    @ACTFibernet Better refund my money. I haven't used ur service and u can take back ur router and wires. Initially Act guy said u guys use fiber cables and later he installed copper wire & went. Such a bad experience. Never ever I will recommend this stupid broadband to anyone. #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Disconnections have increased manyfold over last month. People are working from home and this is so painful and frustrating. I've been a loyal customer for more than 5 years now. Don't know long I can remain one 😡😡

    @ACTFibernet : Your people come and they say we won't do anything you call the technician,we can't do anything blah blah ,then why did they put a wire in my switch board and ****** my wifi setup that it is not working through UPS

    Hey @ACTFibernet you guys are slower than a tortoise. Get your lazy engineers working and help in relocating the router please. It's been 6 days and it is still pending, your agents over call just assure and do nothing.
