    1/2 guarantee. Why would customers stay with ACT when other providers offer cheaper plans, faster service, and better support? Extremely disappointing experience. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct @ACTFibernetHYD What is happening guys? I have never saw this much of negligence from the ACT team. I had raised a relocation request a week back, and still got no response for the same. If you are unable to do it, just return the money back.

    @excitel_rocks going to take new Excitel connection, restrain. it's ok, but once connectivity issue, u have no option. u can't raise complaint. App will say checked, it's working. U go for chat, that will waste ur 30 mint. No redressal. Pathetic. Go with @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @jagograhakjago I have opted for plan change with entertainment bundle option. It has not been activated yet. I was told a new router will be given for this new plan. It’s been more than 5 days and there is no option to contact customer service.
