@ACTFibernet Can someone please look in to this SR10163826609904 and help. Your customer care has been providing false promise to resolve it for the last 24 hrs. When called CC the lady is absolutely rude and throws attitude when speaking to the customer vs. resolution.

@ACTFibernet pathetic service not capable of providing a proper broadband service. Within 10meters of distance, wifi signal is dropping when checked with CS, they are asking the customer to upgrade the plan. Just looting customers money.

@yashoazad @GENERAL_DILAWAR I started with @ACTFibernet (Chennai).The lines used to be down very frequently.On complaint the standard reply used to be 'Within' 24 hours.Appalling service.I moved away.If you are interested,I can post a thread....
