@ACTFibernet Thank you for revert I spoke with the executive at last but after multiple communication got to know that we ACT doesn't provide service in this society(this should have been informed earlier n not taken one weeks time). Now, I would request to kindly refund my yearly payment.

@ACTFibernet @TRAI still internet issue is not fixed, today i am not able to do my and didn't attend any office meeting which was important, getting reply from ACT saying ur issue will be fixed by tomorrow 2pm, till that what can i do for my work and task, very worst service and poor customer care

@ACTFibernet Just day before yesterday internet issue resolved and again today there's no internet, since afternoon I have been calling the executive but he always disconnects the call, I've already raised the ticket then itself but it's of no use.ACTfibernetVizag worst service.

@ACTFibernet Atleast no service engineer visits to check, I'm literally begging them because all my works are incomplete. I regret opting for @ACTFibernet Vizag but I need to bear this till Jan 27th as it's the last day of the pack, there's no choice,I need to face🙏
