Raised a complaint with ACT Fibernet and still no technician visit or proper update—just “will be resolved soon” messages. In 2026, internet isn’t optional. This delay is unacceptable and affecting my work. @ACTFibernet

The way I’ve been treated after payment is unacceptable, and I genuinely regret choosing @ACTFibernet .week later, I still have no proper connection, no update, and no accountability. This is not how customer service should work.

Hence I have cancelled my plan effective 10-04-26 with act fibernet and will require the entire payment refunded as the plan

Sanjay (@SanjaySampath7) reported@ACTFibernet Broadband connection down since yesterday. After raising complaint I received SMS saying it would be fixed by 9 PM but it was not resolved. This morning I received another SMS extending the ETA to 1 PM. Really disappointed and no communication from the engineer.
