    @ACTFibernet Account no: 101012678799 Ticket ID: SR10176838628524 No internet since a week. No answers or call-backs from ACT engineers, to even let me know what the problem was. If the network wasnt restored soon, i will be moving to a different ISP

    @ACTFibernet my internet is down since 26th August with Ticket number SR10176825524824, was informed to be resolved in 3 days, again today on followup your customer care said will take 5 days. Can you lookinto this and get it resolved. Else will have to switch to other better ISP
