@kanishkdudeja @ACTFibernet What’s the use of buying connection if we are not able to use it properly, I am using my phone internet since many days. So frustrated with them, earlier they were telling my device had a problem, when they try to resolve they decrease the speed, happened twice.

@ACTFibernet Hi team, very poor response for Ticket no: SR10163731298364. Still no fix and everyone is very casual in responding. lost full day with out service. I am sure no one even visited the challenge location to check and address the issue. Can you help?
