@ACTFibernet…I am appaled by the level of service that I am getting from you. It’s not like I am freeloader, I have prepaid for this service. But still I am not getting what I am paying for. My internet shuts off every second day and I have to run behind you guys to fix it.

@ACTFibernet Still not resolved. I have even sent a mail as requested by your support team. No reply and no resolution. Why should I pay for any subscription when I'm unable to see any subscription packages added to my account for four months now? This is horrendous service.
