  @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket to shift my connection with TICKET ID SR11080671198304 this issue was declared to be resolved by 14 June 2026 but till now nothing has been done I am working without internet since a week my ACT account number is 110777865246 please resolve

  @ACTFibernet within just 10 days, ur wifi is not working. Ticket raised Technician visited y'day>but no soln. Tried calling him n times>not picking calls. Customer support assured a call back>not recvd any. In app req'sted callback from engineer>But no calls>Frustrating.

  My internet not working for last 3 days. I've raised ticket on app but no action has been taken. Stopped working next day after I paid the bill and cancelled Disconnection request. Regretting my decision to continue with this ****** company. Please refund me. @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet Nothing to check about ETR . Your technician is not willing to visit and told me to dod whatever , complain wherever. Fix the issue or will port the connection soon
