@ACTFibernet ACT is yet to activate my router for new connection even after 10 days. Their Velachery Chennai team do not respond. Email response confirmed that they will act within 24 hrs 4 days back. So far no action. Horrible!!! SHAMEFUL!!!

@discountsdeck @ACTFibernet Brother, you better switch your isp.. @ACTFibernet has the most pathetic service and support! Even i faced issue for 2 weeks and the issue hasn’t resolved. So I switched my isp now I haven’t faced issue from the past 1.5 years after switching

@ACTFibernet My internet is not working from yesterday evening 4pm. I have raised a ticket but not yet resolved and still no one contacted me about this issue. As, we all are doing WFH its really affects alot. This is the second time this ACT network got done for a longer time.
