    @ACTFibernet Seriously disappointed with the service, even before getting started. I requested a new connection two days ago, paid the full amount upfront, and no one has come to install it yet. The guy who handled my request has also stopped responding.

    @ACTFibernet ₹117 late fee despite paying on time, while your service was down for 5 days with no compensation. On top of that, I’m unable to connect to customer care. You’re quick to charge customers but unavailable when support is needed. Reverse the 117 charge

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct @AcTbalamalladi ACT-ai_101780672110 customer ref Ticket no SR10181242464047 should be resolved before the cricket match and FIFA World Cup finals otherwise we will disconnect the service for good.
