    @ACTFibernet your helpdesk is a dead end solution for customer queries. They absolutely pass the time saying it will be resolved in one hour/ 2 hrs but nothing happens. No way of escalation. No sense of urgency. A mom and pop store provides better experience than you

    @ACTFibernet Why are ur services so delayed? Can you or your executives realize the necessity of fast resolution? Does it take much time for a user to switch to another vendor? You need to highly work on your response time for resolution.

    @ACTFibernet Worst Internet Service Provider. I have recently moved to the @ACTFibernet and it’s been a month and I have raised complaints for at least 8 times in this time period and for 2 -3 times I have total internet blockage for 2 days. The service is being taken very slow.

    @ACTFibernet It is 3rd time in the row that ACT is out of service in eluru. Every time it takes 3-4 days to resolve in these quantum computing days. If you don’t have systems to cater load better opt out and don’t bother customers. Your Helpdesk is a dead end .

    @ACTFibernet No action no resolution. 24 hrs have elapsed. Your service response needs a fix. You cant keep customers waiting like this. How much time does it take to switch to an alternative?
