    Facing internet issue feom last 10 days and the response getting from @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD is worst and still now the internet services arenot up. But thry charge monthly without fail by giving no service. When internet works, the speed is almost reaching mobilenet speed.

    @ACTFibernet Ticket no SR10166444895894 is raised for service discontinuation. It is closed multiple times. Please discontinue my services. The bill till 30th Nov is already paid and no further payment is pending from my side. Please disconnect my connection.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working since last 5 hours. Its second instance in this week. Resolve it asap. Have raised request already.

    @ACTFibernet The internet is down for over a day now. The ticket SR10366442102494 is been closed with the status that the issue has been resolved but is not actually. And i'm not sure how such false resolution can be made by your team.
