@ACTFibernet It is mentioned in the ticket resolution will be given by 4/5 - 5PM Your request SR10156138848942 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 5/4/2021 05:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. TILL NOW THERE IS NO UPDATE OR RESOLUTION 👎

Team @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD if u couldn’t provide service to ur area pls tell us and refund the money. Don’t play with our work timings. In a month this is 6th time that we are without Internet. Wat should we answer to our work ? Everytime its take a day to resolve.

Hey @ACTFibernet been using ACT since 2017 here I'm without internet for 30+ hours now, raised a ticket was said to be resolved by 7pm and there's no response and there is no way to escalate the issue, pathetic service. #worstService #ACTFibernet #ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet I already closed my account with #ACT and moved to @JioCare. Thanks for your worst service as a result I lost one day salary because I took off for my work due to #ACT.
