    @ACTFibernet one of the worst service providers I have even experienced. Frequent network connection getting lost and if I raise request, service engineers only comes the next day and corrects it. Not only in pandemic, even before that it was the same case #worst_actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet my account was deactivated temporarily since March '21 till 11th June. It was enabled back on 12th June. I paid all the bill in the meantime. Still I got a bill of INR 885.59 with bill date 13th June to 15th June. I will not pay this amount. Kindly help.

    @ACTFibernet @balamalladi @SandyMohanG I took a 300mbps 1yr pkg 4 days back. While taking money these guys were super efficient. Within 30 mins money was taken and I was given account number 101580101188. After that I am just chasing them everyday. ACT SUCKS...no router, no box.

    @ACTFibernet How long might it take? I'm in need of an internet connection and will look for an alternative service provider if you can't provide a connection in spite of an ACT line running directly in front of my house.

    @ACTFibernet your connection might be fast, but your customer care is as slow as snails. I have wasted 30mins /day for the last 10 days without resolution. This is highly unprofessional. Im unable to reach out to your CC as well. Acc ID: 102478197443 Please resolve this ASAP!

    @ACTFibernet your service is just pathetic. I took such an expensive plan but everyday I am facing one or the other issues. Thought will be great but then thinking of changing the network from next month. Also your employees are also not helpful, they don't even puck up the phone

    @ACTFibernet Hi team, unprofessional customer service. Tickets are being closed without proving resolution neither I received any call from your support team. I again experience internet outage. customer care in unavailable hence raised a new ticket again SR10158146953872.
