are charging Rs.100 extra for this, for 2 hrs delay that too because of problem on their side. Finally I was able to pay using mobile data only. Please @ACTFibernet look into this. Even if it's Rs.100 it's hard earned money.

.@ACTFibernet I now have real concerns. I paid in full yesterday and they have agreed the installation yesterday. Yesterday late evening it was rescheduled to today. Now they again rescheduled it to tomorrow! This is a real bad experience to me. Please refund me.

Pathetic customer support from @ACTFibernet Bengaluru. We need to raise a request for changing location of our connection and we were unable to do that using the app. First of all, the app was not working and none of the customer care executives are responding to our calls.

@ACTFibernet team must feel shamed for not resolving a small issue, complaint pending from last 3 days no one responding to that. @JioCare will not increase coverage to Balapur village they are so lazy (offline info local net operators are managing ground team with bribes)
