You aren't even able to call or text me about the issue. If it's not resolved by today EOD, my days with your company is over. That's the last thing I want to say.

Now neither the agent is answering my call nor the customer care is helping me. More over they just hung up my call! Pathetic service

After repeated calls nobody cones and fixes, they ask us not to raise tickets, but without ticket they don't work. All they do is temporary fix. Why can't you guys give a sustainable fix.
