    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I have been getting RELENTLESS calls from your service after telling them that we have already have taken a connection with your agents being extremely rude on call and asking for personal details. Everyday I am having to block WhatsApp messages.

    Dear @ACTFibernet It’s been more than a week now you are have not yet resolved our Internet issue .. Within 15 days of new connect a 6 month advance payment plan and the Internet is down for 10 days .. what does this mean.. Please cancel by account immediately and refund my money ASAP

    @ACTFibernet Took a new connection on Monday, internet stopped working by Wednesday morning. Raised ticket SR10177557602944 ,ETR was 9 PM today, but no fix yet. Now support says it'll take 3 more days. Pathetic service - you take 3 month payment in advanc for 1 day of internet!

    @ACTFibernet Raised refund ticket on Oct 8. Service exec Ilyas (9505021858) forced routers on Oct 10 saying he's "going far away". Closed my ticket without consent that night. Supervisor Sai refusing to help. This is clear consumer rights violation @ACTFibernet
