    @ACTFibernet @trai Dear CEO Bala Malladi my issue has not been resolved yet suffering from 3 months frequent disconnection,account number 101001983119.why cat 5 cable has been provided instead of fiber. This is cheating the customer.we are paying we are not getting free service

    @ACTFibernet The issue is now resolved, but please do something about your agents disconnecting customer calls. 3 calls disconnected in a single day for 1 customer of yours. Please do the math and take some actions.
