    @ACTFibernet No, it hasn't been resolved. Gotta ask, do you even know what the grievance is? The mobile app is pathetic. If you are using only bots to address customer grievances, atleast train them well!

    @ACTFibernet I've raised a shifting request on 14th June & my shifting date is 26th June. Till now I haven't heard from the shifting team about any details regarding this. I've called thrice to the customer care team but they are equally clueless. (SR10258092449774)

    @ACTFibernet ur service is disgusting. Spoke to customer care, sent mail to nodal officer, sent mail to appellate authority & all this in 2 days. No call, no mail and the issue remains unresolved. Paid for the whole year but internet deactivated since 2 days. Ridiculous 🤬

    SR10158496688922 is my complaint ticket number on @ACTFibernet regarding the bill issue which is remain unsolved since few days,This is unacceptable and I never expected such type of service from your side @ACTFibernet ,How you are supposed to be that irresponsible!
