    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Customer Service executive name is Naresh Kumar, I can share his number in the DM as well. I need to understand why your application doesn't say anywhere customer needs to pay more for the upgrade and why does the customer has to pay at all?

    @ACTFibernet Another day has passed, ACT should seriously take a look into the issue. The customer care staff wants to close the ticket without resolution and Twitter Team is unable to make the correct team respond. Can the issue be escalated ?

    @ACTFibernet I trusted ACT and have ignored the Local Internet Provider and paying high amounts, but still the services are not upto the mark. If this continues, i will cancel both the services and go for local internet
