    @ACTFibernet Internet has been down since 15 Jul. Ticket - SR10281184908864 has had its ETA extended twice. Red LOS on modem. No callback from the assigned engineer despite requesting one in the app. Please restore the connection urgently.

    These guys do these kind of things all the time, it's better to shift to a different ISP... @ACTFibernet offers the most pathetic service in south india right now

    @ACTFibernet Have DM'd you the details. Today is 15 July, half a month gone, still no progress on my issue resolution. And no one from ACT cares to call and resolve a small issue like this. @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues

    It's better to get a new service provider.... @ACTFibernet is use less, i had two connection with them despite that they were not able to shift my connection in over 2weeks... @JM_Scindia @DoT_India do something there are 1000s of complaints
