  Inspite of so many complaints logged and proven service was not working for many days refund issued for 3 days.. Are we at your mercy @ACTFibernet to accept refund for only 3 days.. Please process complete quarter payment as refund as it never worked.

  @ACTFibernet It's a work of only 5-10 mins. For this small work u guys are taking more then 8 days. If this issue won't get solve today. I vll remove all connections from that box and vll remove and throw that installation box in to garbage.

  @ACTFibernet, Pathetic service. It’s been 2 hours now since my internet stopped working. calls aren’t answered on customer service and you customer help on app won’t work. Wfh and students are suppose to wait for you to fix this while we keep paying 7-8k every 6 month?
