    @ACTFibernet I switched over from @airtelindia for I needed high-speed fiber line. Paid for 6 mth plan. Installed on Sat, 12th June at 8 pm. Less than 24 hours later, on Sunday, 13th June at 5 pm, the internet goes down and is still down. Engineer says "wiring to be done again".

    @ACTFibernet The issue was fixed within the promised time frame. The executive who arrived was polite, professional and was wearing a mask throughout. Thank you for resolving this. Appreciate the quick resolve.

    @ACTFibernet same old speed issue again last time you guys requested me to use the connection and now same old stories this time i will not use your connection anymore pathetic services you guys says 300mbps it doesnt even cross 70MBPS in 5G Band where as my airtel connection doe
