    I never realized how Inefficient and illiterate the technical support and customer care teams of @ACTFibernet are. Internet not working from 4pm ist yesterday. Still no resolution. I m wfh. Who is responsible for my revenue loss? I m unable to even escalate the issue.

    @Airtel_Presence - Such a **** service provider you are in #nashik neither your Internet is working on postpaid nor WiFi Shame on you for such service @ACTFibernet is better service provider than you unfortunately they don’t provide service here

    @ACTFibernet Your sales team was blowing up my phone non-stop to force the connection. The moment I signed up, the service vanished. Installation promised Friday → postponed to Saturday → now Sunday and still no one has shown up. Work Order: WO101813949828
