@ACTFibernet whenever I call and try to connect to you guys, despite selecting Kannada language you guys transfer the call to Non Kannada language representatives. Any particular reason or you think that the kannada language customer aren't important to you. @KannadaGrahaka

@ACTFibernet i have applied for just a change of name for my internet connection and it has been three days that there is no internet connection. Even when I try calling them they just give stupid excuses. The only solution they come with is just restarting my router connection.

@ACTFibernet its been 8 days since the connection went down since Dec 9th, raised SR10366549383634 and no action yet and all they say is junction box problem, ETA for the ticket prolonged every day, lost trust after 7 years of service, time to switch
