No-SR10180155132472. I don’t know what gimmick this is to fool customers but get your **** together!! Seriously!

Nidhesh (@nidheshkr) reported@ACTFibernet My Internet connection is not working since 30-Apr-26. A ticket was raised and the resolution date keeps changing, every 24 hours, but no sign of resolution by the Technical Team. The Call Centre has no clue whatsoever

ACT neither seems to hv a plan to resolve the issue faced nor d intent to address d issues raised.
