@ACTFibernet very much Disappointed with your service team. While taking new connection of Plan Act Incredible, your sales team told to pay for 3 months Rs7076 and get free wifi router and free installation. But after installation, the router is not supporting the plan speed.

@ACTFibernet I need the internet today. Not after 24 hours. Also, when I'm paying for 3 months, I would expect full internet for 3 months. If issues like this come once in a month, then I've lost 3 days of internet usage. Will ACT give me a bill for 3 days later in that case?

@ACTFibernet proved worst service provider again. What should happen to services once you do the payment ? It should start immediately right ? But that’s not the case with act Fibernet. Made the payment 2hrs back still services not restored. Customer call wait time 30+ in queue
