    @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues I have raised a shifting request on 16th of April with the date of shifting as 17th April. However, I have not received any calls regarding the same. Tried reaching out to the customer support and it’s been said that it will be done at the earliest.

    I have escalated the matter to the customer service multiple times, they have requested callback from technician, not a word from technician till now. We pay thousands of rupees for this pathetic service which is diabolocal. Please look into it @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service, no internet for last 2 days, whenever I lodge a complaint ,will have to wait for 24 hours to resolve, today they repaired my net n again it get disconnected within 30 min. Very pathetic

    @ACTFibernet And after 30Hrs wifi services are restored thanks. Funny part is I got call from ACT technician saying this is regarding issue you posted on X. Seems they did not care about the ticket I raised until they saw this on X. Thanks.

    Internet down since today; Ticket SR10279909602684 still unresolved. Entire area affected. Support only giving ETR (23 Apr, 1st half) with no concrete update. This is severely impacting my work. Need immediate escalation to higher team and urgent resolution. @ACTFibernet
