    @ACTFibernet how are you ensuring your executive is on location for resolving the issue. When we call to cust care they say our engineer is looking into the issue but no one is at the location and without acknowledgment of customer you are closing the ticket.Please check and TA!!

    @ACTFibernet Why ******** am I getting calls continuously from different numbers asking me to reactivate my account!!?? I can’t and I will not because I don’t live in a place where you guys service. And I don’t want the 500 worth credit. Can you stop the bloody calls already?

    @ACTFibernet Something has gone wrong with your App. I am an existing user. Unable to login with my mobile number which is also my registered with you. It was working earlier. Even whatsapp say not registered suddenly
