I have been raising multiple complaints since year but I don’t see a resolution @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD whoever approach for fixing the problem, they just come to close the raised TT/ complain but they really doesn’t bothered about the customer pain/issue.

@JioCare @ACTFibernet Appreciate the service you guys provide. Never had any internet issues for more than 3 days in the 2 years of service I had taken. I really regret moving to Jio fiber from ACT. Thinking to switch back to ACT seeing the poor service from JioFiber.
