    @ACTFibernet Pathetic, packet losses within the ACT Network exceeds 30%, network latency even for widely used services like Zoom exceeds 250ms. Repeated complaints to the tech support team, results in Ping tests - I did not buy a 350Mbps subscription to send 32kb pings!

    @ACTFibernet Aug 2022 i called your customer care and asked to disconnect my line you didn't do,and now keep sending SMS threatening of action. Also calling from different numbers and say that your previous amount will be waived off. Hello i don't have any pending bill.Mind it.

    @ACTFibernet is the worst service I have seen. I have contacted customer service and the sales team for a new connection they rejected my request saying the local service provider is not allowing us to enter the area. And customer service just disconnects my calls.
