    Hey @ACTFibernet, what's the lifecycle for a customer request? Is it just Open -> Closed? I don't see my requests are getting resolved. I open a ticket and after 2 days the ticket gets closed without resolving or notifying the customer even. Best among d worst service providers!

    @ACTFibernet I am not an ACT Fibernet customer my friend! Thats the problem. My service provider is BSNL. You don’t have a landline provision and I needed that. So I opted for BSNL. I just need ACT Fibernet calls to stop. I DMed you my number
