I raise a complaint. @ACTFibernet raise a ticket for the sake. Some customer care guy explains it for the sake. ACT close the ticket without a solution. I raise another complaint. Absolute shambles. I won't leave my 2000 to be robbed out of me in the name of service policy

@ACTFibernet this very sad the internet service was good and speed till 2021 Aug the service related cables or speed became worst in HYDERABAD like Muradnagar, Mehdipatnam, Mallapally, Redhills..internet wire issues, disconnects & slowdown is major issues. Plz doneedful immediate

@ACTFibernet SR 10363370653916 ( tkt closed without proper resolution) and SR10363405815514. A router was promised but now they say you have to pay for one as the warranty is expired. When the connection was taken after 2 weeks another router was given which was faulty.

@ACTFibernet Just because the customer stayed quite mere advantage was taken. And this is inspite of me giving you guys a place at my residence to install a box and give free electricity supply for the 7 connections that go out from my place.
