    @ACTFibernet We had an outage of ACT today around 7.00pm. Reached out to ACT and Subramanian rushed to my apartment and fixed a server issue immediately. Thanks to Satish - Head of customer service at coimbatore and Subramanian.. way to go ACT for the lightening speed service.

    @ACTFibernet when they will call back and fix this issue, tell us the time when it will get fixed, don't act too smart, we know that u are worst service provider, as said the before the fix to be done by today and i demanding my today LOP from ACT, keeping cc @Airtel_Presence @JioFiberVoice

    @ACTFibernet Initially, it took you guys 10 days to provide us with a stable network,and we had to submit multiple requests for you to update.There are 10 or more people with an act connection,but only ours has been down since yesterday. Unpleasant experience .ID SR10266257476374

    @ACTFibernet Full monsoon came and went by in Hyderbad and I did not face a single day of downtime with ACT. Please do not go with Airtel or Jio for cost benefit, ACT is the undoubted leader when it comes to service.

    @ACTFibernet Hi @ACTFibernet your agent told me that I could get refund in 15 days . If I don't like the service. I need the refund of my 3887 rs paid for fiber plan. The internet speed is very bad. And i don't like your customer service. They don't respond on time

    @ACTFibernet i have been added yuppscope service without informing at the time of installation. Once i realise I have spoken with customer service for reversal but i was still billed 200 /- for something i haven’t subscribed.

    @ACTFibernet Team really unhappy with the service provided. my internet went down at 5pm today and I immediately reported but due to bad service we have to wait until tomorrow afternoon.Not sure when the service will be restored.

    @ACTFibernet This is a very bad business practice conning customers by charging automatic subscriptions. I have spoken to ASHA from customer service who was very rude and blamming me for not realising that a was subscription added to me. Do the right thing and reverse charges
