  @ACTFibernet It's been 2 weeks since I raised my complaint. Someone picked up my call once and then just disappeared. Now the ticket has been closed without even solving the issue. Why should I be paying for internet that I haven't been able to use?

  @ACTFibernet, This is the 3rd time of a full-day Internet outage from ACT Broadband in Marathahalli. It always takes 8-10 hours to fix the issue. It's very poor Internet service in a tier 1 city like Bangalore.

  @JioCare had a pathetic experience on your toll free number. 3 calls in last 2 weeks and the issue is unresolved. After explaining your executive says connection to next level and the next level never picks up and call gets disconnected. Today after another similar experience wrote and email with all details. Hoping to see it gets resolved or have to part ways to @Airtel_Services or @ACTFibernet for your unethical practices and bad customer servcice.

  @ACTFibernet is bloody ****. Not working since morning. Keep the customer on call waiting for half an hour and never provide solution. No one should opt for ACT Fibrenet.

I still have around 2 months left in my current plan. Kindly refund the proportionate amount along with my remaining cashback balance at the earliest. Requesting your urgent support.   @ACTFibernet you guys actually do not have shame anymore. If not the constant internet downtime, it's the inconsisten speed and CONSTANT packet loss all the time. Act used to be the best in India now it's just ****

  @ACTFibernet +change mybplan from 400mbps mesh to 150mbps mesh. Yesterday yiur helpline asked me to pay pro-rata for 400mbps upto yesterday and 1100/- which and paid. After payment of over RS.7500/- today you suspended my internet. You are total frauds. I am filing a police complaint
