    @ACTFibernet @daneshzaki @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket to shift my connection with TICKET ID SR11080671198304 this issue was declared to be resolved by 14 June 2026 but till now nothing has been done I am working without internet since a week my ACT account number is 110777865246 please resolve

    Hi @ACTFibernet The worst experience to get a connection from the internet, It"s been almost 5 days since I requested for reallocation but not one showed up for the installation to my new location. Worst customer support and no option to submit feedback also @ACT_Issues

    Hello @ACTFibernet @FiberAct You have the most useless wifi service It's been 5 days since the internet is down and there is 0 action on your end Neither anyone is bothered enough to address the issue nor your engineer is picking up calls. Most useless ISP.

    @ACTFibernet SR10280654172624: You might as well escalate this to gods because this is hanging on prayers. Your customer care numbers are now auto disconnecting calls from my registered number but connect fine from another number. I am assuming this is your way of shooing me away
