@ACTFibernet It sucks. No support as defined by u. No Internet since 24HRS & the action was BIZ 0. How u running the services with 0. Are you concerned about the customers? No resolution and dragging the issues. Is it FIBER NETWORK OR Nylon Network? #ActSUCKS

@ACTFibernet customer service is very bad. I had given complaints got a call customer care team. They arw not listening the problems telling we don't seen any issues on backend. Simply disconnected the call without any resolution.

@ACTFibernet bulshit shameless fraud act services committed 75mbps speed and finally getting 30mbps speed when did complaint to customer care engineer ID saying this is only speed possible.person who gave connection not at all taking calls since the connection is booked Fraud!

@satish395 @ACTFibernet Because they are frauds disguised as a company. Don't take their connection even if they provide it for free! The company would take days to solve the tiniest of the issue and won't even hear out your issue!
