    @ACTFibernet I did not receive the service I paid for over the past month. So I request that you extend my current service period by one month beyond the current due date of September 22nd. If this issue is not addressed, I will need to reconsider renewing my subscription moving forward.

    It has been almost a month since I filed a complaint but the problem has not been resolved yet. I want to withdraw my connection. There is no WiFi problem within 10 kilometers from Medchal. But the problem is not there within 2 kilometers of Medchal? @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Enough of these copy-paste apologies! Ticket SR10176989561034 has been pending for days. Stop asking for “patience” and give a specific resolution time. Also confirm when customers will get refund/compensation for this outage. #InternetDown

    @ACTFibernet - Ticket "SR10377094290034" closed without providing any resolution. Customer care executives are also not helping. Already mailed regarding this. Yet no solution.

    @ACTFibernet - Invoice raised for services not availed. When billing issue raised as a ticket. Without resolving, the ticket was closed. The customer care executives are also not able to resolve it. TIcket ID SR10377094290034
