  @ACTFibernet you guys have the audacity to write that my account is prone to late payments. Show me one payment that was late in the last 6 years. This shows your arrogance. When i write back you guys tell me that you are sending reminder for payment even without understanding the issue. Not a single working customer care number. What kind of services are you clowns running. If i don’t receive a proper response or apology, i will be forced to move out and also influence 30 other connections in my flat to move out of ACT. Get ready

  Have applied for new connection on 3rd July. Full advance payment taken but its been 72 hours completed nobody has come to install the wifi. Very poor service. @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet What kind of **** response you guys give to customers, why dont you refund the amount ? i ll get some other provider, there are a lot many who knows how to handle customer well rather than harrassing them.

  I’m only asking for a permanent solution. Why was an incompatible router installed? Why wasn’t it identified earlier despite repeated complaints? If this isn’t resolved, I’ll be forced to approach the consumer grievance forum. #ACTFibernet #CustomerService (3/3)

  No internet for 2 days & multiple tickets ignored. The promised resolution time has passed, which is completely unacceptable since my entire work is online.   @ACTFibernet Please expand your service network throughout india i had a connection running in hyderabad which i had to cancel with 3 months recharge still paid in advance but i had to relocate and couldn't relicate the connection to west bengal

  ACt fibernet is down from last 18 hours, still no response on timelines. Location: Sai villas road, Ameenpur Hyderabad Telangana @ACTFibernet How long do you expect us to suffer with your low response rate. The action time is too high, why don't you maintain a SLA?
