@ACTFibernet You’ve got a good team of reps who yell at customers! Good job keep going and then lose a customer who has been using your service since 2011 Ref No SR10150512947970 Resolve the charge dispute else I won’t be clearing my next month payment & will go for a new service

@ACTFibernet Act Fibernet has turned out to be a horrible service provider.. disconnects for no good reason and no body bothers to resolve the issue.. if you cant handle the load please offload and get out...#ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet When I was desperately trying to reach you for support you didn't even care to respond. But now after disconnection, you keep making automated marketing calls at odd hours, which is not at all appreciated. Hope you understand & allow people to live peacefully

@ACTFibernet 1/3: We have frequent disconnections for the past 3 weeks on both of our ACT connections 103016259386 and 103904196918 but nobody seems to care in CS / Tech. They say someone would show up to fix the issues but usually they don't. contd..

@ACTFibernet I have seen the service in #Bengaluru. The #QoS is not within acceptable thresholds and also in case of outages, the resolution parameters from #CustomerService seem to be out of reach for normal retail customers. Hence I am concerned to start a relation with you.

@ACTFibernet I hv shared the details via DM, for new connection you promise 48 hours, to fix technical issue you promise 48 hours, issue is pending from 3 days & to retain an existing customer, who is with you since 2016, you are least bothered. I hv called your field execs 15 to 20 times.
