    @ACTFibernet raised a ticket since yesterday night regarding slow speed. No update till now. But my internet got disconnected only. We are not able to modify the existitocket also

    @ACTFibernet I have had probably one of the worst experiences in the last 3 days when the correct billing wasn't provided to me.inspite of raising the issue and creating ticket multiple times, the issue still hasn't been resolved even after 6 days when it was promised for 72 hrs.

    ad experience with @ACTFibernet . After my plan expired, they did not give me the option to change Plan. I had to call CC and request a change, and it took almost 72 hrs for them to change. I will switch to @reliancejio or @airtelindia after this month poor service from ACT.
