    1/ @ACTFibernet I've spent 45 days trying to close my account 101799520914. The router has now been collected. The ONLY thing left is my refund of ₹6,614 — and it still hasn't been paid. Every customer care is hanging up the call in between. @ConsumerFF

    @ACTFibernet SR10180604686864 this ticket is opened since Friday. Daily the ETR keeps on changing. When will you fix this. Last year also same thing happen

    @ACTFibernet @ConsumerFF ACT service/field team is raising false information on ticket that customer needs reconnection and ticket is being close without informing the customer. And suddenly the refund or pickup is not getting done. And finally it’s done. And we are still waiting for our money

    @ACTFibernet Hi ACT Team, thank you for the update. However, my internet has already been down for the last 4 days, causing significant inconvenience. I request that the validity of my plan be extended by double the downtime period once the issue is resolved. Please confirm the compensation.

    Hi @ACTFibernet Buffering issue still persist. I m unable to watch movies online. For this issue I hv raised complaints multiple times, technicians always provide temprary solutions & gt a lot of showoff calls 4m cust care 2 know the reason bt no permanent resoln provided yet

    @ACTFibernet Got a call from ACT, another ticket is logged as the link is down. Just got off a call with the the ACT technical team but the call got disconnected unable to get through the number again. Worst experience, can someone fix this asap?

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I haven't had internet for the past 72 hours, and a complaint was raised yesterday - SR10180679769244. I understand there was heavy rain, and I waited for the resolution, but this is testing my patience.
