    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet, a cut overhead cable near my house was fixed in just 30 minutes. However, I was subjected to a 24-hour internet outage for this. This is poor customer service.

    @ACTFibernet It’s been over 24 hours and this is what we’ve been hearing. It’s not an impossible task to fix the connection when you promised so while over selling your service.

    @ACTFibernet what stupidity is this when the due date is tomorrow. How can it be overdue when due date is tomorrow. Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails.     Got the new connection last Sunday & 2 days later on Tuesday evening the internet went down. Raised the ticket with you but till now there is no update. Customer support kept on saying to wait for 1 hour but i see no end to this. SR11081169000614 @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet It’s been more than 5 days I returned your assets and never received my refund. How many days I have to wait for it?

    It's better to get a new service provider.... @ACTFibernet is use less, i had two connection with them despite that they were not able to shift my connection in over 2weeks... @JM_Scindia @DoT_India do something there are 1000s of complaints
