  @ACTFibernet I hv given complaint on 3rd June, complaint cable hanging one side & other side hanging in EB line which happens to apartment line. Till now it's has solved the problem & I get only ur tentative time/ date change every 2days, nobody bothered to cal me for update.

  @ACTFibernet I didn't get any resolution, again same issue today. You guys ruined my life, I'm unable to book visa slots because of you guys. Why are playing with people life. Do you even know booking visa slot how important it is to people. It's hard to book using mobile data.

  @ACTFibernet Every time I had power cut and restored, my net stopped working. I never got permanent resolution. Yesterday I called asked for quick turn around because if which my visa slot booking got stuck. Today also sam issue you, unable to book visa slot. Account#101636600905

  @ACTFibernet every 2nd day I hv to cal the customer care & check there only sorry information.whenever I call the engineer they wil not pick my calls.customer care has informed complaint has been escalate to next level & they will getting in touch with me.
