  @ACTFibernet Ticket #SR10180772403854 has been pending since yesterday. I am working from home, and this issue is severely impacting my work. This is the 3rd internet outage in the last 4 days, and there has been no internet connectivity for the past 2 days. required help.

  Had a horrible experience dealing with @ACTFibernet today in delhi, the wifi has not been working for 2 straight days now and to make matters worse, their "customer support reps" refuse to pick my phone or reply to my many many messages.

  @ACTFibernet I have reopened the ticket. Hope commonsense prevails. All I am asking is sending me in writing on whatever is being told on phone, if they can't address it. If they are not willing to write down whatever they are saying,it means they are not truthful.

  @airtelindia Broadband is nagpur Laxmi nagar area is down from 2 days, getting same reply from customer care every day "we are sorry for the inconvenience" i already opted for @ACTFibernet on my HYD address, because of bad service, do I need to change service in nagpur also ?

  @ACTFibernet Thank you for the response. However, a waiver does not address the inconvenience caused by being without internet for over 24 hours. My concern is the repeated delays in resolving outages and the lack of communication from support. Please provide a clear ETA for restoration.

  @ACTFibernet @daneshzaki @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket to shift my connection with TICKET ID SR11080671198304 this issue was declared to be resolved by 14 June 2026 but till now nothing has been done I am working without internet since a week my ACT account number is 110777865246 please resolve

  My entire day's work was affected today due to #ACTFibernet outage. What's even more frustrating is that this is the 4th time in the last two months. Repeated service interruptions & delayed resolutions are unacceptable.
