@ACTFibernet Act service is pathetic and shambles. It’s 2nd outage in a week and each outage takes 24 hrs to resolve, no one in the right frame of mind frames this SLA’s, do you expect us to live/work without Internet for 2 days in a week, I don’t recommend ACT

@ACTFibernet for last 3 days, there's been frequent service interruption in Bangalore South. raised 3 complaints so far, and nothing has improved. Highly unreliable connection and customer care is not reachable most of the time. No call back for first 24 hours. Worst service.

@ACTFibernet Evenif raising escalation issue on public channel nobody responded after multiple dm..This is ridicules...I will suggest never ever go for ACT as, nobody is supporting for any issue.
