    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore haven't received any updates nor a single call from your billing team, as communicated early, You guys disconnected due to ur serviceability issue saying for non service days the amount will be refunded based on prorated basis, now not even responding.

    @ACTFibernet -so that they can simply do time pass.The issue I raised the ticket is every month Rs687.80 internet bill.I have been using this connection for more than 5 years.Suddenly my bill amount increased to Rs837.8.

    @ACTFibernet - I signed up for your service in Coimbatore, paying upfront for 6 months. My account has been suspended thrice in a couple of months for non-payment of some mythical balance. This is a joke!! #customerexperience

    @ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit From last two days my internet connection is not working. My ticket is SR10167082285011. We even have dedicated whatsapp group for our comunity. But no response till now,especially your contact person Ramakrishna(+919505008707) is the worst, he won't even pick up calls.

    Its actually a joke to @ACTFibernet Wouldn't recommend anyone getting ACT Fibernet because if you have issues you're gonna be told to disconnect instead of being helped.
