  @ACTFibernet Where is your resolution? Still no update. Worst response by your executives. They promised the new connection will be installed yesterday for sure. Still not resolved. They are saying another 24 hours. It's totally fraud. Get it done this evening or just refund the money back.

  @ACTFibernet get your act together. Customer service is horrible. I did a plan upgrade and I was supposed to get mesh router and ticket was raised on July 2nd till now no update.

  It's better to get a new service provider.... @ACTFibernet is use less, i had two connection with them despite that they were not able to shift my connection in over 2weeks... @JM_Scindia @DoT_India do something there are 1000s of complaints

  if anyone is planning to subscribe @ACTFibernet for OTT, dont risk. They do not know how it works. My Amazon Prime is not working, and they are clueless about how to solve. Their only solution is talk to Amazon Prime. Thats their solution. But i hv given money to @ACTFibernet.

  @ACTFibernet Internet connection was disconnected by Nqgarjuna Meadows Apartment for not having paid the BESCOM bill for 3 months, even after multiple follow-ups with the ACT authorities. If a customer doesn't pay you for 3 months, will you provide the connection? Pathetic.
