    @ACTFibernet: Customer service promised to pause the plan from the date of request, but closed the request twice before resolution. No emails of the resolution.

    @ACTFibernet I had recently raised a disconnection and have been informed that my refund post deducting on pro rata basis will only be sent only to ACT wallet as informed by the customer care executive ..is it true?? I don't think ..please revert

    @ACTFibernet The worst service provider .I took 75 Mbps plan and getting only 30 Mbps . When reached out to them they said it give same speed for 6month plan which has dual band router . After switching to 6 months plan,they are not installing dual band router.worst exp.

    @ACTFibernet Again you are worst connection where seen. No internet since 3 clock. Lethargic reply from customer care. Why the hell yu guys suck our hard earned money in the name of boardband. Loss of pay all because of your **** service. Need refund immediately.
