    @ACTFibernet Again internet issue, this is happening every month atleast once and and this is the 2nd time in this week. I am tired raising the complaints everytime. I need the refund of what I have paid I prefer moving to other service provider. Worst services from ACT.

    @ACTFibernet ACTFibernet's Lucknow team is a total failure! 😡 Internet goes down every 2 days. Ground staff is irresponsible, avoids calls, & refuses to provide senior contacts. I want an immediate refund & termination of my connection! #Lucknow #ConsumerCourt #BadService

    Hi @ACTFibernet @FiberAct we have raised complaint for non working of our internet connection on Sunday vide number SR11880100226894 and it is not yet resolved. Our workings is getting hampered, kindly resolve urgently. Else we will file complaint on @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet Its almost a day and there us no resolution yet. This is the second time this has happened in the last 10 days. This is a very bad customer experience.

    We've not had internet since Monday evening, nothing has been done and there is no way to speak to customer care reps (other than an AI chatbot which is of no use) - don't want to drag you like this but this reels of incompetence. Do better @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues
