I fail to understand why. Absolute harassment of consumer. Every time I call I have to repeat all the story to customer care.

You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. Team ACT Above message ticket not closed for more than 24 hours. After years of service from ACT They seem to have become very arrogant . I give up.

Should I just live without an internet connection because you need your sweet time to resolve a simple issue? Does anybody at ACT take ownership?
