    @ACTFibernet My worst ever experience using this service. Low performance if ask for reasons, only be responded as to change the router or change the plan. Past 5years i never got chance to say my friends that I am using act and is outstanding no never I will never recommend😡😡

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago horrible service ACT has, no resolution for my internet issue and worst customer facing app and IVR number. Seriously feels like in a trap where we pay money but we don't get service.

    @ACTFibernet I asked to move my connection to a different city, your system cant handle it. I asked to deactivate at a given date and you disconnect 3 days before and 4 months of fees paid which cant be moved to the new acct. U just take my money and connection. Pathetic service!

    @ACTFibernet Still it's not working. Pls fix urgently. Ask your technician not to close the ticket again without fixing properly.

    @ACTFibernet Booked a connection, next day installation guys came got the wrong router. So they went back to get the new router now they are absconded. Not getting proper response from any of your technicians. I knew your support sucks still i went bcoz i didn’t had any other go
