    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 4th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet , Really appreciate the quick and spontaneous response from your team. An attempt to resolve the issue within 12 hours. Not sure if the issue is completely resolved. but really appreciate the quick solution.

    @ACTFibernet took 4 days . Let alone took me 79 calls . That's 20 calls per day . Improve your service it's bad.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet ..Its Been 36 hours Still now no resolution 3rd time in a week..In 1 Month there is no internet for 1 week..But Bill will be charged for 1 Month..Have Some Accountability for the bill you guys charging ..Resolve immediately Network Outage..WORST SERVICE ACT

    @ACTFibernet Complaint number SR10363493135264 is open for 2 days and when I call customer care they replied as " They don't know when it will be resolved" Day by day ACT service is getting worse.

    .@ACTFibernet when it comes to payment, you guys want money in advance, but when it comes to delivering quality service thisis what you do. I would not like to continue with your shoddy service anymore! Refund my full amount back. You guys are absolute CHEATS!!
