    @ACTFibernet I lost my internet connection as on April 1st and raised a TT for the same. ETA for resolution was 7pm of 1stApril. Neither it got resolved nor anyone from customer support is helping to close or address this issue. worse service

    @ACTFibernet Appreciate the superfast response by @ACTFibernet on the relocation issue. Connection relocated and activated within 3 hours. Thank you! Do fix your app at the earliest to prevent such issues though 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    @ACTFibernet i raised a ticket of disconnection on 31 march 2022 I also said to customer executive,i dont want new bill please disconnect it , but today i got bill. And there is no response for disconnect and when i call the call center all lines busy. Time waste support system

    @ACTFibernet My account has been created and payment was also received but noone has contacted me for the installation process. Is this the way just to collect money from the customers and once payment is received, noone give a damn

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 137th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???
