    @ACTFibernet You people can only reply on X but not work properly. Make sure my refund is credited by the evening today so i can change service provider. Will have to approach consumer against u otherwise

    Worst customer support by @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD. Don't do any plan change with routers they won't deliver it. It's been 13 days but not delivered.When ever I call customer care (escalation team also) they say within 24 hours it will delivered but that 24 hours never come

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet go and check how many complaints I have registered for your service in last 45 days from the day 2 since I took the connection, such a pain with this service, connection drops, video buffering etc. Please close my connection and issue the refund for remaining months
