    @ACTFibernet Id 110490628904 my ticket number SR11059576178162 is unresolved since past 15 hours. No one has called me or visited the place for checking. The service is pathetic and I've made 3 4 calls to customer care only to get assurance of resolution but no step taken so far.

    @ACTFibernet Not only call, even quick resolution, as you know it's the time everything is with online, so need to respond asap instead of taking days :(

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down, logged a ticket no issue of resolution yet. Considering most of us are working from home it a pathetic experience to see internet goes down and also I am experiencing slowness and intermittent disconnection issue. SR10359620413342

    @ACTFibernet Such SHAMELESS support!! Selected Option 1 then 1 and then 9. Wanted to speak to customer executive but guess what it says invalid input . Why the F it says press 9 to talk to executive and when pressed it says invalid?? Do you guys don’t do testing? How shameless

    Never take internet service from @ACTFibernet . Highly unprofessional and unethical persons from top to bottom. After sales service is pathetic and painful and their customer support expert in cheating you over phone. Such cheap people and fraud company. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet My registered mob number is 9449220776. Worst ever service and response. Whenever i check, the call center is clue less. They only say junction box problem. Do you guys even care ? Work, children's classes are adversely affected.

    On top of this, the local engineer is so cool and asks me to talk to customer care and he will not visit. His name is Kamal and his number is 9566066993. He himself agreed he closed the ticket without completion and doesn't care about it anymore. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet Extremely disappointed with your customer services. Moved to ACT from Airtel last month in anticipation of better internet experience. Your connection speed is bad with irregular low speeds and disconnections. Worse, no one attends to multiple complaints.
