    @DoT_India @ACTFibernet again connection disconnected , I have 6 months plan and every Wednesday my connection goes and restores after 2 to 3 days , difficult to work from home and kids to follow the school , pathetic service and no response from act

    @ACTFibernet is one of the worst network when it comes to shifting. It’s been more than one week requested for relocation no response. Pathetic service will discontinue after this month.

    This is unbearable @ACTFibernet. Hope this is not the right way to treat your customers and this is continues the third without internet and I got a solution from you on Sunday in between I got only one full day of internet and I am paying freaking approximately 900₹

    @pranavjairam @ACTFibernet If you have still not got connected, consider yourself lucky. Their internet speed as well as after sales is too very horrible. Better not to go for it. Your regular phone data speed is better than their fibernet. None of their top people on Twitter.
