    @ACTFibernet Dear @ACTFibernet the issue is not resolved. I'm still facing the same issue. Literally it's been a year and you guys are unable to solve one fluctuations issue. Damn im paying and still I'm unable to receive the services. Literally just check why I'M unable to use AWS properly.

    @ACTFibernet no internet connection since past 6 hours . Your technical team is unable to solve the issue and extended the eta to tomorrow 7.30 pm. Please fix it ASAP

    @ACTFibernet our data exhausted, so we have made payment to Act Broadband using your website (102641847191) Rs.710. Still the internet is not working and Customer support said that I need to make payment once again and the amount already paid can be refunded. (1/2)

    @ACTFibernet my internet is fluctuating a lot and having bad coverage and not getting enough coverage at my home and your app is not working. If you cannot fix take off this crap. It’s impacting my work.

    Now another customer support executive is saying that the amount paid cannot be adjusted in current payment nor be refunded & can only be adjusted in Next billing cycle which is due after 3 months. How can u retain money unfairly without refunding? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet May be the final resolution will be filling a legal complain in consumer court @jagograhakjago. I pay you so that I can use AWS Workspace, but your connection fluctuate continuously damn. Do you literally need so much time yo resolve this one issue
