    @ACTFibernet technician came n worked for 3 hrs, couldn't find issue , he left without giving me any answer, when i called customer support agent is rude ,he ended my call straight away saying they will try to fix it today, this is such unprofessional and derogatory behaviour @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet I am paying around Rs1600 per month after taking 300mbps package . But most of the time u get less than 100 mbps speed so why should I pay this money every month when I never get this speed ??!!! ACT is very efficient in cutting ur connection No10567115

    @ACTFibernet I tried multiple times. I hardly get 10MBPS. Working from home with your broadband has become such a nightmare. You also said that you have a backup of an hour, never got that as well. I would seriously consider you looking into this as it's been long we are putting up with this.

    @ACTFibernet I am facing severe issues with your broadband. I tried complaining multiple times but there is no fix yet. After giving multiple complaints the only fix which your engineersbgavr me was to put the box at our home which is not viable at al Would you mind fixing this?

    @ACTFibernet my internet connection was suspended without resolving the billing issue. Two tickets are open , still my connection is suspended.

    @ACTFibernet you have worst customer service team sitting over there. A guy spoke to me who don't have 1% inetrest to listen to a customer's concern & he was like just pay the bill & he put call on hold. #fraudsters🤬

    @ACTFibernet I’ve created issues for internet working on Friday. Till now,nobody bothered to address my problem. Your customer support sucks. Keep on repeating same thing. I need a quick resolution.

    @ACTFibernet I doubt your team will update me. They haven’t done so for 10 days - it’s always been me following up. Also, updating me won’t help any more, I need a resolution by end of the day as I can’t do without internet at office any more.
