    ACT Fibernet works well till it works. Raised a ticket 2 days back and the issue is not resolved and not even an update on it. 2 days of no internet in WFH times is a long time! @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet your sales rep is not picking up my call since yday after i made the payment for 3 months of STORM plan. Router yet to be delivered. He has not picked up my 30 calls since yesterday. Now I am on HOLD FOR 14 MINS with your customer care after i explained the problem 3rd time today

    @ACTFibernet very poor. Connection is down since morning. Also router stops working whenever it wants. Needs a restart twice daily at least
