    I have an active ACT fibernet connection. I tried to login my ACT fibernet app but recently its not logging in. I reinstalled the app and tried to login but it is saying as mobile number is not registered. I need immediate solution for this because my billing date is yet to come and i dont even know the exact date. Also i am without logging in App im unable to raise ticket for any issues , check usages etc.. So kindly fix this issue asap or give me any update why im facing this issue ? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD How long should it take just for the internet to start working again? It's been 12 hours now. It's already been past the etr time. Either fix it or we'll change providers. You guys can't do this also properly. SR10180786849254

    @ACTFibernet Your team called 2 times but FAILED to share the notification as well as customer consent. Thy say we sent for plan upgrade wen asked did customer received any proof ..no answer, is this how ACT work..then you say cust u drop email to X team if u want tht email..what is this

    @ACTFibernet Still no internet. Seriously, this issue has been going on since yesterday 5:30pm and still not resolved yet. I was told someone will contact me but again no contact from anyone from ACT not any new update if anyone is even working on the issue or not. Please fix this issue asap.
