    @ACTFibernet My subscription is active till August end. Hope ur incompetent engineers see it and do it only after that day. I am fedup.. imagine disconnect request soley due to service guys,after being customer for what 10 + years

    @ACTFibernet Your ground team came at 8:30 at night, said that they couldn't even find where this break was and that it would be easier to search at night. Implying that they didn't even bring OTDR metres and relied on VFLs, and of course, still no resolution and we're 84 hours in.

    @ACTFibernet one of worst customer sevice. Raised tickets are took very lethargically.. if each takes one week to solve or respond its better to skip such networks.. fed with the customer care
