Worst service by @ACTFibernet my internet was not working from morning , have raised ticket regarding the same , and it's been 10+ hours still the issue not resolved, and there is no communication regarding the issue . Dint expected this kind of service from act.

Now my @ACTFibernet does not work itself; first slow speed and when a complaint is raised they stop the services itself; will bring in #Jio to the building and then @ACTFibernet will realise

@ACTFibernet There is no proper way of communication while customer facing an issue no resolution is taken for me this is worst. I lost 2 days salary as lop. Now also simply saying, it will resolve with in unknown estimate.

@ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 18th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???
