    @THE_INDRA_KUMAR @ACTFibernet If you call to customer care they respond with all sweet words. Better to drop mail for proof from our end for tracking, additionally we can raise customer dispute.

    @airtelindia you are following the footsteps of your peer @ACTFibernet it's been 3 days of payment and everyday i have been told that it will be installed today.... Why don't you train your people properly to communicate clearly and set the right expectations to the customer...

    @ACTFibernet My service request SR11081127987744 has remained unresolved since 12th July. My internet has been down for the last 4-5 days, and each day the resolution timeline is simply extended without any actual progress.

    @ACTFibernet When will my installation be complete. I had called one of your agents and they said i have give a callback to a number which is invalid from my registered mobile number. I need quick resolution.
