    @ACTFibernet Pathetic customer care and support. I requested for a monthly bill 5 days back and they still haven't closed the ticket. When they take 5+ days to send a softcopy of bill, imagine their service. They closed my first ticket without resolving after 3 days. Worst.

    @SukunaVal @ACTFibernet Ikr? I've used Airtel before, they would fix routing issues in one week max after complaining. Here ACT says it's impossible to fix routing and to tells me to get my account closed if I don't like it.

    @ACTFibernet It has been more than 4 days since I placed a request for a router and reconnection of my account. If you are not able to deliver just mention so I can go ahead with other service providers. Disappointing service, don't recommend.
