I waited 3days still no single action taken from ACT i continuosly calling agent and customer care they are saying still under process

@ACTFibernet @arabianmandhi Hello @ACTFibernet , I raised a complaint and waited a year to resolve with several follow up. U didn’t resolved it. So we disconnected your account and moved to another already. It’s not only about ‘Uninterrupted surfing’, it is also about your service.

@ACTFibernet it’s been 4 days now since I had internet- SR10264994575834. Every time I call they just say that they are putting the ticket on high priority and will fix it in 4 hours but nothing happens. Worst ISP service ever!!!!!!!
