    Pathetic, miserable, horrendous internet connection is of @ACTFibernet . Only their marketing team works and rest all don’t. @ACTFibernetHYD is worst of all. Tired calling them and ending up without a resolution. Don’t ask me to DM for help as u and I know that you won’t work.

    Very disappointing customer support service by @ACTFibernet It’s 2nd time when I am facing internet issue & @ACTFibernet within a week’s time and ACT has closed my complaint ticket without resolving issues. I had lodged complaint at 10am today (SR11856740432192)… 1/3

    @ACTFibernet from last 42 days My account was in suspended mode bcoz of unpaid bill but again this month I have been issued a 2 months bills when I called @ACTFibernet customer care I’m not getting any proper response from them.

    If i am to face weekly internet issues which is soul of WFH env., i do not wish to continue with @ACTFibernet . I have waited long enuf and also surpassed your “will get back to u within 4 hrs” deadline. I have lost 2 working days of office bcz of your DOS (def. of service)
