    @ACTFibernet When? I called up CS team umpteen no. of times only to hear that technical team will call me shortly since Tuesday not even a single call came nor the issue is fixed. Pls refund my money and disconnect my enrolment. I will rather take a JIO/AIRTEL SIM and use its hotspot.

    @ACTFibernet worst service ever I have seen for any broadband, from last 3 months I am raising the complainant for permanent solution for internet not working, every 3 days internet stop working, this work from home need this internet and you guys are playing with this.

    @ACTFibernet 3rd outage in 15 days n latest one is ongoing for over 24 hrs. Highly unprofessional bunch of liars scamming people. #ACT #ACTFibernet #NeverTakeACTFibernetConnection SR10159539500202 they take 900 rs for full month to give only 10 days Internet. No customer support.

    @ACTFibernet Id 110490628904 my ticket number SR11059576178162 is unresolved since past 15 hours. No one has called me or visited the place for checking. The service is pathetic and I've made 3 4 calls to customer care only to get assurance of resolution but no step taken so far.

    @ACTFibernet I am facing issues with internet since 10th of this month, since than its not resolved, so raised complaint again yesterday evening by night it has closed, without resolved or communicated SR11559567668792 has been closed, please look into it

    Im experiencing pathetic service from @ACTFibernet executives. Luckily got my money back from a fraud who called me from ACT. How secure is our data we provided trusting ACT? Im waiting for a connection since July 2nd. How long will you take to resolve a simple problem like this?

    @ACTFibernet My broadband is not working from last 2 days and every time I complained to call centre I received text message that "our team is working on your complaint". Very bad service.
