    @ACTFibernet If anybody is opting for a plan with refundable deposit please note that you are going to struggle to get your refund back. I had to struggle for three months. Every week I had to call them and raise tickets. Worst service ever.

    @ACTFibernet Why is the outstanding amount same as for all 6 months when I availed the facility only for 6 days. When I change service provider because you provide poor service why should I pay for whole cycle, this is unfair

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I raised a ticket with ActFibernet for connection relocation on 10th April. Service # SR10555014576514 Connection relocated on 12th April & we were told tht connection would activated in 30 mins. It's 24hrs now & connection still isn't active.

    @ACTFibernet @balamalladi Please do not close my support calls repeatedly reopened to credit the amounts due from December 2918 for power consumption without resolving the issue. If your accounts personnel can not understand do connect and I will educate them.

    @ACTFibernet Yours is a classic example of 'Customer is King only till the time he/she is being onboarded' after that Customer may even die a slow (internet) death and you wouldn't care a bit because I have already paid for those 6 months. PATHETIC SERVICE.
