    @ACTFibernet why is your customer care executive so pathetic.... Really dissatisfied with the way the handle the customer . Hope some one fixes this. Your executives cut the call and have the atrocity to yell at the customers. This is the worst customer service i have spoken to

    Can someone suggest best internet service in northwest Delhi. As @ACTFibernet is worst since November they couldn’t fix my internet issue. In result of which I just lost the internet without even letting me know they disconnected. #dontuseactfibernet

    @ACTFibernet is the absolute worst when you need it to work properly. Constantly going on and off for the last 2 days. Today its going off every 60 seconds. Switching to something else. They can keep my advance payment on the bill. No one cares.

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Letter, the act. team is saying that I haven't paid for the router and the sales team guy hasn't updated the correct details and promised me to get the router delivered immediately on the next day and it's already been more than 5 days and I couldn't use the service without route

    @ACTFibernet Dear @ACTFibernet my concern is that the way your customer care behaves is not apt . It's is not only me two more of my colleague said me the same. Please escalate and do something .cus pay for 3 months pack and it doesn't mean you can take it for granted.
