I havenโt received my refund even after 20 days of discontinuation and 10 days of asset return. You people will charge late fee, deactivation fee and other charges if we failed to pay on time.

ideamanii (@ideamanii) reportedSwitched my ACT Broadband plan from Advance Rental to Monthly Rental, and my promised 300 Mbps has dropped to just 90 Mbps. After 7 support calls, the issue is still unresolvedโand calls keep getting disconnected mid-conversation. @ACTFibernet Please resolve this immediately.

I am fooled by ACT because instead of a mesh you guys have installed another wifi for me which is wrong!

Prajwal P (@theprajwalp3722) reported@ACTFibernet What a pathetic customer service you guys have. No response since 4-5 days. Thereโs no actual line which people can call and complain. All calls go through the system and get dropped off. If someone picks up, they say this is not the correct department. OK, fine. If I ask them to transfer to the correct department, they say they canโt, wtf Your internet is good, but customer service is terrible. Please improve.
