@Raghvarma @ACTFibernet We got #BSNL @ACTFibernet has their setup in the next block but denied the installation in our building. Kinda disgusting way to deal with customers who were with them for years. Worst service !!!!

@ACTFibernet 2/n On 9th of December I received the bill for the current month(1st to 31st December). When I enquired about the same from the customer care, they are saying the offer was for November month and not December.

@ACTFibernet a very bad experience with your billing team. You cancel my Netflix subscription without prior intimation and you have the audacity to be rude to your customer for asking why this is happening. No wonder people are switching to jio. What about my cash backs?

@ACTFibernet You representative are so unprofessional they don’t pick up the calls nor call back if a new is applied for But if the payment is due you guys have mechanisms to call the customer asking for the payment every 1hr But for customers issues you guys hide your self .
