    @ACTFibernet Can we expect fair share of service from you. Seems the public hotspots across the city is consummating my share of bandwidth. Been 24 hours since my request for change in plan. We are self care Act users. Can we also access the backend security compliances.

    @ACTFibernet Could you please check ticket no.SR10263369848584. Raised this yesterday at 11 Am. Resolution team called me stating that it will be resolved by 5 pm after that he is not responding the call, called him multiple times. Pease expedite and get it resolved asap.

    @Pavan_07goyal @ACTFibernet I have had issues with Act fibernet too. They're service has been pathetic. Specially at work place. Nothing happens when there's no internet. If the same happens again this month, I'll change it with JIO
