Tamil Crypto Guy π² (@tamilcryptoguy) reported@ACTFibernet I strongly suggest you guys think twice before choosing @ACTFibernet. Unstable internet, poor service, and zero urgency in resolving issues. Paying customers deserve better than this. Save yourself the frustration and choose a reliable provider instead. #ACTFibernet

Eng Tan (@EngTan7) reported@ACTFibernet Paid ₹8,476 on Aug 23 for 6 months to upgrade from 75 Mbps to 400 Mbps. 5 days later, the plan is still not upgraded. I’m being charged for the new plan while receiving the old service. No proper update from ACT. Extremely disappointing.

Viresh Uberoy (@viresh_uberoy) reported@ACTFibernet it’s been 5 days since I raised a relocation request, and your technician hasn’t visited nor is he picking up my calls. I’ve been waiting since he’d said he’d be here today morning, and even after making repeated calls to your customer care, no resolution. Pathetic

Arijit Majumdar (@Aar_i) reported@ACTFibernet Just to update, Mr. Horilal was thankfully available. It took 2 hours. Definitely better than 50 hours. Although the issue : battery replacement should be done of a proactive basis and NOT based on a complaint. Backup power should be checked periodically and maintained. #basic?
