    Note to my self: Wednesday 07-April-2021 - #ACTFibernet is down since yesterday 11:15am. Almost 14+ Hours downtime for multiple customers in the apartment (last tweet Weekday should be Tuesday and not Monday) @ACTFibernet

    Note to my self: Wednesday 07-April-2021 - #ACTFibernet is down since yesterday 11:15am. Almost 29 Hours downtime for multiple customers in the apartment (last tweet Weekday should be Tuesday and not Monday) @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet installed the modem TpLink Archer C20 model while I took the connxn. now Im informed from technical team that this will not support more than 100mbps. you upgraded my conxn without my consent. now im unable to use internet at all. Hopeless pathetic cust support 😡😡
