It a cable cut issue and it takes maximum 1 hour to fix this issue. But no person in this Bhimavaram town from @ACTFibernet to fix it. I need to wait till tomorrow afternoon for the person to come from Eluru?? Worst service from you guys again and you proved it!!!

Raised shifting request 30 days ago ticket hs closed without fixing the issue and trying to reach out multiple times but no technicians available.
