    @ACTFibernet What's the status? How long should I wait for my refund. It's unacceptable it's been more than 10 days now. It's cheating from your end. Nobody contacted and addressed my issue after I raised my refund request. I should probably file a case in consumer court. It's fraud

    @ACTFibernet Request SR10363421002014 . I know you have given the time by 2PM today but want to ensure that it would be done. It has been down from yesterday morning for quite a few folks in the apartment. Looks like a junction box issue. Request you to look into this.

    @ACTFibernet, internet has been out since 24 hours in the pincodes of 517501-7, your customer service can not provide any answers and your service sucks. I suggest every one to change your ISP to @airtelindia to @reliancejio.
