    @ACTFibernet lot of websites aren't accessible (in chennai via ACT) including twitter ! Hardly 2 months (16.Aug) & another outage - wonder what SLAs internally these lousy service providers are tracked by their management #ACTBroadband

    @ACTFibernet act fibernet going backward in the race. Helping airtel internet to groww. Act Fiber will be in internet history if ACT not realizing their mistakes.. very poor support..no internet past 5 hours, not going to be till tomorrow noon atleast. #Chennai

    @ACTFibernet Yes it was resolved after 6hrs. I hope simple issues like lack of connection in a home should be resolved through the greivience cell of company rather than approaching social media
