    @ACTFibernet My friend in Bangalore has given the request to shift the ACT Fibernet connection intracity from Jayanagar to Kudlu Gate (new address) on 18th Oct 2021. She made the payment for 6 months advance but has not received the service despite multiple calls SR10263350577094

    @Airtel_Presence @sparrow168 @ACTFibernet Sir i had contact with airtel distributor to turn on my auto refill they told for tsm and fs1 they told you wait for a day or two It has been more than 2months since contacted TSM&FSC, they still haven't turned on my auto refill and my number is also blacklisted somebody help me.

    What kind of crap is this @ACTFibernet ? You won't refund the excess amount just because of someone is surrendering the connection? You can transfer the connection, but won't repay the money? Stop robbing the customers with your illogical policies

    @ACTFibernet I've subscribed to 150 mbps plan & paying around Rs.1300.Of late I am getting inconsistent speeds, often dropping to 30/40 mbps. Ticket no #SR10263351997414 was raised. Your team has been closing the ticket without providing a permanent resolution. ESCALATING
