    From nov2020 i'm asking at @airtelindia service center, their repeated ans is couple of month but no, @reliancejio i tried multiple times but they said no service to my area which is in prime location, @ACTFibernet please lauch your service in srikakulam na!

    @ACTFibernet Registered for a new connection, made payment, then cancelled it. Complaint raised on 3rd of July. Sent emails, called everyday. Refund still pending. It's almost been a month. Pathetic customer support. 😤 #ACTfibernet #cheaters

    @ACTFibernet Had the worst of customer service experiences this week. This includes ACT service team not able to resolve an issue after a week, technical staff not contacting in the first 3 days of raising the complaint and the technical blocking my (customer's) mobile number.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Despite escalating the issue and vigorous followup for connection shifting, not resolved yet. Having paid annual sub'n in advance and not being able to use the same, no point in continuing ur services. Pl process for my refund. SR10160054903164

    @ACTFibernet your service is pathetic. I’ve been troubled by you on billing issues. I’ve paid full amount for an year in Feb 21 and your team is asking me to pay extra 5k. I hate to tell you your call centre people disconnected my call twice by saying they are putting me on hold.
