    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD My dear worst internet provider when would the internet resume at Bairagiguda hyderabad area. It's already been more than 40 hours there is no internet no response from customer care. Do you even care about customers?

    @ACTFibernet I got totally cheated by @ACTFibernet . I request all those who see this to opt for a better service provider. I paid more than ₹15,000 for a year of this, and they do not even respond to the complaint. Their links to rate the installation process, and the sales are invalid.

    @ACTFibernet Yes working now, donno when will it go off again. I am so scared to provide positive comments as well, coz the issue reoccured in 5 days. Thank you for looking in to it and I guess this was the fastest they fixed

    @ACTFibernet I have received the below resolution message now even though the complaint is not resolved. What's happening???, never experienced such a worst service !!! Dear Customer, Your ticket no SR10257073942196 is closed. To REOPEN ticket Reply N to 9632711600.

    @ACTFibernet Still the worst experience. Took 6.5 hours to fix after coming on duty, when the resolution would have taken only 1 hour. Highly disappointed with your service.
