    i regret getting @ACTFibernet connection. Every week apparently someone cut their wire. Same no network issue. Why don’t you guys shut down the business when can’t save the wire?

    @ACTFibernet No option to cancel my Netflix upgrade plan. It's so annoying. Also frequently internet is dropping before I had Airtel for this same reason, I changed to ACT but here also same issue. Thinking about changing

    @ACTFibernet I have been consistently facing connection issues with my internet for almost 1 year on and off. The service agent told me that the router is required to be replaced, he’ll come back with new router, and got the SR closed. He never came back. SR11878222864354
