@ACTFibernet It has been 9 days since my service was cut. Your team told me it would be resolved by Sep 5, but I still don’t have internet, and I have no idea when it will be restored. Meanwhile, you have sent me a new bill. With such poor service, how can you justify generating this bill?

@BandBajaateRaho Hi @grok can I file a complain against @ACTFibernet for their negligence & improper response to customers without any deadline of resolution, blaming electricity dept. While other ISO are able to resolve, provide internet immediately.
