@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet no it is not resolved. Again they closed the ticket without resolving it. Its pathetic service from your local technical team here. They comment on ticket building where junction is fixed that building was not having power that is the reason customer didn't get net.

@ACTFibernet Yes it did get resolved 24+ hours. That too after I raised a hue and cry on Twitter. Please ensure your customer support center allows customers to escalate to a manager option. It is much needed

@ACTFibernet Internet is down from yesterday morning. SR10263736209594 still not resolved. Called customer care 3 times, but not getting any answer and they disconnect the call. How to give the discontinue request what about the refund amount because opting for JioFiber now.
