    @ACTFibernet Harish Kumar from customer service said he is raising an escalation and should receive a call back from manager in 2 hrs and this happened approx around 9PM. I still have not received this call back. Please check and help

    @ACTFibernet Congratulations. No resolution of ticket in 24 hours. On followup I am told the ticket was incorrectly classified and to wait another 4 hours.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD and @ACTFibernet .... I have taken a one year package in first one month my connection had a breakdown for three days. You technicians does not respond and customer care officers only apologises. While customer suffers you enjoy profit by not giving services.

    @ACTFibernet when I tweeted first I got some reply atleast any way it's not taken care. From second time I am not even getting replies well-done act. You proved I took a wrong decision by selecting your internet service and paying money online.
