  @ACTFibernet no executive or representative has contacted us yet. It’s been days since we raised request to transfer out connection. Work is not done but I get mailed saying my issue is resolved and I have to pay 400/- and worst is they are asking a feed back for incomplete work

  @ACTFibernet I have no internet connection and your app doesn't allow login (Incorrect Entry: 3 attempts left repeated over and over again). Not only are you crashing (again!) you're now not allowing customers to raise support tickets through the app. Excellent.

  @ACTFibernet Such a insane ! Why you are not acknowleding for my request and why are you not addressing customer concern! You simply loot my money like a robber and not addressing now! Its been 5 days I paid my money but I didnt get any update regarding connection ! Such a bullshit network
