    @DoT_India - The only action @ACTFibernet and his engineers have taken is closed the incident ticket without any call or resolution. Simply closed. @ACTFibernet - Please ask ur engineer to collect your garbage (router and cables) after u refund me for all days I had no internet.

    @ACTFibernet so this is how ACT treats it's customer. I asked for a network installation on 16 July and made the full payment. They said they can't and then asked to refund. They had they had processed it on 20th. It's been more than 10 working days, I still haven't received it

    @ACTFibernet Unless a revised invoice is received no payment will be made. In fact I shall be happy if you could make alternate arrangements for power to enable me switch to another service provider.
