    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down since yesterday evening. Despite raising a ticket immediately, it has been over 24 hours with no resolution . I've faced a similar 36+ hour delay before. Is this the level of service customers should expect? #ACTFibernet #Hyderabad

    Dear Friends, I don’t know how wants to hear this and who is gonna benefit from it, but if you options, which you will for sure, then please do not opt for @ACTFibernet as your WiFi service provider. 20 days passed No Refund yet. @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD i an facing internet connectivity issues from last 2 weeks. Your executives are not able to understand a simple problem that “internet drops frequently” 4 technicians has already visited, every day one or other person is calling.

    @ACTFibernet There is an intermittent Internet disconnection from last week and this is the 4th SR I am raising to get it resolved. I am fed up of this worst CS. I dropped mail to the tech lead and escalation team but till not there is no response. Again internet is not working.

    @mayhoskote @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues Yes I agree. We need to change the operator. Airtel or jio would do better service than this. I am also facing issues with them. No accountability for delayed services.
