Poor & unprofessional service by @ACTFibernet Chennai.I've filed the same complaint thrice & every time service engineer calls & says "I've closed the complain ticket today,but I'll fix it in 2 days. Pls don't reopen". And he never shows up to fix the issue!

@ACTFibernet You have increased speed but haven’t thought of replacing the routers to match that. Today when every other ISP providing compatible routers you cannot expect customer to buy new routers. Fix this asap else I am switching to Jio or Airtel. #poorservice #broadband

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet is there any resolution to this? Since nobody has contacted !! What's the point of having a 3month plan of 75mbps with free router(which supports just 50mbps speed) How is that fair to the customer
