  @ACTFibernet SR10761511204581 - Installation delayed. You guys took money and have not installed wifi at my home in Vizag, even after 48 hrs have passed. Pathetic service and utter disappointment. Your call centers are of no use, they dont access to speak to their peers.

  @ACTFibernet pathetic internet service. I have been raising complaints since 2 weeks and still not resolved. The tickets gets closed without any resolution and no engineer comes to see what the issue is. Wrong decision to have paid bills 6 months in advance.

  Hey @ACTFibernet Internet has been down in our area in Indiranagar, Blr for more than 6 hours now. This level of maintainence service outage is beyond ridiculous on a working day. Called Support but was not helpful at all. Have raised an issue via app as well.

  @DoT_India @DoT_India I’m being harassed again asking to pay for 6month in advance if I want the service. @ACTFibernet is looting people by putting such conditions and not ready to give anything in writing this is all over call. Request to take action at earliest plz.
