  @ACTFibernet don't have internet connectivity from past 8 days since it's got installed. called umpteen times no proper response unprofessional behavior by CC Agents disconnects the call Pathetic service will not recommend to any one..

  @ACTFibernet outrageous act by ACT. my invoice had issue as paid twice in May. June no invoice raised by ACT,July got invoice for June as well; raised a concern on call & email. No revert recieved. 2day my connection is disconnected. I want the service to be resumed immediately

  @ACTFibernet you charged me for unused billing period and sent excess invoice amount.Called customer care multiple times to correct the invoice to pay the bill. But there is no response. What kind of service is this?
