    @ACTFibernet I am a customer of ACT, I have been for nearly 3 years now. Why do I keep getting calls asking to "reconnect ACT"? When I moved, I closed the old one and opened a new one. Can't your systems identify that? I AM ALREADY A CUSTOMER, STOP CALLING AND ASKING TO RECONNECT

    @ACTFibernet Tried restarting the router the issue does not seem to have been rectified because the internet is still not working. Could you please atleast give us an ETA for when this will be fixed ?

    @ACTFibernet there has been an internet outage since morning and it seems that many people in Bengaluru are facing the same issue. Kindly get it fixed ASAP. Before you ask me to restart my router let me tell you that I've tried it and internet is still out.
