    @ACTFibernet My ACT internet connection has been down for 3 days. I made multiple calls but no resolution yet (SR10377098807884) is getting updated with ETA and I am getting a regret message almost daily. But no solution yet so am planning for alternative ISP

    @ACTFibernet Ticket SR10177059529584 And I am getting same response from past three days like issue will be resolved by 21:00pm . Either solve the problem or give refund . I am tired of this . While other ISP are doing good in my area but only act facing electricity issue.

    @ACTFibernet When u weren’t providing the service due to ur various internal factors, u didn’t extend the service for those days or hrs, the moment u see the bill is unpaid, w/o any hesitation u simply shut the service. Wow, excellent job. 🤝🤝🤝. If u have option for Postpaid, let me know

    @ACTFibernet customer service is unacceptable—relentlessly pushing for upgrades, then failing to deliver any real support. Tickets are ignored, and technicians never turn up, leaving customers stranded and unheard.
