    However after 1-2 hours, things go back to the same state. @ACTFibernet I want to understand what is the proper solution for this ? I have been using act for several years and want to continue with Act.

    @ACTFibernet I have purchased a 300mbps broadband connection from you guys. However for the past few months, I only get speeds of around 130-140mbps. Whenever I formally raise a complain regarding this, something is done to temporarily fix the problem for 1-2 hours.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down since afternoon. No resolution even after repeated requests. Service request for this issue is already raised with reference number SR11076338385534. Pathetic service! Pls resolve asap.

    @ACTFibernet Evn if u don't highlight i wil get 2 kno through app its nt a issue i raised. I raised for the delay in fixing the issue. I don't need you to jus tell me where i can view the resolution. I want you to Escalate the issue for resolution. I dont c othr providers take 4hrs 2 resolve

    @ACTFibernet It's been 4hrs since i raised the ticket for Internet Connection is down. Still i don't see its been actioned. Very annoying act and poor service on quick response. SR# 10276334933304. If it was 4 new connection it would hv been addressed and completed by now.
