    @ACTFibernet pathetic internet service which gets interrupted every now and then ....asking engineers to visit the compound ..no one does that .. very bad service ..thinking of moving to Jio Worst service ever

    If anyone is planning for ACT internet do not take their connection. Not reliable, no support, scammer ISP. For an example their internet is down for 4 days at 500084 and all of their staff or app or support have been denying service. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @FiberAct

    @ACTFibernet within just 10 days, ur wifi is not working. Ticket raised Technician visited y'day>but no soln. Tried calling him n times>not picking calls. Customer support assured a call back>not recvd any. In app req'sted callback from engineer>But no calls>Frustrating.

    @airtelindia Broadband is nagpur Laxmi nagar area is down from 2 days, getting same reply from customer care every day "we are sorry for the inconvenience" i already opted for @ACTFibernet on my HYD address, because of bad service, do I need to change service in nagpur also ?

    @ACTFibernet During their Sales cycle, they gives us a lot of hope, bells and whistles but in reality, nothing happens, nobody takes any actions till your 6 months advance payment gets over. They will never mind to provide any service because you are stuck and paid for 6 months.

    1/ @ACTFibernet I've spent 45 days trying to close my account 101799520914. The router has now been collected. The ONLY thing left is my refund of ₹6,614 — and it still hasn't been paid. Every customer care is hanging up the call in between. @ConsumerFF
