    Poor customer support of act fiber et in Bengaluru @ACTFibernet. When the power goes in our area internet also goes @TOIBengaluru. It's been almost a year, no proper measures have been taken so far.

    Internet connection goes off for 2 days, every 10 days. Every time I chase @ACTFibernet , it feels like they're mocking n laughing behind on me for not moving out to one of other 10+ options in my area. Which is d most reliable broadband in Hyd with least issues, quick service?

    @ACTFibernet Is there a maintenance team available in your Bangalore location? I have been trying to reach out for the broadband issue I am facing in Kasturi Nagar area. Your customer support team keeps saying it will be addressed but nobody is looking into it.

    @ACTFibernet I don't understand the problem that a firm of your size is having. What was required was approx 300mtr of line and distribution box .

    @ACTFibernet There is no response, I'm having technicians' number he is also responding me poorly . Ok asking who's addressing and where is the actual problem he is not able to answer . I asked him to provide me with contact details of local area TL. He was stil acting hideous and refused .

    Again the internet issue even after promising there wont be any problem still no internet @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet if you can't provide good servicedon't make make promises.I ve been workingfrom home Its a total loss for me and I think its the time to switch to other provider

    @ACTFibernet Max 24 hrs we can expect to resolve the case. If in same month only if service is down for 96 hrs (48*2) what's the point of paying such a huge bill. We don't get compensation on it.
