    I am very unsatisfied customer of @ACTFibernet i have taken new connection on 17 April 2022. Since last month I facing connectivity issues 2 times once net gone there was nobody to fix it firstly I saw same issue on 27 April 2022 continues for two days i facing no internet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Day by day your service is going worst, on 7th i have raised complaint as my internet is not working till now it has been not resolved today is Monday and i am unable to work better opt for other provider... pathetic CC service.

    @KrishVishIyer @ACTFibernet @reliancejio When it comes to billing you will be on time but why not in solving the internet problem? Actually you need to pay back the penalty right?

    @ACTFibernet if you guys are going to give this kind of services don't even think I'll take your broadband ever again or recommend it to anyone it's been more than 24 hours still not working.

    @ACTFibernet The ETR for resolution has also passed. Not sure what is being noted. This is the problem with setting up call centre for resolution. They have no idea and give just template response. Please DM a phone number of a local representative.

    Continue to my earlier still I didn't find any resolution and these customer care guys are talking very angrily on me this is bad as my work is starting now night shift this is bad and worst @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet Sent a DM, WIll wait for 4 HRS Resolution time. If you guys fail to fix i will ensure ACT is not in our Society Anymore as its a new society @airtelindia please help us with your Sales rep.
