Is it just me or does @ACTFibernet is a pain for everyone? 1. No quick resolution of tickets - Takes 1 day to resume. 2. No accountable individual for your service outage 3. Customer service aren't trained to speak beyond the template Any better alternatives?

@ACTFibernet : i had paid 3M rental in advance at the time of installation ans was told installation and modem will be free. Now suffenly I am asked to pay 3K for modem. When i denied the service was disconnected. After repeated mails it was resumed but disc again next day(1/3)

@ACTFibernet Ticket no: SR10265726737514 closed without any resolution. This has been the issue ever since i got the connection, there is no improvement whatsoever in this regard. I honestly regret buying long term plan.
