@ACTFibernet Dear Support Team, I received a call from from someone claiming from ACT and asked me to modify "CWMP Settings" and share my Modem's mac id and serial number. He said there is a ACT project to collect MacIds of users' modem. are you aware of this?

@ACTFibernet My internet is not working from yesterday and showing due amount to be paid. However i have already purchased plan for 6+1 month by 2 month back. It is not first time as i m facing this issue. If i not getting ur service so why u have my payment money. I m hoping resolution asap

One of the worst services in @ACTFibernet was said free router at the time of activation and now says return it back clear recordings captured from the sales person who said that initially need to sew such services providers at this current pandemic time #liarscheaters@act

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet your service has gone to lowest level. I've raise several complains about my internet billing issues in past 13-14 days. Which has not been sorted and now my internet has been disconnected. #shameful #pathetic
