    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet your agent came at around 2:30pm, inquired about where the junction box is, and left. I had to call him for him to tell me there's some issue with the electrician, and that it'll take 'two more hours'. It's almost 5pm now. He's neither taking my calls or calling back

    @ACTFibernet Whenever I call to customer care and choose option 4 for Kannada, always some agent speak in non-Kannada and demand me to speak in his language. If that's the case please remove language selection option or ensure right person responds

    @ACTFibernet I am facing MENTAL AGONY due to this worst customer service provider, u never solve d issue immediately, issue remains fr more thn 2days, I hve raised issue (SR10263336546254) sterday morning til nw d issue is nt sorted evn after multiple calls with customer services

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD there's not a week when I don't get network issues on your network, if this doesn't stop, I'll switch to a local ISPs, get this escalated, I've been a customer for 5+ years and it wasn't this pathetic in the past

    @ACTFibernet we are having issues with our bill tarrif.. we have power box connected however we are not getting any discount on bill.. Account number 10144918103 please request to address the same as early as possible...
