    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD This is my 4th complaint on Twitter against the service providers, who visit multiple times and give either false commitments or wrong information. From last 3M technicians came to upgrade wire. The 1st one said, I have seen how much wire required.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD poor service delay in response no commitment waste of time as I lodge a complaint before 12pm till night it can resolve but just now I called to customer care he is saying tomorrow evening it will be done why so late response why ur technical busy

    Fourth outage of @ACTFibernet within a single week. It seems the junction box is faulty because it has 12 ports, but the technicians have tried to take 18 connections from it. #Rajakilpakkam #Chennai

    @ACTFibernet I called ur cx care number. Again same thing happened, ur agents disconnected the call and this Time they have raised a request to cancel my connection. Does is make sense?

    @ACTFibernet Yes, the technician resolved it remotely. Once @ACTFibernet got into action over Twitter, everything was quick and efficient. But earlier, contacting overphone and lodging a compalint proved unresponsive, and Support chat on the ACT app is very limited in functionality.

    @ACTFibernet Still I did not get any call, i called multiple times and not getting proper response, when I am explaining my issue call is disconnected without any response.

    @ACTFibernet Dear customer, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 1/22(MM/DD) 19:30 to 21:00. Sorry for the inconvenience. Team ACT. This is what I got reply now from ACT. Don’t want to tel what’s the issue, no one responded and still it’s same.
