    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available to speak to legal team. This is the 142nd consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @ACTFibernet Hello all, I need to mention here I was forced to deactivate this service due to the terms and conditions provided by ACTBroadband with static IP resolution. Now I am not using their solution. So for the resolution provided. Thanks to provide discount for 6 months.

    @ACTFibernet one of your customer service associate put my call on mute yesterday and sat while stop giving answers to my questions! Very rude and unacceptable behaviour! I'm facing internet issues every 2nd week, its been more than 24 hours since internet is not working for me!

    Pathetic broadband service, i had to manage about 10 days without internet in the month of March 2022 and you guy are not even ready to compensate for those 10 days, customer care is least bothered and even the service engineer.@ACTFibernet
