  Unbelievable incompetence from @ACTFibernet. Down for 48+ HOURS because a technician disconnected my active line while disconnecting a neighbour's connection. Now they claim they can't fix it because they "need permission to move the junction box."

  Hello @ACTFibernetHYD, @ACTFibernet My connection in Hyderabad has been out of service since 3rd June. SR10180566946244 request number. The ticket was closed yesterday without the resolution and I had to reopen it. Please look into it asap and send a technician for repair.

  @ACTFibernet It’s done and resolved for now. Constant follow up 48 hours from customer, for after sales service call which is prepaid 6 months in advance? No customer service contact point,one app, that doesn’t help in resolving actual human problems. Internet is lifeline to survive. Pls.

  Something is seriously wrong with @ACTFibernet bangalore! I requested a Wifi shift change 1 week back and still never got a call back. And their customer care numbers are all IVR and automated, no way to get a human callback! Absolutely disaster service!
