  @dhinnu7 @ACTFibernet Exactly same issue - multiple disconnections, internet outage in a month. trend - its happening on weekends mostly. Extremely slow, poor resolution of complaints. No proper customer care. APP based ticketing sucks. Made a mistake to switchfrom @HathwayBrdband. Will not recommend.
