@ACTFibernet Even if that wasn't the case, this problem shouldn't take so long to fix. You can't run an ISP like a government office and expect customers not to leave.

@ACTFibernet Dear team you need to train well your customer care executive, they should know how to talk to customer, i have discontinuation only coz of your customer care executive behaviour over call for a simple request, It may not be Big loss for you but you would lose many.

@ACTFibernet If you have some ethics left, please get your acts together and fix your problems. It will start with acceptance that you suck at your service. If not, it will be an immense service to humanity if you disappear by shutting your **** show called ACT broadband.

@ACTFibernet I did, and was told that act do not have services in this location. Service exist like 1.5-2km away but I'm told that the local isp keeps breaking the cables on purpose. The local isp is very frustrating to work with as they are very unresponsive any help is appreciated.

@ACTFibernet I have been trying to change my plan this entire month but your phone app wouldn't allow me. Now it has suspended my account over non-payment app and I cannot even access customer service.

@ACTFibernet I spoke with Sachin, sharath, vikram, rahman, sadiq and many more... And from Manager level, Moses and Naveen from escalation team... Managers and team leads won't call... What is the issue, why you won't take action upon mentioned names... My issue is not resolved
