@ACTFibernet It’s always unpleasant service with ACT in Hyd. My kids were writing school exam online and ACT internet stop working.I had to switch over to mobile network. Now I have install other ISP at home and will recharge ACT on need basis only. ACT is now secondary for me.

@ACTFibernet I applied for a new connection on 22Feb and even paid 2828. But no one showed up. Now I am told that installation can't be done and refund would be initiated. I have called customer care multiple times but of no use. Pls help resolve ASAP
