    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet 1st time I am planning to take internet connection from @ACTFibernet . I have very bad experience. Before take connection they took payment. After that they saying in my building box are full. They can not give connection.

    Though there are lot of negative comments, I chose @ACTFibernet assuming they have improved the service but they have proved it WORST again. Your sales guy promised the connection on same day and flew away with money paid. Later all the things which happened was blunder.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Executives are so irresponsible and not willing to work. The closed the tickets without even solving the issue. The executives don’t receive or even give their numbers. HORRIBLE SERVICE, worst experience ever. Will recommended not to use their service

    @ACTFibernet It's been more than 76 hours of no internet but still the issue is not resolved. Field technician has closed my ticket without resolving the issue.SR10163220413774. can I know the reason why it was closed?This is not the kind of customer care we expect.

    @ACTFibernet it's been 2 days I made payment. No one called me for installation. It's really an emergency. They said they deliver within 48 hours. But no what to do now @ACTFibernet
