@ACTFibernet Bala Malladi,U r running 1 of the worst company's in broadband.regular breakdowns nearly every10 days,rude tech boys who don't answer calls,no easy connectivity to ur helpline,pay advance for only TROUBLE! U will go down exactly like Kingfisher.arrogance does..

@ACTFibernet No priority seen in addressing the issue. Still no sight of a any kind of alternate solution. Had to call Customer care 5 times and wait for 15 minutes to speak to your executive who disconnects the call unprofessionally when I ask him to connect to a supervisor.

@ACTFibernet Hey i Had raised a request for a connection at Moinabad,but there is no service apparently there from @ACTFibernet as mentioned by a representative on 10th of June .But i still receive calls on a daily basis from your representatives for the same request.Stop Calling

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD when I asked for quick resolution I thought I will get internet. The agent who comes to repair is not lifting my calls from morning and there is no internet in my place from morning. Are u giving back the internet or not ?

Raised a complaint today morning 8.30am @ACTFibernet regarding no internet. Still service person is saying he is busy with other tickets. So only one service person is available for a area?, No alternative person available? Do you know meaning of customer service. #WorstISP
