@ACTFibernet, No internet connection Ticket No:SR10163542407194, what is the status...do we get connection today. After lot of escalation, ACT was able to give me one month uninteruppted connectivity from Oct 5th to till date. Wah... what a great service in Hyderabad...Excellent

Hi @ACTFibernet My brother had raised a ticket regarding connectivity within 2 days after getting a new connection (SR10363434488824) . The issue has not been resolved till date. We have been calling the customer care everyday since 09/11/2021. There has been no proper response
