    Now i went to police station to complaint on @ACTFibernet not giving refund of my amount paid on June 30 they are not provided connection so I asked my amount 2950 rupees no one is responded of my refund request is created so many times one of the worst broadband. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Kindly look into the ticket SR10165380339894, no power backup, customer service says that the government has removed the service, hub is located at my place with backup inverter,don't understand this illogical reply from Act fiber

    @ACTFibernet - PATHETIC SERVICE!!! due date is 20th July, got a mail stating that connection suspended on 16th July! What’s the heck… #Balamalladi

    @ACTFibernet I haven't got any updates and my account is still suspended. Here also an automated response. Does @ACTFibernet have really customer support and I'm waiting for this issue to be resolved for around 15 days. @airtelindia kindly provide feasibility in 560043. #airtel #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet I raised the complaint 3 days back till now I have not received any updates.....this shows how the service providers will take care of customers...

    @HathwayBrdband Pls check DM and fix this issue immediately. If it’s not solved by today I will switch my network to @ACTFibernet for sure.

    @ACTFibernet 1. Charging more for unused service 2. Disconnecting the service also charging for the disconnection period 3. Worst customer service 4. Only moto is to charge customer more and more every month

    @ashismohapatra @ACTFibernet Switching from act to Airtel xstream is the best decision I took. With act, there will be definitely 1 or 2 days a month when they will have issues. With Airtel, it is more like once or twice in 6 months. Speed is good.
