@ACTFibernet Yes, it has been resolved, Thank you ! However, the ETR was around 22 hours & that too I had to call the support team back to back & also visit the local service team which has no clue abt my issue until I showed them my ticket Id. You need better communication & also reduce ETR

@ACTFibernet it's second day in a span of 7 days that the internet is not working. Customer's have to pay even if they are not using internet for a month. Why isn't there any penalty for service provider. From last 15 minutes, I'm in queue to speak to customer care executive 1/2

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet you are beyond unprofessional. You send someone here to fix the internet, he doesn't get the job done and is asking me to supply electricity for the Act box. What kind of behaviour is this!? Time to switch ISPs.

@ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore @ACTFibernet Received call from your escalation team & they're not in mood to fix issue but will replace same faulty router. After providing worst service for 3mnths, they don't focus on their poor service but asking me to pay for 6mnths. HORRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONALS!

@ACTFibernet your internet is not working from last evening. And response I got saying they need 2 days . Not sure how we ll do wfh. Will the LOP covered by Act? SR10365996366954 and worst customer care experience with rude attitude.
