    @ACTFibernet Thank you, please resolve as soon as possible, my aim is to get the account activated and to have the password as soon as possible. I dont care much about people apologizing or feeling sorry about inconveninece caused, resolution is the only thing that matters to me.

    Wanted to share my recent disappointing experience with @ACTFibernet. I was not in the city during lockdown but still I was charged by ACT for during that period! I have been following up with the team for over a week now to either reverse the charges or disconnect my network.

    @ACTFibernet I haven't received any update yet. This is the horrible service I have see so far where 99 Rs is charged without consent and now no one is bothered to return. This compels me to cancel my connection and go for another service provider.
