@ACTFibernet Already been 6 days !!!!! 3 complaints and all complaints closed without any intimation and still connection not restored ! Looks like even ACT has gone the way of an Indian business ..unprofessional and ZERO customer support! Good to know that you like losing to your competitors

@ACTFibernet Not responding here or on email or on dm's, didn't get a call from customer support as you said. what exactly are you expecting me to do. Just Pay the bills and sit at home facing the wall. Been asking from yesterday what's the progress on ticket but no response yet.

@UdhayaK123 @ACTFibernet No they are not giving the refund and saying it's their policy that they will use the balance and use it when you come back to their service. Pathetic service as well as refund policy. These guys are such **** eating pigs I tell you. Basically they don't want to refund.

@ACTFibernet Please don't give false commitments still the internet down issues remains the same. ACT should be trustworthy interms of revealing any statement to customers. Can you share grievance readressal team email or contact information, Let us escalate the issues to CEO. Bala Malladi
