@ACTFibernet Very disappointed with the Service. I have booked for new connection on 27 Oct by making the payment 3months plan (enq no 102633464717). I was told that installation will done ASAP. Even after multiple follow up there is no response from your team. Pathetic service.

@ACTFibernet Your field technician gave me a weird explanation that 150 mbps speed can become 20 mbps sometimes because I am using a wifi connection.Note that I am using netgear mesh nighthawk with satellites.. Deploy senior technicians & ensure a permanent solution to this..

@ACTFibernet request cancel my subscription! I'm tired of raising a request every month. But my issue is not getting resolved. Firstly I raised 4 request last month to cancel zee5 but in the bill I received today it's still active. You can even see multiple twitter threads.

@ACTFibernet need ur assistance. Will I going to loose my unused data or will it be carried forward? Since connection is taken 10 days back. I have used nearly 50Gb. Out of 750 Gb for my plan. There is a wide variation of 650Gb. Kindly do help in this issue.

@ACTFibernet Dear Team, I raise one issue with ACT chat team related to internet not working when power goes off as I am using PC I have power back up but no power back up from ACT internet box within less done 60 mins and technician who called me don't have manner to handle case
