@ACTFibernet why is your resolution time 24 hours for EVERY complaint? We can't wait for that long for internet to be restored because of your stupid "process," especially as your services go down at least once in every two weeks. Please expedite the resolution.

@ACTFibernet your sales rep. called to see if I am willing to opt for a connection. When I pointed out that the plans are poor, and competition is offering unlimited data for basic plans, he was rambling about TRAI requirements. This shows how poorly you understand customer needs
