    @ACTFibernet I have been asking to disconnect my internet connection from the 4th of this month but the tickets I reopened gets closed again and again without resolution. In the first call I had confirmed to retain but then reopened the ticket to disconnect the connection.

    @ACTFibernet I am an existing customer and as there was an option to opt for ACT+Netflix I did change the plan accordingly and paid the prorated balance and when I tried to claim the Netflix it says, you have no Netflix account. Not able to resolve this issue. No clarity....

    @ACTFibernet - SR11166935382374 hasn't been addressed from Jan 29th. ETR keeps changing every day. This is ridiculous. Worst service.

    @ACTFibernet Contact number - 8130328681. Your service ,customer care agents, technician all are pathetic. Since 6 days internet is not working and that technician is threatning me. Please take action.

    @ACTFibernet You have to most pathetic service. Internet is shaky since last 6 days. Technician comes and within 1 hour internet stops working. Don't know how many complaints I have raised. Also engineer threatens if I will raise a complaint he come as per his time and be late.

    No clarification for debit of Rs. 2000 plus additional 5000 Rs. showing as due. I'm done with this @ACTFibernet. Very poor customer service. Disconnecting permanently after few days.
