    As a 10+ year #ACT customer, this is deeply disappointing. Please take ownership and resolve this urgently. As a customer, I have no direct way to reach the assigned technician, the only channels available to me are customer support and social media. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues You really need to get your act together.. from being so dependable, we have had almost 5 outages in the last 3 months of a few hours everytime.. Address - Prestige Sunnyside Elm, Bangalore 103 with no permanent fix!!

    @ACTFibernet there is no way to escalate a ticket. What’s SLA for a ticket if fiber is broken ? No one yet called or messaged. Ticket no. SR10281616137854 @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet It’s been more than 3weeks now and a week since I raised this issue on X. There is no resolution expect for the fact that the app now reflects the SR#. I appreciate your efforts on customer service. If not, I am happy to disconnect the service & move to another service provider

    @abishekrsr @ACTFibernet Get a direct fiber connection. They call its aa GX. Its was the same issue for me now it is no more for more than 1.5 yrs
