    @ACTFibernet should i keep writing threads like these to get a resolution...Please rectify soon. We paid the bill well on due date itself. But We arent able to contact ACT support in your app. We are denied access to the app saying our account is suspended for not paying dues.

    @ACTFibernet your poor surge protection has led to damage to modem & other appliances in the house due to lightning- You have to give us a new modem & compensate us

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD It's been two weeks and yet the router has rto be replaced. No proper response from Customer care team and Ground team as well. Router was not working after one week of purchase. Completely Disappointed with your service 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎. NOT RECOMMEND

    No amount of escalations are helping & your service engineers aren’t bothered!Been a customer for 15 years and this what we have to face. CC team doesn’t even connect to the higher ups or engineers!What is the god dammed issue that is taking over 5 days to resolve? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet      I'm writing this Complaint latter to notify you about service of your company. Since past 13 days Booked connection. I was facing the issue. I contacted your call centre and Act team lucknow and they assured they would send team for installation.

    @ACTFibernet I had raised a complaint about my wifi not working on 17th morning and I was told that by 3:30 pm my issue would be resolved. After repeated calls to the call center you'll kept pushing the resolution time and finally the issue was not fixed till the end of the day.

    @ACTFibernet Could you please let me know why do I face connectivity issue 3-4 times in a month? Why do I have to call your customer support for like 10 times a day to resolve my issue when you know everybody is working from home. I had to take 2 days leave from work due to this.
