@ACTFibernet team it's been more than 24 hours since the ticket has been raised for no internet issue. Absolutely 0 updates received so far. Not feasible to work with such service when folks are working from home.

@ACTFibernet Team, I got call from customer care and inform me that there would be no refund, because the service has restored.. and I have paid for 6 month out which 1 month your internet connection was down..if that’s the case I need file a case against you on consumer court..plz resolve..

@ACTFibernet A message received by me, it says, the issue will be resolved on 7th Oct bet 7-10 PM!!! Why such a long time,today is the 3rd day without internet
