Darshan G H (@DarshanGH183622) reported@ACTFibernet My Internet is down from yesterday. I raised a ticket yesterday morning and till now there is no resolution, only tickets are being raised and closed at your own convenience. Let me know if I should start looking for other service providers.

I don't know how many Existing Customers of Facing issues with AcT services. As i am the New one, Promised connection within 24 hrs but still no response since 5 days.
