Then I called the helpdesk to cancel it and even after cancellation a partial amount needs to be paid from my end. veerarock (@tangelea) reported@ACTFibernet As usual, I’ve now received a second ETA. It’s been 24 hours since the issue started, and your team is still working on it. I’m still unable to contact technician Sravan(8712606419), as he isn’t responding to my calls. What kind of support is this? @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

sri vatsav (@SrivatsavGorthi) reported@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet SR10181511731864 Frustrated with the service. I upgraded to 200 Mbps, but now I’m told my copper cable doesn’t support it. Raised a ticket to fix the issue, but no response. Now I’m being asked to pull the cable internally myself. Poor service!

karthik alagan (@karthikalagan) reportedThe biggest problem isn’t even the outage. It’s the lack of urgency and accountability after the complaint is raised. Ticket raised. ETR provided. Customer waits. Customer follows up. Still no meaningful resolution. @ACTFibernet, customers shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase you
