Dear @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD start spending some money on service also instead of marketing. I have raise a complained regarding the internet issue which is not yet resolved. And when i call customer care it ia of no use. Worst customer care and service is been provided.

@ACTFibernet hello team It's been a week since my internet was restored. Raised 5 tickets and everything was closed without any action. Kindly look into the issue asap. Else kindly refund my August bill and happy to go else where.

Argh! it's been more than 24hrs since ur conn stopped wrkng. I raised an issue at 9 am today and ETR was 9pm. 12 hrs isn't enough and nw i get a notification tht ETR is updated to 7:30pm of 23 aug. Waah! 24 hrs for ETR easily added. Great! Get more ETRs. Frustrated. @ACTFibernet
