  @ACTFibernet 45 days. 10+ emails, multiple calls. You've finally collected router but my refund of ₹6,614 is still missing. Every reply is a copy-paste from a different agent. Consumer court complaint already filed. Acc 101799520914. When do I get my money back? @jagograhakjago

  @ACTFibernet is the worst service provider ever, week back itself I bought there fiber network since then I'm facing issues yet no-one is responding service & engineering are so arrogant they don't reply nor takes your calls.. I'm regretting now

  @ACTFibernet I have changed from single modem to mesh plan last month. Service engineer was supposed to connect both modems through cable but he just connected through WiFi. I complained about the speed dropping. He was supposed to visit and resolve it but have not visited.

  @ACTFibernet I've been a customer for 12+ years, paying ₹12k+ yearly for a 200 Mbps plan and ₹62k+ over the last 5 years. I'm told free router upgrades and better wiring are only for new customers paying same amount.Why are loyal customers treated differently? Clarity.

  @ACTFibernet@ACTFibernetHYD when they don't wanna do anything, they'll just close the ticket, send the link for feedback and stop responding because they can give bad service and hike prices, they want to connect on call instead solving the issue from their end. #share #public
