    @Ajaychennai2 @unraveaero Yeah. I have Act Fibernet and others have Airtel.Act is good but only problem i'm facing is their 24-hr policy for any breakdown even if it is smallest one. It is really funny to see that problem gets solved exactly after 23 hrs i.e. in last hour. #actfibernet

    @rkc_ram @ACTFibernet Why I pay for whole month subscription charges, when I didn't receive your internet service for 1 - 2 days ? Why not you resolve the subscriber's issues on same day ? Local internet service providers are resolve the internet service issues on same day. Why opt ACT connection ?

    @ACTFibernet what the hell??? Are you playing with customer emotions or what?? Raised a request for plan change yesterday morning and so far didn't get confirmation. Account was suspended due non payment. I'm ready change with immediate effect

    Your ticket SR11064939424794 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 27-May between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT This worst class service is @ACTFibernet . Internet service of ACT not working since today 4 PM. Complaint registered at 5.25 PM but still not resolved my issue yet.

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, it is urgent. We have raised a request but we didn't receive any call yet. We are requested for Static IP service on our router. Here is our ticket no SR11864934652062. Customer care told us that it will be resolved ASAP. It's an emergency. Please guys 🙏

    @ACTFibernet Yes, after getting hold of an on-the-field technician, the issue was resolved. If we have to run around to find technicians ourselves, i wonder why you have a call centre and issue tickets against complaints

    @Rohitadhyam @ACTFibernet The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that does not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to #hightechnocrat on lnstagram for help. Good thing is they did help fix my acct.
