    @atty723 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I complained that backup lasts barely one hour and your executive replaced it with a battery that lasts barely 1 minute!Your quality of service is extremely poor! Today, internet connectivity is a basic requirement and you can't fail to even provide that as an ISP.

    @ACTFibernet this is my second day to contact to a right person to fix my problem done in heart of the city of hyderabad . @ACTFibernet don’t have a 24/7 customer support ? Even on Monday from 9 A.m to 1:30 pm I’m not able to reach any of your support support staff. Bad service

    @ACTFibernet we have no Internet since last night. Registered complaint on app, there is no update since. It’s a working day, how long will we go without Internet. Also there is no way to reach out to ACT!!

    @ACTFibernet Have some senses being in service industry. What wrong system being followed in ur cust care putting hardship to customer. Feel shameful if have some corporate ethics. DM me for more details if interested to resolve the issue n take action on ur failure employees.
