    @ACTFibernet IVR on customer care numbers disconnect as soon as I choose to speak to an agent. The chat bots do not have an option to connect to an agent. Email to customer care and Nodal officer has no response. What kind of non sense is this.

    @ACTFibernet I heard the same thing a couple of hours back when I was finally able to get through to one of your customer service execs. And was assured it would be restored by 9pm on "highest priority"

    @ACTFibernet So as per the conversation I was informed that I will not get refund for 5 months of usage when I was clearly told by the agent in June that I will get refund if I cancel the connection before the completion of 6 months, depending on the number of days used. But now your agent

    @ACTFibernet Relying upon such branded internet service providers and working from our home results in our job risk due to unstable internet. Naveen whose local staff won’t respond at all. Kindly fix our issue on priority

    @ACTFibernet Okay, so for a month it worked and now again since yesterday no internet in my area, not just me but few of other people as well who uses act. Last time it took 12 days to fix, and we didn't changed the ISP. This time I'm not sure how much more it is going to take.
