    @ACTFibernet i raised a request to terminate my account, your representative said that router will be collected and amount will be returned to original mode of payment in 24 hrs. It's been 10 days, no resolution yet. I just keep on calling. Everytime the answer is to wait 24 hrs.

    @ACTFibernet does it really take 24 hours to fix an issue? Atleast that's what your customer care says. Just because people are working from home, you blatantly take advantage of us? You cut our connections if we are late by a day right?

    @ACTFibernet Received false commitments without resolving the issue.Have called multiple times to the customer care.Haven't received any response from Technical team. Your ticket SR10163552721404 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 11/25 (MM/DD) b/w 09:00 to 13:00. Team ACT
