    @ACTFibernet My internet connection is lost since 48 hours, and nobody has come to fix it. Everytime I called, they will postpone the time saying we'll call back. And I have already paid for 6 months!!

    @ACTFibernet When issue comes try to resolve soon and be proactive and make sure issue won't need to ask for call to check issue resolved or not for every 10 days on same responsible and make ground staff also responsible in their work

    @ACTFibernet I am still working from home, and I pay ₹1500 per month for my internet. Please fix this problem other wise I might have look out for alternate. I can’t pay ₹1500 and the recharge my phone with extra money and then work. Please fix this issue.

    @ACTFibernet Moved to Bombay to Bangalore recently and unfortunately ended up subscribing to a fiber connection from your company. Pathetic connection, pathetic service and extremely expensive vs market prices. You are making a commodity (internet connection) precious again

    @ACTFibernet 2 days without Internet. Customer care have escalated the issue and the local engineer will reach out to you. No one has reached out yet despite repeated calls How are we supposed to work when we don’t have Internet. Your team doesn’t care if I cancel my subscription
