    @ACTFibernet Your customer service is being compromised now. I was promised a resolution within 24 hrs and it's been more than 48 hrs with no response from your tech team. Your app is down from a long time and I reached out to the cust sprt multiple times. Look into this ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet SR10958948573572 ...so another time it happened. U can see how periodically this is happening. Would appreciate a permanent solution as this is causing severe work impact. Paying more money for ACT professional network but not always disruption.

    @ACTFibernet First of all no one contacted me regarding this ticket.. secondary issue is still persist as inconsistently.. my bad I have paid as advance for 8 months, so no other way of changing connection till then.
