@ACTFibernet Resolved timeline is tomorrow evening, no one called to explain the issue and ensure resolution as of now. I am a yearly paid customer, this kind of service is not what I signed up for. I’d be switching soon.

@Prashanthanster @polimernews @ACTFibernet ACT ah- I was using that - Billed when there was no router and not is use- No resolution since one year -They even blocked my mail id later revoked when I raised complaint with other mail-Poor resolution ( Dont choose even in worst case of choosing network )

@ACTFibernet Since last Monday, daily complaining about poor Internet service but no improvement. Without resolving the Internet issue, asking for payment which is ridiculous.

@ACTFibernet SR12278260193884 ticket if not resolved from last 3 days. I am calling daily. No one has contacted me yet. The technician assigned is not picking the call..resolve today else take back ur device and refund my money. Disgusting service level.
