Every morning I get a generic message with a new timeline for when the issue will be fixed. Is this how you treat long-time customers? On your annual plan?! Bloody ridiculous!

Its been 5 days since internet connectivity is lost and you guys never care to the seek any attention of those complaints we registered. Such a pathetic customer service.

Even after 11 days of follow up and escalating to the Nodal office I do not have a functional internet ! One team says it’s the other’s responsibility resulting to harassment of customers. Hope they fix it today
