  @ACTFibernet Seriously disappointed with the service, even before getting started. I requested a new connection two days ago, paid the full amount upfront, and no one has come to install it yet. The guy who handled my request has also stopped responding.

  @airtelindia asked to cancel my connection and so I did. When I attempted @JioCare, after 3 days of payment says technical issue, need 10 days to fix. This is in Chennai, Anna Nagar area. What about you @ACTFibernet?

  @ACTFibernet I paid ₹700 for relocating my ACT Fibernet connection, but the relocation is still pending. I've been waiting without any proper update, despite paying the relocation charges in advance. This level of service is unacceptable.

  @ACTFibernet Ticket id : SR11081425338694 . No updates , no replies . For 20+ hours the service is down . Can’t you interact with customers or update them. Your customer support gives no updates and no enginner has contacted me. What kind of service is this?
