    @anil_adigopula @ACTFibernet S ive already contactd them! Gonna chnge it soon.fking there isnt a day tht i was happy wit their services! Everytime there will b connectivity issues, speed issues etc fking i can even name all of their customer care people at ease so much ive interacted with them @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Hi Mr Bala, can you advise your people to respond and resolve the problems of the customers? Have taken a plan for 250 mbps speed but availing 30-40 mbps speed for the starting. Have talked and complained a good number of times but no body pays any heed to it. Router does not sup

    @ACTFibernet Without resolving the issue, the ticket has been closed. When I asked the reason for closing, team replied saying issue is raised with the reason payment is not reflected. But actual issue is different. Payment is reflected on same day. CSR's are not letting me to speak.
