    @ACTFibernet So basically after asking to share details on DM, you’re just back to not following up the matter at all. Just like what your Customer care operators have been doing for 24 hours. What’s even the point of this? I haven’t received a single update on DM.

    @ACTFibernet no internet since yesterday noon. No response to phone calls. The deadline given by your own team to resolve the issue was yesterday night. Pathetic service at ground level. Can the SM team intervene??

    @JioCare Its been 2 months yet the service is not available in my area!! Why don’t u guys understand!! And this *ucking **** @ACTFibernet have problems everytime! And am raising a ticket every *ucking day to them regarding connectivity issues

    @ACTFibernet Like customer acquisition, off boarding is also an integral part of customer service. I disconnected my service 2 months back and made the final payment. I still get calls and bills asking me to pay. #CustomerService #Fibernet
