@ACTFibernet This is pathetic service. Connection wasn't provided and till date I am repeatedly asking for refund, even after multiple calls still you are playing with ping pong games with service ticket. You will not like me going to appellate authority. Refund my money ASAP

@ACTFibernet Frustrated with ACT Fibernet for past 9 months. Frequent disconnect and service is poor. My BB is down from 15 May 22 and still no one from ACT has taken action though raised the request the same day. I have raised req for cancellation of my subscription as well.
