    @ACTFibernet Madurai You cannot expect the customer to adjust their usage according to your poor quality service. It's been over one month now and I need the latency fixed ASAP. You advertise low latency in your ads so is it a lie then?

    @ACTFibernet stupidest service provider ever. I disconnected my connection last month after using ACT for close to 10 years. Everyday I am getting automated spam calls to reconnect. Stop spamming me. Your customer service has irritated the hell out me.

    @ACTFibernet my acc ID: 102634348320. Act has cheated me with my security money. They are not refunding my 1000rs after disconnection of wifi. They are also abusing on calls. The account belong to a lady is this a right customer service what you guys are giving ? don't do scam.

    @ACTFibernet but still not modified my bill.... He called and said... Check with our server.... But still bill amount showing 1192/-... And today morning... Onwards my suspended account activated... My question is... For my bill when u people resolve the problems??

    @ACTFibernet As of 13.30 IST today, my internet was not working. I raised the complaint immediately, but the ETA for resolving this issue is 13.00PM IST tomorrow. Due to this issue,I completely messed up my WFH job for the entire day. Please assist me in resolving this issue ASAP

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI @DoT_India I am puzzled as to why there has been silence at ACT customer service end on my 3 complaints for now well over a month. Honestly, ACT customer service is getting worse and Pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet I think the best solution is to change your ISP,honestly I feel ashamed stating in public that I have paid act to act as my internet service provider,I'm pretty sure I'll get fewer network fluctuations with a satellite phone, I cannot fathom how this company is still in business

    @ACTFibernet your service is getting worse day by day. I am facing connectivity issues from last 2 months. and still there is no permanent solution. I am not getting any waiver as well in the bill amount despite issues. Pathetic experience with ACT.
