    @ACTFibernet Complaint no. SR10158276939982 raised on 18/06/21@1000AM reg internet not working. Till now it is not resolved. Why such inordinate delay? Pl rectify early. Also advise action taken

    @ACTFibernet @sainavateja No hopes on your service's, One of your field executive suggested me to change the wifi router coz i am facing Connectivity and peers problem's and i bought a new router worth 1200rs but still the same problem is existing.

    @ACTFibernet Too poor service, I never seen this type of service, I have raised multiple complaint but without resolution and my knowledge they closed the ticket. The customer agents are talking like we are the servent of their they don't know how to behave with a customer.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down in 3rd Main, Koramangala 1st block. The service has been really bad lately. But now stopped working. Please fix it fast. Working from home. And why does the Support option in your App ask for camera access?
