    @ACTFibernet I have shared it via DM and a customer executive calls with a standard reply "We are looking into this issue". They have moved the deadline 3 times since yesterday. No updates shared. No action taken.

    @ACTFibernet your sales rep is not picking up my call since yday after i made the payment for 3 months of STORM plan. Router yet to be delivered. He has not picked up my 30 calls since yesterday. Now I am on HOLD FOR 14 MINS with your customer care after i explained the problem 3rd time today
