@ACTFibernet Have bought 200 Mbps plan just to get 50 Mbps. I have raised complaint and they said they were working on it but the issue never got solved. I thought multiple times about switching but I regret now that I didn't switch

@ACTFibernet ticket number SR10259774668412 was raised a day ago and was resolved. Today the internet is down again. Do remediate the issue asap, cannot have internet going down every other day.

@jagograhakjago Seeking the help of consumer affairs team in addressing the issue I am facing with @ACTFibernet service. They are cheating the customers by not providing the gauranteed service. They also disconnect the service inspite of entire bill amount paid.

@ACTFibernet your services are pathetic... It's been 24 hours still you are unable to resolve the issue. Because of you my work is getting hampered. And people you guys hired are manner-less, don't know how to talk. Escalation doesn't work. I will love to disconnect immediately.

@ACTFibernet worst service. Once a week they have connectivity problem. I regret paying a years worth of bill coz it’s not worth it . Out of 365 days I guess 100+ days we won’t have internet
