    @ACTFibernet... Your customer service is pathetic.. Every time I am trying to reach the customer support my q position is more than 30 and when it reaches to 4 the call is disconnected or not answer.. # pathetic speed of ACT #say no to actfibernet

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet ACT is providing worst service in Hyderbad. First thing i do every morning is to raise a ticket that internet is not working.Ticket raised for disconnection is closed without any discussion.Even if you take that, please dont subscribe for 6 months bcoz yu they dont care once paid

    @ACTFibernet #Tirupati worst service. no response from sales team after payment completed. They didn't even install after 5 days

    @ACTFibernet It was a huge inconvenience, there was an empty port in the building right next to mine. No one checked that and it caused an outage for a week and your employee raised a disconnection request himself without my consent saying you will not be able to provide service anymore.
