    @ACTFibernet Hi , I'm facing network connectivity issues . When reported on customer care call. The representative is wantedly ignored and stopped the call without intimation and later not accepting any call. This kind of service is not acceptable . Area: Kompally, Hyderabad

    @ACTFibernet hi there...I didn't know your service was so great. I am without internet from past 2 days. I have called customer care and the technician multiple times. The technician never picks the call. The ticket number is SR10265915804394. I am unable to work or anything.

    @ACTFibernet @ManojTamilaras 12sep 2022 install the act fibernet plan was act strome plan. According to plan I can get 300 Mbps speed but I have 30 mbps.i complaint they check it now 100 Mbps .I talk so many time .they give nothing to me can't solve the speed problem .when I complain they respond after 2 day
