@ACTFibernet past couple of day we internet not working in my shop. I have gave multiple complaints to representative team. My complaint ID Ticket No:SR11556387713232. Un professional customer care services. Still no solution from act end. Very poor service in Warangal district.

@ACTFibernet I have raised over 6 service requests that the internet is not working , which are getting closed automatically,not one person from Act has contacted me to resolve the issue, I have called customer care almost twice everyday and I feel helpless at this point (2/3)

Ok so this happened right now @ACTFibernet Ur employees used power from another building illegally/uninformed to the building owner and the owner ended up paying 7 months everymonth and now they have cut the wire and I don't have internet thanx for Ur amazing service.
