    @ACTFibernet ACT provides the worst customer experience. A) First they add fraudulent charges. B)Then they waive off this amount. C) Then they suspend your account and make you wait 16 hours to reactivate. D) Then they let you use internet for a day and deactivate your account.

    @ACTFibernet If anyone is planning to take Actfiber's internet, please drop that idea from your mind, because it's been 2 months I am facing issues with the internet and no one is resolving it, when I call to their customer service they are disconnecting my call in between the conversations.

    @ACTFibernet : Your guys in Koramangala have an extremely horrible attitude a customer goes crazy reporting issues,registering complaints but your people are never willing to come ,they call and give lectures as to why there is no need to come.Plz,see why this horrible attitude?
