  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD My internet is not working since threedays.I raised ticket and issue was supposed to resolved by yesterday.Technician visit was scheduled in the 24 august afternoon.and later schedule changed to evening 7 to 9.30. I hope the technician comes today.

  @ACTFibernet its been 5 days. Daily ETR is changing. I have raised complaint on App and here on twitter. Still no use. No answer from any officials. Jio and Airtel and even BSNL are functioning within 24 hours. If u can't provide services today we shall move on to other .

  @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet No network since last two days and unable to get in touch with your support team too! I raised a complaint, your technician/engineer cuts the call whenever I use the option to connect with support engineer via App. Too worst experience and service.
