@ACTFibernet my service ticket number SR10378867664834 has been open since 30/01/26. No action has been taken and i dont have connection for the past 5 days and there is absolutely no way to speak to a human being on your customer care.

Disappointed with ACT Fibernet service today. At the time of booking, I was clearly told there was a 6-month plan with one extra month free and a free router. After receiving the payment, they suddenly changed their statement and said the router is chargeable #ACTFibernet
