Hi @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD. It’s been 6 days and there is no internet. Have raised a complaint in the app SR10177123655134. From last 5 days the ETR keeps changing. Pathetic customer service with useless bot with no other means to communicate. Kindly look into the matter.

Hey @ACTFibernet My internet is down AGAIN! 😡 This is the 4th time in 3 months (last time just a week ago). It shows “Connected, no internet” completely useless! If this keeps happening, I’ll be forced to switch providers. Fix this ASAP!

@ACTFibernet Please initiate a refund if you can't solve a simple problem. Don't sit on people's hard earned money and give reason and blame TGSPDCL.This is not even a connectivity=disconnection issue rather a installation request, which even you all are unable to fulfill. Pathetic!
