    @ACTFibernet Charged ₹118 penalty for paying on the 16th, then forced a ₹50 price hike without customer consent. Forced upgrade, forced price hike are NOT customer service. Where is opt-in? Why no option to keep the existing plan in the email communication? Do the needful.

    Don’t take connection in @ACTFibernet . Such a worst customer service they have. My issue is taking more than 7 days and today another issue in Internet is happening.I think that’s why they collect bulk amount from us rather than monthly. #actfibernet #worstcustomersupport #wifi

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service! Extremely slow speeds, constant disconnections, multiple complaints ignored for weeks/months. Already stopped my office account due to this nonsense, and I will NOT renew my home connection either. No real help from support or technicians.

    Hi I am not a customer of ACT Fiber. It was found that ACT Fiber had unauthorisedly drawn electricity from my service connection without my consent,which constitutes electricity theft under the Electricity Act, 2003 Legal notice as well folowup email sent No action @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet 7 days ago I had a raised a connection shifting request after being a loyal customer for 7 years, now I think I will be changing my wifi to Jio or Airtel because no one from your company bothers to even call for the connection shifting!!!!
