@ACTFibernet Terrible customer care experience once a new customer pays the money. Till money is paid you keep harassing people but once money is paid and customer needs your help you don’t even bother to reply back. I was using ACT long ago and ditched it because of this

Consistent follow ups through DM. Lack of a contact number to reach out to. I have been without internet since the last three days @ACTFibernet if this lackadaisical service continue I might have to jump to @airtelindia or @reliancejio. Do you guys provide internet in Bengaluru?

Dear @ACTFibernet there is a Internet issue form your end from yesterday 6PM, when I spoke to CC they said the technician will no be available after 6M, is this the device will u provide to the customers, we WFH people are suffering with this. No resolution till now please help
