  @ACTFibernet Hey Team do you have any goal set for me. Every month one day the connection gets disconnected and I have to raise a ticket to resolve it. I am paying the bills in advance and then why should I suffer on a Saturday without internet. Pathetic service forever

  @ACTFibernet pathetic service, I’ve raised a transfer request on 13-Jun & I still haven’t gotten a callback from any technician. Called customer care & escalated my case 3 times but still no callback. I’ve been told that team lead will call me within 4 hrs but it’s already 5 hrs!

  Pathetic service by ACT Broadband. Applied for ACT Fibernet in Bangaluru. Paid full Rs.7682/- and they promised the connection within 24hrs. Been over a week now. No response from ACT team since then. Not even picking up calls. CAF-102650899930 @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago
