    @ACTFibernet Day 4. No internet. Support never responded - I had to dig up old engineer contacts myself for answers. Their answer: We”ll come today, then tomorrow, then the day after 👎 Been at a co-working space since Thursday. Unacceptable. Fix this.

    @ACTFibernet SR10280654172624: You might as well escalate this to gods because this is hanging on prayers. Your customer care numbers are now auto disconnecting calls from my registered number but connect fine from another number. I am assuming this is your way of shooing me away

    @ACTFibernet we have been trying to reach customer care but no proper response and the technician who is assigned said some other technician will come and escaped - this is ridiculous
