@ACTFibernet The plan was sold to me for 6+1 month. After a lot of complaints and following up, the resolution was that they offered a discount of 549 on my next bill. Now after 3 months, they are asking for recharge saying that the plan was only for 3 months.

@ACTFibernet My @ACTFibernet connection stopped on 31Oct22. Complaint raised, ticket SR10366247959424 was fixed & closed on 1st Nov. Since then, my ACT connection is going off often & has completely gone since 6Nov22. New ticket SR10366298891114 raised & yet to be resolved even after 2 days

@ACTFibernet This is the 2nd day without internet. Out of 28days, 2 days we are out of wifi. Why should we even pay ACT for this 2days, when we have not availed any service. Worst service providers. No revert or response or action taken for the above complaints raised

@ACTFibernet Hi, request you to pls raise a disconnection request. Have always getting assurance but no permanent solution to this internet connectivity issues. Have already incurred lots of damages coz of this. Can't handle anymore.
