    @ACTFibernet Still you cannot tell the progress on refund. Same standard ****** answer. Check your rating on PlayStore.. everyone is complaining about Refund. If my issue is not fixed, I will make sure to amplify this issue to as many people as I can. Also recorded your customer service call.

    @ACTFibernet Your update is - We are sorry, we will ensure this never happens again. But it does, and its been happening 6 months in a row. And now I don't have a waiver in my bill yet. And if it crosses the due date, you will happily charge me late fees.

    @ACTFibernet This was my first and last time I have taken ACT internet connection. SR11963707096630 is closed and opened 3 times and issue is never resolved. Customer service is horrible, they don't even mention what actions they have taken. #poorcustomerservice #ShameOnYou

    @ACTFibernet what the hell is wrong with the internet, it's down since 19:55 yesterday. Was told, it will be fixed in 3 hrs. If you don't know we also have work and that gets done only through internet. Act blaze my a***

    @ACTFibernet - Seriously, you guys do not know about the word commitment, for the past 3weeks I am running behind you guys to fix my router, every single time your contact centre executive says we will arrange an executive to visit and fix the problem but no one turns back...

    @ACTFibernet in the last 2 months I have raised 20+ complaints only for INTERNET NOT WORKING. Everytime they resolve it the issue again persists. And when enquired the issue is with the junction box majorly. Why can't you guys fix this permanently. It's a havoc to ppl WFH
