All of a sudden I got an outage message today and it will gt resolvd by tom 7:30 PM evening. The outage 4 more thn 24 hours is nt at all acceptable. He told as you can’t close the ticket we are cutting your connection and removing the cable, this is after me paying for the connection and being a paid customer. At this point refund me and cancel my plan wil shift to another provider
