    @ACTFibernet This was really an aweful experience. ACT took 24 hours to resume my internet services. It was a week day and a lot of my work has been hampered. I will asvise to all ACT users to switch to other ISPs if you are looking for a better service. Pathetic ACT

    @ACTFibernet I was complaining for last 10 days and nobody addressed my issue. They simply closed it without contacting me. I was promised 100₹ per month for installation of box. And now they are only deducting 50₹ for past 6 months. What about upcoming 6 months? This is unfair

    Looking for a broadband connection in Chennai. Using @Airtel_Presence 40mbps(Max Speed in my area). I don't wish to leave Airtel due to their service but don't know when they are going to upgrade to fiber. So moving to other network Any suggestions like @ACTFibernet @JioCare etc

    Raised complaint on internet issue in Act App till now no action taken.. wrost customer service.. I am unable to do my work at home.. can you guys only suggest me the good internet connection network so that I can switch to that network @ACTFibernet @airtelindia @reliancejio
