  @ACTFibernet service is down almost every weekend. The service team is very creative in storytelling and gives innovative reasons every time. This is annoying as we could not use OTT and internet in our TV and PC. This is happening in Peenya, Bangalore.

  @ACTFibernet is loosing quality of service day by day. Now it is at breakeven for me. I just want to subscribe to other service providers like @JioFiberVoice, @airtelindia where customer is valued.

  96 hours of negligence by @ACTFibernet, my internet has been unstable with 50% packet loss, making it nearly impossible for me to function as a streamer or even as a regular user. I have had to disrupt my streaming schedule because of this. Multiple calls to their tech 1/2

  Support team and infinite number of complaints through app. The customer service experience is horrendous and absolutely unacceptable, I want all of you to tag @ACTFibernet below this tweet for them to read all of this. 4 days of absolute chaos.

  @ACTFibernet @Krishna87198485 Same here. Absolutely no complaints. Notifications send beforehand if there would be an interruption. And complaint booked for slow speed will be closed in lesser than 24 hours.

  @ACTFibernet I am voicing out the concern here as the email and customer care responses clearly evade the point of forced payment made earlier and repeatedly claim the policy liners on non refunds for monthly subscriptions
