    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD pathetic service. First you send a useless router and then you don’t come to collect it back? This is literally extortion! I’ve called more than 15 times in the last 1 month! Every time I get a response “by eod we will have someone collect”.

    @ACTFibernet Did you guys even allocate any technician to resolve or only faking it? I lost 2 working days because of your pathetic service. Will you pay my salary for the lost 2 days? Connect your technician to us. Need immediate response.

    @ACTFibernet I have logged the complaint yesterday afternoon (SR11058478148762) and still not resolved, I called up your customer care but they said sir we already logged your complaint and disconnected the call and not even listening the customer.

    Worst experience in ISP in our area Gomtinagar Extension Lucknow. @ACTFibernet as we paid for new connection before 15 days and still no one come to check the site and whenever I tried to call on call center they ask for 24 hours time. So I decided to refund my money today.

    @ACTFibernet Where it's resolved the person is coming but i don't know weather he is fixing that issue or not my internet is not at all working since yesterday night. This issue need to be resolved by eod.

    @ACTFibernet - Your service is pathetic. I have raised a complaint on June 7th to have an upgradation in my current plan with a new router to be replaced as the speed is less than 5mbps which is causing a lot of issue working.
