    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Ac no : 101536744391 WO : WO101536745893 U requested for 7 days i didn't say anything & after 10 days rather than doing anything u people cancelled the work order. Just initiate the refund, worst service. To cancel u people took 10 days. Great.

    I don't think @ACTFibernet will resolve any issue until it is kept on social media to defame. No resolution from 10th March, 2021 on issue and today agin the customer care exicutive take a new complaint with Ref No SR10154176996839

    @ACTFibernet Please stop using ACT. Switch to other ISPs. It is worst ISP ever I have seen. I took 7 months plan and then relocated my home. They denied to relocate due to feasibility and also denied to refund the amount. I tried calling them 30+ times but yet they denied my

    @ACTFibernet Very disappointed with your service standards. Took my second connection for home within 10 days, which is not working since the date of installation, been 5 days since Iam following up! None has attended to the issue.
