    @ACTFibernet SR11077909666134 Our internet has been down for da last 12–16 hours. The modem is showing an orange light, but there’s no connectivity. We were given a 9 PM technician visit slot, bt no 1 showed up. Now we’re being told it will be fix in the mrng. Pls reslv it urgntl

    @ACTFibernet On Nov 6 (5:35 PM), a female agent was rude & mocking on call. Instead of helping, she laughed at my understanding of the plan. This is how @ACTFibernet trains their “support”? 😡 #CustomerServiceFail #ActFibernet 3/n
