    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.     @ACTFibernet live in a community of 300 houses and majority of them use ACT here. Even with a power backup in each house, when there is a power cut, the internet drops for about 5 mins and get restored, the same happens when the power is restored. Can someone help? Don't think your control power backup works properly.

    The @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD scam continues. Terrible service. They seem to use sub par tech. If you're reading this please don't get an act subscription. We raised a ticket it takes almost a week and then in a week it goes kaput! #badservice #actfibernet #internetscam

    @Airtel_Presence @airte Also this building phase 3 having 96 flat. If you want miss 96 customer by pushing airfiber. We are happy le move with @ACTFibernet So they already provided fiber connection to same building.

    @ACTFibernet SR10381745646584 - day 2 of asking the best support team to resolve my issue which usually takes 4 hours to be solved, it seems once you are an old customer the treatment is different

    @ACTFibernet It's been almost 2hrs internet is not working in our area Opp Bapu Ghat Langerhouz.Request you to kindly look into it at the earliest.I've raised a ticket but still the internet service has not been restored yet. No one has called us from ACT authorities yet.
