    @ACTFibernet My internet is not working for the past few hours. I've raised complaint and there's no resolution till now. This is the third time happening in just this month. If you do not fix the internet within 2 hours, I'm cancelling the connection & switching to different ISP

    @ACTFibernet Not resolved yet, someone called me and told that I'll be getting a callback in 20minutes or so in the morning but no update yet, please call me or let me know if I can callback to said number for the resolution.

    @ACTFibernet broadband is down from 2pm yesterday. Multiple connections are affected in our apartment. Ticket number SR10262284923072. This delay is not acceptable and there is no update as to when the connection will be restored.

    @ACTFibernet Auto generated reply and leave the issue as it is ... worst services of act fibernet . Tellecaller were saying issue will be resolved by 3pm and then 7pm. Application is still showing problem will be resolved by 15 sep 3pm. No cordination within team #worstinternet
