    @ACTFibernet I have raised a concern to change my plan and i was told it's gonna change in 24 hrs... Its been 2 days n no response from you folks. I am curious to know why do you need 2 days of time to change the plan. Atleast it's not a technical issue though

    @InaFlash14 @ACTFibernet Yes I'm also in the same situation, my issue was not resolved from last 5 days and they are making fake promise and they are disconnected my call on face and they don't have patience with me, No service, no money worste customer service I have filed a case in consumers court.

    @ACTFibernet no its not solved... every two times ACT care will say now issue solved but it didnt... i m not going to renew plan.

    @SalamTuje @ACTFibernet Mine also same issue,customer service is very very pathetic and this is very big sign that great Disaster is coming for act for sure because of they're are taking money and leaving with out resolution and they are disconnecting my call on face and they put number into black list

    @ACTFibernet can't get through to your customer care. Our plan is still charging an exorbitant rate. If I don't get any response today, I am going to cancel the connection. #ACTBroadbandSucks
