  @ACTFibernet I have reopened the ticket. Hope commonsense prevails. All I am asking is sending me in writing on whatever is being told on phone, if they can't address it. If they are not willing to write down whatever they are saying,it means they are not truthful.

  One more issue which I identified with @ACTFibernet is that they do not automatically provide the benefits of the revised plans with added benefits to existing customers; this is unethical practice from them;

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD How long should it take just for the internet to start working again? It's been 12 hours now. It's already been past the etr time. Either fix it or we'll change providers. You guys can't do this also properly. SR10180786849254

  Hi @ACTFibernet The worst experience to get a connection from the internet, It"s been almost 5 days since I requested for reallocation but not one showed up for the installation to my new location. Worst customer support and no option to submit feedback also @ACT_Issues

  @ACTFibernet Finally paused the services of @ACTFibernet temporarily by keeping it under safe custody; and then you start receiving calls from their support team, sir we will resolve all issues, keep it active; but then lessons should be thought the hard way
