    @ACTFibernet The ETR is 4 PM. It takes 15 hours for you guys to fix recurring issues. Just 4 days ago you took more than 24 hours to restore service.

    Extremely disappointed with @ACTFibernet service. Took a new connection on July 1 after repeated follow-ups from their rep Kishan. Faced issues immediately with the TP-Link AX1800 router—only 3 LEDs light up, then it shuts down. No internet. No support. No response from the rep.

    @ACTFibernet almost every other day in rainy season, the internet goes down, restoration takes 8 hours to 36 hours. Hampering my work. Does act intent to improve its quality of connection and services? SR11076151849274

    If you thought auto drivers in Bangalore were bad, try shifting your @ACTFibernet connection or getting a new connection. Amazing experience 😔

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet The ETA has already passed, and the salesperson isn’t answering calls. You took the payment, and now no one is responding. Is this service even reliable? Quite a pathetic experience — definitely not recommending this to anyone.
