  What’s frustrating is the mismatch between promise and delivery.

  What a worst service @ACTFibernet . It's been 2 days since there is no internet connection. Your Technical Team is not Picking up the calls . There is no other option other than changing the service to Airtel/Jio.

  Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.   So, the @ACTFibernet people came and disconnected the hub but went back home without fixing it. I mean why to even remove it in the first place if not in the mood to do it? @ACTFibernet customer care know about the progress on tickets as much as my cook knows about Rocket Science

  @ACTFibernet what's wrong with ACT? The Internet stopped working anytime without prior communication. Not at all reliable. If you are taking full money then why is the internet not always available. Why most of the time issues with the internet.
