@ACTFibernet The worst service for Support in Hyderabad, struggling since 5 days, calling customer care since 5 days, everytime I get an answer is will resolve in 24hours, but its 5 days the problem is resolved.

How can you close my ticket without resolving?It's been 2 days since I have raised a complaint by daily customer care number.Noone is concerned abt it & didn't recieve atleast a call from your executives but closed the ticket twice @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet SR10163503129524 I complaint about my internet is not working on 15th nov Around 9pm Upto now there is no implementation in service request ur not resolving,,even after so many calls to Customer care,,engineers were given we trying but there is no implementation

@ACTFibernet When it works it works, but the moment your connection disconnects, it's a horror for your customer to resolve the issue. Especially when even your App won't open.
