Never seen this type of service from other broadband companies. Taking days to weeks to solve the problems. If this keeps going, many people will prefer Airtel or Jio.

Vishant Kumar (@vishantkk) reported@theadityadas @ACTFibernet Another dark pattern if you buy Dual Band Router through them. They will configure it in a manner where it will only work with ACT & no other. In order for it to rework with other companies you would have to send it back to the customer care & get its software changed. Pathetic!!
