    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.     @ACTFibernet It’s been more than 3weeks now and a week since I raised this issue on X. There is no resolution expect for the fact that the app now reflects the SR#. I appreciate your efforts on customer service. If not, I am happy to disconnect the service & move to another service provider

    @ACTFibernet Speed issue is resolved but this issie whenever there is a power cut it stops working. I clearly mentioned that and still exists.
