    @ACTFibernet Guys that’s great. Now what about customers who you spam with reconnection calls and emails. I stopped your service last year because I relocated. You‘ve ignored my repeated requests to stop messages. You ignore DND on my phone. Your service doesn’t even exist here. Please stop!

    @ACTFibernet worst broadband ever used in India. On a 300 mbps connection usual speed I get is 50 mbps. No response to tweets!

    @ACTFibernet speed up your resolutions for Internet Failures. Its been 11 hours since we lost internet, the expected resolution was given 08:00PM on 30th March and now it got changed to evening of 31st March, 2021. Not a fair way of providing service in the current situation.
