PT2! I specifically pointed out the problem. It's about 72 hrs now and they still giving the same robotic responses! The field tech is so expert that he couldn't locate their own internet box in their assigned location! @ACTFibernet My wrk is getting impacted!WFH is no joke!😡

@ACTFibernet Please call me..Despite paying subscription 1 year in advance my account has been suspended as I just made a plan change. Ticket gets closed without resolution. Call not getting thru helpdesk representative. Call me 7358554016

@ACTFibernet After 8+ years using this service provider, now shifting to others as these people no longer holds good service and have to wait days to get a simple issue resolved which used to be handled within a day in past days....
