    Now @ACTFibernet support has closing the tickets repetitively without addressing the issue. Had raised 3 tickets so far. They also aren't communicating with me either by email or phone.

    @ACTFibernet my complaint regarding wrong billing of charged waved by ACT is still not resolved. Keep getting messages that today is the last day to pay a wrong bill which has been waived. ACT team seems to get a pleasure of harassing customers! Paid for the year by the way!

    @ACTFibernet… All i have been asking ACT is to Transfer amount i have made into a prospect id to the currently active amount but its been 20 days wherein the so secretive billing team has not been able to fix it. I was given an email confirmation that issue has been resolved

    I have been paying for this static IP for years and I have whitelisted this for several of my cloud servers and customer locations. Due to unprofessional and incompetent personnel of @ACTFibernet I lost access to all of these resources.

    SR10364369359064 @ACTFibernet Service is poor ... internet connectivity issue occurred more than 4-5 times in a month and resolution time also very poor. Fix asap or refund money ll look for alternate supplier. #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet hi team, The service is very worst these days. i have decided not renew my plan , but since being using your services from last 2 years , I just thought to use for next 3 months and see the performance. Just check on my ID, how many service tickets i have raised.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 119th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???
