@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet regular disconnection in Munnekolala area. Every time the reason is cable fault. I spoke to someone named Karthick just now. Giving excuses and reading the policy but no resolution. Where the hell is your customer focus? Will you tolerate non payment of bills?

@ACTFibernet There is no resolution provided but the request was closed, I am not interested to keep raising a request. I am fed up with the service provided and asked for closure and revert my amount on a prorate basis, but as per your team that is not possible hence I need to bear till end.

@ACTFibernet Your ACTFibernet mobile App is useless. Unable to track status of ticket, it should have current status with issue description, assng field engi name & contact. I tried to call helpdesk multiple times even they don't know the exact issue. Already Expected ETA s crossed.

There is no Internet since morning @ACTFibernet . Ticket has been raised it's been 8 hours still the issue didn't resolved. Ur technicians and Customer care executive doesn't have time to talk with the concern people's. Let me know the reason #actfibernet #hyd
