@ACTFibernet I have selected a plan and done with the payment. But the problem is no one has come for the installation of my brodband. I want my connection as soon as possible. I had been calling the person who made my profile, he says the person is coming today's itself.

@ACTFibernet Your customer support is unbelievable. Taking 50 odd days to resolve a single ticket - still unresolved. Even after escalation to ACT "appellate authority". Please get your 'act' together.

@ACTFibernet we have to pay for a service but we don’t get any proper response! All we get is standard messages from you. This is terrible service and no thought for customers at all! Disgusted by this and feel helpless. 75 complaints being handled by one engineer!
