    @ACTFibernet How long does it take to upgrade the plan? Requested on 16 Feb still it has not been updated and the amount is deducted on monthly basis. Disappointed with your service.

    @ACTFibernet When it is going to resolve? As per your last message it supposed to resolve by 27th Feb and after that no update. if you can't resolve the issue by the timeframe you have provided, then update the customer immediately.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working since past 24 hrs & no one is responding to resolve the issue. Worst customer support where not able to connect to any engineer. Ticket ID SR10253109039972. Resolve the issue ASAP my work is blocked due to internet issue

    @ACTFibernet can u check this ticket on priority my deliverables are getting effect.. its been 24 hrs no one is bothered to resolve the issue but got remainder to pay March month bill..

    @ACTFibernet What is going act? You services are down frequently and low speed. SR10253121484882 is the ticket. Ever 10 days issues arises. Get you act together!
