    @ACTFibernet is anyone still running the company! I received another message that ETA for resolution has increased again. My neighbours have Airtel and Hathaway connection n it’s working fine. Why only ACT is not working! Terrible!

    Hi @ACTFibernet, This is another complaint regarding SR10679997420664. There has been no resolution even after 3 days. I’m fed up, your team hasn’t even responded, which feels like pure disrespect to the customer.

    @ACTFibernet Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional support. I’m being told to arrange power for your junction box if I want internet. I’m a paying customer; fixing technical/infrastructure issues is your responsibility, not mine. Please escalate and restore service immediately.

    @vinaysoni380 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet please help me in resolution for this ticket #SR10279997225012. It has been more than 48 hrs. No one has come to install the router yet nor picking the call. Is it so much difficult to get an internet connection in Bangalore for last 3 days ?
