@ACTFibernet Ref: SR10263713740644, this has become recurring issue from last month. There is frequent internet outage due to power switch-off at the Hub. I hope to see a permanent fix.

@ACTFibernet The customer support needs true caring for customer. The team is eager to close the ticket than resolving. Ticket SR10263701208813 closed two times without a proper resolution. The app is a huge constraint as it doesn’t allow to raise an issue which is not listed.

@ACTFibernet Service level at peak.1st call,executive picked n placed me on mute for 2 mins and then call disconnected.2 n 3rd time after hearing my comments placed on hold n disconnected again.4th call explained thrice call was disconnected i need to escalate to manager no use

@ACTFibernet I’m fed up with this fibernet service man.. It’s been 9 days since I’ve been trying to get my issues resolved.. I had made multiple calls to customer executives.. they simply raise the tickets and close them within a day without resolving the issue..

@ACTFibernet I have frequent network disconnect every 15-20mits. It’s keep disconnected and reconnect automatically, could you guys check and rectify this pls @ACTFibernet
