Not refunding now after cancelling the service within one month due to their inability to provide uninterrupted connectivity. Been with them for 10 years. Now just threatening me

  Thanks to the wonderful high speed service provided by you, I am sitting right on the floor next to my modem to perform any internet related activities as moving 1 metre away would cause the internet to stop. My mobile data plan is simply better. @ACTFibernet
