    @ACTFibernet SR10381639652454 this is the TICKET and there is Frequent network issue with your service and team. Tbh it's poor every week. Already been affected more than 12 hrs none of your employees showed up.

    @ACTFibernet live in a community of 300 houses and majority of them use ACT here. Even with a power backup in each house, when there is a power cut, the internet drops for about 5 mins and get restored, the same happens when the power is restored. Can someone help? Don't think your control power backup works properly.
