@ACTFibernet strongly disappointed with this act fiber. Raised shifting request 30 days ago ticket hs closed without fixing the issue and trying to reach out multiple times but no technicians available. I really don't know how the network is handling by them. #donotrecommend

@ACTFibernet it’s been 2 days, my Internet connection is not working and customer care doesn’t even bother to attend call? What’s happening?

I’m only asking for a permanent solution. Why was an incompatible router installed? Why wasn’t it identified earlier despite repeated complaints? If this isn’t resolved, I’ll be forced to approach the consumer grievance forum. #ACTFibernet #CustomerService (3/3)

@ACTFibernet @VFSGlobal Highly unreliable service, don’t get if you are working from home. They take 2-3 days to fix something which others do in an hour.

@ACTFibernet It's been more than 24 hours since my internet connection is down and @ACTFibernet is least bothered about rectification. Every 8 hrs timeline is extended on ticket & chatbot only keeps parotting same lines. Gone are the days when act used to respond in a day.

@ACTFibernet @ActfiberC I kindly ask that you cancel the existing refund ticket and prioritize the installation at my location as soon as possible. All my details are already on file with your team. I look forward to your swift response and confirmation of the technician's visit.
