@ACTFibernet @ACTBroadbandIn is try is the proper way to handle, and fantastically customer service team say after taking connection a customer must go to the app to read policies, they will not explain policy while taking connection - response if the millennium

@ACTFibernet Absolutely appalling experience with ACT Fibernet! Unprofessional, unreliable, and completely unresponsive. Despite multiple follow-ups, issues with refunds and router pickup remain unresolved. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Avoid this company at all costs!
