    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet let me know the process for termination of your services. Or else you will see a proper public grievance . The worst support ever seen. You have to pay the penalty for taking the amount upfront and this is big scam.

    Disappointed with the extremely poor service by @ACTFibernet . Paid for 3-month subscription and I've been waiting for more than 48 hours for my connection. No response from their side. Now they are saying it will take more time. Hope the core team is aware of the poor service.

    @ACTFibernet My service request SR11081127987744 has remained unresolved since 11 July. My internet has been down for the last 4 days, and each day the resolution timeline is simply extended without any actual progress.

    Iā€™m facing repeated internet outages with ACT Fibernet. Despite charging a premium, the issue keeps recurring, especially on weekends. The only response I receive is an ETR, leaving me without internet for hours. Please investigate and resolve this permanently @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Even your customer support ivr takes 20 minutes to assign a customer support agent. But sales team contacts in less than a minute. This behaviour is unacceptable.

    @ACTFibernet it's been 4 days since sr 10381095562575 has been raised. No sign of problem solving. Numerous calls, emails nothing works. Pathetic
