  @ACTFibernet facing multiple disconnects and slow speed issue this is unacceptable day by day this service is getting very poor my plan is 450Mbbs now I’m getting 1 mbbs speed what’s going in here ?? Why cheating customers in name of fake plans ??

  Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.   @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues I have raised a shifting request on 16th of April with the date of shifting as 17th April. However, I have not received any calls regarding the same. Tried reaching out to the customer support and it’s been said that it will be done at the earliest.

  It’s the question of consumer right to demand for the service paid for. The attitude shown by @ACTFibernet call centre, their service team, escalation desk was so high handed that at one point had remind them tha they are not giving anything free and am not begging either

  @ACTFibernet unfortunately, I’m using your Internet services last 10 to 15 days. Internet services is worst, worst worst. my my daily routine work is check the internet and give a complaint and wait for the results. Nobody is here to clear the problem or give a proper Services.
