    @ACTFibernet I have been constantly following up and this person 9154689239 - he had told me that he will be giving me an update about the issue which was raised. I am fooled by ACT because instead of a mesh you guys have installed another wifi for me which is wrong!

    Dear #actfibernet #chennai i took the gx box coz u said no junction box nearby feasible, u found one, still i said chalo fine, now pls explain how come i having paid for a premium service am stuck with no net

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet let me know the process for termination of your services. Or else you will see a proper public grievance . The worst support ever seen. You have to pay the penalty for taking the amount upfront and this is big scam.

    No internet for last 3 days after rising ticket SR10381212704044 no body called or updated from act team, when I called the customer support itself doesn't know what is the issue ! Worst team! #ACTfiber I'm being your 9 years customer having an ideato move @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Why should I pay any due amount when my 3-month plan has not even expired? Why have you suspended my service before the validity ends? Please explain the reason for generating this due amount
