    @ACTFibernet Too much fraudulent activity in ACT. Customer's are forced to not to close the connection. If I didn't get proper response, Ill have to reach out to Authority's. Ticket # SR10159138832264 This is unresolved. Reopened 3rd time.

    @ACTFibernet I had no issues with my internet connection for the past 1.5 months. I paid the bill for the period July 26 to October 25 yesterday and now the connection is not working. This is the third or fourth time that this has happened. Worst ISP in India.

    @ACTFibernet what a terrible service. It has been 4 days since the ACT Fibernet ticket no SR11059498856562 has been opened. Since during covid everyone is working from home we are faving an outage from last 4 days. How do we justify this to our clients ?
