    @ACTFibernet improve your service and charges less to customers. One of the worst service ever seen in Bengaluru. Never resolved on time… learn from other service providers. On what basis u charge so heavy when compared to other vendors for this worst service.

    @ACTFibernet i am from bengaluru. I filled a ticket on Wednesday. People kept calling and came home. No fix. the problem is so and so. The ticket was closed by Act on Thursday night. I again reopened. It was again closed yesterday without fixing. Today, they deleted the ticket.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 123rd consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @ACTFibernet I thought priority would mean a call back within a day or 2.But its been 5 days and no call back from anyone to resolve this issue!!!

    @sang1983 @ACTFibernet True! Received 2 calls frm ACT if we were satisfied with their services, pressed no twice got a reply we will contact you soon, still waiting! Terrible service ACT, neither bandwidth nor reachability! Told jio is better, thinking of switching to another sp! Suggestions welcome!

    @ACTFibernet Yesterday only Taken 150 Mbps plan For Six Months, But Getting only 30 Mbps Speed. Requested for Money Back ,My Ticket Numbers Are SR10164403639999,SR10164398121620 They Never Resolve Issues Go With AirtelFiber/Jio

    @HathwayBrdband @HathwayBrdband Today is the last day and issue still not resolved. Tomorrow my Internet will get disconnected even after paying in advance for Internet service. This is pathetic. You guys informed payment was cleared but no account validity #fraud .. Better go with @ACTFibernet
