@ACTFibernet I cancelled my ACT Fibernet connection (6-month pre-paid) on Oct 4 due to service delay. Despite repeated follow-ups, refund still pending (SR10377404943201) & no response from ACT. Unacceptable! #ACTFibernet #RefundDelay #PoorService
