Dear @ACTFibernet do you think that making a customer wait for 10+minutes is a really customer-friendly experience? I don't think the Covid situation is a reason. During Pre-Covid times also, the waiting time would be the same.

@ACTFibernet i didn't get my security refund.. I tried contacting costumer care several times but they didn't resolve the issue.. sales manager isn't picking my calls.. is this the service you provide to your costumers? Highly disappointed..
