@ACTFibernet easily has the worst cx. There's no way to actually reach a human agent, you'll have to wait for hours on end and still there'd be no response. The support bot doesn't have all the options. If any of you are considering to go for ACT, please don't.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I know your 2g or 4g network is bad. but why wifi calling also is very very bad? Airtel Wifi on @ACTFibernet is worse on a 150 mbps connection?
