    @ACTFibernet Done… make sure if guys should provide permanent resolution..as i am paying in advance and who will bare the outage lost…. Get some basic pratice to your team. Simply closing tickets..

    @ACTFibernet I wondering how many times u guys give false promises on a single ticket resolving. Why u guys closing the ticket without resolving the issue and even follow up for 10+ times, its already 5 days over and the issue is not resolved. Ticket number is SR10157355448082.

    @ACTFibernet How long does it usually take in order to escalate & review a complaint, & why cant a consumer get connected with a senior. Horribly unpleasant experience!! Will he giving a request for cancellation of connection.

    @ACTFibernet given complaints to fix issue permanently from laat 2 days and your simply doing plug n play here now internet is fully block. What type of seems your company provides? #wasteserviceever.. better to cancel the connection and retund..

    @ACTFibernet Hello, My connection was disconnected in March as per my request. But I didn't received refund amount yet (connection security amount). I contacted multiple time but customer care always told me that I will receive msg for link but not received any msg.
