    @ACTFibernet Team I don't understand why you are taking so much time. At the of installation you promised if you don't like our service then you can ask for disconnection and you will refund all money. But now when I have raised for disconnection,you guys are doing time pass?

    Now the same provider can give new service request with in a day for new customers. So whoever is thinking of taking @ACTFibernet please don't. They will not take existing customers service issues seriously go for any other alternatives. (4/n)

    @ACTFibernet you sent someone to fix another flats internet in my building and MAYBE he ended up fixing their net but broke my connection. I asked your technician to specifically let me know once he was done as during the process of his fix my net stopped working.

    @ACTFibernet I have purchased a plan of 750GB with 75 Mbps for 3 months. But that max speed I get is 2-3Mbps. Even after raising multiple complaints, my issue is not being resolved. Either provide with a working router or cancel the plan & refund my money.

    @ACTFibernet I've explained my situation to all the technical staff i could reach & customer service team. All have given promises of a so n so time of restoration. None fulfilled yet.

    @ACTFibernet Your local executive is very rude and don't have manner how to talk, they have disconnected my connection but not initiated the refund. This what your service, first you promise a refund while new connection later you do drama. Can you escalate and refund my money?
