    @ACTFibernet Don't give standard reply I want internet connection in next one hour. Listen to my call with customer care i spoke few minutes ago. Your technician should know somethings when on work to inform senior manager. Check DM right now

    @gopikandle @ACTFibernet Based on a broader search of X posts mentioning ACT Fibernet issues like outages or problems (not just the hashtag), there are around 28 such posts from August 22-27, 2025. Most are from Hyderabad users reporting multi-day disruptions. This indicates several dozen affected, but total impacted customers could be higher.

    @ACTFibernet Plz just give me a time by when it will get resolved. It's almost a week without internet, and u ppl r still clueless. No one has even visited my place for the fault. Absolute, 3rd class service. If it is not resolved by thursday, u better refund my money, bcoz I am switching.

    @ACTFibernet Facing constantly disruptions since the last 10days . It’s been 4 days since the current outage but no action from your side except for extending the deadline for completion.Unable to contact your engineer also and no initiative from your team to help….Pathetic 1/2
