@ACTFibernet The worst network provider. I got a new connection from ACT last month and I paid the amount in advance. Despite this they generated a bill with some other charges, which were not communicated earlier. 1/n

@ACTFibernet Dear ACT please act on my my service request SR10275660372494. Initiated request, almost 10 days ago, for relocation on 20th of June, which is still not fulfilled. Your engineer called a day later today on 21st stating he is coming, but it’s 4hrs since then.

I have screenshots and call recording of ACT guy saying that no additional fees will be charged. Once i received the bill i raised a complaint to @ACTFibernet customer care, this dragged on for 2-3 days and they mentioned that they will waive off the additional charge 2/n
