Madhav Vasanth (@tisismadhav) reportedHey @ACTFibernet, I’m paying for a 400 Mbps plan but consistently getting only ~100 Mbps or less. I’ve raised 4 to 5 complaints, and every time the same technician is assigned. He asks me to close the ticket using the OTP without actually fixing the issue.
