    @manutoms @ACTFibernet Update for anyone else who might be in the same boat - As customer care calls were also not working, talked to the service engineer that helped with the last outage. Apparently their main server is down. Fix is in progress. ETA 3-5 hours.

    @ACTFibernet @pvvsrinivasarao Worst services ever. Only value for new customer. I think they have big base of customers and they don't need old and loyal customers. Multiple times calls to agents, chats but no success. #verybadservices

    @ACTFibernet your entire Client Master systems seems to be down. Does not recognise registered mobile numbers and clients who are 5 plus years using your service. Cannot reach +91-9121212121 and via WhatsApp 9945999459 as these systems rely on Mobile number identification for getting in. Can someone call me back and fix the issue at the back end. Mobile App also having the same issue unable to login with proper registered mobile number. The account is active and payment is upto date. It takes minutes to move to Airtel or Reliance.

    @ACTFibernet - can someone help us troubleshoot our outage? App doesn’t recognize the phone number or account number, your support lines also don’t recognize them and we have been without internet for 4 hours now, impacting work.

    @manutoms @ACTFibernet Even I'm facing the issue. What is happening with their service. Even their customer service is unable to recognise my registered mobile number and I'm facing this issue in my Act app too.

    @ACTFibernet my user id and phone number has been deleted from your database even though I've never applied for any disconnection request. Now I can't seem to get through to your customer care because I'm not longer a customer.
