@ACTFibernet This is quite frustrating...even after raising the complaint for 3 days you are not able to resolve.. even the the number of responsible person i was given in case of any complaint in my area is not picking up the call.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I took the new connection with act fiber.The technician came to my home and gave the connection after that he said there is issue with router .The next he came up with new one and it’s not the 5G router .Till today I have raised many complaints

@ACTFibernet Every two days once I raise a request and wait for your service team to attend it next morning by which time the online classes get over. Tired of this. Please disconnect and refund the advance rent paid. Don’t want your connection anymore 🙏🏽
