    @ACTFibernet No use, someone call to me, told billing team contact you. New ticket created and without my knowledge ticket closed again. Ticket: SR11449853468638 No one interested to close complaint properly. Simply say team will contact you soon.

    Sometimes they showcase as they are very good and they provide a good service but these words not true for @ACTFibernet its been 6 days i have raised request for relocation but still the issue has not been fixed do you know how much we are dependent on internet.

    @ACTFibernet . I have the worst broadband experience for a new connect ion . The technician who made the connection is not picking up the call . The person who made a new connection is harsh to me for asking whom to contact. Kindly don't use act for WFH . Still issue not solved.
