    @ACTFibernet Sorry - this is still not resolved. I have been speaking back and forth multiple times with agents of TP-Link and ACT. tried making them speak together as well. Each time a new issue pops up.

    Our internet has been down since ydamy. On lodging the compliannt we were told the matter would be resolved within 24 hours. It's been much more, can you please ask your team to fix this faster @ACTFibernet ? Or atleast provide some sort of an update. Ticket no. SR10262871916892

    @ACTFibernet Do you need account details of all..will share immediately.. Internet is not working from last 5 hours...we need immediate resolution..no one will call to customers..there is no proactive approach.. customer support is also very bad..

    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore I have been waiting for my ACT shifting since 23rd. Nothing has happened yet. I wrote multiple mails called ACT care multiple times and this is the 3rd time I am tweeting!!! What kind of service is this? In what language you guys will understand?
