@ACTFibernet Each time the red light glows on the router, it is a day long outage despite repeated calls to those engineers who had visited the site during previous outage.

I think that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, @FinMinIndia should look into this @ACTFibernet along with my issue/complaint and act according to the Companies Act, 1947 & the Companies Act, 2013, and finally, give me justice according to Consumer Protection Act 2019. Thank You.

@ACTFibernet worst service ever. I paid till 24th feb and asked to disconnect from 24th feb due to frequent service issues. But you guys disconnected my connection immediately. It seems causing discomfort to customers is the only objective you have.

@ACTFibernet - Request to look at my issue in Chennai. There have been more than 5 instances of day long issue with broadband in January alone. Technicians keep sharing each others numbers. During sales, a person was introduced for resolution - but he doesn't take calls now.

@ACTFibernet I recently took a new ACT connection. Sales person told me first month bill will be free but they charged me for the first month. I called customer care in which Sai Kiran attended call and was very rude and he told he will arrange a call back by senior but in vain
