    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Is there anyone with common sense and brains at ACT ? How can you even keep sending invoices for a closed account due to ACT's inability to provide services in the area? Numerous mails sent to the senior mgmt have not resolved the issue.

    @ACTFibernet No it's not resolved and how without fixing the issue the tickets are closed and your are stating that the issue has been resolved. The internet is not working past few days and how do I work and each day i am loosing my pay for just opting your Internet services which i am paid

    @ACTFibernet has scammed me of a lot of money and are unwilling to resolve it. I’ve never ranted on Twitter, but this has been the single most frustrating and mentally taxing experience of my life as a customer. I would never go with ACT again. Not in a million years. Gn.

    .@ACTFibernet I now have real concerns. I paid in full yesterday and they have agreed the installation yesterday. Yesterday late evening it was rescheduled to today. Now they again rescheduled it to tomorrow! This is a real bad experience to me. Please refund me.

    @ACTFibernet you collect the payment for entire month in advance. Now net is not working & you are saying it will take 24 hours. It is really painful. Will you return the amount for the single day? Our give me the net connection
