Placed reconnection request. Folks from ACT installed modem after 4 days and they are still delaying to perform initial setup of the router @ACTFibernet I contacted service person but no response. Disappointed 😞

@ACTFibernet I have been trying to return the GX device. Contacted customer care and nobody has come to collect the device. I had paid a refundable deposit of 2000 for that. Please share any ACT physical location near to Sarjapur ASAP to return the same. Map locations are wrong
