@panda_casts @ACTFibernet Bro @Optus keep telling me to upgrade my internet and when I ask them to, they reply after like 2 weeks of "investigating" to go "nvm lol we don't support decent internet in your away". Fast forward a week and they keep telling me to upgrade my plan again 🥸

@Ansh_Unleashed @ACTFibernet Actually, i have one issue a year. So their services are really good. People usually lodge complaints on social media and rarely talk about services when things are good. The metric for good service is how frequently the average consumer raises a complaint.

@airtelindia @ACTFibernet there seems to be an interconnect issue between you two guys in my area (pincode 560043). On speedtest on my act fibernet,i get good speeds on all servers except Airtel Bengaluru (less than 1Mbps).

@ACTFibernet there are frequent connection issues in my area. At least 2 to 4 time a month we have connection issues due to the junction box. This kind of service is absolutely not acceptable especially when people are working from home.
