    @ACTFibernet Internet down since 5 PM, expected time to fix this is given for tomorrow 4 PM. What should I do by then? Office starts 10AM. @jagograhakjago I am requesting deductions from my bill for the time Internet was down. Pls. Guide me on that.

    @ACTFibernet , I go through this every month, atleast once , that my interest is not working, I pay around ₹800, and still suffer through this, EVERY MONTH, I have never had so much complaints with an internet service as much as I have with ACT, WHY??@jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet such a pathetic service act downgrade his charm from last week full day internet is not working, customer caring give false commitments, no one pick up the calls and it's daily chos from morning to evening

    @ACTFibernet Is this a joke? Internet went down on Thursday and it takes 24 hours for you to fix it up. Again on Sunday it goes down when there is no clarity whether it will be fixed again. Ticket No. SR11078191166194
