    @ACTFibernet I complained about internet connectivity today morning yet the issue has not been solved and the internet is not working. What is the problem in giving best service to the customers?

    @ACTFibernet Its been 4 hrs of complaint, nobdy has resolved the issue n this is regularly hppng, ACT the biggest service provider is not at all bothered abt the customers problem n very careless..these type of service thy provide n ask monthly payment..

    @reliancejio @JioCare @ACTFibernet Finally I got the connection on the 6th day after somany follow ups and requests. After getting connection it worked only two days for us. From there we are calling your people for resolving the issue,every time they are telling that with in 24 hours the problem will be resolved.

    @GaneshP22518972 @ACTFibernet Second you on this I ve been with this company for last 10 years now and I can assure you this has the worst customer service. lie , unethical practices disconnection of calls , not responding to emails they just mastered the art .. finally I'm switching to Airtel..

    @ACTFibernet Looks like your associates are fooling you by manually resolving the tickets without even looking at the issues. It's not even a month that i took your connection and i am regretting it already. Unecessary charges, bad network and so much hassle in getting your issues resolved
