    @ACTFibernet It's been more than 24 hours since raising a ticket, and you closed the ticket without resolution. Also, I am not able to log in to my account on your app or website; it says my account does not exist anymore. Are you kidding?

    @ACTFibernet Your technical cutting the call instead of taking the call. What is that big issue which is taking more than two days to fix the issue. Such a great service by @ACTFibernet . Atleast update the ticket in app with correct status and why it is delaying.

    @ACTFibernet Registered Mobile No : 8015115434 I was asked to close the previous ticket without even resolving the issue and asked me yo create the new ticket and no fix for my issue till now
