@ACTFibernet I have cancelled my subscription to ACT due to relocation. Its been more than a month since I have cancelled.. But I am unable to get my security deposit refund. Tried contacting customer care for 3 times and no result. Starting to get frustrated.

Internet outage by @ACTFibernet for entire area in Mount Kailash for more than 12 hrs and no updates available from the company. Canned responses don't help. This is a serious lack of customer service.
