@ACTFibernet Ur useless team said it will be resolved by 4pm. Is ur clock slow? How many 24 hours u need? If u can't satisfy customer, then atleast make refund faster after cancellation. Ur senseless team told 24 hours from past 2 days and now telling the same thing again.

@ACTFibernet SR 10257862697864. whenever the complaint is raised. They inform that I will get a call from billing team but nobody calls and I will receive an email and msg stating that the issue has been addressed. Why so irresponsible all the time?.

@ACTFibernet you keep on increasing the amount of monthly plan .Now it's around 1366 Rs. Now i see no plan comes around 999Rs. This is not acceptable and the connectivity is quite unstable .Please make you representative to contact me or else i should cancel your connection.
