    @ACTFibernet Open a ticket to resolve. As through phone you support only broadband services and not digital tv. This is not nice when we pay you provide correct service for the channel or return all the money and don’t give mental torture

    @ACTFibernet i asked your sales rep. 5 times before paying whether service is available in my area. Now saying connection nt possible. refund wil take 15 days. I hope ur cpny 2 faces fin. issues and u'll realise peoples pain. Pay after installtion. Dnt pay b4 hand. #cheaters

    @ACTFibernet Your manager Mohammad mentioned we never promise 100% uptime. We mention that 90% uptime is what you will get. And he told me while I was filling up the undertaking it was mentioned there.. please show it here for everyone to know about this.

    @ACTFibernet No internet connection since last evening at around 6 PM. This is the 5th time I'm raising a service ticket this month. I'm getting really frustrated with their service. Poor Internet Provider.

    @ACTFibernet It's been more than 24hrs since @ACTFibernet promised to resolve my internet issue, but no signs of help. Pathetic part is whenever we call customer care, new CC executive picks the call to inform false timelines. Already lost a day of work n today is day 2.

    @ACTFibernet I haven’t got any call from you yet and I raised a shifting request through mobile app, wrote E-Mails, called your support multiple times and now tweeted as well. Please take some responsibility and fix this issue ASAP!
