    @ACTFibernet My old and new addresses are in the same locality. I am paying bill for the internet I am not using. Losing my patience. Might want to consider disconnecting and avail service from another provider. Extremely poor service. No org exists without customers. Mind that!

    @ACTFibernet Hey @ACTFibernet . I'm an existing user of Act broadband. I was out of city for two months and so didn't recharged my broadband, but your team removed the internet cable from my home. Now I'm requesting for re-initiate the broadband service since last two months, but no response.

    @ACTFibernet I gave you guys a month, i dont think you can resolve it anymore but yes take your time. Maybe in months you will take to fix this, some other service provider comes in my area

    @ACTFibernet What pathetic service are you providing? I have already confirmed that I need to disconnect my connection because I have relocated. Even after clearing my dues of you involuntary extending my validity, you are still sending me bills every month 1/2
