    @ACTFibernet Again internet issue, this is happening every month atleast once and and this is the 2nd time in this week. I am tired raising the complaints everytime. I need the refund of what I have paid I prefer moving to other service provider. Worst services from ACT.

    @ACTFibernet @tamilhollywood2 Agree. Very poor service. The technician doesn't even bother to revert on WhatsApp or call. Customers are made to feel like begger. Pathetic.......

    @ACTFibernet ACTFibernet's Lucknow team is a total failure! 😡 Internet goes down every 2 days. Ground staff is irresponsible, avoids calls, & refuses to provide senior contacts. I want an immediate refund & termination of my connection! #Lucknow #ConsumerCourt #BadService

    @ACTFibernet Issue resolved, prime lite activated and reached out amazon prime executive for "Device Limit reached" issue. So monthly twice customer can remove devices and prime executives once in a month. So if any one facing this issue dont signout the login fromdevice reach out to amazon.

    I got a new ACT connection today, but the service is extremely slow and poor. The application which they have downloaded is not working at all. I request immediate disconnection and refund of the amount paid. Please process this at the earliest and refund my money. @ACTFibernet
