    @airtelindia Really appreciate your efforts to give a right coverage but somehow your team is incapable of giving resolution or better service. Switched from @ACTFibernet after five years, of testing your services. But it was my mistake.

    Now the next billing suddenly shows ₹2832. When I raised the issue and asked them to honor what their own representative promised, instead of resolving the misrepresentation they simply disconnected the connection. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Hi, I’ve received no proper response. On today’s call, your team denied the router & support promised earlier. I requested cancellation 2 days ago but it was closed without resolution. Cancel my plan effective 10-04-26 and process a full refund before renewal.

    @ACTFibernet We had applied for an account transfer which was supposed to be resolved by the 4th of April and it's 8th today with no signs of resolution until now. I have called your team several times over the past few days and was able to connect only twice who assured quick resolution but nothing has been done.
