Every ticket is stuck in "Work in Progress" while customers continue to suffer. Is anyone actually accountable for resolving issues? Immediate intervention required. Enough follow-ups.     @ACTFibernet can you provide an update on the ticket SR10180709586464? My work is completely on-hold due to this. There was issue with other service providers as well but they have fixed it on priority,only act customers are facing issue in my area since yesterday #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD From last 2 weeks I am having an internet issue - it automatically keeps disconnecting during the day and in nights it's never visible to connect. I keep calling the ACt local technician placed within our towship he never responds.
