@ACTFibernet I spoke with Sachin, sharath, vikram, rahman, sadiq and many more... And from Manager level, Moses and Naveen from escalation team... Managers and team leads won't call... What is the issue, why you won't take action upon mentioned names... My issue is not resolved

Apparently their NOC team can change paid 'static IP address' without customer's consent or prior notification. @ACTFibernet NOC engineer has the audacity to tell me that ACT doesn't care for our problems and have no obligation to inform us before changing.

@ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 119th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???
