    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHelp Repeated outages due to tampering at current junction box. Requesting junction box relocation/change to a secure location (locked/indoor) Or Please shift my connection to a different nearby box/port. Need permanent fix, not temporary repair.

    What a worst service @ACTFibernet . It's been 2 days since there is no internet connection. Your Technical Team is not Picking up the calls . There is no other option other than changing the service to Airtel/Jio.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service, no internet for last 2 days, whenever I lodge a complaint ,will have to wait for 24 hours to resolve, today they repaired my net n again it get disconnected within 30 min. Very pathetic

    @ACTFibernet two ticket raised . Internet not working . One of the oldest cuatomer. No one visiting . Horrible customer experience . Pls take some some serious acrion & asap . Aak some senior in your team to monitor this bad situation . Pls help asap

    @GTPLHathwayLtd For the past month, my internet speed has been very slow, and the connection has gone down multiple times. I created a ticket (#37213455), but the issue is still not resolved. gtpl is no longer reliable maybe it’s time to switch to @ACTFibernet.
