  @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago The ETA keeps on changing. From yesterday 9PM to today 8PM to now showing tomorrow 7PM. There is an option to schedule callback from Service engineer. Trying that since yesterday. The engineer name keeps on changing and nobody calls back.

  @ACTFibernet No, I won’t. Last time I allowed this, your team created a lot of problems while accessing the building. They were walking in unannounced & would leave without closing the gate, without informing. Too many security lapses and your technical team was very rude too. Very risky

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I have called 4 times and wanted a refund. All 4 times they gave mentioned it will be done in 5 business days. But i spoke with someone that it was never initiated. Please check my calls from 3rd July and let me know why it was never initiated?

  @ACTFibernet It's been more than 24 hours since my internet connection is down and @ACTFibernet is least bothered about rectification. Every 8 hrs timeline is extended on ticket & chatbot only keeps parotting same lines. Gone are the days when act used to respond in a day.

  Very often, this is an issue. Can you see what is the issue?? There is no way that we can connect to customer care, all I have to do is chatbot. Pathetic! @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet Your team demonstrated out of the box thinking to solve my problem-they deleted the ticket itself from the system !! Pleased by this innovative skill, I have raised another ticket - to discontinue the services for which I made full payment in advance. Keep the change! @TRAI fyi
