    @ACTFibernet Fed up of multiple follow ups regarding SR10263615933690. Everytime your team closed the ticket without any resolution. Have been waiting for refund.. Should we be waiting eternally???

    @Airtel_Presence @rahul_ykk When in #Bangalore trust @ACTFibernet You can still cancel and join then. Airtel sucks. Only ARPU matters for them not customer.

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10263698028014 is faulty. Always there is trouble in connevtivity and says some junction box is not working. If this is the case, we will shift to @reliancejio Fiber Net.

    @ACTFibernet After getting details your have turned our office WiFi connection off, it is not working now. We have two connection with you, one for office and one for workshop. Shifting is needed at workshop.

    @ACTFibernet What bloody services r u providing to ur customers. My internet is not working since morning and ur customer support only operates post 07 30. The support option on the app is also not working. What does ur customer do in such situations

    @ACTFibernet Net down for more than 6 hours. Work from home impacted severely. SR10263694076024 created. No response. Yours is the most unreliable service. Why are you even doing this business?? Can you kindly fix this right away??

    @ACTFibernet i had a very unpleasant and frightening conversation with your customer care representative Aravind. They are not offering me the said waiver and now when I complaint about it, they have already disconnected my account even though my due date is today
