@ACTFibernet it has been nearly two days since I'm facing internet issues at home, and other than false promises of fixing it within few hours, there has been no progress. This is after making many calls and raising official ticket.

@ACTFibernet Ticket no SR10365049825264 complaint given on the 1st June,some irresponsible technician came and said all is fine and said it’s the fibre guy’s who have to look into this.Only get messages it will be resolved only to find that it’s been closed.Another registered now

@ACTFibernet I was wrongly fined for late payment of May where Rs. 100 is charging extra in bill of June. Provided details of transaction of May and even today the issue is not resolved after several reminders. Pls help to send the revised invoice of June.
