    @ACTFibernet I closed a connection recently and then the router and attachments were duly collected. Got a verbal confirmation of pickup. Today, received a bill of 3k asking for router money, instead of the expected refund. The pickup person is not receiving calls. Please help.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet the way you are handling a CEO escalation shows how bad a business you people are running. My neighbour placed the order on a later date than me. Asked for the refund on a later date but he got it. So you people are deliberately doing this to me right ?
