Customer care can we expect a final ETA when the issue will resolve? Issue still not resolved. There were 2 ETA given, both were passed. Uday not giving response or picking call.

Paro (@MadebyParo) reported@ACTFibernet Do NOT make me go to the consumer court. 15 out of 30 days your WiFi is not working. Every other day your agent comes, he fixes it for 5 minutes, takes the OTP and leaves. Again NO WIFI! Pls anyone who is thinking - DO NOT CHOOSE ACT.
