    @ACTFibernet frequently your services are getting disconnected. Too much to expect? Field services come and habitually misbehave with customer. They do not show id! Why such behavior and services? @DoT_India take note of such deplorable connectivity issues and investigate.

    @ACTFibernet It has been 24 hours without any internet service and you guys just keep postponing the technician visit time. Technician visit postponed from yday to this noon to tonight. Given this callous treatment would have to switch, post Dec, as subscription ends anyway.

    @ACTFibernet This high time, I have called twice now to your customer service, 1st they don't speak my language kannada. After hera my problem and my request to cancel internet connection, they are disconnecting the call,why?No internet for whole day, is this the way you treat a customer. Bad

    @ACTFibernet It's been more than 24hrs without the internet service. Registered a complaint SR10163528570474 .There ain't any reply from ur executive.The technician's not appointed.The worst thing ever for 5min work your team wasted my 24hrs. Worst experience with act fibernet.

    @ACTFibernet yet another day with an internet plan but no router. Worst service through your customer care, i had a chat with ankit singh and now apparently I won't be getting any router as well. Please refund my money i made a mistake opting act
