    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD There has been no internet connectivity at my place from yesterday 5pm. I already logged a complaint and eta is 3pm today. It's not acceptable. It almost over 18 hours. No technician visit yet. Customer service telling to wait. SR10179758361064.

    @ACTFibernet so pathetic start with your service Sales and engineers promised that by Sunday the fibre will be ready and now it is getting delayed and I need to cancel and refund immediately

    @ACTFibernet Hi, I have not received any proper response and today on a call from your team and they clearly denied the router mentioned earlier and proper support. Hence I have cancelled my plan effective 10-04-26 with act fibernet and will require the entire payment refunded as the plan

    @ACTFibernet I got a message like since I was busy. Dear Patron, We tried calling you multiple times for service resolution, since we couldn't reach you, we are closing the ticket. Team ACT. How could you do that without any resolution??

    @ACTFibernet Your service has been extremely disappointing. My WiFi has not been working since yesterday almost 24 hours now and no technician has been assigned. There is no way to reach support or even get an update. This is not the first time Account No: 118743660976

    Hey @ACTFibernet The wifi 6 router currently provided has a very inconvenient app in order to manage connected devices. Can you please change my router to something that has a better app? Like the tp-link Deco router with wifi 6 support?

    @ACTFibernet there is no prior notice that the network will be down or anything even if they get a notice from the municipality that they are cutting down the tree which could cause network outages Is it that hard to just notify us?
