    @ACTFibernet Broadband connection down since yesterday. After raising complaint I received SMS saying it would be fixed by 9 PM but it was not resolved. This morning I received another SMS extending the ETA to 1 PM. Really disappointed and no communication from the engineer.

    Trying to switch from Airtel to @ACTFibernet in Bangalore. Before payment, Vinatha MT was very proactive. After payment, the attitude changed, and it’s now been over a week with no connection and no proper response. I’m chasing multiple people daily just to get basic service.

    Very pathetic service provided by @ACTFibernet When you can't provide service to your customer then why do you sell your product as hyped? Better is @jio_fiber then @ACTFibernet .

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic Cust service, vague charges included in billing and no clarification is being given . Sr closed by ACT sans resolution. Classic case if how to loose a customer

    @ACTFibernet I’m so fed of raising tickets every week the wifi always doesn’t work. So bad experience

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Really disappointed with ACT. Internet is not working properly despite raising multiple complaints about buffering and slow speed, and the issue is still not resolved. The only suggestion is to restart the router,but that hasn’t fixed anything.
