@ACTFibernet This is pathetic from act service and they don't respond the complaint for days. If solved the same problem will be bounce back creating a lot inconvenience of the internet speed. This vicious cycle problem and slow solving is completely unacceptable. Please rectify.

@ACTFibernet Act Digital TV - Whenever it rains, I won't get any HD channels. In just the past 2 months I've raised 5 complaints (21059535, 21061681, 21097131, 21112214, 21119618). Field technician is NOT RECTIFYING it at all. Frequent problem. Resolve it properly and permanently
