    4th time in one month the internet connection is down. One of the worst experience with @ACTFibernet . They advertise as reliable internet hence got the static ip for office work but to my utter disappointment the worst internet service ever. @ACTFibernet pls help solve it.

    @ACTFibernet i have complained twice for my speed issue. I have taken a 75mbs plan from beginning. First solution was i need to upgrade my modem coz it supports only 30mbs. Second time they said only using cable i get 75mbs. My speed has been only 20mbs maximum. Worse isn’t?

    It's been 3 weeks but there is no internet connection i have paid the amount for internet When we tried to reach customer care there are saying it will take 48hrs , i have been listening the same reason since 3 weeks @ACTFibernet Location:- narapally, Hyderabad, 500088

    @ACTFibernet hi I am a customer in Delhi (customer ID - 110000185550) I am trying to disconnect your service however the system is closing my disconnection request. The customer care team is not willing to cancel my subscription and disconnect . Pathetic customer care at ACT

    @ACTFibernet Dear ACT Fibernet Team, I want to express my deep disappointment & frustration with the terrible service that I have received from your company. My internet connection has been down for over 9 hours now, despite having raised a complaint via tkt no. SR10967392115504.

    Dear @ACTFibernet & @ACTFibernetHYD , i must say you guys have dropped your service standards...been trying to get the connection re-activated and every agent has been working like a robot...in this case why not just put chatbots n not humans?👎i used to tell all you are the best
