@ACTFibernet on top of it every time I want to register a concern on the app, it finally doesn’t allow me to . Takes me to a comment section which seems disabled. So am left with no other option but to call a stupid IVR .

@ACTFibernet If I have other imp work , in all probabilities I’ll hang up and not take it further. This has saved you numerous escalations. There hasn’t been a single day that I was not required to switch off/on the router for basic service that I paid for.

@ACTFibernet They have a pathetic customer support and you are eager to increase sales collecting money before the service. I also spoke to customer care; they have standard answer to respond. No response to Refund request and callback received. PLEASE DONT TAKE ACT CONNECTION
