Worst feedback I am sharing to Omkar for his work/attention/attitude. Is really no one ready to take the call during this 40 mins? Or didn't transfer it?

    @ACTFibernet on call with customer care team & saying @ACTFibernet has discontinued Netflix from value added services. If so, why don't share the same information a week back when I raised the issue? No one is ready to solve the issue but suspension/payment follow ups are at most priority.

    @ACTFibernet Omkar (executive name) he really doesn't have any patience to address the issue. asked him to transfer the call to next level.. keeping me on hold more than 18 mins(still waiting) not to transfer the call billing team/next level @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD
