    Dear @ACTFibernet your internet has become rank bad. Last 3 months have been terrible. Numerous complaints raised. No respite. It keeps getting disconnected. Worst is after restarting router your internet takes 15 mins to connect. Dear @JioCare please tel me how can I move to you

    @ACTFibernet My work hrs is 9:00 to 17:00! Would you reimburse my one day loss of pay?? As you claim the service restoration to happen around 19:00 .. i request you to treat this on priority..

    @ACTFibernet U really don't care. Do i need 2 be ur customer u 4 u to worry about lives of ur others customers. It's a public electric pole which u r using 2 hang cables & save some metres of it by criss crossing cables across the road Have some humanity and remove the jungle of wire

    @ACTFibernet You people can only reply on X but not work properly. Make sure my refund is credited by the evening today so i can change service provider. Will have to approach consumer against u otherwise
