    @ACTFibernet It is absolutely ridiculous that a simple 10 seconds from your executive could have saved me from 5 days of internet outage. Why is the service from ACT getting progressively worse? You really need to hire better technicians. Or educate them with better customer support training.

    @ACTFibernet Sir nothing was done from your respective team an alternative router and cable was arranged and replaced by me and not by your team tell me what exactly the issue when you cant support in giving an router due to your complex rules & regulations why cant atleast we can terminate

    @ACTFibernet Act calls itself the “Best ISP of India.” Reality: My internet has been dead for 19 DAYS even after paying 6 months in advance. Daily routine: “ETA extended by 1 day.” 🤡No service. No refund. No accountability. Best ISP? More like Worst ISP of India. #WorstISP #FraudNet

    Dear @ACTFibernet This is the 5th day no Internet . How many days do you need to fix the Internet connection in an Area? If we are not paying bill even one day do you keep connection live? I’m going to office as no Internet. My cab chargers crossed 4K who will pay? Shame!

    @ACTFibernet I paid for six months already. Now it is showing 1000 due again. Internet isn't working properly. Your team just calls and takes no action. Fed up with all these issues.
