@ACTFibernet Not sure how you are not able to establish a contact when your technical team can. They are calling all day with a promise to resolve in 15 mins.Perhaps a tactics to close the issue without resolving like my request number SR10260762178506.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Undisclosed hidden charges imposed and account suspended in first week whereas prepaid for 6 months in advance. Sales guy is ignoring calls. Support team can't help too.
