    Since I have not gotten a resolution and your "team" members don't even have the decency to pick the call and call back. The closing of the tickets without a resolution is cherry on the cake. I am raising a complaint today. @ACTFibernet has the worst service ever!

    @ACTFibernet 2) the same thing happened when I called customer care again. Your service is worst I got the same issue 3 times in January every time you guys come up with the excuses but not with the service .

    @ACTFibernet I want to send the call records please suggeste where to send. You can listen to your customer care representative's responses the way they place call on hold and disconnect the calls.

    @ACTFibernet Why there is no support for night shift customers.. Assuming yourself as leading ISP doesn’t help. You need to reach what other ISPs are doing for customer support.
