    @ACTFibernet really love your service. Every week your internet goes down and every time it takes a day to be restored. Been down for 7 hours today, just counting… Even my ADSL connection had better reliability then this 😤

    @ACTFibernet I speak to the field tech team and they say that the service cannot be provided.. where in I haven't even changed my location and had the service until Wednesday the 5th. There's a huge loss that m incurring cuz of this.

    @ACTFibernet I have disconnected your connection as there was no internet for over 2 days. I have not yet received refund. Also you have not paid me the fees for keeping junction box in my premises. Your support team is utterly useless. Please expedite my refund.

    @ACTFibernet two connections at home. You limited the speed from your SMO, backend to lowest plan and charging 1000 balance reconnection to 150mbps. I am getting 60. Sending reminders to pay bill due on 15. But who will fix it? Vid knows

    @ACTFibernet it’s been 4 days we raised conn change from one floor to another, not even one technician showed up, is this the commitment you guys show for a loyal 10yrs customer ? Pathetic!

    @ACTFibernet Please do it fast i will be thankful to you. Already 4-5 days passed. But no action taken. Very disappoint with the service. By mistake i have taken 3 months plan. Now i stuck with you.
