    @ACTFibernet I have made a call today and you guys kept your phone aside. This is no way professional. Its been 20 days and the issue has not been solved. How many days more? Where the hell is the technician man?

    Such a worst customer experience, I wanted a router configuration help and I complained it long back. Now it's days and I don't get a response. Is this how you do business and treat customers with carelessness?? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI We discnncted ACT because of its poor srvc My sister is following up with ACT team for last 23 days to gt the rfnd for Security dpst & Billing amt. They r jst gvng ticket no.s & 7 days TAT for making refund, hwver till date we didn't get any.

    @ACTFibernet why is that I always hv to make social media escalation for you to provide resolution on time. I raised a complaint yesterday & was told that it'll be resolved by 10:30 today. Still not done, called ur customer care 4 times already. How many times should i call?

    @ACTFibernet Yes, I got a call from customer support. The consumption has gone down after changing my ACT login password. Not sure how though? I still believe there is a good enough difference between actual consumption and the one showed on the ACT website.
