  @ACTFibernet while giving new connection we get quick response and actions but why can't see the same while giving service as well. Since last evening internet is not working. Raised ticket but still no action. So pathetic

  @ACTFibernet I am still waiting for a resolution. Even after writing to ACT nodal officer and Appealate Authority no help in closing this matter. @GoI_MeitY please assist as this ACT team is incompetent to help their customers and keep on harassing them

  @ACTFibernet on a first day of installation, i lost the internet connectivity and now the intenet speed is like 2g sim, in first the supplier said that i will get 75 mbps but im not even getting 10kbps also, this is worst , take back ur connection and refund me, i dont wnt
