    @ACTFibernet there is no prior notice that the network will be down or anything even if they get a notice from the municipality that they are cutting down the tree which could cause network outages Is it that hard to just notify us?

    @ACTFibernet So any update in when i will be able to access my network? The "engineer" named Gurram Sai is not even bother to answer my calls and is instead declining my call great service the tracking shows by 12:00pm would you look at that it is 2pm already 👏🏻👏🏻 great work @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetChn No internet since yesterday. Ticket ID: SR10379815470704. You keep pushing ETA with no real fix. This happens every month and you still charge for downtime. Pathetic service. Resolve this NOW. I have work

    @ACTFibernet Your customer care is one of the biggest liars. They can go to any extent. Last time for buffering issue resolution, they pushed me to opt for a 3-month plan saying I could recharge for 1 month later. But now only 3-month recharge option is available. #misleading

    @ACTFibernet Thanks. The issue was explained as loose contact in the DB box- for the nth time. Small issue causes frequent outages.

    @ACTFibernet I am using your service .I was paying 659 monthly plan .but today they charged rs 796 .means 118 for late payment.its not right.if I am paying my bill after late they are charging too much then if I will any internet problem will they pay me money for that.
