Hello @ACTFibernet, I have been a user of your Internet service since 2019. Due to COVID I had to go home. But when I come back after a year, my internet is not working. The technicians tell me my connection is deactivated, however, the customer care tells me that's not true.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Today the technician named Kannan calls me and tells me I need to pay Rs 650 for reconnection, OR I have to take a new connection. When asked for reconnection, he says there will be problems with reconnection, better take new connection.

@ACTFibernet from yesterday onwards my internet is not working.. I got one LOP. It's value is 820 rupes per day.. Till my issue is same. What the stupid service u guys giving to me.? I need my internet working fine in EOD otherwise I ll change the network immediately

@ACTFibernet i raised a rqst at 10:30 ystrdtly for internet not workng. When i cal after a few hrs i was assured a person was wrkng on it but at a prsn called to ask about my problem saying that he was just assigned and then stpd picking my calls @ACTFibernetHYD worst service

@ACTFibernet I find my network to be slow for past few days and I don't have any option of complaining on that in your APP or Customer care against promised 250 Mbps I get around 80 Mbps and that too it has no consistency. Can you imagine YouTube videos buffering at that speed?!
