    @ACTFibernet day 2 of no resolution, cumulative 2.6 hours on hold and then either call drops or executive closes the call without even updating the ticket. No call back no follow up no resolution. This is an office space and second day of no work because no wifi

    @ACTFibernet Do you have any response other than 'regret'? Instead of trying to resolve the issue as soon as possible, you people just carry on with the same rhetoric of regret. A week without internet now. It's becoming difficult especially for work from home people.

    @ACTFibernet internet is not working since yesterday and ETAs are getting changed again and again. No calls are being reached.. No info whatsoever when will the internet restore. Work is getting affected. Can you please look into it?
