    @ACTFibernet I have raised a request to shift my wifi box to our newly constructed building but none of your tenchinicans seem to bother to come. My previous SR was also closed promising me that they would shift the box. I have raised an SR again - SR10180632693894 Kindly Help

    @ACTFibernet I am facing continuous internet issues since many days. I have raised SR10280632329814 but no action has been taken. System is not allowing me to open new ticket. Customer care is non responsive and giving vague responses. Please check.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet what are you trying to do; your customer support teams calls up and asks have you raised a complaint. On me saying YES he disconnects the call; why did he call then; don’t harass please don’t need your connection

    @ACTFibernet Finally paused the services of @ACTFibernet temporarily by keeping it under safe custody; and then you start receiving calls from their support team, sir we will resolve all issues, keep it active; but then lessons should be thought the hard way

    @ACTFibernet 4 days with no internet and ZERO response from support. I work from home - I’ve been paying for a co-working space just to attend meetings. And your fix so far? Response from your field engineers: “We’ll come today.” Then tomorrow. Then the day after 👎❌

    @JioCare From past one week i am facing Jio wifi internet issue. its keeps fluctuating.I am not seeing option to contact customer care. One of the worst service. If you can't resolve i will move to Actfibernet.

    @avdeshho59 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket to shift my connection with TICKET ID SR11080671198304 this issue was declared to be resolved by 14 June 2026 but till now nothing has been done I am working without internet since a week my ACT account number is 110777865246 please resolve
