Every 8 hrs timeline is extended on ticket & chatbot only keeps parotting same lines. Gone are the days when act used to respond in a day.

After explaining your executive says connection to next level and the next level never picks up and call gets disconnected. Today after another similar experience wrote and email with all details. Hoping to see it gets resolved or have to part ways to @Airtel_Services or @ACTFibernet for your unethical practices and bad customer servcice.

Raised shifting request 30 days ago ticket hs closed without fixing the issue and trying to reach out multiple times but no technicians available. I really don't know how the network is handling by them. #donotrecommend
