Now that is closed without any explanation or contact at ground level. And another ticket is opened to further move the ETR?. Is this some joke ?.

Raised a plan change request on 30th May and even after 7 days, no technician has visited and my plan is still not updated. Zero accountability, zero customer support. Highly disappointed.
