If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Even inhave asked the team to ask someone senior to give a call but till now no resolution. This is really disappointing.

Even before my service started, they made false promises just to close the sale"it’ll be done today", "installation confirmed" and then just disappeared. No updates, no accountability, just left hanging after payment. Left a real sour taste.
