  @ACTFibernet You don't have any right to torture any guy even after saying I am not in your radar. One of the TeleCaller was saying take the network and you don't receive any calls... What sort of a behaviour is that you are communicating with public... It is sensitive for me too...

  @ACTFibernet your poor customer service is a serious problem!! I need my service to be paused. You ask me to pay my dues and don’t pause the service. By then another bill is due and you ask me to pay again and don’t pause my service. Can anyone actually help?#poorcustomerservice

  @ACTFibernet If your team tried thier best, the issue would be fixed within hrs. I have a cousin who lives 400mtrs away and his connection is working fine. So I'm guessing it's nothing major. You have the worst service just know that.

  @ACTFibernet Yeah they been only LOOKING since yesterday and not doing anything about it ? Does any network take this long to fix ? I am having exams and I am standing on the road to get the signals ! Promising you that I will throw the act stuff on the road if you don’t fix it by tonight!
