Nothing is more pathetic than using ACT fibernet and when frequent service disruption more than 10 hrs. Why no one is taking care if customer is facing same problem again n again. Can anyone answer. @ACTFibernet @actfibernetdelhi

@ACTFibernet Hi team, due to heavy rain and thunderstorms my router got short circuited. I have an immediate solution. Kindly do the needful. I’m not getting proper response from your support team. Why should I wait for 24 hrs to get I changed ? So can you guys give me a refund ?

@ACTFibernet They came and changed all wiring. It worked for few hours and issue came back. I reopened ticket again. Please have someone who is capable of fixing it permanently visit our place and fix it.

@rameshl1 @ACTFibernet @TRAI Your phone service provider gets docked by TRAI every time there is a breach. Complain to them multiple times and the lesson is automatically driven home.
