    @ACTFibernet Still not resolved yet, there is a clear disconnect between your field techs add customer service reps. Over Rs.2500 of wrongly charged fees is yet to be refunded after almost 2 weeks

    @ACTFibernet You are not refunding my advance payment after service disconnection. I raised 2 Tickets for it, both closed without resolution : SR10766163617595,SR10765590085337. No call back, no explanation. 3 months and waiting! ACT, please act on this!

    @ACTFibernet, Facing internet issue since yesterday and the issue is still not fixed. Customer care service personnel doesn't tell the resolution time and hang the call. When will I get the connection back
