@ACTFibernet thief. After making us wait for almost 10 days they said will do the refund is 15 days. I cancelled so many plans just to get the connection and now this. Do not use and also a customer support abused me on call & disconnected call.

@ACTFibernet dooms day is not far for you guys! Pathetic is the understatement for the service you guys provided. Router not collected yet. Shifting not initiated yet after 3 days of waiting. I don’t have words to explain the kind of poor service you provide.

What a worst thing happened with @ACTFibernet just 3days back, the issue came and yesterday they have sent a confirmation message in @TwitterIndia that the issue got resolved. From then again the issue started from the midnight. I think they are playing with customers

No communication from their end, have called @ACTFibernet care for dozens of time and asked to put this in priority but still no resolution and all i am getting is assurance but no ground work.I have my exams ongoing & it’s going to cause me a huge loss if not resolved soon.

@ACTFibernet my registered mobile is 7397469960. Raised a complaint. My entire apartment complex internet is down. No response from ACT yet. You cannot run customer service on bots. Please rectify
