@ACTFibernet What a ****** service you are giving, I am raising complaint daily and the network stops working every alternate day. There is a fraud going on. Ur marketing team takes new connections bt doesnt change infra. In a box with 10 slots u allowed 12 connections. Shame..

@ACTFibernet It's a work of only 5-10 mins. For this small work u guys are taking more then 8 days. If this issue won't get solve today. I vll remove all connections from that box and vll remove and throw that installation box in to garbage.

@ACTFibernet, Pathetic service. It’s been 2 hours now since my internet stopped working. calls aren’t answered on customer service and you customer help on app won’t work. Wfh and students are suppose to wait for you to fix this while we keep paying 7-8k every 6 month?

Now I’ve 2 options - Either I’ll not make any payment and discontinue the services or I’ll make the payment and still discontinue the services. I’ll revert to my old service provider @ACTFibernet now.
