    @ACTFibernet I've taken 75Mbps plan and engineer who installed the connection and router has given me the router which is ideal for 40Mbps plan. I called customer care many times but the issue has not resolved yet since past 1 week. Open requests are getting closed w/o resolution

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available to speak to legal team. This is the 144th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @ACTFibernet Can't even open ur app by using wifi . In a week 2 times techinchan came no change or same slow speed , Can't even send whatsapp texts messages are not going due to low speed

    @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago @nch14404 can you people help. Doing work from home, and Due to ACT, I forcibly had to take leave. This is violation of my personal rights. Who will pay for my one day forced leave? ACT should be fined and made me pay!!

    @ACTFibernet It isn't a new connection, the plan expired and i didn't renew, even your service quality had dropped over the years that i was using it, I will give it a try again. Just tried Jio for 1 month and equally bad.
