    @ACTFibernet this is beyond pathetic. You move slower than a sloth on a lazy day. It’s been 10+ days just to set up a router for an existing connection. SR10378046299407. I seriously regret choosing ACT — the service is an absolute joke.

    @ACTFibernet Seriously, the chat agents ghost me like I’m their girlfriend. Might as well use their pro-level tactics on my manager the next time he hunts me down during a network outage.
