    @ACTFibernet SR10381639652454 this is the TICKET and there is Frequent network issue with your service and team. Tbh it's poor every week. Already been affected more than 12 hrs none of your employees showed up.

    @ACTFibernet SR10381618238104 Another month another new ticket. This is the routine for that past 3-4 month. Every week/month there is issue in fiber net. I am keep reporting it but it's occuring continuously. Pl take necessary action to avoid this in future.

    @ACTFibernet Internet suspended despite paying my monthly bills on time! support says it's because old Mesh routers weren't picked up, but your team never showed up to collect them. Why punish a paying customer for your logistics failure? Fix this and restore my connection now!

    @Alpha_4242 @quandalebro @ACTFibernet Honestly act has been pretty good for me. Maybe because we’re Bangalore based or something. They resolved my issue within a day.
