    @ACTFibernet No call came, it seems you have 72hrs for providing resolution isn't finished,past 48hrs no internet and I should be waiting for a call , rather than you reconnecting the internet

    @ACTFibernet Even pinging 8.8.8.8 from my Jio mobile data returns like 20ms. 30ms is too bad for a "fiber" connection route

    Without fixing they'll close the complaint. Again when I complaint they'll say the router has some issues. They won't even come and check what the real issue is. For this pathetic service I have to pay Rs.1204/- every month. Which works only for 7 days. @ACTFibernet #disappointed

    @ACTFibernet @sharathpatali I’m still waiting for them to downgrade my plan. It’s been 2 weeks of following up now. Their service is really horrible these days!!!

    @ACTFibernet One of the worst service ever. I complained 2 weeks back that my internet connection is not stable. They give some troubleshooting steps which hardly works for 1hr. Again the same issue. It only works when you are near the router(4-5ft). Beyond that it won't work.

    @ACTFibernet I have been calling everyday for simple monthly payment receipts as I pay 6 monthly together. Need the monthly receipts urgently. From Feb 9th I have been calling everyday customer care without any help.
