    @ACTFibernet The same thing your are repeating but no solution. Providing correct bill what stops you? I don't need your service anymore. Take action and do not make complaint again here. Also registered complaint with consumer care.

    @ACTFibernet I'm tired of the constant excuses from your ground team. What's more concerning is the unethical practice. Why was the expected resolution time removed from the system? This lack of transparency is unacceptable. I expect an immediate explanation and a firm resolution timeline.

    @ACTFibernet 36+ hours without internet. 3 calls to customer care, 30+ mins wait each time, false promises of a technician, and zero resolution. SR10180978587984. Day 2 of this pathetic service. Do you care about your customers? This level of negligence is shocking. Resolve now

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I paid for a new connection 3 days ago after your team promised installation within 2–3 hours. Based on that assurance, I turned away another ISP at my doorstep. Since then, I've called customer care every day. #CustomerService

    @ACTFibernet We relocated to a new place and requested for wifi reinstallation and the request was raised on 26th so that I can get services on time. From morning I'm trying to reach out to people but getting no help. No contact option. Pathetic services!!!

    Why the shifting process in @ACTFibernet sucks...it's totally irresponsible engineer working ...not even a link was proper to raise the shift request ..the irony is the shift place for connection is just 30m away from my current location..I do have late might meeting Idkwhattodo
