    @ACTFibernet Complaint number : SR10259681722969 It has been more than 48 hours issue is still not resolved. Even after multiple follow ups we are not getting proper information about the issue and when it will be resolved. Kindly look into this.

    How ISP service can go from Good to Worst should be asked from #actfibernet people. Frustrated with the pathetic performance from the past 2 months. #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Worst Customer care services, even Billing department too. they don't get any resolution instant & taking time at the name of process. And without any prior notification and before time disconnected the internet service.

    **** @ACTFibernet. Three weekends in a row. Three complaints. But, bill has to be paid on time. Get your bloody **** together! Whenever we call, the usual answer is, "Line got cut". Find a better solution!

    @ACTFibernet They put extra bill amount and asking me to pay the bill. Now they suspended my account. I have no way of contacting customer care also. Two times complaint raised and 4 times talked with support team. worst service ever.
