    @ACTFibernet services aren't customer centric anymore. I want to change my plan. They are not allowing me to do raise a request to do so without first paying for the previous plan for an year in advance.

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer support. No one is ready to address the issue at all. They are not even escalating it further. Their is no internet from more than 48 hours and no response upon raising compliant as well. This is impacting my works. Ticket: SR10253040310172

    @ACTFibernet Doesn't matter how many times I talk to customer care executive, the problem never get solved. Getting charged for shifting of connection which was never done. It was even confirmed by your executive but still I get it in the bill. This is pathetic!!!
