    @ACTFibernet I have purchased a connection yesterday & the installation was scheduled for today 9-1 am, but there is no contact and no response yet, during payment you chase continuously and when actual service, you disappear !@jagograhakjago help.

    1) Dear @ACTFibernet, My internet has been down since yesterday afternoon. I registered a complaint through your app immediately, but after generating a ticket there has been no update, no resolution, and no communication from your team. It's been over 24 hours without service.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I needed my connection to get shifted, no response for days and days. Now I want my connection and subscription removed. No response. What a stupid interface you have. No customer care number on the app to help also.

    @ACTFibernet Not able to login to the app through registered mobile number. Internet is down from the noon. Is act network hacked? Raised the complaint but no one attended yet. What's the reason?
