@ACTFibernet I am regularly calling to get my connection disconnected but the call is never picked up by so called disconnection team. Just close the damn connection and refund the money that was paid for new connection as it is not getting installed here.

@ACTFibernet Net is not working from past 3 days. No action was taken from 2 days, they were giving reasons repeatedly but today there engineer called and asked for location then he also didn’t turn up. In pandemic you are hurting ppls jobs who are working frm home worst service

@ACTFibernet it's very disappointing that there is no service till now against my complaint for non availability of internet on my connection since morning. The only holiday you get and that to without internet is worse. Do the needful.

@ACTFibernet Your service has been degraded off late as you take more than 24 hours to fix connectivity issues. Do you happen to know people WFH these days and this affects work. I am thinkin of movin to different service provider now.
