@ACTFibernet act Fibernet has a wonderful method of resolving issues. They just send you a message that your issue is resolved. We have to believe that out issue is resolved. May b v should opt another Fibernet and start thinking that we are still using ACT

@ACTFibernet Connections in our society has been down since yesterday morning. Request SR10263241206364 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 10/12/2021 08:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). No engineer showed up yesterday and today also. This is impacting WFH. Can you please check asap.

@ACTFibernet worst costumer support. Connection is down from 2 days, support guys says 7 days max ?? WTF.. what are we supposed to do that long ? Is this the industry leading service ? Pathetic !!

@ACTFibernet I am very disappointed with the service these days. There is no instance in the past 6months are so without interruption.  Regret the inconvenience, looks like the issue is still not resolved. We have re-opened the service request SR10263241801224.

@ACTFibernet SR10163241762524 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 10/13/2021 12 PM. Internet is down since yesterday morning no Technician showed up not even today and CC keep on saying will be resolved. When it will get resolved?? Since yestday it is effecting WFH.
