Despite your team promising a refund for the unused period, I haven’t received a single update or resolution. It’s frustrating that after chasing for reliability, now I have to chase for accountability. Please process the refund immediately and confirm. It shouldn’t take this much effort to close things professionally.

Today I missed my 11AM interview, 5PM is at risk. Your reps cut my call, no support, no fix. You charge ₹118/day late fee — what about MY LOSSES?
