    @ACTFibernet I ve discontinued my connection last year bcz I ve moved to my native when I ask refund the balance amount act is saying refund is not possible as per policy I have to reconnect. How it is possible? In my native there no service? Why are you keeping my money?

    @ACTFibernet Today's the last chance If my issue doesn't resolve today, I'm surely apply for disconnection, this type of behavior is unacceptable. I'm asking for updates but you guys are just sending revised timeline, I won't continue with ACT if you give services like this.

    @ACTFibernet facing issues since the day I purchased the connection. I will always have to raise complaints atleast 2-3 times per month. Completely unsatisfied with your service.

    @ACTFibernet atleast have some courtesy to refund the money in customer's bank account when customer has asked you for disconnection due to the poor services. What would I do with the ACT money as I am never getting or recommending you to anyone?

    @ACTFibernet #sunderrajufraud he is a thief hide behind his customer service Rob's them complaint raised they themselves close without resolving issues. He is pakka thief. Useless customer service

    @ACTFibernet Ridiculous service by @ACTFibernet, unfortunately I'm on a semi-annual plan or else would have raised a disconnection request and went with some other better ISP, which can actually resolve connection issues in short or at least in estimated time.
