    @ACTFibernet Lost fibernet connection In East Tambaram Region last noon. Repair work has been postponed 3 times till now. Why isn't the local technicians contact not shared? How do I apply for cancellation of service and get refund of the advance internet charges deposited?

    Worst service by @ACTFibernet. Internet service disconnected due to non payment of VAS charge (though it was requested for disconnection) in spite of having paid internet charge upfront for 6 months. Is this your @ACTFibernet business practice.

    @koushikjoshi @ACTFibernet Using ACT for over 4 years. Agree that their connection tends do drop at times but it tends to be <10% for me. Those times I switch to Hotspot. I believe Jio Fibernet is better, & the only reason I'm not using it is that my building's fiber connection doesn't support it @JioCare

    @ACTFibernet fake services added by company it’s if customer opt for 3 months plan, ask for extra money if you don’t pay they discount and not refun pending amount rood behave customer care

    @ACTFibernet terrible service and very poor quality customer experience. They outright charge you for their yuppscope and what not WITHOUT asking and you realise only after the bill is generated that such a charge was Levied... (1/2)

    @ACTFibernet @ACT @act one of the worst services provided to the customers.. whenever you request for any issue they don't respond properly..they just create the ticket and close it automatically without resolving the issue. No proper response. Poor services.
