    @Ubiquiti Does Unifi Dream machine supports PPOE connection directly? I mean do I need to connect with modem or I can directly put up ISP ID/password and connect via PPOE? I am asking support for ACT broadband ISP #actfibernet in India.

    @ACTFibernet Such a cold and programmed reply. No internet since yesterday. and I have not received a call back from your customer care executive even after 2 hrs... which was supposed to come in 5 minutes...and what about the lost day...Mr ACT...? Please reply to the points...

    @ACTFibernet I've raised a complaint(ID:SR10150509472262) on 31/12/2020 and it is the second day I'm not having internet connectivity.I'm unable to continue my work for 2 days now as Your USELESS & WORST customer support team knows nothing other than standard template replies.

    @ACTFibernet Dear ACT, there is a problem in connection ping for gaming.(past two weeks). Im getting high ping connecting to dubai and Singapore servers in call of duty warzone online game. Other ACT users are also experiencing this. Doesn’t happen like this in airtel / hathway.

    @ACTFibernet On what basis are u assuming that the issue is resolved? It is NOT.. just like all my other 10+ tickets.. its been closed without a resolution.. is this the expected service levels from ACT??

    @ACTFibernet Now even I see even a new third complaint(SR10150559737108) has been created by ACT themselves.Not sure how long they'll delay it further.
