    @ACTFibernet SR 10766829469724 .. was raised last Saturday, after finding that Internet was down since Friday. Technician came, checked a few things - said router issue, RESOLVED the request without the issue actually being fixed. Been 4 days without internet now - pls help!

    @ACTFibernet please look into this SR10165845364074, working from home and facing issues with your connection. Connection speed is 300Mbps, but not even getting 150mbps. Service engineer doesn't attend the call. Pathetic experience.
