    @ACTFibernet u guys r really cheating g customers..there is no option of downgrading my broadband plans in the app..when I tried to call customer care they didn't call me back when they got to know that I want to downgrade the plan..please contact me asap ! Otherwise I'll switch.

    @ACTFibernet - I have been a religious customer to ACT , however I have noticed that the service quality has drastically gone down, I had taken up a 6m plan out of which 2 months the connection was disconnected due to some technical glitch from ACT

    @ACTFibernet No internet since 1 day, no action is being taken,no rspnse from ACTcustomer care.If this attitude continues,ACT fibernet will soon be replaced by other service providers for sure No one is looking and trying to provide a permanent fix to my issue. SR10163839035084

    @ACTFibernet it's really fantastic to be with act Chennai for not restoring my service for last three days for there break down. LOP for three days just because of ACT Chennai

    @ACTFibernet horrible service no connection but they want payment for that period and no compensation or extension was given .. I have recommended all my friends and family to never get an act connection

    @ACTFibernet Dear Act I'm from Hyderabad facing no internet issue from today morning 6am and there is no customer care support through phone call, raised the ticket regarding the issue and got a msg saying tentative resolution time is 16:00 to 19:30.

    @ACTFibernet Again same issue the promised speed is not being delivered The said promise speed for my plan was atleast 100mbps but u iam not getting it. This is impacting my work!! Please provide the promised speed or take back your connection I'll try @fiber_jio.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD SR10163787052454 raised ticket to shift my connection to a new location. It has been more than 7 days nobody showed up till now to give the connection and no updates yet. The only response I get get from customer support is to wait end of the day.

    @ACTFibernet What kind of pathetic service company are you? I applied for a new connection 2 days back. I was promised that the connection will be active in a day. Your sales person & customer care are just fooling around.I am really regreting my decision of choosing ACT now.
