    @pranesh @ACTFibernet @RT_com DDOS attacks on CDNs can work in weird ways. Your screenshot shows that a socket is opened, so it's not a routing issue.

    @kingslyj @ACTFibernet @RT_com No, it's got something to do with ACT. It doesn't work normally, it doesn't work with encrypted DNS, it works with a VPN, it works on mobile Internet with that same encrypted DNS. So it isn't the website itself that's the problem.

    (2/2) @ACTFibernet Without telling the customer, how they know that internet is working or not. If customer have any important work, at last minute they have came to know that internet went down? If you notify the details to them earlier they will plan accordingly.

    @ACTFibernet worst ISP ACT Fibernet. In a month my internet got disconnected 10 times and iam not able to utilise the internet in urgent needs. SR10464226643854 resolve immediately and permanently iam compelled to raise complaint every day in ACT portal.

    Hi @ACTFibernet, Please be inform to your customers that when internet is down and on next step checking the internet problem is minor or major problem and how much time it take to complete based on the problem intimate to the customers, so that they can plan accordingly. (1/2)
