    Hi @ACTFibernet The worst experience to get a connection from the internet, It"s been almost 5 days since I requested for reallocation but not one showed up for the installation to my new location. Worst customer support and no option to submit feedback also @ACT_Issues

    @avdeshho59 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket to shift my connection with TICKET ID SR11080671198304 this issue was declared to be resolved by 14 June 2026 but till now nothing has been done I am working without internet since a week my ACT account number is 110777865246 please resolve

    Dear Friends, I don’t know how wants to hear this and who is gonna benefit from it, but if you options, which you will for sure, then please do not opt for @ACTFibernet as your WiFi service provider. 20 days no Refund pending yet. @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet Whenever a complaint about a disconnection arises, it takes you at least two to four days to fix it, whereas other Wi-Fi companies resolve the same issue within half an hour to an hour. Why is this the case? Why don't you improve your company's service?

    @ACTFibernet It has been 3 days without an internet connection, and the lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. Complaint ID: SR10180703898654 Despite raising a complaint, there have been no meaningful updates, no clear explanation of the issue, and no realistic timeline for resolution. Customers should not have to chase support repeatedly just to receive basic information. As a customer on an annual plan, I expect my subscription to be extended for the entire duration of this outage. Paying for a service that has not been delivered is unacceptable. The outage is frustrating enough, but the complete lack of transparency and accountability from ACT Fibernet is even more concerning. I expect an immediate restoration of service and confirmation of compensation for the downtime. #ACTFibernet
