@ACTFibernet They dont help their customer I called them lots of time but they don't care and keep on opening&closing the tickets I would say don't opted for ACT. They are committing/promising anything. BADDEST EXPERIENCE ever in any service I have used including brand/non-brand

@ACTFibernet ,facing frequent network interruptions.Internet will stop working very frequently and they take more than 24 hrs to resolve it. As we work from home,it will be very problematic if we don't have internet for more than 24hrs.3 incidents in last 1 week. @ACTFibernetHYD

@ACTFibernet What kind of service are you providing? Every time I’m facing the same issue again that too in the middle of my shift!! You know how hard is it to manage WFH with not-so-favourable-customer-service internet And you need 24-48 hours to resolve? #Hyderabad #ActFibernet

@ACTFibernet I am facing issues with internet I tried to connect with Customer care and I selected Kannada as my preferred language.. But why my call is connected to Non Kannada person ?!! This is not way of serving ppl
