    @ACTFibernet Same story every 2nd day connectivity is zero, big mistake moving from @airtelindia and @JioCare Regret the inconvenience. Looks like the issue is still not resolved. We have re-opened the service request SR11780733414574. Our team will get in touch with you

    @ACTFibernet Quality of service has gone down with weekly broadband internet disruptions. Not acceptable. Need a proper permanent solution #fail #broadband

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @FiberAct I haven't seen such an irresponsible ISP, for straight 6 days you cannot fix my internet when I asked for a refund so I can go with another ISP, you disconnected my internet. For sure I don't want to use your service. Refund my money for 3 month.

    @ACTFibernet My Wi-Fi is working now. Please let me know what compensation, waiver, or validity extension ACT is providing for the more than 4 days of service disruption
