    To @ACTFibernet You guys promised for installation of broadband on 12th of Jan Till now there is no update from you guys Simply asking for 24 hrs of time for resolution nothing was done. After multiple calls from my end you guys canceled the installation Shame on you guys

    @ACTFibernet : SR10378602423305 | A/c: 103763880302 Repeated promises, no execution. Need direct pole-to-modem connection as junction box will be removed by house owner. No resolution despite multiple follow-ups. Will not renew plan if unresolved. Request urgent intervention.

    @ACTFibernet what a ****** service… WiFi is not working from afternoon and my issue is not resolved even after multiple follow-ups… why you’re charging for thirty days when you’re providing services for 24 to 25 days in a month.
