    Day 2 of waiting for my ₹3932 refund from @ACTFibernet. I had to cancel the connection because they tried to install a commercial 8-port hub in my private house for just ₹50! Ticket is raised, but ACT team, please process this with finance TODAY and give me the UTR number.

    @ACTFibernet Broadband connection down since yesterday. After raising complaint I received SMS saying it would be fixed by 9 PM but it was not resolved. This morning I received another SMS extending the ETA to 1 PM. Really disappointed and no communication from the engineer.

    @ACTFibernet Router taken by your team without notice or replacement. Connection was transferred & ₹9K prepaid for 6-7 months. No help from customer care. Now without any router. Resolve ASAP. Name: Mrutyunjay Dash (+91 8763150574)
