    If you are in BLR never buy your wifi connection from @ACTFibernet. Worst service out there with virtually zero customer support. 12 days since a plan change request and no one has showed up. Now got a msg from them saying if I dont pay for the old plan they will cut the wifi.

    Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.     @ACTFibernet This is absolutely unacceptable. My internet has been down again, and this has become a recurring issue over the past few months. Despite multiple complaints, there's been no permanent resolution. Current Ticket ID: SR11779934225564 Too many frequent disruptions.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket to change my plan, already paid 5000 and still no action from ACT. You even closed the ticket and then I reopened it and still no resolution has been given. Ticket id: SR10179897246902

    @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago Three months of follow-ups… and still no resolution. Impressive consistency & just not the kind customers expect. And having a support rep who thinks attitude is part of the service package? That’s not “customer care,” that’s customer chase.
