@ACTFibernet This is how ur team worked in Our issue. More than 24 hr no internet. Instead of finding root cause, doing prediction. Finally there is no compensation for 24 hr fault. Any way we need to pay money if service available or not. 😷

@ACTFibernet Time 10 am : When raising complaint first reply was power failure in locality. But I replied electricity was there. Time 8pm : One Guy came told cable had been brocken. Apartment ppl not allowed him to go upstairs (Not uncle's house to at night) Next day morning : No update
