    @ACTFibernet Act Fiber Team - Connectivity is down from 15+ hours now and no resolution yet even after knowing the fact that it's affecting multiple customers. No one contacted yet to provide an update.... Hope you guys are really working to resolve this. Thanks.

    @ACTFibernet what's happening with your service in Hyderabad? Internet is down since morning, when we raise a ticket we are told it will be resolved in 24 hrs. With everybody in WFH mode, you think this is acceptable? Complaint SR10161765985582 or should we move to @airtelbroad?

    @ACTFibernet it's been 1 and half an hour that I have shared my details..till now no response. What a service..even a normal sunny day it stopped working..and u don't have proper staff to address it on time. We have to punish ourselves to choose such a network

    @ACTFibernet I have called you 6 times regarding to my refund since my internet got cut. But your customer care executive are making me fool. They say "Sir aapki problem 24hrs me resolve ho jayegi, Hamari Team aapko contact kregi." @ACTFibernet stop making customers fool.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Liers you people are , charging extra,no stable speed booked an order for 75 mbps are they are delivering 25 mbps cheaters and no backup In case of power off, rude customer service when I called in to report customer service agent hung up on me.

    @ACTFibernet ACT Fibre Team - This issue is not resolved yet and I was pretty sure that you will not acknowledge my last message because there you had to take action or confirm whether you can meet the expectations or not. Hope this will be resolved today on high priority. Thanks.
