Ticket SR1026499704991 (Isro Layout , Bangalore) Internet is down since morning. The technicians called and told someone from next building vacated hence the junction box is down but no response yet. That's not our problem. Worst response & service. Fix ASAP @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet I am very much frustrated with customer service, it is very very lethargic and non responsive. The waiting time on phone number is extremely long, i don't understand why does ACT brag about its 24x7 service!!!

@ACTFibernet hey fraud isp taken money for plan change and now your customer care is saying that it wont happen until 30th june 2022 I have one doubt if we can upgrade to any plan in middle of the month then why can’t we downgrade? By the way i have requested on 1st june
