    @ACTFibernet Problem is solved but you need to have better area engineers here. Current one is poor, doesnt pick up calls and only works when things are escalated. Next yr i will shift to some other provider.

    @ACTFibernet - You need to get your ACT together. You have been making false promises openly, whereas the ground truth is that no one cares. On May 29th, I paid you for a plan change to convert to a 6-month plan, which comes with mesh routers. No updates yet! The service request you logged doesn’t even show up in my account. 🤔

    @ACTFibernet No action taken by @ACTFibernet team till now even after highlighting on X. They are taking their undue disadvantage of consumers. Worst ever service I am facing.

    Very worst experience from the @ACTFibernet at first they took around 3k and didn't installed their router and after the tweet i posted, they installed the next day. Now i booked act stream tv box, its been 10 days, box didn't delivered. I hope I'll get my box after this tweet

    Very often, this is an issue. Can you see what is the issue?? There is no way that we can connect to customer care, all I have to do is chatbot. Pathetic! @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet The customer care shamelessly tells it will be solved within 24 hours for 3 weeks and never solves it. Reaching out via email is also useless. Never buy anything from ACT. @ACTFibernet If you have a bit of shame left. Check my ticket number SR10180846433465

    Month lo 5-6 issues Until I force the technician nothing gets solved on raising the ticket. Day by day it's getting worse @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet is bloody ****. Not working since morning. Keep the customer on call waiting for half an hour and never provide solution. No one should opt for ACT Fibrenet.
