  @ACTFibernet hey guys last week three outages. I have got two separate lines from you both down. Today I can’t even open a support ticket even that system is down. How do you expect your customers to complain if you don’t accept tickets. This is next level operations.

  @ACTFibernet Requested an internet transfer on June 2 and it's still unresolved. Your representative keeps promising visits but never shows up. Enough excuses. Either complete the transfer immediately or refund my money. Who is responsible for the lost days and poor service?

  @ACTFibernet I had very good opinion about your service, but this time lost trust. Will never again take your service and suggest to my friends. Just refund my amount if you can't provide service. Its completely blocking my office work.

  Something is seriously wrong with @ACTFibernet bangalore! I requested a Wifi shift change 1 week back and still never got a call back. And their customer care numbers are all IVR and automated, no way to get a human callback! Absolutely disaster service!

  @ACTFibernet @FiberAct my worst decision was choosing you. I recently shifted to a place your employe is fooling me around not picking my calls and he has taken 500 rs at the time of registration from me said he will return it. Please take action, i dont want your connection now
