    @ACTFibernet That's not the feedback which is right and fair. I've incurred a loss in business due to my unavailability at work. You should compensate me with 1 and a half day as i could work during the outage. Until then, don't act smart and portray that issue is resolved. Bcoz it repeats

    @ACTFibernet its been more than a month yet issue not resolved , new router has been taken away not working refurbished router has been given crippled with my daily work. Who can help me to get out of this nasty. Team act and be responsible

    @ACTFibernet is a fraud service. I want to change my plan but they are not helping me out either change the plan or cancel the plan. Govt should interfere to have some law to stop harassment from such companies.

    @ACTFibernet no internet again. 4th time in a span of 10 days. Don’t ever say you are the best broadband provider ever again. Extremely annoyed with ACT fibernet. This doesn’t look good on your Company. 4th time in row Look into it and fix permanently Acc no. 101418380685

    @ACTFibernet worst service keeps just dropping from bad to worse every time. Almost 15+days to fix an internet disconnections issues and more over the support team gives you temporary fixes (restart your router) and closes tickets every time. Also they disconnected my account.
