    @ACTFibernet your service quality has been poor for months — repeated outages and unresolved tickets. When I asked for a refund for my yearly plan, your team refused to pay me back the amount. This is unacceptable customer service. Such a downfall.

    @ACTFibernet Hello @ACTFibernet the issue is still not resolved. Can you please confirm by when it will get resolved because till now no one contacted me? If I try to connect with the engineer as per the app then he just cuts my call. 10-15 times I called in two days and every time he rejects

    @ACTFibernet ACT Fibernet has turned “by 9 PM today” into a bedtime story. 3 days, same promise, zero internet. And only today they admit service won’t be back till Friday.
