@ACTFibernet Since there was no action on my internet issue from past 18 hours I have decided to discontinue with your service. You guys have absolute trash customer service and Internet service as a whole. I will not recommend ACT Fibernet service to any of my friends & family.

@ACTFibernet atleast have some courtesy to refund the money in customer's bank account when customer has asked you for disconnection due to the poor services. What would I do with the ACT money as I am never getting or recommending you to anyone?

@ACTFibernet Today's the last chance If my issue doesn't resolve today, I'm surely apply for disconnection, this type of behavior is unacceptable. I'm asking for updates but you guys are just sending revised timeline, I won't continue with ACT if you give services like this.
