    @ramki66 @ACTFibernet Act is the worst network I have ever seen. I am facing issue of slow speed from the time I have taken the connection. They are neither fixing the issue nor refunding my balance money. I had by mistake taken 6 months package.

    @ACTFibernet Hi, complaint no. is SR10366545683394, It's been four days since the initial complaint, Internet is not restored, customer service response/update is NIL. Didn't expect this sort of poor service from the team.

    @ACTFibernet #actfibernet You guys should have the worst customer service team in the world. The ETA has extended for the last 5 days. Still no resolution. You lost a customer for life. Never ever will I renew my contract with ACT.
