    @ACTFibernet I disconneced my Act connection in October. Service request was raised on 2nd October for router collection. Till now no one came and a bill has been generated because of this. Is it my fault that no one is coming for router collection.

    @ACTFibernet Custome care service doesn’t bother about customer issues. SR10263662393624 Please resolve asap We have been following up since morning, no update from anyone. This is so irritating while working from home. The same issue is happening every now and then.

    @ACTFibernet when I request a new connection, your representative has come with in one hour, but when I raised internet issue they did not come even after a day. Pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet Hi, today i have raised a ticket for shifting connection. Ticket# SR10163658948274. I just received a call from technician and later received message as ticket successfully closed. This is least expected. Worst Service.
