@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet 5 daysNo internet,3days of calls. No response. Promises of “30 mins” by Kishore—still nothing. Forced to spend 40% extra on mobile data because ACT failed to deliver. This is pathetic service. Who will reimburse the loss? Or do customers not matter?

@ACTFibernet The Electricity work has been completed a couple of days ago, power restored, other service providers have restored connections - Why are they no attempts on field to even start the work?

@BandBajaateRaho @ACTFibernet As a customer, 1–2 days’ downtime is acceptable. But 12+ days of blackout, no email/tweet/call response from appellate/nodal officers, is gross service deficiency—unworthy of a reputed brand like ACT Fibernet. 4+

Its the same issue again, on Saturday act personnel removed the working connection and told me to raise an sr for service resumption,and it is not resolved yet,not sure why a working connection is disrupted and it is day 5 without service SR10176876319394 @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Congratulations ACT, 5 days of zero internet and zero accountability. Calls ignored, false promises given, no technician sent. I’ve had to spend almost half your monthly fee on mobile data. Is this what “best service provider” looks like?
