    @ACTFibernet the internet is down since morning and when I opened a ticket SR10181184558624 the eta to resolve is suddenly tomorrow evening? What kind of utter nonsense is this? How can working professionals do their job with this extremely unreliable network.Totally unacceptable

    @ACTFibernet @airtelindia didn't resolve this for more than 2 weeks. I didn't want to give away my airtel wifi as that's what I had in my hometown and I use their simcard but they didn't left any choice with such terrible service. (n/n)

    It's better to get a new service provider.... @ACTFibernet is use less, i had two connection with them despite that they were not able to shift my connection in over 2weeks... @JM_Scindia @DoT_India do something there are 1000s of complaints

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer care experience. Activating a high-end plan without the customer’s explicit consent is unacceptable. Charging consumers for services they never agreed to is nothing short of taking their money unfairly.

    It's been 30hours, @ACTFibernet has not resolved my Internet Issue. I bought a premium pack but being treated like a 3rd class Internet user.

    @ACTFibernet once again issue without my knowledge tickets which I raised has been closed how rubbish is this?Haven't seen such a network ever ?How can someone treat a customer like this? Still issue not solved eveymonth issue is been escalated.Will register a complaint legally

    @ACTFibernet No. You misunderstood the request. Team is supposed to install new dedicated router and GX line. That is not happening. How activation will solve that issue ? This is the reason why you need to call and understand . Please call my mobile.
