    @ACTFibernet Complaint #SR10257205396072 dtd 27/5. There's no internet for 5 days.The Service engineer/customer-care do not respond. They do not escalate the issue. Was promised a call back which hasn't happened. Every month it's the same story! Can we please expect a resolution?

    @ACTFibernet, real pathetic service. There has been serious issues with you internet connectivity since few months and no one yet no one is bothered to look into it. All you care about timely payments.

    @ACTFibernet I've being raising request on internet connection quite long time & Everytime the issue is being fixed on temporary basis & next month the issue appears again. Being a industry in Internet Service you cant keep a Junction Box fixed? Complaint ID - SR10257373866632

    @ACTFibernet I don't understand if your Operations Team or Leadership have something called commonsense bcz as you provide a 24hr run service & you don't have Team to support in Weekends, Not in Lockdown Period even in Normal days I faced this issue. By was Imposed LOP.

    @ACTFibernet Its been 8 days to this post and 1 month to my issue. I have not received a single call neither any solution. Is this issue going to resolve or continue, but fow long? I am tored of calling customer care. Mt ticket no gets closed w/o checkn with me @ACTFibernet
