@ACTFibernet Act is one of the leading ISP. No doubt they provide good speed. But the worry starts once after your connection goes down. It takes minimum 30-36 hours to get it up and that too after following up with customer care executive. I am struggling since last 36 hours.

@ACTFibernet though they claim leading ISP factually they are not. For each of the problem they requires 24 hours of time , regardless of how much loss customer suffers.

@ACTFibernet I've been trying to log into the ACT app using my registered mobile number and it still says "use your registered mobile number". When I use user-id and password, it says incorrect user-id and password. I want a fix to this problem ASAP.
