@ACTFibernet Iam waiting for last 3days for internet connection. When I will get internet connection this is my SR10277758761234. Customer care people told it will get resolve by yesterday. Actually date to be completed is much earlier. Who will pay for My WFH issues.

@ACTFibernet First you give respect to the customer.. Atleast phone should pickup rt?? Ticket was assigned to karunakar who was the local technician doesn't lift the phone.. Just I want to switch this network ASAP because of this worrest technician.. Please disconnect my connection..

@ACTFibernet I am documenting every chat, call record, ticket number and now this response for further escalation to Consumer Court and TRAI. Now I don't want your 3rd grade service anymore. Be ready to justify your conduct in writing before regulatory authorities.
