    @ACTFibernet I've been a customer for 12+ years, paying β‚Ή12k+ yearly for a 200 Mbps plan and β‚Ή62k+ over the last 5 years. I'm told free router upgrades and better wiring are only for new customers paying same amount.Why are loyal customers treated differently? Clarity.
