@ACTFibernet power discount hasn't been applied. Same issue at every renewal. Logged multiple tickets, all closed without resolution. Gave specific instructions on ticket & to customer rep on how to reach me, nothing works. Happy to look elsewhere if issue persists, renewal's up

@ACTFibernet we have Act internet for the complete building of Government City College Nayapul Hyderabad but we regular internet cuts for whole day we didnt receive internet today completely though we complained pls solve the issue within hour or less after receiving complaint
