    Apparently their NOC team can change paid 'static IP address' without customer's consent or prior notification. @ACTFibernet NOC engineer has the audacity to tell me that ACT doesn't care for our problems and have no obligation to inform us before changing.

    @ACTFibernet Still waiting to get the internet service working. Surprisingly your resolution deadline to solve the issue got changed on its own and gave me a new ETR of 17 March 9 AM. Worstest internet service provider I have ever seen @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 119th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @ACTFibernet Dear team you need to train well your customer care executive, they should know how to talk to customer, i have discontinuation only coz of your customer care executive behaviour over call for a simple request, It may not be Big loss for you but you would lose many.

    SR10364369359064 @ACTFibernet Service is poor ... internet connectivity issue occurred more than 4-5 times in a month and resolution time also very poor. Fix asap or refund money ll look for alternate supplier. #actfibernet

    Another pathetic and reprehensible service by an Indian ISP. 12 days ago while fixing a fibre cable cut issue @ACTFibernet also did backend changes resulting in changing my static IP abruptly.

    @ACTFibernet… All i have been asking ACT is to Transfer amount i have made into a prospect id to the currently active amount but its been 20 days wherein the so secretive billing team has not been able to fix it. I was given an email confirmation that issue has been resolved
