    @ACTFibernet Right now I'm suffering the third internet outage this month. Your way of addressing your customers' grievances is downright condemnable. Will definitely not renew my subscription.

    @ACTFibernet A pole was erected right infront my house gate by ACT employee. I've been trying to get support from your customer support for relocating the pole. 6 emails, 34days - Not even a single improvement in the situation. Please look into this.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet - Reg : SR10166384271444, Can someone try to explain why my the internet service disconnected today. Date of disconnection is on 30-Nov-22. Just because we didnt get convinced by your retention team you went ahead and disconnected ?
