    @ACTFibernet Waiting for resolution since morning...it has really been a bad day, expecting ans to my email as well..You know internet has become basic need and being a service provider it's your duty to provide uninterrupted service

    @ACTFibernet The ticket I raised is closed without getting resolved. Can you arrange a call with someone who deals with the billing issue? I am holding off making payment until this is resolved.

    @ACTFibernet I've tried to escalate the matter in the last 24 hrs but your customer care is not fit to escalate the issue. Initially, expected time for resolution was 2pm. When i called again at 4pm they said issue wud be resolved by 7pm. I called at 7pm, they said new ETA is next morning😑

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 The worst Customer service. My net is not working since morning. Already being inactive for work for 5 hours. No accountability no transparency about the issue. How should i work if this is the case? are you gonna pay for my leaves or absence?

    @IamCK12 @ACTFibernet I am a act customer . Please ask when they come. Is the router is double NAT. If yes. search internet what it is. Then choose the internet provider.

    @ACTFibernet Look now, not even 10 days, and again there's an issue. This is what I have been complaining. Soo unreliable ! Now how many days are you going to take to resolve? ( anyways you guys are doing only temporarily) @ACTFibernet

    SR10160795914222 from past 8th Aug this is third SR which is being closed without resolving issue , worst customer service from time of installation till date .. pls refund my money @ACTFibernet this is my third tweet for one connection in a month time...pls disconnect and refund

    @ACTFibernet I am using ACT connection from since more than 6 months. Recently started facing the problems like no internet when power goes off. Day before yesterday raised the ticket and it's been partially solved resulting today again same problem.

    @ACTFibernet Madam/Sir with all respect. ACT having a lot of issues. Might be you don't have. I am a customer did not get my issue resolution. They do have double NAT router. Forced you to purchase static IP. Do you think it is a great service. wow.
