    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD let me know the status of SR10177548496084 ! This is hindering my work since last night. The fibernetapp is useless in tracking progress. It has long past the ETR. The customer support engineer is not picking up the call as well. Do the needful ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet are you sure your payment reminders are properly set up? It is worse than a collection agent from a gutter level loan agency. So many reminders in as many days? I have been your customer for more than 16 years now. You sound more like a pest.
