@ACTFibernet What’s happening ? Is it a deliberate attempt to ignore customer complaints and there is no interest in after sale services or your systems are not responding? Neither calls/chats/emails are getting responded to address customer complaints.

Hey @ACTFibernet , I just checked my invoice and there seem to be silent price hike. When contacted customer care, they dodged it with a statement "it was already communicated over email to all customers". I couldn't find any such email. May I know the subject of that email?

@ACTFibernet I disconnected ACT WiFi due to poor coverage. Reached out in Jan for reinstatement + feasibility check. Paid 6K+ based on false info. ACT failed to check fibre availability, made false promises and avoided calls after payment. I want IMMEDIATE REFUND & cancellation.

@ACTFibernet , I'm not happy with your service. I paid amount on 31st evening to install new connection on 1st Jan 2026 and after multiple followup still no one came to install new connection. Even your guys is kot picking the call now. Is this how you want to loose the trust?

@ACTFibernet my internet is down again, really so much pathetic service by act fiber in Ahmedabad location, I will not recommend anyone to use this in future. Such a horrible experience.

@ACTFibernet Still no resolution. The internet is off, and there's no update. Repeated calls to customer care have yielded no resolution and no call back. Are you serious about your business?

Yesterday night the @ACTFibernet technician called and said today router will be installed after 10 AM. But since 11 AM the technician is not picking up the call or rejecting the calls. Customer service is giving generic response and upon further questions chat drops (3/4)
