    @ACTFibernet, I paid for a new connection 3 days ago after your team promised installation within 2–3 hours. Since then, I've called customer care every day. Every time, I'm told an engineer will visit "today" yet no one has shown up. #CustomerService #ACTFibernet

    Hi @ACTFibernet it's been more than 24hrs that I have raised a ticket regarding connection issue no one from the technical department nor the customer service representative has reached to me in the ticket it said it will be resolved by 8:30pm yesterday it has not be resolved yet

    @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues @FiberAct I booked for new connection last friday, i was promised installation within 24 hrs but as of now installation is not done, payment etc everything is done, i was expecting better service from ACT. Can you expedite the process

    @ACTFibernet internet is down since yesterday morning. Raised ticket yesterday, updated its resolved. But it didnt resolve. Now raised again SR10881027205844, ETR is tomorrow 7pm. So i need to bear 3 days without connection?!
