    I think all are scammers even the @ACTFibernet guys are also scammers and fraudsters. They took money but from day 1 internet is not working. Hyderabad Patancheru people are pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet Your service is extremely pathetic. Your call backs always get disconnected. I’ve been facing a connectivity issue for almost a month now and your “technicians” and “experts” are clueless about the issue. Please help. Or else please cancel the connection and refund.

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for the response. However, the issue is still unresolved as the connection has not yet been installed despite payment being completed several days ago. I request a Full refund of the amount paid. Please avoid generic responses and provide a clear resolution update.

    @ACTFibernet The support person checked and confirmed yesterday that the device needs to be replaced and he will replace it by this morning but till now no response. It's 24 hours without internet!! Why need more than 24 hours to resolve the issue when you already know how to fix the problem

    @ACTFibernet Resolution was that it will be resolved before 12 pm today, still no response, when it will be resolved or it will be resolved ever, pathetic service it's as expected. Atleast help me how to cancel my service and get refund

    @ACTFibernet one of the worst support. I have raised a ticket for Wifi shifting but its been more than 3 days and till now no response yet and they resolved the ticket without any intimation.
