    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD i an facing internet connectivity issues from last 2 weeks. Your executives are not able to understand a simple problem that “internet drops frequently” 4 technicians has already visited, every day one or other person is calling.

    @ACTFibernet Refund got credited today. Been a ACT customer for the last 4 years, thanks for the services, Btw I had to make a disconnection request only because of delay and miscommunication caused by local ACT team for relocation of router within the building.

    @ACTFibernet My internet has gone down for the second time in the last 48 hours. I’m extremely frustrated with having to repeatedly deal with outages and being redirected to an ineffective chatbot. Could someone look into this urgently and provide a permanent resolution?
