    @ACTFibernet After taking broadband connection your service is very worst till now you not provided invoice. Also connection speed is very poor never suggest your horrible services.

    @ACTFibernet Still you cannot tell the progress on refund. Same standard ****** answer. Check your rating on PlayStore.. everyone is complaining about Refund. If my issue is not fixed, I will make sure to amplify this issue to as many people as I can. Also recorded your customer service call.

    @ACTFibernet is this way you guys provide service to customers? For each and every issue do we need to wait for 24 hours? In pandemic time, people who are WFH , do you thing they can wait 24 hours to fix internet? I can't say this reason at my office every time, right?

    And irresponsible @ACTFibernet ..and there is no support option or live chat just we can raise a ticket and dont know what happens once the ticket is raised SR10163850348084 …very bad experience within just within couple of days after getting new connection..

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 52nd consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???+

    @ACTFibernet Facing extremely pathetic customer service from ACT.. You are not refunding my due amount and I have been chasing for 3 weeks now. You close tickets without resolution. Can I trust you ever again gor services you offer?

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC It's been more than 10 days I have paid for the new connection and didn't get the Installation done yet. I am fed up with escalating every time on twitter and with your so called customer support executives.
