@ACTFibernet dear team , this is the 3 rd time in this week that I am experiencing internet services down . Every time I log a ticket you guys take at least 2 days to resolve . This is a huge pain as we are working from home and not having internet effecting our productivity .

@ACTFibernet I'm calling you from. 3 times for my refund but even time they are Saying that we are making refund request for you. Each and every time they are repeating same thing either you are not making my request or you guys are cheating on your customer
