    @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago 5 hours with no internet. And the worst part? This is happening almost every single day. For working professionals, this isn’t a minor inconvenience, it’s disrupting meetings, delaying work, We’re paying for a service that’s not being delivered

    @ACTFibernet What a pathetic customer service you guys have. No response since 4-5 days. There’s no actual line which people can call and complain. All calls go through the system and get dropped off. If someone picks up, they say this is not the correct department. OK, fine. If I ask them to transfer to the correct department, they say they can’t, wtf Your internet is good, but customer service is terrible. Please improve.

    Very disappointed with @ACTFibernet. Before payment, I received continuous calls. After payment, no proper response. Internet installation was delayed, ACT StreamTV4K setup is still pending, and every day I hear "today"or "tomorrow."Please cancel myconnection and refund my money

    @ACTFibernet Hi yes, it has been fixed after 96 hours of waiting, 8 calls to customer care, 10 email exchanges with the nodal office, 4 email exchanges with your customer care, one complaint to NCH, one complaint to CPGRAMS and this tweet.

    @ACTFibernet Such a Terrible Internet Provider. 15 days and no one even cared to look into the issue. We paid 3 months charges before hand itself. Your team dont even have a customer care number where we can talk to a human? And solve this
