    @ACTFibernet You people should check before writing this, it's been 54 hrs and still no solution. I don't know why you people take money from us. I paid my bills on time, why can't you do the things which you committed. I promise I will change the provider next month. @ACTFibernet #worst

    @ACTFibernet The internet is down from the last 2 days but no update yet. Tried calling your technician as well as the sales guy but they aren't answering the calls. I had lodged a complaint and the technician was to visit yesterday but he didn't show up. Please help!

    @ACTFibernet Ref A/C 110000342714 As per revised invoice electricity charges for 7 months against 14 months have been adjusted. Be informed no payment will be made unless issue is resolved. Since My a/c stands suspended, I shall snap electricity connection from tomorrow.
