    @ACTFibernet Even after repeated complaints and numerous calls, I am falsely charged 500Rs. That needs to be fixed first. I want to use the service in future months once i would be available. I had informed this earlier too.ACT robo calls 3 times a day and threaten for legal action.

    @ACTFibernet This is my 4th yr using actfibre,I took the extension of 2 yrs because the service was good but now looks like you have got more customers to focus on and hence your quality of service has gone very extremely low hence I request you to refund me my money for the left over months

    @ACTFibernet Already contacted your support team they suggested me to follow this.. I don't have any options.. Need to switch provider..

    @ACTFibernet even after changing the router to whatever technician says we are facing issues . They are simply blaming routers and not doing anything about speed and connectivity. I need alternative to this @ACTFibernet , oh god 🙏🏻

    @ACTFibernet Your service is extremely useless, it gets disconnected frequently, there is alot of lag, there is no speed

    Never take services from @ACTFibernet , their internet is so slow that even images in twitter is not loading despite raising issues from past few months, no response and solution from the team

    @ACTFibernet really poor service in setting up the internet at my place. I paid almost 15 days back, the wifi is installed but the port is not up. It has taken me multiple calls to the customer care and still it's not in a functional state

    @ACTFibernet I raised shifting request more than 1 week ago and no one contacted me and whe I call customer care the say it will take 48 hours to resolve. These 48 hours passed more than 3 times now. I think it's time to move to @reliancejio

    @ACTFibernet multiple accounts customer for many years, faced every month down time for many days, slow connectivity, etc etc, never asked for discounts, NOW I AM BILLED AFTER DISCONNECTED CONNECTION for Rs. 213/- SHAME ON YOU ACTCORP
