Arijit Majumdar (@Aar_i) reported@ACTFibernet Just to update, Mr. Horilal was thankfully available. It took 2 hours. Definitely better than 50 hours. Although the issue : battery replacement should be done of a proactive basis and NOT based on a complaint. Backup power should be checked periodically and maintained. #basic?

Sheila Prema Roy (@SheilaPrema) reported@ACTFibernet Could you ask your Customer service people to answer calls, which is a sign of good customer service, and not to ignore customers calls after they have made the payment, please? I know money is important but it's downright disgusting of your CS staff to disregard customers.

Tracmar@DCUO (@Sarat_Chimp) reportedThanks to the wonderful high speed service provided by you, I am sitting right on the floor next to my modem to perform any internet related activities as moving 1 metre away would cause the internet to stop. My mobile data plan is simply better. @ACTFibernet

Tyler Rake (@Baap_koMtSikha) reported@ACTFibernet This "earliest" takes 24 hours every single time. Whenever I call customer care, the only word they know is "wait". I am done with your terrible service and fake assurances. This is my last recharge. Closing my connection soon! 👎
