    @ACTFibernet This is the kind of service you are giving and then claiming to be the best ISP! SR10264479208343 still stands unresolved (We will call within 48 hrs for details.) FYI I haven't received a call and it has been 8 days since I raised a refund request. Pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Sir, after disconnecting my connection and collecting router your team is misguiding me for the refund how shameless the team is.. they are torturing customer mentlly connection no 6377963390 tickets was closed and reopened 10+ time also

    @ACTFibernet Do not feel Act team are understanding user experience issue; i am asking for how your services can be improved however you guys are just raising tocket with your technical team to fix it. My concern is quality of service since there are 3 issues reported in 2 weeks

    @Jasoftw1 @ACTFibernet No :), still constant packet loss to SEA servers, games unplayable, but using Cloudfare Warp gets rid of the packet loss but adds around 20ping which is fine for me. No thanks to ACT's ****** and ignorant service.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I'm planning to terminate the relationship with as I can't keep on calling the support team to escalate and resolve the issue, I see my internet going down for every 2 days SR: SR10164515355517 And stop claiming as ISP in top 10!! #ACT

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working from Yesterday morning, already logged ticket # SR1036459966104 for the same. Reached customer care many times and no proper support. Already crossed the timeline and issue is still not resolved.
