    @ACTFibernet I want the refund of one month subscription made, because I was raising a new connection request which I no longer need die to very poor internet connection. My registered mobile number is 99413631.There is no option to refund .Do not delete my tweet.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I have applied for new connection request on 4mar and the promise install date was 5th mar but till now no update I have called 5/6 times to customer care but not getting any resolution they are taking time please install by tomorrow or I want refund

    @ACTFibernet Act is truly the worst internet service provider, not only do they fail to provide you with the internet service you paid for, they also take additional money with false commitments and never return the amount to the customer. Contracts mean nothing to them. #unethicalBusiness

    @ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit Worst experience with act fiber. I'm planning to move to airtel. I don't recommend anyone to take act fiber net. They are troubling me so much

    @ACTFibernet if you don’t honor your own quarterly, half yearly or yearly plans, how can we trust that you won’t cancel plans midway and levy unanticipated charges on us!! Cannot trust your company anymore
