    @ACTFibernet Raised a shift connection request from HSR to Bellandur a week ago(SR10262852676744) , No action taken we moved to our new place, Pathetic customer support. Please let me know when I can expect this SR to be resolved.

    @ACTFibernet One of the wrost customer support services I have called multiple times to the customer support they mute and disconnect the call My internet is not working .. I change my vendor just bcz same issue In the night no internet my shift is night shift ... I am not able to work now

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet No internet connection since early morning. Ticket# SR10163079819342 is raised and is open for more than 24 hours. No technician bothered to at least see what is the problem. Quality went from pathetic to shameless…customer service now.
