@ACTFibernet It has been resolved in 36 hr when I personally contacted multiple technicians and requested them to resolve it. Also my 2 days salary has been deducted by my employer,Please suggest who will repay that. Disconnecting your services after this week,Thank you for the worst service

@ACTFibernet My internet is not working for 36 hours and i am yet to receive a call from any of ur engineers. Whenever i call your customer care, they are giving some tentative time which is never met. Last week there was an issue and it took 5 days to get it resolved.

@ACTFibernet yes resolved as of now. I still want to raise concern or logging issues using your portal or calling your call center, which is really very hard process and most of the time webpage expires in mobile. IVRS most of the time drop and never call back customer.
