    @ACTFibernet Again I am facing issues with the internet. Every month we are facing the same issue, the internet is disconnected. Poor service please don't take this wifi The charge 3 months minimum plan and around 7 to 10 day internet is not working

    @ACTFibernet Again I am facing issues with the internet. Every month we are facing the same issue, the internet is disconnected. Kindly refund our advance yearly payment we don't want to continue with ACT and your third class service. It's better we switch to other broadband.

    @ACTFibernet You always say this but the problem keeps repeating. The technicians do not take my calls as well. It’s been more than 12 hours and it’s still down. You either compensate in my bill or help me surrender. I can’t pay for this pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet has one of the worst redressal systems. I have not had wifi for the past 36 hours and every time I check on the raised ticket the ETR changes. I have now been told the technician was in the field all day but could not solve the problem. Very bad customer experience.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down since yesterday (Ticket: SR10176124767114). Spent whole day following up. Service guy kept saying “coming soon” but never came. 3rd outage in 15 days. Others in my community have no issues. Want to disconnect & get my money back. #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India No internet for almost a day and the support team is not even aware of the issue,finally spoke to a technician after a long wait.after many years of using act, finally decided to change the service provider. FYI SR10276144104648.
