    @ACTFibernet my internet is not working till now while network team just visited my location, they were telling I have to talk with customer care but your number is every time showing busy

    Worst Customer service and unprofessional way and no response of attending shifting requests in Visakhapatnam and it takes ages for them to hear a customer and seriously considering for changing to other better service providers by @ACTFibernet @actfibernetvizag @ACTFibernetHYD

    I have raised two complaints and trying to reach customer executive, but no responses as usual. Waiting in line for 30 mins, expecting it to get resolved but no one to hear us. Stop using ACT, if you do not want to lose anything due to internet non-availability @ACTFibernet
