    @ACTFibernet And now they are saying it will take 2-3 mnths for installation and device is full. This should has been checked before commiting to customer. While asking my money back, they say it will take 20-30 days to return money.

    @ACTFibernet Took connection 3 days back. But no internet till now. Customer care is telling they will send technician Technician came but couldn't help. Says need to change cable again. And no sign of him. I'm thinking to cancel connection and ask refund. This is depressing.

    @ACTFibernet My internet connection got interrupted yesterday at 01:23 pm and I raised ticket(SR11058968072042) without any delay also I called 5-6 times to customer service for resolving this issue. But every time they says that there is an issue an area . As per msg of ACT .

    @bada_paww @ACTFibernet They are the worst service providers, every week my internet is off for atleast 2 days, sometimes 3 days, one is forced to raise a ticket, wait for their response, 40% of money paid is a waste as that much time the internet is never working, so tired of this
