    Hi @ACTFibernet I am tired of getting phone calls for bill payment for a pre-paid internet connection. I get calls from different numbers, multiple times a day, sometimes threatening legal action. What legal action on pre paid connection? Is threat the way to talk to customer?

    @ACTFibernet Dear Sir every alternate day O face the internet issue , so I don't think Bala malladi you deserve to do this. Kindly try to make your service better for customer. You must take care of your service which you are running and then try to make fools to ppl by launching other thing.

    @ACTFibernet since last 3 weeks my internet doesn’t work, I had raised many tickets via app & call to costumer care but still now I didn’t received any response from your team. Your service is very cheap and behaviours of your team very rude and disrespectful.I want my money back

    @ACTFibernet : We have an office broadband connection and the internet services by act are disrupted around 2-3 times in a week. During the remaining days, the services are disrupted every few hours. Have informed your executives to terminate services being provided to us as work

    @ACTFibernet sir i don't want sympathy answers from your side but a quick solution to the problems, this is going on for 2 weeks and it's hitting me hard I had made advance payment fr 6 month kindly refund it ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet Kindly check your DM wherein I sent a message explaining my repeated Internet connectivity issues. Just 2 days back only my connectivity restored after 30 hours of my complaint. From today afternoon, again I am facing the same connectivity problem. Kindly address it.
