    @ACTFibernet Repeated issues in internet connection. No one responds. It's really a worst Internet service provider to deal with. I strongly suggest not to take any connection from ACT.

    @ACTFibernet It’s 7.00 pm and still now technician is assigned. Please refund and cancel our subscription. We have complained so many times that our junction box is not maintained properly. I have been patient till no2 and I am done with your service. This is 2 complaint in last 20 days.

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, I can't use the internet again. Kindly look into this issue. I have been informed by the technician 2 hours back that there is an electrical issue which can only be fixed tomorrow.

    @ACTFibernet I know what's the problem here, the wire has been cut by the road department, the repair of which is taking a week! Pathetic!

    @ACTFibernet the worst customer service in whole broadband service in india. No proper solution is give to the customer and technician what’s the use when you cant give proper customer service to your customers. I recommend not to have a connection in ACT.

    @ACTFibernet You engineer number is unresponsive there is no POC. I want 2 days extension in my package as I didn't use the service due to this inconvenience. July 1 st it's wa suppose to renew I need it extended until July 3rd becuase I didn't use it.
