    @ACTFibernet Dear ACT team, I was book the new connection on 12 Oct. Customer 110632520925. Today your executive say it will take 7 to 10 days more to installation. Why you guys harassed to customer. I will never suggest any body to take your services. Very very upset.

    @digitaldutta @thej @ACTFibernet Have you tried changing the DNS server setting on your connection? Maybe Try a 3rd party one to confirm if this is act dns issue

    @ACTFibernet extremely bad experience with ACT. shifted my correction with in society. Broadband not working. Service engineer not picking up phone. He charged extra INR 500. #3151, Sobha Ruby, Nagasandra, Bangalore

    @ACTFibernet One of worst internet service. When internet is not working and called service support, they are least bothered and acting like they're owner. Taking my money and not giving service which I paid for.

    @ACTFibernet you charge fines when billing is late by a day how come we can't fine you when you don't solve customer problems service is worst ever said you will call no call no resolution till now? And I'm still waiting
