    @ACTFibernet Today is Day 5 - Electricity works were completed on September 1st. No one to inspect, no one to pick calls, what is with these automated messages and terrible email replies asking for patience? I'll be shifting from @ACTFibernet from this month.

    @ACTFibernet : No internet for over 1 day! Service request SR10376956304154 still unresolved & now resolution pushed to tomorrow. Worst service by ACT – no clarity, no accountability. Totally unacceptable!

    @ACTFibernet Please note that I stay in the same area a few hundred metres away from a gated community...they have the internet without any issues and our particular area doesn't have since a week.. this we cannot justify to my apartment people or community members.

    May I know what is the problem for you to install modem and required setup for internet? Account No : 101769429054 Multiple times I’m facing this issue with @ACTFibernet . But a small hope, that these guys will not repeat next time. But you guys are habitually doing these things. Day before yesterday I have paid for the connection, after that I keep on doing follow ups, and customer support team keep on saying “Today the installation will be done”. I still wondered, how you guy’s surviving in this competitive world with this poor services. Wake up man & improve your services. You are loosing customers Trust finally. Fedup with all these, looking aggressively for @Starlink services
