@ACTFibernet My internet is down from afternoon around 2pm, and is is not yet resolved. I see frequent internet down in last 2 months and you take 24 hours atleast to restore it. I am very disappointed with such down time.

@ACTFibernet shame to raise again n agin issues for same problem . Its working day and such a poor Sevice no internet since mrng.. the local technician says hes not available and customer service just updates tickets and gives lame resons.. such a pathetic management

@ACTFibernet Last week 2 before i raised a complaint about the billing issue. But still my ticket is open and no response. I was calling customers 10 to 15 times simply saying you will get a call back within 1hrs. I never got any callback from your billing team.worst experience

@ACTFibernet Why is it that your broadband network has become very slow and most often being disrupted. This is really hampering our work. It is time to look for other service providers now.

@ACTFibernet Still the internet is not recovered and it is down. I should plan to switch to another internet provider where the downtime is very minimal. I cannot bear such a huge downtime (more than 12 hours).

@ACTFibernet Not looking into any issues of mine... You guy's are not concerned about any thing but just your bill... The guy who talked to me last discussed that only bill will be generated for now November month should call me again to solve this matter not anyone else cos i can't explain
