    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I have been a customer for nearly 6 years and never have I faced such pathetic service till now. At least have some decency to communicate better with your customer instead of just worthless bot. Might consider to change ISP if this continues

    @ACTFibernet Haha, the funny part is—they don’t even bother replying to DMs. Think twice before getting an ACT connection. This is with a corporate account; I can’t imagine how they treat individual consumers.

    @ACTFibernet Are you guys sleeping?? Now we request to disconnect the service but ticket getting closed and ott box still not delivered?? Made payment on 3rd september. Have sent mail to nodal office on this. Do check and deactivate service without any delay and refund my money

    @ACTFibernet Now it makes sense why the internet connection was being restored briefly each day for just a few minutes to a few hours. It seems like a deliberate move to avoid crossing the 24-hour mark that qualifies for a service reimbursement. That’s a whole new level of fraud.

    I’ve been with @ACTFibernet for a long time. But now I need to share how their service has completely broken down. I wrote to their helpdesk. No reply, reminded them 3 times in 4 days before anyone called.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD There is no internet access since Sep 7th and upon frequent followups i am getting the same update i.e issue will be resolved in 72 hours. as you are not solving my issue i demand refund of remaining billing period i.e till October 1st .
