None of these companies are making refunds to customers,they are NOT FXING connections,no response on calls or emails-FORCING customers to go for another service provider- who is asking for INSTALLATION CHARGES. You can call it CUSTOMER EXCHANGE SCAM. @ACTFibernet @reliancejio

@ACTFibernet Ridiculous service… no connection from past 3 days and every ticket raised on app is postponing to next day. Even when trying to connect to the technican on call they are disconnecting. No responsibility of any sort. Pathetic
