    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetChn No internet since yesterday. Ticket ID: SR10379815470704. You keep pushing ETA with no real fix. This happens every month and you still charge for downtime. Pathetic service. Resolve this NOW. I have work

    @ACTFibernet What's wrong with ACT broadband? Most of the time I have issues. It stopped working today and it has been 1 hour still down We are paying full amount so expecting full service, now a day ACT has become like BSNL, most of the time down.

    @ACTFibernet Your service has been extremely unreliable. Complaint SR10379879346170 has been reopened again — this is the 5th/6th disconnection in just 20 days. This is unacceptable. I need a permanent solution, not repeated temporary fixes. Please resolve this urgently.

    @ACTFibernet it has been 20 days my issue is not resolved. My router has been picked up but the refund for security not initiated. I have contacted customer support multiple times
