@ACTFibernet Why is there frequent downtime these days in Mount Kailash area, where resolution takes more than half a day? This needs to be fixed even if it means rewiring the area, otherwise you'll start losing customers now. Residents here are just fed up with your service.

Hey @ACTFibernet i just got told that it will take 24 hours for an internet outage to get fixed. Is that seriously how long you'll take especially when other companies can do it within 2 to 3 hours?!
