@ACTFibernet Lately, has become a company with one of the worst customer supports. Had an issue with connectivity and raised an issue ticket after 48 hours I receive a call and later the agent confirms it be resolved in an hour.Its been half a day and I am still waiting...

Lots to say about dear @ACTFibernet. Their "technical team" blantantly threatened me against tweeting or reopening the complaint. Yes, a custome who pays $$ is THREATENED by their "technicians". They provide terrible suggestions, like "reboot your router". Disgusting.

@ACTFibernet As soon as you responded I got a call and the same story continued. Your representative said she will escalate the ticket and nothing happened.What is your problem in returning 2000 rupees even after recovering the router? (router recovered on Sept 2nd).
