    @ACTFibernet Because of your regret, I lost one and half of day till now and counting… I have informed the possible cause to your customer support team at least 3 times but they did nothing. Why you send messages which you can not fulfil??

    @ACTFibernet No internet on fiber connection since last night. My support ticket is SR10263299996824. Second time this week with the same complaint. I'm completely losing my patience. This kind of service is horrible.

    @ACTFibernet I have paid advance for the new connection and that is inclusive of installation charges and with router as per the plan suggested by the sales executive, now the technician is asking Rs.2000/- extra deposit for installation. Is this how you harras customer.
