Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails.     @Soham_Chakradeo @ACTFibernet These guys are useless, offering pathetic service for a premium price, after over a week of patients, i through away all their equipment and got a better service provider... You should do the same

    @ACTFibernet My call to customer care is getting failed . if you don’t refund the ACT due in the screenshot ( attached in previous tweet) , sorry I have no other choice.. i have to escalate this to ACT CeO in LinkedIn..

    @ACTFibernet I need to have with engineer in your common network line also . I want to request him to realign the wire from box to our home !! Since it is in very low height lorry and van pass over will definitely hit . Hence requesting to share or tell him to call me asap please
