    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, internet is not working for me 3rd time in this week itself. Ticket #SR10264926803663 Downtime for Sunday was 1 hr, Monday was 5 hrs, today again I called customer care and they are telling it may be down for 4 hrs because of some server issue in the area.

    @ACTFibernet no internet for 4hrs now. It is disrupting WFH. Please resolve soon. This is becoming a problem.

    @ACTFibernet Very poor service and no customer support if the issue is raised … evry month 2-3 days same issue happens and need to raise ticket …. Pathetic and unprofessional… why i need to pay full month whne service is not provided fully …

    @ACTFibernet I raised a support ticket to get the server box electricity charges (Rs 59 per month) and you guys did not bother to pay from 2016 October and the cumulative amount is Rs 4000 (approx) for 70+ months. And now you have initiated Rs 708 refund ? Is this a joke ?

    @JioCare If it's not installed by tomorrow I want a full refund and I will look elsewhere for my connection. There are many other service providers in Bangalore namely @ACTFibernet G-net, Hathway, Airtel. So act accordingly

    I am using @ACTFibernet and in recent months am facing lots of connectivity issues. If my internet doesn't work, it will last for several hours before I get connection back. Most of my work affected. Should I chose @airtelindia
