  @JioCare had a pathetic experience on your toll free number. 3 calls in last 2 weeks and the issue is unresolved. After explaining your executive says connection to next level and the next level never picks up and call gets disconnected. Today after another similar experience wrote and email with all details. Hoping to see it gets resolved or have to part ways to @Airtel_Services or @ACTFibernet for your unethical practices and bad customer servcice.

  Hi @ACTFibernet it's been more than 24hrs that I have raised a ticket regarding connection issue no one from the technical department nor the customer service representative has reached to me in the ticket it said it will be resolved by 8:30pm yesterday it has not be resolved yet

  @ACTFibernet Please expand your service network throughout india i had a connection running in hyderabad which i had to cancel with 3 months recharge still paid in advance but i had to relocate and couldn't relicate the connection to west bengal

  No internet for 2 days & multiple tickets ignored. The promised resolution time has passed, which is completely unacceptable since my entire work is online.   @ACTFibernet What kind of pathetic customer support is this? I am in Bangalore but still not getting ACT TV setup box or any support for tracking.
