  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet When am i getting my refund? Customer care is pathetic if we ask for refund, they open the ticket for internet not working when the service is already disconnected. ACT out fast and speeden up your processes..

  Just appalling the broadband service given by @ACTFibernet. No internet for the whole day, on a busy Monday morning. And the customer service has no clue. Third time in a week. @TRAI are you guys listening? @airtelindia please contact me. I need a new broadband connection.

  @ACTFibernet , Internet is not working since Jan 18th, and SR10163953570144 not resolved yet. I had even given permission on Jan 21st itself to keep junction box at my home. Still the issue is not resolved. Not acceptable during this WFH and Online classes times.

  @ACTFibernet is the most interrupted internet service in the world i think. When required the most they vanish. And require 24 hours to fix an issue. Solution suggested by customer care is to remove plug and put back🥺
