    @ACTFibernet what’s going on with your network maintenance? I had 4 incidents in 2 months each outage took fu 24 hours to resolve. Customer service was taught to say only one thing that it would be resolved in 24 hours. Can someone check what’s going in Vijayawada pin code 520007

    Hi @ACTFibernet again internet connection down since yesterday. This always happens. For every 5 days, one or 2 days internet down. Please solve this issue permanently instead of temporary fixes. My account number: 106376747991

    Hey Guys, Any thoughts of migrate to another ISP? I suggest never choose @ACTFibernet especially for @ACTFibernetHYD. Can u imagine ur interest goes down 4th time in a month and take 2 days to fix everytime? That’s what happens with ACT.

    @ACTFibernet our internet has been down since 3pm, we lodged a complaint & were told the issue would be resolved latest by 9pm. It's much later than 9 & the issue hasn't been resolved. Why does it take so long to resolve issues & why can't you folks communicate properly?!

    @ACTFibernet I did a call from your executive who explained that I have to pay twice as compared to new customers because I am an OLD customer. So I have decided to disconnect all the 3 ACT connections I have also inform all my friends about this ongoing cheating by #ACTFibernet
