  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD There is no proper service channel when we create a service request for internet connection issues. All we receive is an SMS which doesn't contain any contact number.

  @ACTFibernet i have paid advance rental for 6 months and after 3 days your technician is telling me that they cannot install the connection. Why they didn't check the location properly before asking me to make the payment. This is definitely a very bad experience.
