@ACTFibernet pathetic service. If I don’t get an explanation for the delay in rectifying my services I will have to change providers and also recommend against ACT for others in the future. SR10367443646914. 40 hours downtime and not even an explanation.

@ACTFibernet Your team is really doing nothing.They are only concerned about targets..for that they are cutting wires and stopping the Internet and doing so many for the SR’s from customers.The wrong location issue occurred again means ur engineers disturbed something

@ACTFibernet Internet connection is not working at my house since last Saturday (01/04/23) evening. I lodged a complaint on that day. But till date (03/04/23) internet connection is not fixed. Every time the internet goes down, you have to wait for 3 days.
