    @ACTFibernet seriously worst customer service I found my internet is not working from last 7 days I call the local area service guys he also not attending reqsiter a complaint still not resolved SR10375810701964 Due to this I faced a lot of issue in office work need to change

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service by ACT. Third time the fibernet down in two weeks; second time this week in Chennai, Velachery. Re-opened ticket. Spoke to Service Mgr(name held back). Still no action. Anyone happy with @ACTFibernet ?

    Pathetic @ACTFibernet service! SR: SR10175806217974 ignored, no fix, just ETR extensions. New connection, 2 days down in a week! Customer care & email inboxes just for OTT free trials? No email replies, no help. No wonder you're unknown in the market. Spamming or what? #ACTSucks

    We had a issue with internet on 12-6-2025 it's been almost 2days still now @ACTFibernet hasn't resolved issue.if u r doing work from home job n having act internet connectivity u r doomed as hell since 2days I having mingulu with my manager successfully @ACTFibernet messdup🤬😡

    @ACTFibernet I have been out of internet access since yesterday evening. You haven't resolved it yet. However when it comes to billing you are very prompt. The promptness would be appreciated in maintaining your network's uptime.
