    ACT Fibernet — your customer service is an absolute disgrace. Forcing us to wait 20+ minutes just to raise an issue is unacceptable, and after 24 hours there’s still no resolution or accountability. This level of negligence is infuriating. . #ACTFibernet #PoorService

    Horrible experience with @ACTFibernet Internet has been down for a day now and the resolution timeline keeps getting postponed with. The last eta was 9pm today and now the customer care team is also ghosting any questions. Ticket Id: SR10280009020434
