    @ACTFibernet The internet is not working, and a ticket (SR10381413634864) has been opened. We are facing too many frequent issues lately and receiving poor support. Please fix this as soon as possible.

Don't you guys have shame to bill for 30 days when you are providing services only for 28/29 days in a month ?? Worst internet service provider in recent times..#JustAsking

    .ACT, your customer service IVR is lousy. I have tried lodging a complaint about wifi at home and the recorded voice says it is working. Internet down for nearly four hours. No response yet. @ACTFibernet
