    My internet not working for last 3 days. I've raised ticket on app but no action has been taken. Stopped working next day after I paid the bill and cancelled Disconnection request. Regretting my decision to continue with this ****** company. Please refund me. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Act Fibernet account 101003959349 of Sai AE Broadband is not working for the past 2 hours. No response to complaint from Act Fibernet. Bill paid three days ago via Order ID: 407-2704380-0659516. Poor service... 👎👎👎

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD pathetic connection and extremely poor customer service I have raised my ticket for internet connection issue and it’s been 36hrs no resolution yet and no one’s bothered to care about. Please avoid ACT fibernet. Ticket no: SR11580657156094

    1/ @ACTFibernet I've spent 45 days trying to close my account 101799520914. The router has now been collected. The ONLY thing left is my refund of ₹6,614 — and it still hasn't been paid. Every customer care is hanging up the call in between. @ConsumerFF
