    @ACTFibernet I never expected this from ACT Fibernet. An ACT technician and site engineer came to my area, cut my broadband cable, and redirected my active connection to my neighbor's house. I had already paid for a 3-month plan, and I still have 45 days left on my subscription

    @THE_INDRA_KUMAR @ACTFibernet If you call to customer care they respond with all sweet words. Better to drop mail for proof from our end for tracking, additionally we can raise customer dispute.

    @ACTFibernet I applied for a new connection 2 days ago. Installation was promised yesterday, but no one has contacted me.I paid ₹2,035. The sales executive (+91 97311 63437) has switched off their phone. Even after contacting customer care twice, there has been no resolution.

    Hey @ACTFibernet , pathetic service. Shifting requested July 10, today is 13th—zero updates, just IVR lies. But for a new line? Sales calls in 60s promising same-day setup! Disgusted by this greed. Switching to Airtel. Process my refund. A/C: 102767191991

    How much longer are customers expected to tolerate this? At this point, just come and take your router back. I’ll switch to a provider that actually delivers the service it promises. This level of service is unacceptable. Fix it—or lose another customer. @ACTFibernet
