    @ACTFibernet It's not working again in exactly 4 days since the last fix. I have had this problem since almost 2 years and it's been unresolved.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I want to talk to Bangalore Nodal Officer but unable to contact. Every time normal customer care escalation team are calling. Please escalate to Nodal Officer so that he will give me call back.

    @ACTFibernet This is pathetic from act service and they don't respond the complaint for days. If solved the same problem will be bounce back creating a lot inconvenience of the internet speed. This vicious cycle problem and slow solving is completely unacceptable. Please rectify.

    @ACTFibernet Act Digital TV - Whenever it rains, I won't get any HD channels. In just the past 2 months I've raised 5 complaints (21059535, 21061681, 21097131, 21112214, 21119618). Field technician is NOT RECTIFYING it at all. Frequent problem. Resolve it properly and permanently
