@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet any updates? No progress yesterday as well. It has been terrible experience, I was told by customer care, call from Chennai team and field executive TL (Sagar Reddy) that it would be solved yesterday. If it is not restored today, have no option but to move to others.

@ACTFibernet Cheating is being done by ACT. I don't want to use ACT service going forward. My connection was in temporarily disconnection state. But, all of a sudden my account got active. Without customer confirmation. Didn't get any sms also saying services restarted by ACT.

Dear @ACTFibernet My account ID is 101529106365. I got new connection on 25th but still no connectivity, I am facing worst service, the technician supposed to come today 11am have not shown up. It's getting delayed for last 5 for no reason..
