@ACTFibernet Still the issue not been resolved. Yesterday one Rep have call he told me someone from Finance team will give a call and issue will be resolved. Still the issue is nt been resolved. Can u pls act on this on a Priority Basis. Really a Pathetic Service. It's a mistake to opt u bck.

@ACTFibernet One of the worst customer services I have ever experienced chat agents rude with no process knowledge. Billing desk same again rude to the core keeps on repeating and cutting me always while I speak. Employees like Clara will put the brand value of the company down.

This Company @ACTFibernet see their customers only as money, before making customer buying connection employees works as a tunder, but after receiving money and activation they don't respond to the customers call, facing issues the very 1st day of activation, #scam #actfibernet

@ACTFibernet You have conveniently put 24hrs as outage to qualify for a waiver, which never happens. Ideally the outage should be accounted for the hourly basis n adjust the waiver. I lost one working day, who pays for it?

@ACTFibernet I have been facing an internet issue for the past 2 weeks with no permanent fix and assurance from the technician. I have raised multiple tickets and no one is even concerned to pay a personal visit to my residence to check the issue, they just check the junction
