    @ACTFibernet You are telling me the same thing that the customer care rep told me on the phone. There seems to be zero accountability. I am now inclined to move to a different service provider.

    @ACTFibernet shifting my broadband connection has become an absolutely traumatic experience. The executive's keep transferring the assignment, they don't know whose job it is, and are rude.

    Pathetic service by ACT Broadband. Applied for ACT Fibernet in Bangaluru. Paid full Rs.7682/- and they promised the connection within 24hrs. Been over a week now. No response from ACT team since then. Not even picking up calls. CAF-102650899930 @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago

    The technician whoever is assigned is always behind us to have the ticket closed without resolving the issue and are just giving false commitments in resolving the issue post closing the ticket. @ACTFibernet

    person sendng him whatsapp from were i was receiving the message . Now the person is not responding the call and message after payment completed on 16th June same day.@ACTFibernet Pleae do not Commit customer if you cannot fulfill the requirement as provided as no one is bothered

    @ACTFibernet A/c No: 103016439756. We are using ACT Fibre for the past 5 to 6 years. Due to some personal issues we are not able to make the payment on due date this month. We are promptly paid every month on 1st or 2nd. We request your customer care to extend the time extension

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service, I’ve raised a transfer request on 13-Jun & I still haven’t gotten a callback from any technician. Called customer care & escalated my case 3 times but still no callback. I’ve been told that team lead will call me within 4 hrs but it’s already 5 hrs!
