    @ACTFibernet Need to speak to senior team manager to escalate the issue or please disconnect the connection from your end as the bill amount will not be paid for such pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Pathetic service. I paid for new connection 6m on Friday, 27aug. Till date no connection. Customer svc gives 24 hr ETA everyday. Escalation team starts work at 11:30am and appt is to be booked for them to call back. Salesman never picks calls.

    @ACTFibernet Repeating again - All say it with me! Worst connection ACT Broadband and to top it all worst service ever. Con is dropping continuously and technician advises the issue is with our router which is working all fine when tested with other con. Pathetic knowledge of SP.

    @ACTFibernet internet down for second day in Bengaluru #digitalindia Customer care keeping me motivated saying ,internet will be restored soon , that too after calling them repeatedly. No call from any technician #wfhgoneforatoss

    @ACTFibernet You guys are really bad. I had disconnected my services in Feb 2021 (had done advance payments till June2021 and returned the router). I am still getting bills every month and tonnes of mails, sms and calls. Please stop this!

    @ACTFibernet see you just saying "we regret the inconvenience caused" but i am going to face the consequences & criticism from my company for not completing the work in time. don't know why i am frequently facing the internet interrupt issue from ACT @ACTFibernet @TRAI

    @ACTFibernet Very disappointed with the service provided. Working from home has turned out to be a disaster now because of the number of times the internet gets disconnected.Tired or raising queries, no help provided.After a lot of tolerance I have tweeted this. Requesting help.
