@ACTFibernet worst first experience with act fibernet bought a 3 month silver plan from their dedicated salesman but they show you have to pay 500rs although we already pay the full Amount told by the salesperson and now our Account suspended in just 10 days

@ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Pathetic. Please stay away from ACT , Jio is better. After my shifting request, new plan was opted and I paid 7 months amount and guess what I got, disconnection ! Because their worst app don't get reflect with payment. Just stay away- they promise , but don't deliver in reality

@ACTFibernet Any update? Someone from the escalation team called me and said will provide the update in an hour. More than 2 hours now no update. Too disappointing to have such service

@ACTFibernet What a fabulous job team, even after making payments much before time , my account is suspended and your agents are asking me to wait another 48 hours.I have already wasted my entire morning trying to get in touch with your service representative.

@ACTFibernet Hi Team, support function on your app is having issues w.r.t resolution. As per billing I am supposed to pay Rs 842 monthly app shows outstanding as 942 raised complaint still no one contacted or resolved the query.
