@ACTFibernet provides the worst service in Bangalore. Their internet goes off at least once in a month minimum and there's no way to get the money adjusted for no internet days except calling them which they don't pick the call even after waiting more than 15 mins.

@lavanyadeepak @ACTFibernet Yeah. Junction box in my house and it's down. They say it's due to fiber issue. 2 site engineers who seem to have a rift with each other. Just pointing finger at each other without fixing the issue. 🤦🏻 #PoorACTInternetservice

@ACTFibernet I have been your customer since 2009, requesting a connection shift to a location where there are already a bunch of ACT connections (SR10165658949924), no progress since the request had been raised. I hope the tweet helps the request get some traction.

@BlessingW @ACTFibernet Raising tickets/mail/nodal officer complaints were of no use as per my experience. After writing on twitter i got some responses from engineers who were knowledgeable about he issue. Currently my issue is gone, but I'm 99% sure it's a temporary fix, and not permanent. Let's see
