    @ACTFibernet I am facing connection issues multiple times in the last 6 months. It takes 2-3 days to fix the issue and service folks asked me not to raise any dispute. You people collect late due fee in case we miss to pay bill on time. Do you pay us when you delay fixing issue?

    @ACTFibernet Vimal Raju Sales Engineer Chennai has cheated me Rs.3981/- for taking as new connection to upgrade.paid him on 27 aug 21 to his g pay to account 8754839153. No response till date from customer care even after complaining one week before

    @airtelindia @JioCare @ACTFibernet Hello Airtel Team,I Am Using Airtel Fiber Since 14 June,In 97 Days. I Am Regularly Facing Connectivity Issue.I Have Been Able To Use The Internet Only For 60Days,So I Want To Discontinue My Connection And Want My Refund Of These 40 Days+My AB.

    @ACTFibernet When issue can't be fixed at specified time don't give false promises and when same issue is reoccurring why don't you guys workon permanant solution Your request SR11162438149142 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 9/18/2021 12:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY).

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet this seems to be a never-ending saga. I specifically asked about shifting my connection. I was told there will be no fee for a 6M plan. For your convenience, you converted it to a monthly plan. Now when I want to shift you want to charge me Rs 650. Pls, call me now.
