    @Dharmic_Jana @Anjud84 @ACTFibernet I have Jio. Occasionally speed issues (have to restart router after that it’s fine). Overall it’s good. CS is on time.

    I lost the patience here. Such a pathetic customer service by @ACTFibernet . I lodged the complaint at 7:40 AM in the mrng and it's still WIP😑. Without any status of what is happening in the backend. It's not for the first time. But for the Nth time #Poorcustomerservice

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct Worst support experience. Reported the issue yesterday at 5 PM, but still no response. Technician Sravan(8712606419) disconnected my call and isn’t answering. Support team keeps giving scripted replies instead of resolving the issue. Unacceptable service.

    @ACTFibernet Hi team, I raised a request for relocation with ticket number: SR10381244929734. I raised it around July 20 and we had no support with the reinstallation. I called support and tried chat, but to no avail. If this the support I'll get, I'd better switch to Jio-Fiber.

    Hello @ACTFibernet How shameless can you be. I have paid 9k for my internet upgrade 1 month ago. Neither you have upgraded my connection not you refunded my amount. I am so fed up with your service. Have some shame and either refund or upgrade @ACTFibernet
