He told as you can’t close the ticket we are cutting your connection and removing the cable, this is after me paying for the connection and being a paid customer. At this point refund me and cancel my plan wil shift to another provider

After the complaint ticket raise,12-24 hours take to restore the internet service. Every year, 15-25 days are non-working but charges full payment.

Internet is not working properly despite raising multiple complaints about buffering and slow speed, and the issue is still not resolved. The only suggestion is to restart the router,but that hasn’t fixed anything.
