@ACTFibernet ticket no SR10152355920944 your rep closes it without even completing the task. You guys fix new connection in 24 hrs but for relocation there is no timeline. Been 8 days. You also have sent me sms about charging me in my next bill. Spoke to 3 of your reps, no help

@ACTFibernet This is regarding my change of account name request. I have raised request N number of times and have been waiting “PATIENTLY“ since 2nd week of DEC20. They were never addressed and closed even without any actions. Latest raised SR10152025983419. GRAVE DISAPPOINTED
