@paijwar @ACTFibernet Switch to other providers. I also disconnected my connection last week because of these service issues. They close the tickets without resolving the issue, even the ticket for disconnection took 1 week to address after reopening it twice.

@ACTFibernet guys your service is getting horrible. False commitments is something you guys have mastered! Even after having the infra and cables in place you guys couldn’t activate an account after 100 follow ups. All you cared about was payment and then you guys take it easy!
