    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet There is no internet for the past 3 days still no response from ACT. When tried to calling customer care their response is more worse. Better will move out of this ACT as their resolution is very very slow, and their customer care service also

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD How long will it take for connection to be up & running? Other ISPs have resumed services, ACT keeps on updating resolution time for SRs via app & sms, callcenter support is pathetic (SR10176710646224)

    @ACTFibernet ACT is by far the worst internet provider when it comes to delivering services on time. Every single month there are huge technical failures, and your team never resolves them within the same day. This is pure negligence and harassment for customers.

    @ACTFibernet you have very poor service in our society .. Internet keeps dropping.. today there is outage from 8-9 hours .. raised ticket and eta resolution is mentioned 21st Aug .. close to 130 families are using your service.. Do you want us to change service provider
