@ACTFibernet , recently on 12nov i took actfiberner new wifi connection. Network coverage n customer support service is extremely pathetic n worst.never recommend anyone to take actfiber connection.Very dull customer response i received from actfiber team. Extremely disappointed.

@ACTFibernet Never fall in their trap. Worst service as ever. Not collecting my router back and not giving me my security deposit (refundable deposit). I have already disconnected their services but still they are not responding and not providing me my refund.

@ACTFibernet @Balamalladi13 after adding you this issue got resolved..and also there was frequent disconnection of internet due to junction box issue.Why can't you replace with new and also is there any possibility to keep another in parallel if one goes faulty other will active.

@JioCare again and again I'm. facing internet issue with jio customer service is waste better to move to @ACTFibernet such irresponsive customer care not even raising ticket on the issue.

@ACTFibernet Worst internet provider ever. Service is down every other day. Even after raising tickets and contacting customer care multiple times, issue still not resolved. Pls look into the ticket (SR10466394649354)and rectify the issue at the earliest or else I'll disconnect.
