    @ACTFibernet Nw ur customer care says it'll get ready by tonight. 2days of no service. I wonder hw many customers are paying extra from the 2 years every month for which they aren't getting service. I can't finish my regular office work. I'm done with your arrogant team. Thanks. + No call yet

    I will pay you money to cancel my connection at this point @ACTFibernet!!! Pls rid me of the torture of having to call your support 5 times a day only to: - hear empty promises - be told you can’t send me an email about cancellation process because it “costs money” 🤯😭

    @ACTFibernet Your service team keeps on closing the ticket without resolving the issue. I have raised a ticket with a complaint no. : SR10367000180254 which was closed by a service team member named Purushotaman without resolving the issue. What's the solution you have for this?

    @ACTFibernet I am facing bandwidth issues with a new connection and have placed requests for shifting the router within the house. Your team is demanding additional money for shifting router internally and that too for a new connection less than a week. This is ridiculous looting

    @ACTFibernet upgraded to ACT storm last month as per your suggestion, used LAN connection during exam. Neither field engineers nor backend identifying the root cause of slow bw issue. I request to refund my loss and want to disconnect permanently.

    @ACTFibernet If you can’t do your job, get ******** out of this business. Seriously **** you. I want this escalated right away. I gave you sufficient notice about this not being adjusted on Feb3 and till date there’s no resolution. Give your corporate office address I will go and settle.
