    We have an internet issue with Act fiber net in Basaveshwaranagar area in Bengaluru. I tried to call customer service but they are not replying. Sent emails to help desk no replies. We are facing difficulties. Please do the needful. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Internet speed these days is a big issue, out of 40 mbps speed most of the times it’s less than 5 mbps, when complained the speed will be ok for a day or two, thereafter the same issue repeats ... fed up

    @ACTFibernet Is there any other way through which I can raise my problem. I have raised it on the app, mailed you, messaged you and you don’t seem to bother. Just fix the problem or take that shitty router and refund my money. Enough is enough! @aajtak @ndtv @indiatvnews

    Hi @ACTFibernet I want to upgrade my current plan.but there is no option available on your mobile app for this purpose. When ever I m trying ,App poping up with message that please contact customer service. Can u proceed my upgrade plan request.
