    @ACTFibernet Your team was not prepared to add the new connection. Instead, they were rude and asked me to wait until it was convenient for them. They also stated that they were not concerned about the ETA. This is not an acceptable approach. SR10381504165754

    Hi Act sevice is very very worst in my life I paid and got connection for 6+1 from June to December Now app asking pay some amount and disconnected my service @ACTFibernet

    How long will you continue to provide such poor service? The internet keeps going down, at least five times a week. I went today in the afternoon, but the internet still hasn't come back. Fake commitments and poor service. SR11081548627004 @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I will be moving onto a better service provider and stop using ACT going forward from next month. Sick of the ****** service you guys provide with no solution nor fixes.

    @ACTFibernet i have already escalated but no use . Same response everytime that the technician will call. Zero help . I cannot even connect back to the technician ffs.

    @ACTFibernet — Is this how you treat paying customers? Ticket SR1108149816874 was raised for an internet service issue, with an ETR of 8 Aug, 9:00 PM. Yet customers are left without a working service and expected to keep chasing support for basic resolution.

    @ACTFibernet Your app is a joke and your chat link is a joke it never connects to an agent just waste time by waiting in the queue via phone and gets silly answers working someone will call in 2hrs etc… all lies nothing else
