    @ACTFibernet Dear ACT, the issue is not fixed yet. Your service reps think the cords were unplugged from the hubs. I was wondering if your technicians were going to drop from the sky. Because y’all talk like you’re waiting on somebody to come from a different galaxy to fix the issue.

    @ACTFibernet facing ping issues a lot. More than 130+ ping. Terrible network.

    @ACTFibernet I usually pay my bill exactly on due date for 150mbps, but everytime after the 2nd notification (well before the due date) the internet speed goes down to 10mbps. Well, this is a cheeky way to push the customers to pay their bill by limiting the speed.

    Dear @ACTFibernet , i have been observing since 6 months every month I will facing connectivity issues monthly wise for 10 times and i loss my business ..i didn't ever see these kind worst service in my life. below one is the one of sample.ticket no SR10265887829134

    @ACTFibernet Worst internet provider. No rain in my area but still no internet since yesterday morning. Very pathetic service
