Next person (@vilipix) reported@ACTFibernet sent you a dm....literally posted ticket on Thursday night no update since then... only a message that "ITS TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED" and changing time repeatedly like seriously.... all my family members are currently WFH and this is the service we are getting ???
