@ACTFibernet What’s ur priority? It’s down for 2 whole days particularly week days. I never seen or expected this from @ACTFibernet. Thinking to switch other service provider as it impacts our WFH. Can’t rely on your service anymore as we don’t get resolution or proper update yet.

@ACTFibernet Your customer service guy is a real hero. When I requested to give a connection he told it is not feasible at this location. Next day after I took jio he was spamming me with phone calls to take a new connection. I had to shout at him & then he sent an SMS to refer my friends.

@ACTFibernet SR10165070206254 Internet nt working again - 3rd time in last 2 months. This's nt good. And everytime u take 24+ working hours 2 fix it wch is again nt acceptble. Our wrk gts impacted due to such issues.

@ACTFibernet worst services ever...bad resolution techniques...zero foresight on issues...and only focus on ticket resolution with stop gap features...your only advantage is monopoly in the market...else you guys wont have a single connection
