    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 25th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

    @ACTFibernet May I know why the ticket is closed without resolving the issue. Ticket No SR10163660825264 is closed. If you are unable to access internet, please power OFF & ON the router to resume. To reopen send N to 9632711600. Team ACT

    @ACTFibernet my dad was on call with your reps..we've been facing connectivity issue since the past 2 days..still the issue hasn't resolved..work from home is a mess just because of y'all 😤😤😤😤

    @ACTFibernet I have called customer care to close the connection. They are simply transferring the calls and not responding to me.. Finally they disconnect the cal saying they don't understand the language. im asking him to conct the person who knows My language .
