Shubha (@shubha_a5) reported@ACTFibernet SR10281184908864, frequent disconnection and raising request takes ages to complete. From evening 5PM there is no internet and resolution is for the next day? I regret switching to Act from airtel. I thought airtel was bad with service request , act is worst.

An ACT technician and site engineer came to my area, cut my broadband cable, and redirected my active connection to my neighbor's house. I had already paid for a 3-month plan, and I still have 45 days left on my subscription
