    Guess what. It has been more than 30 hours and still the ETR getting updates automatically with neither the update or not the notification of what happened with internet 🛜. Such a worst take by @ACTFibernet on customers. I had enough and ready to switch for better 👎 @ACT_Issues

    @ACTFibernet from yesterday internet is not working it’s been more than 24 hours, i have work from home job how will i manage ? If you can’t resolve issues. Pathetic not expected this from actfibernet @shivamg0902

    @ACTFibernet Urgent escalation. Internet is down and office work is affected. Customer care keeps asking us to open new tickets instead of resolving the existing complaint. Ticket No: SR10280406243134 Please resolve this immediately.

    Hello @ACTFibernet @FiberAct Internet is not working for last 3 days and assigned engineer not picking the call, tried more then 50 times. Worst service. Ticket# - SR10380421311224

    @ACTFibernet just spoke to customer care, literally she don’t how to speak and when I asked about ETA for my Internet issue she has no answer just and poor service day by days it getting very bad, Internet is not working from yesterday
