    @ACTFibernet I paid ₹700 for relocating my ACT Fibernet connection, but the relocation is still pending. I've been waiting without any proper update, despite paying the relocation charges in advance. This level of service is unacceptable.

    It takes 50hrs to find out what the issue is, and even longer to rectify. @ACTFibernet your customer retention must be pathetic. Internet is an essential service, clearly @ACTFibernet thinks it is a joke. @officejmscindia

    How long will you continue to provide such poor service? The internet keeps going down, at least five times a week. I went today in the afternoon, but the internet still hasn't come back. Fake commitments and poor service. SR11081548627004 @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet every month there is a problem with ACT. The internet will not work but using @HathwayBrdband for cctv and never faced any issues. Hathway is much more reliable. SR10381470365184 Will cancel @ACTFibernet. Worst Provider

    @ACTFibernet The call centre based out of Blore, has no idea who the actual support staff is on ground. Total mismanagement of post sales service!

    @ACTFibernet Yesterday afternoon connection resumed. Again today morning connection cut. Very good service?? Entire July month no proper internet we used Extend for one month or cancel my account
