    @ACTFibernet [2] I is beyond acceptable now. He told as you can’t close the ticket we are cutting your connection and removing the cable, this is after me paying for the connection and being a paid customer. At this point refund me and cancel my plan wil shift to another provider

    @ACTFibernet Internet has been down since morning in Vijayawada. Complaint (SR10579698940114) raised hours ago with no response, update, or intimation. Customer care is also unreachable. This level of service is unacceptable. Resolve this immediately.

    @ACTFibernet 19 hours and still not resolved. Your service guys have requested to change router but it seems they are more interested in weekends then serving clients

    This is completely unprofessional experience. The way I’ve been treated after payment is unacceptable, and I genuinely regret choosing @ACTFibernet .week later, I still have no proper connection, no update, and no accountability. This is not how customer service should work.

    @ACTFibernet there is no prior notice that the network will be down or anything even if they get a notice from the municipality that they are cutting down the tree which could cause network outages Is it that hard to just notify us?

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic Cust service, vague charges included in billing and no clarification is being given . Sr closed by ACT sans resolution. Classic case if how to loose a customer

    @ACTFibernet Raised relocation request on April 2, paid Rs. 950, but no service provided and delays till April 5 for next step when technician suggested installing junction box at my premises. Decided to disconnect, requesting full refund (Ticket ID: SR10179677073496).
