And mobile 5G doesn’t work at all. That too in Bangalore. Nowadays it’s like customers are forced to buy 5G plans @JioCare . Regretting that I switched from @ACTFibernet good connection which never ever had any interruption in 2 years just for saving 100-200 rs

Hey @ACTFibernet why did you close the case without visiting customer place? SR10376524217834 I was told that the field engineer will visit to verify that router is working correctly or initiate replacement. Your team is not capable and efficient to handle any issues.

@ACTFibernet Pathetic customer service. Had asked for a new broadband connection this morning location - Chennai and paid the full amount as insisted by the personnel. The person who spoke to us this morning isn’t answering calls and customer care numbers are on indefinite wait.

@ACTFibernet I have a plan of 400 mbps while i hardly get 50 mbps... your executive asked us to contact them once we make our 6 month recharge, with which we would get a free router.... yet they have just been ignoring us.... what kind of service is this 🤮🤢
