  This is great @ACTFibernet gave a free upgrade and bumped my speed from 100 to 150Mbps, they were kind enough to send an email and tell me how to get it, too. The service quality just needs to become better.

  @ACTFibernet You service has become so bad that its now unbearable. You guys dont miss a day to send bill to customer but your service has outage every other day. Completely ridiculous experience. Can someone please reach out to me as your CSRs are of no help!!

  @ACTFibernet I have never seen such a fraud ISP provider bloody cheaters for reconnection how the hell you are charging being your customer when it was disconnected for 2 months almost..kindly luk into the issue or else am going to disconnect the internet..

  @ACTFibernet no internet since last night 1pm, have submitted complaint, called technitians but still nothing! And the issue keeps recurring every week too. Why cant you solve quickly?
