    They again and again raise tickets and say, "Sorry, we are raising a ticket for your problem," but they didn't solve it, says will come tomorrow. Every day a new date is assigned. From the 5th date, today is the 9th. A team of corrupt and lazy people. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet u disconnected the phone while I was raising complain abt your internet. Every week your internet doesn't work. @jagograhakjago terms and conditions take money for 6 months but we face issue for weeks and no help. Is this how consumers are dealt with ? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Internet has been down for the last 2 days. Complaint already registered but issue is still unresolved. Service Request: SR11080670038194 Kindly resolve this on priority and provide an update. The prolonged downtime is causing significant inconvenience.

    @ACTFibernet Waited again for 20 mins and after my call queue came one call went silent for 5 mins. Never buy ACT their support js worst. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet The Team just visited and mentioned there is no β€œmain box” around - he went back and said we need to fix a main box first for which team will call and visit tomorrow.

    @ACTFibernet I have changed from single modem to mesh plan last month. Service engineer was supposed to connect both modems through cable but he just connected through WiFi. I complained about the speed dropping. He was supposed to visit and resolve it but have not visited.
