    @ACTFibernet You evaluate & check that our area cannot be serviced for a new connection, but are hesitant to close the request. Multiple calls to cust. care to initiate a Refund but to no avail. Horrible support. And moreover you randomly you close the ticket SR10263445868690!

    @ACTFibernet 08th Nov Net Failed 09th Nov Sorted out. 10th Nov Net Failed Again 11th Nov Sorted Out 12th Today Again Net Not working. It has become Morning routine to Complain about ACT not working. Time to Change!!!!
