    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Using 100 Mbps ACT Fibernet for years, but still stuck with outdated cables that can’t support the speed. Raised a complaint on April 13—no response till now. Extremely poor service. Time to switch to a better provider.🤮

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet what’s wrong with your Hyderabad service? Facing internet blackout second time in one month. Customer care is worthless. No way to prioritise resolution. It takes 24 hours. Are we living in stone age? Or you are asking to switch to JioFibre or Airtel?

    @Srinivasa After multiple calls & emails, @ACTFibernet has closed my ticket without resolving my refund issue. Router already returned (have video proof), yet refund kept on hold for months.Ticket no :SR10279644165026, I have all most following up on daily basis.

    Hey @ACTFibernet, this is unacceptable. Applied for relocation on the 20th, promised installation by the 22nd. It’s now the 24th and I’m still stuck without internet. My work is suffering. Sort this out ASAP! Complaint No: #SR10179937122025 #ACTFibernet #CustomerServiceFail
