@ACTFibernet I m listening the same sweet lines from last 1 week. If @ACTFibernet really cared about their customers this situation wouldn't have happened. Even escalation department did nothing, then i can understand how serious customer service is to u. Some f my ticket id list..

@ACTFibernet Account No. 102340389924 There is a wrong Netflix bill of Rs.199 for January 21. Had disconnected netflix on 29th Dec 2020. Because of this bill, I'm not able to pay for 6M+1M plan due on 27th April. Sorry to say, the issue is not getting resolved.
