@ACTFibernet I feel they intentionally do this so that more tickets are cut for them to receive good pay, they r not at all concerned about service or it’s impact on customers. SPEAK TO UR TECHNICIAN AND ARRANGE A CALL ASAP.

@ACTFibernet Can you please provide one additional connection in a location that has 30+ connections within the villas. Can you check why a customer has to wait for more than 30+ days and still have no idea on when we might get the connection

@ACTFibernet pathetic services from of Ahmedabad.Tried for connection shifting but could not done after continuous atmpts for 14 days on ACT App. Sm hw managed to rgster complain for connection shifting. Got a service call from team. But after that for last 3 no one recvng call.

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Its been stupid service ..! The customer care has a standard script. Nobody knows where the technical team works.. they cannot resolve a commercial connection issue for 3 days. Fed up with ACT.
