@ACTFibernet The same person called back and said that someone else is looking into the complaint - after nearly 2 hours of raising the issue. Complete dereliction of duty! Each time while going they say - 'wire was cut' and when I ask them to show, they smile and leave. Full study needed

@ACTFibernet such a #unprofessional services, internet connection restored on 20th Oct and after 2 hours again suspended. No clarification on bills and waivers but making continuous calling and harassing me for the payment. Explained issue to N number of people but no solution.
