    @ACTFibernet what's the exact issue and when will the issue be resolved the WiFi name got removed and it as been changed to actfibernet and if we connect with act12345 pass it's getting connected but internet not working what's the issue we have work

    @ACTFibernet worst service no will give a proper resolution or update on the ticket ETAs are changed frequently.. technician will not lift calls and you feel helpless after paying for service for year in advance. All I get is bot message Ticket number.SR10176791308064

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Another extension, no resolution yet. My lane still has the same hanging wires. No internet, My work is taking a toll, I'm reaching out to friends or using hotspots in weekdays to get the work done. Even my office started feeling tired of this excuse.

    @ACTFibernet my internet is down for 5 days.. the service person called once and doesn’t pick up the call anymore and there is no way to contact the customer support..
