    @ACTFibernet Team, I need support in getting my refund for the broadband which was surrendered. I was promised a refund within 15 days but still no update from your team. I have already surrendered my router. Please advice. This is really not expected from a ACT.

    ACT's technical guy has not contacted me yet. Had to cancel 4 plans because of just one installation process for Internet. Waited more than 6 hours from the time ACT promised me for installation. #worst #service #actfibernet @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Please initiate the refund of the balance amount for a/c id - 102562929841 instead of prematurely closing SR10260113804305. Paid for 3 months, get shoddy service for a bit more than a month and now this???

    @ACTFibernet this is the worst ISP in Delhi, please do not go for this, choose #Airtel instead, they may charge you a bit more but the service never goes down. Plus #ACTFibernet has pathetic customer support, it's not 24/7 it's 9 to 5.
