    @ACTFibernet internet stops working after 4 hours of power outage, Yet their is no adjustment in billing for the services not provided during power outage. How come sale's people don't disclose this information before applying.I want an answer back!!

    @ACTFibernet Dear ACT, the issue is not fixed yet. Your service reps think the cords were unplugged from the hubs. I was wondering if your technicians were going to drop from the sky. Because y’all talk like you’re waiting on somebody to come from a different galaxy to fix the issue.

    @ACTFibernet useless service fedup with service when we ask for disconnection and refund the amount they says they cant refund the amount we need to transfer some others account and beg amount from them? very nice policies 🙏

    @ACTFibernet Such incompetent service! ISP like ACT should rather spend their money on improving their services than spending into advertising. You lure customers in the name of high speed internet and bother them when there’s an issue.
