@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet , no one called still. This is all a sham. I called the support myself so many times. The response is like a recorded tape. "Give us some time, Sir". Kindly get this fixed immediately or have my account cancelled and refund what I paid in advance.

@ACTFibernet Your internet ghosts your consumers more than your technicians. Since morning the internet runs for 10 min. then goes down for 30 min. and goes on. Never have I ever spent a month without raising a single complaint. Every month your internet has some problems Check!

@airtelindia broadband at work down since 5 days. Complaint registered 96 hours back and still no resolution. I have @ACTFibernet at home and they have never taken more than 5 hours to resolve a complaint.

(2/2) their have been numerous follow ups with the area guy, but in vain. He has stopped picking my calls also. The customer care team is pathetic. This is emotional and mental harassment. Worst service ever. Would not recommend even to my enemy. @ACTFibernet
