    Hi @ACTFibernet Complaint ID SR10263888700864 Internet is down in our area from morning. Worst part is, we haven't got any resolution for the issue so far. Customer care and local staffs doesn't even care. ACT, Are you just a money sucking machine? Or you care your customers?

    @ACTFibernet apart from not calling or even getting in touch. I got in touch today he was rude and unprofessional,when asked why he is being rude and unprofessional he started abusing me. Is this how your representative behaves or even approved a a client.#unprofessionalattitude

    @ACTFibernet They are saying the tentative date is tomorrow to check? We feel its better to get a local broadband operator connection since they fix the issue much faster and proper response is provided. Till now no one has reached from ACT?

    @ACTFibernet I want you to resolve this issue ASAP. I can't pay the current bill of your internet box which I am not using and I don't want your service anymore.

    It seems small brands like @ACTFibernet have no aspirations at all. I would suggest anyone to not go with ACT and go with only @reliancejio or @airtelindia because these brands, even for their own profit, they are working for the customers and are improving their service.

    Ticket number SR11063887719286 was raised on 7 Jan, still not resolved. Customer care is giving due date of 17th Jan for some silly permission issue. For 11 days you want me to go for no service mode. Is it a joke? Can you escalate and get this fixed asap? @ACTFibernet
