  @ACTFibernet Act service is very bad, they are cheating customer. I have taken 75mbps plan & I am not even getting the 40 mbps speed, they have taken money for 75 mbps speed. I raised several tickets and it's of no use. I tried contacting helpdesk 9121212121, they don't speak.

  @excitel_rocks - its been 24 hrs and nobody has contacted me yet for the no connectivity issue. Pathetic service. I will switch to @ACTFibernet if the issue is not resolved Ticket number - 11307839

  @ACTFibernet I have requested many times sating i need internet bill and VAS bill in a single invoice but no one provided proper resolution and correct information provided i am not really happy with the service i am receiving from couple of months.

  @ACTFibernet inspite of repeated reminders still d same issue i will never recommend ACT Fibernet connection 4 commercial or domestic use as their service is very bad. After making payment of Rs. 7146 in advance dy wanted me 2 pay that 200 rupees also 2 start my connection.

  @ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit It is really frustrating that my internet is not working for few days, and no one bothered to fix it in Act. The reason i am getting is really funny and lame excuse that the person where the box is installed is vacated and therefore my internet cable was lying without connection.

  @ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit I am really not sure why youa re still relying on someone to give connection to someone. Why not you have a proper infra to manage these and provide seamless uninterrupted service to your customer.

  Hey @ACTFibernet I am not sure what is happening but while doing office work we are having sudden loss of Internet. Please check and make sure issue doesn't happen. I am from HUDA Complex, Kothapet region.
