  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Act connection shifting not completed/denied, but i am been billed for shifting charges and updated account as shifting done.. Even no proper support from support team. Very pathetic service. Don't refer ACT to anyone. Instead go for Airtel or Jio.

  @ACTFibernet very poor service, did not expect you will be like this in hyderabad. Bangalore was much better. I am planning to switch to other service providers if this continue. But I paid and renewed my service by paying 10k 3 days ago, please return that as I cannot deal this

  @ACTFibernet I have been calling numerous times to resolve my issue but your teams are not responding at all. They visit my house and say will return but they do not. Why should I pay that big amount for renewal, I pay around 20k plus each year, do not expect this kind of service

  @ACTFibernet opened one more ticket is opened SR10155022316534 and not resolved ticket is closed. I have understand we are intersected only money not customer issue.For one issue opened 5 tickets SR10153012838946,SR10153290235110,101014386425,SR10154614873425 and not resolved.

  @ACTFibernet I don't know why you are closing the ticket without resolution. I have reopened the ticket for the 3rd time the ticket number is SR10255153708663. This is happening from past 2days. Pls do something and fix it.
