@ACTFibernet Your request is tentatively expected to be resolved by 7/13/2021 12:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. Called the customer care, he said customer care technician stop working after 6:30pm. How will you resolve it by12 pm?

@ACTFibernet we have raised a shifting request last tuesday and still no one has shown up for the same even after continuous calls. Very poor service.
