    @ACTFibernet Dear customer, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 1/22(MM/DD) 19:30 to 21:00. Sorry for the inconvenience. Team ACT. This is what I got reply now from ACT. Don’t want to tel what’s the issue, no one responded and still it’s same.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD This is my 4th complaint on Twitter against the service providers, who visit multiple times and give either false commitments or wrong information. From last 3M technicians came to upgrade wire. The 1st one said, I have seen how much wire required.

    @ACTFibernet , your service in Ahmedabad is getting pathetic day by day . I am having 3 mbps speed on main network, 90 ping to your own server and 8% packet loss .

    @ACTFibernet WHO THE HELL IS YOUR CONCERNED TEAM,WHY DO YOU GIVE FAKE ASSURANCE. TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL AND YOU EXECUTIVES JUST HANGS UPNTHE CALL SAYING THAT THEY CAN NOT ASSIST WITH THE ISSUE, CONCERNED TEAM WILL CALL BACK. WHY THE HELL HAVE YOU KEPT ILLITERATE EXECUTIVES.
