    @ACTFibernet The actual thing is we have opted for 150 MBPS of speed but I received 9 MBPS which is completely not acceptable thing. I waited for a month but nothing happened. I didn't receive any sort of help. I just want to discontinue the service with you.

    @ACTFibernet Making 2 many false promises to make us do the payment and after that no 1 is responding to us. No option to raise a complaint in Chat, so I have called to make a complaint and your reps are disconnecting our calls and also attending our calls and no one is answering

    @ACTFibernet There is no point in just calling. I even mailed you and atleast raised tickets 5 times. I cancelled the installation but even after cancellation they installed the net and after that all I am facing is multiple lies from the customer representatives.

    @ACTFibernet it has been three days I have given all the details and still the installation not done ?? When I call the person he has everyday new reason and say will be done today EOD or by next day morning but still waiting for the same. Is this your service

    @ACTFibernet And due to your carelessness, this situation arrises at least once in every single month. Do u have a valid answer for this? I repeat, don’t come back with consolation and stupid excuses.Give me a Reason and assurance, else accept your failure and pay back the money i waste on u.
