@ACTFibernet can anyone please help me , i have raised a ticket SR10167338697394 on Sunday which is unresolved but is marked as resolved. I re-opened the ticket twice and agents promised it would be resolved however I'm still waiting for resolution.

@ACTFibernet I installed ACT last week and the experience has been pathetic. I was given an offer for a free router for a 3 month plan. But the router I was given does not support the connection speed. Raised a query on Sat, it's Wed now but no resolution has been provided.

@ACTFibernet the worst service I must say, the technician has called and told us that he is coming to our residence and working on it and then few minutes later the phone is switched off. Just wow and the worst internet service provider ever. The ETA for the resolution has also

@raina_vivek @excitel_rocks , Time to throw-out your garbage device from home due to pathetic services. 12 days goes and still your team saying will resolve this shortly.. Shameful service. Moving to @ACTFibernet will be great journey.
