    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD sorry to this but your service and customer suppkrt is 3rd class and disappointing. I have raised ticket for ownership change in billing 20 days ago,still I didn't receive any activation or credential msgs to new email. Can you please look into this

    @ACTFibernet One of your local technical support was extremely impolite and unprofessional when resolving a ticket I had raised. He continued to close a ticket even when it wasn't resolved. Ticket # SR10165733364554. Please teach him to be respectful when he talks to any customer

    @ACTFibernet Your service forced me to use the foul words. If you will provide good service then I will not use foul words otherwise I cannot stop. When did I start foul words? When I am not getting any response. One of the biggest cheats you are. You committed 150MB and getting only 30 MBPS
