    @ACTFibernet hi, my registered number is 9551099661 the 4k box remote is not working, how do I get a replacement? There are no apps to use the mobile as a remote for your box. After update the live channels come only after 4 to 5 times. Error 003

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 73rd consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???+

    @ACTFibernet Speeds are nowhere near 75mbps on a 75mbps plan and your customer executives give vague reasons that only 80% speed can be received and that you have connected multiple devices etc. I'm going to register a complaint with the national consumer helpline.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet It is just 4days new connection the bandwidth is not accurate.not even get 45 Mbps speed guys are giving false promises. ACT id 116639643985. I would open complaint at consumer forum.

    @ACTFibernet Your people requested for the power box to be moved to my building. I agreed to it assuming it shouldn't take much time. It has now been 3 hours and no network, 2 people have visited now.raised SR10264001099634 . But it days will be resolved only tomorrow.

    Pathetic Internet services by @ACTFibernet. This is the consecutive 3rd time I'm raising a complaint since 20th Jan 2022 due to internet disconnection, and each time you people take 24+ hours to resolve the same. #worstservices #poorcustomerservice #pathetic
