We are facing lot of issues with ACT FIBERNET.. alternate days we will not be having internet and it has one of the worst customer supports. They are changing for 200 mbps speed and giving only 50 mbps. @ACTFibernet @DoT_India @consumercourtin

@ACTFibernet what the **** with this network last 11 days i have got call will be installing LAN to My house till the day there were no installtion done .....NO RESPONSE FROM Sales Man ,Team lead,Managaer #Kondapur,hyderabad Office If they are not intrest to Work kindly (1/2).

@ACTFibernet Dear Team I haven't received any response or call back from your end and 2dy i again called UR Cust ser for disconnection request then they initiated the disconnection request such a pathetic service from Feb1st i was not using ur internet service & i need the refund for the same

What's with the shoddy connectivity @ACTFibernet ? No internet for nearly 20 hours and no signs of seeing it any time soon. No update on complaint. Would you care to commit to when it will be restored?
