    @ACTFibernet internet is down from yesterday night. Raised complaint. DMed for update. It's been more than 12 hours and still there is no reply. Pathetic service. Atleast @airtelindia provides better service.

    @ACTFibernet Since my last complaint few days back of lack of internet which was restored for a day or two & got interrupted again since today afternoon. Is it so difficult to give a seamless connection when you charge so heavily.

    @ACTFibernet, from past 3 days there is no proper internet connectivity, your plans are so expensive and service is pathetic, so many outages for hours since 6 months, ur standard response is "link switch" is not working.... There is no internet the whole day today!!!!!!

    @ACTFibernet In my previous location I had Hathaway for a year, never had any problems except for some cable snap due to heavy rain and it was economical as well.....

    Would never recommend @ACTFibernet to anyone. Pathetic customer service. Doesn’t give a damn if customer wants to terminate the connection due to issues with service. What a wow.
