Occupy Indians 🇮🇳 (@occupyindians) reported@ACTFibernet You run the internet business in Bangalore without having the power backup at Junction boxes? My internet connection went down the moment power went. This is totally unprofessional service from ACT. I would not recommend this company to anyone - A/C No: 102806254925

Shivam Bhutani (@ShivamBhutani) reported@reliancejio one of the worst fiber connections. After every 1 week, the internet gets disconnected, and takes 3-4 days to the issue to resolve as the whole area is impacted And the area in question is v good with number of big factories @ACTFibernet did a very good job before

aalap (@aalaprag) reported@ACTFibernet you guys suck, was paying for 150 Mbps plan, got 80 Mbps download speed and 3 Mbps upload speed consistent fluctuations around these for the last 2 months, no solutions from the local technicians or customer support. Asked to disconnect, I was assured I’ll get a refund prorated basis (customer service rep said this exact thing), but now they are saying you can’t get a refund. I have already moved to a new carrier. Don’t understand how you guys operate. Give **** speed, don’t resolve the issue and then not giving a refund just because. I am going to raise a complain to consumer court for this.

Mohammad suleman (@Mohammadsu19391) reported@ACTFibernet @PMOIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw Thanks for the response. However, there is a huge demand for reliable internet like ACT in our locality (Hawas Ji ka Rasta, 302002). Many residents are unhappy with the current options and want to switch. Please flag this to your network expansion team for feasibility."
