    @ACTFibernet Facing severe service issues at Bangalore. Response & service times are very poor. Today's experience, nothing less than exasperating....chat bots which accept only answers to standard questions, telephone operators disconnecting phone, no call back.

    @vijeta_at @ACTFibernet @airtelindia broadband is actually good, service / speed is good . Even customer service is good too technician comes and attend the issue within 2 or 3hrs after an issue is raised ..

    @airtelindia your X-stream fibre is down since more than 20 hours. Do you have any explanation for that I need to switch to some other service providers. Area is Bhoganahalli, Bellandur, Bangalore @reliancejio @ACTFibernet

    @vijeta_at @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet is providing best service in our area. I haven't faced issue till now. I am using their basic plan (40 mpbs) yet the internet speed is so good. You have to just mail them, they will call back quickly.

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer service experience. Fluctuating speed and the technical executive comments that it hardly matters and questions why i require high speed? Complaint No SR10164139431504. Inspite of escalating to appellate hyderbad, the issue not yet resolved.

    @ACTFibernet @venkatasande There is no internet in most of the areas in Hyd. My internet too is not working since last 48 hrs and ACT is simply trying to fool people in the name of internet service. Have made atleast 20 calls but none of the customer care knows about the issue. WORST INTERNET PROVIDER

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic customer care.. They speak rudely and an in an authoritative manner and no kannada support ask us to choose between English and Tamil . Lady with whom i spoke i regret calling your service.
