    @ACTFibernet The issue is still open. Kindly connect with the technician and let me know the current status honestly. Either you guys have not planned for this rainy season properly and are shortage of man power or just straight incompetent. Kindly take a look into this urgently!

    Hello @ACTFibernet How shameless can you be. I have paid 9k for my internet upgrade 1 month ago. Neither you have upgraded my connection not you refunded my amount. I am so fed up with your service. Have some shame and either refund or upgrade @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet yesterday some of your ppl said they will change some cables and the Internet service wont be effected, now since morning Internet is not working! Your guy is not responding to outr calls!! Rajsed a ticket, your people call regularly to updgarde to new plans +

    @ACTFibernet Why your ETA to resolve issue is always 24hrs?,what kind of incompetent team you have, we lost internet since yesterday 8 PM, our whole society is facing the issue ,with this kind of mass impact why do you take 24hrs?
