    Dear Friends, I don’t know how wants to hear this and who is gonna benefit from it, but if you options, which you will for sure, then please do not opt for @ACTFibernet as your WiFi service provider. 20 days passed No Refund yet. @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet If you’re giving 24hrs to resolve it then how do I work ? You add delayed fees if payment is delayed by a day now how you gonna compensate customer for no internet for 2 working days ?

    @ACTFibernet We live in Uppal Bagayath area Uppal , Hyderabad. Since Yesterday we have been complaining about the internet issue .even after 24 hours, the problem is not resolved.worest service from Act

    @ACT_Issues @ACTFibernet Continuous internet outages. This morning, the electricity department cut the internet cables. All service providers had to replace the wires. Your service is pathetic despite 100 calls, you still don’t have the time and manpower to resolve the issue.
