  @ACTFibernetHYD , @ACTFibernet such unprofessional service from ground staff.. have requested for relocation, they have been extremely rude, uncouth and a total disaster to talk to.. local goons have been hired, I fear so.. Shame to see the falling standards of Act quality

  @ACTFibernet I raised a service request yesterday. My wifi isn't working at all. I have not received any communication from ACT till now about resolving it. Will anything be done or not?

  @ACTFibernet i would recommend instead of showing empathy, work on issues on urgent basis as your SLA of 10 am has surpassed .i demand discount on bill for the days the service are down.@AshwiniVaishnaw Sir this is the level of support of private companies. horrible. Customer last for them.
