    @ACTFibernet doesn't help it's customers though we're with them for years. For a shifting request, they don't accept an electricity bill but they out that as part of valid documents !! Will think of shifting to @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet I raised a complaint yesterday and out was supposed to be resolved by 2pm. It’s now 2:30 and still no resolution. No update also! And the customer care numbers don’t seem to work either! When is the team going to fix it?

    @ACTFibernet thank you for your wonderful service which hasn't been working at all. A guy came in and checked the box still no good, this has effected my job, food and shelter. Also, thanks to your wonderful IVR which goes silent out of nowhere.

    @ACTFibernet I need to raise a minimum of Two Complaints per month always 🙄 which takes 48hrs of Resolution Time. @JioCare Need Jio Broadband in 500008 ASAP. I can't ACT with ACT Anymore. When It Comes to resolution it always "ACTs" what an appointment name. 🙏
