@mythilitvb @akaasi @ACTFibernet Yes, I believe this is the root cause. They don’t realise it impacts customer satisfaction in a big way. Not only do they close before i vehicle, their service engineers often ask me not to raise another request and instead call them directly. Very poor process.

@ACTFibernet Hi Team, I had raised request for monthly bill but the bill was not shared. I tried to connect to customer care, he shares next month bill and says, that’s Dec bill. The request was made on Dec 5th,I should be getting a bill on 23rd Dec for 24Nov to 23Dec.please help

@_mrhacks @ACTFibernet They are the worst of all. They promised that If I disconnect I will get the remaining refund as billing is generated on pro- rated basis. Now that I want to disconnect they are refusing to refund the money. Maha chutiye madarchod chor hai ye saale
