Jayaprasad Murthy (@JayPMurthy) reported@ACTFibernet You have conveniently put 24hrs as outage to qualify for a waiver, which never happens. Ideally the outage should be accounted for the hourly basis n adjust the waiver. I lost one working day, who pays for it?

Billing desk same again rude to the core keeps on repeating and cutting me always while I speak. Employees like Clara will put the brand value of the company down.
