    @ACTFibernet I was given a message about routine maintenance between 11:30 to 3:30 today so I didn't register any complain. But later when I registered it now says it will be resolved by 4 pm tomorrow. Request SR10254210686682. This is unfair. Will I be refunded for no service?

    @ACTFibernet Have raised a request to shift the Internet within the same location, told I would get a call 48 hours but still no response.The local person is asking to raise a complaint to resolve the complaint :(. Can you ACT fast.

    @ACTFibernet Another day. cable cut again. Being fixed. Why are you laying lines overhead? I would like to discontinue your service. I have already paid for the next 6 months. Is it possible to refund on pro rata basis?
