Last month I made a payment for @HathwayBrdband for 3months. Amount deducted and recharge unsuccessful. Didn't receive refund, customer service is worst.Raised complaint more than 10times. No use. No proper response. Plz don't buy @HathwayBrdband. Go for @ACTFibernet or jio fiber

Hey @ACTFibernet Your Customer Service is literally NON-EXISTANT. I can't even get a simple request through, your technicians say "We'll call you back with an update" but I have not received ANY calls from you. My request is to open all ports for the static IP I pay you guys for
