    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Next day again, i called and asked why it got disconnected and raised for reconnection request. They told it will be done in same day but no action taken into consideration. I’m now feeling like Don’t again ‘Go’ to ACT who doesn’t value customer retention.

    Worst experience with @ACTFibernet No internet everytime. I try to call them but no proper response. As offices are from work from home no proper net everytime if no action is taken regarding this severe action will be taken against you..and I am thinking to change the broadband

    @ACTFibernet Everytime i have to call to get my own money which is blood pathetic and you guys act like a theif or may be you are, not sure if my issue will get resolve but be sure if it will not i will cut the wire for sure :), and whosoever connection is going via box :)

    @ACTFibernet It's been over 50 hours without Internet for me, your technical team keeps closing the tickets without resolving anything, and you guys keep spamming sms about due dates, you keep begging from customers for money but provide no service.

    @ACTFibernet Hey I think there is a high ping issue to EU servers. I used to get 130-140, but now I'm getting more than 250ms. I'm based in Delhi

    dear @ACTFibernet , this is not the way of giving good service. even local internet providers are resolving their issues within 48 hrs, why you are not doing that. if you cant resolve within 24 hrs, take another 24 hrs but not more than 160 hrs that to for priority ticket.
