@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Is there a required internet disconnect, as I get this problem once a month? Does it also affect other people frequently? If needed I can send my roster, so that you can disconnect internet during my weekoffs if it is something common; I don't mind.

Why ACT Fibrenet is too slow? We’re getting the speed of 1:4 ratio. And it’s already 12AM of 1st August and the internet data did not get renewed yet. What you guys are doing? Even we’re not getting proper response from the service line. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet hey I am not able to login into act fibernet app with my registered phone number has it says "something went wrong" on trying to login with my registered phone number and my speed fup hasn't reset even after 31-july.

@ACTFibernet Madurai, nearest ping to chennai used to be 10-12ms earlier but now it's over 30ms. It was fixed in February but having g the same issue again. This increases ping to all servers causing instability in games.
