@theadityadas @ACTFibernet Another dark pattern if you buy Dual Band Router through them. They will configure it in a manner where it will only work with ACT & no other. In order for it to rework with other companies you would have to send it back to the customer care & get its software changed. Pathetic!!

@ACTFibernet @Prashanth5239 @ACTFibernet agree with them, we trust ACT and are dependent on it, but in todays time the service is a primary motto, but here it is astonishing that you are unable to get your services right, my entire work is on standstill because their is not net connectivity

@ACTFibernet I have booked my broadband connection on 7/9/21 but it is not installing till today is this your services and customer appropriate behaviour this is not expected from you. I have done advance payment please install my connection as soon as possible 😡😡😡

@ACTFibernet there is no internet from past 3 days I'm sick of calling your customer service desk with all these fake promises I wish you guys did not have monopoly in my area I'm desperately waiting for Jio or Airtel to establish fiber net here in agramoore layout of Bangalore

@naveenjainsl @ACTFibernet If it isn't resolved by today, I'll better shift to another broadband because I'm done with my patience. Never seen this type of service from another broadband companies. Taking days to weeks to solve the problems. If this keeps going, many people will prefer Airtel or Jio.

@ACTFibernet Your team has been saying the same thing since last 7 working days and gave me no ETA or an update about what's happening. They didn't even respond even after I informed I'm moving to another service provider. I'm not having any hopes you would resolve this. Waste of time!!
