    @ACTFibernet A/c No 102632597577. Again facing connectivity issue raised complaint but Still no resulution. My money is getting wasted per month. It's was my big mistake that I have chosen act fibernet

    @ACTFibernet there's no internet at my place since past 24 hours. Raised a ticket but no one is addressing this (didn't receive a single call). BIG ZERO in customer service. Ticket SR11164665410334 Will switch to a different ISP if this issue isn't resolved by tonight.

    @ACTFibernet what is wrong with ACT! Everytime I call because of wifi issue, I’m told that there is a problem with the junction box ! Sick and tried or calling over and over again. Pathetic! Wfh has become really difficult courtesy to @ACTFibernet!

    @ACTFibernet you’re a bunch of liars and cheats. I have had outage for 2 days. Your technician calls me at 9 PM at tells me that it will take one more day and then you send me message saying ticket is closed!!!
