@ACTFibernet I am customer with ACT fiber net for more than 3 years. I referred your network to my office. But we are being cheated. Your sales team visited office and confirmed feasibility. But now after full payment of Rs.7222 your technical team says no feasibility.Pls check

@ACTFibernet Secondly my connection is not relocation. For my previous connection I did transfer of ownership and it's been still active. So they charged me 650rs for relocation when it's not. This is a really bad behaviour from customer agent and the teams. Please help

@ACTFibernet Well, you rep just called me and told exact same thing as in the email. Time for Act to change policies so you dont loot customer's money without providing any kind of service. @TRAI not sure if you are monitoring these daylight looting by ISPs
