    Very poor experience with @ACTFibernet. I've had no internet for the last 3–4 days due to a router/Wi-Fi issue. Ticket SR11880636732714 was raised days ago, but there has been no response or resolution. Please prioritize and resolve this issue urgently.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working from past 2 days, there is no action from the team. Cam somebody help pls, if not pls proceed with disconnection for such a pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet I requested a relocation of my connection on 21st May, and the query resolution date provided was 23rd May. However, the request was only closed on 29th May with the update that service could not be provided at my new location.

    @ACTFibernet The Team just visited and mentioned there is no “main box” around - he went back and said we need to fix a main box first for which team will call and visit tomorrow.
