    @ACTFibernet @DoT_India My ACT fibernet connection is frequently getting disrupted in Ghitorni, Delhi. It happened 3 times in last 3 weeks. Your service is very poor, your support team tells me to wait for 4 to 5 hours but in ACT fibernet app, it tells me to wait more than 24hrs

    @ACTFibernet This is the 8th time I’m complaining about the same issue. My internet keeps going down, and every time you say it’s fixed, but the problem comes back again. No permanent solution, no proper response. When is my internet going to be fixed?

    @ACTFibernet customer care executive so Arrogant, Egoistic and they behaving as if they don't need customer and customer needs them.. Shame on you @ACTFibernet .. Why Independence Day offer is going on when your customer representative telling not to opt.. 😡🤬

    @ACTFibernet No internet connection for the past 2 days, and the issue is still unresolved. The TAT keeps getting pushed further, while the assigned engineer is not responding at all. This is extremely frustrating. 😡😡😡😡😡Ticket ID: SR11081515472384

    Hi Act sevice is very very worst in my life I paid and got connection for 6+1 from June to December Now app asking pay some amount and disconnected my service @ACTFibernet
