    @ACTFibernet Everyday I am calling to customer care, answer was you will receive a call from Technical Team, but till now no one called to us. Pending ticket no:SR10163830651155 for installation delay has been registered. Our team is looking into it and will revert at the earliest. Team ACT

    @ACTFibernet this type of broadband is worst thing i had ever seen..they don't need the permission from the owner to extend the plan or remove they just do by themself by extending the plan and charging the amount from our side and the customer service was not at all satisfying.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Netflix has already reduced the prices w.e.f Dec.I have opted the payment through act but still you are charging the old prices.Raised the issue for the same more than a week till now no update/no action on my tickets 🙏🤦🤦

    @bada_paww @ACTFibernet So true... Their service is pathetic. Frequent disconnections. My net is not working since last 12 hours. When I call their customer care, they get away with some flimsy reason with no solution. Imagine the work getting hampered during WFH in pandemic.

    @excitel_rocks LOL, I have heard the word "inconvenience" so many times already. Best of luck. Thank God, I didn't refer EXCITEL to my neighbor about this told them to take @ACTFibernet , phew !! Otherwise she would have eaten my head along with this issue.

    @ACTFibernet I hosted a site with static IP from ACT, surprisingly all the world can access the site except other ACT customers, if this not funny enough the ACT support is say I have to ask each and every ACT customer to raise a complaint to unblock my IP.

    @ACTFibernet Technician is blaming my router even if I am getting 350 Mbps my total speed is 400 Mbps and I am getting 350 on speedtest only netflix is having issues its capped to 15Mbps I am not satisfied with the technician's reply please terminate the connection
