    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I have upgraded my plans on 25th October with mesh router on higher payment plan but new services not yet installed and I am still on older plan. Which I am paying for higher plan but availing services of lower plan. Plz help.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD strggling to get the internet connection right with ACT. Problem persisting since last 15-20 day, engineer comes, does something, closes the complaint over system - for no use on the ground solution. Above repeats Very pathetic Ac number 101007236645

    @ACTFibernet no refund given even after SR ticket post ETR SR10377704533905. Do ppl work in ACT Why refund is not given after raising SR ticket and called customer service 20 times, do ACT care customers or just loot money, cheat? Escalate SR ticket refund my money immediately

    @ACTFibernet I have asked for disconnection from 1st November as I don’t want to renew the service. Even though I have paid the amount until 31st October, they have disconnected the internet service immediately after the call. It has disrupted my office work. Pls help.

    @ACTFibernet When reached out to customer care they have taken reconnect request without understanding the issue. Will take you to consumer court if this is not resolved today.
