10 days of repeated calls, but not a single proper answer from ACT Fibernet customer care. Most of the time, no one even picks up the phone. Their so called "support team" has been absolutely pathetic.. Such a horrible experience.@actfibernet #internetoutrage

It’s been 10 days without internet in Hyderabad and ACT Fibernet has still not restored the service. No proper updates, no communication, nothing at all. We’ve registered a complaint (Ticket ID:SR10176707393914) but there has been no response.. #ACTFibernet #InternetOutage

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD After being a customer for more than a decade I see you went from one of the best to the worst service. 1 week of waiting and your support team still has no clue when the connection would be restored. Pathetic Service
