@ACTFibernet Your CS can't register a complaint, can't send an engineer, can't solve the problem, can't escalate to a senior manager, can't even disconnect the bloody connection. How are you even a service provider?

@ACTFibernet it's 3 days my internet is not working raised ticket not resolved till now. This is the 2nd time in this month. I loose 3 days of of my salary doing WFH. Your ticket SR10164973556134 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 31-May between 19:30 to 21:00. Team ACT

@ACTFibernet Nothing is happening....can u tell me the resolution time ..3 days gone .And connectivity yet to be stored..so ACT should not claim that they have best service team...in 3 days, electricity in local villages also get stored..if not done today, I shall opt other service provider.
