    Hi Team any update as issue is still unresolved, hi @TRAI could pls take action agaisnt @ACTFibernet on extremely higher complaint on unethical practices like wrong issues resolution status, high customer dissatisfaction and selling on fake commitment.

    @ACTFibernet Its been over 7 hours now and no one has reached out yet. What is this pathetic service! And the technician will probably not fix it tonight now so a whole day wasted. Absolutely abysmal service!

    @ACTFibernet I have not received Netflix subscription for my plan.   I have recently got a network connection in ACT. The sales person said that Netflix is included but i have not rec'd it yet.  Please check it and share it as soon as possible.

    @ACTFibernet Why in the world your internet is not working. Did you finally decide to be free from giving internet services. Since yesterday evening it was not working, first we thought okay sometimes it happens but it is still the same.
