@ACTFibernet Worst fibernet experience with ACT. After connection I have been raising request to fix the issue but not addressed and now when I want disconnection they are closing my request without any action. I just want this to be removed.

@ACTFibernet 7 days and still no resolution and no one even bothers to call and inform something. Time to say goodbye permanently finally. Guys, never take #ActFibernet in Hyderabad. They have the most pathetic customer service team. Shift to much cheaper and efficient #Airtel or #JioFiber

@ACTFibernet can you let me know why @DighvijayNews24 channel is taken out of my channel list without information? There are no pending dues frm my end. #worstCustomerService @TRAI Requesting your intervention. This is 2nd time the channel is getting blocked by service provider.
