Especially in financial district and I want to say you have the worst team who caters to financial distirct. Get your “Act” right and serve customers better. Service is still suspended despite this being a billing dispute (duplicate OTT charges after plan upgrade) and prior acknowledgment from your support team. Request urgent intervention & restoration.
