  @ACTFibernet I got this message, which is false - "We regret to inform you that your ACT Fibernet service has been disconnected due to Leaving City." I am not leaving city, I got fed up with frequent disruptions in service. Further mail says Current Due Amount: 8488.92, due for what??

  @ACTFibernet When will this calculation happen, ticket is already in closed state and when will the support team be trained on this, as per your support team this is not under company policy.

  @ACTFibernet Consent and they charged a bulk amount for this. Then I called the helpdesk to cancel it and even after cancellation a partial amount needs to be paid from my end. Why are you doing like this and why are you asking us to follow up for n no of times. Worst worst worst service
