    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.     @ACTFibernet It's been almost 2hrs internet is not working in our area Opp Bapu Ghat Langerhouz.Request you to kindly look into it at the earliest.I've raised a ticket but still the internet service has not been restored yet. No one has called us from ACT authorities yet.

    It would really be helpful if @ACTFibernet can implement ways to select the location of new connection on the website and feasibility is known immediately rather than having your CC Exec call back to take the link and or the customer calling back to find the feasibility
