    @JioCare had a pathetic experience on your toll free number. 3 calls in last 2 weeks and the issue is unresolved. After explaining your executive says connection to next level and the next level never picks up and call gets disconnected. Today after another similar experience wrote and email with all details. Hoping to see it gets resolved or have to part ways to @Airtel_Services or @ACTFibernet for your unethical practices and bad customer servcice.

    @ACTFibernet Your team called 2 times but FAILED to share the notification as well as customer consent. Thy say we sent for plan upgrade wen asked did customer received any proof ..no answer, is this how ACT work..then you say cust u drop email to X team if u want tht email..what is this

    @ACTFibernet You guys are dng nothing except extending the time. Your CSR says due to bad weather in Hyderabad we are facing downtime. How funny is this? Other service providers doesn’t have any issues. We hve been with Act since more than 5 years, may b its time for us to using your service.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @FiberAct It's been over a 9 days since I raised my shifitng request and 6 days as disconnection request (SR10281001985214), but there has been no resolution. Since my connection could not be shifted within the promised timeline, I had no option but to get a new internet connection. I cannot keep waiting because of the delay from your end. Please process my disconnection request immediately and close the ticket. Account No.: 102690825805

    @ACTFibernet I've already raised a support ticket. My work has come to a complete standstill because my router needs to be configured properly. Could you please assign a technician on priority? This is impacting my work, and I'd really appreciate an urgent resolution. Thank you.

    @ACTFibernet Update: I received a callback from the ACT Broadband billing team, and they have adjusted my bill by crediting the charges for the outage period. Thanks for the prompt action and for resolving the issue. @ACTFibernet
