    @ACTFibernet Why is there frequent downtime these days in Mount Kailash area, where resolution takes more than half a day? This needs to be fixed even if it means rewiring the area, otherwise you'll start losing customers now. Residents here are just fed up with your service.

    @ACTFibernet @KTRoffice @ktr my friends told me jio fiber is the best but i prefer actfiber which is worst all time service is down every month, i pay a monthly bill and how do I get back without service days

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. No customer support. Jio fixes the issue within 1 hour while this service provider is taking more than 24 hours to come back online that too in wfh era.

    @ACTFibernet Yes it was resolved after 5 calls to customer care , 3 tweets, 2 Facebook wall posts, 5 Facebook messenger messages... it was resolved .. you think it is a positive feedback situation to be given ?
