    @ACTFibernet I have paid advance for the new connection and that is inclusive of installation charges and with router as per the plan suggested by the sales executive, now the technician is asking Rs.2000/- extra deposit for installation. Is this how you harras customer.

    @ACTFibernet Internet has been down since yesterday as somebody had disabled the junction box.Yesterday, the technician said he would fix in an hour’s time. He has not answered my call since then. The contact centre guy was rude and said it would take another 24 hours.

    @ACTFibernet @DisneyplusHSVIP I'm from Chennai facing the same issue .... Hotstar is working fine on my mobile network.... But it is loading on ACT fibernet ..... Even in my smart tv also when I connect ACT fibernet hotstar is not working..... Anyone thr to help

    @ACTFibernet don’t believe in them. We are facing the internet issue from 2 days and they are not responding to calls at all. Their team came yesterday to look at the issue but they didn’t rectify at all. They said they are going for lunch and after that they are not back to work

    @ACTFibernet I don't why you people are closing ticket without even resolving the issue, and I am having frequently disconnection for last 2 months no one has bothered to check the issue. And you people can't even provide the subscribe speed.
