    @ACTFibernet my mobile data is far more reliable than your broadband. It's like purchasing a DSLR camera but having to depend on mobile camera for want to quality. Trusting ACT is my bad.

    I have discontinued the service two weeks backs. However the Box is yet to be disconnected from my EB and It is used by several other users. I had already requested cust care multiple times to remove the box from my EB. No response yet. Can you please check. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet 2 days ago had some issues with port forwarding, called 10 ACT engineers, none of them had the knowledge or the decency to help me, customer care asks for mobile verification but registered mobile number if not functional currently, worst experience ever.

    @ACTFibernet : Residents of LakeNesters Apartment Miyapur facing Internet issues. Recently, it's happening frequently either in Block A or B & resolution of issue is taking lot of time. It's high time that you resolve this intermittent issues or we have to move to other vendor.

    Dear mr sunder raju @ACTFibernet recently facing network issue and within Two months this is my 20th time facing this problem, I called customer care infinite num of times and asked to change my internet connection to another box but their is no response poor service

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet so originally the resolution was expected on 8 August. That became 13 August. Today its 17 August. If you refund me the money I paid for the annual subscription I could at least get a @reliancejio broadband connection.

    @ACTFibernet so you take my details and close my ticket without any resolution. That’s great why don’t I go ahead and disconnect my connection and switch to airtel or hathway. Seems like they are more inclined towards Customer service than you people are.

    @ACTFibernet It's now 11h passed and no update from your end. Please try to give proper service to customer. Your customer care agents are of no use, later some Escalation manager team who had called and later said we will address has not reached me out yet.
