There's absolutely no response or update from the engineer team,customer care executives were super rude too. They keep sayin cyclone has caused wreck & maintenance issues going on. @NanakFarms

@ACTFibernet Its been 5 days since cyclone crossed but still your team is citing cyclone as an excuse for my internet unavailability. ETA keeps changing and customer care is promising timelines which they won't keep up.

@ACTFibernet shame on your customer care support attitude . You are taking power supply from my house for the junction box and not giving any reimbursement for the power drawn and upon complaining simply closing it without any resolution
