  Hi @ACTFibernet, I have accidentally paid Rs 2828 towards act bill last month, which was 2 months due instead of 1 month. When contactd, ACT service engneer said it will b adjustd in d next bill. Howevr I receivd a suspension notice today frm Act asking me to clear dues(1/2)

  @ACTFibernet @consumerforum_ Yesterday Night whch is last day for bill payment, Pay bill option was not working...I tried so many times but it was not working..So I couldn't pay..When called Customer care They did not pick up..But Next month, I have to pay Rs.100..

  @JioCare Internet down for 3 days now. Despite calling 17+ times and yelling at your attitude fueled representatives, I have no resolution. The technician keeps rescheduling for whatever reason and no calls from them. I'd like to cancel my service and move to @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet pathetic services I disconnected services on 2nd Oct. Still not received the refund for router. Called multiple times, worst customer care services. They said the ticket is in pending state from 2nd of oct This is kind of customer experience you want to provide.
