    @ACTFibernet (1) The kind of frustration i had and faced. There is no proper response from the customer support team. I have been using #Act for the past 8 years. They have setup a box in my home and added 8 connections so far. I have been continuously requesting them to remove the box

    @Airtel_Presence @ACTFibernet @Airtel_Presence I'm not going to waste my money on buying new VDSL router. If you can't replace it with the new router get your lousy router and other equipment out of my premises and disconnect the service!!!

    @Airtel_Presence @ACTFibernet @Airtel_Presence I received a call today from your engineer who doesn't even know what was the issue. When I said it's a router issue he said it will be replaced with one more used router. WTF. Are you f***ing providing some charity service?
