    @ACTFibernet live in a community of 300 houses and majority of them use ACT here. Even with a power backup in each house, when there is a power cut, the internet drops for about 5 mins and get restored, the same happens when the power is restored. Can someone help? Don't think your control power backup works properly.

    Genuinely impressed by @ACTFibernet today. Left for the office, no internet. Raised a ticket, ETA end of day. Drove back home to attend my meetings, no internet there either. Second ticket. ETA end of day. 100% consist outage across all locations. πŸ‘

    @ACTFibernet I signed up for a new connection yesterday and did not expect this kind of horrible service from Act .. installation was supposed to happen yest .. till today no one even responds - I have wasted 1 day sitting on installation … I am now thinking of cancelling

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct There was not a single call from your technical support only I'm getting a call they'll assign I mail also I have mentioned the mobile number but still no technician assigned or called me. Please don't give same reason
