    @ACTFibernet Such horrible customer service youll have. This is the complaint number SR10378309762830 which was supposed to be resolved on 16/12/2025 but it has not and my account stands suspended for your mistakes.

    @ACTFibernet We know that but the Act engineer was cheating the elder people by getting the OTP from them without resolving the issue, hence it was highlighted to take necessary action.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down again, shortly after briefly coming back. This repeated on-off connectivity is unacceptable and severely impacting my work. Temporary fixes and closing tickets without a permanent resolution only worsen the issue. Please restore stable service immediately and take ownership.

    @ACTFibernet Internet has been down since morning (Ticket SR10378342364064). I was informed it’s a local apartment issue, but customers should not lose connectivity for hours due to internal lapses. This outage is directly affecting my work. Please resolve immediately and ensure accountability.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service from Nellore ACT. I requested for a new connection. They promised to get the connection ready in 24 hours and asked me to make the payment. Once payment done, no proper response till now. They are giving false promises and excuses now.

    @ACTFibernet @PMOIndia Have you been monitoring this issue at all since yesterday? The connection was marked resolved yesterday evening around 6:30 PM, yet it has failed again this morning. Had there been any pre-alert or proactive communication, I could have made alternate arrangements for my work. Instead, I discovered the outage only when I tried to connect. Repeated failures after “resolution” and zero advance communication reflect extremely poor support standards. This needs a permanent fix, not assurances.

    @ACTFibernet So you still didn't get the problem. As promised I expected it should be done yesterday, but now you guys are saying 48 hours by then my work hours will be over as it will be weekend. What should I do till then? Do you expect me to work next two days using mobile data 👏👏

    @ACTFibernet The shifting was due on Dec 15. I will wait to see the "earliest" resolution.
