Couldn't help but sincerely appreciate @ACTFibernet for a very quick resolution of internet connectivity issue within 4 hrs A tunnel work happening near my home, cut off the internet lines and the whole community lost internet.. knowing the WFH scenario, ACT ACTed on it.. 🙏

@ACTFibernet Pathetic customer service from ACT. It has been 11 days since I raised a relocation request for my connection and after multiple calls and escalations, I am yet to get my request closed. Just don't understand what kind of a customer service you are providing.

@ACTFibernet Field executive Siraj visited today with new router DLINK.Issue is resolved by replacing the router. Thanks for the escalation
