  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet around 9:30 am today the technician finally called informed that the issue will be resolved in 1 hr. Its been more than 3 hrs and the issue is not yet resolved. Not sure whats wrong with ACT these days. Time to switch to another provider i guess?

  Instead of replacing the router customer service initiated the subscription disconnection on the service request number SR10375984838541. Instead of replacing a router the ACTFibernet is ready to lose a customer.

  Jio Fiber @JioCare is absolute trash ! Just discontinued their bullshit service ! @ACTFibernet is worse than @reliancejio. Anyone else facing an issue with Jio Fiber? They take 2 days or more for a visit.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet The resolution time is once again rescheduled. This is really unacceptable. When trying to call the service engineer, it is switched off. Please arrange a call back from the supervisor ASAP.
