@ACTFibernet This is really frustrating, in my area the internet always goes off ,especially in weekends. and this happened every now and then.wn we raise ticket it takes almost complete weekend to resolve it. Do you modify bills? no ,then why there is always delay in resolution.

@ACTFibernet All this sweet talk on SM is of no use if your engg on ground don't even bother to visit to explain the issue and nor does your call centre has any answer to my queries. I'm losing out on my billing to client due to your incompetence are you going to compensate?
