    @ACTBangalore @ACTFibernet customer care sucks. Call gets disconnected while in queue. Agents become inaudible and disconnect. App doesn't allow to deactivate services.

    @ACTFibernet 8th complaint in just 1 month! This one will take time as well since your support is telling that they are transferring junction box and no one is giving permission for transfer! More than 100 hrs without internet in past 2 months. I want to cancel and get refund!

    @ACTFibernet Issue is resolved now. Thanks to Naveen for swift actions. Hopefully the waiver amount will be credited in the subsequent bills too.

    @ACTFibernet yesterday i registered complaint on internet not working. still the issue is not solved. i am very disappointed on your service. very very long time to take resolve the problems. if my issue was not solved in today. definitely i will quit @ACTFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet This is too much of incompetence of ACT, it feels like ACT is cheating customers and DONT WANT TO GIVE THE RIGHT RESOLUTION, this integrity issue and absence of professional ethics is what is being followed by ACT or it’s EMPLOYEES???

    @ACTFibernet #ACTBroadband is pretty unstable since this morning. Connections seem to disconnect frequently every 2-3 hours. Pls fix it. Unable to lodge a complaint via act app.. just times out every time

    @ACTFibernet , I received a legal notice to pay my dues. I reached out to customer service to discontinue the service due to poor experience but they took long time to disconnect and now I am being charged because of them. Please assist as my queries are not being answered.

    @ACTFibernet Act fibernet is the one of the worst service providers in Tirupati. Instead of doing publicity spend some time on resolving user queries with in the TAT. Completely lost trust on the service provider..
