Hey @ACTFibernet been using ACT since 2017 here I'm without internet for 30+ hours now, raised a ticket was said to be resolved by 7pm and there's no response and there is no way to escalate the issue, pathetic service. #worstService #ACTFibernet #ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Wt ru guys upto ru guys sitting der and making fool out of people who make payment in emergency situation and wait for the services. That lady told me if I make the payment immediately dey vl provide me the services such a fraud makng fool out of me.

This is really pathetic service from @ACTFibernet my service was reactivated on 26th April and til now my issue is not resolved.I keep calling customer service and they gave me false promises evryday I call them thrice in a day til now and no one bother to fix my issue @ActfiberC

@ACTFibernet has the worst service possible. Contacted on twitter and they "arranged a cb" i never got and the ticket had been closed!The one who booked the connection does not respond. I would really like someone to call back . Rather than an abrupt ticket closure.
