@ACTFibernet I have created reconnection request 5days back with Ticket No. SR10155346561497. Escalated same to nodal officer as well, but there is no response. Customer care also not helpful for me.please do the needful.

@ACTFibernet @kannan696 Well, just wait for the real show from ACT. You’ll realise how ACT is no less pathetic than Airtel. Infact @ACTFibernet is turning from bad to worst. Just ask people who are using ACT, you’ll have the ground reality. I regret the choice, 3rd class customer service.
