    @ACTFibernet I paid 2.8K for 3months of ur wifi yesterday. 2day, I don't have wifi at home. I understand issues occur, but I can't even complain in app. I need to use twitter 2 raise my complaint. Please restore the wifi and improve ur CRM seriously. Wifi Account no 101721566447

    Hi @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore Am facing issue with the ACT internet at my home. The internet not working (internet LED goes OFF) whenever the power failure occurs. Your technical team keeps changing the backup battery (5 times), but still the problem is there.kindly resolve it

    @ACTFibernet i've been following up on this Complaint No: #SR10276509724354 but no concrete result or response. No call from technician. Office work hampered a lot from past 35hrs.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic customer service. Had asked for a new broadband connection this morning location - Chennai and paid the full amount as insisted by the personnel. The person who spoke to us this morning isn’t answering calls and customer care numbers are on indefinite wait.

    @ACTFibernet Without visiting the site technincian has given his own statement stating in spr not possible to get coverage in 4 bhk then why service request number was provided when he don't want to visit the site and explain. He himself has given his statement and has told sales person

    @ACTFibernet SR11076506168444 Please look into the issue. Internet has been down since yesterday and it's taken 1.5 days without resolution. The issue keeps coming again after every 10 days. This is a painful experience. Not able to each the engineer or customer care person.
