    @ACTFibernet internet is not working form morning in vizag. Neither Helpdesk works nor app responds to queries. This is so stupid. Also there is no statement from company about any outage and resolution time. Closing Helpdesk number is not the right way of responding to customer

    @ACTFibernet Your request SR10359058359422 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 7/5/2021 01:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. No response yet. Customer care number is also not reachable. What's going on? I am disappointed.
