@ACTFibernet I have given enough opportunities to fix the slow speed issue but all I hear is bad words from ACT field team. Even the ACT Technical manager named Balamurugan is behaving unprofessionally with the customer.

@ACTFibernet hello team.. it has been 2 days that we do not have internet services in our area.. tried reaching customer care to check on the issue, no onez picking.. raised a ticket, however the resolution time is being pushed on.. during these wfh times it's being difficult!!

@ACTFibernet Is the worst service provider ...I have been using this service from past 1.5yrs every alternate days it won't work , after escalation they come and fix it. I get speed of 10-50kb/p but I'm paying for 100mbps .
