    @ACTFibernet Inspite of follow up the team turn up and now says that I device GX & Update the plan to Act Blaze. Pathetic service. I have this connection for almost 4 years now. Due to Covid I had disconnected . Before Covid also i had the same GX connection and for which I had already paid .

    @ACTFibernet When I call the customer care, they say the same thing. 'Sir, we will arrange you call back'. But they don't do that. To whom should I escalate this?. Fed-up calling you guys from last 10-12days.

    I was also supposed to receive a call from so called "concern team" in 4hrs I haven't!!!. How difficult is it to get a reactivation?. I need a resolution for this. I'm getting sick of this @ACTFibernet . I need a quick resolution to this issue.
