  Very poor experience with @ACTFibernet. I've had no internet for the last 3–4 days due to a router/Wi-Fi issue. Ticket SR11880636732714 was raised days ago, but there has been no response or resolution. Please prioritize and resolve this issue urgently.

  At this point, @ACTfibernet should change its name because there is absolutely no "ACT" happening. Internet goes down constantly, and waiting 30 mins on hold for support is a joke. Can I get a refund for the hours spent listening to your hold music? 🙄

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Absolutely pathetic service from ACT Fibernet! Raised a plan change request on 30th May and even after 7 days, no technician has visited and my plan is still not updated. Zero accountability, zero customer support. Highly disappointed. Worst service.

  @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet @MIB_India Hello Act team, I have taken a wifi connection and installed router today but the internet was still not working. Your tech. said he will not be able to resolve & come along with a senior technician. Totally disappointed with the service.

  Absolutely PATHETIC service from @ACTFibernet. My internet has been completely dead for 3 DAYS. I manage essential calibration workflows that have entirely stopped because of your incompetence. No response, no timeline, and a guaranteed outage every 15 days. Fix this NOW.

  Something is seriously wrong with @ACTFibernet bangalore! I requested a Wifi shift change 1 week back and still never got a call back. And their customer care numbers are all IVR and automated, no way to get a human callback! Absolutely disaster service! Something as basic as internet isn’t solved in the ‘Startup Capital’ of India
