    @ACTFibernet we are waiting for installation from last 1 and half month. after payment your sales person stopped responding. 3weeks back raised request with ccare also but no use. How many times I need to follow up. One of the worst service.

    @ACTFibernet Below are the Service tickets that I have raised in the month of Feb 2021 alone: SR10251946129392, SR10252609631192, SR10252947003112. And I've no idea when the last ticket is going to get closed. Should I start thinking of alternatives to #WFH peacefully?

    @ACTFibernet the owners of the house where the box resides have switched off power and no one else is ok with fitting the box ,your technician left without providing any alternative solution. This is how customer service should be handled #badcustomerservice

    @ACTFibernet though they claim leading ISP factually they are not. For each of the problem they requires 24 hours of time , regardless of how much loss customer suffers.

    @ACTFibernet , service is becoming horrible. Recently 3 months back the wire got upgraded & then all our issues began. Internet disruption has become normal now. And in last one week, we already had Internet disruption 3 times. Location: New Sastry Nagar, Erragadda, Hyderabad

    @Airtel_Presence i need airtel fiber net, guys need to set up connection at my building @ACTFibernet just sucks and doesn't gibe true fiber net speed for the money they charge, @ACTFibernet sucks
