@ACTFibernet Hi, there is a concurrent problem which keeps happening, your servers don't have power back up, everytime there is a power cut in the area the internet goes down, what's the point of me having a UPS power back up if your internet is susceptible to power supply in the area?

@ACTFibernet Thanks, After the 17hrs of no internet the issue as been fixed @ACTFibernet.. Yesterday was an bad day at office. Appreciate the work because it has been fixed with in 24 hrs but please be soo quick next time then will be it will be useful and more productive for both end.

@ACTFibernet - trying to terminate my connection for over week as you don't service my new location. No way to do this on your app or on phone. On Whatsapp too, there is no response. This is phenomenally bad customer service! Pls sort is out asap!

@ACTFibernet I have no internet connection and your app doesn't allow login (Incorrect Entry: 3 attempts left repeated over and over again). Not only are you crashing (again!) you're now not allowing customers to raise support tickets through the app. Excellent.
