    @ACTFibernet, I paid for a new connection 3 days ago after your team promised installation within 2–3 hours. Since then, I've called customer care every day. Every time, I'm told an engineer will visit "today" yet no one has shown up. #CustomerService #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Despite full payment made 10 days ago, your failure to install the router and activate services amounts to gross deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. Take notice that the installation should be completed within 24 hours, #ConsumerRights #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet We relocated to a new place and requested for wifi reinstallation and the request was raised on 26th so that I can get services on time. From morning I'm trying to reach out to people but getting no help. No contact option. Pathetic services!!!

    Dear @ACTFibernet , I raised a ticket few days back , instead of resolving it your team closed it without any solution. This is really pathetic 😡. Unable to reopen the ticket also. Ticket No SR10280892583664 . Please help

    @ACTFibernet Even they dont care if customer says he will diaconnect or cancel , Mr Vishnu from Act who called at 3:34 pm today dont care about losing customer but really force cust to send email to get notification ..is this Act think thy manage customer

    Why the shifting process in @ACTFibernet sucks...it's totally irresponsible engineer working ...not even a link was proper to raise the shift request ..the irony is the shift place for connection is just 30m away from my current location..I do have late might meeting Idkwhattodo
