@ACTFibernet You have increased speed but haven’t thought of replacing the routers to match that. Today when every other ISP providing compatible routers you cannot expect customer to buy new routers. Fix this asap else I am switching to Jio or Airtel. #poorservice #broadband

@ACTFibernet Can you please focus on QoS rather than the marketing gimmicks? Since 2020 facing intermittent connectivity issue which is proving extremely unreliable. For every complaint there is SOP of changing channel. (1/2)

@ACTFibernet This is WRT SR10263555705249, the ticket was closed without attending the issue or providing any resolution. 3 times ticket got closed immediately. Unprofessional behavior. Very #pathetic service.
