@ACTFibernet Earth shattering and useless services!! I have had go through lot of trauma but still can't get my billing issue settled. They just make false promises and do nothing about it. Especially their agents are just wanting to get off the call.!!!!

@ACTFibernet people kindly stay away from this broadband service, these people put you on block lost even if you pay the bill and file the complaint for internet not working. Pathetic service.

@ACTFibernet I have not seen such a worst service in last 6-7 years using act. I have recharged Rs.490 for digital TV,1 month back and called customer care 7 times in these duration. Worst part is reg.complaint get close automatically without solution last ticket was 21011643.

Team @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD This is 3rd time within a week we are complaining about no Internet. How many times will u do cable work at same place? Such a pathetic service when working from home. At least refund the money i will switch to other ISP.

@ACTFibernet unable to unsubscribe Zee5. No option on Act or Zee5 app. The toll-free number never connects and the app does not allow to register requests other than pre-defined issues.
