@ACTFibernet SlowSpeed has been an issue always.Checked internet speed on laptop directly connected to LAN wire from ACT(no router at all) still ur technician blames router. Funny but True. 80mbps for 150mbps plan. @JioCare how soon can you give connection?

@ACTFibernet SR10254113167063 Ticket has been raised on Saturday 10 am . No response from ACT team. Since Saturday afternoon I have been calling customer care , always getting a reply that field engineer will contact me with in a hour. None has contacted me till now.
