    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Since 12 pm today no internet in my place and I spoke with Mr. Mahesh (6366826830), so called Service Team Lead Lead. The bloody reason he gave me was he has power back up at their service station only for 3 hours

    @ACTFibernet ACT Fibernet Ticket no: SR10264778673854 has been registered. Internet is down again since 7 am today. Yesterday it took the whole day to rectify and again not working. Whats happening. Every time you cant make an excuse that cable has to be changed or the batt. Urgent.

    @ACTFibernet Service complaint SR10264770723084 has been raised over 24 hours ago. No internet for the entire day yesterday. No ETR provided. Please explain why bills are expected to be paid on time but your service team isn't bothered to help?

    The @ACTFibernet service ppl have this weird habit of closing the ticket before resolution. Closing the ticket to show that you have less downtime without rectifying it isn't best management practice. Fyi.

    @ACTFibernet I am facing slowness in internet speed for past 3 weeks and raised multiple complaints.. believe, none of your technicians couldn't able to solve it.. Can someone check and do the meedful to fix the issue? #Pathetic #ACTFibernet
