  @ACTFibernet has the worse services compare to the other network providers. They take more then 24 hours to resolve an issue. I am switching to other network from this in a month. I wold suggest the same to 5 of my friends who started using act because of me 5 years back.

  @ACTFibernet Ticket was closed, pls chk your network log from when my network is off, Power is there but network is not there, Your internet box power is being removed by the building owner which is opp to my house, this issue was highlighted to technician as well. Pls change box location.

  @ACTFibernet most pathetic policy when shifting connection. Hv bn charged 4 moving in d same building even though was assured thr wl b no charge. On raising complaint thr is no call to resolve d billing issue n d tkt is closed.😠 Go 4 other connections n nt these thieves

  @ACTFibernet I have already made 7 months payment in the month of Jan 2021 until Aug, but I will not be in Bangalore until August. Is it possible to suspend my connection until Aug so that I can resume the same once I am back. My Acc no is 102603405507. Please help!!!
