    @ACTFibernet Issue got resolved but it took 24 hrs, which is something not acceptable. It was a click of button to resolve it, but tech person were reluctant to visit premises and support people simply lie.

    @ACTFibernet still no resolution for Ticket no SR10263622433034. I have reopened the ticket everyday in the past week. I'm not sure if it is because of incompetence of your technician or something inherently wrong with you service in my area. Please look into it.

    Really frustrated rn. My internet is not working again. This is the 3rd time in 1 month. Almost 7 days of no internet in a month. Worst service ever. I regret paying for an entire year. Can't even unsubscribe now. You lost a customer today. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet @jaagograhakjago ....And, he was saying that wait for 24hrs for it to get resolved...so, a complaint of 28Nov(originally 21Nov) which cudnt b resolved by 07Dec(today) is fine with ACT FIBRENET ? As per him the latest bill of Rs 422.30 is for the payment of internet from 21Nov 30Nov21?
