    @ACTFibernet Have a minimal decency to respond to matters and admit if you are incapable of doing it. Anyways have filed a consumer complaint (docket number - 2857588) and will be filing another complaint with district consumer commissions and will be sharing you all details/e-notice.

    @ACTFibernet If you are not able to solve the problem please tell it directly, here my work is hampering without internet and kind of reply that is provided by customer care is not at all promising.

    @ACTFibernet DMed you details but question is more on how come app doesn't allow that? Should I file a complaint with consumer forum on how ACT is working in bad faith and doesn't allow customers to downgrade plan from App.

    @ACTFibernet I have got the same response for 3 1/2 days, Please allocate a technician to solve the problem, simply don't tell will arrange a callback. (No one had called yet)

    The worst internet service provider in Bangalore. Disconnected 3 times in a week and no proper response by customer support. I am fed up and thinking to change my internet provider.@ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet #PatheticExperience 102552387379 a/c no I was told that I won't be charged for the reconnection or disconnection by Customer care executive but now the charges have been added in my bill.When I try to reach customer care my issue isn't getting resolved.#Disappointed
