    @ACTFibernet I have been facing issues related to internet connection since last night but no one has come to check the issue even after raising the ticket. After calling the customer care they are giving an excuse that it will be resolved by tomorrow Is this is the service?

    @ACTFibernet I wanna downgrade to act starter plan 520rs per month. When I call customer care they are asking me ti pay 6months amount this is not fair. Do not show the plan in your Site if it's not available.

    @ACTFibernet I have been facing a lot of internet issues and I have been in touch with you guys 2-3 times a week to complaint about how pathetic your service is. I have been requesting for a junction box in my building. Now I don’t have internet. Ticket# SR10265169404214
