    @ACTFibernet when cancelling the connection any Bala ace amount should be transferred to bank not to @ACTFibernet wallet, we are paying from bank not from @ACTFibernet wallet, if your policy doesn’t allow that should informed to customer when taking the connection

    @ACTFibernet I have been facing network issues since past 2 days, a person came in to reinforce the wires but ever since then my internet connection has become slow and keeps dropping. The person said he will come when he is in the area. What kind of a joke is this? Disappointed.

    @ACTFibernet I’m not sure if you know what the problem is, your distribution router hub is working without power backup. Somebody is pocketing the money allocated for power backup (I’m assuming diesel generator) dig a little deeper and you will find out. #ScamAlert

    @ACTFibernet SR10276056701954 every time there’s a power outage the network goes down. It seems that you guys don’t have a power back up to supply uninterrupted network. Either your service technicians are #SCAMMING you or you are scamming us.

    @ACTFibernet We have taken snapshot of the use of data happening at around 3 am and 8 pm without our knowledge and will be forced to file a grievance with TRAI for such irresponsible behavior and not finding solution for this for last 3 months
