@ACTFibernet Just receving assurances. Not able to see any result. It's more than 12hours now without internet. When you are charging me monthly for 28days. In that a whole day I am not using your internet? Why should we even pay for the days when internet is down. Poor turnaround.

Still no action from ACT. Aren't interested in resolving it. Please request you to disconnect the service effective today and refund the 6m subscription taken yesterday @ACTFibernet thank you for the service so far.
