    @ACTFibernet I am having worst experience in my new connection. None of sales team members and back end team is activating ott promised along with my subscription.. They are demanding money for mobile no correction for no fault of mine. I have raised multiple tickets, no use.

    @ACTFibernet Screw your service. Are you gonna compensate me for the loss of payment I had to incur? Your executive confirmed to resolve it by 9 PM. My whole day went by! Zero commitment. Such a pathetic service!

    @ACTFibernet As discussed i'm not received the refund yet stii after raising the service request,I need immediate action on this I had done payment 25st may requestd refund on 3rd June it's 6th June still there is no progress and also i'm not able to track it as your app is showing no user

    @ACTFibernet What kind of service is this? My internet has been down for over a week. Ticket SR10380552018234 was raised on Tuesday, and there is still no resolution. Every few hours I get another delay message instead of a fix.

    So, @ACTFibernet has a company policy where if you pay them for any plan and subsequently move to a location where they don’t have service before the plan ends, they’ll NOT REFUND ANY MONEY. Whatever excess, they’ll keep! @MIB_India and @GoI_MeitY please note. This is robbery.

    @ACTFibernet I have opened a ticket (SR11080511178584) almost a week ago for shifting my connection. I have not received any call from your team, if there is no resolution please refund my money. Your customer care number doesn't work either, pathetic.
