    We opt for the connection on Tuesday and it was communicated that connection will be given next day but there is no response after the payment made. We are calling customer care since last 3 days everyday we get a response to wait for 24 hours. Prospect:102613889718 @ACTFibernet

    @IamNicck @ACTFibernet I have experienced this personally, the refund process is very slow. I had to follow up regularly for numerous days post which they gave the refund.
