@ACTFibernet i didn't experience such a worst service in my life. You have my outstanding balance but even you disconnected internet without any intimation. Your customer care people without listening properly they disconnects the cal & close the tickets.

What is the use of paying you a big bill every month @ACTFibernet frequent net disconnections making my job horrible. I am dropping from important calls/meetings due to poor internet connectivity. Wake up or else u will lose your market share. Once v get right provider u r gone🤞

@ACTFibernet I have requested for new connection on 02/07/2021 but installation was not completed till now. When I call customer care they are only saying like we will increase the priority please wait. I'm having worst experience with ACT. FYR complaint# SR10259116725097
