  @ACTFibernet Had a pathetic customer onboarding experience. Applied for new fibernet conection. Made 3 months advance payment as per policy. More than 24 hrs passed and no one contacted for installation. Regretting my decision to go with @ACTFibernet Bangalore

  @ACTFibernet My internet has been down since last night and I had raised a ticket. There is no way I can talk to the customer service and the status still shows in process. My work is getting impacted. I didn't renew my subscription to go through this frustration.

  Worst service, raised a ticket on 17th of May, still the issue not resolved.. Why should customers opt your service? Pathetic service and customer care works from Mars or Saturn. Don’t ACT. @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet Do not take any ACT internet service because their technical team never solves your problem. I have complained for the last 3 days but the problem has not been solved yet.

  @ACTFibernet No more template bot replies @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHyd. Formal NCH Govt Docket Number 9374295 has already been generated against this ticket. My connection is dead for over 48 hours. I don't want automated updates on the app, I want a senior supervisor on the ground to fix

  @ACTFibernet , you guys are the worst. I have raised disconnection request SR11080198534617 . It is closed and i have returned the wifi router as well but I am still getting daily calls to pay bill and re-enable the connection. KINDLY STOP CALLING ME AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.
