    @ACTFibernet Very disappointed in your service, yesterday internet for down for almost 3 hrs and its gone again today. You never miss before disconnecting if there's a delay for 1 mints and get away with hours of no services.

    @ACTFibernet I might going to deactivate your **** connection and switch to airtel or jio I also going to move from Chennai and i got my internet disconnected midnight 1 am now time 9.40 am still the issue hasn't been resolved and i have called customer care multiple times 🙏

    @ACTFibernet no internet since last night. You have made your customer care unreachable by automatically dropping customers from the waiting queue. No support is available on chat. Your customer service has worsened. Don’t you think 36 hrs to resolve simple issues is unfair?

    @ACTFibernet Iam waiting for last 3days for internet connection. When I will get internet connection this is my SR10277758761234. Customer care people told it will get resolve by yesterday. Actually date to be completed is much earlier. Who will pay for My WFH issues.

    @ACTFibernet I have been trying to transfer my connection for almost two weeks. I am fed up of being connected to technicians who are not the service providers for the area I am in. I have spoken to multiple people from the team and each one is clueless how to proceed.
