    @airtelindia When I called today your support agent is telling that I need to wait again today. @ACTFibernet provides a better support than you. Just because of your fake promises I switched to Airtel. If my issue is not resolved, I am switching over to @ACTFibernet again.

    2/3 @ACTFibernet Your technicians later said a junction box must be installed inside my rented house. to be used by other households, which my house owner rightfully refused due to electricity cost.Despite multiple emails & complaints, no resolution.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD My ACT account number: ( 101633192438 ) Manikonda, Hyderabad I’m not able to access Internet from past few hours and was shocked, as this is least expected. I’ve some emergency work in progress and it’s further appalling as even I’m not able to submit a service ticket on ACT App. There is no prior intimation from ACT, if there is any maintenance work going on and this is HORRIFIC experience. I need the “ISSUE RESOLVED ASAP.”

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service, I disconnected my connection and returned the router last month. I've not received the refund yet. If there was any policy, send me the screenshot of communication sent to me beforehand which states there'll be no refund.@MoitOfficial @JM_Scindia
