    Beware before taking connection or upgrading plan from @ACTFibernet. Paid for mesh upgrade 2 weeks back and followed up 5 times, but no response from field technician. Finally asked for the refund. Absolutely horrible service. Field service at Sarjapur , bangalore is the worst

    @ACTFibernet this has become extremely frustrating. I’ve been facing the same issues for weeks now: Frequent call drops & Upload/Download speeds are painfully slow - even small files take ages.

    @ACTFibernet I am on a 6+1 month plan (no OTT). I asked to add OTT apps and I accept extra charges for OTT. Your support says upgrading will cancel my +1 free month. That is not an upgrade. That is removing an existing benefit I already paid for. (1 of 2)

    @ACTFibernet Worst service i changed my silver plan to monthly plan with assurance it will not be down , but same story in month net is down for more than 7 days ..

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet @TRAI I got my ACT connection on 12th and paid for 3 mnth upfront. Since 13th, the fiber is completely down. Raised multiple tickets, tried contacting the installer&ACT staff-no response at all. This is very frustrating. Acc no:101786415952

    @ACTFibernet How long should we wait without internet and without TV. That too on a festival day. Don’t you think it’s much time that you took in resolving the issue. It’s almost 24hours since I have given a complaint.

    @ACTFibernet Just got call from ACT customer care they said the 6+1 benefit will be canceled if I upgrade. When I said I want to cancel the membership they said I will not get refund. This is how you lose the loyal customers, such a cheap tricks by ACT.

    @ACTFibernet Your ACT app won't be helpful for an inactive customer. And also i have raised multiple concerns for asset recovery by calling the customer support and team closes. The location I am residing at will be demolished and I have highlighted this many times on call with customer
