    @ACTFibernet i am very disappointed with ACTfibernet service as from last three days my Internet service is dead. I raised complaint (ACT Fibernet Ticket no: SR10165257789014 )on same day but still no one is coming to resolve this issue after several followup also.

    I never had such an worst experience ever in my life which I'm facing with @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD it's been only 2days that my internet issue has been resolved after 3 days of complaint now again I lost net connection last night now don't know how many days it will take 1/2

    @ACTFibernet your executive is talking very rudely with the customers, i was disconnecting your service so your customer care has provided me free router plan for not to disconnect the service but now they are denying SR10165213716532

    @ACTFibernet I still haven’t received a call/follow ups from anyone at your end. Day 3 after I submitted a request for moving my connection. I will probably issue a disconnect request now. You may end up acting on that sooner.
