  @ACTFibernet SR10381179589144, the original resolution time promised was 15/7 21:00. The ticket was raised around 15/7 15:03. It’s been almost 20 hours and still nobody showed up. If you cannot keep up the promise why even bother to give a resolution time.

Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails.
