    @ACTFibernet Had a phone call with your customer support guy named "Farooq" two hours back and he said my connection will resume before 7:30. Now that it didn't resume, I called the customer support again.

    @ACTFibernet Cheating the customer through fake promises. First they said they will refund the amount once I handover the modem. But now they are saying amount cannot be refunded after returning the modem. Don't use ACT. They are not keeping promises.

    @Airtel_Presence Thank you Airtel. I have given 24-48 hours to @ACTFibernet. If it is not taken care within the given timeframe, I’ll switch to your network. Let’s see if Act really cares about it’s customers or not.

    @ACTFibernet I have been trying to reach the Act Vizag team to resolve my issue with the address change in my invoice. Due to some back end teams negligence my address was not entered completely. Can someone resolve this issue immediately?
