    @ACTFibernet what kind of service is this. You send email for speed upgrade in the morning and after two hours when we call the customer care to confirm they say it was a limited period offer and it expired two days back? Then why are you sending email today morning?

    @ACTFibernet Well it's been open for more than an hour.. You guys should have some resolution by now I tried changing routers and using just the LAN cable as well I end up getting DNS or DHCP errors

    @ACTFibernet is looting customers and closing tickets incorrectly, I called customer service multiple times, they say they connect call to 'disconnectteam' but they dont even speak and later close my request stating I have changed my decision, now they dont even pick my calls.
