    @airtelindia Just got my xtream box 4 days ago but it's faulty. My @ACTFibernet , Xbox 360, Google, chromecast all seem to working fine except your Airtel Box. The issue was there since the initial setup so I need a return and refund immediately. Very bad experience.

    @ACTFibernet Paid for 7 months package in September 2020 and ACT Chennai dezabled my connection due to their issue for 3 months. Now raised a bill for February 2021. My contact # 8754429090. Check and confirm.

    @ACTFibernet probably the worst ISP in India, there services are very late, There response to Internet issues is absolutely worst some Customer care people not only just rude they straight out scream at us, @ACTFibernet only care about collecting money then they don't give a F

    @ACTFibernet I got a connection on 9th March, 2021. Within 3 days of installation Internet is already not working. I tried WhatsApp customer care, calling the installation guy, ACT App. Still, did not get any resolution for past 6 hours! ACT Customer Care is Customer Torture!
