    @excitel_rocks Hi, internet was down for 4 hrs yesterday & not working since morning. After putting a complaint, I got a reply that it will take 24 hrs to repair. It is ridiculously answered. Missed my @ACTFibernet which was never down for 2 years.

    @ACTFibernet why does your billing team disconnect a call after 10 seconds .. no proper update from your customer care and the pathetic customer service .. more reason to loose customers..

    @ACTFibernet perhaps the worst Isp in india. Never trust these people. They won't give a definitive answer and the customer service wala's are clueless. It's been 6 days. No connection and when I ask for refund they ask me to wait.

    @ACTFibernet Have a STORM plan but the link is right now giving only 50Mbps speed. The mobile app does not have an option to give slow speed as a reason for complaint with the connection. Can someone respond to this?
