I have never seen such a perverse internet provider as Act Fiber Net. Because of you I lost my 4 days in a month and important promotion which is very much needed to me. I want to sue on @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Plz anyone help me, how to complaint in the Consumer Forum🙏

@ACTFibernet If there is dumbest customer care , you guys would belong to that. On a busy working day, not having internet connection for almost 24 hours and you guys are taking own sweet time to resolve. Trust me who on earth will trust your network and services again.!!

@ACTFibernet I understand this to be an automatic std reply .Do note tat tis is a server related issue which implies tat there is more than 1 customer who is affected and as yet, tis is not prioritised. 3rd time disconnected in 2 weeks for tis issue!!Is tis the customer experience u want ?

@ACTFibernet Sent the DM. I have gone through the FAQs. To avoid the very issue I have high quality multiple routers installed throughout my home so that we get maximum speed. Yet the speeds are abysmal. This CANNOT be a one off!

I've never seen a network or customer service department as bad as @ACTFibernet Your representative doesn't seem to mind if I have an issue, and if I tell him I don't want to use Act anymore, he tells me I may use any other network. #actfibernetsucks

@ACTFibernet You really need to fix your services and the #support personnel. Always there’s some issue and support never responds relevantly or the resolution isn’t persisting. Even the temporary fix isn’t immediate, does all the damage by the time they ack. #internet #Act
