    @ACTFibernet At @ACTFibernet no body call back, last time I got a call after 27 hrs that pls check you connection, when I asked why you took so much time to fix, engineer simple replied I forgot to check your connection yesterday, pathetic

    @ACTFibernet Now it's become a compulsion for the customer to use your services only even if he is not happy. One thing I am very much sure now onwards is that I will never use your services due to this experience. People should not pay any advance to you.

    @ACTFibernet i just spoke to a customer care executive of yours for temporary disconnection. And it was the worst call ever. Absolutely rude and he hung up even before i could explain the concern. As a customer for the last 6 years, i don't think i need this attitude and service

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet takes 27hrs to reconnect broken wire, local vendor takes 2 hrs because it's business for them, for ACT engineer it's a salary based business with not answerable to anyone attitude

    Hello @ACTFibernet excellent service!!!! Even after paying Rs 6394( as instructed by you),I'm getting internet speed of 0.78MBPS..Great..I have raised IT ticket for the same but but got response " it will addressed tomorrow " this is amazing 👏

    Every time customer care says they have escalated and they will call back in one hour. Forget about call back, I did not even get any sms for this escalation. What is this behavior? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet The issue is addressed but how many times I have to face similar problem with my internet? Every week or alternative week? When I have taken your service, your sales team have mentioned a lot good but on ground your services are damn poor
