    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct @AcTbalamalladi ACT-ai_101780672110 customer ref Ticket no SR10181242464047 should be resolved before the cricket match and FIFA World Cup finals otherwise we will disconnect the service for good.

    @ACTFibernet Still it not fixed I belive your team was bussy figuring out what reasons they can tell to the customer to avoid working ! It's been 3 days my security cameras are not working who is responsible if any theft happens ?

    Are field technicians completely working in night shifts or avoiding work during customer care hours? Why is there no update for 3 days? Why is the service always scheduled after 7 30 PM and customer care hours close at 7 PM @ACTFibernet
