  @Anand_haha @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Don't expect refund from ACT. It's like expecting a wolf to go vegan. They will try to woo you back with big discounts and such, but their service will still suck. I suggest leaving their services only after you have used every paisa you paid for that month's internet.

  @reliancejio @JioCare @ACTFibernet It's already 4 days, my problem is not yet resolved and there is no internet in my office. Atleast your people are not providing the backup line. This is the situation of us who are located in the same premises above your corporate office in Gachibowli.

  @ACTFibernet The insolence of ACT Customer Retention agent! He threatened to cut my connection if I don't accept by his terms. I paid for your services with my hard-earned money. I pre-paid for my connection and I will use it till my connection ends on 30th August 2021.

  @ACTFibernet My AC No-103014468252. Using ACT Internet for more than 4 Yrs. Since 4 months the Internet speed and customer service has decreased ferociously. My society may move to other ISP soon. Plz TC asap.
