@ACTFibernet @PMOIndia this sort of fooling game is been played on India and our govt is doing nothing. If not Indian govt then I have to ask help from other source coz I can't get trapped fooled by service provider in India. They charge me for 300mnps speed and provide less than 100mbps.

@ACTFibernet Dear ACT it has been more than 20days without internet at one of my acquaintances I referred & despite repeated complaints and emails to Hyd support,appellate,nodal team there is no response with, what conscience they r working dont knw. Last source Twitter pls help.

@ACTFibernet Your customer support put me on hold more than five min and no response .. you will always look forward to this but nothing is done. In terms of payment if uts delayed you will suspend account. If we don't get the service. Shouldn't we suspend your broadband and go to New one ?

@ACTFibernet it's becoming worst on daily basis. Internet glitches and fluctuations.. very frequent issues with the broadband. Time to get rid of this and change to a new and speeder broadband.
