    @ACTFibernet horrible customer support team. They show zero ownership. How can u guys be such callous? The email reply “ ur ticket closed” with no explanation on the action/ resolution is even more irritating. SR10255919579232.

    @ACTFibernet Act internet power backup is worst. Not more than 10 mins on backup. Really "NOT RELIABLE" for work from home people.

    @ACTFibernet u dont have to do anything u guys have the worst service ever i just want to cancel the connection and i want my money refunded. i talked to the cc around 10times still no response so i want to cancel the connection and refund my money ASAP. u guys call yourself the best and all.

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket no SR10156080475252 is closed. To REOPEN ticket reply N to 9632711600 ACT Fibernet I've reopen as again my speeds are throttled down to 1Mbps ? This is way too worst than expected from you.

    @ACTFibernet again internet problem. Net not working. Every 10-15 days we have to raise complaints. Very poor service I have never experienced in act Fibernet #actfibernet
