    . @ACTFibernet I took a new broadband connection with you in December, 6 month + 1 month free offer. My cash flows aren't good, so, I requested for a monthly billing cycle. I spoke to Customer Service a few days ago but unresolved. No way in ur app to modify plan. Pls help.

    @ACTFibernet Why your service executive is not able to resolve the issue which is minimal request from the customer. Nor they are giving update on my rembruse ticket issue also. This is the service we are expecting from ACt fiber
