    @ACTFibernet Ypu did nothing. Had it been highlighted to the engineers, the issue would have been fixed by now as the problem is only at my place not at nearby area. My problem is you did not do anything on this ticket

    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.     @ACTFibernet the internet is not working since last 2 days and your customer care is not responding. Even the local technician are not picking the call. SR11081518384474 is the complaint number. Its getting quite frustrating with no update and response.

    @ACTFibernet The customer care reps do not listen, they just cross talk all the time, the lady who picked my call the last time just didn’t listen to me. When I demanded that I speak to her supervisor, she stalled it first then put me on long hold (to test my patience) only to come back

    @ACTFibernet Internet has been completely down since yesterday, severely disrupting work. Ticket #SR10181621951904 is open, but there is no update or technician visit scheduled yet. Please escalate and send a field engineer immediately!
