    @ACTFibernet @HDFC_Bank I am unable to access HDFC bank app and website on ACT fibernet. Getting "request has timedout" error. Happened a few months back as well, was fixed by ACT technician. Please help me out this time as well. I am using HDFC app version 11.0.0. I stay @ BLR.

    @ACTFibernet Hi team, my internet is down since 2 days. I have raised the ticket and called customer care 3 times. Your app doesn't show status on the ticket and your customer support team just says , sorry,. We are following, we are escalating, but issue is still not resolved

    @ACTFibernet Again the same issue. @ACTFibernet I guess I need to raise a complaint at every two months of interval. No permanent resolution provided so far. I think it's high time to switch over to other ISP. #poorservices
