    @ACTFibernet even the TN Govt acted swiftly and removed the branches fallen from the trees and things restored to normal. Unfortunate that ACT could restore their service.

    @ACTFibernet Internet connection was disrupted on 10th December, still not resolved. I would not recommend ACTFibernet to anyone. Go for other service provider who can resolve the disruption within reasonable time. SR10366544434194

    Dear @ACTFibernet , Who will take responsibility for this poor service? More than 3 days, no internet. With all due respect, your service is pathetic and horrible. Your on field agents, engineers are the worst. No provider will take more than 3-4 days to resolve.

    worst part is it is never easy to connect to customer care and also to make them work you have worst of the worst policies like not providing the resolution as per ETR AND SIMPLY DELAYING THE ETR as per your convenience!! Wow 96 hrs is expected to resolve the issue. @ACTFibernet
