    I want I my money back soon, so that I can switch to @ACTFibernet . Atleast they provide the routers which has inbuild VPN support.

    @ACTFibernet I paid for activation of my internet plans almost 2 wks ago, but service is still not installed. Technician visited once, customer care has been unhelpful, and not responding despite assurances. This is unacceptable. Resolve immediately!

    @ACTFibernet I spoke to your customer care guys and explained the box already is there, I think there is a short due to lightning and you guys need to come to my house to actually physically fix it. There was supposed to be a visit today in the 1st half, but I have not heard anything yet

    @ACTFibernet It took 5 guys to fix my ACT connection. First 2 morons came, then a smarter guy came and figured out it was connected previously to Airtel. And another senior with his assistant came by. And it's all fixed.

    @ACTFibernet Vijayawada curemcy nagar area 520008..new connection.. Cheating.. Installation completed but no internet.. Very worst internet provider.. Dont take Act fiber net connection SR10581739892954 #ACTfiberWorstService
