    @ACTFibernet From Jun 14th I’m having frequent disconnection. Internet works for a couple of hours in the day and stops working. I raise a complaint, it starts working, complaint gets closed and it stops working again. Same cycle daily since jun 14. No technician visit at all.

    @ACTFibernet Whenever I'm calling ACT fibernet it's showing i have multiple accounts linked. I'm using only one I requested multiple times to remove those accounts. NO RESOLUTION!!! I always have to type that 12 digits number. Can anyone help in removing it?

    @ACTFibernet why is this happening again & again? Suggest, how soon we should get off your service, you did not reply to me about my last complaint... Pathetic. Undeserving service provider. I will not pay this month's fees & I will take you to consumer court.

    @ACTFibernet Hello you people have the totally miss understood my issue please get in touch with me with one of your agent Or the manager. it's been more than a month and if it's not resolving now the last option is the consumer complaints to which even a physical complaint might be raised.

    @ACTFibernet I have opened 15 service requests never was a permanent solution given and I can't proceed with connection.

    @ACTFibernet Complaint number SR11059049256632. Internet not working. Was supposed to be fix by 5pm. A technician was supposed to come. Still no news. Fix it fast please, because your customer support is useless.
