    @ACTFibernet I have been not getting the speed as advertised in my plan no proper resolution has been taken against my ticket SR10265290093144. This ticket is not trackable now and still my internet speed is around 25-40 for a 75 Mbps Plan. Very disappointed in your service.

    @ACTFibernet - I waited for half a day and then after losing my patience, I raised another ticket which got fixed the next day afternoon by a different service agent. Now, since I was not happy with my speed, I asked the agent how to get better speeds. He said modem placement

    @ACTFibernet Ur Service in Bnglr city is vry poor. While booking the connection ur team give wrong promises of same day installation & then start misbehaving & false commitments. If my cnnctn is not done TDY please refund the amount collected using false promise @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet today I did the wiring with the help of my electrician and since 11 a.m I have been making calls with the agent and he is giving me every single reason possible in the world to simply connect the wires. Pathetic! I have raised a ticket again. Never trustACT #ActSucks

    @ACTFibernet - he suggested to move my modem from 1st floor to ground floor. I had asked him to help me with the wiring. He asked me to do wiring connection with the help of electrician. But promised that he will help me with the end connector piece (rj45).

    @ACTFibernet - Last week, I had raised a ticket for issue-slow speed. Field agent called me and said he will close the ticket and fix it with 30mins. He disappeared for a week.When I called him back (after a week.thanks to my personal emergency), he asked me not to raise ticket
