    @ACTFibernet internet not working for the past 22 hours. Call center says it takes at least 24 hrs to fix. It’s a ridiculous SLA given how much disruption an outage causes! Service from ACT used to be better.

    @ACTFibernet Act claim as one of the leading ISP's in India? Leave about the internet speed they don't even know what customer service is! I'm working from home and I don't know why I did trust this company, who's gonna pay me? In this month I didn't work for 6 days just for this

    @ACTFibernet Worst service ever . We have called for connection shifting atleast 40 times. No professional staff. Request raised “ 23rd june”. One common reply on every call “ We will follow up with this”. Really bad service .

    @ACTFibernet applied for new connection, paid for it yet your service is not available .your team visited 4-5 days ago said its not possible to provide connection in my area after that no response from your provider and trying to reach your agent NITIN no response from him too

    @ACTFibernet hi just now i(101412646321 user id ) requested for 40mbps plan with 10+2 but customer care executor ashwanth cheating me with by updating my plan amax700 10+2 plan, at time 3.22pm today. who will pay this amount? please take an action on this .
