  @ACTFibernet I paid ₹700 for relocating my ACT Fibernet connection, but the relocation is still pending. I've been waiting without any proper update, despite paying the relocation charges in advance. This level of service is unacceptable.

  @ACTFibernet the internet is not working since last 2 days and your customer care is not responding. Even the local technician are not picking the call. SR11081518384474 is the complaint number. Its getting quite frustrating with no update and response.

  @ACTFibernet It's literally come to a point where my current plan has ended and I wanted to shift to a mesh plan and I need to wait for the router delivery before I can pay. They will not even take money in the app, and now I've got no internet service.

  @ACTFibernet you guys suck, was paying for 150 Mbps plan, got 80 Mbps download speed and 3 Mbps upload speed consistent fluctuations around these for the last 2 months, no solutions from the local technicians or customer support. Asked to disconnect, I was assured I’ll get a refund prorated basis (customer service rep said this exact thing), but now they are saying you can’t get a refund. I have already moved to a new carrier. Don’t understand how you guys operate. Give **** speed, don’t resolve the issue and then not giving a refund just because. I am going to raise a complain to consumer court for this.
