    @ACTFibernet @JioCare @Airtel_Presence I connected wth the backend team as advised by the field technician. The lady on call says that their engg needs to visit to resolve this. When I hv been raising this issue for more than a month now, why were u sending some incapable technicians whn u knw only engg can fix this?

    @ACTFibernet SR11158342015322 - what's the status? 48 hrs gone. Worst and pathetic support team. Today four time called them. Last two persons just cutting the phone call when asked for resolution.
