@ACTFibernet your customer services are worst and the connection get lost EVERYTIME. When I file a complaint, you guys hung up on customers while talking and requesting for solution to fix "internet not working". I'm done waiting and sick of your unreliable service. #NEEDREFUND.

@ACTFibernet, When can I expect my issue to be resolved? how many days do you need? Your Customer service is the worst, Simply they will cut the service and when we will ask for a disconnection they won't refund our money. Paid 7681/- (6 + 1), i need refund.

@ACTFibernet In 45 days of having ACT fibernet, I've had no internet for 5 days.. check complaint history. Reason - no connectivity in our area Will you give refund for those 5 days?? Also internet has still not come back. Appalling service

Thanks @GTPLHathwayLtd I never knew you guys are this good in Dadagiri. You fail to provide service, and when your old customers go for @ACTFibernet your people will cut off the fiber cable from other people's terrace.
