    WiFi connected but no internet from yesterday.. It was worst experience with @ACTFibernet.. Yesterday given complaint but still not solved.. I don't wanna recommend to anyone coz this is not 1st time.. In one year nearly 20 to 25 times same problem.. Every month easily 2 times..

    @ACTFibernet @vjsivabalan I will not stop complaining until I get under 15ms(to gateway) like before. It's your responsibility to fix routing issues.

NO other fiber ISP would have over 30 ms latency to the GATEWAY. THE GATEWAY itself! It's been one month still dealing with the issue account 114600358575 See my tweets

    @alexoff54130567 @ACTFibernet I've always had bad experience with the local engineers. The ones who talked after my Twitter posts were sensible and understanding, but still failed to give proper resolution for my issue.

    Dear @ACTFibernet i had a broadband connection by your company. Since the connection was very poor, i want to discontinue the service. I have lodged the request to discontinue several times. But it is not happening. Please look into it. Thanks

    @buzz267buzz @ACTFibernet I totally agreed with you brother i thought act would be a good company but it's turned out to the worst company so far i would suggest everyone not to take any connections from them as in the name of cs they gave zero services
