On an average i raise 1 ticket per week with @ACTFibernet . Its been that pathetic. Either its goes slow or goes shut completely.

@ACTFibernet Thanks ACT your guys did connection & activation within 2 hours. @Airtel_Presence learn something from ACT, i disconnected from airtel bcoz your team is slow, customer care misguide, give wrong information to customers, 15min job they are not able to do in 3 days, shame on you.

Day 4 - No internet service and continuing the trend where the officials don’t call back the customer to address the issue! Third class service! @ACTFibernet don’t fool people with your ‘Smart Fiber’ ad. It is actually ‘Dumb Fiber’!

@ACTFibernet Your customer care refused to give a proper resolution time. I was told that the matter is given priority however the technician is not even assigned to visit the area. I want this resolved ASAP.

@ACTFibernet I Contacted Your customer care and made payment for new connection of Rs 14146/- Now since then till now 29 Nov No response from Your Executive, They said not covered under permission so we will refund your payment but not yet refunded , is this the way ACT work.

@ACTFibernet i complained about no signal by morning,no response,each time suggest pull out the plug and plugin again, tragedy is neighbour actfiber signal is full,but my net signal was nill,both are from same box on poll.@ACTFibernet response also nill @nellore
