  @ACTFibernet I requested to close my connection on 1st of Dec 2021. Suddenly in morning I got an sms that your connection is disconnected why???? Complaint Number SR10263570056484 How for 2 days now kids school and my office will work? Very unprofessional

  @ACTFibernet guys it been a month I left the connection. Router is also collected. But haven't got any communication from your team. Also refund is pending. Very bad after sales service. Tired of calling and emailing. Very upsetting service guys 😔.
