    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Thanks to you, the issue is cleared. Since you took so long to clear the issue and I was the one to suffer for almost 60 hours without any internet even after paying for the whole month, I demand you to increase my validity by 60 more hours.

    @ACTFibernet I have applied for a new connection. Its been 4 days and no one has approached me to activate the connection. Got in touch with customer care several times but they keep saying to wait!! Can you please look into this. All I have is prospect number:10550977593
