    @ACTFibernet Thanks , i did a call yesterday from someone from ACT. He promised that "DON'T WRY IT WILL BE RESOLVED TODAY ITSELF" , but i still worried and nothing happened after that. No action has been taken. Issue has not been resolved.

    Seriously thinking about changing my @ACTFibernet connection. Having WiFi issues every two days and having to raise a complaint very often. And horrible customer service to top it off.

    @ACTFibernet My wifi stopped working 2 days back yesterday they resolved it then again today same issue like for every month or 2 Im raising complaint regarding this issue? What the hell is this? Poor service #SR10152812117732

    @ACTFibernet Advice to internet users . Must chose a service provider who gives STABLE network. Vikas puri Delhi. Strict No ACT.

    @ACTFibernet #NoResponse I have an issue open since more than a month now. Every time I contact its said that it will take 10 days. Please clarify what is 10 days as per your timeline!!

    @ACTFibernet I had raised an internet not working ticket 2 days back and still haven’t got a concrete response from anyone . This kind of pathetic customer service and laid back attitude forces the customers to opt for other broadband connections. Ticket number - SR10252851791092

    @ACTFibernet Delhi Vikas puri G block. Intermittent failure. Speed 10% of what you pay. Recommend change service provider. WORST experience.
