    @ACTFibernet when ever I call your help center and choose ಕನ್ನಡ as my preferred language to speak.Every time Telugu or English representative will attend the call. Why you don't have ಕನ್ನಡ representative? I am trying to get in touch with ಕನ್ನಡ rep from past 3 weeks.@karavekendra

    @ACTFibernet internet not wokring .also while lodging complaint your app just throws error saying something wemt wrong. Call center are also not picking calls. 101409401780 is acc no. Please lodge a complaint.

    @ACTFibernet act has one of the worst ever service i have requested for a cancelation of connection there is no follow up yet its been 24 hours wen i call the call gets disconnected worst service @BandBajaateRaho

    A total waste of time,money and energy for WFH employees. This ISP has the most random outages and nobody in ACT cares about it. Unless you raise a request then call them good 2-5 times, they won’t even budge. And don’t even get me started on the Customer Service @ACTFibernet

    Worst services by @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD .. from connection taken onwards internet not working properly.. last week also technical team visited but no use.. My plan is 50mbps but when I checking its showing as 10mbps
