@ACTFibernet I raised one Service request with Number SR10151922163672 on 2nd Feb 2021 but there is no resolution yet. I don't understand what is happening on this. Is this the service standard of ACT Fibernet? Don't you have any SLAs on the tickets raised by customers. (1/2)
