  @ACTFibernet this is quite unbelievable service I received from ACT. i applied the connection by taking three month package. Now the technician told, u need to pay extra money because of some extra things require. So I cancelled the connection. But noot received refund yet .

  @ACTFibernet yesterday's complaint about "no internet" target given today 8pm. Today so far the case was closed 4 times without doing any work and I am reopening every time. No idea why act quality has gone to this lowest level. Are you paying salary to the staff or no ??
