    @ACTFibernet Earlier I was using local wifi service(GTPL) with 40 MBPS plan even that was giving a very good latency and speed. Do let me know if latency can be reduced otherwise I want my money back.

    @ACTFibernet @BalaMalladi It's been 3days since I paid for a ACT connection, nobody is turning up for installation. Marketing guy said 12.30 PM monday I il be having connection. It's Tuesday evening now no update. Worst ever service.

    @ACTFibernet Apologies, I was busy with office work, Now I got the information that some box needs to be installed somewhere, I am not in a position where I can give permission to install at my premise, Please suggest a solution else I need to request you to close my connection.

    @ACTFibernet : Having issues with Fiber connection, it is identified to be a issue in local area. Ticket no: SR11064475104954 A msg from you says that it will be resolved by tomrow 9:30am. Please realise, it can’t wait till tomorow. People’s work is dependant on this.
