    Such a waste company @ACTFibernet . Even after lapse of 2 days 13 hours you could not rectify the issue of non connectivity, also could not respond to my messages. Can you check my previous tweets??? And your response to them???

    @ACTFibernet i lose internet whenever there is a power cut.. ur technician never replaces the battery and closes the service request without replacing it..

    @ACTFibernet ticket number SR10258926394422 not getting internet since two days and raised two tickets, called technician Akash since evening, not picking up and finally at night says will be fixed tomorrow. Going through the same ordeal back to back 2 days now. Pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet Your customer service is being compromised now. I was promised a resolution within 24 hrs and it's been more than 48 hrs with no response from your tech team. Your app is down from a long time and I reached out to the cust sprt multiple times. Look into this ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet Im being charged 1600 smth for dues of wifi when my account was suspended due to non payment of bill it was 850. What kind of sick joke is this for someone going thru financial problems. Please terminate my connection immediately and I wil never use ur services again
