    @ACTFibernet Worst customer service and probably the most idiotic ISp I have ever encountered. Lost internet connectivity due to server issues for the 3rd time in this week. To resolve this issue, it takes 24 hours and the technician arrives later than 24 hrs to make matter worse

    The only way to reach @ACTFibernet is through Twitter. I would like to change my ACT connection shifting to an earlier date - I am not able to do this on the mobile app - please help! If I go through mobile customer service it redirects me to the app.

    @ACTFibernet I don't know why I am continuing with ACT. I have had no wifi for the past nearly 24 hrs. Customer service is the worst. Only auto msgs are sent. No one calls or responds. The engineers don't even know where to find the cables. No joy in retaining their service.

    @ACTFibernet Why can't the technician resolve the issue asap atleast by 12 hours. Do I need to wait a day to get the issue resolved? What kind of ******** service is this? And its third instance in last 7 days. It's not guaranteed that issue gets resolved even after this period.
