    Booked a new connection with @ACTFibernet, pathetic, from the get go. After 3 days, there is no info/timeline as to when they would do the installation. Imagine when I raise a complaint when I have network issues

    @ACTFibernet Issue is, your agents give a 24hr deadline and NOTHING happens. No follow up, no further information. So, I have asked for a cancellation of service and I would expect a FULL REFUND since it was a deficiency of service from your side.
