I never see worst service like ACTFIBERNET .I raised ticket on 10.30am .I did not receive any response from @ACTFibernet team. My entire work foiled due to your network. Your Engineer not working for my tickets.Can you tell me do I need to change any other network ?@ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet I’ve initiated reconnection request 5 days ago. It’s still not activated yet.but the ticket(SR11465933327632)was closed without any information. Technician calls and I wait at home but he never shows up.I ended up wasting my time for the last two days staying home.
