So monthly twice customer can remove devices and prime executives once in a month. So if any one facing this issue dont signout the login fromdevice reach out to amazon.

Vivek kumar (@Vivek_vikki9) reported@ACTFibernet it's been 14days but till now no one called me for Wifi router recovery, I reached the customer care for multiple times but the resolution was not yet made. I want my refund of Rs. 4350 to be processed immediately. It's your fault to not recover the asset on time.
