    @ACTFibernet Unhappy with the recent service. Have been your customer for past 6 -8 years never faced any issues. Bill due date is 1September n I get messages every hour, everyday. It’s an harassment.

    @RevanTalks @ACTFibernet Hathaway for the past 6 years. Absolutely no issues. Whenever there is disruption in services, they make it a point to inform customers immediately with resolution time. Probably depends/varies on area to area.

    @ACTFibernet I am raising a ticket almost everyday. It's getting tiring and impacting my work. You need a long term solution. Please have someone call me, the box needs to be fixed

    @RevanTalks @ACTFibernet Using jio 399+tax 30 mbps and act 575+tax 75 mbps plan no issues in both but if there's a downtime of more than 2 days act will add 2 days extra in our existing plan nothing of such sorts in jio

    @ACTFibernet SR10381639652454 this is the TICKET and there is Frequent network issue with your service and team. Tbh it's poor every week. Already been affected more than 12 hrs none of your employees showed up.
