    @ACTFibernet Yes, I should clarify that it wasn't the issue from ACT internet instead there was Jio network cable installation work in the apartment and their work tripped the common MCB being used at all 3 occasions i had mentioned earlier.

    @ACTFibernet For past 2 days, 13th & 14th Aug, the download shows 285 GB & 433 GB respectively. I think I have been hacked or there is some issue on your end. Need it fixed ASAP as I am working from home and need atleast 80 mbps of download speed. Account Number: 102015519006

    @prashan84835093 @ACTFibernet Switch to other ISP already. The service standards have gone down severely. They don't care if you die or your house is on fire due to their faulty equipment. Read their Terms and Condition, it says so.

    @ACTFibernet Respected sir There is a very bad quality of Net service in Zeba bagh area of Asif Nagar , Hyderabad Please rectify the problem immediately. Otherwise we will be forced to move to some other service provider Land Mark: Near Ahmed Function Palace and Ahmed Cafe

    @ACTFibernet Firstly why do you need our location. Don’t say you need to make user experience better because you don’t need to know our location for that. First try to fix bugs in your app later on you can provide internet.

    @ACTFibernet I must say, there was a quick call back after our conversation here. The connectivity was restored on 11th aug, but stopped working after few hours. After half a day of outage on 11th, it got restored again.

    @ACTFibernet heights of cheating by your sales person. He promised me 300 mbps speed and sold me higher plan. He knew the society has limitations and 300 mbps cannot be achieved. He is now saying it is society problem and no refund is possible now. You will be out of business
