@ACTFibernet Dear customer, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 07-Sep 19:30 to 21:00.I mean like heights of taking for granted.72 hours.Leave it we will shift to other service providers and will help our neighbours too for the same.

@adityaghosh996 @ACTFibernet I agree with you. They cannot even fix their own network. Worst customer support. They told me my routing issue cannot be fixed, and get a disconnection if I don't like the service. Other ISPs I've used were a lot better in service. Waiting to disconnect once my plan ends.

@ACTFibernet @Abhi00549333 Switch to airtel asap. These guys are thieves, just looting your hard earned money. My issue remains unresolved after 4 days. They keep asking you to be patient
