@serish @ACTFibernet Faced similar issues with HORRIBLE customer service by ACT. Bunch of stealers they are. Went to office with 5 friends argued showed proof of internet not used for 10 days and took refund only then left office. Never again will i use Piss #ACT #Fibernet . Thu 🤮

@ACTFibernet I have raised a connection shift request, after shifting to new location we are not able to access Internet. I have raised a service request for the same “SR10167077339904”. The technician visited after 12 hours and left with out resolving the issue.

@ACTFibernet Public shaming too has no effect on you! Req reinstall of broadband, ur man came,saw, fiddled a bit, told us connection will happen in 1 hr, left. Now no connection, but got the msg issue resolved, service chgs added to next month bill. What kind of SCAM is this?

@ACTFibernet -so that they can simply do time pass.The issue I raised the ticket is every month Rs687.80 internet bill.I have been using this connection for more than 5 years.Suddenly my bill amount increased to Rs837.8.

Hello @JioCare , I thot @ACTFibernet is worst in responding to customer queries, but you are one step ahead of it! After taking all the money for the installation,neither support engineer nor the installation team is responding the calls!Thinking if I made a mistake choosing jio!

@ACTFibernet What a useless customer service you have. Plan change ticket taking more than 3 days for resolution - it should be instant, previous ticket closed without notice. Account suspended while waiting for resolution. #BadAct
