Every week, my wifi goes down and it doesn’t matter what time it goes down, its never fixed that same day!! Raised this ticket 5 hours back, no resolution despite promised to sort by 9 PM. Shivam Garg (@shivamg0902) reported@ACTFibernet @FiberAct It's been nearly 48 hours since a network outage happened and no one has even bothered to call and address the issue even after a ticket was raised. Even on the X post no one is bothered to respond or address the query.
