    @ACTFibernet, I been using your service for around 4 years, what happened todays is the worst, I asked for a disconnection request from Apr 1 since we are moving out. But you cancelled today itself and could not able to contact anybody for reconnection,

    @ACTFibernet The experience is getting worse each day. My internet is not working from 2 days and your technician don’t show up even after committing to a time. My work is being compromised. I guess the only option left is to make a switch.

    @ACTFibernet provides the most terrible internet service. I’ve been facing connectivity issues every week. Do they have less technicians or receive many complaints that they fail to resolve issues on same day. Does it takes 48 hours to resolve a issue? Switch to Airtel/Jio
