@ACTFibernet My internet is down for last 1 hour and I don’t even know the reason for the same. My ticket No is SR10166786125204. Very poor service and response. Email response says 24hrs. It is pathetic.

@ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit Even after making the payment for 5+1Months plan, with 50Mbps, speed in the App, it is still reflecting the due amount, since being of my connection I have never opted any monthly plans, a always choose minimum 6months plan. But in between,they change the plan without intimation

@ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit It will take 48 to 78Hrs just to upgrade the plan, Hyderabad sales team is not concerned about the customer's time and money, we need to keep on follow up, for the mistake that we made by opting ActFiber services. I really don't appreciate these people Beaing customer for 5years

@ACTFibernet @TRAI heights of service, act executive has failed to disconnect the connection post my request and I have been charged for rental which I haven’t used, still the bill outstanding shows as ₹546.30 for no error from my end. No call backs or closure done yet

@ACTFibernet It’s been 4 months I have bought the connection and have logged enough of complaints yet the frequent disconnects haven’t stopped and team does want to replace router. I have been given refurbished dlink router which is also problem and the team very clear they can’t
