    8 days, no internet, no resolution — worst experience ever. Raised a complaint with ACT Fibernet and still no technician visit or proper update—just “will be resolved soon” messages. In 2026, internet isn’t optional. This delay is unacceptable and affecting my work. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Hi @ActFibernet, Someone collected the assets from me, I got the email saying that the assets recovery is completed, now one saying that its NOT completed. Can you please look into it, and issue my refund?

    @JioCare Raised complaint but no response yet. SR No: SR00002KkDF4 Jio Fiber Voice No: 914079649420 No technician visit and customer care not answering calls. Very disappointing service. Kindly resolve ASAP. Compare to you @ACTFibernet Is so much better in service

    @ACTFibernet I raised complaint SR10179872550794 yesterday via your helpline (9121212121) and was promised resolution by 6:30PM the same day. It was then pushed to today 10AM, still not resolved. Support is now saying it will be resolved by 9 PM @ACTFibernetHYD
