@ACTFibernet When I ask for the adjustment for those weeks of Internet services disruption, Customer care team say they will arrange a callback. And I don’t get a callback. I don’t recommend this to anyone. Low cost(just few 10’s) but waste service @ACTFibernet #actfibersucks

Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare Support Team, I have sent the payment via Gpay to @ACTFibernet. But ACT Fibernet saying, still didn't receive it. When I checked the my account transaction details on my account. They received payment on Paytm account.

@ACTFibernet I waited for few weeks without Internet but you don’t wait for the bill payment or compensate the same by extension. You force the customer to pay the next bill

@ACTFibernet from the past 4 days I’m facing network issues. Ping is too bad. Internet speed is also very less. Pls resolve it #Chennai
