    @RevanTalks @ACTFibernet Hathaway for the past 6 years. Absolutely no issues. Whenever there is disruption in services, they make it a point to inform customers immediately with resolution time. Probably depends/varies on area to area.

    @ACTFibernet I already saw it and the folks came last night and still haven't fixed the issue. Shame on you guys to provide such pathetic service and support. No one in ACT cares about the customer. None of you have tried to reach out to understand the issue. Just msging here doesn't help me.

    @abishekrsr @ACTFibernet Get a direct fiber connection. They call its aa GX. Its was the same issue for me now it is no more for more than 1.5 yrs
