  @ACTFibernet @FiberAct Your service has been extremely disappointing. SR11079836610294 was raised, but no technician has visited yet. I’ve already called support team 3 times with no resolution. This is the 2nd time in a week I’m facing the same issue. Completely unacceptable.

  @ACTFibernet Broadband connection outage again for more than 3 hours. I am experiencing this type of outage 2-3 times every month. Not satisfied with the service while students are online preparing for the JEE advanced final exam. Ticket number SR11779914474304.

  @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet what’s wrong with your Hyderabad service? Facing internet blackout second time in one month. Customer care is worthless. No way to prioritise resolution. It takes 24 hours. Are we living in stone age? Or you are asking to switch to JioFibre or Airtel?

  @ACTFibernet Service suspended over disputed OTT charges (₹267) even after plan upgrade with OTT included. Issue was raised earlier and acknowledged by your rep. Disconnecting service during a billing dispute is unacceptable. Restore service ASAP.

  Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.   Really disappointed with @ACTFibernet. Even before my service started, they made false promises just to close the sale"it’ll be done today", "installation confirmed" and then just disappeared. No updates, no accountability, just left hanging after payment. Left a real sour taste.
