    @ACTFibernet After 1000 times explainig the issue to your customer care still I have a received a bill mail with due amount. I don't understand this service. I had taken a 3M plan which I paid for and raised disconnection request on 30th April.

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for your quick response but I am receiving this same response, that you have replied, from your Customer Care Service since two days without any resolution and ultimately closing the ticket without any location visit.

    @ACTFibernet From the past 6 days internet was not working even after continuous complaints raised by me to your team none of the team fixed the issue. Worst broad band coustmer service. Very irresponsible team you have. I need the internet to be worked by today.

    @ACTFibernet I've requested for a relocation on Friday and I have been patient since then. Everytime I reach out to the support team they are not helping me. I'm ending up unpaid now coz of this! I kindly request @ACTFibernet to look into the issue and help me ASAP!

    @ACTFibernet when contacting the support team they tell me that the associates from my location will reach out to me but they never do yet they close the ticket as "Resolved" Ticket number : SR10856329796744 I'm really disappointed now kindly help me @ACTFibernet
