@ACTFibernet This is pathetic service. Connection wasn't provided and till date I am repeatedly asking for refund, even after multiple calls still you are playing with ping pong games with service ticket. You will not like me going to appellate authority. Refund my money ASAP

@ACTFibernet Payment was made on 2nd May. Support team confirmed they cannot install, I confirmed to refund on 5th May. Today it's May 18th, Its 13 days. Still not refunded. Here is latest ticket Your refund ref. ID is SR10164828045965.

@ACTFibernet Could you please let me know why do I face connectivity issue 3-4 times in a month? Why do I have to call your customer support for like 10 times a day to resolve my issue when you know everybody is working from home. I had to take 2 days leave from work due to this.

Dear @ACTFibernet , My wifi is disconnecting frequently and it's hard to manage my work. Even if it is connected I am not getting proper network. Can't even raise a ticket from your app. Please let me know what all details are required, so you can arrange a engineer.

@JioCare Called multiple times your customer service, and they are not able to resolve it, and every time I called they made a fake promise of resolving it in the next 24 hours from 7 days....finally I gave up and opted for another service called @ACTFibernet
