    @ACTFibernet its been more than a month yet issue not resolved , new router has been taken away not working refurbished router has been given crippled with my daily work. Who can help me to get out of this nasty. Team act and be responsible

    @ACTFibernet Since morning 6 the internet has not been and we have raised the complainant twice and still the issue has not be resolved and we are working from home and we are unable to continue our work. And the customer care executive has not been responding properly.

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 All are fake commitment, no customer support. They won't care for customer post receiving money. Money is all for them, They don't bother for the customer. Pathetic customer support. #ACTfibernet

    @ACTFibernet : Dear team how can you generate a bill for prepaid customer. Its insane. Please de-activate my subscription of OTT and refund my money. My ticket number is 10266809627434. This is unfair business practices. Please dont activate my services until i pay.
