  @ACTFibernet frauds who try to cheat you out of your money. They ask me to cancel a fully viable service saying they cannot provide service, won’t provide refund for the service, and now deactivate my account and ask me to pay in full for the month. Stay away! #servicesucks #fail

  @ACTFibernet I just spoke to your Customer Care requesting the plan change from NEXT month. I repeatedly told this change SHOULD NOT happen today. Within 5 minutes now my plan got downgraded at 1:35pm. Why is your team not listening to the customer? #fail

  @ACTFibernet Hi, tried raising a shifting request multiple times from app but it crashes at the last step everytime. Your customer care number ends abruptly after a recorded message that request needs to be raised through app only. How do you expect customer to raise a request?
