@ACTFibernet I am not using ACT but still getting bills.. also you guys are closing the Service Requests (which I raised multiple times) without contacting me to save your *** from breaching SLA! I need someone from your billing team to contact me ASAP. #worstcustomersupport

The billing team does not resolve issues on time at all. 10 days ago I received a call from billing team mentioning in 3 days my invoice will be corrected to reflect only June months bill. Still its not corrected. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

@VijayGopal_ @hydcitypolice @ACTFibernet This is fraud company.. they have reactivated my connection without my consent at a place where am not there.. when I reached out to them they took 1 week to disconnect but sent a bill for the services which I have never used..and still not remved it from my name😡 #ActFiberFraud

The service quality and the support of @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD is the WORST!! 😓😓 They charge you instantly for a new connection but don't give a **** even after 10 days. No wonder the downfall of a famous Brand. 😐
