@ACTFibernet I did the payment for new connection yesterday, One person came yesterday but he was not willing to do the proper wiring, and didn't given the connection. I spoken to customer care still no resolution. I need connection on urgent basis please look into it. @TRAI

@ACTFibernet They sure are not. I was told at 18:10 hrs today that it will get activated in 5 mins and it’s been more than 90 since, still no action taken. I am working from home and undergoing plausible monetary damage with every minute passing by due to my services being hampered. @TRAI

World worst service provider @ACTFibernet. My wife purchased the broadband service and our Airtel mobile service gives better network than ACT fiber broadband. Third class service. No resolution since start of the service i.e. 9th Aug
