    @ACTFibernet Your field technician gave me a weird explanation that 150 mbps speed can become 20 mbps sometimes because I am using a wifi connection.Note that I am using netgear mesh nighthawk with satellites.. Deploy senior technicians & ensure a permanent solution to this..

    @ACTFibernet She has been calling your team daily and they have been doing false promise of resolution on the same day. It has been 10 days and it’s not resolved yet. Today, your team has told they will not refund the advance amount Rs. 8389 even on cancellation.This is harassment of customer
