    @ACTFibernet I have purchased a connection yesterday & the installation was scheduled for today 9-1 am, but there is no contact and no response yet, during payment you chase continuously and when actual service, you disappear !@jagograhakjago help.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Let's be clear: My account is active till Oct 2026. ACT is failing to provide service unless I modify a rented house. Since ACT cannot route the connection independently, I am not seeking "technical resolution"I want a full pro-rata refund for the remaining months

    @ACTFibernet This is really frustrating. Again today connection is not working. Within 2 weeks this is fourth time it has went down. Please refund my full money and disconnect. I want to switch. Should I drop an email?

    @ACTFibernet still no response from your customer care representative. They just stop picking up the call. If you guys are not capable of putting up a wifi service just issue me a refund and I will shift to other vendor

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD what kind of service is this? Every month 2-3 days, I loose Internet connection because of your incapability, but you charge for all days including non functioning days. I have raised ticket SR10180535330154,still no one attended. Bad customer service

    @ACTFibernet After 12 hours i can’t track and check the ETR for the status. Can you tell me how we can interact with a human for this issue? I couldn’t find anything to connect with customer care that is also automated to create a ticket.

    Hey @ACTFibernet how is one supposed to get in touch with support? I’m trying to move my connection and the link keeps failing and your chatbot is useless.
