    @ACTFibernet i am using act from last 3 yrs without any issue. But one billing issue made me mad. Act is charging me unnecessarily one month Netflix charges which act didn’t pay to Netflix. I had already showed them proof and with customer care no resolution from past one month.

    @ACTFibernet when I try to reopen my case it gets closed after a few minutes every time.. thinking my problem is solved it’s still not. The Fibernet connection is being very unstable and disconnecting with slow speeds.. have a lot of work please get it fixed!

    @ACTFibernet My internet is not working again, this is happening every now and then. While people work from home, this is not at all good. This has happened multiple times this month. Very bad experience!!! Please look into this on priority #Actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet Thanks for your quick response. It's been more than a month and I have raised complaints 6 times atleast and everytime ticket is closed without solution kindly return the balance amount effective 16 March 2021.

    @ACTFibernet Username:101439406740 My current broadband plan is (A-Max 1075). Unable to downgrade my broadband plan to (A-Max 500). Customer care number doesn't respond while opted. Please resolve this issue as early as possible.

    Hey @ACTFibernet, still waiting for our internet connection. The customer support isn't answering calls and the person who visited just disconnects the call. Before payment, we have assured the connection in 48 hours. is this the service we should expect?

    @ACTFibernet abysmal service provided for new connections. Enthusiasm to onboard customers stops after receiving payment.modem/no connection after almost a week.poor service in gandhinagar adyar. @reliancejio @JioCare
