    @ACTFibernet #ACTFibernet Dear Sir Vikas nagar opposit water tnk BC road Gajuwaka Vizag. Your Cable has fallen down from your pole and obstructing vehicle movements. Take immediate action other wise this might cause a serious Accidents. Please remove your wire .

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Despite writing constantly to your help desk, but no response. The router has been collected from my place. But still I have not received any intimation regarding redund. It’s not a small amount, it’s 6k. The ticket on the app has been closed without resolution.

    I’ve been an ACT customer for 5+ years. After shifting from HYD to BLR in Sep’25, my balance wasn’t transferred, and now my Wi-Fi is suspended. Ticket SR10178443726906 raised, but issue unresolved. Please adjust balance & restore connection urgently. #ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Internat cut suddenly. Your Chatbot in your App itself is NOT WORKING to RAISE A TICKET wow. This kind providing horrible service and getting away scott free only possible in INDIA.

    @ACTFibernet My ACT account number is 117688369760. My internet is not working since 24 Dec’25. I have raised multiple complaints but no technician has visited yet. Every time I’m told it’s escalated but no resolution. This is very poor service. Please resolve urgently.
