    @ACTFibernet @Balamalladi13 after adding you this issue got resolved..and also there was frequent disconnection of internet due to junction box issue.Why can't you replace with new and also is there any possibility to keep another in parallel if one goes faulty other will active.

    @JioCare again and again I'm. facing internet issue with jio customer service is waste better to move to @ACTFibernet such irresponsive customer care not even raising ticket on the issue.

    She was not able to answer instead she was asking what is the issue. Later an hour after, one more executive called me and I explained the story again then he said I'll get back to within 2 hours. Till now no call/email from @ACTFibernet."(2)"
