    @ACTFibernet when the due date for payment is 15th of the month why are u bombarding th customer with calls and SMS from 13th to make the payment

    @ACTFibernet - Worst customer experience. The customer representative coolly says that problem is with router and closes the ticket without even visiting the site. I’ve opened tickets 8 times. Not once has a site inspection been done. How horrible this is. Been paying for phone +
