    @ACTFibernet please provide me with permanent solution for this. I think this problem is in the backend, which is not being taken care of.

    @ACTFibernet And now the internet connection is completely disconnected...since yesterday the net speed is frequently dropping every 10mins, the service is poor... Even when using one device the netspeed is 18% of offered 300mbps..

    @ACTFibernet Internet down last night at 9 PM, registered complaint approximately around 11 PM. Today morning I check ETR not updated yet. I call the customer care in the morning around 8 he says Mr.Prasad technician will arrive at my place and sort out the issue.

    @ACTFibernet there has been a continous disruption in the services and i was told last week on 31st Aug that a new line is being places to resolve the issue but I don't see any improvement, despite raising multiple complaints situation still remain the same. SR10365785627104

    @ACTFibernet It's almost 4:30 no calls no messages and no update.. this is definitely going to delay for tomorrow and I called to enquire about this issue with Actnet Box not any fiber cut to be delayed long. Takes our full money but does not deliver services as promised.

    @ACTFibernet Before installation I used to get calls more than 10 times a day, but now when I have issue, no one receives the call neither responds to msg. Pathetic service Bengaluru team.

    @ACTFibernet Please check in your record that how many service complaints I have raised in last 6 months for internet not working. My previous complaint was on Aug 24th. No proper communication and support from your team in the city like Bangalore. Testing patience of clients.

    @ACTFibernet i again call the customer care around 10 AM, Mr Imran the customer support executive says Mr. Muzammil technician will solve the issue. My concern is the ETR has not been updated yet after registering my complaint yesterday. Are you guys on a Holiday today??

    @ACTFibernet Handling Twitter account is easy but providing better internet connectivity resolution is hard. I'm aware that you guys have excelled yourself at providing fake promises and false assurances.. Trust me, Act will now see sharp decline in their customers..
