    @ACTFibernet Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional support. I’m being told to arrange power for your junction box if I want internet. I’m a paying customer; fixing technical/infrastructure issues is your responsibility, not mine. Please escalate and restore service immediately.

    @ACTFibernet The issue started more than 40 hours back coz of one rainfall. Now again you are giving ETA of 24 hrs! Where’s the shame!
