@ACTFibernet I was told that the battery would not be changed for a single connection . This level professionalism from not was expected . You just lost a loyal customer and hopefully many others after I tell them about the company ethics . Pathetic !!

@ACTFibernet I have trying to disconnect my services from the last 7 days, but you guys are always coming up with baseless suggestions and finally saying that the connection will stay and closed the ticket. Very well then. I will make sure I never use ACT ever again in my life.

@ACTFibernet , fiber issue is there at my area, customer care saying will take 24 hours time to fix, is this really good service. I have lot of priority tasks all I lost..Act os the responsible for this loss..this is really bad. Please respond to it...

@ACTFibernet , the connection has been down since 5PM yesterday and no response from the support. Ticket number is SR10160780502472. The service has been worse in the recent times.

@ACTFibernet The internet issue has been resolved after 35 hrs but I had another request raised to remove the extra box installed at my terrace which has been unattended since last 10 days and tickets are being closed without interaction.

@ACTFibernet again connection is having issues. If you cannot provide uninterrupted services let me know. Will change the provider. Worst service. Added to this your team will hesitate to provide refund for connectivity issues which is troubling me for the past few days.
