Eng Tan (@EngTan7) reported@ACTFibernet Paid ā¹8,476 on Aug 23 for 6 months to upgrade from 75 Mbps to 400 Mbps. 5 days later, the plan is still not upgraded. Iām being charged for the new plan while receiving the old service. No proper update from ACT. Extremely disappointing.
