    @ACTFibernet Now i know why act fibernet offices use jio fiber , so that you don't get disconnected and get bad service and not get internet for next one week. What an amazing company you are,truly indian. My ticket number is SR10761326613552 and already the given time is over.

    @ACTFibernet Yes, it has been resolved. Thank You for the resolution! There should be an OTP entering feature that should be sent to customers and by using it only engineers will be able to close an issue so that none of your engineers can close it without any resolution.

    @ACTFibernet for two consecutive times ive contacted service Operator for having a box connected to the inverter for uninterrupted usage of internet. But till date issue is not resolved and iam unable to use internet due to frequent powercutss in our area. Please help us!!
