  I get call from act and when i pick, it gets disconnected instantly. Team keeps closing the issue like this is account team issue or service team issue or we will change router. 15days passed in june and not able to use net properly. @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago @consumerforum_

  @ACTFibernet It's been over 48 hours since I raised my complaint and there's still zero resolution - only repeated timeline changes with no actual fix. This is unacceptable service. Kindly escalate this immediately and resolve the issue TODAY. #actfibernet #issue #bad_service

  @ACTFibernet Got a call from ACT, another ticket is logged as the link is down. Just got off a call with the the ACT technical team but the call got disconnected unable to get through the number again. Worst experience, can someone fix this asap?

  @ACTFibernet : You have a ****** Internet services and even shiter customer service support. Please tell me why ******** should I continue with you when you Internet connection is more unstable than the atoms under high pressure and heat ?
