@ACTFibernet What kind of service are you people providing? Your customer executive tells it'll take 2months for installation. If it's that case, why should we trust you? Making me wait for installation since 06/12 till now none have done their duty. Y r u torchering customers?

@ACTFibernet Yesterday I received a call for assistance with a followup call that my request is understood and changed. Today while making payment I see that issue is not resolved. I do not understand how you guys keep doing same thing every single time.

@ACTFibernet Hi, today i have raised a ticket for shifting connection. Ticket# SR10163658948274. I just received a call from technician and later received message as ticket successfully closed. This is least expected. Worst Service.

@ACTFibernet I disconneced my Act connection in October. Service request was raised on 2nd October for router collection. Till now no one came and a bill has been generated because of this. Is it my fault that no one is coming for router collection.
