@ACTFibernet its sad that I am complaining since past 6 months and no one has come for repairing after badgering for multiple times. You guys have to improve your customer service. I gave a complaint in your office thrice but no update yet!

ad experience with @ACTFibernet . After my plan expired, they did not give me the option to change Plan. I had to call CC and request a change, and it took almost 72 hrs for them to change. I will switch to @reliancejio or @airtelindia after this month poor service from ACT.
