    @ACTFibernet my network is down and I realised whenever internet is down the app fails and is not allowing to raise ticket... why should I use the app? App works fine while making payment..no issues during payment. Userid 102738414831

    @ACTFibernet there has been continuous problem in our network for every week am keep on calling the actcare everytime they issue will be solved but there is regular problem 😑😑😑😑

    @ACTFibernet - I have been using ACT for 10 years and now the service has become very pathetic. Intermittent connection, drops out frequently. We are working from home and require uninterrupted service. The service is really bad at huda colony, chandanagar.
