    @ACTFibernet I need permanent solution , always my fiber wire is lined up with next lane boxes with huge wire hanging from long distance, half of the month my Internet is out of service . If you can’t afford a junction box please let me know I will look for other service provide . Lost hope

    @ACTFibernet It’s already been 48 hours. I cannot continue like this and will have no option but to cancel my plan and switch to another internet provider due to poor customer service @ACTFibernet @FiberAct

    @Varun_Devil28 @ACTFibernet Escalated to upper management. They sent the same script of 48 hour resolution. @ACTFibernet as a company has failed.

    @ACTFibernet is the worst service now in Chennai. Speed is never consistent. Location change takes ages to complete no proper customer support. No updates on tickets.

    Worst experience @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet for doing fraud with me, I register for new wifi request on Friday and from then no calls nothing, I’ll now file case in @jagograhakjago And they even took my money.

    @consaff Please help. I've been a customer of ACT for more than 10 years, such a pathetic service I'm receiving from an esteem service provider called ACT. #ACT #ACTfibernet
