@ACTFibernet Just an update @ACTFibernet the problem was not fixed and the complaint SR10163738376116 closed as "there are no batteries to replace in the switch boxes" so every time there is a power cut there will no Internet in my building

Broadband service shut down for more than 24 hours by @airtelindia, after upgrading to a higher plan, and absolutely no response or what so ever from their end.@Airtel_Presence you should work more on improving your customer service, considering @ACTFibernet is a better option.

Dear @ACTFibernet - its called termination of service. Stop spamming my number with automated calls to 'reconnect' - I don't live in that city now! I am on DND and you spamming from +918046161971 is irritating. Hey @Airtel_Presence - you might want to buckle up your DND service!

@ACTFibernet I have received call from support team that service engineer will come to site and verify the cable . no engineer has visited the site and issue is not resolved yet, but ticket has been closed without confirmation.

Due to mismatch between the billing team and their service team, @ACTFibernet has gone ahead and disconnected by service. Best part is I've already prepaid for their service for the next six months. Good job. What other competitor services are good in Bengaluru ?
