    Ticket: SR10166819989924 has been raised today for internet connection issue. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD. The ticket was closed earlier and internet was working for some time. Now again the internet has stopped working. Please work on a permanent solution, issues are frequent!!

    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore Guys please provide me a parmanent fix of innternet slowness problem even when I subscribed to 300mpbs plans i sometime get below 50mbps speed. I raised 3 service tickets in last 10-15 days. Looks like you are not in serious business of addressing prblm

    @ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit once the customer disconnect the connection no proper service from act and issue are not addressed. How can a customer service centre does not have an manager to address the long pending issue? No call backs received from act. WORST WORST service

    @ACTFibernet Hi,  1.bill wrongly generated,called customer care but no resolution. The amt for the previous bill is wrongly showing full month bill for ₹837 rather than only 14 days Pro rata ₹400. Also the amount for (6+1) 7 month plan is wrong as per my plan selection.
