    @ACTFibernet I can confidently mwntion that @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD is the worst service provider. No value for tickets raised,follow up calls . Surprisingly you guys are swift enough to disconnect connection for small paymwnt delay from customers end

    @ACTFibernet internet got disrupted 4 times in the last 10 days, takes a day atleast to get fixed. Provide permanent fix . Ticket id : SR10381708375304

    @ACTFibernet New issues again today morning my internet stopped working I’ve raised the ticket still there’s no response… I itself called to your TL about this then only he told he’ll look into this… He promised me 5:30 PM it’ll be resolved… Till now it’s not been resolved @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet From last 1 hour no internet is there. Created a SR: SR10181753320584. Can anyone please take a look on priority. Area: Miyapur, hyd: 500049 Lot of other people at my apartment also facing same issue.

    @ACTFibernet No permanent resolution. Every few days there is an outage. 2 July, 20 August and now 25 August. #fail #actfibernet Pathetic service

    Don't buy @ACTFibernet connection they are complete fraud, it's been just 1 month since I have taken connection and internet went off more than 10 times. Customer support is also useless. Complete Fraud!!!
