    Worst service and worst customer service and worst Technical service @ACTFibernet . They just fool people.. they don’t resolve the issue and they close the case. Internet not working, stops working when power goes, frequent disconnection… new problem everyday and no resolution

    @ACTFibernet why ACT Fiber is that much costlier?? With Reliance and Airtel like big players having state of art services, we are stuck with ACT because our creepy @gminfinite society doesn’t allows any other service provider.

    Although line has been installed but I am not able to use internet as there is apparently some fault in the line. It's been more than a week and I am still struggling to use internet. @ACTFibernet is this the type of service you wish to offer?

    @ACTFibernet Someone called Srinivas from ACT team changed my plan without my knowledge and harasshing me. I made the entire payment in Feb21 and now out of the blue I get additional charges. I don't know for what reasons. Sad to see such a bad customer service #ACTFibernet (1/2)

    Dear @ACTFibernet, how else can you guys stop calling me every morning other than me breaking my phone and don't get back to it ever? It's been ages since I disconnected ur service and you still call me every morning no matter how many times I tell you not to. Nannodiley ra 🙏

    @ACTFibernet I have shared my details and noone has contacted me. On the contrary I was getting continuous calls for a week to get a connection. It seems the internet is correct on how bad @ACTFibernet service is. I would like a refund of the amount I paid.

    @ACTFibernet It has been 3 days now and issue has not been addressed. When I called customer care, they said nearly 8 to 9 ports are affected. I don't understand why there is so much delay to address the issue. I want to disconnect my ACT connection.. Just let me know the procedure..

    @ACTFibernet I have been very patient and now the support team is of no use they just say you will get a call back from the escalation team. they close my ticket without any reason and all the shops are shut down and I'm left with no help! @ACTFibernet It's disappointing and worse 🤦
