@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Your request SR10163316413204 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 10/23/2021 12:00:00 PM. No response from any act field executive. Not solve the problem till now. Once in a 15 days connectivity issue. Already 30 hours gone.

@charan2018 @VishwasMPV @ACTFibernet Once technical problem starts it will turn into a nightmare. They had installed junction box at some idiots house always causing outage once every week. Only used to come and do patch work. If I persisted with ACT I would have been fired by my company.

@ACTFibernet your service become worst now. In this week 3rd time it's down 3rd ticket is open now. Act service resolution time also 24 hours. Instead giving 750GB data give stable internet for 250GB or less.

@ACTFibernet The issue is there is no proper customer service. There is no proper communication with the customer care. There is never a quick solution. You people take ages to fix any issue in the connection.

@ACTFibernet My broadband connection is not working, every fortnight the connection is broken and I had to raise a complaint. Can't you fix it permanently? Are you guys incapable of fixing things? Is this how you make money and growing big?
