    @ACTFibernet Please do hire differently abled. It's important. At the same time just look at how many customers you are making disabled.. regularly without fail. This my 12th compliant in 6 months SR10250491686922. And you defenitely disable me when you have outages and no immediate solution

    @ACTFibernet i have raised router return request on 22nd dec pickup is with in 24 to 48 hours but nothing till today 31st dec. on 29th i have been said by customer care that this has been escalated and with in today return pickup will happen. after that everyday same reply.
