  @ACTFibernet visited on 26 Sept. and said the router need to be changed and will done on 29 Sept and now today is 1 Oct no update no solution such a Fake promises and fake things you guys do I will file the complaint in DOT.

  @ACTFibernet problem remains unresolved for 5 days. No one bothers to attend phone calls. Unless they have someone to come to the spot they cannot always resolve the issue. It is pathetic .
