@ACTFibernet there is no option to talk to customer care. I want to check status of my sifting. If it's not done I need to chose other internet provider, Because I am working from home. Is it good to loose your 4 years old customer?

@ACTFibernet UR GIVING THE SAME STD RPLY EVERYTIME WITHOUT ANY SOLUTION. ASK UR MGMT TEAM TO CTC ME OR CANCELL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND REFUND MY AMOUNT. UR TECHNICIAL PRABAKARAN +91 73059 38717 IS USELESS. UNABLE TO CTC HIM. EVERYTIME WE RAISE A COMPLAINT HE CALLS AND SAYS TO CTC HIM BUT NO USE
