@ACTFibernet my dad (71 years old) is trying to get refund from you guys from past 1 month. Everytime he calls you you open a ticket and in couple of hours you close the ticket without any resolution. Are you going to provide him the refund or should i lodge a police complaint?

@ACTFibernet Your IVR is funny. I am trying to reach you on 9121212121 for a new connection. IVR says press 1 if existing customer 2 for new customers. I chose 2 and then it still asks for reg num . I gave my nmbr it says number not regtd...very funny. reg num for new customer?

@ACTFibernet Our internet is having issues from yesterday and ur nonsense bot is like press 1,2,3,4,5 and not working every week ur employees call us and say we will fix the issue and they do nothing. This time I am damn serious if any action is not taken
