Am I glad I got out of this because I can imagine the service of Jio if I had continued with the services. I actually got to appreciate @ACTFibernet a lot more since shifting back to them.

In that router should be free but they did not provide while calling to customer care multiple times they receive phone and keep it aside. Worst experience with Act. I paid bill on the due date through Amazon pay and the amount was deducted from my account and no refund was initiated but your finance team is informing the same is cancelled and refund is not initiated.
