@ACTFibernet Madurai if you're facing issues in your end it's your responsibility to fix it. You're NOT offering services for free. Why should we suffer especially with a long term plan with money stuck with you? under 15ms to Chennai is fine. 30ms is NOT fine. @BandBajaateRaho

@ACTFibernet absolutely disheartening customer experience. 1st - you bill me for non usage. Even after I have asked for a disconnection. 2nd - your rep speaks so rudely.. I never expected this service. @airtelindia and @JioCare are soooo much better than you guys.
