@ACTFibernet I Despite several calls and emails, nobody from your customer care bothered to get the router collected for over a month. After collection, nobody bothered to update pickup in system. Technician has sent sms today that he has deposited router. Restore connection 102011309329

Hi @ACTFibernet , I had recently changed my connection name and number, the issue itself took more 5 days to get resolved, when it should have been done in 72 hours, and now I am neither able to use previous account nor new account to talk to agents and check. What should I do?

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibrenet after 3 days, I reached out to customer care team and they want me to allow to set Junction box (to provide other connections too) in my home to get connection. After the ACT fake promises and time wastage to follow up requested refund finally - Great Job Team

@ACTFibernet 100+ people have in my society have taken connection through ACT. But connection wires are left in haphazard way at the roof. Builder is going to do some roof repair work and hence all wires will be removed leading to disconnection. PLZ HELP IS GETTING THIS FIXED

@ACTFibernet Only talks no actions . Resolution should be by 9pm as per ETA but that never mets . Earlier also multiple time raised ticket for no Internet when power is off . No resolution they simply close tickets. Seems like fraud company . Be aware
