What a worst thing happened with @ACTFibernet just 3days back, the issue came and yesterday they have sent a confirmation message in @TwitterIndia that the issue got resolved. From then again the issue started from the midnight. I think they are playing with customers

No communication from their end, have called @ACTFibernet care for dozens of time and asked to put this in priority but still no resolution and all i am getting is assurance but no ground work.I have my exams ongoing & it’s going to cause me a huge loss if not resolved soon.

@ACTFibernet Once again the internet has gone for a toss, have sent you a DM. I am sick and tired of complaining about this internet connectivity issue so regularly. Highly frustrating. I don't know if your services can go any lower.
