Not the one (@harvey_diesel) reported@ACTFibernet Paying for 100 Mbps but getting only 60–80 Mbps. Facing frequent outages almost every month — around 10 days without service, and nearly 15 days in November alone. Complaints get marked “resolved” even when the issue continues. Extremely frustrating.

I have taken a 3months plan which is suppose to expire on Feb 22nd you people have changed my plan to monthly and charged me a bill of 312.

One of them said your account has automatically changed to monthly plan and no action to reinitiate it. Like one of the worst service I have ever seen.
