    @ACTFibernet It's day 12 since I lost my connection and still nothing constructive so far from u ppl.. #worstinternetservice worse part is getting bill payment reminders and billing s even more fantastic... You have billed for the so far not provided service so called sfx box or something

    @ACTFibernet I repeat, its been an ongoing issue and the first complaint was raised on Nov. They keep on closing the tickets without an actual resolution. It may spoil the brand!

    @ACTFibernet It is more than 48 hours and the issue is not resolved yet. I've to seriously thinking of migrating to another network if this is your commitment to your customers.

    My Act Fiber net is down from 3 hours, I am also unable to reach the support team via call. I work in night shifts which require huge bandwidth. I also have important scheduled meets today. Need urgent help @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC #Actfiber

    @ACTFibernet My ACT Fibernet internet connection is out for the past three days due to cable cut. I have raised a complaint and have called the customer care multiple times, but the issue is not fixed as of now, eventhough the estimated date for the fix has long passed.
