    Absolutely disgusted with ACT fibernet in HYD. Took my money saying there is service available but there is no service in MIG Phase-2 Lingampally. It’s been 2 weeks but still I didn’t get my refund back. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @MinisterKTR

    @ACTFibernet Failed to resolve an issue for over 30 days? ( SR10266591266532 & SR10266517111944) have been closed stating customer disconnected the call when it was the complete opposite scenario! And never bothered to call your customer back! Awesome service !! KUDOS

    @ACTFibernet internet connection in our house has been totally down for 1 week now. Pathetic response from your team even after we raised ticket SR10366602558024 in your portal and made multiple calls. Till now issue not resolved
