    @ACTFibernet I came to this handle to register my complaint. I can see there are already so many frustrated customers here. I think I should directly ask for disconnection and refund rather than looking for solution. Because clearly you can’t give solution.

    @ACTFibernet I am frustrated with your service engineer staff. 30th August I made payment but still waiting for my connection. I don't know how many more days it will take. If any one listen complaint plz do something.

    @ACTFibernet , hey just to let you guys know the truth, you guys are the worst at service providing and literally using @airtelindia mobile data is faster than your fiber connection .! Hate your services ,get well soon at providing better customer service and providing connection

    @ACTFibernet Connection has been disconnected even after payment and no proper response is given Customer care person would say A max 450 and activate Amax 700 without intimation and which cost around 826 but they charged 2891 Local broadband is better and even cheap

    ACT Fibernet Acc No:102779668513 From past 1 month i was facing connection issue. I have raised multiple complaints, response was poor So I asked for refund and disconnection. If you are not capable of providing proper service, don't provide service. Refund my money @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @trai Dear CEO Bala Malladi my issue has not been resolved yet suffering from 3 months frequent disconnection,account number 101001983119.why cat 5 cable has been provided instead of fiber. This is cheating the customer.we are paying we are not getting free service
