It has been almost 24 hours since I reported the internet outage, and your team has failed to provide either a resolution or a meaningful update. Is this the level of service you call broadband support in a digital era? Your repeated assurances have turned out to be empty promises. I work from home, and your incompetence has already cost me an entire day of work, productivity, and professional commitments. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of accountability and communication from your side. If you cannot resolve a basic connectivity issue even after 24 hours, what exactly are customers paying for?   @ACTFibernet 4 days with no internet and ZERO response from support. I work from home - I’ve been paying for a co-working space just to attend meetings. And your fix so far? Response from your field engineers: “We’ll come today.” Then tomorrow. Then the day after 👎❌
