    @ACTFibernet 2/2 im unable to join company meetings. I was following up since dec 2nd. But no-one resolved my issue. Please refund my money. I will discontinue from your service & I'll lodge a complaint against your team with all call recordings.

    @NanakFarms @ACTFibernet Did you receive any update?I have been facing similar issue since the last five days. There's absolutely no response or update from the engineer team,customer care executives were super rude too. They keep sayin cyclone has caused wreck & maintenance issues going on. @NanakFarms

    @ACTFibernet Hi, im from Chennai , I understand that there were a lot of trees uprooted, but everyday I am getting a message that the line will be resolved by 7 to 9am then a msg that it be ok by 10pm! Hire more people and get the job done. Line not working since 9th

    @ACTFibernet it's been 5 days since I lost my internet connection and I have raised a ticket but Act is not acting the way they are supposed to act. I am waiting for the issue to be fixed so that I can renew my subscription which ends tomorrow Ticket: SR10366547987994.

    @ACTFibernet I have been facing internet issues for the past 4-5 days and no resolution till now. Please make a public announcement so that everyone knows that in a metro city like Chennai you are not able to provide a turnaround even after 5 days. Pathetic service!!
