    @ACTFibernet used to be very responsive earlier. Never had internet down for more than 3 hours. Now it’s more like a day without internet. ACT is becoming unreliable by the day.

    @ACTFibernet is one the worst broadband connection in india better go for @airtelindia or @reliancejio etc. using act you will only raise a complaints, there is no consistency in signal always you will face a internet connection lost problem my new compliant *SR10765788764814*

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I got a call from your team, the person mentioned they had sent notification in mar-2022 but I havent rcvd any notification-if so I wouldnt be raising the concern.Right now my money is gone, it cant be adjusted and ACT CHEATED.NOT HAPPY WITH THE SOLUTION.

    @ACTFibernet your technician is too much irresponsible. After giving the timing to come for installation yesterday evening, no response till now. This is very bad experience.

    It’s been 25 days now and I haven’t received the security amount yet. Called 6 times your customer care but they always close the call with one line ‘you’ll get refund in 24-48 hours’ but I don’t know when your 24-48 hours will come. Really frustrating services @ACTFibernet
