    @ACTFibernet My original ticket for shifting was closed and I got another ticket registered by calling ur customer care. ETR was 06/06/26. Now that is closed without any explanation or contact at ground level. And another ticket is opened to further move the ETR?. Is this some joke ?.

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct @ACT_Issues I had Actfibernet at home. Due to very poor services, I had to get it deactivated with effect from 06 June 26. My subscription is till Oct 26. Request refund balance amount for 4 months.

    @ACTFibernet I am surprised to see the response for frustration of me. Is it so difficult to resolve my issue to activate my ott as per subscription ?? The disconnection request has been promptly raised.. can some senior person from act call me and understand the issue ???

    Unbelievable incompetence from @ACTFibernet. Down for 48+ HOURS because a technician disconnected my active line while disconnecting a neighbour's connection. Now they claim they can't fix it because they "need permission to move the junction box."

    @ACTFibernet First, you give a morning appointment, then you switch it to the evening, and then it gets pushed to the next day; this pattern has been going on for five days, yet the problem remains unresolved.
