They were walking in unannounced & would leave without closing the gate, without informing. Too many security lapses and your technical team was very rude too. Very risky

But i spoke with someone that it was never initiated. Please check my calls from 3rd July and let me know why it was never initiated?

Lakshminarayanan (@lucksmy) reported@ACTFibernet It's been more than 24 hours since my internet connection is down and @ACTFibernet is least bothered about rectification. Every 8 hrs timeline is extended on ticket & chatbot only keeps parotting same lines. Gone are the days when act used to respond in a day.
