@ACTFibernet I'm facing problem 4-5 Days and issue is not resolve till now. You provide a very good service. And service is not come and months take money with customer. Your service is worst and very bad. I raise the complaint from 4 days and 2 days back till now not result.

Hey @ACTFibernet, do you really think it's fair to charge 500 for downgrading / changing the plan? You should be happy enough if customers aren't churning! This definitely doesn't help in retention or whatever fancy internal metric you track.

Even he didn't give clarification one internet connectivity. And also while installing he trimmed ACT fiber net cable which is my primary service provider. There is also no proper response from service Engineer. @ACTFibernet
