@ACTFibernet i hired a cctv camera from act by paying 500 as advance. But after installing it is showing the camera as locked. A locked camera costs 500 if bought from ACT. Is ur customer care department working. Called 15 times and my issue is not resolved

@ACTFibernet the complete downfall of #ActFibreNet can be seen from past 2 months due to its terrible customer support and service, frequent "NO INTERNET" acces and poor CONNECTION and non responsive customer service. More than 10 members have disconnected from Act in my area👎👎

If you are looking for a broadband service its always better to choose Hireach, jio fibre or airtel. @ACTFibernet may cause HEART STROKES every week if you are working from home. I lost my rating and incentives just bcz of this fcking so called broadband service #ACTFIBRENET

@ACTFibernet I have taken new connection on July 1, 2021 as a changeover from Hathway due to slower network and frequent disconnection. I have opted for a plan that is 3 time costlier than the previous one for uninterrupted network.
