    Internet down since today; Ticket SR10279909602684 still unresolved. Entire area affected. Support only giving ETR (23 Apr, 1st half) with no concrete update. This is severely impacting my work. Need immediate escalation to higher team and urgent resolution. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Simple plan change request is pending for 10 days with no resolution. SR12379816557189 customer service is not helpful and app is not user friendly.

    Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.     It’s not about occasional downtime — that happens with every ISP.
