    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet The issue is STILL NOT RESOLVED. 4 days and still counting. No technician has contacted us. There has been absolutely no update regarding the cause or the expected resolution time. How much longer are we expected to wait for a service that we are paying for?

    @ACTFibernet Another scripted reply. Since 28th, your team has only been postponing the issue and giving false timelines. Stop sending template messages and provide a real resolution or process my disconnection immediately @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet My internet speed is only 10 mbps. My plan is for 400 mbps. I raised a complaint and instead the ticket is closed with a resolution. Please look into this on priority.
