  @ACTFibernet I have been facing speed issues and had called one of your representatives, they told me to switch off the internet and then when I say, to switch it on, and they do not talk over the phone after 10 minutes. Is this the way any customer is treated!!! Shame on you.

  @ACTFibernet , I am one of the customer in Hyderabad, Internet connection is lost in my home since yesterday, I wrote an email. No response yet. Please look into the matter. You have been providing excellent service since last few months. Do not spoil that reputation.

  @ACTFibernet Even if I give you my number call disconnects will be the same thing I will get. I did 5-7 calls today's all got disconnected no agent try to resolve my issue. Still I have DM you my number let's see how quickly I get a call back.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD has one of the worst customer care facility by the time the number comes the calls goes blank.
