    @ACTFibernet Dear Bala Malladi, ACT CEO, I have been an ACT loyal customer for Fibernet . Can you get your ACT Fibernet Support team to be more professional ? The customer support is pathetic. Most of the time the issue are closed without resolving. Please Fix my issue asap

    @ACTFibernet Another 5 days @ACTFibernet worked well and it went down again today since 28-Apr-2021 5:00pm. The #ACTFibernet Helpdesk gave me an update that there is a Power outage at the Junction Box of our Main Area Server.

    @ACTFibernet has been pathetic in our area since last months. Slow speed, frequent disconnections, almost non usable. Multiple tickets have no resolution except getting a call from the engineer. How do I cancel the connection?
