Wow @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD , love how consistent you are for rains in Hyderabad, and like clockwork, the internet vanishes. Been down since yesterday and still no fix. Ticket ID: SR10176316952244 Maybe add “Rain Sensor = Disconnect” as a feature?

@ACTFibernet It's been 4hrs since i raised the ticket for Internet Connection is down. Still i don't see its been actioned. Very annoying act and poor service on quick response. SR# 10276334933304. If it was 4 new connection it would hv been addressed and completed by now.
