    @ACTFibernet Not sure why ,over a period time the support functions are so rude. I now get a call from the support person even Hez least bothered to resolve the issue but hell bent asking me to use the same old devices which have issues. Hez so good and Hez trying to sell me a new product

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I have one VAS concern, while doing activation its shows that VAS will be add on next month bill but bill is generated its worest service guys better close your act immediately shameless policy ...I need callback immediately

    @ACTFibernet, I deactivated your account and moved to a better service provider which I am getting TV+OTT+ Broadband. Why are you giving me prerecorded calls? Not a good sign for doing business.

    @ACTFibernet It’s been 4 months I have bought the connection and have logged enough of complaints yet the frequent disconnects haven’t stopped and team does want to replace router. I have been given refurbished dlink router which is also problem and the team very clear they can’t

    @ACTFibernet As a initial promise I was asked to buy 3 months advance rental and get a router or one month rental wavier. Now the person is trying to promote 6 months rental and free router. I am not sure if ACT management is looking into such DSAT issue and helping coustomers to resolve.
