  I just switched to @ACTFibernet which I had during the 2015 floods as well. Back then the damage was so severe, they just gave up on customer service and disconnected the customer service lines and didn't restore connections for months.

  @ACTFibernet Internet is disconnected SR10263415731764 for the 3 time in past 2 weeks for the reason that server has to be moved and as yet no permanent solution found. Worst experience ever . It is affecting my work. It’s been 3 days already and as yet not resolved.

  @ACTFibernet It's been more than 24 hrs that my internet isn't working.. inspite if request raised last evening with an expected ETA of 7pm ., haven't heard from anyone on the status.this is absurd customer Service.. Keeping the customer in dark and at your mercy is UNACCEPTABLE

  @ACTFibernet dont blame the weather. The actual issue with my connection lies with Distribution Box were your engineers accepted this and still keep on dodging with fake commitment to rectify it. If its not been resolved within 2hrs, kindly compensate and cancel my account

  @ACTFibernet You really need to fix your services and the #support personnel. Always there’s some issue and support never responds relevantly or the resolution isn’t persisting. Even the temporary fix isn’t immediate, does all the damage by the time they ack. #internet #Act
