@ACTFibernet - SR10278281352344: Cause of disconnection-BESCOM has cut power to your switches. Going to wait for one more day, tomorrow will raise a disconnection request and switch to other service provider. ACT has been wonderful for past 10yrs. TY🙏.

@ACTFibernet I have been following up with your team for one small fix!!!! There is no taking the responsibility to come And fix the wifi. They just visit and go back without fixing!! Please fix this asap or i will be firced to switch to a different connection!

Dear @ACTFibernet I had raised disconnection request for dec18 but your team has disconnected 6 days early without notice. when I have already paid till dec18 why is it disconnected. will I get a refund? I will raise consumer complaint. Worst part is I cannot reach customercare
