    It's really a slow service when your tickets take more than 48hrs to just acknowledged and aim to resolve a simple retrieval of monthly bill.s @ACTFibernet

    I think @ACTFibernet intentionally reduces the speed for many days in a month without the users knowing. I have been experiencing slow speed of 35 - 40 mbps and i am in 400 mbps plan.. after i raise the complaint they solve it and again they repeat the same.
