    @ACTFibernet Its gonna be past a day and still ur services r not resumed nor the issue is solved.YOUR CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE MOHAMMED is refusing to connect senior saying that they don't have ONE!.I WOULD LIKE MY CHARGES TO BE WAIVED OFF FOR THE DAY.WILL ESCALATE IN CONSUMER COURT IF I AM CHARGED

    @HathwayBrdband WORST SERVICE!!!!! It’s been 6 days since installation done . Till no no internet . Called multiple times to customer care. No proper response they just create tickets. Refund my amount. Account # 1362163874. I should have opted @ACTFibernet or @JioFiberVoice

    @ACTFibernet Took ACT swift plan of 3 month & receiving 1/3 of the speed that was promised. On talking 2 the technical team, router that was given doesn't support the promised speed. Being forced 2 go for 6 month plan 4 better spd #falsepromise#scam @DoT_India @MIB_India
