    @ACTFibernet When will my installation be complete. I had called one of your agents and they said i have give a callback to a number which is invalid from my registered mobile number. I need quick resolution.

    @ACTFibernet Where is your resolution? Still no update. Worst response by your executives. They promised the new connection will be installed yesterday for sure. Still not resolved. They are saying another 24 hours. It's totally fraud. Get it done this evening or just refund the money back.

    @ACTFibernet - Does it take 2 months to change a plan and deliver routers? You are just making false promises. The service ticket you logged is made up - I can’t find that ticket on my account. I want you to return the money I paid for the 6-month plan. #ACTFibernet #Hyderabad
