@ACTFibernet Internet not working since 3 days, no action on the ticket as well. Until when are you supposed to make us wait? You immediately stop internet if not paid or offer any extension. You are just going the #excitel way and soon will have to drop you as well

I cancelled the connection because i got reviews from my friends that their service is third class and no i have witnessed the same by not getting the refund.
