    @ACTFibernet hey fraud isp taken money for plan change and now your customer care is saying that it wont happen until 30th june 2022 I have one doubt if we can upgrade to any plan in middle of the month then why can’t we downgrade? By the way i have requested on 1st june

    @ACTFibernet Ticket no: SR10264970607614 is open since 30th May and I am struggling to work without internet from 4 days. Reason : Some customer has thrown junction box and you can't find new location. Utter nonsense !! Disconnect my connection and refund advance paid
