  @ACTFibernet I never expected this from ACT Fibernet. An ACT technician and site engineer came to my area, cut my broadband cable, and redirected my active connection to my neighbor's house. I had already paid for a 3-month plan, and I still have 45 days left on my subscription

  It's better to get a new service provider.... @ACTFibernet is use less, i had two connection with them despite that they were not able to shift my connection in over 2weeks... @JM_Scindia @DoT_India do something there are 1000s of complaints

Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails.   @ACTFibernet Why should I pay any due amount when my 3-month plan has not even expired? Why have you suspended my service before the validity ends? Please explain the reason for generating this due amount
