  I raised a relocation request on 8th Apr, citing relocation dt of 16th Apr. No one bothered to call me; I followed up with @ACTFibernet customer care 2 times and they said "you will get a call". However on 24th April, the ticket was simply closed. (2/8)

  @ACTFibernet The actions were not appropriate. For 10-15min work ACT team has taken almost 48hrs to resolve the issue. Could not work for two days when everyone including children's are also working /reading from home. I know what will be your reply. But request to give two days extra to me

  @ACTFibernet worst service my internet goes off when there is a electricity cut the support team says it battery issue has been resolved but no resolution has been made in 2 months

  @ACTFibernet Never had a such unprofessional interaction with any customer care service. I had raised 2 billing related ticket since I did not have internet for around 10 in April. First ticket was closed with any communication and second ticket was closed with any resolution
