@ACTFibernet its been 8 days since the connection went down since Dec 9th, raised SR10366549383634 and no action yet and all they say is junction box problem, ETA for the ticket prolonged every day, lost trust after 7 years of service, time to switch

@ACTFibernet Internet outage has now become a regular instance with ACT, since today afternoon it's down and no resolution,the message I receive " Your ticket SR10366617200624 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 17-Dec (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT".

@ACTFibernet Paid on 9th Dec for a new connection but yet no one visited and customer service is also so useless whenever we call get only one reply it will in 24 hrs but no solution yet and the guy who gives link for payment not answering the call with registered number but answering new num
