Contacted support, 3 engineers, sales person, team leader & issue manager - no resolution. multiple tickets are being closed without an physical check or asking customer. engineers asking why are you re-opening ticket when internet is clearly not working. This is peak patience, please allow me to contact to an manager or someone who takes care of kellys,kilpauk chennai division... customer care folks just hang up the call, i have proof regarding this. please help or give my money back

Request u to take immediate action, rather than advising patience. If resolution is not feasible, would appreciate the termination & refund of the associated charges.

Technician Sravan(8712606419) disconnected my call and isn’t answering. Support team keeps giving scripted replies instead of resolving the issue. Unacceptable service.

karthik alagan (@karthikalagan) reported@ACTFibernet 2.5 days. Multiple follow-ups. An unresolved complaint. And instead of a proper resolution, I have had to deal with abusive behaviour from representatives over the phone. A broadband provider can have a technical failure.
