@ACTFibernet very unreliable & fraudulent Customer service. I subscribed long term plan with confirmation of refund in case of relocation but the company is now refusing sighting fine print in T&c. CustID 103332233170. Pl think twice before going long term with this provider.

Your ticket SR10164280427561 @ACTFibernet its been 2 days since i raised the complaint regarding disconnectivity of my connection, its not been resolved,i am loosing all my work due to this , as i am wfh, its time to move to other broadband supplier which provides better service

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I did not get any response so far. Yesterday I called customer care and they promised that issue will get resolve by morning but no luck. Its been more than 12hrs when this will get address?
