    Hey @ACTFibernet lets speed up the resolution for SR10252274754852. My WFH is getting affected and can’t wait the whole day just to get it fixed. Call up your technician ASAP and consider it as highest priority!!

    @ACTFibernet absolutely worst service ever. I am a grade 8 student and My parents are teachers. I have to regularly attend online classes and my parents have to regularly take online classes.But since Monday my wifi router 2nd light is going off and customer care service is ****.

    @ACTFibernet This is too late ... we have lost a lot of meetings and people who were working in night shift were badly impacted ... we consider ACT the best in service but support and availability part is still poor #badserviceact

    @ACTFibernet hi I was told to go to ACT office & submit router but on going there I get to know there is nobody In the office & nobody has come to pick up the router from my home yet even after complaining, literal harassment of customer @MIB_India

    @ACTFibernet worst experience in facing with act people I raised 3months bill from November 2020 to January 2021. Every day I'm following up with Adithya he is done with my connection but did not responding any calls and updates

    @bnareen @ACTFibernet They won't. And closing tickets without addressing the actual issue is their way of satisfying themselves with the statistics. Customer can remain hanging in the air with poor service for as long as they are in a mood to reach out.
