    @ACTFibernet Got the tv set-up box. But not able to watch Sony SAB tv channel. While purchasing checked that Sony SAB tv was included in the plan. But it's not showing now. What kind of service is this.

    @ACTFibernet - You need to get your ACT together. You have been making false promises openly, whereas the ground truth is that no one cares. On May 29th, I paid you for a plan change to convert to a 6-month plan, which comes with mesh routers. No updates yet! The service request you logged doesn’t even show up in my account. πŸ€”

    @ACTFibernet your technicians are calling and asking otp to login to customer account. Why is that happening. Why are tickets pending since long. Can you please refund my internet balance and close my account.

    @ACTFibernet it's been 4 days since sr 10381095562575 has been raised. No sign of problem solving. Numerous calls, emails nothing works. Pathetic
