    @ACTFibernet (1) The kind of frustration i had and faced. There is no proper response from the customer support team. I have been using #Act for the past 8 years. They have setup a box in my home and added 8 connections so far. I have been continuously requesting them to remove the box

    @Airtel_Presence @ACTFibernet @Airtel_Presence I was very specific when you dumbos said issue will be resolved in one day. GIVE ME THE F***ING NEW ROUTER and resolve the issue for once. Your engineer says new router is not coming!!! Does it mean that you guys are providing the old router to new customer?

    @ACTFibernet very Bad service. Trying to register a shifting request, called call centre and they put you to DIY mode. It just fails at the last min. Tried 8 times. Then tried chatbot. Same issue. No way to contact you guys or what. Very sad...

    My friend has an @ACTFibernet connection, but the internet is not working since 24 hrs. Ticket number is: SR11054344293142 Kindly send your technician or get it permanently disconnected as I am unable to use Television, smart devices and Cctv.
