@ACTFibernet paid for a new connection on 01/09 but did’nt heard from u guys till 2 days. Registered refund refund request on 03/09 not issuing till now and customer care do not have a proper explanation for delay. Pathetic service. Pls issue me my refund

Dumb company policy vs customer service. Called up @ACTFibernet to let them know a neighbor was going to cut the internet cable (house demolition in progress). Service guy says as per company policy they cannot change the cable if it’s not cut. Now cable is cut and no internet!

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet #Actgiga is a joke of the decade they only serve hardly 10 days internet in a month remaining days it goes down I had many tickets since last 6 months. Service people in Warangal city are worst they don't even care

@ACTFibernet I still have three open complaints, they are not respond my call also, Even if I call, they call in hold 30 - 40 minutes.I leave it up to you to decide what to do with such a service. Please don't go with ACT this my suggestion and my experience.
