    @ACTFibernet from past 5 days Internet is not working in Choolai area. Customer care person is saying same thing from past five days that it will get resolved today but no action has been taken yet. Our work is getting affected which you are not understanding. Worst experience.

    @TRAI I have been getting mental torture by @ACTFibernet They have done some blunder from their side because of which I am not getting my connection back. They have not taken any action in last 60 hours towards fixing the issue

    @ACTFibernet No calls yet from any ACT support engineer... It is gonna be the 8th day without internet and broadband not working complaint raised ! "Your ticket SR10366549795794 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 18-Dec (DD/MM) between 19:30 to 21:00. Team ACT"

    @aspireswami @ACTFibernet You are right ...very very poor service. I have switched over to Jio which is also so so...all these fellows should improve customer service rather than sales & marketing
