    @ACTFibernet Also, it is quite baffling. A couple of days back I was facing the same issue and after performing certain troubleshooting, the speeds improved but did not actually resolve the issue.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down from two days and I haven't been able to talk to any of your customer care representatives, nor the issue is solved. Can you check what the hell is happening and resolve it asap?? Or we change the service provider
