@ACTFibernet get your ACT together on customer service. Pathetic. On hold for more than 30 mins to talk to disconnection team. While if you want to talk to CS for new connection, you get someone immediately. I know you don't want customers to go but some of us have genuine reason

@ACTFibernet just 5 days ago it was gone and again now. You need to fix your stuff. There's no response on calls. If there's a delay in payment you immediately cut off the internet. Now I'm paying on time why I'm not getting proper internet?

@ACTFibernet As we all know that most of us working from home. When we raise complaint, we expect it should get resolved ASAP. Since 3 days we had connectivity problem and raised a ticket 3 days ago, your customer support has closed it without any resolution. Please look into it.

Fix your services @ACTFibernet! Tired of your internet going offline. Every few weeks, someone visits and fixes it at my place or the 2 connections at my grandparent’s and then it’s back to square one. It’s not worked properly at all 3 places even for a day in the last year

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet the issues with act fibernet never ends. Today I am not getting my internet since morning. I have raised complaint also. But you resolve the issues as per your convenience not the customer.
