    @ACTFibernet I am trying to get in touch with customer care for last 1 hour, First the queue counter increases sometimes not sure how and second.... call goes on hold when queue counter is at 2...already happened 5 times since morning

    @ACTFibernet my internet connection is not working, when I open your app for a support ticket, your app also doesn't open. Even when its open, it gets stuck in checking your connection phase.

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Act fibre net speeds are deplorable when you need them. They promise moon but, can’t deliver. Service is non existent. They open a complaint in the morning and by evening it is closed. The issue remains the same. No improvement in speed. Regret renewing their service.

    @ACTFibernet is hallucinating like their internet service. You will have to raise tickets keep following every day.Still they wont fix it.1 month yet to change router and upgrade to a fully(annually) paid plan.If u cant service why do u offer the plan.Tired.Worst service. No rply
