@ACTFibernet disappointed with your latest policy decision to replace power backup at junction boxes with 2-hr (2200mAh) mini power banks. How do you expect customers to rely on your service if there is a power outage for more than 2 hours - Stay without internet? Stop using ACT?

@ACTFibernet Again your so called Hi Speed fibernet is not working. This is 3rd outage in last 3 days. Same SR11063435185034 has been reopened. #ActFibernet frequent outages is very disturbing.

@ACTFibernet - I don't understand why you guys cheat on customers,SR10263447263548 is open for validation of ports available on box again. Power discount was paid for single month but not ok consecutive month,reason which guys give now is for single port customer no powerdiscount

@ACTFibernet Nope you dont regret anything , stop lying to yourself and to the customer's face . Your technician / engineer wantedly disconnects my calls when I ask him for an update , thats the level of service you guys provide to the customer . Will be disconnecting the services asap

Now @ACTFibernet take more than 20 days and I call the one who said to pay the money in online ..he's number is unavailable and i tired to contact customer care.. What can i do now .. This is how you treat the customer 😠 @ACTFibernet

Never ever book connection on @ACTFibernet . Their power backup is only less than 2 hours if electricity is down. I have paid for 1 year and they won't even refund the money. Mobile data is cheaper and better.
