The cx support associate said she’d provide the waiver for the outage and adjust the bill while on the call and then she changed her response and said she can’t do that! What the hell is even going on? @ACTFibernet

You mf’s are getting on my nerves, this has been happening since 18th of August and the cx support associates are straight up asking to close my connection if i don’t want to wait for the issue to be resolved! @ACTFibernet
