  @ACTFibernet Its already been an hour since we raised the issue on app. And I have called as well. My work is hampered. Can you get it ASAP or give me a full refund as internet was being slow for past week and today it is gone.

  @ACTFibernet It is simple issue of the our act fibernet connection wire which is hanging loose in the apartment and the technician needs to put the hooks and place the wire properly. In our apartment itself your company has installed 2 junction boxes and more than 10 connections are active .

  Very disappointed with this Act Fibernet last time case has been registered for internet not working and they took 2days to resolve, Now after 1 day same issue. My work is getting spoiled due to this Act. My A/C 102605456272 You all are first in collecting payments @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet Yes, the issue has been resolved for now. But please take a look at the number of tickets that we have opened since we got the connection a month ago. It's almost once every few days. :( Could you please ensure this doesn't happen again at least for a few weeks? Thanks.

  @ACTFibernet My act fibre is not working more than month and no response from act team i ask new connection box and ready to pay for extra money...still now response.. So plz refund my money and cancelled my act fibre ACCOUNT No : 108564413905...

  @ACTFibernet @ACT @act one of the worst services provided to the customers.. whenever you request for any issue they don't respond properly..they just create the ticket and close it automatically without resolving the issue. No proper response. Poor services.
