Why cant you fix the problem permanently. Unskilled unprofessional fellows ... Pathetic service.. poor..worest in CC

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 10th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

    @ACTFibernet very horrible service . Pathetic experience. Never gonna recommend my frnds .Issue not resolved it has been more than 10 days..

    @ACTFibernet Even now the issue remains unresolved. Your field service executive are high and mighty, beyond doubt that they are very busy resolving world issues rather resolving these petty concerns. Apologies for expecting they will do some thing to resolve this!

    @ACTFibernet i raised a request to terminate my account, your representative said that router will be collected and amount will be returned to original mode of payment in 24 hrs. It's been 10 days, no resolution yet. I just keep on calling. Everytime the answer is to wait 24 hrs.
