    @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet ticket no SR11079755958424 has been reopened. You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. Team ACT Above message ticket not closed for more than 24 hours. After years of service from ACT They seem to have become very arrogant . I give up.

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct is a worst internet service provider in India. Every month, mostly one or two days his internet is breakdown. After the complaint ticket raise,12-24 hours take to restore the internet service. Every year, 15-25 days are non-working but charges full payment.

    @ACTFibernet Why there is no option available for 1 month recharge? Why do you want to trap customers for 3 months? Most of the time your broadband is having issues. And could see the prices also more as compared to other providers. There is a rise in price every 3-6 months

    @ACTFibernet Your team has been sharing false information for past 10 days and not resolving any of my issues. Everyone is sharing false information and doing fraud. I have requested a cancellation 2 days back and even that is not done yet and your team is denying refund to bank

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet kindly have your customer support team stop giving blank calls, The latest one came from 91-1409321511, upon answering heard an agent breathing for a second and hanging up (usual practice from a long time)

    @ACTFibernet It’s your task to cancel and refund my entire money back in my bank account if you can’t I will file a complaint and also dispute the payment with credit card company with all the proofs against you. As clearly your team shared wrong info to me to renew and upgrade plan its fraud
