@ACTFibernet SR10263136165292 . No internet for the past 24 hours. The support guy came and left without even rectifying the issue and now they aren't picking calls on purpose. Please look into on priority and rectify, the work from home is being affected severely.

@ACTFibernet The unpleasant experience is due to your cheap strategy of not having a disconnect option available via APP/customer care service. Why can't you fix that ASAP instead of troubling who needs to disconnect?
