@ACTFibernet We have had an outage of 24hrs now, for a broadband company this is ridiculous. How do you justify this to your customers. This has repeatedly occurred for the last few months, and every time its a server problem. How can it not be fixed?

I requested for downgrade of my plan from 6 month term plan to monthly plan as I was shifting to a new place after a month. The service request is open for more than 72 hours. When it was upgrade, it took only 5 minutes. #terrible #worstcustomercare @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD
