    @ACTFibernet I guess this will get resolved tomorrow ? I haven’t heard back from any of your technical team and the number provided on the app for engineer is not picking up my call! How am I supposed to manage WFH when the wifi is down so frequently? And no one sorts it out before 24 hours!

    @ACTFibernet such a horrible experience. Paid for a fire stick and waiting since 1 month. Neither customer care nor installation team are taking any action. Ticket SR10280243384397. Seriously one of the worst experiences. I will keep posting about the progress here.

    @ACTFibernet Same complex with multiple ACT connections here. Only our connection is not working. Why is it taking so long for your executives to resolve it?
