    @actfibernet complaint ticket# SR10155769616092, Why is it a regular occurence for act to have internet switch issues in this area(Gachibowli Telecom Nagar 500032) , and why is it that everytime the resolution ETA is 24hrs? especially on weekdays which is a challenge for WFH?

    @ACTFibernet I’ve discontinued my subscription from May2020 and I’ve been getting calls from your executives very rudely demanding me for dues for December2020. How does that make any sense? How do you continue to send invoices to a customer who’s not using your service?

    @ACTFibernet U may claim yourself as d bst service provider.. but in terms of Customer service.. I thnk U guys r lower than d worst.. Wen U want customer U vl call 100 times bt aftr getin money, U will not provide connection on tim n nt evn answer d cals!!#worst_customer_service

    @ACTFibernet I have called the customer service for 3 times now and you guys are disconnecting the call everytime. This is not a service expected from an ISP. Where can I escalate this?

    @ACTFibernet My account number 101389764942 Agents on call are missguiding with wrong information . I haven't seen such a worst customer support throughout my lifetime.A 30 emails,5 supervisor call and 50callswith agents so far but still issue didn't resolved. Can't trust on ACT Internet.
