    @ACTFibernet Its been three days..and i have not heard even a single word from yout service guys. Dont keep customers in the dark. Please help..i am facing a lot of problem in my work. Please dont torture your customers like this.

    @ACTFibernet Worst service ever. I thought it to be a wise decision to choose ACT over Airtel. Turns out, I was wrong!! Unstable internet since more than 6 hours and no resolution. No communication also from ACT. Unbelievable!!

    @ACTFibernet I have asked for escalation matrix which ACT do not seems to have it. How come without escalation matrix u people are running a business? Everytime a standard reply of within 24 hrs issue will be resolved is the template answers given by customer care.
