    Any update team? This is the first time I'm seeing service providers take this long when somebody ask for a new connection. @reliancejio I need to WFH from 532455. So you have some internet services available in this area?? @ACTFibernet and @Airtel_Presence please get back

    @ACTFibernet Madam/Sir with all respect. ACT having a lot of issues. Might be you don't have. I am a customer did not get my issue resolution. They do have double NAT router. Forced you to purchase static IP. Do you think it is a great service. wow.

    @sampathkumar101 @ACTFibernet I stopped using ACT after airtel started providing genuine 4G speeds on mobile. I've never needed dedicated internet after that. Always turned on hotspot on phone and both my TV and laptop used airtel hotspot internet without any issues. Also, this was back in 2018. Try it out.

    @ACTFibernet What exactly you are trying to achieve out of it. I clearly told, your network is double nat. Can you please reply me here. Are you trying to remove double NAT. Please don't call me to say, we don't have that feature.

    @ACTFibernet Internet connect goes off during power failure and even if power is stable, connection goes on & off throught the day for the past 1 month or so... Raised countless tickets and recent one is SR10360941915121. Hopefully able to move to better service provider soon 😡

    @ACTFibernet Let's hope this time you revert to me with a resolution, waiting since your earlier promise of 28 July 2021. Repeat that I had recommended your connection with great fanfare. Anyone, including me can face this situation, therefore, true to your name better ACT or ACT better !

    @ACTFibernet I've tried to escalate the matter in the last 24 hrs but your customer care is not fit to escalate the issue. Initially, expected time for resolution was 2pm. When i called again at 4pm they said issue wud be resolved by 7pm. I called at 7pm, they said new ETA is next morning😑

    @ACTFibernet I recently took act Fibernet in Vijayawada.After the day of activation every third there is disconnection issues.I took 574 / plan n paid 970 / for a month but hardly I used 10 days n my connection got disconnected permanently.Totally disappointed. f..ing provider.
