    @ACTFibernet Been more than20+day,issue unresolved(used net for 10days)yet ticket closed. Today got a text asking me to pay the bill for nxt month ,should I pay the bill n wait for you ppl to resolve within 2021? Anyway cant rely on u ppl, got a back up connection from @excitel_rocks thank u

    @ACTFibernet Mr.Bala Malladi, CEO, your administration is very bad and to be FRANK it is nothing less than SHAMEFUL.Complaints addressed to you in your personal name are not replied.I wish to COMPLAIN against you.Provide me the relevant authority's address. Reimburse power bills.

    @ACTFibernet This organisation is came down to such a pathetic position, even for intermittent issues I have to mail Malladi.Bala to get in time resolutions. #patheticservice.

    @ACTFibernet turnaround time for service request is already relatively higher for #Act than other service providers. After 24 hours the technician calls and says he don't have equipment so will take some more time, not sure how much. SR10160447452852

    @ACTFibernet it's almost a weekly attendance for internet disruption. Can u pls find quick resolution or responses. 24 hrs response time is too much. Fed-up of this.
