@ACTFibernet internet speed drops down frequently and when raised a ticket the contact person asks us to play YouTube video and check speed test. For that moment it works. Later againthe speeddrops down. It hapend with customersupport executive multiple times. Userid:102656406176

@ACTFibernet I am not sure what sort of customer care professionals you hire, they are not there to resolve anything other than reading the ticket comments which is generated. I have an issue with internet and the SLA for it is 27 hrs do find the ticket SR10265912190474

@ACTFibernet What the hell is happening with my recharge every time. Every time I do the recharge and I have to call the customer care to get this updated or resume my services. Apart from this today dated 19-9-2022, I called one of your executive Saba, she talked to me rudely.
