@ACTFibernet I hve raised 3 complaints since May 6 about refund because there was false Claim made by ACT to provide me the mnthly bill when they asked me to pay for 3 mts agreed upon which they turned done the condition & I hve disconnected immediately nw Refund Issue since then

@ACTFibernet Let me know if you want more than one month time to fix the issue. It has been more than one month and you failed to fix the issue. While calling ur engineers,they are suggesting to use laptop with LAN cable for one to two days than only we can help you..

@ACTFibernet the best broadband in Bangalore(so called). We have act internet from last 2 years and it was going smoothly, then WFH comes into the picture and ACT started plying a villain role. We lost connection(for whole day) 3 to 5 times in every month. Very poor service.

@ACTFibernet And when disconnected they are just raising complaint tickets daily but without any solution for the refund. When you cannot hold your promise don't offer them. I need an urgent solution for this refund

Had the #worstexperience with @ACTFibernet . On requesting for cancellation your #CustomerService provider tells me that I have to return the router or pay Rs. 200 to keep it. During Lockdown. Why do you bully your customer into keeping your subscription?!
