    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Act Fiber has become Worst internet service provider, since 2 days we are facing internet connectivity issues & ticket# SR10180795266254 was raised, but till now, no action from ACT fiber & this issue we face every month, it's time to switch from #ACT

    @ACTFibernet Again you did it!! Even after many escalations from my end still you couldn't fix the issue. It's the 4th day now. I tried all the ways. There is no proper response. Nobody knows the issue and what is going on. I asked for a disconnection but you couldn't do that too

    @ACTFibernet There is no update on cresit transfer. Let me know if I have to process through sonsumer forum channels, this is a harassment. For selling a new connection you sell it in 5 minutes and att3nd the customer asap but for this I have tweeted, emails, called 100 times but no response

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, my internet has been down for 3 days. An engineer visited after 2 days but the issue returned within hours. I can't reopen the ticket, and despite repeated calls, no engineer has visited since yesterday. This is affecting my work.

    One more issue which I identified with @ACTFibernet is that they do not automatically provide the benefits of the revised plans with added benefits to existing customers; this is unethical practice from them;

    @ACTFibernet You and your technicians clearly don’t understand the issue. I called to report it, but no one answered. Around 4 PM, someone finally picked up and had no information because they were working at a different site. Do you only have 2–4 technicians to handle all these issues?

    @smasithick It doesn't matter as Long as price is on a higher side people won't use that easily. Look at me I Brought jio air fibre base plan which cost 599+ GST it's way to costly for that 30MBPS. Now I'm using @ACTFibernet which cost almost 3500 for 6 months with 1 additional month as a Bonus. I'm getting better speeds and also FUP is at 3.3TB unlikely @jio Air Fiber which limited to 1TB post the speeds are the worst

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for the response. However, a waiver does not address the inconvenience caused by being without internet for over 24 hours. My concern is the repeated delays in resolving outages and the lack of communication from support. Please provide a clear ETA for restoration.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet from last 1 week, it's really frausturating to see useless service provided by you. Every day connection are getting disconnect issue. Every day some maintenance. Absolutely disaster service by Act. Check DM

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, I requested a shift of my ACT Fiber connection three days ago, but no action has been taken yet. I have also contacted support, but did not receive proper assistance. Kindly prioritize and process the request at the earliest. Ticket ID: SR10280925282844.
