    @ACTFibernet 130+ flats in BREN Starlight apartment face internet down issue daily for atleast half an hour. Everyone raises complaint but there is no proper response from you. Now everybody is planning to switch the connection. If you want these customers then resolve quickly.

    @ACTFibernet Very bad customer service from last few month in my apartment. Multiple fiber cut, loss of internet and office work. Problem is know to ACT authority but no action has been taken even after escalating to mid level management 👎

    @ACTFibernet Hi internet not working due to cable cut and have raised complaint on the morning still not resolved and expect resolution by 6 but still no technician visited called you're Customer care they are saying that technician on field

    @ACTFibernet Have an open issue with ACT regarding intermittent connection which is on going for over 2 months. I get promised call backs and visits however no one turned up. Spoke to customer service executive Sudha and anil kumar who were both were rude and also hung up on me.
