    @ACTFibernet Still waiting. Today is the last day of before my connection is disconnected. I have no problem in switching to jio if you are not interested. Rare imstance when a customer want to stick to a particular internet provider but company is not interested. Lol

    Dear Friends, I don’t know how wants to hear this and who is gonna benefit from it, but if you options, which you will for sure, then please do not opt for @ACTFibernet as your WiFi service provider. 20 days passed No Refund yet. @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet pathetic internet service which gets interrupted every now and then ....asking engineers to visit the compound ..no one does that .. very bad service ..thinking of moving to Jio Worst service ever

    @ACTFibernet I have reopened the ticket. Hope commonsense prevails. All I am asking is sending me in writing on whatever is being told on phone, if they can't address it. If they are not willing to write down whatever they are saying,it means they are not truthful.
