@ACTFibernet List of SRs that went through the mundane cycles of create, close and reopens between 5th October, 2021 to 12 October, 2021- SR10263198758224, SR10263200640800, SR10263211541320. Total 14+ calls made to customer support since 5th October 2021 pleading a resolution.

@ACTFibernet @MinisterKTR One of the worst service received from ACT. My connection got disconnected 3 months ago and now they are asking me to pay for 3 months. I called to customer care and no one is least bother about this. Local cable operators are far better then act.

Spoke to their support and it's ridiculous that @ACTFibernet expects you to tell them each account from which you cannot access it so they can reroute it. No problem accessing it from non ACT ISP connections. Just their own!
