    @ACTFibernet I have been following up for a resolution of 8 ticket ID's SR10250451038377, SR10250646237862 of my ACT fibernet account 4 d last 1 month. The first level customer service executives promise immediate resolution & action. But I have gotten no help. Pls help

    @ACTFibernet you technician calls me and tells that I have to go TP link service centre to get the router changed. But why will I go when it is your job to provide the service. What a pathetic device given to me.. LAN does not work wifi does not work and no one resolve issue
