@ACTFibernet It is solved. But my point of tagging you is to make you guys aware of the pathetic service you guys always do. Not the first time that I have faced internet issues. Your customer service guy once told me if there is a major incident. Then technicians come after 24 hrs. 1/2

@ACTFibernet Your support employees love to close tickets even before contacting us. No communication about what work they did at all. In fact they don't even visit the premises. I had raised the ticket for Battery replacement. But they didn't do anything Ticket-SR10264949074224

@ACTFibernet Hi Act Team, I have raised a request yest for downgrading a plan and ur team gave me a timeline of 3 days to make the change. Why will it take 3 days to change the plan? Can ur team look into this on priority? No action so far - SR10164930209315. Bad customer support as well.

Hi @ACTFibernet yesterday after putting everything on twitter you immediately sent a tech to fix the issue and he did fixed the issue but as always it was only for few hours, i.e. until today. And today I am having the same issue again.
