    Really disappointed with @ACTFibernet. Even before my service started, they made false promises just to close the sale"it’ll be done today", "installation confirmed" and then just disappeared. No updates, no accountability, just left hanging after payment.

    @ACTFibernet , I am really disappointed and regretting for taking act connection two days back, I’m not getting speed, created a ticket SR10379874434644, your technician visited not able to solve the issue, when I called to your customer care, your agent said nothing can be done

    @ACTFibernet This is a very poor service from the @ACTFibernet after wasting 12hrs I am told that we will update you in 24hrs. The issue is that they pay 70Rs to someone a month in area to let them use power for the hub. And that guy left home so no power and no wifi to the whole area.

    @ACTFibernet What prioritisation you are doing ? Closed the ticket without resolving the issue, This is seriously not good and by the way Why you had tagged me as "Chronic Customer", Did asking questions wrong? Or if I dont align with your view I become Chronic?

    @ACTFibernet So my data will waste every month .Then I will move to other services.if any lowest plan then let me know otherwise I will change the service provider.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet - You folks are the worst service providers. Everytime we face issue with Internet you take 24-36 hrs to resolve the issue. Especially in financial district and I want to say you have the worst team who caters to financial distirct. Get your “Act” right and serve customers better. Unfortunately we feel locked with the exclusivity in apartments

    @ACTFibernet This is beyond frustrating. 5 disconnects in the past 10 days and it takes a day to be up. Customers pay for stable internet not constant outages and excuses. Fix your network immediately or be honest about your inability to provide consistent service. #ACTFibernet

    Listing a plan on your app, make the customers to pay & then denying the very service is a pure scam. #actfibernetscam. Have told them clearly- either you provide what I paid for else refund the money. Don’t scam your own customers @ACTFibernet . Req amplification of this tweet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD SR10178879872976 Your router is lying within my premise for last 3 months after disconnection. Multiple followups on email, call and what not, but no resolution. I am throwing away your routers today if no one comes to pick it up.
