    @ACTFibernet one of the worst service Act broad band . Yesterday lost internet connection still one know resolved our quire.We have chosen bad service ,since work from home we adopted this service such pathetic people's don't have basic common sense Treat customer. Pathetic act

    @ACTFibernet I raised a complaint on Feb 1 regarding incorrect update of data usage and whenever I receive a call from your team they just say that they're forwarding the issue to backend team that's it , the backend team didn't contact me nor did they resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet The problem is not resolved yet, but duration of downtime has been increased from past 3 days, now another slot is added between 12-2pm. Great going @ACTFibernet with poor service. Switching would be a permanent solution for me

    @ACTFibernet U guys just do know how 2 take Money & not give service. UR so called Latest Tech WiFi router has a download speed of 10.11 mbps against D promised 75 mpbs. FYI,its just 9 feet away frm my laptop. UR CC is D pits. Complaint raised everyday but not 1 single call back.

    Highly disappointed once again.This is not done. I'm now fed up with this. 3 of my family members had to stop their work as internet is not working. It has been every month issue now. I feel like cancelling the subscription.plz resolve soon 😔 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD
