Nikhil Bisht 🇮🇳 (@NikilBisht) reported@ACTFibernet Hi Team, yes issue was resolved but it took around 18-20 hrs which is awfully a long time for restoration of IT services. Have been a customer for 5 yrs and this is by far the longest outage in our society. Hope this does not repeat.
