@actfibernet the internet is down from 6th in my house and all I get in two days is two sms with revised timelines . No resolution and no response . U r service sucks to the last but. Refund my money for 3 days of downtime

@ACTFibernet There is issue of connectivity when power goes off where the Hub is installed. Our power line and Hub's power line is different. So when power goes off the Internet also goes off, even though we have power, multiple times a day. So provide battery back up to the Hub.
