    @ACTFibernet I was explicitly told by ur back end team that an opt was required to close this ticket. I dint get one and I dint give them one. So when u can't figure out a solution, u unilaterally decide to screw what the customer wants and close the ticket?? Explain this like in 5.

    @ACTFibernet Even if you escalate no progress will be there madurai ACT team are clueless and insufficient..if you still need to go ahead in business you need to add more ppl who really care about your customer

    I’ll go with @ACTFibernet or @jio_fiber my neighbours are using their services with out any issues and a proper support team to resolve the issues in 3-4hours not in days.

    @ACTFibernet Resolution was that it will be resolved before 12 pm today, still no response, when it will be resolved or it will be resolved ever, pathetic service it's as expected. Atleast help me how to cancel my service and get refund

    @ACTFibernet Again internet issue, this is happening every month atleast once and and this is the 2nd time in thisonth. I am tired raising the complaints everytime. I need the refund of what I have paid I prefer moving to other service provider. Worst services from ACT.
