    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC never stays on words. I hve been said by 2 of thr on fild emps and N no of ppl on CSM cl tht thy wl replace d cable as its hvng 2 joints nd also d cntrl box it gve frequent trble. On gng issue and they jus close tickets this is ridiculous..

    @ACTFibernet This is not the first time i am raising the same issue. it happens to me quite frequently. is this something intended to happen or could you please provide the details on why it is happening and what can be done to prevent this from happening

    @ACTFibernet customer service is very bad and giving fault commitments to customer..11:30 night to join the network they are responding us but once payment done no one worries about the customer.

    @ACTFibernet By soon u mean still tomorrow right? I need it right now. I work in night shiftsso i have raised the complaint by 2pm itself so it could be resolved by 5pm There is always a problem with this atleast once in a few weeks i am considering to disconnect the connection by next month

    @ACTFibernet The speed of ur internet replicates the speed of ur service aswell. Pathetic.... for a request raised yesterday u have responded today and now saying it will take another 24 to 48 hrs to receive a resolution. What is the use when internet doesn't work while working from home

    @ACTFibernet On 9th I have made payment for internet connection but the guy is not responding to my call & technicians are giving unacceptable reasons to activate the service.
