    @TRAI I would like to highlight the negligence done by @ACTFibernet in providing the monthly bills. I have paid the entire amount for the plan but yet to receive bills and no official is helping me out in any way despite me calling them up for months & requesting for resolution

    In the october month, I was not able to use Internet for the whole month due to shifting and other process, but still receiving bill with extra amount when internet is not working. Have continuously complained regarding this, but no solution provided.@ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet broadband Connection disconnected for a billing issue with your Act4k TV. Customer care is completely unresponsive. Can you please have a professional to look into this?
