    @ACTFibernet can you please confirm if is there anyone available to pickup customer calls? I have tried number of times but looks like after my queue position 2 it's disconnected. This is not the experience we pay for. Act fast, reAct fast !!

    @ACTFibernet The problem is resolved . Thank you so team . But I wanted bring it to your notice . That they have intentionally disconnected my internet and given my fiber net slot for a new customer who stays in the same building . Kindly do guide them to be ethical and solve it rightly.

    @ACTFibernet Worst Network I have seen.. I've paid 4K For 6 Months.. Not Connected One Month even.. Waste Network.. Don't Believe This.. It is a Co without a Proper customer service. In case of fault they are not available,but bill is recd in time... Do Not believe them..

    @ACTFibernet hi team, account number: 102360887821. Internet not working since morning. But problem is your customer call center numbers either don't connect or always busy (queue<>30). Difficulty in reaching customer care in 2 years of my connection.
