    @ACTFibernet ACT's response time to resolve some physical issue is ******* joke To be honest past 12hrs internet is down if i call customer care they keep on saying issue with the Box. Overall ACTs customer service is a ******* joke. #WorstExperience

    My ACT Fibrenet broadband server is down since last night, around 8.00 pm. Modem has all lights on but there's no internet. Complaint registered on app. Let's see when it's resolved. Rained all night. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Worst Service. They took 5 days to solve the issue and after I got my connection back, it was available only for 4hrs and again my internet stopped working. They don't even understand the importance of internet. Very bad👎. Solve it asap Ticket no: SR10162072986227
