    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Act internet is as useless as their service.On top of it their employees give a curt response. You are compelling users to other ISP. Even after multiple follow up its impossible to get your internet up.

    @ACTFibernet called customer regarding the update on my SR10265276049594. The agent who spoke first was so rude. My internet is not working from 3 days. I said I'll have to disconnect the connection. Agent directly transferred the call to disconnection team.
