    @ACTFibernet It's been almost 2hrs internet is not working in our area Opp Bapu Ghat Langerhouz.Request you to kindly look into it at the earliest.I've raised a ticket but still the internet service has not been restored yet. No one has called us from ACT authorities yet.

    @ACTFibernet I signed up for a new connection yesterday and did not expect this kind of horrible service from Act .. installation was supposed to happen yest .. till today no one even responds - I have wasted 1 day sitting on installation … I am now thinking of cancelling

    It would really be helpful if @ACTFibernet can implement ways to select the location of new connection on the website and feasibility is known immediately rather than having your CC Exec call back to take the link and or the customer calling back to find the feasibility

    Hey @ACTFibernet, my internet in Rohini, Delhi has been completely dead for 40+ hours. Your support just emailed asking for another 48 hours-absolutely unacceptable!This is a clear violation of TRAI's 72-hour broadband fault limit. Wake up your Delhi team! #ACTFibernet#TRAI
