    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD (1/2) On 10-05-2022 my internet  connection was interrupted at my location due to powerbox issue. So service executive said to disconnect the account, So i raised disconnecion request on 14-05-2022 and it disconnected on 19-05-2022.

    @ACTBangalore @ACTFibernet Dear sir,  the installation ACT his been worst till now there is no quick resolution to my issue since I have opted for ACT this is very dissapointing after paying so much every month but not getting proper service.

    completion. Now the work is completed and your technician is not picking the call. He has already taken OTP for next day scheduling with promise that it will done today. Your work culture is horrible. Learn something from @ACTFibernet on customer service.

    @poopoonga @deepsealioness @ACTFibernet I had used ACT in Chennai 8 years ago and the speed and customer service was really good. Assume things have gone downhill now.
