    @ACTFibernet pathetic service and deplorable response. Inspite of paying for 7 month subscription upfront, you have disconnected my account for over four days now. Umpteen calls to your customer care has resulted only into false promises and parroted replies with no end result

    @ACTFibernet Provided details and it's been a day not received any cal. When I try calling it's a IVR and disconnecting w/o proper info. Was trying to fill shifting form but it keeps asking to try again after filling all details. Tq fr ur WORST service..@ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet No you don't understand jack.. I need a refund coz your network is worst than Airtel.. it never works.. pls arrange for a refund.. I can see the sincerity fron the fact that my complaint is 4 days old and zero action has been taken by you so far..

    @ACTFibernet Can someone kindly help? When we speak to your customer service, they say it will get resolved in 24 hours, we can't wait for 24 hours. I desperately need help. Frequent disconnections atleast 7 to 8 times a day. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
