  @ACTFibernet Today I got a call from ACT customer care they denied to provide the special discount of 100 rs per month for power supply which is taken from our house, kindly take power from somewhere else if you don't want to provide discount.

  Don't choose @ACTFibernet for internet connection. In a month, atleast 5-7 major internet shutdowns happen. But still they don't care to fix it permanently. And one of the very rude and arrogant customer care, ever seen. WFH affected due to their negligence.

  Dear #actfibernet I have taken 6 months plan . The monthly invoice is a web page . Can you guys please share the same in PDF . Your customer care people not helping at all and closing all the tickets from level 1 itself . PDF is the normal format for every bill or invoice .

  @ACTFibernet How many years will you people take to solve my issue. DayBeforeYesterday, Your people told that they will solve in 24 hours, Yesterday also same story, I didn’t even get a call or response till now and you people don’t have minimum dare atleast like the local Internet providers
