  @ACTFibernet Friends beware from thier fake commitments. Such a poor customer care department they are having no one replies if you put mail or raise complaint. On Twitter also the executive who replied they also lier no one From their side contact you.

  @ACTFibernet I am so disturbed with the ACT billing team.. every month I am spending close to 10 days in resolving an issue. I was promised by a service engineer in October 2020 that i will get a power rebate of Rs100 every month. After this I had to call every month

  @ACTFibernet service is really PITA. Ur team wl promise over call & nvr do it. We wl keep on following up. Disconnection made on 17 (sms available) & charged till 24. Reconnection done at 11:30 PM & charged for whole day. Promised to make changes till Monday but nothing happened

  @ACTFibernet the most pathetic crappy customer service in Bangalore. immediately after buying a connection your whole treatment of the customer changes from your sales guy. With Jio and Airtel and with this pathetic aftersales attitude you guys will soon lose your business.
