    @ACTFibernet ETA shows by 9 pm today however I am told they will see the issue and if not resolved today, they will come in the morning. What were you doing after I raised the ticket for 6 hours?

    @ACTFibernet I’m continuously facing fiber cut issue in this area, every month raising ticket for fix but not seeing proper resolution current no - Fiber Cut SR11481401539554, also hanging cable, App doesn’t support to raise ticket.Thinking to change service,please take action

    It takes 50hrs to find out what the issue is, and even longer to rectify. @ACTFibernet your customer retention must be pathetic. Internet is an essential service, clearly @ACTFibernet thinks it is a joke. @officejmscindia

    @ACTFibernet I requested a callback this morning at 11:00 AM regarding frequent internet issues. Your support executive told, i will receive a call within two hours. It has now been 17:53pm, and I still have not received a call. Still internet issue not resolved.
