Dheeraj (@dheeraj_aluju) reported@ACTFibernet It’s been 15 days since my router was collected, and there’s still no refund. First I was told ₹3,100, now it’s ₹2,500, and no one even knows where it’s being processed. Why should customers chase you repeatedly? Fix your broken process and make refunds smooth

OHIO.TELUGU (@abjith_means) reportedHi @ACTFibernet, it's been over 24 hours since I raised my complaint (SR10181375653824), and my internet is still not restored. I'm a new customer, and this is the second time in just one week that I'm facing the same issue. This is extremly disappointing.

aalap (@aalaprag) reported@ACTFibernet you guys suck, was paying for 150 Mbps plan, got 80 Mbps download speed and 3 Mbps upload speed consistent fluctuations around these for the last 2 months, no solutions from the local technicians or customer support. Asked to disconnect, I was assured I’ll get a refund prorated basis (customer service rep said this exact thing), but now they are saying you can’t get a refund. I have already moved to a new carrier. Don’t understand how you guys operate. Give **** speed, don’t resolve the issue and then not giving a refund just because. I am going to raise a complain to consumer court for this.

Ramarko Sengupta (@ramarkosg) reported@ACTFibernet The whole day has gone by and the assigned service engineer won't even pick up his phone or respond to messages. What is one supposed to do? If you can't provide basic services then might as well shift to another provider, right
