    @ACTFibernet Got a call from ACT, another ticket is logged as the link is down. Just got off a call with the the ACT technical team but the call got disconnected unable to get through the number again. Worst experience, can someone fix this asap?

    PLEASE DON'T subscribe to @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Ticket raised 2 days ago Still not yet resolved. A technician called me once regarding the issue and he's not lifting calls Since yesterday night There's not even a customer care number to reach out and escalate. WORST!!

    Your technician Kamal acknowledged the junction box is old and promised a replacement with a proper battery backup within 2 days. Now he is ghosting my calls. Fix your infrastructure and replace the box immediately! @ACTFibernet (3/3)

    @ACTFibernet Your technician called and once I told him its same issue, he cut the call as he knows he made a mistake earlier.
