@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet no it is not resolved. Again they closed the ticket without resolving it. Its pathetic service from your local technical team here. They comment on ticket building where junction is fixed that building was not having power that is the reason customer didn't get net.

@ACTFibernet customer service response is too late, facing no internet issue since last 20 hours and I think I might take today full day to get any response. In app is showing 1 day for response, customer care also disconnected call 🤙 .

@ACTFibernet ACT has changed my account status to Active , but after disconnecting the box and connection from my house , is this a way to just get more money without providing service ? @Balamalladi13 @ACTFibernet. I am not going to pay a penny for the nuisance caused by the customer support

@ACTFibernet Yes it did get resolved 24+ hours. That too after I raised a hue and cry on Twitter. Please ensure your customer support center allows customers to escalate to a manager option. It is much needed

@ACTFibernet I have received call from support team that service engineer will come to site and verify the cable . no engineer has visited the site and issue is not resolved yet, but ticket has been closed without confirmation.

@ACTFibernet Just an update @ACTFibernet the problem was not fixed and the complaint SR10163738376116 closed as "there are no batteries to replace in the switch boxes" so every time there is a power cut there will no Internet in my building

Again I am having problems with #actfibernet I got my Inverter installed because of power fluctuations but now even if I have inverter I dont get wifi during power cuts. And I open ticket, they do nothing and close the ticket as soon as power comes.
