    @ACTFibernet In last month itself, I raised more than 5 tickets for internet connection issue and and it is happening again and again. Internet connection was not available since midnight and raised ticket on morning and no one contacted even after 3 hours. Where is cust service?

    @ACTFibernet We’ve paid ₹15,635 upfront for a full year of uninterrupted service (User ID: 101705991853), yet the internet is down almost every weekend especially from Fri-Mon This is unacceptable for people working from home. Waiting 3–4 days .Kondapur, Hyderabad #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet , I got message saying that revised ETR will be 10th Jun 2PM to 7 PM . For no reason , it has been postponed . Please cancel my subscription & refund my amount .
