@NameIsKKrishna @ACTFibernet I deactivated ACT 2 years ago. They keep calling me to re-activate. Not sure why ? Their service was so pathetic and when I call customer care they say that whole area is expierencing it seems. This reason they gave me for a while year. So fed up and changed to @airtelindia

@rituontherun @ACTFibernet I think 90% of the customers are unhappy with the support.. If you continue like this it is only a matter of time when an alternative comes 90% of customers you will lose...at least now tell to your management to improve on this aspect...

@ACTFibernet Fot last two days I have been contacting but no one is there to assist. I have upgraded my plan from A max 700 to A Max 1075 two days ago but as of now it's not reflecting. I have already made the payments and I'm facing slow internet speed Account 101128621343 .
