This is the worst customer service experience I have faced. Compared to @ACTFibernet Internet where issues are resolved within a timeline and customer support is responsive Airtel’s service quality is extremely poor. Very worst 6/

@ACTFibernet Every time I raise a ticket, an agent visits, does some quick fix, and suddenly the speed touches 100 Mbps. By the next day, it drops back to single digits.
