    @ACTFibernet SR10263223141672 - support guys just keep on repeating to wait for 24 hours and it's been more than that and the issue is not that big....you need to connect the wire. If I were taking a new connection it would have get done in an hour but no proper service to old customers.

    @ACTFibernet There has been no internet in the area and have raised SR10163221555764 and the customer service gives different excuses and reasons each time with noone seems to know what's happening.this has to be resolved soon

    @ACTFibernet lot of websites aren't accessible (in chennai via ACT) including twitter ! Hardly 2 months (16.Aug) & another outage - wonder what SLAs internally these lousy service providers are tracked by their management #ACTBroadband
