    @ACTFibernet after repeated requests instead of refund to my bank account you deposited it in act App which I cannot make use. Ur customer care is so irresponsible and negligent and always give vague replies in resolving said issue. 8143997878

    @ACTFibernet I have been trying to make a shifting request through the ACT fiber app and it's not working, i recently got shifted. Your app is garbage. It has been 10days now since I got shifted and your employees are just harassing me at this point. I even have an active plan.

    @ACTFibernet Internet not working since 16-Jul Friday. Resolution timeline against ticket missed 2 times. Local field team & customer care are unable to provide any resolution. Please check & let me know asap if I should discontinue ACT services & shift to other service provider?
