@ACTFibernet Act fiber down in Besant Nagar kalakshetra colony area chennai for past 25 hours It happens regularly atleast once in every two weeks. Called customer care more than 5 times now. They know it is an issue in the junction box connection but they dont care.

@ACTFibernet Really appreciable customer services. Closing complaints without even closing comments and within SLAs. Issue exists but complaint got closed. well ACTed.

@ACTFibernet @SandyMohanG @ACTFibernet - Have never seen such a bad customer service. I have reached out to Field agents, dropped a mail , wrote in Twitter, what else you want your customers to do to get the issue sorted ? The one thing I expect is the response.

I requested for @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD connection on 8th Apr and I waited till 11th Apr for installation nobody reached out to me and lack of poor service and response I had cancelled my connection request and raised request for refund on 11th Apr

@MarioVinay @ACTFibernet I think this may be very specific to the area you are at. I have friends who use ACT without issues and there are others who swear their service is never up. Talk to neighbours and see which provider has max subscription. Their services would generally be good in that locality.

@ACTFibernet both servers down , internet not working at all...need it restored ASAP!! Your portal is down as well , cannot open it even using mobile or other network!! Cannot log any tickets hence!! Please raise a complaint immediately!! RESPOND IF THIS CANNOT BE RECTIFIED!!

@ACTFibernet has become useless these days. I have at least two outages every month for as long as two days. Terrible service. Even now my internet isn't working and it's been 8 hours since I raised the ticket. Painful to know that I've already paid for 6 months. Wish I hadn't.
