@ACTFibernet Saw new ACT smart ad. Have to say bad timing. I have been experiencing WORST internet service by ACT. ZERO way to contact real human cust care. Area tech says Rats had cut server wires n in evening it repeated. Wow with standards of server room.

@JioCare Internet down for 3 days now. Despite calling 17+ times and yelling at your attitude fueled representatives, I have no resolution. The technician keeps rescheduling for whatever reason and no calls from them. I'd like to cancel my service and move to @ACTFibernet
