@ACTFibernet it’s providing the worst service. We are facing internet issue from August 23 and created(SR10377135772824 ) but it’s still not fixed. They said the router is not working and needs to be changed but it will be charged because we are using a monthly plan.(1/3)

@ACTFibernet you guys broke the law and installed cables wherever you liked. Made a mess. Now the electricity department has cut down the cables and you don't know what to do. Are you going to Bribe them or atleast now install cables legally underground

@ACTFibernet lost internet on August 20th and since then everyday the resolution date is extending and till now not resolved. Not able to speak to customer care. I am your customer since 10 years. Least I am expecting is a month refund and quick resolution. SR10176754235444
