    @ACTFibernet ACT customer support team is struggling to resolve a billing related issue over past 9 days! Technical issue still remains unresolved. At this speed of troubleshooting, I don't think bill can be paid within due date! Please expedite resolution or extend due date asap

    @ACTFibernet I waited and finally gave up after 4 days and asked ACT support team to cancel connection as it's getting too late. They told ok and said that I will receive the amount back in 7 working days. But I still didn't receive the amount.

    @ACTFibernet My Service Request# SR10153394959401 raised on 6th Mar for Downgrade of Plan was expected to be resolved by today afternoon - however it still has not been done and tomorrow is my due date. Would you please escalate this and share the required resolution on priority?
