@PhaniVishnubhat @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Terrible after sales service. All they can do is regret for the inconvenience. We usually will pay for 6 months or 1yr plan so once you have paid they just don’t care. I have been having intermittent network drop and poor speed issues for many months and no solution.

@ACTFibernet really pathetic service. I have raised complain from yesterday and yet it has not been resolved. Disappointed by their service and they don’t have proper team to tackle issue that has been raised by customer. #actbroadband @ACTFibernet disappointed.

On an average i raise 1 ticket per week with @ACTFibernet . Its been that pathetic. Either its goes slow or goes shut completely.
