@AgnyathaHindu @ACTFibernet On of the worst service providers in the world. They did the same to me and I was charged money for shifting. I called them to disconnect and they did. They took away my router and after 3 months I called them and they gave me a connection and they charged me for shifting. Wtf

@ACTFibernet technician came saw the problem, contacted back end, took control of my laptop using anydesk, confirmed problem exists, asked me time till tomorrow, then I get a call asking me to contact income tax department. How stupid of someone to say something like this?

@ACTFibernet Please let me know the process to discontinue the service. I have already paid for 6 month plan last week & this is the second 24 hour service disruption . Who the hell takes 24 hr to resolve connection issue. Fix your customer care

@bada_paww @ACTFibernet Yes @ACTFibernet gives worst service. In this WFH days taking customers for a ride. Instead of resolving, they close the ticket one sidedly. Customer care centre is highly provocative they damn care for customers.
