Dear @ACTFibernet, I was using your since from 8 Year there were few issues but still it was fine but today it's worst, At 12'O Clock a technician came to fix the wiring of the switch box for that he disconnected the connection without any intimation till now there is no (1/4)

I don't think @ACTFibernet will resolve any issue until it is kept on social media to defame. No resolution from 10th March, 2021 on issue and today agin the customer care exicutive take a new complaint with Ref No SR10154176996839

@ACTFibernet SlowSpeed has been an issue always.Checked internet speed on laptop directly connected to LAN wire from ACT(no router at all) still ur technician blames router. Funny but True. 80mbps for 150mbps plan. @JioCare how soon can you give connection?

@rite2ace @ACTFibernet i used to get anywhere between 35 and 65 until day before yesterday. it hasn't come down from 91ms since then. SG is still at 70-85ms. This is so annoying. My ping to bom csgo server is still as it was. Don't even if it's isp or Valorant at this point

@ACTFibernet worst n pathetic customer service its been 3 days since i requested for a broadband connection here in banglore but your person is not responding and payment has already been dine on same day afterwards no respond from anyone process for refund of my money

@ACTFibernet I have been your customer since 4-5 years now and today one of ur own technician says cut down the connection on being questioned if he’d ever fix my internet. ****** services to be honest!
