@ACTFibernet Thank you for the reply. I am waiting for the Senior Technical Audit team to arrive with a Managed ONT (Nokia/Huawei) as requested by the Nodal Officer to fix this confirmed hardware bottleneck. A standard speed test will not resolve the 465ms+ bufferbloat documented here so please don't try that again. My stream crashes and I have quite literally been experiencing network issues on Discord with my voice cutting out and so on which isn't just linked to speed as I've had to explain to so many different people now.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD is a total failure. Data is consumed without any usage, and fake data activity is shown even when systems are idle. This is a business connection(static ip) not acceptable. Resolve immediately or we will terminate and switch to Airtel or Jio. #Urgent

3/4 @ACTFibernet Worst part: WITHOUT prior notice, a technician came and cut the fibre cable and casually asked me to “raise a new complaint”. ❓ Who authorised this? ❓ Why no prior intimation? ❓ Why no written action plan?

2/3 @ACTFibernet Your technicians later said a junction box must be installed inside my rented house. to be used by other households, which my house owner rightfully refused due to electricity cost.Despite multiple emails & complaints, no resolution.

@ACTFibernet 10+ years ACT customer. Facing frequent disconnections & speed drops. Complaints raised 3 times, no fix. Engineer forced ticket closure without resolution. Extremely disappointed. Is this how ACT treats loyal customers? @ACTFibernet
