  @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet i want to request a reconnection but no one from customer care is answering my calls, i have been on wait list queue for 40 minutes yesterday and 20 minutes today, i was 1 on queue so idk why this is happening. Please connect.

  .ACT, your customer service IVR is lousy. I have tried lodging a complaint about wifi at home and the recorded voice says it is working. Internet down for nearly four hours. No response yet. @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet ₹117 late fee despite paying on time, while your service was down for 5 days with no compensation. On top of that, I’m unable to connect to customer care. You’re quick to charge customers but unavailable when support is needed. Reverse the 117 charge

  Very disappointed with the service from @ACTFibernet. I was assured that the installation technician would arrive by 6 PM today, so I took permission from work and came home. It's now past the promised time, and I haven't received any update.
