    @ACTFibernet raised a complaint 3 days back, still no resolution. Tried connecting on toll free number- no resolution. Why am I paying ACTfibernet for such poor services?

    Sorry to say that @ACTFibernet has one of the WORST customer care teams in India. @airtelindia seems much better than them. If there are no issues, it’ll be be smooth sailing. Once there is an issue, only God knows when it’ll be resolved!! Such a bunch of idiots!

    @ACTFibernet internet not working again, sixth time in a row in last one month or so. This time even your dumb app is not working, so I can’t even raise a ticket.

    @indhavaainko @ACTFibernet @airtelindia For me it took more than a week and still issue was not resolved by ACT. I then moved to airtel as i was not able to manage without internet.
