  @ACTFibernet It got worst now. Internet not working at all. Raised a complaint in app with ticket id: SR10266319570964. Resolve it at the earliest please. Otherwise it would be a nightmare considering we are working from home and completely rely on ACT fibernet for internet.

  @ACTFibernet the only question your team asks is why do u want to cancel. This is exactly why I don't want to continue your service. Can some sensible individual pls call back to atleast understand the concern than dodging the customers.

  @ACTFibernet there is an outage for the past 3 hours and still no internet. Your app sends a message that this will be resolved by Tomm 2 PM.. Really 12 hours for a working day.. This is on a day when I received a service call asking for issues and when I said fiber issues, he
