    @ACTFibernet Ticket #SR10180772403854 has been pending since yesterday. I am working from home, and this issue is severely impacting my work. This is the 3rd internet outage in the last 4 days, and there has been no internet connectivity for the past 2 days. required help.

    @ACTFibernet How do we get in touch with support. It's been 2 weeks, tickets gets closed automatically. No one calls. Can we get support? Should I consider a service provider change?

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet What a service from you? My internet has been cutoff since yesterday and no resolution yet. Technicians doesn't call back and thry don't pick calls.

    @ACTFibernet i am facing internet downtime from yesterday 5:30 but still no one has came to look. I didn’t get any call as well. I checked with the customer support and they said technician will call in 30 min around 1 o clock today but still no call came. SR10380793235454

    @ACTFibernet If you’re giving 24hrs to resolve it then how do I work ? You add delayed fees if payment is delayed by a day now how you gonna compensate customer for no internet for 2 working days ?

    @ACTFibernet @daneshzaki @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket to shift my connection with TICKET ID SR11080671198304 this issue was declared to be resolved by 14 June 2026 but till now nothing has been done I am working without internet since a week my ACT account number is 110777865246 please resolve
