    Worst ever experiencing with Actfibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Account:101385352030(Reg Mobile: 9151111151).I disconnected actfibernet month ago march 2021.Not refunded my account balance (₹6568/-) and ₹2799 my router amount. Raised many complaints and sent many mails.

    @ACTFibernet Worst service even after escalating the issue multiple times. The new relocation service request SR10155608622944 closed again without giving any information to me just like they did for my old ticket SR10155006095984.

    @ACTFibernet I paid 1500/- for the new Connection on 15th April' 2021 to the ACT field Executive Jamanna: 7995068664 and he book connection in online Application No. CAF NO. 101552455815 but response worst & Poor. Finally raise REFUND TICKET. ACT Service is Worst.

    @ACTFibernet Username:101439406740 My current broadband plan is (A-Max 1075). Unable to downgrade my broadband plan to (A-Max 500). Customer care number doesn't respond while opted. Please resolve this issue as early as possible.
