    @ACTFibernet Team, I am without ACT internet for more than 24 hrs. Raised complaint SR10380587096194, ETA is already moved a couple of times. Engineer not picking up the call.. Helpdesk disconnects the call after waiting in the queue.. your service is totally dysfunctional

    Hey @ACTFibernet i took your connection 15 days back and o am still struggling. Your engineer promises to come everyday and never arrives. Do I expect a solve?

    @ACTFibernet today again at 8pm lost internet and I have been told that person is visiting within 30min, later when called back, was told will visit next day. now he has seitched off his mobile. already beared enough, cancel plan immediately

    @ACTFibernet SR10180478714564 it supposed complete bg yesterday but till now I have not received any call or any update on this..when can I expect to be done. All the customer care executive are telling different different story on this

    They again and again raise tickets and say, "Sorry, we are raising a ticket for your problem," but they didn't solve it, says will come tomorrow. Every day a new date is assigned. From the 5th date, today is the 9th. A team of corrupt and lazy people. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Got a call from @ACTFibernet and was assured a quick resolution,but nothing has changed.The connection is still down, and the issue is unresolved. It’s disappointing to receive assurances without any actual action. Please stop giving false timelines and provide a genuine update.
