    @ACTFibernet No improvement is seen. It is the same old story. I’d rather not waste my time here. This “24–48 hours” timeline seems never ending.

    @ACTFibernet Every Saturday Internet stops working. Why can't the technicians fix it properly. Technician disconnecting the call. Not responding to calls or messages.

    @ACTFibernet ,@ACTFibernetHYD I need a solution to this as your tech team said if I am upgrading to 100 mbs with dual band router I will get connectivity but still I am having the same issues, take your router back I am not going to pay the bill.

    @FiberAct @ACT_Issues executive requested for 8 hr down time, but still we are unable to use wifi, executive is not answering call anymore,it's more than 8 hours. I don't understand where should we connect for the issue. Ticket number -WO102801308032 #ACTfibernet
