@ACTFibernet It's been more than 6 hours now, still no action. Please, I don't have time to deal with this kind of service. If it's not going to resolve within next 1 hour please initiate the decommission process. I have plenty of other service providers in this area. Thanks!

@ACTFibernet As usual am waiting.... No call from any service engineer either. Have some courtesy to the inform about service disconnection because of your maintenance works or any other failures but inform so that we can make alternative arrangements. You take even 1week but inform.
