    @ACTFibernet Disenchanted by your customer service for the second time and the quality of the internet. I've been noticing major changes in the network latency levels for the past 2 days which ultimately thwarted my familiar internet browsing experience.

    @ACTFibernet worst service act in Nellore Andhra Pradesh from past 8months onwards I am raising complaint regarding power discount . Every month 1st I call to customer care they raising ticket they say Ur issues will resolve in 24 hours but they did not resolve till 15.

    Hey @ACTFibernet once again the internet speed is 1/10 in my area, worst waiting time for customer care and no live chat options available or no way to raise ticket via app. Worst.
