    @ACTFibernet horrible customer support team. They show zero ownership. How can u guys be such callous? The email reply “ ur ticket closed” with no explanation on the action/ resolution is even more irritating. SR10255919579232.

    @ACTFibernet u dont have to do anything u guys have the worst service ever i just want to cancel the connection and i want my money refunded. i talked to the cc around 10times still no response so i want to cancel the connection and refund my money ASAP. u guys call yourself the best and all.

    @ACTFibernet again internet problem. Net not working. Every 10-15 days we have to raise complaints. Very poor service I have never experienced in act Fibernet #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet Dear Support,Its 6th time I am approaching for a Revert.Opted for a upgraded plan.I'm yet to get a Router.Its more than 10 days.All in Vain,such a poor service and No one cares a damn.Six month Advance paid, anyone responsible at ur office to attend this?.@TRAI .

    @ACTFibernet EVEN WHEN THERE WERE INTERNET/NETWORK ISSUE IN THE LAST 2-3YEARS...I NEVER BOTHERED TO RAISE A CONCERN ON THE SERVICE,.,BUT THE LAST 1MONTH HAS BEEN A TREMENDOUS TORTURE Want to change the service provider,,, NO ONE ELSE CAN PROVIDE THE SERVICE when ACT has taken

    @ACTFibernet but that 4hours never comes - even after waiting for 24+hours ...no one calls... if you call the number for status check - there you go with another surprise - SIR, THERE IS NO SUCH REQUEST FOR CALL BACK THAT IS REGISTERED... AND THIS CYCLE CONTINUES

    @ACTFibernet Ticket # SR10256182973082 hasn’t been resolved since 24hrs now and all I get an answer is to ‘Restart the router’. Could I please get some help to get this sorted out on priority?
