    @ACTFibernet It is solved. But my point of tagging you is to make you guys aware of the pathetic service you guys always do. Not the first time that I have faced internet issues. Your customer service guy once told me if there is a major incident. Then technicians come after 24 hrs. 1/2

    @ACTFibernet worst service ever my internet got deactivated to my address where I am still residing. No communication was made, made multiple requests to restore the connection but the their pathetic service has given no response so far.

    @ACTFibernet And a technician of yours told me the same. And they always say the reason for delayed service is because they have been given the complaint ticket late. Make a long term solution for people like us who have to suffer because of the technicians behaviour. 2/2

    @ACTFibernet @CMOTamilnadu Hi Act Team, I have raised a request yest for downgrading a plan and ur team gave me a timeline of 3 days to make the change. Why will it take 3 days to change the plan? Can ur team look into this on priority? No action so far - SR10164930209315. Bad customer support as well.

    @ACTFibernet Since 11:00 AM the internet went down when I was in a meeting. Raised a ticket immediately. Your technician committed that it will be resolved in 45 mins at around 12:00 Pm. Now it's 3:20. More than 3 hours. I don't know if 45 mins is equal to 3 hours for act staff.

    @ACTFibernet having the slowest and pathetic service. It has been more than 24 hours since complaint is raised but they don't care to provide any update not entertain the query. #worst #CustomerExperience

    @ACTFibernet sincere Saturday been having interrupted wifi services. Have written two emails to credit my account for hours of no service. No response from Nodal or Appellate. The customer service is going further down.
