  @TRAI Does TRAI have control over ACTFibernet providing wifi ? There is frequent outage and it takes 8-12 hours for restoration. Does the client have any remedy ? Problem is due to ACT providing broadband through cables hung from EB poles, Trees enroute and Likes . They get snapped

  @JioCare Keep this reply yourself. Your customer service is good for nothing. It has been 60+ hours of service outage in my home. I got enough experience with your useless fiber connection. I'm switching to @ACTFibernet. @JioCare Ask your people to collect the useless router from my home.

  @ACTFibernet live in a community of 300 houses and majority of them use ACT here. Even with a power backup in each house, when there is a power cut, the internet drops for about 5 mins and get restored, the same happens when the power is restored. Can someone help? Don't think your control power backup works properly.

  @ACTFibernet SR10381618238104 Another month another new ticket. This is the routine for that past 3-4 month. Every week/month there is issue in fiber net. I am keep reporting it but it's occuring continuously. Pl take necessary action to avoid this in future.

  Still no one has been assigned @JioCare @reliancejio . Booked and paid for my @ACTFibernet new connection unfortunately. The hassle of booking a not available slot vs tollfree not allowing to proceed to talk to a support executive is not worth my time!
