    @ACTFibernet Hello, I ve been trying to reach your customer service for the last 2 days but I am not getting any help. Earlier tenant used your service, he have left the place, for him you guys have fixed one router next to the entrance door.

    @thecatlyf @ACTFibernet Leeds,raise the complaint through the app. It's better. There is a relocation option also. Their troubleshooting over calls is pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD #actfibernethyd internet down again and the support lines are “switched off “ service disruption from 4 days now. I have been a customer of ACT(since it was called Beam) from 9 years now and switching to Jio just because of your pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet broadband is down in our area since Friday. Your call center reps keep saying that solution will be provided in 24 hours. It's more than 4 days now! Kid online classes, our work is hampered. Can someone reply?

    @ACTFibernet your customer service is the worst. The operator is just rejecting my call when he hears my voice... I'm Very much insulted by this, "WORST".... Very much disappointed..is this how ACT guys treat your customer??😡😡😡
