    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 14th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

    There seems to be no end to my misery of taking Broadband connection with @ACTFibernet which gives 40Mbps on a Plan of 75Mbps. Issue raised on 23Nov & the issue is still not resolved @ 29Nov, 5 diff ticket numbers for the same issue. :o

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for your response, was this a permanent fix? Or popup in a month? Did you identify root cause for this issue? chain of comments is evident that there are frequent connectivity issues.
