just being honest (@beingmejst) reported@ACTFibernet Still no internet. Seriously, this issue has been going on since yesterday 5:30pm and still not resolved yet. I was told someone will contact me but again no contact from anyone from ACT not any new update if anyone is even working on the issue or not. Please fix this issue asap.

FinProfz (@Finprofz) reported@ACTFibernet Problem is solved but you need to have better area engineers here. Current one is poor, doesnt pick up calls and only works when things are escalated. Next yr i will shift to some other provider.
