@ACTFibernet Your field team from KK nagar raises port issue and somehow correct it and calls us (correct number) in Virugambakkam and says connection is rectified. Then when we say no internet. He says wrongly called. @TRAI @BandBajaateRaho

@ACTFibernet it is 29 days since my complaint and my internet is still not functional! Issue not resolved by ACT inspite of giving remote access of my computer to ACT tech team and regular escalation! The worst and most unprofessional experience one can have afterPayment is made!
