    @ACTFibernet It’s been over 24 hours and this is what we’ve been hearing. It’s not an impossible task to fix the connection when you promised so while over selling your service.

    SR10381217264834 this is the second time in less than 24hrs to raise ticket for internet disruption. Very bad experience @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Thank you, First thing I do is to raise case and then struggle to get any update. Last time when internet was down for almost 8-10 days i requested for connecting disconnect and refund but you refused saying as it would not be possible. I'm not renewing with you next term.

    @Shivu2032 @ACTFibernet Same issue i requested for connection on July 3 after being promised installation within 24 hours. It's now July 13, and after multiple follow-ups, I still have neither a connection nor a refund despite requesting cancellation on July 7.Extremely poor service. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Try Talking to your local field manager mr Subhash , no use never pics call, and mr Vijay who last time said sir please call if u face problem, no response from him also after several phone calls

    @ACTFibernet You need to act responsibly, firstly I didn’t get any call but if you cannot reach me, you will close the ticket without any resolution. What kind of service is it? You collect money for 6 months and you cannot shift connection in 10 days and no response also

    @ACTFibernet Okay, so for a month it worked and now again since yesterday no internet in my area, not just me but few of other people as well who uses act. Last time it took 12 days to fix, and we didn't changed the ISP. This time I'm not sure how much more it is going to take.
