@ACTFibernet Ac 110679738925, right now there is an open ticket as internet is not working since 12.30 pm. Just last week internet was down on wednesday nught and resumed on friday evening, its nt even a week, moreover its nt the first time. I will lose my job, i work from home.

@ACTFibernet Chennai poor service. Chatbot evasive, dodgy indifferent. Suggest customers not to pay too much in advance. They give excuses, that too at their own convenience. Say will be rectified by 7. 7.15 you track. They say call us between 9 to 7.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @ACTFibernet I switched from ACT to Airtel on 17 July, and since the last 3–4 days, my internet is not working. Every day, technicians visit, say "issue not identified", and leave without fixing anything. Still no resolution.
