@ACTFibernet I was supposed to get my refund 20 days back. Every time I call to customer care, they say, they will arrange a callback. How much more time do you guys want? Very very bad experience with ACT Fibernet

@ACTFibernet I still haven't received the refund for the returned broadband router. Each time I call, customer support says the ticket is open and refund will be done within 48 hours but it has been 4+ months now.

@ACTFibernet Still the issue is not resolved and your customer support executives are ignorant and rude to address the issue. Everytime we call they just say we will escalate and dont even bother to provide detials whats taking longer than 24 hrs. Other ISP had resolved in 2hrs max
