    1) @ACTFibernet The worst service ever. I am unable to use the Internet since yesterday and I am trying to speak to the escalation team your customer care representative madhunika has kept me on hold for almost 29 minutes and she disconnected the call.

    @ACTFibernet From the past 3 years it’s only one issue which is yet to be resolved. Connection down 7+ times in the last 4 days and it’s been 18 hrs since the internet went off and no resolution yet.

    @ACTFibernet internet is down from past 5hrs in Hyderabad KPHB 6th phase. What is up with the issue? Notification was sent for only 2hrs of downtime. Ppl working from home are at job risk.

    @ACTFibernet I want to send the call records please suggeste where to send. You can listen to your customer care representative's responses the way they place call on hold and disconnect the calls.
