    @ACTFibernet Just check my call log to your customer care from March 5th. How many times I have called and how many times you have closed the issue. But it just happens everytime. Never expected this from @ACTFibernet

    Customer care is not supporting and not giving any proper response for the resolution @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. This comes under essential service and considering Work from home, this even becomes more important

    @ACTFibernet shame on you guys for not providing any options to close your account. All you do is keep making calls and generate monthly bills. You have closed your customer care and there is no option on your app to close an account. Shameless service

    @ACTFibernet iam wasted my time with u people but @airtelindia @airtelnews is taking care by their customers with in the fraction of time and what they committed TAT but act is very worst giving the TAT not full filling it

    @ACTFibernet Very bad service from @ACTFibernet , Raised New router request 1 week back(SR10255683186722) for A/c 102016772729, resolution date was upto 1 May 2021, still not resolved though ACT has taken full payment of Rs 3000
