Jeet Mandal S (@i_jeet_) reported@ACTFibernet I raised a complaint on Feb 1 regarding incorrect update of data usage and whenever I receive a call from your team they just say that they're forwarding the issue to backend team that's it , the backend team didn't contact me nor did they resolve my issue.
