@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD. Worst service ever. No internet since 48 hours and no resolution after complaining twice. Tired of complaining every 2.5 months. If anybody is concerned then rectify as m paying for it and you will not extend my plan irrespective of without net.

@ACTFibernet Another outage of over 12hrs. This company has no sense of responsibility for the service they are paid to provide. I see a lot of complaints here its better to take it to the consumer court they need to pay for loss of business due to no service.

@ACTFibernet NO RESPONSE STILL FROM YOU GUYS . I see your replies on social media are FAKE with NO actions. Called your customer care again which is pathetic .I am writing my experiences at regular intervals so that the other guys know on ACT plays with customers emotions and stress them .

@excitel_rocks this is my ticket is #788991, I’m now doing WFH if my internet isn’t restored by tmrw morng-22-April2021, I’ll terminate the connection and will opt @ACTFibernet , From afternoon my whole work is ruined. Is this how u care ur customer? Worst customer support
