    @ACTFibernet I stay in Srila Park Pride, HYDERNAGAR, Water works road, Hyderabad, Opp to Calvary temple. internet is again gone and not working since 4 hours on 24-May. Service is becoming worst day by day. I request Leadership @ACTFibernet to look into the same immediately.

    @ACTFibernet Is there any point in doing WFH when you have ACT fibernet? Every week, my wifi goes down and it doesn’t matter what time it goes down, its never fixed that same day!! Raised this ticket 5 hours back, no resolution despite promised to sort by 9 PM. SR11080445550744

    @ACTFibernet again there is problem first request (SR11880463575664) was supposed to be resolved by by 28May between 1-4 pm and now, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 28-May 19:30 to 21:00. Your team is not reachable @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD You can never learn/improve. This is extensively disappointing to receive such poor service experience from you. Without my knowledge the services are disconnected & I receive an email post the disconnection.Multiple SR,emails,calls & no update/action

    Disappointed with @ACTFibernet lately. Been a loyal customer for 7 years with limited issues, but the last 2 weeks have been a struggle with slow internet spds. The team only resolves it temporarily when I prompt them. Need a perm fix ASAP. ​Acc No: 101313095979 @TRAI

    @ACTFibernet Internet not working. Complaint raised 5 days back. Till now no response from your end. Highlight part is the Open ticket in your app is showing that the ETD is 23rd May 9 PM. Today it's 26th May. Could you please explain to us which calendar you are referring too?
