    Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet. Paid ₹3,432 on 18 Aug for a new connection in Bangalore. It’s 24 Aug and installation is still pending. No urgency or updates. A week for installation is unacceptable. A/c: 102816504701. Please resolve immediately.

    I have @ACTFibernet in 3 places right now, I have 2 personal and 1 business account and trust me, I am facing huge amount of issues with business account. Can someone please look into it considering the amount of money I pay you folks is a lot.

    Really a bad experience with Act Fibernet. facing an issue from 22 aug 2026.The support guy said it is router issue so I have bought a new router and it turned out to be a issue with act internally. From then the technician will never help and extending from 4 days @ACTFibernet
