@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Utterly disappointed with the service of the ACT Fibernet. As per the request SR10178874409804 estimated resolving time 01 Feb 2026, 10.00AM. The time was completed but issue got not resolved. I have given a request for disconnection now due to this bad service.

@ACTFibernet ACT fibernet is a best choice for WORST SERVICE & RESPONSE. while installation polite promises all fake further. Worst technicians. Worst communication forum. No reply. Just for shifting reinstallation they estimate 9 days. Interrupted net availability. Shame.

@sathishemjay @ACTFibernet All their support staff seems rude and don't listen to issues to resolve. They start arguing instead of addressing the issue. Worst customer support ever 😡 rate this service zero everywhere. I am not going to use their service again. Good riddance.
