    @ACTFibernet, never seen such poor internet service in my life. Internet just goes away anytime of the day even after paying such hefty amount every month this is the kind of service I get in return.

    @ACTFibernet Dear Team, I've logged so many complaints many times for the intermittent internet connectivity. But the team has not fully resolved the issue. Today again raised complaint for no connectivy, let me see if this resolved atleast this time. From Hyderabad.

    @ACTFibernet you provide cable tv service in bangalore and it's the worst service I ever used...in a month atleast 7-8 complaints I have to raise and no permanent solution done @airtelindia provides far better DTH service with no complaints ..pls learn from them

    @ACTFibernet Can you please help as your customer service is pathetic? Raised 3 complaints and >20 calls about the same issue in last 1.5 months and no luck. A/C No: ACT101368694405. And finally, I have decided to disconnect the network. Please help me in getting the refund.

    @ACTFibernet you can regret all you want promise false call backs and look for electricians that do not exist and ping me that you are addressing the issue - Just ping a generic response if you don't care
