    Something is seriously wrong with @ACTFibernet bangalore! I requested a Wifi shift change 1 week back and still never got a call back. And their customer care numbers are all IVR and automated, no way to get a human callback! Absolutely disaster service! Something as basic as internet isn’t solved in the ‘Startup Capital’ of India

    @ACTFibernet Hi @ACTFibernet it is working now but pls explain to me how will I be able to work if I have night shifts on 1st sometime. How do postpaid bills get generated without interrupting service? I understand not being able to login but why service will not be available, I want to know

    @ACTFibernet it's been 2 days since we raised a request for relocating my Act connection in Hyderabad SR10180566938884 est date of resolution was given as 4th June 2026 as reflected in the App but there's no response from Act since then. Please help asap

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD what kind of service is this? Every month 2-3 days, I loose Internet connection because of your incapability, but you charge for all days including non functioning days. I have raised ticket SR10180535330154,still no one attended. Bad customer service

    @ACTFibernet I really frustrated that still the issue has not been solved, however I got a mail that complaint closed.. Modem is blinking green light but no internet connection yet. We are trying to reach your technicians, nobody picking the phone.. Total waste of money and time #PoorService
