    @ACTFibernet Please help me upgrade my plan to a Mesh Router setup. I am currently using a 500Mbps plan at 1199+Tax but when I try to upgrade to Mesh router the same price gets updated to 1299+Tax and has to be paid for 6 months in advance. Please call me for discussion

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for the response. However, a waiver does not address the inconvenience caused by being without internet for over 24 hours. My concern is the repeated delays in resolving outages and the lack of communication from support. Please provide a clear ETA for restoration.

    @ACTFibernet @daneshzaki @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket to shift my connection with TICKET ID SR11080671198304 this issue was declared to be resolved by 14 June 2026 but till now nothing has been done I am working without internet since a week my ACT account number is 110777865246 please resolve

    @JioCare From past one week i am facing Jio wifi internet issue. its keeps fluctuating.I am not seeing option to contact customer care. One of the worst service. If you can't resolve i will move to Actfibernet.
