Every month, someone cuts @ACTFibernet wires and customers lose internet connection for a day at least. This joke of a service has been going on for several years now.

@ACTFibernet my ticket no SR10163820695252 for this you have replied your representative will call me. Act person called me and told me you have raised shifting enquiry, not shifting he said in rood way.Then how customer care said shifting got delayed due to technical issues.

My @airtelindia broadband and phone is not working since December. Although I raised a lot of complaints, no working solution has been offered. Customer care is the worst too! Any service providers @ACTFibernet @JioCare are free to contact if they can install in 24 HRS. TIA

@ACTFibernet a/c# 102016069233 I have act storm package with 300 mbps using to link archer c6 router. Continuously for 30 days you have been throttling my bandwidth down to 90 mbps, this is fraud. Don’t make me think Jio is better than you ethically.

@ACTFibernet From November 2021 ACT fiber net is not working because of cable cut near office. After N number of complaints, ACT/ Chennai/Guindy sent us renuval payments for one more year. AC Number :103471621693 Service people are not at all working.
