  @ACTFibernet Could you ask your Customer service people to answer calls, which is a sign of good customer service, and not to ignore customers calls after they have made the payment, please? I know money is important but it's downright disgusting of your CS staff to disregard customers.

  @ACTFibernet I spoke to your customer care guys and explained the box already is there, I think there is a short due to lightning and you guys need to come to my house to actually physically fix it. There was supposed to be a visit today in the 1st half, but I have not heard anything yet

  @ACTFibernet more than 2 days of repeated complaints and internet is not working. My aged parents are tired of calling and registering complaints. ticket number SR10881838631024. This has been going on for months. Can this be escalated pls?

  @ACTFibernet The worst part is when contacted the @ACTFibernet customer care number they didn't even tell me what the actual issue is and why my internet is not working since Tuesday

  @ACTFibernet The issue is recurring and not a one time issue, everytime it happens you say the same thing, I want to know the refund process. ACT is the worst broadband company.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet You did not resolve the problem from my first message. You added another penalty charge to my account. The bill now shows 117 payable. Remove these penalty charges immediately. Account ID: 102788365699

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet the issue persists. Thanks for your support and service. I have raised a disconnection request. I hope in future you can ans your customers queries and give them an update about the issue, rather than ignoring the calls(mr.sivaguru sivalingam) and making them fools.

  @ACTFibernet so in delhi their internet stops working within 15 days of installation think about other states and they couldn't resolve it , the worst part is they are unable to even provide ETA. They hired few staff and even they are untrained, Avoid ACT
