Undoubtedly the most pathetic service and support by @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD. Have been paying for the highest possible plan and the internet doesn't work, for resolving the issue they ask two days. #WFH. #Actserviceisdown

@ACTFibernet As a initial promise I was asked to buy 3 months advance rental and get a router or one month rental wavier. Now the person is trying to promote 6 months rental and free router. I am not sure if ACT management is looking into such DSAT issue and helping coustomers to resolve.

@ACTFibernet paying an Internet bill in advance is a crime . And now the internet is not working. The consistency of ACT is getting worse , they will charge for multiple router, they will change the router but still they didn't resolve the issue
