@ACTFibernet @consumerforum_ One of the worst service i suspended my connection 15 days back and they said refund has been initiated within 48 hrs But 14 days completed still amount not been refunded I have spoke to the. Service desk and mailed to his senior most authorities

@ACTFibernet for more than 4 hours my internet was not working.when I called ACT call center, then I came to know that server is down in my area..I disnt receive any sort of communication.Iwas told service will be restored by next day..I need compensation.

@ACTFibernet One of the worst services experienced, it just a name but ther service is really poor. I had to install the junction box at my building to get the connection as I was the first customer in my locality (Gangadhar Nagar, JP Nagar 1st phase Bangalore) to get Act Fibre.

@ACTFibernet I get a message later today saying callles many times and closing ticket even though I am reachable@on phone. Can you check who had called multiple times and when did they call. Hope you can get the call details for your customer care team or billing team call logs

@ACTFibernet Internet is down for more than 24 hours in Coimbatore area, raised a complaint yesterday but no one is there to solve the outage. We all working from home, Suffering a lot. When the internet will be up?
