@ACTFibernet No internet connection from past 15 hours. I raised the SR10266005814794 and no one has bothered to fix it. Your technician Syed told me that the issue will be solved within 30 minutes and it has been 3 hours since then. Extremely pathetic service!

@ACTFibernet your internet is getting worst day by day and the customer service is even worst they don't know how to address a customer. When I raised a ticket as internet service are down they don't even bother and come up with traditional answer ETR is 24 hours. No internet yet
