I’ve been shouting for over 2 damn months to disconnect my ACT WiFi not to resolve anything. You people close tickets like it’s a joke. How hard is it to understand DISCONNECT AND REFUND? Stop testing my patience and return my money. Your service is beyond pathetic.@ACTFibernet

Dear act @LeaderAzizBhai1 @ACTFibernet since from 3 days iam facing internet issue with act still issue not got resolved as engineer suggested need to replace router I brought new one also same issue,kindly get it done on priority.

Hey @ACTFibernet what a worst service you give ! Internet down , cudn talk to human, your IVR says ETA 1 day. Useless service @UnmistakableCEO I’m switching back to Hathway ! Never would recommend your service

@ACTFibernet Pathetic internet connectivity in Delhi. Imagine providing such services in a metropolitan city. Every other day internet is down and can't even study/work from home if you have act fibernet!
