@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Re-opened closed SR10164710223524 & resolution time was today by 3PM. It was closed by a technician and said they will open a new SR10164723896057 and said resolution time by tomorrow by 10AM. Received SMS & resolution time by 3 PM.

@ACTFibernet I have send my account no. I tried to raise complaint now I received a message that It will be resolved on monday. So that means Iost two days and I have some serious work to finish this is really unpleasant experience.

@ACTFibernet I just wish i had not opted your service and definitely would not recommend to anyone i know,I cancelled the subscription because of the torture of your field agents in December 2021 and its been 5 months i still have not received my complete refund.
