Hey @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD every time power goes out, my internet also dies — even though my router is on with inverter backup! I’ve reopened the complaint so many times, yet no one fixes it. Pathetic service. Stop closing tickets without solving the issue.

@ACTFibernet In Kengeri, Bengaluru your ACT Network completely goes down after 1 hour of power cut. Is that the only power backup at your end. We keep UPS so that work doesn't affect and because of your service we anyway can't work
