    @ACTFibernet I am hearing the same answer for past 8 days. Again another 2 days . Very poor restoration process compared to other service providers like Airtel Hathway or Jio. I have paid for 6 months plan and regretting now. So I assume you don’t care for restoring on time.

    @ACTFibernet hello ACT recently i have raised a request for reconnection of my existing ACT account and your executives are behaving unprofessional manner and they are not providing proper service. I will not recommend ACT network to anyone.

    @ACTFibernet This downtime is because of a cable being cut when they cut down a huge tree in front of my house. How many agencies are involved in fixing such an issue?

    @ACTFibernet Hi We have been facing internet issues every month . Most of the time it's with either download or upload issues else speed.. In a month atleast 4 days the internet is down. our work is been affected. Above all you send alert messages asking to pay the bill in time

    @ACTFibernet internet is not working from last night. Raised ticket SR10366601474194. After few hours dialed customer care, he said it will take 24 hours to fix. And i ASKED why 24 hours does it mean i cannot do office work,for which he replied i can shift to other ISPs. #airtel
