    @ACTFibernet Me and my area people facing connection issues SR11164886791354.Customer care person telling that it will take 24hrs to resolve the issue. We have our office works. It’s impacting our works. I have raised multiple times but no action taken.

    Unpleasant experience with ACT, network issue not been resolved for more than a week and executives hanging when asked to speak to managers. No responce from Nodal officer too. Ill treated by a brand like ACT.@ACTFibernet @Balamalladi13 #unprofessionalism

    @ACTFibernet worst service at Ramamurthy nagar, Bangalore- internet goes down suddenly from past 2 days. The customer care says it will be resolved in 24 hrs, due to which I’m going office. what is point of having such connection at home
