  @ACTFibernet My Ac No: 110637323329 (Shakarpur, Delhi) Service stopped in June 2025 but I already paid ₹2828 for 3 months. Router returned in Aug 2025. Still no refund after 10+ months & 50+ follow-ups. Getting repeated calls for router return. This is harassment. #ACTFibernet

  Listing a plan on your app, make the customers to pay & then denying the very service is a pure scam. #actfibernetscam. Have told them clearly- either you provide what I paid for else refund the money. Don’t scam your own customers @ACTFibernet . Req amplification of this tweet

  @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket to change my plan, already paid 5000 and still no action from ACT. You even closed the ticket and then I reopened it and still no resolution has been given. Ticket id: SR10179897246902

  @ACTFibernet Your service has been extremely unreliable. Complaint SR10379879346170 has been reopened again — this is the 5th/6th disconnection in just 20 days. This is unacceptable. I need a permanent solution, not repeated temporary fixes. Please resolve this urgently.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Facing issue with Internet since yesterday morning. Trying to reach the service but the person stopped answering my calls since yesterday. Can you please look into this matter?? The service is pathetic. Didn’t expect this as I’m using ACT from 4 year
