    @ACTFibernet Im sending so many of mails nobody is replying I have ask them to cancelled and disconnected the service permanently they are keep active the connection we are not staying in the same

    @ACTFibernet Your technical team is dumb that they can't transfer a ticket it seems. And also do you know meaning of free. I spoke to your customer care executive regarding zee5 offer and he said customer should pay the amount it seems. If you opt for zee5 then there is no free subscription

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I am facing a very high disconnectivity issue and unable to work even for few mins. In this WFH situation taught to go with the best ISP but as number of connections with you have increased, rates have increased and quality of service is degraded.
