    @ACTFibernet so this is how you provide service to a new customer. You never meet your promised installation time and never call back to the customer after promising a callback for more than 20 times. Good to know I’ll be cancelling the service.

    @ACTFibernet is wifi down in some area, (Urban Enclave). I am getting red light on the router also.

    @ACTFibernet Not really happy is the feedback. The issue keeps repeating and i need to follow up a lot to get it fixed even after paying the bill.
