@ACTFibernet How long should it take to fix the problem of “internet not working”? 24 hrs and then again in 48 hrs internet down and it is 18 hrs and still not up Is this an acceptable service ?

@Syed8050543049 @ACTFibernet Because they are frauds disguised as a company. Don't take their connection even if they provide it for free! The company would take days to solve the tiniest of the issue and won't even hear out your issue!

@ACTFibernet worst customer service and the worst network i have ever seen. Since installation there is no speed and there has been no resolution since last 8 days. Just commitments are given. Never take this, Jio or Airtel is much better.
