    @airtelindia your broadband is terrible . Every week we have to call the technician to get it fixed and customer service a total nightmare to deal with. Please take notes from @ACTFibernet on how it’s done . Really sad that act doesn’t service in my area

    @ACTFibernet I’m ur customer for more than 4 years now. The way your representative spoke to me today seems to be not of your standard. He didn’t fixed the issue for the past 3 days now. Can U pls look into the issue asap as I am stuck without internet.
