@ACTFibernet The callback happened. I explained the issue and was told that it will be resolved in 1 day. Today i receive a message saying pay or account will be suspended tomorrow. What a sad state of ACT customer support. I dont understand how you are unable to solve 1 issue from 2 months.

@ACTFibernet SR11061186823122 is now resolved. However, we would like to know why services were unavailable for more than 12 hours esp when everyone is working from home. The executive says wire was broken and there's no one who repairs at night. Not very reliable then. Eh?
