@ACTFibernet Hi There, I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years but this has been the worst worst year of service and connectivity for me. I have paid for 3 months unfortunately and now regret as the speed and connectivity is not more than 1G that we get right now.

@ACTFibernet @airtelindia I have been using act fiber from past 10 years but never had issues with internet as apart of upgrading I have ordered a router from Act fiber page and paid 2999 on 28th of January and till now I haven't recived my router.

@ACTFibernet I am going through lot of pain because of Act fiber net, because I am calling them 5 times and evrytime they say someone will call me but nothing ti now, people called to resolve the technical issues but not the router. Worst service in last 15 days.

@ACTFibernet I am trying to contact customer service to degrade my existing plan.. There is an option for upgrade in APP then why not degrade? ?? Because of less usage.. But there is no response of mails, nor calls.. Please suggest a better way to connect act customer care.

@ACTFibernet the pure ****. You should go out of business. Half of the time it stays down in Hyderabad. I recommend not installing their shitty service at your home.
