    @ACTFibernet #balamalladi I gave req for shifitng 4days ago through app, since then app status says "checking feasibility", new location is not even 200mts far. Pathetic CS. Earlier i had same issue with speed for which I had suffer for too long..Mr. Bala sir please look into it

    @ACTFibernet - This is rude, ticket SR10258869763699 getting closed without proper update. I was told before for activating deactivated connection there won't any charges if connection is activated in one month average and it's only for those if reconnection 3-4mnts. Plscheck 🙏

    @ACTFibernet had a horrific experience today after months of good services you have after my change of plan suddenly done something that internet is not working on my laptop anymore since morning and it's fine on cellphone. Totally unexpected

    @ACTFibernet We have 2 diamond connection with 300 Mbps. Internet is not working from yesterday evening. Still no reply from act team. Very bad service, also internet speed is not stable, My previous local broadband was better than your service.

    @ACTFibernet what a worst service no proper customer service needs to wait in que of 40 and more some times don't say limited staff we are not paying limited amount what ever is charged we are paying that full amount

    @ACTFibernet what a worst service your are providing in vizag ,even the mobile data is performing better than ACT ,then why to waste money on this. Even the wats app video calls are showing poor connection and status also buffering a lot to show.
