    @ACTFibernet u guys r really cheating g customers..there is no option of downgrading my broadband plans in the app..when I tried to call customer care they didn't call me back when they got to know that I want to downgrade the plan..please contact me asap ! Otherwise I'll switch.

    @HathwayBrdband would u care to call your customer. The worst after sale service I have seen ever. Never recommending your service to anyone. All fake promises by your sales team before the purchase... Absolutely unwarranted. Wish I could have taken @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Your update is - We are sorry, we will ensure this never happens again. But it does, and its been happening 6 months in a row. And now I don't have a waiver in my bill yet. And if it crosses the due date, you will happily charge me late fees.

    @ACTFibernet is this way you guys provide service to customers? For each and every issue do we need to wait for 24 hours? In pandemic time, people who are WFH , do you thing they can wait 24 hours to fix internet? I can't say this reason at my office every time, right?

    @ACTFibernet I recharge my connection today morning by 11:00 am and your employee told me technician will visit your home internet activity by 11:30 but still my internet not working when I call him 5 times he no respond your employee number +919870396707

    @ACTFibernet - I have been a religious customer to ACT , however I have noticed that the service quality has drastically gone down, I had taken up a 6m plan out of which 2 months the connection was disconnected due to some technical glitch from ACT
