    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 @ACTFibernet useless service, I tried contacting you guys couple of times and issue isn't resolved for the wrong bill generated, everytime you close the ticket without resolving it, why there's no customer support available? I want to disconnect your service

    @ACTFibernet My internet isn't working since yesterday. I have made complaints and everytime, they give assurance that it will be resolved in 3-4 hours and everytime, they ignore my concern. I have to call again and all they do is fake assurances. Pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet I am your regular customer. I am irked by your pesky calls. My bill is generated on first of every month with a due date on 15. This is unlike others an advance bill. But I start getting calls for bill payment from 2 itself for payment. This is really irritating
