@DoT_India I’m asking @ACTFibernet to recover the router they provided and give me refund. I’m asking this from July 2020 and ACT is not bothered to take action. They are not even replying or calling me. Please help me to get this resolved. #frustrated I have emailed too.

@ACTFibernet it's been 3weeks am facing issues with connectivity, inspite of raising ticket from app and called customer service also it's not getting resolved. If you guys are saying 50mbps then provide it, today I had an urgent meeting but can't able to join thanks to ACT kudos

@ACTFibernet I have tried these steps but still it doesn't work if your team can't resolve I will have to switch to another vendor it's a new apartment and many people are coming here to live and if they hear these issues they will also think 2ice before taking act
