    Yet another issue. WiFi stays in red whenever there is a power cut and when it comes back. Manually have to remove the power cables from both the routers and reconnect them to fix it. Terrible experience yet again. Can you fix anything?? @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet

    How long will you continue to provide such poor service? The internet keeps going down, at least five times a week. I went today in the afternoon, but the internet still hasn't come back. Fake commitments and poor service. SR11081548627004 @ACTFibernet

    @JioCare This is really a joke. If you look at our service request history you would know, we used to raise multiple tickets for frequent disconnection on weekly basis. We have moved to @ACTFibernet. I urge you to disconnect immediately and refund the security deposit at the earliest.

    @ACTFibernet @DoT_India Other than that customer priority is your last option is what I understood, when I needed the internet connection the most, you people don't even care and you're asking me to wait for so long. Even the days you fail to provide service, you should refund our money, which you don't
