    @ACTFibernet Your ground team came at 8:30 at night, said that they couldn't even find where this break was and that it would be easier to search at night. Implying that they didn't even bring OTDR metres and relied on VFLs, and of course, still no resolution and we're 84 hours in.

    Hi @ACTFibernet it's been more than 24hrs that I have raised a ticket regarding connection issue no one from the technical department nor the customer service representative has reached to me in the ticket it said it will be resolved by 8:30pm yesterday it has not be resolved yet

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC —leading me to request a cancellation—I have since resolved the site issues on my end. Yesterday, I raised a request for reinstallation; however, I have not yet been contacted by an executive or technician. As it has now been over 11 days since my initial request

    .@ACTFibernet Multiple tickets were marked “resolved,” but the issue keeps returning, disrupting office meetings and interviews. Recently, I was informed that the router installed is incompatible.

    @ACTFibernet since last three days my internet down raised ticket simply extending ticket and three time called back office after long que waiting 15 to 20 minutes no proper answer I am using act more than 13 years now forcing me to move another service provider
