@ACTFibernet has horrible network. Yesterday I have lost my internet connection so I had raised a ticket in Act app . No body responded till now. If this happens again I am going to change my network.

@saivamshirv @ACTFibernet Even I have the same issue & reported it to them. A technical person visited and checked and changed the Jack and suggested upgrading the router. I have upgraded to the high-end router still the issue same and said use 5G GHZ then 100mbps will come but nt 150mbps.

.@ACTFibernet I requested disconnection on April 18th, and it has been granted, and I am sending the required quantity of mail and SMS everyday. The service was quite awful, and it was the worst I've ever experienced. Disconnecting all my family 7 accounts. What exactly is this

@ACTFibernet what kind of service you are providing to your customers. I have opened a request more than 20 days back but still it's not resolved! Friends don't opt for this service at all. Act team is closing this request without any resolution. SR10164595791528

@ACTFibernet : Hi Team, I asked to cancel my new connection request ( CAF 101647448412 ) as my old connection was restored. Seems your customer support doesn't have single mode of connections for all SR. I am having difficulty to reach both sales & technical team in one call
