  @ACTFibernet No action has been taken n the service technician gives lame excuses because of ply no network. Promises are made while talking connection but after that no response for service.if customers are fooled this way communication minister has to come forward for customers benefit

  @ACTFibernet Very poor customer service! i have been facing unstable internet, raised multiple tickets, still not solved, they fixed and promised it wont repeat, so i paid for 6 months in advance, still facing constant disconnection! When asked to cancel they say no refund!

  @ACTFibernet You guys just say.... Dont stand on your words... No one came after promised also.. when i have paid full amount as a month fee and still i dont got any services. Seriously worst service and worst customer care..
