    @ACTFibernet what is the reason behind frequent internet disconnection; ur service team says to change router; do u mean to install a new router every year; have been using #Airtell too for past 8 years and have changed the router once that to for upgrade;

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD (1/2) On 10-05-2022 my internet  connection was interrupted at my location due to powerbox issue. So service executive said to disconnect the account, So i raised disconnecion request on 14-05-2022 and it disconnected on 19-05-2022.

    @ACTFibernet leave this service industry. My internet is not working consecutively for third day now!! Your customer services team is laid back and don’t care much about working professionals from home! Pathetic, absolute garbage service!
