@ACTFibernet Highly Non-professional services. This has been more than 9 days and you people are not resolving a simple matter of collecting WiFi modem. Do you need a truck for it ? Even you customer care team is dumb. I should think of disconnecting my other connection.

@ACTFibernet I think your customer care executives are trained to say that we’ll resolve this in priority but they don’t have any clue on what’s happening otherside. If you are not able to resolve the issue within timeline atleast give an update. It has become recurring issue.
