nobody (@yudish_dsy) reported@ACTFibernet SR10381745646584 - down since morning. Issue expected to be resolved before 9pm. No improvement. Similarly few days back SR10381520525554 raised and the outage was 3 days. I want compensation for the total 4 days without internet and extra for the inconvenience.

While I do understand that issues could arise at times, but repetitive issues with your network or services raises questions on the trustworthiness and quality of service.
