@ACTFibernet Hello, reg SR10366201875887, this was raised on 25th Oct, expected to be resolved on 28th Oct, I am still waiting to be resolved. I did multiple follow-ups with call centres without any help, but I have received an invoice to pay. How you expect me to pay ?

@ACTFibernet Your support agents are not even courteous to listen to the complains they always say that there is no issue from there end I am extremely disappointed by your service I request you to refund my money for the leftover months I took the subscription for two years .

@ACTFibernet I raised shifting request more than 1 week ago and no one contacted me and whe I call customer care the say it will take 48 hours to resolve. These 48 hours passed more than 3 times now. I think it's time to move on new.

@ACTFibernet your service has been down from yesterday noon and not back yet. This is a serious concern and services lapse. There is no update and the call centre team is not aware whats the issue even is. Totally disappointed

@ACTFibernet working from home is such a pain with your connection. Almost every call gets dropped. Raising complaints with customer care has been in vain. Who else do I need to raise this with for the issue to be resolved?

@ACTFibernet really poor service in setting up the internet at my place. I paid almost 15 days back, the wifi is installed but the port is not up. It has taken me multiple calls to the customer care and still it's not in a functional state

@ACTFibernet Yes the issue is resolved.But the amount of time taken is not acceptable and mostly when someone calls the executives should respond to it rather then keeping silent.
