    @ACTFibernet SR10381618238104 Another month another new ticket. This is the routine for that past 3-4 month. Every week/month there is issue in fiber net. I am keep reporting it but it's occuring continuously. Pl take necessary action to avoid this in future.

    @ACTFibernet You gave me one of the worst technicians for installation. He said he’ll come in 30 mins and asked me to send location, I’m waiting for more than 4 hours, he isn’t responding to my calls or texts. Worst part is now he’s attending my calls and not talking.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I will be moving onto a better service provider and stop using ACT going forward from next month. Sick of the ****** service you guys provide with no solution nor fixes.
