  @ACTFibernet Worst service. Again today internet is down for past 3 Hrs. ACT is there only on the company name. In reality there is no ACTion at all.

  @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet When you can’t provide services why do you take the amount shame on you and have been told by your representative and Cutomer service people said 5-6 working days and it’s been 9 days still no refund… customer care says your refund has not been approved… what’s going on !!!

  @ACTFibernet It is third time this month that we are facing an issue with the internet connection. It takes more than 24 hours to resolve the connection. It is frustrating for people working from home. After 7 hours of raising the ticket, there is no reply from support team.
