  I want I my money back soon, so that I can switch to @ACTFibernet . Atleast they provide the routers which has inbuild VPN support.

  @ACTFibernet they can't even provide an ETA for no internet issue. That's their service, if you go by airtel Or jio you will receive an ETA, never spend your hard earned money on their internet and their false promise

  Really a bad experience with Act Fibernet. facing an issue from 22 aug 2026.The support guy said it is router issue so I have bought a new router and it turned out to be a issue with act internally. From then the technician will never help and extending from 4 days @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet It’s been over 3 hours without internet, severely disrupting work from home. Very disappointed with the lack of proper resource management in our area to restore service quickly, leaving customers waiting for hours. Please resolve this ASAP!

  @ACTFibernet so in delhi their internet stops working within 15 days of installation think about other states and they couldn't resolve it , the worst part is they are unable to even provide ETA. They hired few staff and even they are untrained, Avoid ACT

  @ACTFibernet SR10181798065394 ACT internet cut every month. Reason given: fiber cut by regional & line manager. This is not service, it’s negligence. Stop excuses, deliver reliability. Customers won’t tolerate repeated

  It would really be helpful if @ACTFibernet can implement ways to select the location of new connection on the website and feasibility is known immediately rather than having your CC Exec call back to take the link and or the customer calling back to find the feasibility
