    @ACTFibernet WORST internet service in Blr. Support lied I wont be charged for shifting and then sent me a bill. 5 days later my internet (FYI, I'm a 6mnth prepaid customer on the 2nd highest plan). @airtelindia or @reliancejio coming soon

    @ACTFibernet you are one of the worst service provider as far i know. Repeated internet issues, no quick response from your support team, never your customer call# gets through🤦will I get atleast a response here for my ticket# SR10266652918334 (2nd ticket within a week).

    Absolutely disgusted with ACT fibernet in HYD. Took my money saying there is service available but there is no service in MIG Phase-2 Lingampally. It’s been 2 weeks but still I didn’t get my refund back. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @MinisterKTR

    @ACTFibernet My connection has been discontinued. I am requesting for changing phn no for existing connection, so, I'll make requisite payment..why is it so difficult? Your operators are neither telling me the plan, nor changing no., simply given customer care no. What is this service?

    @ACTFibernet Sometimes laying fiber issue and now date is postponed to January. We see road dig everywhere but how come field person is saying fiber laying issues. BLR as tech city of India face this issue, bad roads, high elec bill & no internet @dcbangalore @BbmpEast Plz look

    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore From last 6 days I don’t have internet service.. I have raised my concern to the team . Still no answer. Please disconnect the service and refund my money ASAP. I have paid the amount till April 2023 . I am in WFH.
