    @ACTFibernet There is some issue with your digital tv services located in Eluru, A.P. for quite some time. Made several complaints but no action was taken till now. Please look into this and advise the concerned to fix this asap. Thanks. #Actdigital #ACT

    @ACTFibernet Very poor experience with ACT Fibernet. Payment for new connection completed 5 days ago,but no action installation still pending. Sales executive Krsihna (871260846) stopped answering 📞 after payment. Need immediate installation or refund.

    hey @airtelindia 1. your service goes down wo any prior info 2. your engineer does not come on the allocated slot and misbehaves when called please improve your service or i will have to go with @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Call me anytime before 8 pm , but solve the issue ... already had a long call with your customer care and billing teams who have denied service even after avknowleding that the service fault at company end

    @ACTFibernet Till now my issue is not resolved. Your technician is not receiving my call. If installation is not done today then please refund my amount. If in the initial phase itself you are not able to fulfill your promise then i am not sure about future.

    @ACTFibernet Very poor customer service experience. Tickets are getting closed without resolving the issue, and there is no transparency or ownership from support teams. This kind of service is frustrating for paying customers. Please address this seriously. #ACTFibernet
