    Dear @ACTFibernet my internet is not working from yesterday . you are increasing only your etr again and again now after 24 hours you provided engineer name and there is no real number when i call through your app he just disconnect my number twice . Ticket SR11076132472614.

    @ACTFibernet As per your executive, this has to be resolved by today evening or in the least case by tomorrow morning. If any executive visit after this time frame I will simply decline the service and raise the refund request

    @ACTFibernet The ETR is 4 PM. It takes 15 hours for you guys to fix recurring issues. Just 4 days ago you took more than 24 hours to restore service.

    @ACTFibernet hopeless service .. frequent disconnection of Internet and when ticket is raised , a time frame is given but never closes the solves the issue in that time, and they just extend the date to next day.
