@ACTFibernet has the worst management in the world. It's more than consecutive 100+ days of posting on twitter. I raised the complaint in October-2021. The bill date hath come but the incapable staff or the cheating company didn't provide the resolution yet.

@ACTFibernet I have opened one ticket # SR10164252557655 opened on 28-Feb-22. it's take 5-10 mints to fix (remove static-ip and adjust bill amount) but sill that issue not resolved. I have been calling ur call center daily but no use. Please let me know when it resolve?

@ACTFibernet Please fix the internet. Internet had stopped working yesterday. Again, today the internet has stopped working. I’m facing this issue everyday and the internet cut has been happening very frequently these days. This is not acceptable. Please fix it fast.

@ACTFibernet since a week, your customer care unable to give resolution for extra charges which I got. They have no clue about it and just forcefully closed the ticket while reopening the same they asked to close it and talk to CC. Please look! feel irritated.
