    @ACTFibernet the issue is about notifying customers of a known issue and ensuing that customers dont have to create redundant tickets unnecessarily. This is the second time that this has happened in the recent past

    Yes, I will connect with you @ACTFibernet @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has not even bothered to reply or call me.Blatant lies and pathetic company. You guys have taken down 2 days of my service.Why the hell should we pay you for full month then?Take Pro rata on 28 days,alright?

    @ananyas @ACTFibernet Worst customer service for sure. Connection was in fact quite good. Got it dc only for the horrible customer service

    Poor service from @ACTFibernet. After so many complaints , they say that connection should be given by the community team and they have transferred it to that department after 5 days, lot of miscommunication among them. Regret choosing @ACTFibernet.
