    @ACTFibernet SR10381179589144, the original resolution time promised was 15/7 21:00. The ticket was raised around 15/7 15:03. It’s been almost 20 hours and still nobody showed up. If you cannot keep up the promise why even bother to give a resolution time.

    These guys do these kind of things all the time, it's better to shift to a different ISP... @ACTFibernet offers the most pathetic service in south india right now

    @ACTFibernet Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ACT Fibernet to anyone. If this is how they treat customers who have already paid for their service, think twice before choosing ACT. I hope no one else has to go through such an experience. #ACTFibernet #PoorCustomerService #Broadband

    @ACTFibernet EVERYTIME IT RAINS IN BANGALORE, MY INTERNET STOPS WORKING. It has happend more than 5 times now - is there a solution or not. Everytime a guy comes, he says next time this won't happen. But same story. #bangalore and this time too your reply will come after ages.

    @ACTFibernet I am now going file a legal complaint, not a consumer court case. I had financial and mental harrasment due to this bad service.

    @ACTFibernet I also requested a callback from the engineer almost 1000 times, but no calls came. When do I expect a resolution?
