    Hey @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence, my xstream fiber internet isn't working since 30th Jan. Despite multiple follow ups, your team has been unwilling or unable to address . No technical difficulty since mine is only unit in society with issue. Many thanks to @ACTFibernet!

    @ACTFibernet I will register a complaint on your team to the Ministry of Broadcasting for harrassing consumers. Ticket No- SR10167120609944 6th complaint on 6 consecutive days. I am done with it.

    @ACTFibernet Main box has been shifted to my home 3 months back ACT promised monthly 50 rupees will be compensated but when bill generated nothing revised in bill I called customer service complaint raised no technician visiting my home this is scam fake promises clear this ASAP

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I raised the request 24hr back, and still, I am counting on the VPN issue, no one helped to resolve it, and the technical team enjoying it, they are not working after 8 but still, I am expecting their call to resolve today. This is ur worst service.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Work from home employees please don’t use actfiber, there is no way to resolve the issue with 2 or 4 hrs, it takes 2 days to resolve, i am phasing vpn connectivity issue which is created by act team and they are not ready to resolve in time.
