Some responsibility and accountability @ACTFibernet. This is the 3rd time the internet has gone down within a month. I would expect a refund or extension of the duration of the downtime to my plan. That's the bare minimum I'm expecting.

Your engineer Lakshmi is very rude and he lies a lot. He is a big lier.
