    @ACTFibernet Hi,my internet is not working since morning.Its really difficult/annoying.Not able to attend office & all.Its on & off since Thursday 3rd June, if it would hv bn 1 day, I understand. But its 4-5 days. Already raised ticket multiple times. Request to fix asap.

    @ACTFibernet the internet hasn't been working since yesterday. No resolution yet despite multiple calls and escalations since yesterday morning. Very very bad service. It's a nightmare while working from home. Please fix this ASAP. Thanks.

    @ACTFibernet I have been an ACT loyal customer for Fibernet for several years now. Can you get your ACT Fibernet Support team to be more professional ? The customer support is pathetic. They disconnected my calls multiple times when asked to connect me to their supervisor.
