Worst service nointernet past 56 hrs .One thing I suggest everyone is not opt for @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD .they are worst internet provider that one can opt.finally cancelling my connection after 2 yrs+ due to poor service and backendsupport Twitter is theonly way to connect

@ACTFibernet what a worst and miserably inadequate service.. I have taken 75 mbps service never ever got minimum speed and customer care people disconnected the call without addressing the issue.

@ACTFibernet The promptness with which you respond to tweets, if u can be that prompt at fixing the issue, would be greatful. If @ACTFibernet is not solving this permanently by this weekend, m switching to Jio/Airtel! Can't deal with this nonsense CustService with wfh & working from ph data!

The customer care number only lets you connect to an executive if you are an existing customer. Where’s the helpline support for people waiting for connection. There’s no way to cancel it and take refund either. Feels like a scam . Return my money and I am going for @ACTFibernet
