    @ACTFibernet Not sure, how can this take two days, but If we delay for one hour in payment then you cancel the subscription and now you are telling me to wait for 24 to 48 hours. I already lost my precious day today and now I just got the message that it will be done tomorrow. @GoI_MeitY

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Facing issue with customer support — calls from my registered number stay on hold indefinitely, while other numbers are asked to call from the registered one and disconnected. Requesting a resolution. CAF number: 102800628671

    @ACTFibernet internet services are down for the 3rd time due to fiber cut in a week. Why can't you resolve it permanently? This is preposterous and horrendous!

    @ACTFibernet @aakashkumarpur1 No connection since April 29th. Please expedite repair. Rush extra technical staff because the existing number are overwhelmed and unable to rectify the issue.

    @ACTFibernet Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional support. I’m being told to arrange power for your junction box if I want internet. I’m a paying customer; fixing technical/infrastructure issues is your responsibility, not mine. Please escalate and restore service immediately.

    @ACTFibernet Just don’t waste my time. If you cannot provide an alternative solution, I intend to subscribe to another internet service provider.

    @ACTFibernet Please don’t attempt to resolve now—the time has passed. Disconnect my broadband effective 1 May 2026 due to service deficiency. Raise a disconnection ticket, process pro-rata refund, and stop billing from 2 May 2026. This is my official confirmation.
