    @ACTFibernet no# SR10166730849543 raised a complaint last week as per ur commitment u say to resolve it in 24 hours,called up customer care thrice since yesterday no sense of priority. do u have a code of commitment towards customer. I don’t want to continue with act.

    @ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit First make sure your users are getting the Connectivity for the services they are availed,later talk about Ordering other things. We are facing Internet connectivity issue yet no solution is provided #WorkFromHome

    @ACTFibernet now the KK nagar (wrong) team calls us and say they are still working on the issue. Still no one has understood the issue. Please assign the Virugambakkam (correct) team to look into this issue. and the solution is hardly and hours work. @TRAI @BandBajaateRaho

    @ACTFibernet , why does one have to wait a whole day if someone mistakenly types incorrect password multiple times. Unable to login to actportal and hence not able to use internet. please help asap.

    @ACTFibernet Without any calls or any information you rescheduled again. It took more than a week and 3 rescheduling for you to install (yet to be installed) ..strange... Dear Customer, due to technical issues your appointment has been rescheduled.Revised ETR is 9am-1pm on 11 Jan. Team ACT
