    @sasi_kanth007 @ACTFibernet ACT should work on their customer support/services, I have experienced such delays more than a couple of times whenever there was an issue with internet connection(cable disconnect…) and relocation of existing connection.

    @ACTFibernet Cust ID: 102666559961 took a new connection and the billing cycle started on 22nd Dec but still internet not working!! No response also. Abysmal experience. Please refund asap

    @ACTFibernet Extremely poor response over last 3.5 months to issue refund. Latest ticket raised today: SR10366662536313. Next option is to move out of ACT once current cycle is done

    @ACTFibernet I'm really upset with quality service that is been rendered, I'm facing constant disruption issues with my fibernet in the last week . I'm raising a complaint each time and it is set to be resolved visually whereas still I'm facing this issue. Kindly need support
