@baraghavendra @ACTFibernet Same in my case. They couldn't fix the routing issues on their own network, and told me to close my account if I don't like the service. Worst service I've ever seen.

@ACTFibernet We are facing issue with ACT Billing. We already paid for 4months (3+1) plan in JUNE (June 2022 till Sept 2022). But recently we received new bill for September from ACT team stating that plan changed so we need to pay extra. How can they change the plan suddenly .
