  @ACTFibernet your technicians are calling and asking otp to login to customer account. Why is that happening. Why are tickets pending since long. Can you please refund my internet balance and close my account.

  @ACTFibernet Please consider this email as an official request to cancel my connection. I do not want to pay anything as I have validity till 22nd July. Kindly cancel the connection and clear your routers. I do not want your services anymore.  Most unprofessional bunch of people.

  Very often, this is an issue. Can you see what is the issue?? There is no way that we can connect to customer care, all I have to do is chatbot. Pathetic! @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet - You need to get your ACT together. You have been making false promises openly, whereas the ground truth is that no one cares. On May 29th, I paid you for a plan change to convert to a 6-month plan, which comes with mesh routers. No updates yet! The service request you logged doesn’t even show up in my account. 🤔

  @ACTFibernet It's been 2 weeks since I raised my complaint. Someone picked up my call once and then just disappeared. Now the ticket has been closed without even solving the issue. Why should I be paying for internet that I haven't been able to use?

  @ACTFibernet Please expand your service network throughout india i had a connection running in hyderabad which i had to cancel with 3 months recharge still paid in advance but i had to relocate and couldn't relicate the connection to west bengal

  I’m facing repeated internet outages with ACT Fibernet. Despite charging a premium, the issue keeps recurring, especially on weekends. The only response I receive is an ETR, leaving me without internet for hours. Please investigate and resolve this permanently @ACTFibernet
