    @ACTFibernet I just had a field technician visit my place for the resolution.. through him I got to know that they had intentionally turned off the connection switch on the server.. How horrible can your service get.. Completely disappointed.. the field technicians are very rude and arrogant.

    Had an encounter with the worst internet service provider ever @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC @GoI_MeitY! Completely fraud company and contacting customer support is is a big nightmare. They do not deliver what they promise. From past one year i have been waiting for my refund.

    @ACTFibernet I urge you to fix your services before you drop a caution of refraining from expressing. Your services have become a pain in the *** from the time I gave you guys my contact. You people have ******* called 12 times between 9 am to 10 pm for months asking me to get your services.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service guys you don’t deserve to be in business.every 15 days there is an outage of service and you have your TAT of 24 hours. Do you know the importance of your own service during the WFH scenario.
