@ACTFibernet hi team I have already requested to cancel my act fiber connection.. customer people have confirmed it's already cancelled..but still it's showing on active in my act fiber App..no response from your team yet

@ACTFibernet Either help me shift my connection to my new address or take away the router and refund me my money. I have used the app, I have used the call center and everybody is focused on passing the buck. Your folks actually closed the request without resolving it.
