@ACTFibernet Don't you encourage your customers to use your services even when there is no power also ? i.e., with the help of any "Router UPS". I recently purchased this, but not able to use when the power is cut. User guide says "Power backup switches may be faulty of yours".

@ACTFibernet what a scam!! Incompetent technicians, irresponsible and lazy customer service! Completely non reliable, nonsense service! What else does one need to switch to a different provider? Its been 3 days and counting my internet is still down!! #worst #useless

@karanthakkar_13 @ACTFibernet Had the same issue initially, they finally installed it( a temporary fix) and after 3 months informed me , best option is to disconnect and the remaining months money would be refunded, after disconnection ,supervisor called to inform, we can't refund ur money 🙄

@ACTFibernet Worst ever service. Having issues with the bill and the complainant was raised 4 days back. These so called Customer care service has no clue on the resolution and they are simply closing the ticket. Worst service at its best

@ACTFibernet The level of incompetence and refusal to provide basic transfer and installation services, or even communicate with customers gives me confidence to never recommend your services to anyone ever again. Both your technical and CX team are the worst I've ever met.
