    @ACT_Issues @ACTFibernet Continuous internet outages. This morning, the electricity department cut the internet cables. All service providers had to replace the wires. Your service is pathetic despite 100 calls, you still don’t have the time and manpower to resolve the issue.

    @ACTFibernet if i don’t get refund in 2-3 days will throw this **** out of my balcony both the mesh and will not pay 1 rs for this. Ao better sort this out. U guys are pathetic

    I get call from act and when i pick, it gets disconnected instantly. Team keeps closing the issue like this is account team issue or service team issue or we will change router. 15days passed in june and not able to use net properly. @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago @consumerforum_

    @ACTFibernet Don’t send this default templates provide proper information of what is going on and why is it taking so much time to fix to have an better understanding of why its taking so much time. You app doesn’t give any proper information of the what is happening with the ticket.

    @ACTFibernet @daneshzaki @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket to shift my connection with TICKET ID SR11080671198304 this issue was declared to be resolved by 14 June 2026 but till now nothing has been done I am working without internet since a week my ACT account number is 110777865246 please resolve
