    It’s been 10 days without internet in Hyderabad and ACT Fibernet has still not restored the service. No proper updates, no communication, nothing at all. We’ve registered a complaint (Ticket ID:SR10176707393914) but there has been no response.. #ACTFibernet #InternetOutage

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet ridiculous network service from your end. I have to restart my router more than I use this Internet. Seriously considering getting rid of them. Even after the service guy informed me that the issues is resolved I’m facing network issues.

    Worst Very Poor Service It's been 14 days with No Internet Neither Technical Team or Customer Care Team is calling and updating just giving fake ETR that too @ACTFibernet is not on field to work they haven't got any permission while Broadband are giving service to subscribes

    It has been 5 days since internet has been affected and the only way in which we can connect with @ACTFibernet is through a chatbot. There is no way we can escalate the issue and the link to call the engineer is consistently engaged!
