@ACTFibernet Tried reaching ACT people for account activation multiple times with unsuccessful attempts . Sent email with BALA Malladi in loop. Still no waiver for poor service. But the team was prompt in disconnecting service for 8 year loyal customer

@ACTFibernet ruthless behavior from employee who was working near my apartment. The cable was calling down in the street and it was invisible when I was riding bike with my son and it would have stuck on my neck and he was saying nothing happened right and just go.

@ACTFibernet hello team.. it has been 2 days that we do not have internet services in our area.. tried reaching customer care to check on the issue, no onez picking.. raised a ticket, however the resolution time is being pushed on.. during these wfh times it's being difficult!!

@ACTFibernet @Balamalladi13 You should have automated system to waive money on those days the service was poor/not provided like how there is an automated system to suspend and disconnect whiteout listening to 8 year loyal customer . You may reduce future churn!
