    @ACTFibernet Hi team, I do not know how you were unable to reach me through out the time scheduled I mentioned even when I do not have a missed call. My concern is that I have never requested for renewal of connection yet you billed me. Is your connection prepaid or postpaid

    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.     @ACTFibernet @FiberAct There was not a single call from your technical support only I'm getting a call they'll assign I mail also I have mentioned the mobile number but still no technician assigned or called me. Please don't give same reason
