    As I said, this wifi service is pathetic and goes down every week! Punctuality at its best, never misses a week, my ticket - SR11080611760224 for today’s struggle with ACT wifi. Can’t you guys work on it and fix it in my area for good? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Cancel my plan completely and refund my money. I renewed my plan on 19 May, and in this week itself internet was down 4 times. technician told he visited and made changes in mainbox, whereas box itself is inside our house and no one visisted. Pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet Act Fibernet account 101003959349 of Sai AE Broadband is not working for the past 2 hours. No response to complaint from Act Fibernet. Bill paid three days ago via Order ID: 407-2704380-0659516. Poor service... 👎👎👎

    Dear ACT Fibernet,@ACTFibernet you charge extra fees and late penalties, but your internet is down frequently and customer support simply disconnects calls without resolving issues. Very disappointing service. #ACTFibernet Stop charging extra penalties as late fees

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct Facing unstable internet connectivity for over a month now. Raised multiple complaints/tickets, but there has been no resolution so far. If the issue cannot be fixed, kindly disconnect the service so I can move to another provider. Ticket-SR10280653335794
