    @ACTFibernet Previously i felt Act service would be good. But now its the worst service. Taking hours of time to resolve the issue even when stated as emergency.

    @ACTFibernet There has been an network interruption since yesterday. Still the issue is not resolved yet. And this is not the first time. It happens very frequently. On an average in a month, i dont have internet for almost 7 -10 days.Whenever i raise a complaint it takes 24-48hr

    @ACTFibernet @sandeep62356316 Very bad service. I applied for new ACT connection also done online payment in advance. But none came for installaton even already i informed that was important. I also requested for refund.

    Yesterday internet was down due switch was down today again there is no connectivity expecting a quality service from the renowned ISP provider 9880610007 @ACTFibernet as we are working from home.

    What a pathetic service @ACTFibernet @consumerforum_ trying to relocate my connection with 1 km and its been 7 days since i have requested trying to contact your service center they have to only one response throughout the conversation "please give us 24 hours" .

    @ACTFibernet one of the worst customer support ever faced. My shifting request is taking more than 8 days with daily call to CC support. They cannot take customers for granted.. High time i need to switch.. #Pathetic

    The @ACTFibernet service is pathetic in my case. My internet is down from 3 days now. The only answer tbe customer service gives me is "24 hours". How many "24 hours" do you need to fix your own connection?
