    Dear Bala Malladi CEO sir, I am a ACT customer and the service being provided is terrible. My work from home is gone for a toss. This is the 3rd week in a row where I had issues and I had to wait 2 days to get it fixed. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet doing work from home, internet not working since morning. raised complain, called customer care, called technician. No one giving a damn to my issue. That sucks. If issue does not get fixed till evening, gonna get disconnected forever. Ticket no: SR10164550148114

    @ACTFibernet I have called customer care for disconnecting act fiber connection and for this also there is no proper response 🙏🏻. I am not going to pay bills either moving forward @ACTFibernet
