  @ACTFibernet It's already been escalated. I need a call with an ACT representative who can give me the exact ETA. From the service point of view, this is very important for us to plan our day/week. BUT that is where you have failed. Even after knowing everything you keep sending messages.

  @ACTFibernet I am not getting service ticket after submitting the connection shift request and you customer support folks are not helpful without ticket number. I have submitted the ticket atleast 10 times

  @ACTFibernet It is taking longer than expected but Why does your engineer don’t lift call? What’s the purpose of giving option to connect your engineer. When h doesn’t lift the call ? We are required some sort of information right ..! Hope @ACTFibernet recovers the network at our location
