    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I did mail and call many times for security money refund.But they didn't give proper reply only say your refund initiated in 7-15 days but today is approx 40-45 days but i didn't get any refund. Very bad service. Ticket:-SR11963560836907

    @ACTFibernet My first experience with Act customer care team is horrible. My name was incorrectly registered by the ACT team and have asked them to update with correct name and regenerate the invoice with correct details since i opted for 6 months plan.

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 They will take money and never refund if service is not available in area. It nearly 1 month my refund is not credited.

    @ACTFibernet I am in touch with one of the person who is kind of local customer support, but he is also not able to help as there is no request raised from the mobile app. And as I am facing issue while doing it, I am looking a way to get help to raise a shift connection request on my behalf

    @ACTFibernet Even customer service is giving false ETAs and not helping at all! Not even assigning a customer rep to talk to. NEEDED TO START WORK 2 hours ago! What is the point of such an Internet connection in times where we are so dependent on a broadband connection!

    @ACTFibernet am not going to recommend this broadband to anyone, one of the worst customer service and till today i am receiving all communication with incorrect name. Had wasted my 4hrs of time and still the issue didnt got resolved. I wont recommend this provider to anyone.

    @ACTFibernet Been TWO days since Internet has stopped working and the app keeps giving false ETAs but no one is fixing the issue! Had to login for work about 2hrs ago! What’s the point of such an internet connection in such times when we need it mainly for work! Disappointing! Kindly assist.

    @ACT_Issues @ACTFibernet Recurrent issues and not being solved. I still have 3 months subscription but have called JIO for replacement. Can I get a refund of the unused months?
