    @ACTFibernet Its been more than 8hours there is no internet access and no engineer has visited the location to resolve the issue. The complaint was raised 17hours before Current: SR11064335514703 The company CEO also don't reply to the mail's so what can we expect from their engineers.

    @ACTFibernet Instead of saying we regret for inconvenience, customer care executive are saying why are you keep on reopening the tickets as if like customer like to do that. I just reopened ticket once as was not resolved. It's not at all a pleasant experience I had in last 1week

    We are using your service from 5 years and so many compliant we given ..your customers number not replying worst service every alternate day your service off or not working no solution.. my society decide 100 connections you loss soon reply me @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet : I request for relocation of my connection on 10th of March SR no : SR10164316520474 Such an unprofessional team, Till now it's not done and have no direct contact number to even contact directly. Did a big mistake by paying 6 months advance. Worst Ever service
