    @ACTFibernet very pathetic service, when I made my payment well in advance for May to November 2022 with a validity period till 15th Nov’22, Ur executive is asking to pay the rental for the service which is in disconnected status and not availed. Is this not a day looting?

    @ACTFibernet What foul language i have used... Making me fool from past 1 month and my patience and has ended long ago still i was calm... U ppl can't do ur service but can take action if i use faul language? That's what i was trying to show u guy's. U guy's can take any action immediately

    @ACTFibernet Everything is done as per ur tech team... but no uses of ur tips.. better to me refund the my amount and close the connection. I will switch other network.. better than @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet If u want to .... Like if I'm using fayl language... But u don't want to solve my bill issue that's why it is taking you a month long period and still the issue is unsolved

    @ACTFibernet Just make fool of us as customers Not listening to our problem and being rude ro us....making fake claims and promises to waiveoff bill or to arrange call back from a specific person not able to do that from past week just stretching this issue till next bill generating date

    @ACTFibernet I have been facing frequent issues with your internet. The net goes off within 20-30 minutes after power goes. The battery of the junction box has been the problem ever since. It seems nobody cares about it. @JioCare can you do better? Planning to switch.
