@ACTFibernet ETA please? Almost 24 hours have passed post sending you folks a tweet and more than 15 days have passed waiting for resolution! Also; tried calling your area TL (Nallagandla); he doesn’t seem to respond or neither call back. What are you folks up to?

@ACTFibernet Your service is really pathetic. The internet is really unstable. All my devices keep getting disconnected. Your service agents close tickets without resolving the issue and your chat bot is useless.

@ACTFibernet Your connection has been down since the 29th. Nobody is able to give an accurate time when it will be fixed. The ETR on the app is unreliable and elastic. @BangaloreTimes1 @DeccanHerald

@ACTFibernet No connection since 29th April. WFH is getting disrupted. No one picks up phone. Everyday we get a message the issue will be solved next day by 9pm and it does not happen.

@ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues has the worst customer service. I've been raising an issue continuously and nobody has bothered to address it.Only for new subscription they keep calling

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet It is not acceptable to ask for 48hrs to fix a broken line, that too in a city like Bengaluru

    Avinash jha (@Er_Avinashjha) reported

@ACTFibernet After 48+ hours of no internet, zero response from support, and false “back online” messages — I’ve had enough. Requesting immediate disconnection of my service. This level of service is unacceptable.

    Avinash jha (@Er_Avinashjha) reported

@ACTFibernet Received a response after all the follow-ups — a disconnection request ticket (SR10280105246023) has now been raised. Waiting for actual action and closure. Hoping this doesn’t get delayed like the support earlier.

ACT Fibernet or acting company? Router dead since yesterday. False updates, no technician arrives, no call pickup, customer care clueless. Late fee for customers is strict. Where is accountability for service delay? @ACTFibernet @TRAI
