@ACTFibernet Your request SR10460990898322 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 8/16/2021 11:00:00 AM (MM/DD/YYYY). You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app Continuously I m facing issues with ACT, every month I m reaching out to customer care with the issue.

@ACTFibernet Your pre defined template messages won’t solve the issues that we as a customers face. Such a creepy and cheapest of the service providers. Customer response is -0 and customer service is not in the dictionary of ACT
