@ACTFibernet Dear ...I can't see any act representative near the junction box location since yesterday. I only received a call yesterday assuring that it will be resolved by 19:00 hrs yesterday, but still the problem remains the same. None of your technical team is present in site

I want to resume and shift my connection @ACTFibernet but apparently I cannot contact or talk to any customer representative other than an in-app chatbot. I also paid some amount in the hope of reactivating my account but it didn't work. Won't be recommending it to anyone.

Unprofessional services from @ACTFibernet. Very bad experience so far and not recommended. Technicians doesn't bother about solving issue and keep on wasting time. They can delay a simple 2 minutes troubleshooting for weeks. Don't listen even raising multiple tickets. #Hyderabad

@ACTFibernet just got a new connection of 75 mbps.. but the speed is not even 10 mbps most of the times, can't do my office work also. Ridiculous, looking to cancel and refund asap.

Hi @ACTFibernet I’m really disheartened to go through this that your customer service team is big fraud and cheater. I’m feeling sad to not opt for @airtelindia for broadband service. Please it’s a request to stop harassing the customers/ new customer contd.
