    @ACTFibernet 7 days of no internet. 6 days after raising a ticket no one responds. The guy whose number your app gives won't even lift calls. Pathetic sevice. All other networks in my area restored service.

    @ACTFibernet will go to consumer court it's more then a week now and no response from any technician been a customer since 2015.. it's time to move on just refund the amount.worst service @JioCare

    @ACTFibernet More than 5 days internet is down. ETA keeps changing daily. Pathetic and horrible service by ACTfibernet Hyd.. Act is just sleeping on complaints, Guys donot use ACTfibernet instead go with other ISP provider. SR10176812458014.

    Since 5 days no response from @ACTFibernetHYD .There is no internet since 5 days and no one responded properly .This has bound me to shift to Airtel broadband . You are loosing customer in this way. @ACTFibernet very bad

    @ACTFibernet I am a recent purchaser of your internet connection service. As per the package details, I was promised access to Amazon videos. However, despite paying for the subscription, I have not been granted access to Amazon videos.
