    @ACTFibernet Since we are WFH, so when I asked him to fix asap he said its company policy. we can't do it before 24 hours etc bla bla. Now its been 26 hours , I raised complaint .but nobody resolved my issue.

    @ACTFibernet After taking broadband connection your service is very worst till now you not provided invoice. Also connection speed is very poor never suggest your horrible services.

    @ACTFibernet I recharge my connection today morning by 11:00 am and your employee told me technician will visit your home internet activity by 11:30 but still my internet not working when I call him 5 times he no respond your employee number +919870396707

    @ACTFibernet Can we have this issue resolved quickly? Here is the request no SR10163845609514 I don't ActFibernet to be the reason for delayed office works. Look into the matter quickly.

    @HathwayBrdband would u care to call your customer. The worst after sale service I have seen ever. Never recommending your service to anyone. All fake promises by your sales team before the purchase... Absolutely unwarranted. Wish I could have taken @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Still you cannot tell the progress on refund. Same standard ****** answer. Check your rating on PlayStore.. everyone is complaining about Refund. If my issue is not fixed, I will make sure to amplify this issue to as many people as I can. Also recorded your customer service call.
