    @ACTFibernet If you could see the date I had posted! It's the 1st day of the month. Even I have knowledge of login and logout ! Accept your mistake that you don't really deliver according to what you say!

    @ACTFibernet something is definitely wrong with you people, i have called ACT customer care a month back to cancel the Zee5 subscription and its not done, and you have charged me for this month. Send me the revised bill after removing Zee5 subscription and i'll pay for minus Zee5 subscription

    @ACTFibernet Still you guys doesn't have decency to return customer money . Which you guys have eaten up and no one has the decency to contact customer even after complaints. People should drag ACT fibernet to consumer courts for such frauds

    @ACTFibernet Raised New router request 1 week back(SR10255683186722) for A/c 102016772729, resolution date was upto 1 May 2021, still not resolved though ACT has taken full payment of Rs 3000

    @ACTFibernet Your customer support is degrading day by day. Executives doesn't know what complaint to raise. No coordination between support and billing team. Why don't you people maintain conversation history. Whenever I receive a call back I need to explain the whole thing
