@ACTFibernet Dear Team, I really had a very bad experience with the ACT service provider. They were not able to Install the Internet connect to my location neither to my friend location. Very bad service. I have also requested to process the refund in High priority.

@ACTFibernet I still have not received any updates from @ACTFibernet. Customer care seemed clueless as usual and provided the exact same reply as others. This is just hilarious. You have already lost few customers in this area and now far more are waiting to loose ACT because of inefficiency
