    @ACTFibernet I raised complaint SR10179872550794 yesterday via your helpline (9121212121) and was promised resolution by 6:30PM the same day. It was then pushed to today 10AM, still not resolved. Support is now saying it will be resolved by 9 PM @ACTFibernetHYD

    @TRAI @DoT_India from ystdy my internet isn't working after raising so many complaints also @ACTFibernet doesn't care and solving the problem its afffecting my work very bad can u guys do something asap

    @1in1400Million @ACTFibernet I paid 11k upfront for their service. Act will not refund the cost if I terminate the connection, as per one of their rep - Akash.

    @ACTFibernet Thanks. The issue was explained as loose contact in the DB box- for the nth time. Small issue causes frequent outages.

    @JioCare Raised complaint but no response yet. SR No: SR00002KkDF4 Jio Fiber Voice No: 914079649420 No technician visit and customer care not answering calls. Very disappointing service. Kindly resolve ASAP. Compare to you @ACTFibernet Is so much better in service
