  @ACTFibernet this was raised on 29-June-2026. Total 9 days. How many more days do you need to fix it. @ACTFibernet . Your customer support disconnects the call stating transferring to technical team. No response to emails sent. I don't think you have the power to fix it.

  @ACTFibernet How many days do you need to resolve this? My work is hampered because of this and I don't want anyone to suffer like me and never recommend it to anyone.

  Guys @ACTFibernet is a big fraud. They promised to return my money if I don't like services. They took 7500 in advance. Poor connectivity, it keeps throwing me off meetings. Now they say they won't refund anything. I am going to break and burn act fibernet routers and post here

  @THE_INDRA_KUMAR @ACTFibernet If you call to customer care they respond with all sweet words. Better to drop mail for proof from our end for tracking, additionally we can raise customer dispute.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I had taken 6 months subscription .paid 7500 in advance on promise that if I don't like the connection, Money will be returned. Act kept disconnecting and threw me out of meetings. I raised complaint but no refund. It's a scam guys. @kapsology

  @ACTFibernet once again issue without my knowledge tickets which I raised has been closed how rubbish is this?Haven't seen such a network ever ?How can someone treat a customer like this? Still issue not solved eveymonth issue is been escalated.Will register a complaint legally
