    Im experiencing pathetic service from @ACTFibernet executives. Luckily got my money back from a fraud who called me from ACT. How secure is our data we provided trusting ACT? Im waiting for a connection since July 2nd. How long will you take to resolve a simple problem like this?

    @ACTFibernet my ticket number SR11059576178162 is unresolved since past 15 hours. No one has even called me or visited the place for checking. The service is pathetic and I have made 3 4 calls to customer care only to get assurance of resolution but no step taken so far.

    Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet. 2 days before renewal i got connectivity issues, tried calling local staff - no answer. Default system need 24 hours to resolve. This is 2021 and not 2001 where work can happen without internet. No doubt i m not renewing my plan with them.

    @ACTFibernet my internet is not working for consecutive days and you have morons in customer care who disconnect my calls when raised issue. You are constantly hampering my business and moreover during this period of wfh you have proved quite inefficient. @GoI_MeitY

    @ACTFibernet Internet issues since yesterday not been resolved. Raised complaint and spoke to customer care and yet the issue is not fixed. Its been nearly 36 hours since complaint raised. How do you expect people working from home to work? No:SR10159547689542 @VijayGopal_

    @ACTFibernet worst service ever I have seen for any broadband, from last 3 months I am raising the complainant for permanent solution for internet not working, every 3 days internet stop working, this work from home need this internet and you guys are playing with this.
