    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Facing issue with Internet since yesterday morning. Trying to reach the service but the person stopped answering my calls since yesterday. Can you please look into this matter?? The service is pathetic. Didn’t expect this as I’m using ACT from 4 year

    I have raised 2 tickets in the ACT app, 1st one was not actually closed, got a call from team and they crtd new ticket by closing 1st. New ticket was automatically closed again, without any followup, I reopened, now again its closed without any resolution @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC

    No internet access and the support does not want to take care of it. This is pathetic. Is this your smart wifi? This is why I am planning to switch to other service provider. @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet . I have DMed you the service request number.

    Extremely shoddy customer service by @ACTFibernet , after collecting 6 months fees in advance, they have wired shut my kitchen window at installation and now there is zero response regarding rewiring, raised on 24th tech yet to be assigned #hyderabad

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD no one has addressed the ticket. I do not have internet again. Can you please have some ethics to solve this. You should be ashamed to see this post dwelling even after 7 days without resolution. Please help me discontinue ACT services. I AM DONE
