    @ACTFibernetHYD , @ACTFibernet there is no internet service since yesterday morning and your teams are neither responding to tickets or calls, even your supervisors. It's impacting work and schools. Request you to look into it asap.

    @ACTFibernet This is the standard response I get everytime. Nothing will ever change. You will continue to fleece your customers who trust you and pay their bills 3 months in advance hoping for a trouble free connection. @ACTFibernet sucks big time.

    @ACTFibernet My internet connection is down again today and this is the 4th time I’m raising a complaint/request in one week. This is very bad customer service! Request you to escalate and resolve this issue ASAP!

    @ACTFibernet very poor experience on both mobile app and web link for placing a shifting request..all it says is "something went wrong try later"..can't even speak to a customer care person!!

    @ACTFibernet 40 complaints in the last 2 months but no resolution! Internet drops every 5 mins. Have escalated the issue everyday but no avail. Was one of the first customers for ACT in delhi, but now can't wait for @reliancejio to come in!! :-\ 110000000395

    Sir,I have a new connection of your ACT Fibernet your service manager told me that the range of the 5G connection is 8 m , but when I installed it your executive told me that the range is only 3m and the speed of the connection is also very poor @ACTFibernet my number 9910809995

    @ACTFibernet Been trying to downgrade my plan for 6 months now. Your shady tactics are quite evident when i have to email you guys to downgrade whereas for upgrade can do it on the app. The first email i sent on this front was 6 months ago. Still no resolution!
