I am keep on raising the tickets, but every time it is getting closed without even contacting with me. @ACTFibernet

When I called at 8 am, your customer support guy said he will directly allow me to talk to escalation support at 10:30 am. Now when I called I was told that I cannot talk to anyone apart the support person. Shameless!!
