    @ACTFibernet .. Mandous storm has come & gone in a jiffy.. Chennai GCC has cleared the broken branches & trees, and all possible wastes in 48 hours... Only ACT fibernet is still working on getting their lines up for its customers for more than 72 hours...with no ETA , nothing

    @ACTFibernet So you are saying I will have to wait for another 48 hours addition to 72 hours I waited?? Will you reduce the money for these days from the bill where I didn’t have service?

    @ACTFibernet @storyteller_ind It is quite funny and standard response. No concrete answer on what the actual issue is, why is it taking so long time, and exact time of resolution.

    @ACTFibernet Team, i raised a ticket on Friday night dec 9th. multiple ETA postpones, i thought it will be rectified today. Again now the ETA says 10 pm.! Delay is acceptable. But too much delay completely without response is bad. SR10366542481334 issue no!

    @ACTFibernet You have a NODAL OFFICER but no use. They won't attend the call and disconnect it. Waste service

    @ACTFibernet I got my issue solved. Getting call after issue sorts out, no use, kindly arrange something else to complain abt problem while occuring itself. Still in old era of press 1, press 2 stuff.. Thank u.
