@ACTFibernet has pathetic service. My wifi has been down for past 30hrs and it is not fixed yet. After calling multiple times also no action is being taken from their side. How are you going to justify this @ACTFibernet,this is not a one time thing. This happens 3-4 times a month

‘ACT Fibernet’ The most horrible network provider ever…. The most awful customer service…. I am trying to deal with an issue i.e. billing discount for the past 2.5 months and all that is happening is suspension and reconnection of my service time and again…. @ACTFibernet

Hi @ACTFibernet, your network is very horrible and support is literally more worse. I have been facing network flactuations post 6pm everyday since a week, have raised multiple ticket but without resolution tickets are getting closed. current #SR10165700676334. @airtelindia

@ACTFibernet The worst service ever. The Internet is down at least 1 day in a week and this issue is from last 6 months. Tickets have been raised every week still the situation is same. Please understand we work from home and this impacts us big time. Time to switch the network
