    @ACTFibernet my ACT a/c no : 101564093820 I have been requesting for invoice copy from March 1st to 31st from 5 days but we don’t know why ur not sending. Now we realising that we did a mistaking by taking @ACTFibernet connection. Very poor service.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised request in APP and emailed to customer support team, 8 times called customer care and 23 times called the person who visited my house.However there is no response..

    Wow ACT service is amazing as I had raised Activation request on 26th of Mar'22 but till today NO Action..I thought of delay in service or response happens only in Govt offices..but ACT proved me wrong.@ACTFibernet..are they expecting something 🤔

    @ACTFibernet Wow what a lie. Indeed I got a call from support team, i picked the call and the guy didn't utter a word instead they heard my voice and cut the call. Is this how the executive should contact the customer @ACTFibernet ???
