Why is this the case? Why don't you improve your company's service?

Raised request but kept on changing ETA, now i have disconnected connection but haven’t received any refund communication

Vignesh (@vignessshhhh) reported@ACTFibernet Refund got credited today. Been a ACT customer for the last 4 years, thanks for the services, Btw I had to make a disconnection request only because of delay and miscommunication caused by local ACT team for relocation of router within the building.
