    @ACTFibernet my ticket SR10264552924494 got closed on its own without any resolution. Why is it so? A technician came and told will check but now i dont see the ticket anymore on the app

    @ACTFibernet : there is no connectivity since 2 hrs and raised sr for this. But no contact details or update and eta is 24 hrs which too long What is prolem with your server which always goes down. This is pathetic service provided for the amount being paid
