    Dear @ACTFibernet 24 hours to fix an internet outage in Bangalore, the so-called Silicon City, is embarrassing. Shouldn’t the SLA be 6 hours or 12 hours at the max. Honestly you should learn from BESCOM on resolution timelines.

    @ACTFibernet Ticket SR10380185580294 has been closed without proper communication or support. I have been following up for a shifting request for more than a week now, without proper support from ACT.

    @ACTFibernet gigabit network down for 4 hours with no response in Chennai. ETA on automated ticket is 24 hours. Brilliant

    @ACTFibernet three days in a row, internet stops working, speed is very slow. Technicinaoask not to raise tickets. And then I have to pay full monthly amounts even though the electricity for the box is provided by me. @jagograhakjago
