@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Have 300 mbps plan from 6 months. But never got More than 100 mbps. From 1 month it went down to 50 mbps. The tech says that there was a server issue from 15 days and will continue More 15 days. Customer car says will send tech. Pls resolve ASAP

@ACTFibernet I face connectivity issue every now and then. From last two days there's a connectivity issue. Everytime I will be assured by customer care that this problem won't repeat but it happens again and again from last one year. When will this problem get resolved

@ACTFibernet Hi @ACTFibernet .. the technician fixed a new modem and the issue became worse where we lost internet. Then he found a fault at the junction box connector.. fixed it and it worked for 5 mins and then NOW THERE HAS BEEN NO INTERNET FOR 2 DAYS !!! Help !!!!!
