    @ACTFibernet Hey!! I have been using Act-103191632543 for more than a year now.. Now I am shifting from Chennai to Coimbatore. When enquiring about shifting request, I got to know from customer care that again I have to take a new connection instead of shifting request. Pls check

    Dear @ACTFibernet It's been more then 18 hours ur internet is not working & my job is getting suffered, lodged too many complaints since morning but nothing is being done by ur side. I don't think ACT Fibernet is known for this kind of service

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, Please refound my mony and take a request for disconnection. Because every day i am getting 3 hrs connectivity issue.. And to day last 1hrs connectivity is not there.. I will check for other provider service.. As you are providing onle day time service.

    @ACTFibernet hello, how to raise a complaint regarding slow speed ? The chat bot in the app doesn't have this function. I can only raise that it isn't working but not slow speed. Have to work from home so pls resolve asap.
