    @ACTFibernet Internet connection was disconnected by Nqgarjuna Meadows Apartment for not having paid the BESCOM bill for 3 months, even after multiple follow-ups with the ACT authorities. If a customer doesn't pay you for 3 months, will you provide the connection? Pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet Although the issue got resolved just now but, why you compensate me with 3 working days only? Internet was down for more days then that.

    @ACTFibernet what stupidity is this when the due date is tomorrow. How can it be overdue when due date is tomorrow. Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails.
