    Asked customer exec to downgrade my plan. The executive says they're "unable to do due to some issue" but can't explain what the issue is or when it will be fixed. Funny how upgrading works instantly, but downgrading becomes impossible. @TRAI @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet why am I unable to access my account via the app? I've registered my phone number and email address and yet your app tells me my number is NOT REGISTERED as a customer??? What is the issue here????

    @ACTFibernet But please resolve the issue and provide connection- your people are calling me when I am in flight but I still return the calls within 25 minutes but they are not picking- and DO NOT close the ticket with a remark “ issue resolved” when issue is NOT RESOLVED.

    @ACTFibernet 1/2 @ACTFibernet Ticket #SR10780641795744 was raised because my internet has been constantly dropping throughout the day, severely impacting my work. A technician assured me the issue would be fixed, but the experience has only become more frustrating.
