Complaint SR10379879346170 has been reopened again — this is the 5th/6th disconnection in just 20 days. This is unacceptable. I need a permanent solution, not repeated temporary fixes. Last time for buffering issue resolution, they pushed me to opt for a 3-month plan saying I could recharge for 1 month later. But now only 3-month recharge option is available. #misleading
