@ACTFibernet pathetic service, I’ve raised a transfer request on 13-Jun & I still haven’t gotten a callback from any technician. Called customer care & escalated my case 3 times but still no callback. I’ve been told that team lead will call me within 4 hrs but it’s already 5 hrs!

@ACTFibernet Apartment RWAs, individual customers, BEWARE of ACT !! They are cheats !! They want to make money by any means. They give a damn **** to your requirements. While giving connection, they'll chase you like anything and later....they just say - Go to Hell !!

[2 of 2] @ACTFibernet I finally ask the customer support I want to cut the connection-I am told sorry you have paid for 6 months plan till Sep. if you cut no refunds. Nicely played!!! Is sneaky uploads just a way to sell the 3300gb a month plan? No response from anyone.

@ACTFibernet never ever opt for ACT. They arm twist their customers to pay full month charges even for partial usage. Then they just disconnect, leading to harassment, in these times when there are job losses in mkt

@ACTFibernet Yesterday (17/0/22) today (18/06/22) the internet was not working for 2 days. I complained about this in the morning but so far the internet is not working. What is the ACT response to my complaint? Internet connection available? Not available?

@ACTFibernet You are telling me the same thing that the customer care rep told me on the phone. There seems to be zero accountability. I am now inclined to move to a different service provider.

@ACTFibernet regarding issue . Requested, I'm facing issues with internet connection day before yesterday internet was gone . Ok yesterday Internet was gone means total 48hrs facing issues so kindly request please help . Customer care numbers of time but they are opening ticket.
