    @Susrith2 @ACTFibernet i raised a router changed request, some guy from ACT came and changed my router and gave me a refurbished one and said “if you face further issue, pls request for mesh router” my house is only 700 sqft router change request ETA i got 72 hours new connection they give in 2 hours

    @ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit Repeated issues in internet connection. No one responds. It's really a worst Internet service provider to deal with. I strongly suggest not to take any connection from ACT.

    @ACTFibernet Again i am making is Very clear. I WANT MY ISSUE TO BE RESOLVED TODAY. IF ITS NOT RESOLVED TODAY I WILL ESCALATE IT TO CONSUMER COURT FOR FINANCIAL AND REPUTATION LOSS IN FRONT OF MY CLIENTS

    @ACTFibernet I have scheduled my Internet shifting one week before and but it’s been two days from scheduled date but shifting is not complete . The service people has left the work midway and after chasing them like anything but such an unprofessional people not responding.

    @ACTFibernet Despite of payment already made my connection is disconnected today. Trying to get it resolve since morning but nothing has been done by ACT team till now. Being old customer of ACT and regular on time payments very bad experience from ACT.

    @ACTFibernet This is not about connectivity issues I simply do not wish to continue with your services any longer. The very bad experience I’ve had with your service and support team has led me to make this decision. Kindly apply any applicable disconnection and proceed to permanently closer.

    @ACTFibernet Also it’s already 6 Pm now to be precise 5:53 PM and no one has bothered to connect with me to get out taken care. Same issue happened hardy a week back and it was also not taken care on time and was escalated. This time I don’t need any excuses else I m going to consumer court
