Dear @ACTFibernet, @ACTFibernetHYD, I am unable to access internet, I raised a ticket for the same SR10158720028132. My daughter has an online entrance exam at 8 am today & she won't be able to attend without the internet. Could you please look into the issue and resolve it asap?

@ACTFibernet @TRAI We discnncted ACT because of its poor srvc My sister is following up with ACT team for last 23 days to gt the rfnd for Security dpst & Billing amt. They r jst gvng ticket no.s & 7 days TAT for making refund, hwver till date we didn't get any.

@ACTFibernet when you don't have enough resources, you could have inform us. Taking money from me and testing our patience is not a good practice for service provider like you. We can choose another service if you can't provide.
