    @ACTFibernet Hi, there is a concurrent problem which keeps happening, your servers don't have power back up, everytime there is a power cut in the area the internet goes down, what's the point of me having a UPS power back up if your internet is susceptible to power supply in the area?

    It's weekend and @ACTFibernet had conked off..normally pretty solid ..not sure what's the issue .

    @ACTFibernet Thanks, After the 17hrs of no internet the issue as been fixed @ACTFibernet.. Yesterday was an bad day at office. Appreciate the work because it has been fixed with in 24 hrs but please be soo quick next time then will be it will be useful and more productive for both end.

    No Internet connectivity from past 24 hours, I raised complaint before 24 hours but none of the executive contacted me or resolved my issue. Worst service from ACT, did mistake by selected ACT. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet Every month min 2-3 days the Internet is down. I pay for 30 days but never experienced a single month without issues - ID 103016766596
