    @ACTFibernet What is the point of such advertisements? You are simply a fraudulent company who is duping its customers constantly. This is the second straight weekend when I don't have internet. And the resolution is supposed to arrive by evening. My weekend is over. You need to be punished.

    @ACTFibernet My connection No is 1036238177465 Connectivity issues for the past 4 days. Complaints made. Not resolved so far. Poor service by ACT company. Never expected

    @sayedsaz @ACTFibernet Bro, change your internet connection. Others are not very good but there is intent and will power in other companies. Act has simply taken their customers for granted. Even after slapping a customer, technicians retain their jobs. Also they are not paid by the company properly.

    @ACTFibernet If my credit card due date is crossed in a few days, you're liable to compensate that interest too because of this inexplicable delay. You can't tell me your process takes a fortnight to even initiate the refund. No other service provider takes money prior to service feasibility

    @ACTFibernet call that time I raised concern in twitter.After 10 days some road side guys came and fixed the connection they don't know where to connect how to explain about modem. 2.Worked for 2 months after that I faced internet connection issue...gone they fixed after 8 days

    @ACTFibernet if you really don't want to resolve my issue then just let me know and I can go to the consumer court. But closing a ticket without any reason or call back as promised is not expected. SR10266379893174.
