@ACTFibernet @winhegde No. Disconnect from them. They have poor planning and slowest service. I raised 3 tickets in last 2 months for the same issue, which means they are just providing temporary solutions. You can see issues pouring in every hour in Twitter. I disconnected one of my services last week

@Ravi_sravyu @ACTFibernet No. Just disconnect. They are fraudsters with poor customer service. They levy 6 month fee and provides poor service. I've raised 3 tickets in last 2 months. Their solutions are temporary. Slow response. We disconnected one of connections. Plz keep track of all raised tickets.
