ACT committed an ETR of 8 Aug, 9:00 PM. That deadline has passed, and the issue is STILL unresolved. I already raised this publicly yesterday.

Does the client have any remedy ? Problem is due to ACT providing broadband through cables hung from EB poles, Trees enroute and Likes . They get snapped
