    @ACTFibernet customer service is the worst customer service I have ever seen. They just transfer the call and vanish off we need to wait but no body will answer, if some one picks up then they will disconnect the call abruptly. Worst customer service. No one should take this net

    @ACTFibernet ac# 102642547944 facing frequent disconnection and speed issues fed up of complaining to your appellate and nodal officers the same issue. On weekly basis the internet is down for almost full day !! I work from home and need the internet up and running all the time.

    @ACTFibernet Ur customer care is telling me I'm not able to use fiber service in future due to some technical issues, and taken a disconnect request , this is the service i receive, being the customer from last 5 years, and taking 6 months plan every time I am receiving this kind of service

    @ACTFibernet I have been trying to connect to ACT for over a month and my issue is not yet resolved. I face this problem everyday. Everyday I get a call ACT team saying that the issue is resolved but it is in the same state. Very poor service. Really disappointed.

    @ACTFibernet , as I'm facing an internet connectivity problem for the last 3 days , i raised the complainant but it has not yet been solved , instead taken request for disconnection, this is the service we received from your customer care SR10165132924793.

    @ACTFibernet 101014071506 no internet connectivity for past 3 day!! This is a monthly issue. Internet is down, atleast 3-4 every 20 days.
