    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet SR10181511731864 Frustrated with the service. I upgraded to 200 Mbps, but now I’m told my copper cable doesn’t support it. Raised a ticket to fix the issue, but no response. Now I’m being asked to pull the cable internally myself. Poor service!

    @ACTFibernet u have one of the worst IVR to connect ur customer care executive. No option to change the plan. Why we need to continue with ACT with such a pathetic service

    I have been stranded without updates after payment was made. In the website I am prompted that I need my account activated to get support, what is this behaviour. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Consent and they charged a bulk amount for this. Then I called the helpdesk to cancel it and even after cancellation a partial amount needs to be paid from my end. Why are you doing like this and why are you asking us to follow up for n no of times. Worst worst worst service

    @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues You really need to get your act together.. from being so dependable, we have had almost 5 outages in the last 3 months of a few hours everytime.. Address - Prestige Sunnyside Elm, Bangalore 103 with no permanent fix!!
