    @ACTFibernet I'm using Act since 1.7yr, it worked gud for frst 3 mnts. I'm fed up with ur service. I'm rising issues in app for evry 4days & after 2days I'll receive a msg like my prblm is solved. But it won't work. I hv raised issues in app for morethan 40 times,It isn't working

    @ACTFibernet I have been trying to change my billing cycle but the agent in the Guduvanchrry, Chennai, has raised a request for service cancellation which I don't need. I have to call your service center they always pick my call and they never talk me back. Please help me here.

    @ACTFibernet And the connection is lost again! 2nd time in two weeks. Will this be solved after 2 days? I’m escalating this issue further if you haven’t promised a rebate on the bill 2 weeks back when there was outage.

    @ACTFibernet I was promised a rebate for the September billing period by your customer service team as I had a connection outage of 3 working days. I don’t see that reflecting on the bill. Does your team take their work seriously @ACTFibernet ?

    @ACTFibernet when my issue is yet to resolve, still I'm getting messages to pay next 3month bill, wherein I have already asked to make it monthly plan an reverse the bill for monthly bills.
