@ACTFibernet It has become a fashion for u to people to not provide service properly. Every time i call i get the same one liner answer 'connectivity issue sir'. If that is an issue why can't u guys fix it permanently? Why am i supposed to call four times in a month for these things?

@ACTFibernet I have asked for escalation matrix which ACT do not seems to have it. How come without escalation matrix u people are running a business? Everytime a standard reply of within 24 hrs issue will be resolved is the template answers given by customer care.

@ACTFibernet do you think PPL paying a huge amount monthly and this kind of service will be entertained. You guys take ur sweet time to resolve the issue without caring for your customers. To add on we are doing work from home whereas internet is not thr .

I am deeply sadden @ACTFibernet services.I spite of escalating the issue to nodal officer not action is taken.ACT broadband doesn't work when the power goes off.
