    @ACTFibernet what kinda services do u provide in Coimbatore? Your customer support sucks and of no use. For the second time in a week, I’m facing internet connectivity issue and there is no response from technicians at Coimbatore. I’m working from home and you guys r an headache.

    1/2 @ACTFibernet raised a complaint on 20th that my connection have a specific issue i m unable to access my office related website using act wifi but the same one is working using my mobile data. In this 7 days, i have called bloody more than 10 times, but still no resolution.

    @ACTFibernet Disappeared. From then no one called me. Wht is happening, why r u guys taking so much time to fix this simple issue. What the hell is wrong with your team. And is there no option to talk to a supervisor when on call..? Supervisors dnt hve guts to talk to customers.?

    @ACTFibernet I requested to disconnnect my net due to very bad Servcies from 30th sept act fiber employee called me argue that I should not disconnect and when I insisted he disconnected today when my request was to disconnect from 30th sept

    @ACTFibernet Recently I raised a ticket regards refund my amount and without any update from you end the ticket was closed, If I asked to customer care they are not told like someone will call you regarding this issue but no one call me. Kindly help me to resolve this issue ASAP
