@ACTFibernet I am not getting internet connectivity from past 7 days, i am repeatedly complaining this to ur customer service team, and they are simply closing the ticket and telling our technician has resolved this issue. But still that issue is not resolved. Can i get reply

Customer support asks for 48 hours to activate the account which takes minutes to be done from server which you had done in past. Clearly lack of commitment and will to resolve customer issues. @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet
@ACTFibernet Frequent disconnections happening, every time they are taking 2 to 3 days to resolve. I preferred ACT for Service only, but it seems your service also like other ISPs. My ID: 102018135677.
@ACTFibernet For a 75 Mbps connection I am@actually getting just 30 Mbps speed, how fair is that. Can you look into this. I have raised a service request # SR10233397117002
