  It would really be helpful if @ACTFibernet can implement ways to select the location of new connection on the website and feasibility is known immediately rather than having your CC Exec call back to take the link and or the customer calling back to find the feasibility

  @ACTFibernet Seems you guys only had to turn the switch back on! The issue got resolved less than 5 mins after your response on x and via mail. Unfortunate that I had to wait 40+hours in the National capital for broadband to be restored. Messaged u my registered mobile no.. @TRAI

  @ACTFibernet @FiberAct There was not a single call from your technical support only I'm getting a call they'll assign I mail also I have mentioned the mobile number but still no technician assigned or called me. Please don't give same reason

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet It’s been over 3 hours without internet, severely disrupting work from home. Very disappointed with the lack of proper resource management in our area to restore service quickly, leaving customers waiting for hours. Please resolve this ASAP!

  @ACTFibernet When are you going to fix the issue that’s now running in third day with ETA revised by default for third time without any update. Just fooling customers by saying fastest broadband but doesn’t have the resources to fix issues. One of the worst service provider

  @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.   @ACTFibernet After 21 hours the outage was fixed. My feedback: frequent outages 1-2 times a month, slow and delayed support. Helpdesk is not reachable even after several tries #fail #actfibernet
