    @ACTFibernet it’s 6 days since the broadband connection is down, which is totally unacceptable by any standards can’t understand how can a company afford to be so complacent

    @ACTFibernet please check on SR10366546553214 on priority. Its the 2nd time ticket is being re opened due to recurring issues after the cyclone in Chennai. At this rate we will have to move to another service provider !

    @ACTFibernet ETR on iSR10366545944454. It's been 9 days how much time do you need to fix this, least you can do is provide proper update or if you can't resolve refund this month's bill, timeline is changed daily, disappointed with your services.
