    @ACTFibernet who is the ******* product person who approved giving “interesting facts” as pop up messages on your app? I have had to click 5 times on the screen to make that **** go away while I try to do a simple transaction such as pay my bill.

    Why my ticket was closed without informing?When I call customer care they are telling we are having local operator issues,which is around 1km from my previous location.Such a waste customer care center you are running as they cut the call in between. @Balamalladi13 @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Till now there is no follow up. This used to be a top service earlier but in recent times ACT has become worse than local internet providers. I have been using acts for more than 10 years and getting service like this in WFH is seriously unacceptable.
