    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct Never going with ACT again. They took a security deposit .Due to repeated service issues and multiple unresolved complaints, I finally got the connection disconnected. Their team collected the device, and I completed every step required for closure.

    @ACTFibernet just received a message saying about a possible outage between 2am and 5am on 12 July, if that happens I swear I'm switching to another internet provider.

    @ACTFibernet what’s going on with your Internet service? Raised ticket, tried calling consumer care (brainless bot) etc. SR10281119426264 I need this resolved, or help me with refund of the recharge and discontinue service. “Maintenance in your area” is not valid every time.

    @ACTFibernet Your ground team came at 8:30 at night, said that they couldn't even find where this break was and that it would be easier to search at night. Implying that they didn't even bring OTDR metres and relied on VFLs, and of course, still no resolution and we're 84 hours in.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet please stop saying lie. I just spoke with TL of your Internet. Why there is only 1 technical person to fix the issue?? No backup? It a cable cut issue and it takes maximum 1 hour to fix this issue. But no person in this Bhimavaram town from @ACTFibernet to fix it. I need to wait till tomorrow afternoon for the person to come from Eluru?? Worst service from you guys again and you proved it!!!
