    @ACTFibernet @TRAI heights of service, act executive has failed to disconnect the connection post my request and I have been charged for rental which I haven’t used, still the bill outstanding shows as ₹546.30 for no error from my end. No call backs or closure done yet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD What a scam you run! I asked for disconnection last month, your CSE told you can disconnect when your validity ends, then he disconnected and then again after a few hours reactivated the service. Now you are asking for money to disconnect! TOTAL SCAM

    @ACTFibernet As a initial promise I was asked to buy 3 months advance rental and get a router or one month rental wavier. Now the person is trying to promote 6 months rental and free router. I am not sure if ACT management is looking into such DSAT issue and helping coustomers to resolve.

    @ACTFibernet Without my knowledge the ticket has also been closed- SR10166786399534. I have responded that the issue has not been closed to the number but it says no ticket is available.

    @ACTFibernet you guys take monthly subscription amount for providing no internet? How much time should I contact for resolution?
