    @ACTFibernet @TRAI I have complained about my ACT fibrenet outage 2 hours ago and nothing has been done to resolve the problem. This is the second time this week that the internet connection suddenly stopped working for over 2 hours and impeding my work at peak back office hrs.

    @ACTFibernet Why would it take 72 hours for Confirmation of Payment from Customer side. Paid my bill on December 3rd and you guys disconnected my Account saying i didn’t pay my Bill. No internet since yesterday. Worst Service from you guys. I regretted that i paid for 1 year plan

    @ACTFibernet Dear sir i have again activated your service after call from your act broadband team offering me some monthly reduction in Bill But till now no one called me after offering informing how much reduction please ask them to contact me

    @sasi_kanth007 @ACTFibernet ACT should work on their customer support/services, I have experienced such delays more than a couple of times whenever there was an issue with internet connection(cable disconnect…) and relocation of existing connection.

    @chennaiactfiber @ACTFibernet It's been 2 days since I raised 2 tickets including phone call to service center for checking the office internet fibernet connection. Not resolved till now nor did we get a call about the same. Service is in shambles due to this delay.

    @ACTFibernet Extremely poor response over last 3.5 months to issue refund. Latest ticket raised today: SR10366662536313. Next option is to move out of ACT once current cycle is done
