    @sachins44678181 @ACTFibernet @Srinivasa The ACT team is a bunch of cheaters and unprofessionals. Paid 6 months fee in advance. Not refunding now after cancelling the service within one month due to their inability to provide uninterrupted connectivity. Been with them for 10 years. Now just threatening me

    @ACTFibernet SR10381745646584 - day 2 of asking the best support team to resolve my issue which usually takes 4 hours to be solved, it seems once you are an old customer the treatment is different

    @ACTFibernet It's been almost 2hrs internet is not working in our area Opp Bapu Ghat Langerhouz.Request you to kindly look into it at the earliest.I've raised a ticket but still the internet service has not been restored yet. No one has called us from ACT authorities yet.

    @ACTFibernet You Guys are the worst ISP in Bangalore especially Whitefield area. No response on my ticket and your so called technical team is not responding. Resolve this or I will be removing ACT from my flat and the whole apartment.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet It’s been over 3 hours without internet, severely disrupting work from home. Very disappointed with the lack of proper resource management in our area to restore service quickly, leaving customers waiting for hours. Please resolve this ASAP!
