@ACTFibernet you can see my red light on my router its been twinkling since yesterday and I am really stuck and not able to any of my work. Its been the longest down time since I have taken my connection. I would suggest you to improve your service else I will shift in other ISP.

@ACTFibernet we have had issues with our internet connection and have open a request with SR10160735641792. No one has followed up and the issue has not been resolved. We have to work to work from home and are very disappointed with your customer service.

@ACTFibernet - Team, I'm calling customer care agent now and then for shifting charges waver off ticket, but donot understand why you guys close it saying it can't be done after giving commitment through customer agent we will do it for you since your valuedcustomer for us.

@ACTFibernet I am calling your customer representative and there is no reply its been more than 12 hours now and its the longest interruption till now which I have faced since I got my connection and on top of that I have yet not received any callback from your end which shows carelessness
