    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC @actfibernetweb This is pathetic service. My account 102692405759 wrongly shows pending dues despite my full 6-month payment. I disconnected earlier only due to modem issues, and now I can’t reconnect. Even after repeated complaints, nothing has been done

    @ACTFibernet self has issues with the router and there was no proper feedback have asked to disconnect the connection & request for refund but your team is asking me to avail service until 30th of the month for disconnection please guide on how to use internet without the router

    @ACTFibernet How many days do I need to wait ? Another one month? Does the bill get reduced for the non usage of the internet till the issue is resolved? Going to disconnect the wifi from next month

    @ACTFibernet such a shame, have been trying for refund from weeks, still hadn’t received it. Customer support tram keeps rerouting the call and then cut at the end. Hours wasted following up 102659348373 - account number (deactivated, router is also given)

    @ACTFibernet Your local support guy is a consumate liar does not answer calls & treats customers like he is doing a favour. Call centre is lacklustre. Disconnect call in few secs & send message unable to contact. I am customer for decade + & treated this way. Have some shame.

You promised a fix by 9 PM today, but your support shuts down at 7 PM what kind of joke is this? I’ve tried calling the agent, no response. Support is useless. I’ve had ENOUGH of this nonsense.
