    Poor service from @ACTFibernet. After so many complaints , they say that connection should be given by the community team and they have transferred it to that department after 5 days, lot of miscommunication among them. Regret choosing @ACTFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet How long will you take to fix an internet issue. Internet not working for 24 hours. Please understand the criticality of the issue before losing your customers. Internet Reliability is more important than speed and cost. Worst CC. Provide frequent updates. fix fast

    @ACTFibernet the modem does not work properly the customer service guy who came is saying that I have to buy a new one. This is incomplete information given in the start . Extremely disappointed. Dnt take act services.
