    @ACTFibernet You guys have best connection and data speed but worest ever service. I am getting hectic with your service associate different type of answers each time for the same issue. At least maintain some quality.

    @ACTFibernet Harish Kumar from customer service said he is raising an escalation and should receive a call back from manager in 2 hrs and this happened approx around 9PM. I still have not received this call back. Please check and help

    @ACTFibernet My daily usage till 7th doesn’t cross 4GB per day but now it’s crossing 100 GB per day. Today onwards I started my office work. Until yesterday I was on leave. When I don’t even use for office work there is no chance to cross 100GB. Please help.

    @ACTFibernet I asked Raj to get me a technician on call as I didn't receive a call back as PROMISED. He was so rude to me and he put the call on mute for 5 mins approx and disconnected the call himself. I again reached customer care and spoke to Harish kumar.
