@ACTFibernet 2nd failure in 35 days . Internet connection dropped again . When asked customer service says 24 hours resolution . No proper direction on what is the problem . So tired. Will definitely not renew after 5 months . Stop marketing about seamless WFH - UNFIT

@ACTFibernet OMG! @ACTFibernet seems to be fooling all users with 6m & 12m packages. Once they get the money they forget who we are. I don't want your service man, process the refund & I will get a better service elsewhere. What you are doing will take you down with strong competition around.

@ACTFibernet Hi. My ACT id is 117466034889 . I paid for your 6months fibernet serices. But I am fade up with chasing your technical (Rude) team of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I want my money back. First month Internet was good. But from 2nd month, every 5 minutes it goes off.

@ACTFibernet Horrible customer service in Hyderabad. I have no idea why my small request of name change on Bill is taking two week. I've had similar issues as well before, will have to start looking at other ISPs for a new connection.

@ACTFibernet I did not ever believe that you can also fleece customers its very sad, you increase the SPEED of customer from 100 to 200mps and when i complain of speed they ask to to BUY a router worth 1600 @ 3000 whats going on

Dear @Airtel_Presence you people are charging in the name of safe custody, even if someone is not using your service. Better to shift my connection to @ACTFibernet or @reliancejio they don't have any such policies or wave of the charge.
