    @ACTFibernet Hey ACT. Hope you're doing well. I'm definitely not happy. I've been a loyal customer for years and every time I face an issue. Local team is either VERY RUDE or become AWOL. Is this an indication for us to migrate to other service providers?

    @ACTFibernet very bad service from act fibernet. And sales person committed for new connection and provide new router and all the things. But they installed all used router and all things. I complain many time but no one take action. If u not do anything then I will disconnected

    Pathetic service of @ACTFibernet Bangalore. Already taken the amount for 3 months in advance and didn't come for installation even after 3 days. All fake claims about the best service provider.

    @ACTFibernet Extremely disappointed with your service technicians' response. I have had trouble with my internet connection for one week, and no one has taken a look. Have paid upfront for 6 months. Request you to cancel the connection permanently and issue me a full refund

    @ACTFibernet what a shame, you people pretend to be the fastest ISP and making customers suffer with your pathetic service. I have been contacting you people for the past 45 days to resolve the billing issue, the customer care agents are hanging up the call abruptly.

    @ACTFibernet Few minutes back had discussion with act executive and agreed on disconnection and full refund of payment, this is the lean experience provided to customer even when the fault was from sales end, I will never recommend any one and will go to consumer court also.
