    @ACTFibernet The support person checked and confirmed yesterday that the device needs to be replaced and he will replace it by this morning but till now no response. It's 24 hours without internet!! Why need more than 24 hours to resolve the issue when you already know how to fix the problem

    @ACTFibernet if u can't provide a connection,why collect payment first? It has been days since I paid ₹1295 and nobody has contacted or installed anything.Around 50 calls to customer care multiple emails to support and still no proper response Extremely disappointed with this..
