    Worst service provider @ACTFibernet first your service doesn’t work and then you go ahead and disconnect the services. I’m sure you having a lot of business i.e now motivating you to disconnect active subscriptions

    @ACTFibernet one of the worst customer experience i am not able to speak to customer care to down grade my plan or to disconnect and the app also not provides any assistance to solve my problem very bad

    @ACTFibernet I have raised an internet issues in the morning & it's suppose to get it resolve before 4 o lock today as per your feedback message,If you're not able to solve this issue as per the tentative timeline I need to discontinue this service. Am totally disappointed.

    @ACTFibernet l had raised multiple tickets for same problem which is occurring very frequently why you are unable to give permanent solution every time it is taking 2 days fix the issue. I hope you will fix today SG101654968967

    @ACTFibernet I am totally dissatisfied by the behaviour of your personnel/we are facing outages and speed issue very frequently/they visited and said need to change some apparatus inspite of repeated calls no one turned We might be forced to replace to jio
