    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @FiberAct It's been over a 9 days since I raised my shifitng request and 6 days as disconnection request (SR10281001985214), but there has been no resolution. Since my connection could not be shifted within the promised timeline, I had no option but to get a new internet connection. I cannot keep waiting because of the delay from your end.     Never use the @ACTFibernet app to renew your subscription for a plan change. I asked renewed for a plan with lesser speed and paid amount showed y app but they failed to effect plan change and harassed me with a view to keep me on the old plan with higher subscription. Frauds

    @ACTFibernet - You need to get your ACT together. You have been making false promises openly, whereas the ground truth is that no one cares. On May 29th, I paid you for a plan change to convert to a 6-month plan, which comes with mesh routers. No updates yet! The service request you logged doesn’t even show up in my account. 🤔

    @ACTFibernet I wanted to move from airtel to ACT hoping that service will be better. But the experience has been worse/pathetic. After taking the initial payment for 3 months the service representative has stopped responding to calls. Just hope the refund comes on time.
