  @ACTFibernet very poor internet connection at Basavanagar,pathetic service. Bengaluru-560037 from the past one week. Despite calls and follow up with the support staff no action taken yet. They didn't even bother to answer our calls. Clear case of deficiency in service.

  @ACTFibernet my net is not working for last 4 day. Raied compliant SR10365046567594. Without resolving issue you guys closed the ticket. i have reponed it, I been trying to reach customer care to talk to the agent, all i get is IVR and chat bot. kinldy do the need-full

  @ACTFibernet this is quite unbelievable service I received from ACT. i applied the connection by taking three month package. Now the technician told, u need to pay extra money because of some extra things require. So I cancelled the connection. But noot received refund yet .
