    Dear @ACTFibernet 24 hours to fix an internet outage in Bangalore, the so-called Silicon City, is embarrassing. Shouldn’t the SLA be 6 hours or 12 hours at the max. Honestly you should learn from BESCOM on resolution timelines.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD You can never learn/improve. This is extensively disappointing to receive such poor service experience from you. Without my knowledge the services are disconnected & I receive an email post the disconnection.Multiple SR,emails,calls & no update/action

    @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues Internet connection disturbed for the past 2 days in Kottivakkam, Chennai (600 041). Ticket has been raised in app. Msg received the issue expected to resolve by 19.30. The issue has not resolved. Entire day has been struggle

    @ACTFibernet genuinely impressive how you sell "reliable internet" and then just… don't provide internet. my internet has been cut off AGAIN. raised a ticket AGAIN. the "expected resolution time" keeps changing AGAIN. last time i had to beg 15 days straight to get reconnected.
