    @ACTFibernet It was a huge inconvenience, there was an empty port in the building right next to mine. No one checked that and it caused an outage for a week and your employee raised a disconnection request himself without my consent saying you will not be able to provide service anymore.

    @ACTFibernet I just got a call from the service engineer and he told he is going to work on it. The complaint was raised yesterday by 8.52am and till today morning no one was even assigned to work. What kind of service is this. All wrong status given yesterday, isn't cheating the customer??

    @ACTFibernet Please check DM I am very disturbed by this issue I have spent money for 3 months plan that's why I am not willing to go this easy I need the wifi service for my work check ur DM and please resolve by today itself local team is not helping at all.
