    @ACTFibernet How could you charge anyone without any service? My connection was disconnected on 31 July 2021 and besides processing a security refund ACT send me such type of msg.

    @ACTFibernet I had requested for security refund on 31 July 2021. I called so many times ACT customer support and every time they are saying our billing will contact you within 4 hr, but not even a single time I obtained the callback. I have two tickets SR11960738099923 and SR11961829119636.

    @ACTFibernet your app is not working properly on my iPhone. No menu in WA to lodge complaint about slow speed poor service etc.. over the period you guys have actually screwed it up in an aim to improve

    @ACTFibernet I have no peace with your service, Internet doesn’t work minimum 2 - 3 times a month, And the resolution takes around 2 - 3 days after multiple followups. How irritating would it be during work from home. This isn’t the first time.

    @ACTFibernet worst service by the company i applied for new connection company took payment in advance and did not install the connection when i asked what is the reason we dont have slots left to give you connection i said ok then refund my amount then executive said me to call

    @theSalesOpsGuy @ACTFibernet Had faced similar issue with ACT in our apartment. BESCOM says they need to install a commercial meter for the power it takes. Finally BESCOM, ACT and our society came to an "agreement" and everyone was back to normal. I switched to FTTH. No more troubles + faster speed.
