@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet After raising concern here, the service requests got closed again without any resolution or without even intimation to me from Customer care or service centre. Is this how the service has been provided..??

@ACTFibernet without any resolution, my service requests are getting closed. I reopened it twice. But no one visited my house to rectify the router issue. With 4 years of experience in office, I've taken connection at home and I'm disappointed by the service and mistakes happend.

@ACTFibernet I've taken 75Mbps plan and engineer who installed the connection and router has given me the router which is ideal for 40Mbps plan. I called customer care many times but the issue has not resolved yet since past 1 week. Open requests are getting closed w/o resolution

@ACTFibernet DMed you 2 numbers you can connect with me on. I believe this is something that ACT needs to solve internally. I have explained myself quite a few times now. In any case my renewal is pending by tomorrow at which point my service will be stopped by you, right?
