    @ACTFibernet Could you ask your Customer service people to answer calls, which is a sign of good customer service, and not to ignore customers calls after they have made the payment, please? I know money is important but it's downright disgusting of your CS staff to disregard customers.

    @ACTFibernet After 21 hours the outage was fixed. My feedback: frequent outages 1-2 times a month, slow and delayed support. Helpdesk is not reachable even after several tries #fail #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet Seems you guys only had to turn the switch back on! The issue got resolved less than 5 mins after your response on x and via mail. Unfortunate that I had to wait 40+hours in the National capital for broadband to be restored. Messaged u my registered mobile no.. @TRAI
