@ACTFibernet No, the issue was resolved just for few hours and then it popped up again. I do not understand, why ACT has such an inconsistent technology with such huge customer base. Whenever I raise an issue, it is either the cable cut or junction box is down.

@ACTFibernet Tried everything its been routine task for me to raise complaints and get temporary resolution. And again history repeats, being using since 6yrs but last 2yrs have been torture . Just have no option of Other ISP in my locality and i am stuck with bad service

@ACTFibernet -Very pathetic customer care services you render, one representative would speak up positive way and other say we can't do this. Getting irritated with all this, now you guys say it's single port connection and we can't give you discount.
