    @ACTFibernet, I'm faccing issue regarding my new connection. Firstly customer care called me 50 times in two days for payment. and then i paid and customer service told me that it will take 24hrs to install new connection. But now 48hr gone and now they told me for more 48hrs.

    @ACTFibernet **** you and your executives and your technicians. Internet not working since 20 days- not a single response- customer car hangs up while on call. **** you and your ******* top management. Don’t call yourself a unicorn company. My toilet cleaner does a better job.

    @ACTFibernet Very Poor Service Internet not working from last 2 days and no response from the person who installed and from Customer care. This is in core of bangalore. Better to give with some other option. Never use Act services

    @ACTFibernet your guys often remove battery from our place. And it happens at our place often. So power goes and we are never sure of the backup due to that. N
