@ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 73rd consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???+

@ACTFibernet 3rd day without internet. You can't WFH if you take ACT. They unnecessarily had me change my router but no result. The backend team keeps lying. Everything is changed from box to router. Such a PATHETIC service. I will talk to Airtel tomorrow.

@ACTFibernet worst customer service. 100s of calls to customer care & escalations, there is no resolution. Everytime a new guy picks and confirms it'll be taken care of but suddenly right in the middle of a work day my wifi is disconnected with no intimation.

@ACTFibernet So far, I'm without ACT internet for 36 hours. Fully confident it will cross 48 hours. With what confidence can I attend crucial calls with such tardy service ? Children's online classes and exams ? Customer sensitivity absolutely missing.

@ACTFibernet i raised a complaint saying, I'm unable to get internet when the main power is off. So far none have resolved this issue. Worst.

@ACTFibernet Not exactly resolved. I was promised a replacement router upon change of plan today by 12 noon. Then got a message saying this will be resolved tomorrow. Tell me how reliable is ACT for WFH purposes ? What's the point of opening and closing tickets everyday without resolution?
