    @ACTFibernet Everyday I am contacting customer care, they are saying it will be resolved soon but I don't understand when that will come. Are you people not monitoring open tickets and how come you people kept quiet for tickets that are open for more than a month. (2/2)

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD these people don't provide any coustmer support they make us stay for 5 to 10mintues and cut the call if we try again they don't respond or connect the call all their offices are closed since last year March and there is none to resolve my issue the.
