  @ACTFibernet If you’re not willing to setup their connection. Then why take payment and documents. Waste time? Your team has been wasting time cooking up reasons to not install. I’ve shown them multiple power points but they’re lazy to even set it up. Daily wasting time. Cancel

  @ACTFibernet it’s providing the worst service. We are facing internet issue from August 23 and created(SR10377135772824 ) but it’s still not fixed. They said the router is not working and needs to be changed but it will be charged because we are using a monthly plan.(1/3)

  @ACTFibernet Your customer service is unacceptable—relentlessly pushing for upgrades, then failing to deliver any real support. Tickets are ignored, and technicians never turn up, leaving customers stranded and unheard.
