Syngates (@syngates1596) reported@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet a suggestion to anybody looking for a new broadband setup, avoid act fibernet go with jio or even airtel. There is a reason why companies like act do not grow and shut down overtime its bc of non existent customer service. And third rate support. JUST AVOID.

Abishek R Srikaanth (@abishekrsr) reported@ACTFibernet live in a community of 300 houses and majority of them use ACT here. Even with a power backup in each house, when there is a power cut, the internet drops for about 5 mins and get restored, the same happens when the power is restored. Can someone help? Don't think your control power backup works properly.
