    @ACTFibernet SR10361250446402 infact the service person said that he has removed the server from my neighbour and kept it in a common place previously. Still I am facing this issue. Now its getting over head causing troubles. I have no other go to think of changing the network.

    Such a worst service @ACTFibernet . I raised complaint on Wednesday night, today is Saturday, still I didn't get the internet. Customer service not even caring and when ever I call, they had only one Dailogue, " give us 24 hours time " Its already 3 days completed.

    @ACTFibernet Either waive off my extra charge or discontinue my connection. Im not going to pay extra money. Also my box discount is too not included. Pathetic service from last 6 months.

    @ACTFibernet I need a permanent resolution and the same issue I don't want to face agin thrice a month and I can't be behind you people everytime. Totally unreliable. If this is the case, I am going to change my network

    @ACTFibernet It's been almost 26 hours since I raised my concern. I have yet to receive any support from your end. I have already given consent for your engineer to visit my place, still no updates on it. Tell me what is going on?????? This is not the way you provide service.

    @ACTFibernet Hey! You did get back today and told me that you'd disconnect the line if I don't make the payment. The problem to that is the line is disconnect for over a year now. Although you have not given the refundable deposit.
