@ACTFibernet I am not able to connect with customer care as I have temporarily disabled my connection because I traveled out of Bangalore. WFH is not ending anytime soon, so I want my leftover amount to be credited back to me instead of being in ACT wallet.

@ACTFibernet we asked for a termination of internet connection due to poor customer service as on 6/8/21 internet was successfully disconnected. A ticket was raised for the refund but payment not done. Mailed bank details to NelloreAct.

@ACTFibernet I strongly contempt the the service provided by ACT Fibernet. They only give workaround to consumer. Bcoz of them we was unable to attend court hearing today. @ACTFibernet bears all responsibility for any #Contempt_of_court.
