@ACTFibernetHYD , @ACTFibernet I have given many complaints to your team. I am not getting internet service from past 15days. I came to from your actfiber staff that the cabels were cutoff, and power was switched off at junction box where the junction box was fixed.

@ACTFibernet Horrible service from ACT. I raised a request for internet shifting. it has been more than 4 days and no one has come for moving the connection. Customer service just doesn't want to help. Horribke service. If you cannot solve the request please cancel the service

@ACTFibernet There has been constant disruption in the connection here in Jp Nagar,Bangalore.Many complaints has been raised but this problem is intermittent. Really upsetting to see not keeping up on the promises made while taking new connection. No internet right now need help

@ACTFibernet Your request SR10158781106143 . This ticket has been wrongly closed by amar babu. How can he permanently close the ticket when issue is not fixed. Spoke to anoop today he informed he cannot open already closed complaint. Isn't this wrong?

Tip : Do not get @ACTFibernet if you are working/studying from home. Because you’ll have to keep running after them for ‘internet not working’ & they’ll say it won’t work for the next *5-6 DAYS* Pathetic service. Time to Switch :)

@ACTFibernet Just fed up of your services. Last 15 days I have been raising complaints on my net not working when power goes off. Your technician just simply lied to me that he has replaced batteries, but nothing happened, problem still persists.
