    @svchetan @ACTFibernet +1 same thing happened to me even. They are closing the Ticket without even any reply to us. Upon question regarding it to +919121212121 -> employees are rude and saying 'even if he reopens the ticket 10 times, it will get closed again without reply' 😡

    @ACTFibernet on 6th October 2022 my internet got disconnected. I raised a complaint. Service team called me and said that junction box was removed from my street and trying to set in one of the customer’s house, so work in progress he said.. today it’s 8th oct.
