    @ACTFibernet Your field team from KK nagar raises port issue and somehow correct it and calls us (correct number) in Virugambakkam and says connection is rectified. Then when we say no internet. He says wrongly called. @TRAI @BandBajaateRaho

    @ACTFibernet your customer care staff are horrible they can't provide the service in my new location when I ask them to disconnect it's taking more time than expected. Now they are asking me to pay the money for delayed resolution period by your Team.

    @ACTFibernet get things straight, ping is more than 15ms, feels like playing online game on 56kbps modem is better than your’s so called fibernet. Too much latency and hits never register. Meanwhile, when i switch to local isp, its far better than your internet.

    @ACTFibernet From afternoon Internet is down, I've a question, For a long time in a whole area internet is down, but you wouldn't come to know? Calling to customer service is bullshit.
