    @ACTFibernet isn't reliable in Work from Home situation. 4 times it went down in a week, once for 12 hours. Already filed tickets in support still no connectivity aft 48+ hours. Would like to cancel & looking for refund Learning: Always take trial & don't go for advance rental

    @ACTFibernet Dear act fibernet your Internet connectivity suck just like your customer response to any queries. Don't understand why does it take 24 hours even if you raise a complaint at the morning of working day

    @ACTFibernet SR10163852093794 is unresolved. 1st complaint on 7Jan22-Engr visited the location& told me, cable is damaged- promised replacement by 2jan but no show. SR10163883283728 on 11Jan, told me junction box is damaged to be fixed 15 Jan-no fix. Consumer court is my way out
