@ACTFibernet @ActfiberC Raised back to back 6 tickets and followup atleast 17 times to fix the so called ACTFIBERNET. They claim that they have best internet in the city which has become a nightmare for me. Whenever I raise a ticket or call them to follow up their response is:

@ACTFibernet I have been facing connectivity issue for the past 5 days. SR10164892013844 is registered but no action have been taken so far. No replies from nodalofficer as well. Customer care keeps saying that the issue will be resolved and have been dragging it since 5 days.

I can't get the WiFi to connect when the router is literally next to the connected device(s). When I happened to speak to your customer reps one guy said someone would turn up. Nobody did. 20 missed calls and not one call back. Fix your **** ASAP @ACTFibernet

My Jio Fiber has been down for two days, no actions taken from Jio Fiber @reliancejio. If Jio cares here is the Request number: SR00001B6CKV. @ACTFibernet Bangalore please DM me for a new connection. I think @JioCare needs to learn how you take customer issues seriously.

Internet not working since 6 hours, rasied ticket on #airtelthanks, recieved no call or number of technician. your app is itself so buggy. No way of calling you from non-airtel sim. Very disappointed services. Time to switch back to ActFibernet. @airtelindia #AirtelBroadband
