@ACTFibernet without my consent and without even the zee5 subscription ending you guys are charging in advance plus you have not given an option to customer to cancel we have to call customer care and keep on waiting in your **** queue . Thats unethical take immediate action.

@ACTFibernet Most of the time the issue are closed without resolving. It’s been over 7 days that I requested for shifting the connection and I’ve followed up every single day and got no resolution. My work from home is ruined. Please Fix my issue at the earliest 🙏🙏😔
