    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD #Badservive SR10159247308442 request raised 5 days back for reconnection at Pragatinagar, Hyderabad, still not resolved, everytime I can, customer care tells and repeats the same thing that technician will come in 24 hrs, it's more than 120 hrs.....

    @ACTFibernet I have given shifting request more than a week before and still no resolution provided. I need login I have evening shift today as still no response. Will you guys get this sorted or will you pay penalty...worst customer support as always..

    @ACTFibernet Connectivity issues, 2 times in past 1 week and 3 times in past mnth.Its impacting a lot.we pay u money in advance n u show us these issues at the most neede time.worst service.provide a permanent solution else u r losing a customer pretty soon..DMed my reg mob nbr

    @ACTFibernet The speed at which formalities are done for new connection is awesome,but the way to treat the old customers is really bad I have raised a shifting request 5 days ago but no action has been taken till yet .please take some advice from @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet we were told that the issue will be resolved by 1pm. “Your request SR10159347995742 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 7/11/2021 01:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app” we do not have internet yet.

    Terrible service with @ACTFibernet Bangalore . 2 weeks into new connection & down for 2 days with support executives not interested to fix.
