  @ACTFibernet unfortunately, I’m using your Internet services last 10 to 15 days. Internet services is worst, worst worst. my my daily routine work is check the internet and give a complaint and wait for the results. Nobody is here to clear the problem or give a proper Services.

  Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.   @ACTFibernet I have all the call recording and what's app chats which I can share if needed . You guys charge fine when there is a 10 minutes delay in payment now you guys make delay in resolving the issue but you still change me full

  @GTPLHathwayLtd For the past month, my internet speed has been very slow, and the connection has gone down multiple times. I created a ticket (#37213455), but the issue is still not resolved. gtpl is no longer reliable maybe it’s time to switch to @ACTFibernet.

  @ACTFibernet What's wrong with ACT broadband? Most of the time I have issues. It stopped working today and it has been 1 hour still down We are paying full amount so expecting full service, now a day ACT has become like BSNL, most of the time down.
