@ACTFibernet Do other users face such frequent internet outage. Yesterday also it was down for about 2 hrs. But i didn't log a complaint out of frustration. Today again for more tha 6 hrs no internet.

Hello brothers and sisters of our country, I am customer of @ACTFibernet internet connection for 4 years and I had raised a repair ticket by calling the @ACTFibernet support number. The customer support said the support technician will fix it by 11th October, it is not fixed yet

@ACTFibernet No action has been taken since then. I have been calling their customer care everyday since last 10 days. Everyday I am told that their team will reach out to me within 24 hours and i will get my refund. No one has reached out to me and i have not got my refund.

Yes @ACTFibernet gives worst service. In this WFH days taking customers for a ride. Instead of resolving, they close the ticket one sidedly. Customer care centre is highly provocative they damn care for customers.
