    @ACTFibernet I stay in HYDERNAGAR, Hyderabad (Near Calvary Temple). Whenever Internet gets connected it is taking 2 days or 48 hours to resolve which is very bad service for an huge business like yours. Current open ticket is SR10177583180814

    @ACTFibernet Now there’s no internet , really I am loosing my patience. Pls re open the ticket SR10177534372422. Don’t close any ticket without my confirmation! Also, please refund the my money for 7 days that I paid before 10th of this month. What’s a pathetic service?

    @ACTFibernet My issue is not resolved yet, already 19 days passed, there is I no resolution yet. When I calling some one answering they are transferring to other call, but call was dropped off.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet how many more years needed to rectify the connection . Its more than a week and still connection not restored in hyathnagar see school area. ETA keeps changes to next day daily . Worst service

    Hi @ACTFibernet, I had your connection for 3 months and requested disconnection multiple times whenever i got a call for renewal. I had already stopped using the service, but my ₹1000 refundable deposit hasn’t been returned yet. Please look into this and resolve.
