@chennaiactfiber @ACTFibernet It's been 2 days since I raised 2 tickets including phone call to service center for checking the office internet fibernet connection. Not resolved till now nor did we get a call about the same. Service is in shambles due to this delay.

@ACTFibernet What is ******** is going on with you people. There is no proper response from u guys and dropping the calls without listening whatever we talk. Its been nearly 20 days, still not yet received refund amount. Nobody will give the contact numbers for escalation.
