All service providers had to replace the wires. Your service is pathetic despite 100 calls, you still don’t have the time and manpower to resolve the issue.

Demanding full refund of ₹3,878.92 (₹700 shift + ₹3,178.92 prepaid plan) within 48 hours. Service not delivered despite payment = deficiency of service. Next step: @DoT_India complaint.
