@ACTFibernet Why is your customer service so bad? I wanted to hold my connection for a month. Instead they changed the plan to basic and told me they will raise waiver for 15 days. Everytime they say they will look into it and close the tickets but nothing happens.

@ACTFibernet Logged a compliant on 9 Dec that internet was not working. ETA 11 AM IST on 11Dec. Called today, as I see no engineer working, was update that issue will be resolved by 4 PM IST. New request is opened. It's 4 PM now and i have zero updates on it.

@ACTFibernet not working since yesterday morning. Had been sticking with them for a long time inspite of great offers from Jio and Hathway just because of their good customer service. Guess all good things must come to an end.
