    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Day by day your service is going worst, on 7th i have raised complaint as my internet is not working till now it has been not resolved today is Monday and i am unable to work better opt for other provider... pathetic CC service.

    @ACTFibernet we have no Internet since last night. Registered complaint on app, there is no update since. It’s a working day, how long will we go without Internet. Also there is no way to reach out to ACT!!

    @ACTFibernet We have done this exercise before. I bought a proper gaming router to avoid any problems like this, and yet I get 50% of the speed. Please arrange a call back, and assign a technician. Preferably not the same person who wiped out QoS, VPN, & other config settings without backup

    Hi @ACTFibernet My internet speed was very very slow...i have facing buffering at many times.. i want to change my plan...what can i do?? I can't able to change my plan in ACT Fibernet APP
