SRKriz (@srkriz26) reported@ACTFibernet @FiberAct I paid to change my plan to a bundle plan with Mesh. Since I already had a Mesh I told the service guy to change the plan for 1 month extra. He said yes, but didn't change it. The ticket got close automatically without any intimation. Plan didn't change
