    @ACTFibernet Btw, the latency issue itself is NOT resolved. You offered a refund instead, but I have said I'll continue using ACT as a backup connection while I switch to other providers. Thanks for the offer though.

    @ACTFibernet No internet since yesterday night. I registered a service request this morning. It was supposed to be fixed between 1 pm to 6 pm. I also tried to call the technician but he kept on procastinating. It's 7:14 pm now. A day wasted. Pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet This is what happens when you pay their bills on time. Told me that wifi would work after 9 , still not working and executive not picking the call. Amazing service just after i payed their bills.complaint no. 110657215523. I would like to know how to refund my pays.

    @ACTFibernet Service technician is unable to understand problem also. He is asking to call by different person. Issue is persistent. Pls stop or cancel my plan if you cannot resolve

    I've been hearing the same for the past 12 days from ur customer care....nd ur service team in Chennai is the worst set of people...not even a single person has called me regarding my issue. having wfh..will u take responsibility if i loose my job @ACTFibernet ..Gonna file a Case
