@ACTFibernet Internet services disconnected on March 14.3.2022, because of box problem and till today no net connection, but in your records it's showing that net connection is active and I am using internet, how is it possible, your company is cheating customer this is shame.

@ACTFibernet is the most terrible internet service provider. Every time in rains the internet is down. There is no way to contact anyone at their org for help either. @airtelindia and @reliancejio the market is ripe in central and south bengaluru. Save us from #ghantACT.

@ACTFibernet thousand of calls u make to chase new customer. Once payment is over none of your team even bother to ask if customer is able to use services properly or not. Can't able to reach customer care with non sense IVR options.🤬

@ACTFibernet Pathetic service from ACT. Arrogant customer care service, no customer friendly plans. Once you take a plan there won’t be any cancellation possible and no refund of amount also. #neveruseactfibernet
