Nowdays not satisfied with @ACTFibernet Back to back issues ... last 4-5 months, often raising tickets!! :( That too whenvr I'm getting too much of work, specially on weekends !! Disappointing..

@ACTFibernet Again I am facing issues with the internet. Every month we are facing the same issue, the internet is disconnected. Kindly refund our advance yearly payment we don't want to continue with ACT and your third class service. It's better we switch to other broadband.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Thanks for addressing the disconnection. Note the original ticket was SR10176124231314 for outage and refund. @mks200481, verify ETR on app and ensure prorata refund is included. If not resolved, escalate to TRAI.

@ACTFibernet hopeless service .. frequent disconnection of Internet and when ticket is raised , a time frame is given but never closes the solves the issue in that time, and they just extend the date to next day.

@ACTFibernet Provide more transparency in how you are handling the tickets..this will improve your service quality ..note that the customer has no option to open a ticket for cable realignment..I am trying to get this done for over a month.
