    hi @ACTFibernet i have to renew my subscription in November, can u pls explain me how to cancel your present subscription and to get refund for next 3 months ? my shift starts at 9 how should i work ? and more importantly what should i say to my manager ? who is responsible ?

    @ACTFibernet They sure are not. I was told at 18:10 hrs today that it will get activated in 5 mins and it’s been more than 90 since, still no action taken. I am working from home and undergoing plausible monetary damage with every minute passing by due to my services being hampered. @TRAI

    @ACTFibernet you guys don't even reply to the customer problems. It's been two days after payment and still there is installation and no one is trying to even contact the customer. Worst service!!

    @ACTFibernet @buzz267buzz @BandBajaateRaho Still no contact from ACT on phone/social media when are you going to resolve this please make a not if this issue is not resolved before 30 August then you will have to provide compensation as this issue is been going on from almost 6 months.

    Hi @ACTFibernet, your network is very horrible and support is literally more worse. I have been facing network flactuations post 6pm everyday since a week, have raised multiple ticket but without resolution tickets are getting closed. current #SR10165700676334. @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet Worst service ever.... Reaching your customer care for very long time but no response. Your technicians are closing the ticket without fixing the issue. Worst and worst internet service

    @ACTFibernet The service of ACT Broadband is very poor. i have been raising complaints almost every alternative weeks. Every once in ten minutes, wifi is getting disconnected. Last week also faced the same issue. I don't know who else from ACT management takes this seriously.
