@ACTFibernet very unfortunate and pathetic service I’m getting despite being a honest customer since 2016 Despite getting good offer from local network providers I always prefer ActFiber in return what I’m getting is worst service. Will switch my conn if same service continues.

@ACTFibernet monthly three to four times Internet is getting disconnected no permanent solution is given. Your service is pathetic. @Airtel_Presence Might give a better service than you I guess. I want solution and compensation for these many internet drops.

@ACTFibernet Very pathetic Customer Service. Complaint SR10363614140464 raised at 07:00am/03-Dec. Absolutely no response so far. Even after 2 calls and email to nodal, practically zero response. Don't know if you guys are even working for customers.

@ACTFibernet I ma sorry to say. Call back will not help. Sent a detailed email after analysis of the issue. If & IF you have a technical team who read and understand customer emails, it wouldn't take this long to even take basic action. Worst service and customer focus is the least I can say.
