    @ACTFibernet Recd another message that a new ticket is raised SR10376161067911-not sure why? Why every Rep is asking customer to repeat the issue from the beginning-Don't you have records or logs? (each time a different rep handles issue & provides different versions of status).

    Worst experience @ACTFibernet More than 10hrs spent. One internet issue couldnt be resolved. Shows a lot about customer sevice. ETR was 8 PM. It has already passed. Do you have any update. @ACTFibernet ???

    @ACTFibernet, Truly disappointed with your service.. The Internet is dropping every badly, since last 4-5 days. After your technician suggested upgrade, I upgraded to 100 mbps plan. But, we are facing the issue again. Not sure where's the problem. Please help

    @ACTFibernet Also I'm done with your bot resolution provided. Every week I am not bearing this internet issue. Your ad campaign says gaming stream seamless experience all of them are hoax. I'm done with your service. Discontinue and send me my refund back what I paid to you guys.
