  Dear friends, I would say be cautiouswhilre choosing act fiber .. worst ever support you will receive and very bad attitude from the customer care engineer. they disconnect the call while you speak if they don't have answer. @ACTFibernet thank you for teaching me lesson

  @ACTFibernet 2.5 days. Multiple follow-ups. An unresolved complaint. And instead of a proper resolution, I have had to deal with abusive behaviour from representatives over the phone. A broadband provider can have a technical failure.

  @ACTFibernet SR10381618238104 Another month another new ticket. This is the routine for that past 3-4 month. Every week/month there is issue in fiber net. I am keep reporting it but it's occuring continuously. Pl take necessary action to avoid this in future.

  @ACTFibernet The same issue with @ACTFibernet persisted multiple times & i shud be blamed for believing that they would change & make the things work quicker. Why they are taking customers for granted & simply updating ETR without doing anything in reality. #Patheticservice

  Dera @ACTFibernet it's been 5 hours since we lost internet. Other the chatbot in your app to raise ticket, no one connected us till now. Such a pathetic service.
