  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Absolutely disgraceful service by ACT. There is no internet service since the past 20 hours. Raised a service request ticket yesterday (SR10179938649054). The ETA was 11 am today. Still the internet has not been recovered.

  Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.   @ACTFibernet pathetic service, no internet for last 2 days, whenever I lodge a complaint ,will have to wait for 24 hours to resolve, today they repaired my net n again it get disconnected within 30 min. Very pathetic

  @ACTFibernet SR10179931727424- Internet down for 4+ days. Previous ticket was closed without resolution. Engineer confirmed switch issue but no action has been taken. No follow up so far. Extremely poor service. Need immediate escalation and restoration.
