@ACTFibernet complaint registered thru their app at 8:15 pm Service Engineer calls at 8:40 pm and says complaint attended to 9:10 pm customer service exec calls to confirm internet is working. And it is. Truly best in class #CustomerService

The act fibre net is the very worst network service provide their staffs are very lethargic in work they couldn’t even resolve the problem higher authorities please look into this issue @ACTFibernet @chennaiactfiber

Hey @ACTFibernet, i am facing issue internet, this is the 10th time i am facing in last 2 months. Moreover the ticket i raised yesterday was supposed to be resolved by 6pm yesterday. There is no update as of now. This is how your service is. I am working from home and everytime
