    I paid ₹3182 for ACT Fiber connection on 18/05/26 .Even after 4 days, it has not been installed and I am not receiving proper updates from your representative. I contacted customer care multiple times and tickets were raised, but the issue is still unresolved @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet It still says "Awaiting for ETR". We don't have any visibility to the resolution time. This is really inconvenient for us.

    @ACTFibernet My internet is down since 18th May, my ticket number is SR10180334855014. I have called your customer service more than 20 times in the past 4 days and still issue is not resolved. Everyday I'm told it would be resolved but it doesn't happen. Worst customer service.

    4. Due to this not able to login to app to track anything or login to website. 5. First customer care saying installation person calling other number. 6. After some time they said no record found. Not able to understand where is my money/installation or refund? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet There is some issue with your digital tv services located in Eluru, A.P. for quite some time. Made several complaints but no action was taken till now. Please look into this and advise the concerned to fix this asap. Thanks. #Actdigital #ACT
