@ACTFibernet hello act my internet is working fine and fast. But the service people are constantly calling me and asking about checking the wires at my home. 6 people have called in the last 3 days. DM for their numbers they are harassing and disturbing us for unwanted reasons..

@ACTFibernet Internet down. Getting below error when I thy to open the Act Fibernet mobile app to lodge a complaint. "java.rmi.remoteexception Axisfault exception due to technical issue" Totally ridiculous! Seriously thinking about chaging ISP's.

@ACTFibernet It's not even 24 hrs of rectification and again I am in the same mess. Had to raise another complain no SR10263332010418 for no network. Guys, you are just doing a great job. I do not think you take customers' complain seriously...

SR10163328966144 @ACTFibernet issue registered is not solved infact connection has become worse now. The CS agent hung up mid call without leaving me without a resolution. Horrible service!
