    @ACTFibernet SR10163875579934 ticket number. In our lane we have 10 act Fiber net user. From morning they did had internet. Every hour is important as we are working from office and due to this issue we have pay cut from our salary who will compensate that ?

    @ACTFibernet I haven't seen such an irresponsible customer care.I have been following up for a billing related issue from 3 wks. Absolutely no focuss,I don't recommend anyone to go with Act fiber at Yalahanka area of Bangalore. Every time we get a standard reply, but no solution.

    @ACTFibernet Bill payment issue is resolved however my outstanding bill still shows 236 which has to become 0. Fix that then will give you feedback

    @ACTFibernet I raised complaint regarding technical issues SR no. : Sr10163873733364 in my locality there is fiber blockout at electrical lines people are working from home no network since 8hr other networks like @JioCare & local net. taking prompt action.

    @ACTFibernet no proper support received from customer care as well, today being due to date to my bill, asking me to wait for another 24hrs, to penalize late payment charges!! POOR RESPONSIVENESS.. customer care executive apologizing for inconvenience caused THAT'S IT
