    @ACTFibernet I am facing a problem with internet. There was an imp event I was going 2 organised but just before that yr net service proved again ****. Earlier 8 days internet not working u have not reimbursed. Request no SR10261606399072. Resolve this on priority.

    @ACTFibernet None of them responded till now, except throwing a default message. Will anyone respond to my query ? my net is already running dead slow. Do you guys need any other escalation apart from this ?

    @ACTFibernet Where is the assistance , you folks are sound asleep and have never bothered about customer needs . You mentioned by 30th August 2021 9 am it will be resolved . If it does not will you refund this month's bill for me . If you are worth your word please stick to it .

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet facing very worst nightmare in neeladri nagar, Electronic city. They say some terminal problem, it will take 24hrs to fix it. My anguish is why 24 hours??? Are you people sleeping, guys we have to work from home from the @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Your service has been degraded off late as you take more than 24 hours to fix connectivity issues. Do you happen to know people WFH these days and this affects work. I am thinkin of movin to different service provider now.

    @ACTFibernet Manager of Act Service provider Hyderabad I am sending this message , after suffering for very long ....ACT fibre net is worst service provider which is not only highly overrated but expensive and with poor services and virtually no response mechanism.
