    @ACTFibernet @bada_paww @ACTFibernet Worst internet service provider ever. The customer service is the worst. I've requested installation for an internet connection a month ago. They took my money and to this day they didn't complete my request. They even refuse to cancel/ refund the money.

    @ysak26 @ACTFibernet Try calling customer care. It will be more fun. I'm thoroughly into that. They are happy to get new account, instead of shifting a connection. Refund will take ages. Enjoy the game.

    @ACTFibernet extremely poor service. From last 3 days, WiFi is down but Company is just giving false assurances but still net not working. Repenting to get it installed. I call upon the Co. to reimburse my amount if they are not able to rectify the problem. Extremely disappointed

    @ACTFibernet It has been 4days for a new connection (107604867347) and no one contacted me. Paid for 6 months plan. Now I need my money back. Pathetic customer service.

    @ACTFibernet Hats-off to your brave field technician team and not so helpful customer service. What a pity? It seems like getting a new connection is faster that getting a refund or shifting a connection same city. New account is better than old. @airtelindia
