    @ACTFibernet my internet is not working for past 2 days. No response from service engineer. If I am trying to connect to customer care service it takes 30 mins to connect to an agent. Your chat system is not that extensive. How do you expect your customer to connect with you ?

    @ACTFibernet Now it is more than 36 hours and no Internet. ACT is the worst service ever. Soon going to disconnect it.

    @ACTFibernet Raised ticket SR10280695130624 and support blamed "6 devices" for my speed dropping that's not it. On a 200Mbps plan but the router falls to ~150 within 20 min (only a reboot fixes it), same even with 1 device connected. I need an actual fix / router replacement

    @ACTFibernet Another day without internet. When will you fix the issue ? 3 days without internet for work from home professional. Now you are loosing the trust we have. Need to look for alternatives

    @ACTFibernet - Pathetic service..the network is down since yday noon still unattended..the customer care numbers r available - limited hours..getting thru is a big challenge. Vtg grt difficulty opened a ticket to know etr is 1 day.Internet is so critical but resolution 1 day.crap

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working since this morning dated June 13th near HMT Colony Miyapur, not able to reach customer care and your website is also not reachable. Requesting to resolve this issue.
