@ACTFibernet Hi, your technicians have come around 5ish to solve some problem in neighbourhood and have disconnected “ My Internet ” and they reassured that they will get it back within 15 min.. here we go more than 2hrs no Internet and they are singing the same song.

@ACTFibernet Net not wrking since afternoon, ACT also removed option to talk to Rep, pathetic pathetic pathetic. Complaint lodged had a resolution time of 7 PM. Dont know when it will be fixed tomorrow. Please refund my balance amount, wont ever use your Services 🙏.
