    @ACTFibernet sorry to say that, very poor service experienced. Last 24 hrs no body attended the network issue. Called at least 20 calls to customer care. These kind of pathetic service we never thought of. Shame on you.

    @ACTFibernet i am facing a lot of problems with this network every 3,4 days i sould give complaints to customer support worst network in Rajahmundry is @ACTFibernet only i am fed up with this network i am going to change it as soon as my plan expires

    Why do Indian cos only wake up when I complain on Twitter? #customersupport @ACTFibernet? Reconnection request since 5 days now. Why do you try our patience? Calling CC hasn't helped. The nation is on #wfh. Why can't we expect a decent service? I have DM'ed my details.

    @ACTFibernet I have called you 6 times regarding to my refund since my internet got cut. But your customer care executive are making me fool. They say "Sir aapki problem 24hrs me resolve ho jayegi, Hamari Team aapko contact kregi." @ACTFibernet stop making customers fool.
