Dear @ACTFibernet, We have opened SR10164396087810 for refund after cancellation of service. It was horrible 3 months experience before we decided to cancel. This ticket is being closed daily without resolution. #CheatingCustomer #worstservice. How can we eacalate this?

@ACTFibernet Received a call from your team to just say our policy is changed and now refund is not possible. If you keep changing policy how would a customer subscribe for long time plans. This isn’t a good ethics to change policy every month and confuse customers. Frustrated

@ACTFibernet Same happened multiple times in our colony (closing tickets without solving). Here I am sharing recent closed ticket(SR10164520192614) please take necessary action. And the truth is Act became work service provider these day and consideration if they want to move to other service
