@ACTFibernet No it hasn’t. Internet is back but the speed speed I am getting is under 10 mbs. My plan should allow me to throttle upto 300 mbps. I have emailed your service desk half a dozen times now in last 12 hours.

@ACTFibernet worst sevice ever. Internet not working for almost 2 days. Still issue not resolved. Customer care & technician not even answering calls. Worst internet service in Bangalore. @reliancejio @airtelindia hope ur service is better than this. Respect customers.

Dear Bala Malladi, CEO @ACTFibernet , your customer care, nodal authorities are all pathetic. I raised SR on March 31 for rerouting cable. Initially CC mentioned no charge. But technician quoted fees which your CC is unable to confirm. Escalating to nodal authorities is of...
