  @ACTFibernet Your care contacted me for reconnection inquiry, but that's not my issue with ACT now. I was charged for unused data for around 1400+ rs/-.in the beginning of the connection, no one told me that ACT will charge continuosly with out customer consent or payment @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet ACt customer care is pathetic. They dont listen.They talk on you. They yell and disconnect at will.This is not an experience with one person. I spoke to 12 people. 6 were like this. Thats 50%.Every 2nd customer will have to put up with this bad experience.

  @ACTFibernet your customer service is so rude. From past 10 hours I don’t have internet . And every week is the same problem. Tell me one thing if i don’t pay bill for a day will you wait? This is unacceptable nonsense and no pathetic. Can some one care to resolve the probelm

  @ACTFibernet The frequent disconnection problem continues to persist. This doesn’t seem to be a router issue as ACT temporary router was installed and still continues to be a problem

  Internet doesn't work ,every week I need to raise request. This week I raised two SR for internet not working. Better to change to different ISP. @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet Issue with Battery . Replacement required By ACT on the junction box and no one from ACT has resolved it for last 1.5 months.

  @ACTFibernet Forget it. I waited till 3pm yesterday, I didn't get any update or call. I called up customer care and raised a request for disconnection. By yesterday evening, got airtel broadband up and running within 2hours. Bye ACT. I was patient but there was 0 communication from your end.
