    May I know what is the problem for you to install modem and required setup for internet? Account No : 101769429054 Multiple times I’m facing this issue with @ACTFibernet . But a small hope, that these guys will not repeat next time. But you guys are habitually doing these things. Day before yesterday I have paid for the connection, after that I keep on doing follow ups, and customer support team keep on saying “Today the installation will be done”. I still wondered, how you guy’s surviving in this competitive world with this poor services. Wake up man & improve your services. You are loosing customers Trust finally. Fedup with all these, looking aggressively for @Starlink services

    @jagograhakjago I have raised an grievance on portal with case id 7724416 against @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD and all its employee for mental harassment for denial of service and repeated delay in restoring the internet. Please look into this #consumerRights #ACTFibernet

    This is a clear case of deficiency in service & unfair trade practice under Consumer Protection Act2019. This is not the first time I’m facing this issue with @ACTFibernetHYD recently their service has dripped to gutter level.. no proper response #ACTFibernet #ConsumerRights

    @ACTFibernet No resolution yet. It's been weeks that the wires are hanging in my lane unattended. I received a call from Airtel and the local internet to offer internet setup and services within 3 hours of time and there you are that haven't fixed it for weeks. Disappointed!

    @ACTFibernet what is happening with your internet? Customer care says It will take 5 days to restore. This is utterly bad! SR: SR10176953141435 Please have an amicable solution @tgspdcl don't harass customers with wire cutting. Be informed that internet is an essential service

    @ACTFibernet At least have the courtesy to look into this matter why is there such frequent breakdown in a month. And have a resolution for the same. If this will happen again I will be removing ACT and also tell everyone to do the same.
