    @ACTFibernet genuinely impressive how you sell "reliable internet" and then just… don't provide internet. my internet has been cut off AGAIN. raised a ticket AGAIN. the "expected resolution time" keeps changing AGAIN. last time i had to beg 15 days straight to get reconnected.

    @ACTFibernet Why is my ticket SR10280504805054 showing closed on ACT Fibernet App? Such a pathetic service from you end. Never seen such horrible service from ACT Fibernet. My entire weekend is screwed because of you guys.

    @harintiwari @JioCare Go for @ACTFibernet ..... Jio will never solve your problem within 5 days... There won't be internet for min 30 days in a year...

    @ACTFibernetHYD is highly unreliable. In just 1 month, I’ve raised 10+ complaints for frequent disconnections. Internet drops daily and needs router restart every time. Paid for a 1-year plan but service is unusable Pathetic. Requesting disconnection + refund @ACTFibernet @TRAI

    @ACTFibernet U really don't care. Do i need 2 be ur customer u 4 u to worry about lives of ur others customers. It's a public electric pole which u r using 2 hang cables & save some metres of it by criss crossing cables across the road Have some humanity and remove the jungle of wire

    @ACTFibernet Your pathetic services continue to persist as my Internet went down again and it’s badly impacting my work requirement. My next step is to cancel my subscription and go for Airtel or Jio fiber, as I cant risk losing my job because of Internet issues SR10280461049644

    Worst service, raised a ticket on 17th of May, still the issue not resolved.. Why should customers opt your service? Pathetic service and customer care works from Mars or Saturn. Don’t ACT. @ACTFibernet
