    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.     @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet It’s been over 3 hours without internet, severely disrupting work from home. Very disappointed with the lack of proper resource management in our area to restore service quickly, leaving customers waiting for hours. Please resolve this ASAP!

    @ACTFibernet There is no Internet since 5 PM yesterday and there is no resolution till now. Your CC is asking me to wait till the ETR and not even allowing me to escalate. I am firm on not allowing your team to enter my premises to fix the Junction box now.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet your customer care is telling me the customer is not allowing access to junction box (the customer is me, the junction box is in my place - so how is it possible?) - If you do not want to give me service, refund my money.

    @ACTFibernet The issue is recurring and not a one time issue, everytime it happens you say the same thing, I want to know the refund process. ACT is the worst broadband company.
