    They promise to give the better network but it has nothing to do with the reality on the ground, I agree that technology and machine may malfunction. But its quick resolution that makes you a good service provider but not in the case of ACT fiber net. 1/2 @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Again i have a issue with you. I am surprised to see that i have opted for 590/- rs package with act fiber net but you have generated a bill amount of 915/- rs please resolve my issue issue ASAP

    @ACTFibernet My Internet is down form 3 hours at Panathur Area, Munni Reddy Layout. How many times will need to raise complaint. I have paid for this pathetic service fix it ASAP. SR10265102004524.

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 @ACTFibernet useless service, I tried contacting you guys couple of times and issue isn't resolved for the wrong bill generated, everytime you close the ticket without resolving it, why there's no customer support available? I want to disconnect your service

    @ACTFibernet From yesterday till today inspite of these many calls, mails, tickets I didn’t get single call nor message regarding my issue from act team and in return I got a message that it is taking longer than usual time so expect the solution in 2,3 days. this is how act team is working👏🏻

    @ACTFibernet : Last week got a ACT fibernet connection. They charged Rs.200 for installation even for 6 month plan. My Account no:103650425795 Internet is not working from morning. If I call toll number for the second time they won't pick my call. Very worst customer services.

    @ACTFibernet What do you mean by priority?? 7days after making the payment and still counting?? Simply don’t send the replies with out checking the case history please. Nobody is caring from your side to resolve the issues instead extending. @ACTFibernetHYD #fakepromices
