  @ACTFibernet one of the pathetic ISP and customer care. Took new connection 15 days back 300mbps with mesh,i started seeing packet drop 37-40% every 5 mints. Raised request but kept on changing ETA, now i have disconnected connection but haven’t received any refund communication

  @ACTFibernet This is unacceptable. Frequent disconnections, inability to browse, multiple service requests, plan upgrade done, yet no resolution. Every ticket is stuck in "Work in Progress" while customers continue to suffer. Is anyone actually accountable for resolving issues? Immediate intervention required. Enough follow-ups.   @airtelindia Broadband is nagpur Laxmi nagar area is down from 2 days, getting same reply from customer care every day "we are sorry for the inconvenience" i already opted for @ACTFibernet on my HYD address, because of bad service, do I need to change service in nagpur also ?

  @ACTFibernet Day 4. No internet. Support never responded - I had to dig up old engineer contacts myself for answers. Their answer: We”ll come today, then tomorrow, then the day after 👎 Been at a co-working space since Thursday. Unacceptable. Fix this.

  Had the same with @ACTFibernet . 7 years of loyalty, until a customer care said "you can disconnect if you have problem". Now using Hathway without issues. Customer care is always the problem in any field.

  @ACTFibernet #Patheticservice I have been a customer of ACT since 2016 nd never have I faced such pathetic service. It's over 9 days now nd SR10180616919614 is yet to be attended. I guess Uguys Rnot bothered about old customers. Nother issue is Uhave not deactivated my old accs.

  My entire day's work was affected today due to #ACTFibernet outage. What's even more frustrating is that this is the 4th time in the last two months. Repeated service interruptions & delayed resolutions are unacceptable.
