@ACTFibernet Every 2 days once we do need to raise a request to get it fix. Connected no internet from morning it's been 6 hours still same issue @ACTFibernet if I raise ticket today day after tomorrow your executive are calling us. We are paying money to get your service

@ACTFibernet I have called to the customer care service even today also... They will Said Technician assigned he will look into the issue.. no one has called or came to check the box issue. This is ridiculous and worst support service... you can reach out on my number 9071118377

Can you imagine..! Your Internet down for more than 9 hours and your ISP doesn’t care a damn..!? That’s what happens with @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD . Not first time though..!

@ACTFibernet No phone call from local authorities, request for extending Lan cable takes such long time !! three days visited local office and asked them providing the ticket number but till date no action taken ......should I migrate to some other service provider ??

@ACTFibernet Thanks for resolving but Please make sure your team will work on time because again it took 24 hours to resolve minor issue. You can understand no internet for 24hour can't be acceptable from any customer. Hope next time this won't happen again. Thanks
