    @ACTFibernet The mental company Act Fibar get lost from Bangalore and my electricity bill issue until now you are not resolved act worst network When I get new connection this people told me will you get for Electricity bill now Act people say I will not get electricity bill

    @ACTFibernet Call back doesn’t help. Here is what is happening for the last few months. Your rep will call and I’ll guide him for the address, he will come and say router need to be reset and ask for pen/pin and reset the router. It might work for sometime and he is done. Repeat same eveytime

    @ACTFibernet Connections in our society has been down since yesterday morning. Request SR10263241206364 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 10/12/2021 08:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). No engineer showed up yesterday and today also. This is impacting WFH. Can you please check asap.
