@ACTFibernet Why you are discriminating customer who ask for Kannada. I have recording as proof in which your executive disconnect call if we ask for kannada after choosing kannada in IVR option @KannadaGrahaka @karave_KRV I have raised complaint to nodle officer who neglects it.

@JioCare Fiber cut has been observed from more than 48 Hrs, twice mailed to customer care, your ******* service engeer is not picking up the calls. Working from home without internet, do you even imagine, how hectic is your service? @ACTFibernet Please contact at the earliest.

@ACTFibernet To enable a port activation how much time does it take? Day 1 : customer care execute promises within 24 hrs. Day 2: CC executive says 2 hrs. Day 3: cc executive says within today (only 6 hrs left) Day 4: nthng hppns, I tweet. Are u installing a satellite abv house

@ACTFibernet Its been more than 2 weeks with your customer care. when will you credit the payment for hosting the box at my premises? If i am not getting response, i will shutdown the power to it
