    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Don't use this worst broadband even if they offer half rate to their competitors. Their services are hell (not resolving problem even after 10 days). Very frequent connection issues.

    @ACTFibernet we have been waiting for shifting our connection and it’s more than 72 hours . Can somebody take this up on priority . This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen .

    @ACTFibernet My account number : 115413195262. Sunday I have raised complaint, its closed without any discussion and resolution. Today also request raised, can I expect quick solution. Really poor service, requests are closing without proper closure. @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet The technician called, he is saying that they are in a meeting and once the meeting is done they will look into my complaint. I asked for any manager’s no to escalate but they aren’t willing to share any no.
