    @ACTFibernet you said uninterrupted connection but i observed it's not. Whenever asked the service person to do a ping test he literally denied doing it and there's no other way to find fluctuations or whatever you describe it. Now unable to raise the ticket.

    @ACTFibernet infact my internet was working and some technician came and did something at junction box because of which my internet stopped working. thats how your technicians are working. they resolve one issue and create issue for others

    @ACTFibernet - You ask to pay the advance for six months, when requested for invoice your sales team doesn't pick the call and block us in whatsapp. It is not reflecting in the app as well. Sales guys are rude once they recieve the payment. Way to go in customer service.
