@ACTFibernet Also it’s already 6 Pm now to be precise 5:53 PM and no one has bothered to connect with me to get out taken care. Same issue happened hardy a week back and it was also not taken care on time and was escalated. This time I don’t need any excuses else I m going to consumer court

@ACTFibernet Despite of payment already done my connection is disconnected today. Trying to connect officials and get it resolved since morning but nothing has been done by ACT team till now. This is very bad. Kindly get it resolved and start services immediately.

@ACTFibernet Repeated issues in internet connection. No one responds. It's really a worst Internet service provider to deal with. I strongly suggest not to take any connection from ACT.

@ACTFibernet your Internet service has gone from bad to worse over last few months. It has worked for only 3-4 days in the last two weeks & as per the message received today, the current outage is going to last till 3rd July !! Do you think this would be acceptable to anyone?
