    Hey @Airtel_Presence, how soon can you set up a broadband connection for me? @ACTFibernet doesn’t seem to care to retain customers/business. Customer loyalty doesn’t mean anything if the provider doesn’t care.

    @ACTFibernet if my issue is not solved by today, remove our connection and give me refund. Least interested to use ACT anymore. Me along with my friends in our colony will shift to airtel. They provide far better service.

    @ACTFibernet I got call from @ACTFibernet backend team Satish is staff name, who stated this issue will be looked at as priority and someone from @ACTFibernet will visit my place to check this issue.. will wait for it

    @ACTFibernet N ur executivs r so shameless..i called for escaltion..he asked for reg mob no n said he ll check n put me on hold n never came back.i listened ivr for 26 mins.telling all r exes r busy plz stay online..Pathetic

    @ACTFibernet Ticket No: SR10155469164822. It's been 2 days since my internet is nt wrkng. We need internet in these times fr our office work nd online classes. U disconnect our connection if our bill is due by a day, why don't u fix our issue at same speed?
