    @ACTFibernet Hi, am facing very pathetic services on internet connection. Whenever power goes off,my wifi stops working. This really irritates me. Even after raising the support ticket, still your team is not taking proper action. What kind of service you guys are providing then?

    @ACTFibernet You took Money for new connection and made a false promise that I would get connection. When I ask for refund your staff disconnects call and never respond. Aren't you guys paying salary to them? Taking money from customers and ignoring to refund..

    @ACTFibernet , asked via direct message to resolve the billing plan paid for 6months+free 2 months terminating end of Feb 2022. Provided screen shot clearly shows the plan reciept number, generated by ACTFibernet service since July 2021. WFH is affected by this ActFibernet mess.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 7th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

    @ACTFibernet I am currently out of station and wanted to pause my internet connection for exactly one month. I raised a one month pause plan via the app and got a call from the customer support asking the reason to pause it and said there is no option to choose the dates
