    @ACTFibernet ACTFibernet My account was paid in ADVANCE till Oct 15, 2025, yet you suspended service without cause. Even if I had "consented" to plan changes (which I didn't), NO HARDWARE was delivered. How do you justify billing for services/equipment never provided? #AccountabilityMatters

    @ACTFibernet tkt no SR11076325902174 . Yesterday recd msg “Your SR11076325902174 is expected to be resolved by 20-Jul between 09:00 to 13:00” .Now recd msg “Dear customer, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 20-Jul13:00 to 16:00. Team ACT”
