    @ACTFibernet Any updates on the SR(SR11059663120841). You are making me realise that i made a worst decision by choosing ACT Broadband.Taking 6 months rental in advance and then not providing the services that i am paying for #ZeroCustomerSatisfaction @HathwayBrdband @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet Did a reply to nodal officer as nothing is working out with customer service, but even with Nodal officer am waiting for more than 2 days to get a response...could someone look into this...really disappointing....

    @ACTFibernet your service is dis connectivity is at-least 20 times a day and above that hopeless response from your customer care team.

    @ACTFibernet There is no battery backup to data switch. This is cause of signal drop out. I do not know as to how this configuration will ensure uninterrupted signal. Your person +919100785115 assured that battery is indented. No point giving feedback on half done task.Please ensure and ask.

    @ACTFibernet wt kind of worst service your company is providing to the customer..always facing problems with you internet connection. it's become routine for your company to apologize and disconnecting the service...I should feel shame on me for choosing this company for internet
