10 years ago I had canceled my connection with @ACTFibernet they STILL keep your data after even 10 years!! Please act on it this is unfair to keep customer numbers @MIB_India

@ACTFibernet From 4 days not getting internet..you collecting monthly amount without providing internet. Ticket No. SR10164973556134 . I'm facing 2nd time in this month.daily I'm loosing my salary doing work from home. Worst service no one is responding..No technician contacted.

@ACTFibernet It is prepaid connection but still I need pay for disconnection "Your ACT Fibernet service has been deactivated as per request. Your last invoice amount is Rs. 837.8 and due amount is Rs 770.07." Can any1 tell me y ? #ACT pathetic service

@ACTFibernet What priority? I called up the technician. He left for the day at 7pm. Said can’t help till tomorrow morning. Crazy customer service if this what is the attitude. Why should I loose more than 12 hours of service for which I already paid money?
