@ACTFibernet Yes. I know you guys are looking into my problem since 7th April. Is my problem so complex that you needed 4 days and counting? Fact of the matter is you don't have proper systems. Nie checks and controls. If a ticket wasn't resolved for days why it wasn't escalated/ resolved

@ACTFibernet I book your cable fiber net at 18th of March but your cable operators has not shown a small interst in installing your service . I really got dispointed by your service , and today I feel shame why I choose your cable service. Definitely I will came under 0.000001%

It is one of the biggest mistake I did by switching the broadband provider from pioneer broadband to @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD. Instead of multiple follow ups there is no response. My old provider used to resolve the issue in 1 hour which act faild to do in whole day.

@ACTFibernet Worst service,i have been ACT customer for last 3 years.every month there wil be some issue.even after raising the issue they will take too much time to resolve.sorry to say this excitel and hathway are far better than ACT. from last 38 hours im facing the problem
