Myself Harish from Bangalore (8861250494) Tried contacting all the details given in act website. Full of ivr No way to reach Act Fiber net customer care There is now way to downgrade plans. Many tell only way is to cancel but we can cancel also. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

@ACTFibernet Pathetic customer support. I have credit balance of 385 and that I am disconnecting, I am not getting my credit balance back to other sources. What kind of business is this? Just to maximise profit, is it ethical to not refund customer’s legitimate credit.

@Airtel_Presence So your reply in DM was to hang in there? SR was raised on 1-May, it’s almost 5 days and still ur response is saying wait. This is not expected from Airtel.I understood that you don’t care about customers.I will wait till evening then will go to @ACTFibernet
