    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Clear sign that you don’t care about the 70 customers in our apartment. ACT management shows little concern for customer issues — the focus seems to be only on collecting money and pushing bulk recharges (3 months or more).

    @ACTFibernet SR10279623447510 No Resolution Since 8 Days. This is really unfortunate that being ACT customer I have to escalate on twitter. These days ACT does not provide solution without twitter. Disappointed and very low standard customer service.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service by shifting / installation team , connected in the existing /old wire which is faulty! Connected with installation team multiple times for past 2 week, no one turns up to change the wire Not going pay shifting charges unless it is fixed #mylapoure

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct I paid to change my plan to a bundle plan with Mesh. Since I already had a Mesh I told the service guy to change the plan for 1 month extra. He said yes, but didn't change it. The ticket got close automatically without any intimation. Plan didn't change
