@ACTFibernet to change the plan from 6 months pack to monthly pack customer care people is saying 72 hrs required for change. Act is living in ancient days or 2022 genration ?? In these days plan's changing will take hours by other providers. Act services always worst n lethargic

Its better to choose other vendor instead of waiting for ACT. And now a days cust care no is worst. Whenever you will make a call there will be silence.
