    @ACTFibernet hi team. I have recently shifted to electronic city phase 1. The network since we have come here has been pathetic. Although we are paying for 75 MBPS but we are getting only 20 MBPS.not acceptable and terrible given that working from home is on for every company!!!

    @ACTFibernet I have been losing my patience since 2 days. This is not the experience we wanted to have in 2020. If I'm an act techie, I would have solved my problem in 10 mins. So great team u have. Huh

    @ACTFibernet Would never ever recommend anyone to take your shitty services. You guys delayed my installation by 2 days. It leads to huge inconvenience to me. Even local broadband providers are far better than you in terms of services.

    Totally disappointed with @ACTFibernet. Waiver of ₹500/ offered for reconnection by giving missed call to a number. Post reconnection, they don’t honour this. Issue pending since Dec 2 despite several attempts! #ACTfibernetcheating

    @ACTFibernet please arrange to refund my recharge amount of rs.826 done on 8th drc 2020. Want to terminate the services of act. Weekly once the service is down. recent ticket raised yesterday SR10149633903842. Please arrange for redund of the amount immediately.
