    This @ACTFibernet definitely has anxiety issues. The due date to make the bill payment for internet is 15th of every month. I get so many reminders everyday for bill payment right from the 1st of every month till the due date. That's really irritating!

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic customer service. A ticket whose ETA was 7 days, is open for more than 2 weeks now with absolutely no response from your end and upon calling the support people are spilling out lies.Complaint number: SR10165772602011

    @ACTFibernet we need senior technical assistance since I am very unhappy with the technician assigned to this area. This is the 5th time in a month that we are having the same issue - WAN port unplugged. We need long term solution. I do not want excuses.
