@ACTFibernet ₹117 late fee despite paying on time, while your service was down for 5 days with no compensation. On top of that, I’m unable to connect to customer care. You’re quick to charge customers but unavailable when support is needed. Reverse the 117 charge

My connection has already been disconnected at my request, yet I'm being asked 2 pay the full month's charges. Why should I pay for the days the service wasn't working nd my complaints went unanswered? I expect a waiver for the outage period nd a revised final bill. @ACTFibernet

Welcome to Day 6. New day, new ticket, same problem. Will it get resolved today or will it carry on till tomorrow to create a record of one week digital detox! Let's wait and see. New connection takes < 1 day. For @ACTFibernet, Customer acquisition > Customer service.

@ACTFibernet But will you be able to resolve the issue by 1 pm today as mentioned in the app? It's been a day without the internet and you think only saying sorry will make things better? How am I suppose to work without the internet?

@ACTFibernet Dear ACT, Do we seriously have technicians for resolving the issues or is it like internet working based on luck of the user ??? As it is like if internet works then it works if it's not working let it be till it works 😔
