Minutes after creating a service request for my internet connection being down, @ACTFibernet immediately sent me an SMS stating that it is taking longer than expected to resolve my issue and delayed the expected resolution time further. How! #fail

@ACTFibernet I've already given the details of the latency results to you last week. Zero improvement till now. For most servers in games the response delay is clearly noticeable, and even disruptive in a worst case scenario.

@ACTFibernet I seriously hoped that your team atleast knows meaning of disconnection, have basic understanding of tool, trained to view at status and have that much work ethics to not to bug customer every 30 mins. Please make off-boarding of customer easy and not painful.
