I’m disgusted with such kind of service from @ACTFibernet, and would never recommend it. It’s okay if the connection is not possible, but taking someone’s hard-earned money & not even giving an update is the worst customer service.

@ACTFibernet Get your lazy site engineers moving asap ! Arranging a callback is not a solution. Open the ticket, find the location, send someone asap. Whole apartment is affected. Over 20 households don't have the service. Office people, students are impacted. #actfibernet #Bangalore #ISP

@ACTFibernet I have taken new connection with act and paid amount a week back. Till now no response from your team and no one called us for installation. Your executive has called us for amount and after payment done no response. Is the type of service you give to us.
