    I've reached out to @ACTFibernet networking/technical team and spoke to a couple of employees who confirmed the presence of a graybox in the network that is directly controlled by the Central Gov./DoT, and even if ACT wanted to, they can't block or unblock sites.

    @ACTFibernet I just checked your team what is the status. Team said material need to come from kukatpally and issue spot Pragatinagar hardly takes 30 mins but till not arrived since approx 4 hrs and your team still waiting for it with no work is this the way working as priority?

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet , nothing new in your stament,from the last 5 days i am hearing the same statement from your customer care.. i asked them to escalate..but they didn't escalate the call, problem didn't resolved..so pathetic ..please help to resolve the isue asap

    @ACTFibernet Where is your response. Very bad service provided by @ACTFibernet team so far.. Again new technician saying new story he will take approval mails etc. Have to wait for 2 days more to get a new connection #actfiberbadservice #actfibernoresponse

    @ACTFibernet Can a customer be wait for 2 days. As you are saying to wait for 2 days. We are getting this issue regularly. No exact ETA. Customer are moving on observe that due to poor maintenance and response.

    @ACTFibernet When you do not have feasibility to provide service in an area why do you give false promises and charge money beforehand. Also, if you do not have proper customer support, why provide a number which is of no use. Kindly initiate a refund ASAP!
