@ACTFibernet is a fraud, they do not provide good service. I paid for 3 months and it’s been a month my internet is not working. They keep calling during the payment but when it comes to service they don’t pick the calls

@ACTFibernet Since I have taken this connection, ur net connectivity goes down on every weekend starting Friday which hampers my office work..even to address and resolve the issue,ETA is more than 24 hrs ..worst decision to trust ur service.

Worst customer care service provider. The company is so incompetent that it can not make a simple shifting of connection from 1 location to another in the same city in 3 days time. Also, no proper solution provided over the call. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Hi Team, We are facing battery backup issue from the box once the power goes off immediately internet is not working even we have a inverter connected to wifi. I have complained 2 times they said will change. Address: Meerpet opp satyam international school.

@ACTFibernet This is despite of calling ACT BLR in advance & getting assurance from CC exec tht customer needs to inform them 2-3 days in advance for disconnection & now, they disconnected the broadband, when the offices are not open fully, asking for full bill. Shame on you, ACT
