  @ACTFibernet The issue is still open. Kindly connect with the technician and let me know the current status honestly. Either you guys have not planned for this rainy season properly and are shortage of man power or just straight incompetent. Kindly take a look into this urgently!

  @ACTFibernet my account got disconnected due to the plan expiry I want to reconnect my plan but there is a due amount for 25days where my internet hasn't worked on for 15days in that 25days but you guys charged for 25days, help me out in this

  @ACTFibernet get your act together. Customer service is horrible. I did a plan upgrade and I was supposed to get mesh router and ticket was raised on July 2nd till now no update.
