    ACT Fibernet works well till it works. Raised a ticket 2 days back and the issue is not resolved and not even an update on it. 2 days of no internet in WFH times is a long time! @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet your sales rep is not picking up my call since yday after i made the payment for 3 months of STORM plan. Router yet to be delivered. He has not picked up my 30 calls since yesterday. Now I am on HOLD FOR 14 MINS with your customer care after i explained the problem 3rd time today

    @ACTFibernet @PMOIndia Dear Sir, I’m writing this out of utmost pain in following up with ACT internet team. They do not keep up promises, no transparency and have no empathy. We are struggling during COVID in tier 2 towns with bad internet or no internet. Please help here 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
