There is a reason why companies like act do not grow and shut down overtime its bc of non existent customer service. And third rate support. JUST AVOID.

Sends msg delaying it three times and at 7.30 tells it will be done on 13 Aug. Not taking calls and spoke support - no resolution

There is no resolution expect for the fact that the app now reflects the SR#. I appreciate your efforts on customer service. If not, I am happy to disconnect the service & move to another service provider

Your service is very poor, your support team tells me to wait for 4 to 5 hours but in ACT fibernet app, it tells me to wait more than 24hrs
