𝔖𝔴𝔞𝔭𝔫𝔦𝔩 𝔖𝔥𝔲𝔨𝔩𝔞 स्वप्निल शुक्ला (@unique_swapnil) reported@ACTFibernet My internet has been down and there has been no resolution. Ticket SR10180741534844 is still ongoing. The chat support team is not responding, and despite multiple requests, the assigned engineer has not called back. This level of service is unacceptable.

Unfiltered Pahadi (@sidhePaHadseee) reported@ACTFibernet You and your technicians clearly don’t understand the issue. I called to report it, but no one answered. Around 4 PM, someone finally picked up and had no information because they were working at a different site. Do you only have 2–4 technicians to handle all these issues?

LoneGoat (@BlueHawks110) reported@ACTFibernet Thank you for the response. However, a waiver does not address the inconvenience caused by being without internet for over 24 hours. My concern is the repeated delays in resolving outages and the lack of communication from support. Please provide a clear ETA for restoration.

Puttayya Mathapati (@puttayya) reported@ACTFibernet This is unacceptable. Frequent disconnections, inability to browse, multiple service requests, plan upgrade done, yet no resolution. Every ticket is stuck in "Work in Progress" while customers continue to suffer. Is anyone actually accountable for resolving issues? Immediate intervention required. Enough follow-ups. Enough excuses. #ACTFibernet #CustomerExperience #BroadbandIssues

kumaraswamy p (@Kumaraswamyp86) reported@ACTFibernet We contacted the local ACT technicians regarding service availability. They informed us that extending the network to our location would require the installation of two additional poles and approval from higher level. Considering the growing demand and potential customer base

Kishore (@Kishore2508) reportedYour technician Kamal acknowledged the junction box is old and promised a replacement with a proper battery backup within 2 days. Now he is ghosting my calls. Fix your infrastructure and replace the box immediately! @ACTFibernet (3/3)
