@ACTFibernet This is not expected. Yesterday morning my net was gone and I raised a complaint. By noon it was attended and restored. Within 10 minutes, net gone again. The local executive assured me it'll be restored by evening. I waited till 1830 hrs and re- opened the request

@ACTFibernet May I know why your customer care team closed my SR? I couldn't respond to their calls at 8.27 pm and they proceed to close SR. Since your internet is also not working like your customer care I am proceeding to close the connection. SR10367636206424

If you want to buy a camera set up for your home @ACTFibernet will not let you reach out to the apartment POC/the customer care. The only way to raise a request is through the app and that too the request is prepaid. What if someone wants more than one camera? No one can help :)
