    @ACTFibernet very unfortunate and pathetic service I’m getting despite being a honest customer since 2016 Despite getting good offer from local network providers I always prefer ActFiber in return what I’m getting is worst service. Will switch my conn if same service continues.

    @ACTFibernet Internet was not working 3 days ago, raised a ticket in ACT app. After 4 hours internet started working again. But after that day , internet stops working randomly even though there is no power cut. Can you please help? #Chennai #actfibernet

    I got a new connection for act 75MBPS plan today, however, i am getting only 40MBPS speed as the modem provided cannot support it. I don’t want the connection then and request full refund. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I tried everything. Now internet is fully down. Same happened yesterday, and I heard it was due to ACT doing some upgrades

    @ACTFibernet Even continously calling to support members even though the issue has been not resolved due to pandemic we are working from home its effecting to ours performance due to this lack of irresponsible service.

    @ACTFibernet m using your service since oct 2020 and I requested to shift my connection from one place to other plane in Hyderabad even after so many promises from you customer care that it will be shifted by today4-12-21, it not done yet
