    @ACTFibernet strongly disappointed with this act fiber. Raised shifting request 30 days ago ticket hs closed without fixing the issue and trying to reach out multiple times but no technicians available. I really don't know how the network is handling by them. #donotrecommend

    @ACTFibernet I am using ACT for almost year and I have very good experience with ACT fibernet but recently regarding shift connection I have very bad experience.

    SR11081098980454 refer, this has become habit, not resolving the issue on time and keep on changing etr without any reason, last time I requested disconnection and your representative convinced me that now this will never happen again, i requested into disconnect @ACTFibernet
