  @SukunaVal @ACTFibernet Ikr? I've used Airtel before, they would fix routing issues in one week max after complaining. Here ACT says it's impossible to fix routing and to tells me to get my account closed if I don't like it.

  @ACTFibernet Ticket no: SR10165822080234 raised on Thursday ( 8/9/2022) 8.50 PM till now it’s not resolved. I made many calls to customer support but they are still making ticket high priority but no one is visiting.

  After multiple complaints, I’m disconnecting @ACTFibernet. I asked for waiver of bill for the days service was not given and they agreed to waive it for 8 days. But for that i have to continue with ACT. why?You are charging for services that you didn’t provide.

  @ACTFibernet service is so pathetic in Whitefield. Technician hasn't yet installed router even though the quarterly plan has been activated. Asking to wait for 7 days, is that how you harass customers?
