    @ACTFibernet Already paid due , still not resolved. Your customer support calls and says referral is confirmed and will be resolved .I asked for a mail. Now in a mail saying account itself is not with ACT and closing this when I know they are still. #worstsupport

    @ACTFibernet My account id is 101014170068 when i talked customer care about my refund they said refund will be given in three days. Its been three days still i didn't get my refund. Its already more than 45 days since i raised request for refund. When iam going to get my refund?

    @ACTFibernet hey there's problem with your mobile as well as web app. I am trying to place a shifting request since yesterday but it always throws an error "Bad Gateway" and you people are not even accepting requests made by to your Customer Support. I am relocating ina day help
