    @ACTFibernet SR10381745646584 - down since morning. Issue expected to be resolved before 9pm. No improvement. Similarly few days back SR10381520525554 raised and the outage was 3 days. I want compensation for the total 4 days without internet and extra for the inconvenience.

    @ACTFibernet From last 1 hour no internet is there. Created a SR: SR10181753320584. Can anyone please take a look on priority. Area: Miyapur, hyd: 500049 Lot of other people at my apartment also facing same issue.

    @ACTFibernet When are you going to fix the issue that’s now running in third day with ETA revised by default for third time without any update. Just fooling customers by saying fastest broadband but doesn’t have the resources to fix issues. One of the worst service provider

    Genuinely impressed by @ACTFibernet today. Left for the office, no internet. Raised a ticket, ETA end of day. Drove back home to attend my meetings, no internet there either. Second ticket. ETA end of day. 100% consist outage across all locations. 👏

    @ACTFibernet my internet is inactive for the past 2 days. I have raised 4 separate complaints already, and your field team keeps closing the tickets without a permanent fix. Please assign a senior technician immediately. Account Number: 102724635446

    @ACTFibernet Hi ACT we were told by your technician that the junction box was removed by the previous customer, why could you guys not inform the customers about the same - is that not part of your SOP?

    @ACTFibernet they can't even provide an ETA for no internet issue. That's their service, if you go by airtel Or jio you will receive an ETA, never spend your hard earned money on their internet and their false promise
