    I’ll go with @ACTFibernet or @jio_fiber my neighbours are using their services with out any issues and a proper support team to resolve the issues in 3-4hours not in days.

    @ACTFibernet What a pathetic service. The fix doesn’t even last a day and starts troubling again and as usual no response from the Tech Team. Let me know if I have to change the provider

    @excitel_rocks going to take new Excitel connection, restrain. it's ok, but once connectivity issue, u have no option. u can't raise complaint. App will say checked, it's working. U go for chat, that will waste ur 30 mint. No redressal. Pathetic. Go with @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I would again raise another issue, I booked new connection via mobile no. 9972204292, based on the ACT area incharge who told new line has need added to my apartment block, who promised me to do the connection by 15th May. I paid 6month advance on 13th May. Till now no response.
