    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD How many times should we raise a request for internet not working. Its been 10 days that I took connection and in these 10 days I raised complaints almost everyday.

    I have been using @ACTFibernet for almost 2 years now and seldom do I have to call them for any issues. I have unfortunately been using @airtelindia for the past 15 years because of the need for landline and I have to call them once every week to get some issue resolved.

    @ACTFibernet Since yesterday morning, I have no internet access again and no action has been taken against SR10165029018384 yet. Now it is happening very often and troubling me very badly. So, either fix it with permanent solution or refund my total paid amount asap. Thanks

    The Work order number is WO101650317453 has been created. Till the time I have paid the fee it is your executive contacted me back to back. After I have paid the bill your executive is not even answering my calls. I never expected such an experience from @ACTFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet Your Executive had called up, but am disappointed to note instead of giving me a solution , he was only harping on his point of view. If you change the terms of the plan, you are expected to notify the customer. Just by changing in the invoice doesn't work
