@ACTFibernet Is this how you train your technicians to install your internet hub? Despite numerous calls and complaints, no one is bothered to solve the issue! Again, when it rains, this Hub will not work! @Mr Aditya Singh Grewal please look into this!

@ACTFibernet For every 2 days i am facing internet disconnection there is no proper explanation why internet is disconnected. Once i raise the complaint no response from service executive. ACT works perfectly till any issue arise once an issue arise service is very bad.

@ACTFibernet , I was promised installation the same day and was called continuously for payment. After payment, I got an sms saying installation is by next day btw 9am and 1 pm. It’s 7:55pm now. No calls from them till now. And worst part, the guy who onboarded does not respond.
