    @ACTFibernet is doing doing fraud in monthly bill generation.. they are charging penalty amount when the users opt to halt the internet and try to restore after some duration. For this idle duration users have to pay penalty. I'm going to raise complaint in consumer forum

    @ACTFibernet Its been 10 days since I have paid for a new connection, mailed regarding it, has a dozen calls with customer care, but still the installation hasn't been done. The response is so bad that even though I am furious, not able to do anything.
