@ACTFibernet Dint expected this kind of service ever being an one month customer facing connection problem 3times a week. Better connect the hotspot from cell phone and work instead of wasting money on act connect

@actfibernet without my consent my plan has been changed and when I contacted support 9 time they’re just escalating and no resolution yet. Tomorrow is my disconnection date. If this cannot be resolved today. I’ll move the business somewhere else.

@ACTFibernet why do you need my location & access to my phone camera, before I can log a simple complaint that your service is not working? And you have designed the system to not move ahead without these details being shared. Don’t you understand the concept of privacy? Shame.
