    what a worst network @ACTFibernet twice in two weeks that wifi has stopped working. and you take more than a day to fix the problem. what do you want me to do weekend without wifi? probably the worst service .

    Other broadband.. for 10 years old customer your not responding.. I will suggest all the new people who will planning to take @ACTFibernet don't take worst support they are maintaining.. better go for @ACTFibernet or @airtelindia or other broadband. Ticket No : #Sr10153327261732

    @ACTFibernet my issue is un addressed and engineer is stating wire problem I want the issue to be resolved today at any cost or else I may be forced to escalate the matter to ministry of telecommunications
