I’d want the refund or extension in the subscription for the amount of days the issue is resolved. Would you provide the Internet if we delayed the payment by even one day after the last date?

Other service providers doesn’t have any issues. We hve been with Act since more than 5 years, may b its time for us to using your service.

Around 4 PM, someone finally picked up and had no information because they were working at a different site. Do you only have 2–4 technicians to handle all these issues?
