    @ACTFibernet I am fed up with your service, its my fourth time raising relocation issue and for the past 3 times executives came to check our location and said its not feasible and will raise refund as i have paid for the year. But still there is no response from your side.

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI heights of service by AcT broadband, query is open till date, when checked with customer service no response & disconnecting the line. We don’t have any other channel to raise the concern and no managers are available in CS as per their executive

    Bad experience with @ACTFibernet . After my plan expired, they did not give me the option to change Plan. I had to call CC and request a change, and it took almost 72 hrs for them to change. I will switch to @reliancejio or @airtelindia after this month poor service from ACT.

    @ACTFibernet @BalaMalladi- My internet is not working for last 6 days. Can you please help me to resolve my issues at earliest.Ticket No as below. SR10366749796004 I am sure there is some backend issues. Please rectify and update us ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet it is 29 days since my complaint and my internet is still not functional! Issue not resolved by ACT inspite of giving remote access of my computer to ACT tech team and regular escalation! The worst and most unprofessional experience one can have afterPayment is made!

    @ACTFibernet Without any calls or any information you rescheduled again. It took more than a week and 3 rescheduling for you to install (yet to be installed) ..strange... Dear Customer, due to technical issues your appointment has been rescheduled.Revised ETR is 9am-1pm on 11 Jan. Team ACT

    @ACTFibernet , why does one have to wait a whole day if someone mistakenly types incorrect password multiple times. Unable to login to actportal and hence not able to use internet. please help asap.
