@ACTFibernet, never seen such poor internet service in my life. Internet just goes away anytime of the day even after paying such hefty amount every month this is the kind of service I get in return.

@ACTFibernet I had contacted support for planning downgrade option few days back and a person Monisha had spoken to me and she said she ll get back to me on this but still now no call back and update on the same. Really frustrating with ACT fibernet. Planning to move to Hathway.
