Internet is not working properly despite raising multiple complaints about buffering and slow speed, and the issue is still not resolved. The only suggestion is to restart the router,but that hasn’t fixed anything.

You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. Team ACT Above message ticket not closed for more than 24 hours. After years of service from ACT They seem to have become very arrogant . I give up.

This is not how customer service should work.

I m cheated by ur sales person. I was told that there is a sprte tech team for my society and that tickets r hndld by that team so tckts r fxd fstr.
