@ACTFibernet Internet service in Chennai madambakkam is down for past two days and you keep postponing the resolution date. When it will get resolved. I was told your server is down but not sure if it’s been worked on priority.

@ACTFibernet It's already been escalated. I need a call with an ACT representative who can give me the exact ETA. From the service point of view, this is very important for us to plan our day/week. BUT that is where you have failed. Even after knowing everything you keep sending messages.

@ACTFibernet Still no reponse from ACT Support team, both my tickets raised are not resolved. Complete cheating and unprofessionalism shown by ACT. No one called on my registered number not the sales person who booked my subscription is responding to my calls nor answering my messages on WA.

@ACTFibernet Earlier your disconnection team said there will be no refund if disconnection is requested. But this is your issue and you are not able to provide the service and so I requested the refund. Is it really correct for your team to say, we are unable to provide service and no refund
