  @ACTFibernet The issue is recurring and not a one time issue, everytime it happens you say the same thing, I want to know the refund process. ACT is the worst broadband company.

You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.   Today is the second day in a row with Internet down. Moved to act from Airtel as I was tired of their outages, it is the same with you. 2 days Internet goes down at 4 or 5 in the morning. Shame on you if you cannot provide service, today's ticket SR12381682223624 @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet You want to say that you will not issue/activate connection without payment but with renew them without the consent of the connection holder and ask for payment. Don't you think it's totally injustice
