Have been an ACT Fibernet customer for more than 6 yrs… Was on a 6M +1M prepaid plan.. moved my house and ACT confirmed that connection is not feasible. Four more months of service remaining, but ACT is refusing to refund the balance amount… @ACTFibernet - poor customer service

@ACTFibernet Hi Team, Today there is no internet since 2pm, Bangalore Electronic City. CCE is telling engineer has attended other customer on priority basis so tomorrow he will come to my place. Its not at all acceptable. Phone number-7676628183
@ACTFibernet You are providing 75mbps connection but expect customer to get their own router which is ridiculous when @reliancejio & @airtelindia is providing router with broadband package. I want a connection that will be there but only thing I will have to worry is payment for subscription
@ACTFibernet The issue has not resolved. It is very much there and case has been resolved after assurance from local technician that he will assist immediately whenever I face issue. I don’t think you can call this a resolution.
