No way to prioritise resolution. It takes 24 hours. Are we living in stone age? Or you are asking to switch to JioFibre or Airtel?

Even before my service started, they made false promises just to close the sale"it’ll be done today", "installation confirmed" and then just disappeared. No updates, no accountability, just left hanging after payment. Left a real sour taste.

sri (@itsmesrinu1) reported@ACTFibernet given to us is this your Area Tecnical person Mr.Ramanan 500043 is our Pin Code and he says due to VPN connection it will come slow i use VPN only for SAP after that i close it ,for some other purpose also i am facing this slowness kindly resolve this or i will shift to others.
