@ACTFibernet No internet connection for the past 2 days, and the issue is still unresolved. The TAT keeps getting pushed further, while the assigned engineer is not responding at all. This is extremely frustrating. 😡😡😡😡😡Ticket ID: SR11081515472384

@ACTFibernet Pathetic connection and event pathetic customer support. My internet stopped working 4 days ago, it’s a commercial one and nothing has been done yet, no update yet. All my business work is on pause! Who will bear the repercussions?

Yet another issue. WiFi stays in red whenever there is a power cut and when it comes back. Manually have to remove the power cables from both the routers and reconnect them to fix it. Terrible experience yet again. Can you fix anything?? @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet a suggestion to anybody looking for a new broadband setup, avoid act fibernet go with jio or even airtel. There is a reason why companies like act do not grow and shut down overtime its bc of non existent customer service. And third rate support. JUST AVOID.

I’m escalating here because every other avenue I have tried has failed. Please understand the seriousness of this ticket, take ownership, and help get this resolved immediately. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet I need a resolution here. I upgraded paing extra, looaing my benefits of one free additional month of WiFi and despite that you are asking me to get this installed. What are you doing?

  • karthikalagan
    karthik alagan (@karthikalagan) reported

The biggest problem isn’t even the outage. It’s the lack of urgency and accountability after the complaint is raised. Ticket raised. ETR provided. Customer waits. Customer follows up. Still no meaningful resolution. @ACTFibernet, customers shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase you
