    @ACTFibernet Why do I have to tweet to get it highlighted? If your ‘ACT Mobile App’ promised it will be resolved by 9 PM, then why am i still tweeting at this hour?! Why it isn’t your priority to sort such issues? Your business is to provide wifi services isn’t it?

    @ACTFibernet From Hyderabad 101774296616 problem with Zee5 not working since a week. Umpteen times raised ticket & over mobile. But of no use. Please close our account and refund balance amount. As Reliance is offering for same amount with additional services.Worst of the Worst.

    @ACTFibernet I am extremely disappointed with ACT Fibernet's service. Despite raising multiple complaints my issue remains completely unresolved. I have been paying for a service I cannot use reliably. Avoid ACT Fibernet in Bengaluru if you expect decent customer care or uptime

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic…..Technician’s come without proper equipment promise to be bak soon but never come bak. You guys can send numerous emails msgs to remind for renewal of ur pathetic serviced. My fault to have done the renewal. Cancel my subscription n refund the money. Chor company

    @ACTFibernet SR10180382714534 My internet is down since 5 days, despite multiple follow ups and escalations no help from anyone support or technical team, no one reached out till now. How are supposed to work from home without internet? Is this how your support system work?
