    @ACTFibernet why do you use a pathetic chatbot for your support? 100 times I've to submit an internet issue and it just asks stupid questions and in the end says "something went wrong. restart chat"! how pathetic can this be in customer "care"? no other ways to raise a ticket!

    Dear @ACTFibernet, SR10155850024042 has been raised 24 hours ago and does not show progress. Please understand the importance of internet during these testing times and kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. If this continues, you will loose a loyal customer to a competitor.

    @ACTFibernet Worst service even after escalating the issue multiple times. The new relocation service request SR10155608622944 closed again without giving any information to me just like they did for my old ticket SR10155006095984.
