    @ACTFibernet i called customer care and waited 13 minutes from waitlist 19, when my number came no one was speaking, no one called back, app isn't opening to raise a complaint. This is the last option I'm trying. My internet isn't working.

    @ACTFibernet reg my shifting request SR10166900303624, engineers have not placed my router in center of house,i was not even advised of same. It placed in a room & other rooms are not getting signal. SR is closed,pls reopen it & resolve issue by placing wifi router in center

    I took a connect in September. In 4 months, 5 complaints on Internet being down. It will take atleast 24 hours for someone to come and resolve. Out of frustration I raised a termination request with 1 month left in plan. I have already paid the whole plan amount. #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I prepaid 1 yr amount for internet connection it has been 7 days and I still don’t have the connection installed . I call ACT customer care every day, they keep saying they are escalating/prioritising but no one comes to install and neither refunding

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I prepaid for 1 yr for internet connection it’s been 7 days and the connection is still not installed. I have even calling customer care but no actions and resolution. Even the refund is not being processed on request. ACC no. 101668517199.This is harassment
