@Thegujjuchokro @ACTFibernet I have terrible ping issues with @ACTFibernet too. But they are just ignoring me after taking my money. Worst support from any ISP I've ever used. They won't even acknowledge my complaints now.

@ACTFibernet how many times do I have raise a complain??? from last 1.5 months I am having issues, I raise a complain and then your customer care closes the ticket without solving the issue. I will be raising a strong case in consumer court if I don't get a permanent fix.

@ACTFibernet I am your customer for the last 7 years. Due to unavoidable circumstances, I had to ask you guys to remove the junction box installed in my premises (from last 6) years. Now from 18/8 i don't have internet. Your sluggish response wants me to switch to other ISP.

@ACTFibernet No not yet, can you please arrange a call with local Hyd manager to get a permanent resolution. This is keep repeating, when get a new battery and close the ticket then remove the battery later then how come issue is resolved ?

@ACTFibernet It is pathetic service! Why don't you check the battery in your box if it is dead? When there is an outage, the internet stops working even if we have an inverter! Because the battery in your box is dead! Please get your act together!
