    @ACTFibernet SR10279256268044 – Raised a shift connection request with ETA Mar 4 but got zerosupport.Reached out multiple times only to face rude,impatient responses. One rep even suggested I disconnect instead of resolving it. Easily the worst customer service I’ve experienced.

    @ACTFibernet Really you ppl have super responsibility towards restoring services. You do have fiber cut @ Patancheru,HYD and I have raised ticket for it since 11:00 am and post that you given timeline till 10 pm today but still waiting to see it.not restored yet. What a service.
