@ACTFibernet I Contacted Your customer care and made payment for new connection of Rs 14146/- Now since then till now 29 Nov No response from Your Executive, They said not covered under permission so we will refund your payment but not yet refunded , is this the way ACT work.

@PhaniVishnubhat @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Terrible after sales service. All they can do is regret for the inconvenience. We usually will pay for 6 months or 1yr plan so once you have paid they just don’t care. I have been having intermittent network drop and poor speed issues for many months and no solution.

There seems to be no end to my misery of taking Broadband connection with @ACTFibernet which gives 40Mbps on a Plan of 75Mbps. Issue raised on 23Nov & the issue is still not resolved @ 29Nov, 5 diff ticket numbers for the same issue. :o
