    @dp_satish @ACTFibernet So true sir 🙏 They only know to disconnect the service as per their policy but no response to the complaints. They only have app and an IVR which answers only the standard queries. It's pathetic

    @dp_satish @ACTFibernet Fortunately we also had a BSNL connection, not that that was any great shakes. Airtel toh dont even ask. Now Jio connectivity is also going from bad to worse. They're all the same, no consistency in connectivity ir service.

    @dp_satish @ACTFibernet The last 3 years I've had no problems with the ACT CS, (Bangalore). Before that, yes, I agree their service was pathetic, took them close to a year to transfer the connection when we changed house.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a connection shifting request on 01-08-2022 through the ACT app and It was showing that the issue will be resolved by 03-08-2022 @2.00 pm . It has been more than 24 hours but the issue is not yet resolved . #ACTFibernetBangalore @ACTBangalore

    the worst and most disappointing services from @ACTFibernet Connection goes off without prior intimation. For every 2 days there is an unscheduled maintenance and internet disruption. 🙏🙏 #ACTFiber

    @dp_satish @ACTFibernet Olle kathe aythu..avarastu worst customer service mattondilla..suffered almost 6 months with ACT service
