    @ACTFibernet Can someone kindly help? When we speak to your customer service, they say it will get resolved in 24 hours, we can't wait for 24 hours. I desperately need help. Frequent disconnections atleast 7 to 8 times a day. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

    @ACTFibernet Your backend team has wrongly routed my connection shifting request and its been 9 days without a resolution! I keep getting standard answers when I call customer care.
