@ACTFibernet - your internet doesn’t work. Please cancel my connection and give me a full refund. Your sales reps keep telling me they are in a meeting when I call them. These very same sales reps came at record speed when it came to taking my money for a new connection. Awful.

@ACTFibernet Your app logged me out. When I try to login back it shows "Phone Number Not Registered". Not able to reach the customer care number (only new connections IVR can be opted) and your email response takes forever.

Thanks for this pathetic experience .. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD having connection from last 13years… Looks like act doesn’t care about their old customer and their service is getting bad day by day.. @hireachbb were able to shift connection in a time of 7-8hrs
