    @ACTFibernet Internet is down from evening 5pm in btm layout 2nd stage still not resolved thought it is working day but concern not taken seriously. Called customer care they are giving copy cat reply. why you ETA is 24 hours as it can be fixed in hour or two ,Poor SLA !!!

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Ticket no: SR10164906135314 complaint has given 2 days before still your team has not responded till now no one has follow up irresponsible management and team I never seen till know i called 8 to 10 times but no one followed up.

    @Airtel_Presence How to request for broadband disconnection? As it's not working since more than five days and no one at Airtel seems to care. Even your IVR does not have option to speak to a customer care representative. @ACTFibernet @HathwayBrdband what plans do you have?
