Worst customer service..just beating around the bush and no resolution. 1. No intimation about scheduled maintenance...got a response that @ACTFibernet assumed people don't work on weekends. 2. Field technicians are just irresponsible...closing service request tickets

@ACTFibernet No callback still! 2656146 is the complaint number on national consumer helpline. You are asked to act within a week on this. (Unlike you behaved so far& that "act" stays only in the name nowhere else)

@ACTFibernet I have no issues with the internet performance right now but in view of your lack of ethics I would request you to please take this request for disconnection & update me in writing for when the refund will happen on a pro rata basis. Customer care is useless. Thanks

@ACTFibernet Every time you people say this however irresponsible and unprofessional staff you have. Never thought Act fiber will become like this. Having ample of opportunity to switch to jio fiber and airtel still we were loyal to you people. In return very bad service we are getting.
