@ACTFibernet no body seems to be bothered by the lost service since past 4 days. Despite making a complaint, nobody has happened to attended the issue. Hence I would not be paying this months fee and process disconnection as ACT has not done enough to serve it's customers.

@ACTFibernet What a service @ACTFibernet. You have taken details of number and city but no call yet. Nd if we call customer care..they are saying they visited us and we said not interested it seems. The fact is no one visited us. Our work is getting disturbed bcoz of this service.

@ACTFibernet I paid my bill on Feb 3rd, yet it's not reflecting and my net isn't working. If I contact the customer care, they say it will take 72 hrs to resolve the issue. This is the second time such a thing is happening. This is pure failure of ur system.

@ACTFibernet The resolution time was given as 7 pm on 6th feb. But still no internet access.

@ACTFibernet Even after a Manageral escalation, the manager calls me and promises a call back within one hour at 8:09 pm 6th Feb. Result: No call back from any one from @ACTFibernet, we spoke to customer and closed ticket. Who is bothered to resolve the issue of port forwarding.
