    Pathetic customer service @ACTFibernet how long am I supposed to wait. This is getting on my nerve. Is it that difficult to help your customers?. If this is how it is maybe I've to look for an alternate by shutting down this account. Worst customer service.

    @ACTFibernet SR10155634733402, how you address your customers? I informed prior that this was a temporary disconnection.Icome back home and can see cable has been cut from outside by your technician! Seriously!!12 hrs no resolution and you guys are charging 300 reconnection charg

    @ACTFibernet Where are your service standards.. the shitiest service i ever had. Internet is down from 2 days and no one even responds and closes the tickets with out even resolving problems.. shame Act Fibernet.

    @ACTFibernet Hello ActFibernet... for the past five days I've called to act customer service to shift my account from rampally to uppal... there's no proper response from customer service, they hung up my call while talking with them... This is Ridiculous...

    @ACTFibernet All of them tell 24 hrs but it's almost a week now. Do we live in the same planet or do we use different clocks?. I'm struggling with WFH without internet. Each advisor says different time frame. I'm very unhappy with the service had to keep repeating myself again
