    @ACTFibernet It’s done and resolved for now. Constant follow up 48 hours from customer, for after sales service call which is prepaid 6 months in advance? No customer service contact point,one app, that doesn’t help in resolving actual human problems. Internet is lifeline to survive. Pls.

    @ACTFibernet 45 days 10+ emails, multiple calls. You've finally collected router but my refund of ₹6,614 is still missing. Every reply is a copy-paste from a different agent. Consumer court complaint already filed. Acc-101799520914. When do I get my money back? @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet During their Sales cycle, they gives us a lot of hope, bells and whistles but in reality, nothing happens, nobody takes any actions till your 6 months advance payment gets over. They will never mind to provide any service because you are stuck and paid for 6 months.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet i dont want any resolution. Your team is irresponsive, no reverta no connects just refund my money i am pissed by you shittt service just refund it back and i don’t want your worst services. Regretting switching from airtel to act
