    @ACTFibernet Hi Mr.Bala Again the internet is not working from yesterday onwards. because if customer keep on facing the problem need think on his place and solve the issue, think in the market many broadbands available this within 10 min I can go with the switch to the other network,

    @ACTFibernet When a customer gives you payment transaction details and you are saying you have not received payment, it’s your job to provide proof of not receipt of payment. You can’t just bluntly say you have not received payment and run away.

    @ACTFibernet I have requested for temporary deactivation of my accnt from 31stMarch onwards,but it has got discnted yesterday,i had contacted support abt the issue,dey told it will be resolved by 1pm ,but i don't see any fix & it's not possible to reach out to support everytime.
