    @ACTFibernet - In 2014, I paid 2K extra for the junction box to be connected inside my house since I did not want a shared connection. Your Service Rep visited my house to fix internet connection issues and removed my individual box and took it away without listening to me!!

    @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet ticket no SR10164636972934 has been reopened. You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. Team ACT - the problem has resurfaced. Its more than 12 hours with no net connection. Please look into this ASAP

    @ACTFibernet It's been more than 12 hours there is no internet connection for entire area,no action was taken. Hope you will arrange an engineer to resolve the issue ASAP

    @ACTFibernet I am wondering how you can close a ticket without resolving the issue. Ticket No SR10164645620354 is closed? An Act Fiber person called me to tell me it would take a few days to resolve the issue. Then why close the Ticket? Can someone from the company enlighten me?

    Pathetic service by @ACTFibernetHYD. Internet down multiple times in a month.. Also the speed is very less..won’t recommend anyone to use @ACTFibernet .. it’s all tall claims and worst service .. plz note .. complaint no is SR10164653706634..
