This is absolutely bullshit never never experienced from anywhere and i called yesterday @ACTFibernet Those people was installed in couple of hours i just simply paid my @reliancejio for waste of cost RS 3600 which is equal to 100 beggars money. Unworthy employees in @JioCare

@JioCare @ACTFibernet Appreciate the service you guys provide. Never had any internet issues for more than 3 days in the 2 years of service I had taken. I really regret moving to Jio fiber from ACT. Thinking to switch back to ACT seeing the poor service from JioFiber.

@ACTFibernet The above is the screenshot of the complaint i lodged about my internet not working to which your executive visiting the site in the evening at 5 stating the reason that the ladder was broken and hence it cannot be repaired. I mean it doesn't get more unprofessional than this
