    @ACTFibernet Your sales team was blowing up my phone non-stop to force the connection. The moment I signed up, the service vanished. Installation promised Friday → postponed to Saturday → now Sunday and still no one has shown up. Work Order: WO101813949828

    @ACTFibernet yesterday some of your ppl said they will change some cables and the Internet service wont be effected, now since morning Internet is not working! Your guy is not responding to outr calls!! Rajsed a ticket, your people call regularly to updgarde to new plans +

    It takes 50hrs to find out what the issue is, and even longer to rectify. @ACTFibernet your customer retention must be pathetic. Internet is an essential service, clearly @ACTFibernet thinks it is a joke. @officejmscindia

    @Dharmic_Jana @Anjud84 @ACTFibernet I have Jio. Occasionally speed issues (have to restart router after that it’s fine). Overall it’s good. CS is on time.
