    @ACTFibernet of late your connection is having issues. Why so. Last month there there was network connectivity issues. Is your team incapable to provide uninterrupted services? @DoT_India do take note of repeating problems that is not being resolved permanently.

    @ACTFibernet trying to reach multiple customer care line for deactivation before the bill generates for next cycle but no response. I want to deactivate the connection since we have moved out from the location. Please support

    @ACTFibernet Ticket no: SR11460441025012 I'm facing packet routing issues with ACT. Ping to AWS Mumbai servers/ Google Chennai servers are higher than usual. Requesting you to look into it
