Jai Prakash (@Jaiprakash172) reported@ACTFibernet This is a repeated fault and not a one-time issue. Please arrange an immediate technician visit and provide a permanent fix. Also, consider downtime compensation for the service disruption. If not resolved today, I will escalate this further.
