  @ACTFibernet Hi, complaint no. is SR10366545683394, It's been four days since the initial complaint, Internet is not restored, customer service response/update is NIL. Didn't expect this sort of poor service from the team.

  @ACTFibernet Hello, I raised a complaint on Sunday evening. The time slot for my service changed to every 4 hours like 9.00 to 13.00 then 16.00 to 19.30 it was happening last 2 days. Service person has not come till now. Very poor customer service. Disappointed.

  It's been 3 days since Cyclone Mandous has crossed Chennai. Till now @ACTFibernet hasn't resolved our issue. Do understand that since internet issue hasn't been resolved we are under pressure. I've never had such a bad experience with any company at all. (1/3)

  @ACTFibernet Still connection is Down .. more than 4 days ACT fibernet services is down and No one has called or updated the status of my complaint... Non apologetic

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet The 48 hours you have mentioned is going to be completed today if the problem not sorted out I will lodge a complaint in consumer court and ask for compensation and loyalty.
