@ACTFibernet Till now no calls from your side. Contacted the Customer care with difficult twice, instead of giving solution, the ticket for disconnection is raised. Again contacted the CC, they said that the disconnection ticket will be cancelled, no update till now. Very diffict

The service commitment date provided by @ACTFibernet is pathetic. Commitment given for 11 AM is yet pending..Have the repeated issues..They come make temp fix and leave...#horendous @ACTFibernetHYD #poorservice

@ACTFibernet you person called. Asked me same questions about which router etc. Provided responses. He kept thinking what next. I told I'm in office call have put someone on hold. He asked when can he call back. I told 1.30. It's 1.40 now still no callback. Unprofessional. #fail

@ACTFibernet I have sent my registered contact number in your DM. But why the hell was the wire cut down? I just paid last 4 months bill in vain then? I was paying bills while i was not even in Bangalore just to have a stable connection when i come back. This situation is just pathetic. 😠
