    The main drawback of @ACTFibernet is that when there is a power cut the internet goes down; so ppl going for ACT consider this point

    @ACTFibernet internet is down for more than a day - SR10159423413572. Called cust svc and was told that a fiber optic cable was cut. I called again yesterday evening and was told it was a local junction box issue. But no resolution till now or any call from technical team.

    @ACTFibernet services in kakinada taking too long to shift the connection. I already paid the amount for new installation before 4 days still can't get the installation. Is this the way u treat your customers? #justasking
