@ACTFibernet here in every month why the service got cutoff already I paid full amount then why are you providing so much bad service to customers every month minimum two times service get cutoff apart from this your technicians taking 24-48 hrs for resolving, it's too much

@ACTFibernet We are facing connection issue in our office. We have also complained so many times but no resolution also they close the raised ticket without any resolution. This is hampering our work. Kindly fix this or refund our amount, which will happily switch to other.

@ACTFibernet - I have been a religious customer to ACT , however I have noticed that the service quality has drastically gone down, I had taken up a 6m plan out of which 2 months the connection was disconnected due to some technical glitch from ACT
