    @ACTFibernet Today, I have received an email saying my connection will be terminated tomorrow if I fail to pay the 6months amount. Why should I pay for 6months if I downgraded my plan. I have checked with your customer executive, but no much help from them.

    @ACTFibernet The service is horrible.. never opt ACT.. im removing the box from my property.. u have kept it in my property and i have the right to remove it n throw the box.. u have not paid me for it.. nor replying or resolving my issue.. ive given enough time

    @ACTFibernet i have lost internet from yesterday and it is already past 24 hrs, due to this I have not seen most of my classes and I was not able to attend exams, also when I called the area operator he is very careless about this issue, what are you going to do about this?
