    @RKRadhakrishn @karthik_sam @ACTFibernet If the ACT service engineer communicates & shares the actual reason and timeline to resolve, customer's wouldn't be frustrated. SWD works damaged their cables at multiple points in our street. Even after 48 hrs this wasn't shared leading to friction & abuse on the service team

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Give me Refund of the remaining period of service. I am done with you. You again extended the resolution time and you are not prioritizing or doing anything. It has been 7 days now. You should have some shame to even talk about prioritizing the issue.

    @ACTFibernet Dear customer, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 01-Sep(DD/MM) 07:30 to 09:00AM. Team ACT Almost 10days still issue not resolved

    @ACTFibernet Ticket no: SR10376884741674 why ETA changed from 3 hours to tomorrow night? It's been down for last 3 hours. Your guys gave me big lecture on having multiple installation around and about zero downtime. Connection has been flaky most of the times

    @ACTFibernet Wiring is done in our Area After 10days, Still we are facing outage due to Some Box issue . I am keeping on asking for priority from yesterday this issue may complete within 30min like before but No technical person is coming to solve

    Been facing internet issues for over a week now. Worst part – no proper response! Every time I call, it takes 10+ mins to connect, and app calls to agents go unanswered. This has become a nightmare. Service Request: SR10176828702354. Extremely disappointed with @ACTFibernet.
