@ACTFibernet Is providing seamless internet connectivity too much of a problem for you people? Every 10 days your internet services stop working. Everytime I have to call the customer care to get it repaired. High time now, either get my issue resolved or I will switch it.

I have installed #ACTFiberNet & My acc-110651830169 and my net was not working for the last few hours, so I called the executive of ACT and trust me Rohit Vadhera solved my problem in next 5 to 10 minutes just by talking on the phone .. I really wants to thank to #ACTFiberNet

@ACTFibernet I will keep tweeting until I get a resolution. Madurai to Chennai pings are usually under 10-15ms in other ISPs but why is it 32ms in your network? How do you get away after providing such poor quality service?

@ACTFibernet Where were you when I raised a request last time. Now there is an immediate revert. Such an idiotic service from you guys. For collecting such a premium account and regular disconnects in a week. Around 10 times the Internet disconnects in a line.. why should I pay big amount
