    @ACTFibernet I hv been using the Act since last 7 yrs this time it is a very worst exp the services are halted 15 days before the duedate only when lodged the complaint the tech says the modem is not working and when I reqstd for a new modem ur staff are telling to upgrade shame

    @ACTFibernet It's been more than a week I got a confirmation from your customer service for a waiver in my bill but I did not get a new bill. With 15th being due date, will it make sense to put a fine for paying after due, while it's your fault for not sending new bill on time.

    @ACTFibernet I registered a complaint yday stating Down time of internet and still it's nt been resolved. Should my work depend as per your schedule as when you are going to find a solution? Still internet is not sorted bck and i hv paid 6mts bill in advance. Pathetic Service.

    @ACTFibernet As per our conversation i should get internet by now and none of your services executives pick the call and respond to the issue. Am i getting any help in this or do i need to think that i have wasted some bucks on some no support platform and go ahead with some other providers?

    @ACTFibernet I want an ETA on when the issue will be fixed instead of this generic comment. Nobody contacted me. Also I have already provided the screenshot of transaction from your website and my bank. Please explain why there ar two bills generated in my account.
