    @ACTFibernet - Today again the internet has stopped working. It is the 6th such instance in the past 1.5 months. Can you please get this corrected. Also, pls ask a senior engineer to investigate the issue and share the root cause report for such repeated instance of outage.

    @ACTFibernet I hope you have understood the text message. There has been 6 days of unplanned outage in January and half of February. This warrants an explanation because you are not paying me back for the 6 days when the issue has been occuring repeatedly.
