    @ACTFibernet pathetic service. Have raised a complaint yestersya but no resolution yet. There is no person at the customer care. No technician being assigned. Pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet You have conveniently put 24hrs as outage to qualify for a waiver, which never happens. Ideally the outage should be accounted for the hourly basis n adjust the waiver. I lost one working day, who pays for it?

    @ACTFibernet Complaint number SR11079070329054. This is 3rd time i m lodging complaint in last 10 days of no connectivity of internet. Your service executive Jatinder Singh (+91 99588 84038) is askd me not 2 lodge complaint but failing to give any resolution. #patheticactfibrenet

    @ACTFibernet Since i have paid for 6months, Can u pls advise on Refund of paid Bill amount. As I need to take Connection from new Service Provider. Never seen such a Poor service that too for someone who has been associated for more than 10yrs. Very Disappointed.

    @ACTFibernet One of the worst customer services I have ever experienced chat agents rude with no process knowledge. Billing desk same again rude to the core keeps on repeating and cutting me always while I speak. Employees like Clara will put the brand value of the company down.

    @ACTFibernet not working. Every week there is a outrage in Jayanagar 4th T block area. How do we work when we have WFH?? Please fix the problem.

    This Company @ACTFibernet see their customers only as money, before making customer buying connection employees works as a tunder, but after receiving money and activation they don't respond to the customers call, facing issues the very 1st day of activation, #scam #actfibernet
