@ACTFibernet worst customer service. I tried to reach customer care to change the plan. They are not changing the plan and disconnected the internet too. Also customer care team is rude in answering the questions. They can't resolve simple issues like changing the plan.

Then we called more than 5 times to your customer. They said within 48 hours of payment, installtion is done. Today it is more than 48 hrs. No call from your company for installation. We have paid -8500 for 6 months wifi and this is what we are getting. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet How come you guys don’t even bother to call us. We don’t want to pay for the services we are not getting. I am calling daily for disconnection and my call always gets disconnected and i never get a call back. I am not going to call again or pay the bill anymore.

@ACTFibernet I had no issues with my internet connection for the past 1.5 months. I paid the bill for the period July 26 to October 25 yesterday and now the connection is not working. This is the third or fourth time that this has happened. Worst ISP in India.
