requests and there's no action. Work from home has become even more difficult due to @ACTFibernet service. Please inform if you're unable to resolve the issue. It's a month since I have raised the complaint and there's no response. All my work is stopped due to this deactivation.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD your customer service is beyond ruthless! Your junction box is set up at a place where they switch off frequently and we are at loss! You guys are not paying them for the ******* power that your box charges!! The service men assigned was so rude!!

Worst service. Have to raise request for no connection every alternative day. It's been 5 months, missing important meetings. Everytime i talk about disconnection, they ask for last chance. Finally shifting to a local service provider. @ACTFibernet @TrueNorthCo_In @TAAssociates

@ACTFibernet Terrible customer care experience once a new customer pays the money. Till money is paid you keep harassing people but once money is paid and customer needs your help you don’t even bother to reply back. I was using ACT long ago and ditched it because of this
