@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD The customer care person told me the service will be restored in about 4 hrs. But the ETA now is 20 HRS. PLEASE HELP ME GET OUT OF THIS SERVICE AND REFUND MY MONEY. ITS JUST 15 DAYS I AM WITH YOU. PLEASE HELP ME.

@ACTFibernet It's embarrassing for the social media team to keep saying "Regret The Inconvenience". @ACTFibernet has the worst customer care support. The real question is Mr.Malladi, do you have it in you to fix this? Or are you just another ACT Customer support agent who doesn't give a ****?

@ACTFibernet they are saying its not feasible. I am not sure why you are doing like this?. You taking payment and not giving service. After few days you initiate refund which will take its own time.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Your request SR10157360841382 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 5/31/2021 12:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). I was told the issue is at the junction box. ETA is 20 HRS to fix this? Can you please get this sorted out sooner?
