    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet do look at the support system on app, website and WhatsApp. Everywhere payment of dues is foremost thing and not allowing to put grievance. Is it correct? Especially, in this case when there is confusion but not allowing me move further or explain my case. 😞

    @ACTFibernet you guys will refund my money, vamshi from your support said to connect with supervisor and **** she disconnected call. @ConsumerReports @consumercourtin Please check this, it's been 1 and half months and everyone says we will highlight this but no refund yet.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 4th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

    @ACTFibernet Your executives and staff are least responsible in solving the issue. Installed junction box at my place and promised to give power usage refund, it is not given. Now internet is not working. Everytime I call, you say technical is on way and will resolve by EOD since 10days

    @ACTFibernet took 4 days . Let alone took me 79 calls . That's 20 calls per day . Improve your service it's bad.
