    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFiberne9619 I have been a customer of ACT Fibernet for several years. My internet connection is not working for the 2 days & resolution time keeps changing. What concerns is that my neighbor, who also uses ACT has no issues with their internet.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I will wait till tomorrow. If not resolved, disconnect my connection and refund my money. Goodbye—when my area isn’t your priority, why should I stay? Better to choose a provider that values quick resolution!

    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down since 4 days, i raised a service ticket SR10177023826764, no action taken yet and no response from the agent. When I raised a new connection request to test , i got a call within few hours, if you can't fix it , just do refund for the plan.

    @ACTFibernet @forum_consumer @jagograhakjago there is no internet service from 8 days and after raising 2 tickets no support personnel is responding. Please suggest how to file a case on ACT for this breach of service.

    @ACTFibernet It's been 8 days with no internet service. I would need a refund for this month. No number of act fibre is responding. How shameful to run a firm like this without proper service

    @Sai21997 @ACTFibernet I got estimated resolution by tomorrow 13th 9 but am not sure .. really pathetic in my work from home, trying to get airtel air fiber where just few says back it was available in my area now its unserviceable.. finally going with local boardband in my area if not resolved

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet still no resolutionband it has been over a week. Noone is picking up the call neither providing a firm ETA. Please initiate process to cancel my subscription and refund remaining amount as I am planning to move to another Service provider.
