    @ACTFibernet The service engineer don't even have the courtesy to attend the call and inform the estimated time... We are not requesting for free broadband service. We are paying for it. We expect atleast a minimum customer service from ur end.

    @ACTFibernet I raised a relocation request last Friday - SR10853038118184. it's been almost 6 days now and no resolution yet. Whenever I call the assigned service engineer, no proper response. Worst service ever.

    @MKRhere @reliancejio @ACTFibernet Yes, speed is never the concern,concern is availability. I wonder if there is an availability clause by TRAI for broadband internet. Few years ago i read there was, but never enforced. Maybe it's time they did. Probably an RTI is in order.
