@javeed904 @ACTFibernet Same problem with me internet stops working in every 2-3 days. I do complaint but no one calls or responds . pathetic service by act fibernet my recent request no is SR11059244958652 but I have solution yet. I do not find using this network useful.

Lessons to learn from @ACTFibernet How to cheat customers of their money. After receiving money, account is not created and the money is also not refunded. Their customer care number doesnt work. They dont call back. Refund doesnt happen. All Complaints closed without response.

@ACTFibernet @bada_paww There was a worst experience with u people and u r checking for new customers try to retain them then check for the new customers Ever time I raise a service request u people ask us to wait for EOD but it will take 2 day to repair

@ACTFibernet I have raised ticket for my billing issue still it's not resolved. For this ticket SR10158607555562 they have agreed and said to make the changes and closed the ticket still not yet updated. Again I have raised new ticket SR10159189345512 no answer till now.
