    @ACTFibernet You have not yet answered me. You are not supposed to close the ticket. The question was raised here, make sure put the answer here. Last time asking before legal procedure -Tell me if your service is prepaid or Postpaid. If you don't answer , forget the router

    @ACTFibernet Wi-Fi is down and your app is not letting me log in to file a service request. Stops working 2-3 times a month. 🙄

    @ACTFibernet used to be one of the best sometime back. But from the past one year or so, I have had so many issues with internet. And now from the past few months, I have had 2-3 issues every single week. Can't do with such unreliable service during times of WFH. Done with ACT!

    @ACTFibernet It's been 28 days and your customer care department is giving me false hopes and no resolution done. Even the customer feedback official is giving the same response and when asked for a timeline for resolution, my call is disconnected.
