    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I am very much frustrated with your customer journey. I was promised to the installation today and nobody called me today. I provided alternative number to call but your customers care failed to do so. Can you guys resolve it... Or not...

    @ACTFibernet are you guys ever going to resolve my complain. Raised the ticket on 5th October and still waiting for any kind of response. Complain no- SR11866014891444. I got better things to do than wait for your solutions. Fix it up ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet Quick resolution ?? That will be till tomorrow evening and you call this quick ?? Figure out what that hell is the problem and fix it once in for all. I am so done. I AM GONNA LOOK FOR AN ALTERNATIVE FOR SURE IF THIS IS NOT FIXED BY TODAY.

    @ACTFibernet Your sales person never bother when I complaint about speed issues, simply says plz call up CS and CS says apologies but no resolution. They say we will send a technician to home to resolve the issue, only when I raise for disconnection request.
