Worst service from Broadband service provider ACT. Sales Exe was only waiting for payment. She followed up till payment done, after that she is not even responding to calls. Team came and checked two times, they can't even fix a Router nor Hub to home @ACTFibernet #ACTbroadband

@ACTFibernetHYD dear sir we are still facing the decrease in the speed we are paying for 200 mbps but we are getting for 75 mbps this is getting customer very angry and I think rest of the act customer are facing trouble @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet your having such big fiber network in Bangalore, but your customer care don't speak kannada,can you explain that? @CMofKarnataka why can't you mandate services in Kannada compulsory in Karnataka, when we are getting services in English , Hindi etc here. Why?
