Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD , I have been trying to connect with customer care people and luckliy i got connect at 6:20Pm and eventually it disconnected and when i tried to connect and asked them to transfer my call to disconnection team, they simply avoided

.@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet This is the WORST service ever. Internet has been down for 7 DAYS straight. No one from ACT is responding, no one is even picking up calls. The least you could do is answer and give a proper ETA. Pathetic customer support, absolutely unacceptable!

@ACTFibernet such a bad customer service. My internet is down and there is no progress on it. Neither there is an update. Customer care does not respond and the online call logging seems like a joke. I think the company is going to shut down soon

@ACTFibernet A week without internet and all I get are copy-paste apologies. ETR keeps getting pushed, no real update, and the engineer never picks up calls. If ACT can’t resolve this, at least be transparent instead of giving generic responses. This is unacceptable service.

@ACTFibernet hi team, pathetic service in hyderabad especially in Rangareddy. Kondapur side . 10 days a month - we don't get internet and we keep complaining. Been same from last 3/4 months. Do we remove connection? Why are we paying full cost. #CheatingCustomers #Nointernet

@ACTFibernet - Ticket "SR10377094290034" closed without providing any resolution. Customer care executives are also not helping. Already mailed regarding this. Yet no solution.

@ACTFibernet Your automated email reply said someone will call me at my number within 24 hours. It's been more than 4 days and no one has called. Even raising the issue with the Nodal officer and Appellate Authority is of no use.

@ACTFibernet - Ticket ID SR10376884287714 closed without any resolution. When there is a ticket related to billing issue. How do you expect the payment to be made. For non servicing, ticket has been raised. Now you have suspended the services as well without any resolution.
