@ACTFibernet on top of it every time I want to register a concern on the app, it finally doesn’t allow me to . Takes me to a comment section which seems disabled. So am left with no other option but to call a stupid IVR .

@ACTFibernet If I have other imp work , in all probabilities I’ll hang up and not take it further. This has saved you numerous escalations. There hasn’t been a single day that I was not required to switch off/on the router for basic service that I paid for.

Hey @ACTFibernet and @ACTFibernetHYD Iam still not able to downgrade my plan you said my issue has been resolved but when I checked to downgrade to one month plan there is not even an option to downgrade my bill due is tomorrow I will not pay untill my issue has been resolved

@ACTFibernet I’m really tired of speaking with brainless customer service Exe . It’s my so s exam and the connection is lost . Hope someone can help me after reading this or else I’ll be forced to take it to the consumer forum and take it fwd legally.
