@ACTFibernet It is simple issue of the our act fibernet connection wire which is hanging loose in the apartment and the technician needs to put the hooks and place the wire properly. In our apartment itself your company has installed 2 junction boxes and more than 10 connections are active .

@ACTFibernet It is very unfortunate. I have not got any solution but again started getting final reminders or notice emails. I have been telling you that i am out of the country from Apr22 but you guys are not ready to listen to anything.
