  @ACTFibernet SR10181172156854 was raised 3 days back. Called service engineer 7 times yesterday. Did not pick up the call. What service are you running?

  if anyone is planning to subscribe @ACTFibernet for OTT, dont risk. They do not know how it works. My Amazon Prime is not working, and they are clueless about how to solve. Their only solution is talk to Amazon Prime. Thats their solution. But i hv given money to @ACTFibernet.

  @ACTFibernet My service request SR11081127987744 has remained unresolved since 12th July. My internet has been down for the last 4-5 days, and each day the resolution timeline is simply extended without any actual progress.
