    @sikkireddy @ACTFibernet Same things happened with me as well they keep posting same msg again and again. And they extending date. Who is going to pay for our losses which is occured by service provider

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Worst experience during a interaction with customer support. After trying almost the call just connected to support team and I have wait another 15 Mins to talk with executive, she hardly spoke with for 30-45 seconds

    @AdishankarS @ACTFibernet Yes. The electricity department is taking turns in cutting wires in different areas. If they cut in an upstream area to your network, it's gone. Today is the third time my internet got cut, each for 4 days.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD your support mechanism is pathetic, no agents to support, ticket resolution still not done. Internet ntwk not there at my home since yesterday 2pm or earlier. Service engineer stated to resume service today but NO ACTION yet.
