    @InaFlash14 @ACTFibernet Yes I'm also in the same situation, my issue was not resolved from last 5 days and they are making fake promise and they are disconnected my call on face and they don't have patience with me, No service, no money worste customer service I have filed a case in consumers court.

    @ACTFibernet Ask your manager to call me or else I’m going to consumer court you guys are not refunding my money just because your customer care executive tells me I was late in emailing about disconnection and then you guys took your time to disconnect the account and den bill was made

    @ACTFibernet Is it my fault that a first time customer does not know the disconnection process and then instead of refunding me you are telling me your rules what will you get by keeping my amount for the service which I have unused seriously shame on you

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a concern to change my plan and i was told it's gonna change in 24 hrs... Its been 2 days n no response from you folks. I am curious to know why do you need 2 days of time to change the plan. Atleast it's not a technical issue though

    @ACTFibernet just now i spoke to customer care he is saying tomorrow tomorrow from 4 days is the the way to treat the customer im working as work from home from 4days my work is being struck because of you #actfibrewaste

    @ACTFibernet can't get through to your customer care. Our plan is still charging an exorbitant rate. If I don't get any response today, I am going to cancel the connection. #ACTBroadbandSucks
