  @ACTFibernet Paid ₹8,476 on Aug 23 for 6 months to upgrade from 75 Mbps to 400 Mbps. 5 days later, the plan is still not upgraded. I’m being charged for the new plan while receiving the old service. No proper update from ACT. Extremely disappointing.

  @ACTFibernet - I have raised a complaint about internet service outage on 28-Aug-2026 and issue is still open. The issue remains unresolved as on today morning and despite promises from customer service, issue is open. Complaint ID: SR10381779208664

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Please understand the customer’s problem too. What am I supposed to do with such service? Neither are you installing the Wi-Fi nor processing my refund. This is honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve had.
