    @ACTFibernet Since connection has been already deactivated, we could not do much on this now. I appreciate your kind and quick response in this regard. But again I would like to make my point that being 6 yrs old customer, you should not treat me like this.

    @ACTFibernet With all due respect, I'm informing to you that my internet connection was disturbed from last 7 days.I wasn't able to manage my office and kids were missing online classes.Completely disappointed bcz of poor support. 6yrs old customer should not treated like this.
