    @ACT @ACTFibernet @Activision your broadband service is down in Bangalore near Bhagmane Tech park for an entire day, and still no ETA or root cause. Aren't you worried about your poor customers even a little bit?

    @ACTFibernet ACT provided ETR for 4 hours after raising complaint.. after that they extended ETR for more than 24 hrs.. Not acceptable when we are talking about digital India..

    @ACTFibernet i have placed a request to disconnect the connection, on 10 oct, still there is no proper response, and today the customer service is so rude and telling that the balance won't be transferred to other account also 101645957113

    @ACTFibernet I called up customer care and they promised the issue will be resolved within the 1st hour today(Sun Oct 16th), Nobody has attended the issue, what the hell is going wrong??

    @ACTFibernet on fine satday and sundays ur internet doesnt work and there is no fixing after raising a ticket , no one lifts the call. Is this Your customer service?. This is what you are charging for ?. You charge 4130 rupess as a package @jagograhakjago
