    @ACTFibernet it's been 24 hours since we lodged a complaint & still no change in the situation. A small job to fix a junction box takes this long? Do you think we are stupid? Your customer care is worse than your chatbots. Stupid scripted replies again and again and again.

    @ACTFibernet I have mailed you the details. Your customer care has said that there is NO REFUND OF ADVANCE AS PER POLICY and this advance will be transferred to balance of another ACT ACCOUNT. Advance is the contact between the customer & client to refund & not transfer to another customer!
