    @ACTFibernet your customer support is hopeless raised almost 13 tickets from March 12 stating in power discount charges no response from your team #ACTFibernet I get call stating account will be suspended. Such a shame holding box from 8 years.

    @ACTFibernet It is now 10 days since you said you will look into the matter. If this doesn’t get addressed by tomorrow then I will switch off power connection and claim refund for not providing service.
