    @ACTFibernet I called your helpline with a move request, which is supposed to be free as told to me when I got the connection. Now You say you are not **** that anymore. Anyway, what’s more surprising is you are ok to lose a customer of many years over Rs 650

    @ACTFibernet My complaint no is SR10363736661484. AS ALWAYS ACT FIBERNET SUCKS. I almost need to log one complaint bimonthly where customer care/ technical team/management doesn't care. Need o to chase them to do their work and customers are at their mercy (1/2)

    @ACTFibernet worst ever service... It's been 3days you can't restore a connection.. if you can't fix the problem by today... I'll cancel my connection.. you are leaving me with no option to find other service provider
