    and we are back within a month, raised a req, wifi not working since more than 8+ hours now. raised multiple reqs, tried calling your folks but their phone is always busy. @ACTFibernet won't let me work calmly i guess

    @ACTFibernet Hi team, I do not know how you were unable to reach me through out the time scheduled I mentioned even when I do not have a missed call. My concern is that I have never requested for renewal of connection yet you billed me. Is your connection prepaid or postpaid

    @ACTFibernet I cant wait anymore now. 3 days without internet. Either solve my issue today or else take back your connection and give me my refund including 3 days without internet

    @ACTFibernet Such a pathetic service. Unable to use App to shift my connection. Called customer care and waiting for past 1/2 hour to get connected. Please self introspect.

    @ACTFibernet It's been 2 days since my internet connection went down. I raised a complaint, but there's no response yet. The ETR keeps getting extended repeatedly. When can I expect the restoration? This is severely impacting my daily business ops. SR10381716733674

    @ACTFibernet Your internet service is absolutely pathetic. The connection is down, and there’s no proper resolution despite being a paying customer. We pay for a reliable internet service, not constant outages and endless waiting. Fix your network and stop making customers chase.

    @ACTFibernet When are you going to fix the issue that’s now running in third day with ETA revised by default for third time without any update. Just fooling customers by saying fastest broadband but doesn’t have the resources to fix issues. One of the worst service provider
