    @ACTFibernet I am facing internet outage for the last 2 hours and learning that other areas around North Bangalore are experiencing outages. I am unable to speak to customer care despite being in queue for over 15 mins. Can someone look at it on priority. It peak time with calls

    @ACTFibernet Team is not doing anything sir. Actions speaks, not just words here in twitter. So I need swift action in this. I have raised complaint also to address my issues in new location earlier also, but no respond, it’s a time to shift to other service provider

    @ACTFibernet Dear act I am not getting internet connection. When I called customer care the reply what I got is this "It will take 48 hours to resolve the issue. But even if internet is not there also customers need to pay". #worstservice #fraud #cheaters
