    @ACTFibernet hi ive applied for the fiber internet connection despite of sharing my all documents and all necessary details that your executive asked they never told me that my area is not serviceable still they charged me 2500 rupees now ive called multiple times no one telling

    So, the @ACTFibernet people came and disconnected the hub but went back home without fixing it. I mean why to even remove it in the first place if not in the mood to do it? @ACTFibernet customer care know about the progress on tickets as much as my cook knows about Rocket Science

    @ACTFibernet the issue is not solved it been more than 30 hrs without internet. tickets raised are not addressed ! And request to cancel subscription is also not addressed. Kindly cancel my subscription.
