No one in ACT cares about the customer. None of you have tried to reach out to understand the issue. Just msging here doesn't help me.

I am keep reporting it but it's occuring continuously. Pl take necessary action to avoid this in future.

Ajesh (@ajesh_ashok) reported@ACTFibernet You gave me one of the worst technicians for installation. He said he’ll come in 30 mins and asked me to send location, I’m waiting for more than 4 hours, he isn’t responding to my calls or texts. Worst part is now he’s attending my calls and not talking.

Sends msg delaying it three times and at 7.30 tells it will be done on 13 Aug. Not taking calls and spoke support - no resolution
