    @ACTFibernet @ConsumerFF ACT service/field team is raising false information on ticket that customer needs reconnection and ticket is being close without informing the customer. And suddenly the refund or pickup is not getting done. And finally it’s done. And we are still waiting for our money

    @ACTFibernet It’s Wi-Fi drop issue… already technician visited 2 weeks back and told other also facing similar issue in the town. After that no resolution provided. Please work the original ticket and make the things fast.

    Surprise, surprise. @ACTFibernet is dead AGAIN. I literally just complained about this exact issue, and the 15-day outage cycle strikes again. You are repeatedly destroying my essential workflows. Provide a permanent fix immediately or I am switching providers today.
