    Hey @ACTFibernet , I just checked my invoice and there seem to be silent price hike. When contacted customer care, they dodged it with a statement "it was already communicated over email to all customers". I couldn't find any such email. May I know the subject of that email?

    @ACTFibernet Stop with the copy-paste bot replies! 😡 Your team SUCKS at fixing issues. You guys are hyper-active only when selling a new connection, but the moment support is needed, NO ONE picks up the phone! I don’t want to check the App ETR, I want the service I paid for. Fix it NOW.

    @ACTFibernet what is so special about a new connection which requires like 40 stupid customer support calls with insanely clueless staff and 2 weeks without any result Anyone taking the new connection, perhaps consider another ISP Acc: 101784179036

    @ACTFibernet I have been a customer of ACT for a very long time. But lately your services haven't been very satisfactory. My router was very old and having issues so after talking with customer support, I upgraded my plan for a mesh router and since then there is no update. (1/4)

    @ACTFibernet Can you check the late payment charges and adjust the bill amount when there was no service from last 3 months. Please revise and send me so that i can pay the bill on time. You cannot charge a late payment fee when there is problem from your side. FYI
