    @ACTFibernet The issue is recurring and not a one time issue, everytime it happens you say the same thing, I want to know the refund process. ACT is the worst broadband company.

    @ACTFibernet SR10381745646584- Thanks for your support and service. I have raised a disconnection request. I hope in future you can ans your customers queries and give them an update about the issue, rather than ignoring the calls(mr.sivaguru sivalingam) and making them fools.

    It would really be helpful if @ACTFibernet can implement ways to select the location of new connection on the website and feasibility is known immediately rather than having your CC Exec call back to take the link and or the customer calling back to find the feasibility

    @ACTFibernet It’s been 15 days since I paid for a 6-month plan upgrade, yet neither my plan has been upgraded nor have I received the promised routers. I’m calling support daily and only hear “tomorrow.” How long should a customer keep chasing after paying in full?
