@ACTFibernet / @ACTFibernetHYD its been more than 10 days and still issue not resolved, support not responding, don't see if Act can fix this issue anytime soon, totally disappointed & frustrated, for sure will not continue with Act anymore and also have raised disconnection.

@ACTFibernet It's been almost a month since the plan upgrade and payment was made, and to date been on old plan. After long hours of wait and followup they delivered router, yet plan remains unchanged. This is pathetic! Tickets gets closed without solution. SR10277026534712

@ACTFibernet Thank you for your response. However, I’ve decided to discontinue my ACT connection at the end of this month. This decision comes after experiencing repeated issues, delayed resolutions, and the most disappointing customer service I’ve ever encountered.
