    Worst internet service @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ACT_Issues . They will keep bluffing you after taking money. Is this the way you operate ? Just for installation we need to wait for days in this era ???

    Another disappointing experience with @ACTFibernetHYD. This is the 3rd internet outage in the last 2 weeks, and each time it has taken nearly 2 days to resolve. For the current issue, I raised a complaint yesterday (2nd June). The resolution ETA was changed from today 9 AM–1 PM ➜ 7:30 PM–9 PM ➜ tomorrow 9 AM–1 PM. Meanwhile, my son's exam preparation is being disrupted and I'm unable to attend office calls while working from home. Customer support keeps repeating "port issue" but offers no meaningful assistance, accountability, or reliable timelines. Frequent outages, repeated delays, and poor communication are unacceptable for a service customers depend on for work and education. @ACTFibernetHYD, when will reliability and customer commitment become a priority? #ACTFibernet #CustomerExperience #InternetOutage

    @ACTFibernet Cancel my plan completely and refund my money. I renewed my plan on 19 May, and in this week itself internet was down 4 times. technician told he visited and made changes in mainbox, whereas box itself is inside our house and no one visisted. Pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet SR10280573580374 If I have reopened the ticket 3 times. How can someone just close it without speaking to me and finding out what is the concern? What level has your customer service stooped to??

    @ACTFibernet I really frustrated that still the issue has not been solved, however I got a mail that complaint closed.. Modem is blinking green light but no internet connection yet. We are trying to reach your technicians, nobody picking the phone.. Total waste of money and time #PoorService

    Absolutely PATHETIC service from @ACTFibernet. My internet has been completely dead for 3 DAYS. I manage essential calibration workflows that have entirely stopped because of your incompetence. No response, no timeline, and a guaranteed outage every 15 days. Fix this NOW.

    @ACTFibernet Have some shame .your service literally sucks..taking money and providing zero service.watingin from morning at home just for installation and now your service provider says half an hour more.if I won't be at home he will go back..such stupid service providers.
