    @ACTFibernet Thank you for your response. It's working today. But it was definitely down yesterday around 9PM in many areas in Bangalore. I suggest now Technical team should look at why Mobile App was not working and Why customer care numbers were not going through in hour of need.

    @ACTFibernet service is pathetic. We gave a connection shifting request to be done on April 3rd. You have taken payment for shifting but we are yet to receive internet connection in the new place. It's been 4 days now. Do you intend to resolve this at all?

    @ACTFibernet My friend is a employee of @ACTFibernet he recommended me ACT and I got it, Never got any network issues in good 6 months and the ping also is right everytime.

    @ACTFibernet No it hasn’t. Internet is back but the speed speed I am getting is under 10 mbs. My plan should allow me to throttle upto 300 mbps. I have emailed your service desk half a dozen times now in last 12 hours.
