@ACTFibernet Complaint # SR10364498799124, I raised disconnection on 1/4/22, but ur team is asking me to pay the amt for next 6 months where I won't be using ACT. Is this the way ACT Fibernet runs & make money?? I had validity till 27/03/22, for 5 days usage does it cost Rs.3486?

@ACTFibernet Does act fiber have a Service delivery department that understands customer issues? There is no consistency in your service so why you guys marketing so much when you do jot have efficiency to deal with service stability?

@ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 136th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

@ACTFibernet You take tickets and promise a resolution, closes multiple tickets without resolution even after explicitly asking on call to not close it. Are you that desperate? You don't even provide a good internet service, you don't get to be that arrogant too to customers
