    @ACTFibernet I stay in Srila Park Pride, Hydernagar, water works road, Opp to Calvary temple, Hyderabad. Internet is not working since 24 hours and there is no resolution nor intimation. Service is becoming pathetic day by day.

    In Bangalore @ACTFibernet has stopped providing internet service since the storm nearly a week ago. They don't answer phone calls nor do they respond to service requests. Payments are made once a year, so they collect all the money and disappear like frauds.

    @ACTFibernet you'll keep on changing the resolution time. This is one of the worst services. In the 10 day gap there are 2 service disruptions of more than 24 hours. Faster service. FYI I will not renew further and will end the services by July 2026 as mine is a quarterly plan.

    @ACTFibernet The issues are happening every month at least once. Really disappointing experience.

    Hey @ACTFibernet don't offer customer support until 12 AM if you can't hire competent, alert staff at this time. My sleepy technician only made me do a router restart and wasn't helpful. There is a huge routing problem from your end which causing me packet loss and ping issues.

    Post #2 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I have called Cust care 4 times, there have been no response. Very frustrating and poor service.

    @ACTFibernet No one from the team is resolving my issue I am going to raise the disconnection request and recommend everyone don't use @ACTFibernet their service is very they are not listening to their old customer complaint

    @ACTFibernet Facing delay in my ACT Fibernet shifting request raised on 30 Apr. ETA was 2 May, but no resolution yet. Today I was informed abouyt issue near high-tension wire, but no clear timeline given. This is impacting my work. Kindly resolve ASAP or I’ll switch @jio_fiber

    @ACTFibernet Now they are saying again today the issue will not get fixed seriously are you guys playing here why can't you give one deadline when the issue will be fixed everyday we have to call and follow up. Why don't you escalate the issue if you are not able to fix it.
