    @ACTFibernet Such a Terrible Internet Provider. 15 days and no one even cared to look into the issue. We paid 3 months charges before hand itself. Your team dont even have a customer care number where we can talk to a human? And solve this

    @ACTFibernet , this has to be one of the most frustrating customer support experiences I've had. It's 2026, and my internet has been down for more than 12 hours. There are no storms, heavy rain, or any weather-related issues in my area, yet there's still no clear explanation.

    @ACTFibernet very poor service from your team. Yesterday, I applied for new connection. At the time of payment, your team committed that device will be installed on same day. Then later in evening, ACT person told me that device will be installed by today 1st half of day.

    @ACTFibernet what stupidity is this when the due date is tomorrow. How can it be overdue when due date is tomorrow. Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails.     @ACTFibernet What is the precise timeline of resolution? Why is there no communication from your side about what the actual issue is and when it'll be fixed? I am just tired of seeing the irrelevant ETR times on your app which haven't been adhered to 6 separate times in the past 3 days.
