@Airtel_Presence How to request for broadband disconnection? As it's not working since more than five days and no one at Airtel seems to care. Even your IVR does not have option to speak to a customer care representative. @ACTFibernet @HathwayBrdband what plans do you have?

@deepsealioness @ACTFibernet I have had minor problems with @HathwayBrdband but their speed and service is good compared to other I have used. If possible move to #Hathway

@BRUCELEEMONEY @ACTFibernet Pathetic service by ACTfibrenet. Area service manager (Suresh - 9538230516) doesn't give a shot about customers. Been trying to connect with him since yesterday and all I get to hear is we will get back!!! Local internet service providers resolve issue in not more than 3 hours
