Hello @ACTFibernet, the internet is down starting at 11am. Complaint no SR10166839071044. Almost 5 hours have passed. Stil no advancement. Why has the problem's resolution taken so long? Or wasting the time of ur customers? Who will pay me for my work n lost time?

Was told @ACTFibernet is a good service in BLR but the connection and customer care has been impossible. I lose my connection minimum once a day and the app keeps saying “we will get back to you” and never gets back.

@ACTFibernet Yes, it was resolved after 18 hours. Issue was power failure ( MCB trip) at your equipment. Resolution as definitely not fast as expected.

@ACTFibernet Customer id 108361326914 in name of Vyjayanthi JP. Broadband internet is not working. I am working frm home. I gave complaint in morning. Still now no internet. I will b losing my pay. Pls resolve the issue ASAP. U wil lose customers if u continue with such service

@coolnixy @ACTFibernet They don't receive our calls if we have an issue. But they call us 100 times for payment/new connection. This is not a good #behaviour to pick up in the #market. #avoidactfibernet
