    @ACTFibernet one of the worst internet service provider. We are doing WFH calling customer service they are just forwarding calls. Nearly 15 call make but they didn't send technician till now worst service. Because of this it impacted my work. Tech pasng nr my home no response

    @JioCare Update : Still no response, solution or mobile contact details!!! Have a feeling a bot is responding to social media posts. Please don't opt for Jiofiber. I'll also have to discontinue and move to @ACTFibernet or @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet Raised a TT through local technical support person but still no response. This is so unprofessional that you treating the customers in such a way, leaving them hanging for 7 days I'm ready with my payment but there is no one to activate my account Why should I pay ?
