    @ACTFibernet I am sorry this is not resolved yet. Please provide permanent solution, everyday facing this issue and today from morning no access to internet. Sorry to say, I am really frustrated. Planning to switch the service provider soon.

    @ACTFibernet, since 4 days i was calling you people to downgrade my account. Every customer service representative is responding that it will be done in 48 hrs, when will be act fibernet 48 hrs completed can anyone tell me. Waste management not responding to customer. Bad service

    @ACTFibernet I have already informed to customer care to cancel the subscription, still they didn't do it and it's reflecting in my bill and I have not even used it. Contact was also made prior to the renewal date. This is so bad.

    @ACTFibernet what the hell the time given to resolve the problem was 13th Feb 6 pm and it isn't resolved till now. I'll cancel the connection and buy something else.

    @ACTFibernet Since I wasted my time since past 5 days, you have only 5 hrs of time to fix the issue and update my account with 6 months plan. After 5 hours I will go with another broadband and throw your box out of my house.
