    Hello @ACTFibernetHYD, @ACTFibernet My connection in Hyderabad has been out of service since 3rd June. SR10180566946244 request number. The ticket was closed yesterday without the resolution and I had to reopen it. Please look into it asap and send a technician for repair.

    @ACTFibernet today again at 8pm lost internet and I have been told that person is visiting within 30min, later when called back, was told will visit next day. now he has seitched off his mobile. already beared enough, cancel plan immediately

    @ACTFibernet today billing team says that it is my problem that no engineer came to change the router mesh when my renewal was due so I will have to pay extra. This really was the straw.
