@ACTFibernet I got this call at 2:04 pm today. Caller he disconnected call at middle of conversation with rude manner & he is not having patience to resolve my issue & just want to close the ticket without solution. This behavior is encouraging the customer to disconnect from ur service.

@ACTFibernet y are u making a customer suffer? Rs 4595.52 debited from a/c **7821 on 02-04-21 to VPA billdeskpg.acttv@icici(UPI Ref No 109216009896). Its 2nd time I have paid for 6 months plan, shared transaction ID your team is not able to reconcile & my Internet is disconnected
