    @ACTFibernet I got internet issue which took 2 weeks to fix so went for disconnect on April13th but still my amount is not refunded ?? It’s too horrible experience and I almost called 15 times to your customercare but no use. Can you fix this or should we reach consumer forum??

    @ACTFibernet Resolution was that it will be resolved before 12 pm today, still no response, when it will be resolved or it will be resolved ever, pathetic service it's as expected. Atleast help me how to cancel my service and get refund

    @ACTFibernet Again internet issue, this is happening every month atleast once and and this is the 2nd time in thisonth. I am tired raising the complaints everytime. I need the refund of what I have paid I prefer moving to other service provider. Worst services from ACT.

    @ACTFibernet "I am following up on my formal complaint regarding the 'CHN AMZ STREAMING MESH POD' plan (ID: 103686970808). Despite fixing the speed, you have still not addressed the hardware mismatch. Providing Archer C5 routers instead of the advertised Mesh Pods is a misleading advertising
