@ACTFibernet Your service is not pathetic and your agents give diff answers for a SR raised..1says junction box issue other says server issue. INTERNET not working since last night 9pm. raised SR10162565456852, tentative fixing time is 7pm sep 20. Did you assigned SE to fix?

@ACTFibernet Again the SLA was not adhered..it was promised by 8.00pm issue would be resolved..still facing internet issue. Can you help or guide me to the cancellation process, as your service is not helping

@ACTFibernet And it's not showing an upgrade option until the month of renewal i.e. December 15th in the Act app. But the customer care guy said we can do it this month itself and pay pro-rata basis.

@ACTFibernet It was after mr Pratheep Kumar came and helped me out. He did everything he could to make sure that it is working. He deserves a lot of appreciation. But apart from him the ones who were supposed to help did not do anything right. It was very disappointing.
