    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Considering 3 employees doing work from home is becoming very difficult with this internet. I raised a ticket last week they closed it without resolution, yesterday also I raised again but so solution. Also I pay for 5g and I don't get use it,

    @ACT_Issues @ACTFibernet Continuous internet outages. This morning, the electricity department cut the internet cables. All service providers had to replace the wires. Your service is pathetic despite 100 calls, you still don’t have the time and manpower to resolve the issue.

    @ACTFibernet #Patheticservice I have been a customer of ACT since 2016 nd never have I faced such pathetic service. It's over 9 days now nd SR10180616919614 is yet to be attended. I guess Uguys Rnot bothered about old customers. Nother issue is Uhave not deactivated my old accs.

    My entire day's work was affected today due to #ACTFibernet outage. What's even more frustrating is that this is the 4th time in the last two months. Repeated service interruptions & delayed resolutions are unacceptable.

    @ACTFibernet Extremely disappointed with your pathetic service. I raised a complaint at 1:30 PM regarding my internet outage and was assured that it would be resolved by 9:00 PM. I even contacted customer support and requested urgent action, yet as of 9:30 PM, the issue remains unresolved. What's worse, there has been zero communication or update from your team. I work from home, and your negligence has caused me to lose an entire working day. This level of service is unacceptable. What compensation do you intend to provide for the financial and professional loss caused by your failure to resolve the issue within the committed timeline?

    @ACTFibernet Another day without internet. When will you fix the issue ? 3 days without internet for work from home professional. Now you are loosing the trust we have. Need to look for alternatives
