    @ACTFibernet Your team is yet to start the work coz u guys dont work 24x7. And god only knows when it will get rectified. You have poor response in Terms of rectification. U guys should have quick response team 24x7 to atttend such problems. U cant make customer wait for your team to wake up.

    @ACTFibernet The worst customer service and ISP, I have ever seen. From last 10 days i am opening a ticket and it has been closed without resolve every time. The engineers are skill less and they are not even able to troubleshoot the root cause of the issue.

    @ACTFibernet...Internet is down for last one hour & i get a msg that will resolved by tomorrow evening. What kind of service is this. Pathetic response. WFH getting affected as i am in night shift. You guys work only 9am to 6pm unlike others & no wonder they have better response.

    @ACTFibernet evertime there is rain and act internet stops working. It’s happening from past 5 days.ticket no SR10264749518824 I need refund as I have recharged for 6 months and I cannot continue with this pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet Yeah I know what priority is in your terminology. I was promised the same by your sales person that my installation will be done in priority in a day after i made the payment he stopped responding. I never knew that he would block me on priority. Kindly Refund ASAP

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Pathetic service, since yesterday morning there is no internet connection and nobody bothers to rectify it till today. Please let me the procedure of disconnection? Also, I have paid for 6months.
