    @ACTFibernet one of the worst internet providing company,took the total amount of 6 months for new connection but after that no response from 17 days till today daily I use to call customer service they tell me 24 hours you will get the connection but no technician will come

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket a month back. The ticket got closed twice without resolving the issue. I reached out to ACT support about 6-7 times, all they replied was that they will escalate the issue but didn't get any update till date. But the ticket got closed again

    @ACTFibernet Worst service….No Internet from last 2 days no response from them …..SR’s created but of no use…They neither lift your calls nor solve the issues. SR10757610021534, SR10757573475112…..For god sake please respond now atleast…..Working from home without Internet😡

    @ACTFibernet @JagoGrahakJago_ @consumerforum_ Hello, no update on this.. the refund also not Credited !! No service No refund...and the public is helpless.. our customer forums are also mum on this..! This is my worst experience.
