    @ACTFibernet Even your app is not working to raise the concern. When I click on Not able to use internet option. Before it was asking for a message in app itself and ticket was getting generated.

    @ACTFibernet Hi, I've contacted customer support and requested them to temporarily hold my connection for 3 months. They said request is processed. But I didn't receive any confirmation.

    @ACTFibernet Lousy service. Internet has been down for six hours. It’s a regular occurrence. Second time this month. And not to mention slow speeds. If this persists, will opt for another service provider
