    @VaanampaadiRavi @ACTFibernet I came across your tweet, can you please check ping time in Ookla speedtest ACT Chennai server from Madurai? I'm from Madurai too, and I'm getting terrible ping times. So I just want to confirm if it's just me or everyone. Help would be appreciated.

    @ACTFibernet So that I can reimburse it as per my company policy. Till date Aug To Nov 4 months I'm literally following him up for my bills but he's not at all responding and ignoring. I had already lost my 4 months claim. Can your team help me out for the bills?

    @ACTFibernet Good Updates given by SMS from the ACT app on a tech.issue.Also the Madurai Service Engineer Mr.Karthik Natha was very prompt&giving updates every 30 mins.The Best part is he committed before 15.00 today but completed by 14.00.Congrats&Good Customer Service by ACT🙏
