@ACTFibernet literally has the worst service. I'm facing issues with my internet for 5th time in last 3 weeks. And everytime they take atleast 2 days to fix it. I want to stop my service and switch to something better. I'm tired of calling customer care every other day.

@ACTFibernet The way the internet service s being gvn by u is pathetic.Thr s no internet nw n ur customer exec say thr s a 'FIBER CUT' in the area. I rethink my decision to go for #ACT.Vry shameful service it hs been.2mrw s the day i take a new connection n gt ur service stopped.

@ACTFibernet And a week later the ACT is back up again! They send a message at 12pm today saying the service is paid and 2 hours later at 2pm they send another message saying if the same addition fee is not paid they stop it,how much more will you harass customers @ACTharrasment #badservice
