    @ACTFibernet My complaint no is SR10381474176154. i facing internet issue every alternative day...its taking more than a day to fix this issue. how will people work with this kind of net work issues

    I am extremely disappointed with the support experience of @ACTFibernet . In the last one week, the same service request has been reopened three times because the issue has never been permanently resolved. Each time I was informed that the problem was fixed, but the issue reappeared shortly afterward. Pathetic !

    Extremely pathetic service by @airtelindia I have raised a ticket on wifi shifting service on 24th July and they are yet to even visit my place once And I have been their premium airtel black customer If no one comes by tomorrow I am shifting to @tataplayfiber or @ACTFibernet
