@ACTFibernet is the worst IP. From the past 3 months i am faced network problem atleast 15-18days. They take 2-3days to solve the issue. Every week there will be atleast 1-2 days of internet downtime. Never take actfibre even the customer service is worst! #ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Hi, please see my direct message on my open case SR10375884906. My internet is disconnected for non-payment even though I have cleared all the dues after making a request to reconnect. PLEASE RESTORE CONNECTION WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY. Very poor customer support.

@ACTFibernet This has not yet been resolved. It's been more than 2 full working days and still no resolution. Pathetic customer support called 3 times to request the same permission to install the junction box. No call back, no status update, just @ACTFibernet ACT'ing incompetent.
