Pradeep Raj (@deepu67) reported@ACTFibernet SR10381179589144, the original resolution time promised was 15/7 21:00. The ticket was raised around 15/7 15:03. It’s been almost 20 hours and still nobody showed up. If you cannot keep up the promise why even bother to give a resolution time.

It is hppning evry couple of days but no permnt solns provided yet. Intead of drgging d issue. Ur technicns r also g8 they r alwys giving new reasns.

shambhu (@shambushandilya) reported@ACTFibernet Okay, so for a month it worked and now again since yesterday no internet in my area, not just me but few of other people as well who uses act. Last time it took 12 days to fix, and we didn't changed the ISP. This time I'm not sure how much more it is going to take.

Still not resolved. They are saying another 24 hours. It's totally fraud. Get it done this evening or just refund the money back.
