@ACTFibernet Bought a fibernet connection on the 30th of April. I live in Sithalapakkam, Chennai. it's the 8th of May today. I haven't received a connection till now. The state has announced a lockdown in 2 days. Please fix this issue before then. Very poor quality of service.

@ACTFibernet Yeah from 2-2 and half weeks one of my friend new connection in just 3 days but as an existing customer I didn't get from 2 and half weeks I recommended him ACT but you disappointed me Customercare representative says I you want wait otherwise leave fine it's my mistake

@ACTFibernet I am quite disappointed to communicate that the reliability of your network is very poor, each time power fails the internet connection fails. I have made repeated complaints, but no action. Is replacing a battery such a big challenge?
