  I requested for @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD connection on 8th Apr and I waited till 11th Apr for installation nobody reached out to me and lack of poor service and response I had cancelled my connection request and raised request for refund on 11th Apr

  @ACTFibernet @SandyMohanG @ACTFibernet - Have never seen such a bad customer service. I have reached out to Field agents, dropped a mail , wrote in Twitter, what else you want your customers to do to get the issue sorted ? The one thing I expect is the response.

  @ACTFibernet my Internet is not working for last two weeks and also I have requested for shifting of junction box before a month onwards. Nothing got addressed. Each day the deadline alone changes. #103162568024. Very bad service . Paid my bill 6+ months to go without Internet
