    @airtelindia your broadband is terrible . Every week we have to call the technician to get it fixed and customer service a total nightmare to deal with. Please take notes from @ACTFibernet on how it’s done . Really sad that act doesn’t service in my area

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD When we have customer care numbers and email IDs, if a customer is reaching twitter for his/her query resolution, what does this imply? it implies Customer support is inefficient or negligent to our issues.
