@ACTFibernet you person called. Asked me same questions about which router etc. Provided responses. He kept thinking what next. I told I'm in office call have put someone on hold. He asked when can he call back. I told 1.30. It's 1.40 now still no callback. Unprofessional. #fail

@ACTFibernet If you have some shame change your SLA as I could see you guys are not capable to resolve the customer issue even after 24 hours of your SLA agreement.

@ACTFibernet raised an issue yesterday about not able to use the internet. No response at all. Not able to speak to any of your executives to know the status of my ticket. The local people from Act Fibernet also doesn’t respond to calls. My ticket number is SR10555190302662.

@ACTFibernet worst customer service,I made the payment of my bill on first April and today is the due date,still no payment receipt and it is it still showing that I have due to pay .I have subscribed for your internet service for mainly WFH.

@ACTFibernet I have sent my registered contact number in your DM. But why the hell was the wire cut down? I just paid last 4 months bill in vain then? I was paying bills while i was not even in Bangalore just to have a stable connection when i come back. This situation is just pathetic. 😠
