    @ACTFibernet — Trying to reach you guys for Plan change details.. Pls contact asap. You customer service is complete disappointment and app doesn’t show all plans ..! Also need to change name of owner on the wi-fi connection.

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, I am using act internet since nov 2019. I need month wise proper bill invoice receipt per month wise. The receipt which i got from mobile app is not proper. I called many times to customer care. But unfortunate, they couldn't receive my call.

    @ACTFibernet it is more than 24 hours I do not have Internet. What's the matter? Every month the box is down and you take 2 days to respond and resolve. @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet With Extreme Frustration & humiliations to state that I applied for an ACT FIBER on 24th & we paid the fee in full for six months. Feel down & very disappointed. A Followup ends in an 24 hour promise that never materialised. Now asking for a week again delay

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a shifting request & no action taken till date, I was given the ETA : 3rd Aug 2020. Y did the bill generated for me when I am not using the internet connection ?? Is this the way you treat customers @ACTFibernet
