Rithin Sanjay (@rithinsanjay15) reportedMy internet is down for the past 20 hours and still no resolution or response from your end and my 1 day work is gone. @ACTFibernet
-
Atul Kumar Dugar (@Atul_2206) reported@ACTFibernet It has been 3 days without an internet connection, and the lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. Complaint ID: SR10180703898654 Despite raising a complaint, there have been no meaningful updates, no clear explanation of the issue, and no realistic timeline for resolution. Customers should not have to chase support repeatedly just to receive basic information. As a customer on an annual plan, I expect my subscription to be extended for the entire duration of this outage. Paying for a service that has not been delivered is unacceptable. The outage is frustrating enough, but the complete lack of transparency and accountability from ACT Fibernet is even more concerning. I expect an immediate restoration of service and confirmation of compensation for the downtime. #ACTFibernet

Kishore (@Kishore2508) reportedPathetic service from @ACTFibernet Chennai. Every time there is a power cut, my internet goes down despite having a full inverter backup for my modem/router. Why? Because your main area connection box has NO battery backup! A year of this recurring issue. (1/3)

Nilesh Patel (@NileshP28391464) reported@ACTFibernet We are fed up with your Wi-Fi service; frequent connection outages have become the norm, and we are suffering losses every day because of this. If you cannot provide proper service, why don't you just shut down your company?
