    Dear @ACTFibernet , Your sales team has committed to install the act wifi service at my flat on 20th June it self and for the same I have made payment of 4195 INR on same day by 1 PM. Till today no one has came to install the services after making a lot of follow up calls.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down since 2 hours and I have my office shift starting at 8 pm. I have registered a complaint but it says 24 hrs to rectify. What kind of service is this. Please have my connection restored immediately.

    @ACTFibernet There was an issue in the morning at 8:30 a m. Till now the issue was not solved. Called executive multiple times no reply no one r picking the call. Worst service. Will definitely change my provider if it continues to be same.
