    @ACTFibernet Every month twice disconnected. Today again happened. Every time I need to raise complaint to fix. Why not issue free net. If happens again will switch to Airtel probably. You will loose customer with this service

    @ACTFibernet Expected to be resolved by 10Am. Still can't access internet. There is no accountability on the service provided by you. You've got to increase my validity at least by 1 day

    @ACTFibernet every 20 days there is an issue with the network.. you can never depend on @ACTFibernet .

    @ACTFibernet Your customer service is pathetic. No one calls when the issue persists atleast let the customer know they are working on it and give a time line. After the issue is resolved I get a call to rate your pathetic service. #CustomerExperience #ACTfibernet
