    @ACTFibernet its been a while im woth u guys but past 3-5 months im sort of frustrated by your service. There is no one to answer. There is no internet from this morning. I contacted the local Act person he said in 1 hr it will get resorted and now he is not picking tbe call WOW.

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC I literally called customer cate and explained the issue that I need DEACTIVATION and not reactivation but looks like of no use.I still get same message.please guys if you can’t fix your service in terms of network coverage atleast educate ur team!sersly

    @ACTFibernet 150 gb to 300 gb to 500 to 1000gb without my intervention you increased the limit andconnectivity is pathetic mobiledata is far beter than your network feel shamed reaching u guys multiple times over this platform been withu since 2014 never faced this kind of mess.

    @ACTFibernet Yes your team has given an update at this time saying that we will resolve the issue tomorrow as of now we will close ticket for closing ticket they have called me for closing there tickets only they will call not for perfect resolution,for a new customer facing lot of issues

    @ACTFibernet my account no is 10386777840. I have paid monthly bill on 14th thro your app using UPI. Payment not reflected and lodged in your support on app.Service suspended without resolving issue though call centre told that payment issue will be resolved. Very poor service
