    .@ACTFibernet, its been more than 14 hours I raised SR to fix internet connection, yet didn’t get it fixed or any response from you. This is a really bad service example. The frequency of getting this issue is annoying..it affects my office. If it cant fix quickly, let me know.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic services. Cheap customer service. I tried to connect with them 1000 times regarding my refund but they always advised that team will contact regarding. But it’s been around 30days no response received. @ActfiberC

    @ACTFibernet am trying to keep my account for non usage but the customer care person refusing to keep. What the hell is going on. How could he reject and not transferring to any person. Literally its a bad experience with the ACT.
