    @ACTFibernet i have 3 connections. One has connectivity issues. Talking to your customer care for many times for three days continuously and still nobody cares to resolve it. Totally waste.

    I think @ACTFibernet gives importance only to the new subscribers. I’ve raised shifting request 4 days back and there’s no update. Customer service team has no answer. Switching to other best broadband service is the best resolution for this. What do you say?

    @ACTFibernet SR10761857885002 09/05/2021 14:00:00 It's been more than 24 hours. Still issue not resolved and Have been Calling Toll free for resolution. But, Telecallers don't even have minimum Speaking etiquette. The Worst Service. Shame on you @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet thread 2 of 2 excuses like they are yet to get permission for relocating junction box are being given !!! I am unable to appreciate the lack of empathy of your customer care to the issue being faced by us as your customer . Appreciate your prompt intervention

    @ACTFibernet The app is so poorly designed. There is no option to talk to the customer service in the app. Pre defined template for issues is useless. Looks like every effort is made to hide the path to reach customer service #Bengaluru #Karnataka . Let me know how can I reach u
