@ACTFibernet SR11077909666134 Our internet has been down for da last 12–16 hours. The modem is showing an orange light, but there’s no connectivity. We were given a 9 PM technician visit slot, bt no 1 showed up. Now we’re being told it will be fix in the mrng. Pls reslv it urgntl
