@ACTFibernet - Its disappointing to see that the field tech disconnected internet during a working day. They are unable to restore the service and the cables are lying all over the house. Your team is fine to lose 8 connections thats residing on my house

@ACTFibernet Please ensure you have people who are skilled for the job. Not just pulling the cables all over the places. Worst part is you dont have escalation team as well. Any ways I cannot work form home with such connect nor i have any more confidence.

@ACTFibernet I don't want update,i want resolution.pls refund my money. am not longer to willing to use ACT services. U people provide wrong commitment and not working and bad product (router)
