@ACTFibernet We know the situation. But, you cannot keep customer in uncertainty for a long period of time. You must have an idea when you can restore, Same should be communicated to customers.

@ACTFibernet so eager to disconnect services on delay of payment but so unconcerned and not bothered about the transparency towards customers on when you plan to restore the internet. Would you compensate for the customer's loss taken on by this?

@ACTFibernet Thank you for your response. However, I’ve decided to discontinue my ACT connection at the end of this month. This decision comes after experiencing repeated issues, delayed resolutions, and the most disappointing customer service I’ve ever encountered.

3 days now and @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet still hasn’t resolved my issue. No customer care number, just forcing us to use that useless app. “Connect with Engineer” = pick & cut the call. No refund, no service, only taking money. What kind of nonsense is this? #ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet in Chennai is a disaster. I raised a ticket to shift my connection. Previous tenant already used ACT, so it should’ve been simple. A lady calls, says an extension box is “optional.” Next thing I know, ticket is auto-closed as feasibility issue. No follow-up, nothing.
