    @ACTFibernet Dear @ACTFibernet again outage… as I said earlier not even completed 1 month and this is 3rd outage. Really getting frustrated with this service. Unfortunately i took 6 months plan and that was my biggest wrong decision. Service is proving it

    @ACTFibernetHYD , can you please help me with my bad connection issue. This is the 4th ticket in 3 days from our society. Your SLA of 48 hrs is not helpful when working from home as the engineer comes only in the 46th hour. Request you for a quick resolution. @ACTFibernet
