  @ACTFibernet - every time I try customer care, executive mention that in 30 mins installation person will contact you.. but even after 3 hrs of non response, no one is properly responding

  @ACTFibernet . No internet since 6/10. Service eta is getting revised everyday. No proper updates or whatsoever. Cant reach agents over call.what the hell is happening? .I really want to switch to other isp but they are worse than you. Fix your problems asap.
