    @ACTFibernet I raised naby tickets in last 3,4 months on issue with my inet. The guy called me today said he is going to send tech to my home. When I mentioned they come & don't fix the issue but insist on closing the tkt 1st , no follow up after he went silent & hung up the call

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @DoT_India It's been 5 days with no internet. No response even after repeated complaints. Extremely disappointed with the service. This will be the last time choosing ACT Fibernet. Not recommended. Worst Broadband service.SR10177466754844 #ACTFibernet

    no call from @ACTFibernet accounts. this is how they treat a loyal customer of more than a decade when have resisted @airtelindia offers multiple time in last few years to take their service. i want to now initiate case at @consumer_court hyderabad.

    @ACTFibernet hw long wl it take. i want immediate restoration of my service & proper compensation so tht can pay. i hv lot of work as i work fm home. i cannot lose more time. w mother being very sick i hv many calls coming in & unable 2 work w hotspot getting inactive frequently. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Checked, but internet service is not restored so far. Other side, Your customer support executive #Rita is so over call, not expected at all. Pls arrange for call back from your technical team, else we will switch over to another internet service provider ☝🏻

    no action was taken but @ACTFibernet shamelessly gave a new bill of Rs 1096.06 which is 70.10% of the monthly charges and for providing only 5 days of service in Sept 2025. I objected this during my one more call to customer care through 4 calls - 2.03pm for 8.51mins,

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Why should I pay you when you haven't provided me any internet for the last 60 days ? Besides, you aren't even able to provide the right ETA for resolution. It's been 60 days and no internet yet ( subscribed to 1GBPS plan)
