@kotravai_n @ACTFibernet Worst part is.. even after 1 year, I'm still getting spam calls from both ACT and Hathway🙄.. blocking is not working as the calls are from different numbers.

@ACTFibernet I have just tried out Actfiber for the first time two weeks ago. The performance has been abysmal. Frequent disconnects, poor speed, horrible customer services. I already paid for three months, and as a student with online classes I am in lot of problems.

@ACTFibernet 4. Only once the customer feels like the issue is resolved, he then discloses it to the customer "SUCCESS" team. 5. Then the ticket is closed. I hope its a simple workflow. @SandyMohanG

@ACTFibernet i could not able to understand every day I used to face a same type of issue the speed of internet is very poor even can't able to talk through vedio call.And I decided to change my isp to different providers like jio atlest they can resolve the issue as earliest.
