@ACTFibernet: Why your connectivity will disconnect every week? We have taken the connection 15 days back and this is the second time no connectivity. The worst service I have ever seen. I think it’s better to cancel rather than followup with your people l.

@ACTFibernet I demand to know what is going on with the ACT service. In the last month the Internet has gone at least once every week. We are working from home and this is completely unacceptable. This week itself, the Internet stopped working for 4 days! This is outrageous.

@ACTFibernet : The attitude of your staffs is horrible,if dey don't wanna work ,you shud either kick them out or they themselves shud resign.This is continuously happening in Koramangala 6th block And 4 your information,they had also messed up with my switch board the last time

@ACTFibernet : Am I a fool???don't I know how 5G works and why am I complaining because ofcourse I have systems that have 5G network,which used to work at 1 point of time but isnt working now Also,in past ppl 4m act hav come & argued with us,as to why do we register complaints?

@ACTFibernet It’s been more than 48 hours post raising ticket (SR11756836641142)for no internet. Since then there has been no action on this, called customer care multiple times but no action yet. Request you to kindly cancel my connection and refund for such a bad QoS.
