    We have raised multiple complaint requests to the customer care executive gives an lame excuses that ur phone is unreachable we will be arriving in next 10mints.its been 3days now..No Act has been done by @ACTFibernet.I am very disappointed to say that a reputed company like you.

    @ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit Instead of these fancy statements please put some efforts to resolve the internet problem for custoemrs permanently. Till now the voice of the customer is heard to resolve your infra issues permanently despite how many ever times we raise this concern.

    @ACTFibernet inspite of repeated reminders still d same issue i will never recommend ACT Fibernet connection 4 commercial or domestic use as their service is very bad. After making payment of Rs. 7146 in advance dy wanted me 2 pay that 200 rupees also 2 start my connection.

    We moved to @ACTFibernet hoping for a better experience but they promise a lot but don’t deliver. Very bad experience and they tie you for 6 months with the shoddy service. BIG Disappointment

    @ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit Customers dont want to hear internet disconnected because some kid in some home pulled, or the device is running out of power, or that box is disconnected stolen etc. These infra issues you need to monitor manage proactively to ensure seamless connection. Dont push your issue.
