    @ACTFibernet SR10180476603804 No internet for over 48 hours. Your team keeps changing the resolution time and making false commitments. We contacted the technician yesterday. He finally called and said he was at another site and would reach within an hour.

    @ACTFibernet my internet is not working from afternoon. I recently switched from airtel hoping I would get good connectivity and service but does not looks like. Please ensure my complaint is resolved ASAP, first thing tomorrow morning else I will again have to switch

    @ACTFibernet I want to shift my WiFi, but I am being asked to pay ₹707. The new location is not far; I am just moving it across the road. Airtel Fiber is offering me the same thing for free. I don't want your WiFi anymore. Please come and take your device back. I can get a new @airtelindia connection for ₹1500 for 3 months. Very disappointed with this service.

    @ACTFibernet We raised this issue two days ago, but it is still not rectified. Please confirm how many more days are required to resolve it. Also please do not take this lightly We have been facing the same network issue for the last three months....

    @ACTFibernet I really frustrated that still the issue has not been solved, however I got a mail that complaint closed.. Modem is blinking green light but no internet connection yet. We are trying to reach your technicians, nobody picking the phone.. Total waste of money and time #PoorService

    @ACTFibernet @Preronareen Why does your customer service doesnot work? Your customer support email response is automated, chat bot does not work. The only way to get work done is to tag you on twitter? If your customer support is non-functional then why even keep such a team?
