    Was happy with my old network, but switched after ACT Fibernet called with an offer. Paid & booked installation, but they cancelled my request without informing me. When I called, they just said 'can’t fix.' Funny thing—2 houses next to mine have ACT. Why not mine? @ACTFibernet

    @johnsonpraveen0 @ACTFibernet Hi @ACTFibernet Account Number: 101756179154 5 days of zero internet and still no resolution. Totally unacceptable. Customers pay for service, not excuses. I demand full compensation for this blackout—else I’ll escalate legally & switch providers. #InternetOutage

    Hey @ACTFibernet my internet is down for 4 days now! Ticket raised but no proper response. Other providers like Jio & Airtel fix such issues in a day, but ACT is just delaying. Worst service ever!

    @Whyyynotbro @ACTFibernet Me too, every time they need 3 days to resolve issues, but they are projecting as largest ISP, but reality not like that, they don’t have backup plans to restore service, literary I called technician more than 50 times today, he don’t have 1 min time to answer call,sooo carzyyyyy
