@ACTFibernet Absolutely shameless and ridiculous services you have. Every week 2-3 times, your broadband is not working. We people have to work, study in our lives. And there are absolutely stupid people sitting in the customer care team saying repeatedly the same thing.

@ACTFibernet Internet down again. I’m facing issues daily. this is my 4th complaint in a week. Your engineers clearly can’t fix the problem and your service has become the worst of the worst. Might as well shut down and let users switch to ISPs that actually work

@ACTFibernet I spoke to customer care. He said my late payment could not be waived in that case I would like to discontinue he has raised a discontinue request SR10375844016769. Jus bcoz its been 6 months since i am associated you ll nt be able to waive.silly
