Cheating strategy 2: Works only on ACT network! Why dont you mention these things clearly before the customer purchases. Why cheat them this way? You refuse to take action even when I wanted it to be returned with in 5 minutes of purchase! Pathetic @ACTFibernet .

@ACTFibernet - Btw, I even told Anwar that I need the 2nd new connection referred from my first. I'm not sure he even did that. I've been trying to reach him since 2 days and he is royally ignoring me, because the payment has been received right? So much for 'customer service'!

@ACTFibernet - If you do not positively intervene now, I'd ensure the connection & my relationship with your service stands cancelled! This is highly unprofessional! Despite repeated & clear communication from me, my new connection has been activated without prior notice.

@Airtel_Presence Horrible service, chngd frm #ACTfibernet hoping the uninterrupted service claim was true. Thr are frequent disconnection issues & it's frustrating when I'm on imp work calls/ online classes the service is crap. There is no possible way to complain in Xstream app.
