your “Act” right and serve customers better.   @ACTFibernet I have been using act fibrenet for quite long. I have raised one issue (CaseId-20260418794842) almost a week back but till now no resolution. Even inhave asked the team to ask someone senior to give a call but till now no resolution. This is really disappointing.

But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.
