@ACTFibernet Hi @ACTFibernet Thank you for the update. However, acknowledging the issue is not enough.I need immediate resolution. It’s been over a day without internet, seriously impacting my work. Please escalate this further and ensure a technician visits today. This delay is unacceptable.

@ACTFibernet I have raised multiple complaints with the local ACT technician on wifi connectivity issue at the time of powercut.There is backup connected however, the cable seems to be in a different building and needs to be changed immediately tosupport wifi during powercut 1/2

@ACTFibernet you are even worse than the other customer support. after the payment for installation, sales person numbre is switched off and customer care number is not reachable and now customer care mentioning that they will come after 2 days. I have already waited 2 days...

I have raised multiple requests and you guys close it without even talking to me. What is this **** behaviour? At the time of connection I paid 2k as Security Deposit, at connection closing time I was told that it's 1k, not 2k and you guys aren't even returning that @ACTFibernet
