    @ACTFibernet ₹117 late fee despite paying on time, while your service was down for 5 days with no compensation. On top of that, I’m unable to connect to customer care. You’re quick to charge customers but unavailable when support is needed. Reverse the 117 charge

    @ACTFibernet Pardon my impatience. Please just do not post your script snippets. Please help me with what the specific resolution is going on, you can atleast do that for your delays instead of posting a pre written snippet, contact the field guys and let me know!!

    @ACTFibernet So as per the conversation I was informed that I will not get refund for 5 months of usage when I was clearly told by the agent in June that I will get refund if I cancel the connection before the completion of 6 months, depending on the number of days used. But now your agent
