    @ACTFibernet I contacted customer care and they said the Fiber was damaged. WTF everytime ur fiber gets damaged.

    @ACTFibernet worst service, raised a complaint but after 24 hrs also they didn't respond to the issue.. worst customer service..need to change @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Internet has been going down for a day every couple of weeks lately. There's no internet at home since yesterday. Very frustrating! If it keeps going down, we'll be switching to some other provider.

    @ACTFibernet this is beyond disappointing at this point. I lose my internet every two months as if it is customery or traditional. This is not okay. I have asked for a resolution the last time and they said they will work on it. But turns out they didnt. This is so lack lustre

    @yungdindux @ACTFibernet Fiber net. I have enough problems dealing with fiber. I'll never take their router. Trashy internet, trashy customer service. I'll probably opt out after this.

    @ACTFibernet why suddenly there is a frequent issue in my network when due date comes why your colleagues gave wrong information regarding payment. Is this how you treat customers, one of your Dumbo colleague called me and he don't know what he spoke horrible service

    @ACTFibernet it is impossible to connect with your customer support team. Without resolution, emails/text messages are sent that the complaint has been resolved.
