    @ACTFibernet Internet suspended despite paying my monthly bills on time! support says it's because old Mesh routers weren't picked up, but your team never showed up to collect them. Why punish a paying customer for your logistics failure? Fix this and restore my connection now!

    @ACTFibernet For the past one week it has been repetitive issues with my internet connection. Ref ticket no. SR10881447523214. If this persists iam switching over to different ISP. Rectify this permanently else iam not going to continue your connection.

    @ACTFibernet — SECOND PUBLIC ESCALATION I raised ticket SR1108149816874 over 2.5 days ago for my internet service issue. ACT committed an ETR of 8 Aug, 9:00 PM. That deadline has passed, and the issue is STILL unresolved. I already raised this publicly yesterday.

    It takes 50hrs to find out what the issue is, and even longer to rectify. @ACTFibernet your customer retention must be pathetic. Internet is an essential service, clearly @ACTFibernet thinks it is a joke. @officejmscindia
