  @ACTFibernet how come a subscription for some Yupp TV has got activated for my ACT account and i receive a bill now for even not knowing that such subscription has been activated. How can you activate a subscription on your own and then ask customer to pay. I am not paying it.

  @ACTFibernet Internet not working, account no. 101418380685. Happens twice a month usually, extremely annoying. Not the service we expect from act. Could you look into this at priority?
