    @ACTFibernet Don't get ACT Fiber connection in Delhi. Support is worst. Support staff is noncooperative. You will be disconnected after Every 3 days and service will be restore after 2day. Still not resolved.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @jagograhakjago Regarding account number 101000444253, I am experiencing an internet outage for the past three days, despite a technician's visit. The issue remains unresolved, and the promised fiber team visits have not yet occurred.

    Hi Team any update as issue is still unresolved, hi @TRAI could pls take action agaisnt @ACTFibernet on extremely higher complaint on unethical practices like wrong issues resolution status, high customer dissatisfaction and selling on fake commitment.

    @ACTFibernet First time trying ACT Fibernet and already regretting it. Technician says the wire is ‘cut’ in my area but there’s no damage on my end. Installation done but no activation. How is this acceptable? @ACTFibernet, fix this ASAP

    @ACTFibernet Its been a few hours and I haven't received any communication regarding my ticket. I am unable to do any work due to this and it's causing a lot of problems. Is the ACT service getting worse day by day now? Ticket: SR11076643625484 Please resolve at the earliest.

    @ACTFibernet I have not received Netflix subscription for my plan.   I have recently got a network connection in ACT. The sales person said that Netflix is included but i have not rec'd it yet.  Please check it and share it as soon as possible.

    @ACTFibernet I’ve experienced the worst from this company my wifi is not working from last 2 days and my location doesn’t have prior network. The company still didn’t resolved issue. I’m going to file a complaint against company in consumer court.
