    If you are thinking of getting @ACTFibernet, don’t. One incident of rain will leave you without Internet for days while the customer care team does nothing to help. Oh, they’ll remind you to renew your connection while not actually fixing the issue.

    @ACTFibernet internet services are down for the 3rd time due to fiber cut in a week. Why can't you resolve it permanently? This is preposterous and horrendous!

    @ACTFibernet please help me in resolution for this ticket #SR10280058860234. It has been more than 72 hrs. No one has come to install the router yet nor picking the call. Is it so much difficult to get an internet connection in Bangalore for last 3 days ? ENgineer is not picking.

    @ACTFibernet what’s going on in South blr? My Internet connection has been down over 45 hours and now ETR has been delayed again for 4th time to tmmr 9pm Service has been pathetic so far My Service request no SR10280021544724
