@ACTFibernet My question is why are we not maintaining the power back up? We take WiFi for office purpose but we are losing office hours and have to apply leave. What is the use of WiFi? I already lost my two days of leave because of WiFi Issue. What kind of service it is?

@JioCare Horrible customer service. Internet stopped working on Sunday morning. Raised a service request - till date resolution is pending. I am cancelling my connection. Moved to @ACTFibernet who’s services are much better. Shame on you @reliancejio

@ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore What kind of service do you provide, worst to say the least. I have an outstanding issue pending to be resolved from past 1 month and no internet while working from home. Your engineers are more interested in closing the ticket than actually resolving!!

@ACTFibernet May I know where do you get the wifi routers from?? One of the worst quality, I have ever witnessed. It’s just been an year using your service and the router isn’t working at all. No point in paying so much for such a pathetic quality. Time to switch. #disappointed
