    @ACTFibernet I had logged complaint on 31st Dec arnd 7:30 PM since internet was not working. I got sms stating issue will be resolved by 4 PM on 1st Jan and subsequently another SMS stating resolution by 9 PM.

    ACT why are you not providing service in Kannada language. I am forced to talk to customer care in other languages. Please respect local language and culture if you are doing business in Karnataka. Shame on you people @ACTFibernet

    Thinking of disconnecting @ACTFibernet. When I was in M'luru the technician had called & said that there was issue with electricity. I checked today. The issue hasn't been resolved, yet. They're saying that it'll take 24 hrs. WTF?! It's been 15 days since the issue was detected.

    Dear @ACTFibernet, it was the first time i thought of changing from Airtel to ACT broadband, in a new city for me Hyderabad where everywhere you've claimed to be number 1, today is third day & I'm yet to receive my router, customer care are telling me to use LAN instead 😒

    @ACTFibernet Power box of ACT is still there in my building, I had raised a request to get rid of it, but it is still there and consuming my apartment electricity, pathetic services and full harrasment to the customer.

    @ACTFibernet Your service is so pathetic. Have received this month too higher speed bill when again last month I was assured that my speed is changed.

    @ACTFibernet I got a call from +914471852700 today at 10:52 AM but I was the only one saying hello and there was blackout from the other end. Immediately I got a sms from you end stating ACT will make another attempt to call within 4 hrs which has already been surpassed. Now what?

    @ACTFibernet Due to bad signal just checked the speed of my ACT connection and found it 15 download and 4.06 upload which reflects the performance of ACT.
