    @ACTFibernet while asking customer care why is this happened and they said will arrange and said Cable is cut so it will take time 😡😡.. How is this happening?? While disconnecting it went off on a click to reconnect they are saying like this.. I'm very much disappointed 😡😡

    @ACTFibernet If due to this kind of service i get error in my business transactions then i am going to find legal way to sue you guys. As there is a provision in Law due to poor service if client incurs loss i can file a legal suite..

    @ACTFibernet I have sent the req details in DM. But none from the @ACTFibernet has approached me to solve the issue. I have a plan for 6 months and I'm not able to use the internet for 14 days. Will you compensate for it? The least you could do is solve the issue which isn't happening even.

    You are left at their mercy and spend hours trying to reach their customer support. We finally had to ask for a refund from @ACTFibernet and then visit the @airtelindia store only to find out that our KYC is pending without which they cannot proceed.
