Friendly advise do not take an @ACTFibernet connection, their contact center is impossible to reach, app won’t allow you to raise a service ticket and they won’t allow you to downgraded your plan. “If we allow that the customer will reduce his plan” … meaning and we lose revenue

@ACTFibernet SR of mine got reopened 5 times and got escalated 3 times. Your billing team closes the issue without even looking into the SR. Today your guy (Ramesh.g) told that I will get a call back in 4 hours at 4.30PM.And we can neither talk to billing team nor supervisor.🙏🙏

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD How many complaints should we raise for slow speed and frequent disconnections. All tickets gets closed in 24 hrs stating we are working on it. Speed assured is 75MBPS however what's comes us not even half. Technicians don't even turnup to check.
