    @ACTFibernet Hello all, I need to mention here I was forced to deactivate this service due to the terms and conditions provided by ACTBroadband with static IP resolution. Now I am not using their solution. So for the resolution provided. Thanks to provide discount for 6 months.

    Dear @ACTFibernet even if I have DMed multiple times,still the internet connection issue is not resolved since last Evening.nobody z replying aswell. This z not acceptable.horrible service ......😖

    @ACTFibernet is the worst internet service provider in Chennai. Every month I’m facing issues. Frequent Disconnection, DBBox Power issues, even now. The service engineers are worst and unreachable.Scam “Don’t raise ticket sir, just call me I’ll come and fix”

    they advise me to shift to other internet service provider and i won't get any compensation for those 10 days, i want immediate call back and resolution for this @ACTFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet doing work from home, internet not working since morning. raised complain, called customer care, called technician. No one giving a damn to my issue. That sucks. If issue does not get fixed till evening, gonna get disconnected forever. Ticket no: SR10164550148114

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available to speak to legal team. This is the 142nd consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    Pathetic broadband service, i had to manage about 10 days without internet in the month of March 2022 and you guy are not even ready to compensate for those 10 days, customer care is least bothered and even the service engineer.@ACTFibernet
