Massively poor experience with @ACTFibernet. It is now a week of no internet. 5 tickets raised. All closed without any communication or resolution. Now the nodal officer has taken my complaint and converted it into a disconnection request. Awesome self-goal!

@ACTFibernet, am using act for past 1 year, but suddenly when I try to login to Act App am seeing error "mobile number is not registered", I have been using the same number to check my details all the while, suddenly this stopped working, help!!
