    @ACTFibernet Customer Id:103441701726, I have paid for plan for 6 months and is valid as on 13th November 2021. How can you easily disconnect my connection. Am really suffered a lot and refund also still pending on your side. You should remit the Refund ASAP

    @ACTFibernet 103441701726, I have called customer care many times for refund. Still none have send any persons to collect the router for refund process. These persons Stalin(TL), Velan-Sales Team and Dinesh-installation none has responded my query.

    @ACTFibernet train your retention team agents , they forgot how to talk to customer . Disconnecting your service as your agent shrwanya said . I think she is the owner of @ACTFibernet Bangalore . After 9years bye bye ACT

    @ACTFibernet multiple calls, mails regarding refund of my money after disconnection. No response. It was assured through multiple phone calls that I will definitely get my refund. But still did not. I was a customer for last 5+ years. Feeling very very bad.
