@ACTFibernet Worst internet provider ever. Service is down every other day. Even after raising tickets and contacting customer care multiple times, issue still not resolved. Pls look into the ticket (SR10466394649354)and rectify the issue at the earliest or else I'll disconnect.

Today morning @ACTFibernet executive named Vinutha called me again for the issue. I asked her 2 questions. 1. What is the turnaround time for existing ticket raised on 18-Nov. 2. What is the penalty if there is a mistake from @ACTFibernet ?

@ACTFibernet What priority with your team doesn't follow up's for more than 2-3 day's. Someone else calls and ask to re explain whole issue then say's I'll arrange call back from concerned team. And this circle gets repeated😑 facing this same from last 20days... Can't tolerate this anymore

@ACTFibernet our internet is down since the afternoon and your service technicians are worst. One of the guy has switched off his number and other guy is just calling and giving crap instructions when broadband is not working. In a month 7 days go for a toss. I need extra 7 days

ACT Internet Team remains extremely apathetic towards its customer. Have raised an internet connectivity issue multiple times and the team just resolves it without rectifying the issue. Extremely disappointed! @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet I had raised a ticket for OTT disconnect request on 12th Nov and resolve date was upto 14th Nov but customer care didn't responded for that and they renewal the OTT subscription again. Now when I'm calling to customer care they are asking to pay the amount.1/2
