    @ACTFibernet they can't even provide an ETA for no internet issue. That's their service, if you go by airtel Or jio you will receive an ETA, never spend your hard earned money on their internet and their false promise

    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.     @ACTFibernet Just to update, Mr. Horilal was thankfully available. It took 2 hours. Definitely better than 50 hours. Although the issue : battery replacement should be done of a proactive basis and NOT based on a complaint. Backup power should be checked periodically and maintained. #basic?

    @ACTFibernet SR10181798065394 ACT internet cut every month. Reason given: fiber cut by regional & line manager. This is not service, it’s negligence. Stop excuses, deliver reliability. Customers won’t tolerate repeated

    Hi @ACTFibernet - since there is a box installed in my house which uses electricity, the technician mentioned the units consumed for that will be refunded to me in my ACT bill. But that has not been adjusted. Can you please check and help? Account no 110806926073.

    @ACTFibernet New issues again today morning my internet stopped working I’ve raised the ticket still there’s no response… I itself called to your TL about this then only he told he’ll look into this… He promised me 5:30 PM it’ll be resolved… Till now it’s not been resolved @ACTFibernet
