@ACTFibernet As we all know that most of us working from home. When we raise complaint, we expect it should get resolved ASAP. Since 3 days we had connectivity problem and raised a ticket 3 days ago, your customer support has closed it without any resolution. Please look into it.

@ACTFibernet Internet disconnecting multiple times due to that it's becoming big problem to finish the office work. As you know that we are working from home due to pandemic and no priority given on that.Every month you want our payment on time if not connection will get stopped.

@ACTFibernet get your ACT together on customer service. Pathetic. On hold for more than 30 mins to talk to disconnection team. While if you want to talk to CS for new connection, you get someone immediately. I know you don't want customers to go but some of us have genuine reason

@ACTFibernet #Bangalore it's been three days Wi-Fi is not working. I called to support center he said within 24hr it will work but not, now I'm calling to maintenance person he is not picking up call, it's very bad service by ACT👎👎
