@ACTFibernet I have been facing internet disconnectivity since August.Frequency of disconnectivity was once a week and today in October in 10 days I had to raise more than 15 complaints and still, the internet wasn't resolved. The latest issue wasn't resolved in more than 36hrs

@ACTFibernet It was not resolved. The complaint was closed. I have lost the connection many times & i don't get refund. I have raised the same in the phone call. I asked for refund and adjust the amount for the monthly plan. Let's be fair to all the users, When your service is down, pay back.

@ACTFibernet what a pathetic service. I have been following up for power discount from January. Everytime some new explanation. It is october. Atleast tell me if you gonna give the power discount or not. So that I don't waste my time and energy to keep following up witb you guys
