@ACTFibernet #ACT Fibernet ticket no SR10456303853203 #Worst Act Service . I was opened ticket on last Friday, Still my issue was not resolved. I was daily following up customer care for this. After 24 hours the team will close the ticket without providing solution.

@ACTFibernet I haven't received any update yet. If I don't get what I paid for by day end then I don't need your awful connection. Take a request for deactivation due to misleading information and refund my full amount if not then I'll be going to consumer court.

@ACTFibernet Internet connection went down again in the middle of a meeting. Had to share Hotspot from my phone to resume! Are you guys even trying? 2nd instance under a week, internet was down for 24hrs last Friday! Raised SR10256591026162. You guys have dropped the ball hard.

@ACTFibernet Same response I am getting from the customer care daily. But there is no solution. I was made a big mistake to reconnect the act connection again. They said 6 months -2 months offer if I reconnect and no shifting charges. For this I was following up from last week onwards.#Act

@ACTFibernet @MinisterKTR @KTRoffice Everytime I call your customer care, they tell me will have a callback request placed. It's been 2 weeks since am following up and am yet to receive a call back. You are wasting my time as well. I also calls recorded where your executives answered the call but didn't speak.

@Adi_Somayagi @ACTFibernet Actually I had the same issue and I am told the techs work only 9am to 6:30pm. So if you loose Internet connectivity after 6:30pm, you'll have to wait for another day.
