    @ACTFibernet Everyone is currently pointing to the backend team. However, the person who contacted me about this doesn't have the power to fix it. If she can't resolve the issue, I'm unclear why she was assigned to handle it. Please connect me with someone who can take action.

    Yet another issue. WiFi stays in red whenever there is a power cut and when it comes back. Manually have to remove the power cables from both the routers and reconnect them to fix it. Terrible experience yet again. Can you fix anything?? @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet

    @Airtel_Presence - Such a **** service provider you are in #nashik neither your Internet is working on postpaid nor WiFi Shame on you for such service @ACTFibernet is better service provider than you unfortunately they don’t provide service here

    I lost the patience here. Such a pathetic customer service by @ACTFibernet . I lodged the complaint at 7:40 AM in the mrng and it's still WIP😑. Without any status of what is happening in the backend. It's not for the first time. But for the Nth time #Poorcustomerservice
