    @ACTFibernet The support person checked and confirmed yesterday that the device needs to be replaced and he will replace it by this morning but till now no response. It's 24 hours without internet!! Why need more than 24 hours to resolve the issue when you already know how to fix the problem

    @ACTFibernet how many complaints does it take for your team to do a basic removal job? This box has been hanging here for a long time despite multiple requests to your support team. Completely irresponsible service and zero follow-up. you should also be accountable for removing

    @ACTFibernet , you guys are the worst. I have raised disconnection request SR11080198534617 . It is closed and i have returned the wifi router as well but I am still getting daily calls to pay bill and re-enable the connection. KINDLY STOP CALLING ME AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.

    @ACTFibernet There has been no response, and this is one of the worst services. Customer care informed me yesterday that they would resolve it within 2 hours, but it's almost two days with no resolution.

    @ACTFibernet "I am following up on my formal complaint regarding the 'CHN AMZ STREAMING MESH POD' plan (ID: 103686970808). Despite fixing the speed, you have still not addressed the hardware mismatch. Providing Archer C5 routers instead of the advertised Mesh Pods is a misleading advertising
