    Horrible service from broadband service provide @ACTFibernet in Bangalore. Internet is down since yday at my place and no one has attended to the service ticket even after 36+ hours!!

    @ACTFibernet All I'm getting are boilderplate replies and not even a single phone call regarding the issue. And the worst part - all tickets are closed automatically. I've been using your service for the last 10 years 🤦🏼 This is my ticket number - 20250801402516

    Their agent promised a fast service and said will install by 11:00 in the morning. But despite repeated calls and wasting my whole day waiting for him to install, no one bothered to install it. Made several complaints but no response.@ACTFibernet
