@ACTFibernet - Ticket ID SR10376884287714 closed without any resolution. When there is a ticket related to billing issue. How do you expect the payment to be made. For non servicing, ticket has been raised. Now you have suspended the services as well without any resolution.

@ACTFibernet Raised a service ticket on Saturday. SLA crossed 2 days back. Made multiple escalations. No progress yet. Extremely disappointed with the service. Being a new customer of ACT, I am planning to surrender the service.
