    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Yet another outage — 4th in just 22 days of installation! Ticket ID: SR10177827830224 raised today. Internet barely worked for 15 days out of 3 months I paid for. Customer support is useless. Please disconnect my connection and refund the 3-month advance

    @ACTFibernet Team your internet is terrible and I am not getting any help, I have 400 mbps connection but received 20-30 mbps, and its sporadic i am not even able to take office calls properly, fix this.

    @ACTFibernet Please take this seriously and resolve the issue. It’s unfair to ignore repeated requests and expect payment without addressing the disconnection and waiver concerns. I’ve been a loyal customer for 12 years, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. #ACT
