@ACTFibernet your team starting automatic service request for upgrade without concerning customer and changing bill , if this happen without our concern i need think move to other broadband services in my area.

@ACTFibernet whats the issue going in Hyderabad. My internet is not working since yesterday night. Still no one called or updated anything. I tried to talk to executive but you guys have already put automated voice on IVR and there is no option to talk.

@ACTFibernet i know this wiring issue is not gonna resolve soon and i can completely understand its not your fault, i only updates to your customers on timely basis, and we can't wait and run on mobile hotspots so will switch to available air fibre, all i ask is to speed up.

@excitel_rocks Twenty days and still no progress on my connection shift. No response from cust support, & no action on my service ticket. No executive answers calls, and the app is useless. I'm extremely disappointed and regret leaving @ACTFibernet. #excitel #CustomerService
