@ACTFibernet in last three months I faced internet connection issues for more than 5 times. And everytime eta is more than 1 day. Is it the service for which m paying???? Today again the internet is not there for more than 6 hours+. Better I will change provider next time.

@ACTFibernet is the worst internet in delhi please think twice before you use it they have a ****** customer care service and will never get anything done in a day you have to wait for 2 days and you can’t even work coz of that use a local vendor for net #TRAI

@ACTFibernet Only Router refund provided. No refund for the advance payment of the plan made yet. Team is taking forever to resolve the issue. Was promissed to get refund in 5-7 working days. It's been 3 weeks now.
