    Hi @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I have no internet connection for the last 2 days (started from Saturday evening). I had raised SR10165956954124 on Sunday morning at 4am. I've called ACT customer support several times but nothing happened. Today at 8pm the ticket got closed.

    1/2 @ACTFibernet raised a complaint on 20th that my connection have a specific issue i m unable to access my office related website using act wifi but the same one is working using my mobile data. In this 7 days, i have called bloody more than 10 times, but still no resolution.

    @ACTFibernet I have shared the details. Its been 7 days since i raised the ticket...please...who ever is calling me, go through the case history and then talk... I am sick of explaining the same damn thing again and again or share me the appellete or nodal officer number.
