Horrible service is facing with @ACTFibernet. Not even bothered to give customers what they are promised. Horrible customer service. They will just offer everything for the branding purpose. Really struggling with @ACTFibernet ISP.

How @ACTFibernet cheats and mistreats its customer. A thread. We got a new connection in August and took 3 months plan and paid 3500. yesterday after a power cut due to rain, internet was not working and the router name was changed to default name.

Hey @ACTFibernet , after I have done the payment now someone from ACT called and told me that area is not feasible to provide service. Now either give the internet connection or refund my amount.

@ACTFibernet worst service. Without any request connection reactivated. For a period no connection and demanding payment. Nodal officer not useful at all and worst service provider. Totally not professional
