@ACTFibernet Few days back i have reactivated my connection. I have been informed that there wont be any reconnection charges but in my bill, it has been added. ACT Customer care execute was so rude to reply for my SR request to reverse it. 1.Why are you giving false promise?

@ACTFibernet I dont understand what is the problem in habsiguda region. From past four days i have raised 13 compints and escallation none of them is responding on this and IVR people also just giving scripted information and wasting my time.

Without bothering about the service disruption. He is least bothered to even call and update me. This has been a complete harassment. If @ACTFibernet couldn't provide service in this area, why did they agree and charge me for address movement.
