    @ACTFibernet No call came, it seems you have 72hrs for providing resolution isn't finished,past 48hrs no internet and I should be waiting for a call , rather than you reconnecting the internet

    @ACTFibernet One of the worst service ever. I complained 2 weeks back that my internet connection is not stable. They give some troubleshooting steps which hardly works for 1hr. Again the same issue. It only works when you are near the router(4-5ft). Beyond that it won't work.

    @ACTFibernet You have deducted and not credited my total amount. The disconnection is happen due to your poor infrastructure and begging of space for free. Over all you better reimburse the amount or you had it. Sir @PMOIndia @MinisterKTR

    @ACTFibernet I have been raising a concern for a disconnection of my act network. There was no one who contacted me on this and it’s been more than 7 days I need this to be sorted ASAP AND PROCESS THE DISCONNECTION AND REFUND THE AMOUNT I PAID ridiculous customer service
