    @ACTFibernet Very poor network, frequent disconnection and the funniest part is customer care don't transfer the calls to supervisors nor resolve the concern. Have almost had 10 days of downtime in last 3 months

    You guys are not helping out in any way to address my request. Customer support is extremely bad @ACTFibernet I have called and emailed your appellate authority and nodal officer also. They are hell bent on not responding or helping out.

    @ACTFibernet No resolution provided by ACT. 3 Months over.. Many ticket raised and closed without any solution. Worst customer care by ACT.. Never to go for ACT connection. Very bad experience..

    @ACTFibernet Only verbal assurances...this is one experience we regret choosing Act fiber over others. Just because of your carelesness we will have a failed innauguration of your office. This is most unprofessional and insensitive. Worst worst worst service

    @ACTFibernet ur service is horrible. If u can’t provide service better quit the service. U don’t have trained technicians. They just know how to trouble the customer to the maximum possible extent.
