    @ACTFibernet Got ACT internet last month, and I had clearly told your support executive that I don’t want extra service after the free trial. I am anyway not gonna use the free trail as well. Today received a mail saying I m charged 200 for extra service

    Very poor service from @ACTFibernet One rainfall and service is down until the complaint is raised. It’s 4-5th time in last one and half month..!!

    @ACTFibernet got ACT connection a month back and I clearly told your support executive that I don’t want extra service or even the free trial because i am not gonna use it anyway. Received a 200 rupees bill today. sort it out at the earliest.

    @ACTFibernet when will resolve the internet issues? Ticket after ticket, you close the tickets without solving issues fully. Latest ticket number SR10266047793144. Previous ticket numbers you see in the history

    @ACTFibernet How can ACT Service close the ticket without asking the customer if the issue is resolved? Are we playing a game here where I keep complaining & the service personnel close it only to keep their fake scores up of cust satisfaction. This is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL & UNACCEPTABLE
