    @ACTFibernet your DHCP system is still locking internet access to the last connected MAC address even after hours. Two different routers show no internet, but direct connection to my Mac mini works instantly. This MAC binding issue is unacceptable, please release my IP lease now

    @ACTFibernet you have the worst servicing in Kondapur, Hyderabad. We have purchased a new connection on last week Saturday and still the connection was not complete. If giving a connection itself is this challenging, I can't imagine how horrible the after sale service will be.

    @ACTFibernet I paid around 5800 to get my connection done yesterday. Engineers were not able to do it. Now no one is picking up the call. Bad service even before start...

    @ACTFibernet , What you guys are doing with connection? Every weekend connection is getting lost? Such a worst internet provider in the city. For the past couple of weeks 4 times disconnection, is it that seamless connection you guys are branding! #Worst to the core

    I raised a ticket for my internet issue, which was supposed to be resolved by 10:58 AM. My ticket was marked closed, but my internet is still down. This is unacceptable. Fix it immediately, or I'll switch to a better service. Service number: SR10177485728674 @ACTFibernet
