  @ACTFibernet Never give space to @ACTFibernet to install the distribution box in your premises. They make your house their dump yard with wires cris-crossing. And if you ask them to set it right. They never will come to do it.

  Hey @ACTFibernet It's been 1.5 months since I closed my broadband account with you owing to pathetic service but I am yet to receive my refund from you. Evertime when I call your CS I am being told no one acted on my request (so closed automatically) and a new requst is raised.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet team: Kindly provide alternate source of internet to customers till the time you resolve the issue! You can't take things for granted. Either provide alternate source like dongle or Extend 4X days in our validity for each day wasted due to issue from your end!

  @ACTFibernet Another day another disappointment!! Internet was restored for 3to4 hours and again got disconnected. You are ruining my whole week. Please resolve this issue asap.
