Dear @ACTFibernet can u explain me how many months or years u will take to recover the router from a customer after disconnecting ur service, because it's been a month I'm regularly contacting u to recover the router and refund my money.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Internet not working since morning, raised ticket called CC multiple times. No resolution till now. Happening on a weekday in WFH times, Wonder why we have to pay bills on time if we don't get our issues resolved the same way.
