    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Act Fiber has become Worst internet service provider, since 2 days we are facing internet connectivity issues & ticket# SR10180795266254 was raised, but till now, no action from ACT fiber & this issue we face every month, it's time to switch from #ACT

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, I requested a shift of my ACT Fiber connection three days ago, but no action has been taken yet. I have also contacted support, but did not receive proper assistance. Kindly prioritize and process the request at the earliest. Ticket ID: SR10280925282844.

    @ACTFibernet, there is no internet connectivity for the last 4 days! Every technician who is calling for the last 4 days asks the same question, “sir, do you know where is the box in your area?” Seriously? Is that my job? Horrible experience

    @ACTFibernet after so many follow up with service request id SR10280864280114. When trying to get update on above issue customer support team putting on hold and later disconnect on their own. If my issue couldn't be resolved the say upfront. Ghosting is not ethical

    @ACTFibernet Why can't you guys solve a customer's issue instead of just closing the ticket? Such a disappointing experience. When are you guys actually going to address a customer's issue properly? And most importantly, when can I get my internet back?

    @ACTFibernet is pathetic. My plan upgraded but speed fluctuations is fhere now they are saying.. It's wirh router.. I don't like support

    They said the issue will be resolved by 01/07 - 9.00 to 13.00 then another message comes saying its taking longer time and revised time is 19.30 to 21.00. All the given times are crossed. Because of this I am loosing my work! @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @FiberAct

    @MiskiFans @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Bro naku kuda same ayndhi appudu nenu customer care lo straight away plan cancel chesina. Then they will connect with you their local service team. They will request you to continue ACT. After that, the next day the service team came to my home.

    @jagograhakjago pls take action against this #ActFibernet 🙏🏻 , no service since past 12 days, giving the same excuse everyday. No proper accountability and customer service here.
