    Really fedup with the @ACTFibernet (Savita vihar, Delhi)services in my locality. We have escalated issue through their customer support many a times but they are not helpful at all.WFH has become terrible with this wifi services . Facing issue from last 10days still notresolved

    @ACTFibernet I have put the service request on 8th august at 7am till now the issue is not yet resolved and whenever I called customer service the work is going on issue will be resolved by 7pm .Till now it’s not yet resolved And they have changed ETR

    @ACTFibernet It’s been more than 36 hours and the network is not up. Can we really rely on this network while opting for WFH ? Their representative has stopped lifting my calls. Very bad network in Petbasheerabad. #Hyderabad @ACTFibernetHYD #HyderabadTimes #HyderabadMetro

    @ACTFibernet I have checked everything in my end. I have even provided the technician a few days ago with traceroute & ping results. It's up to you to fix it. I've used two other ISP before and they weren't nearly as bad with the latency.

    @ACTFibernet worst service failed to restore the connection and many of my collegues connections are also down in our area. Act fiber react very late

    @ACTFibernet facing the same issue more than 6 months and they take min 2days to resolve the issue. customer care people does not give proper information on ticket and field agents never responds, Worst service.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service. Both digital TV and internet not working. Even though complaint was in the morning service person came late and then went to see the problem. After that phone switched off. End of day says will see tomorrow.

    @ACTFibernet Never seen a more disgusting and incompetent service provider You guys only have presence and are not really interested in customer support. I have lost four days of work. Will take legal action against the Directors.
