    @ACTFibernet I am paying around Rs1600 per month after taking 300mbps package . But most of the time u get less than 100 mbps speed so why should I pay this money every month when I never get this speed ??!!! ACT is very efficient in cutting ur connection No10567115

    @ACTFibernet SR10166125584154, this 2nd time a in row this issue has happened, internet is down since past 3hours and customer care asked me to wait for 24hrs, Why such unreliable service in my area, Maruthi Colony, Kismatpur, Hyderabad (500086), Near SBI Bank Kismatpur

    @ACTFibernet ACT provided ETR for 4 hours after raising complaint.. after that they extended ETR for more than 24 hrs.. Not acceptable when we are talking about digital India..

    @ACTFibernet I called up customer care and they promised the issue will be resolved within the 1st hour today(Sun Oct 16th), Nobody has attended the issue, what the hell is going wrong??

    @ACTFibernet getting wrost service since last 3 months.. internet getting down at least thrice in a month for more than 24 hrs. Currently it is down while tweeting. Complaint number# SR10266122676324. Please don't go for ACT in bglr. Planning to switch to other n/w by tomorrow.

    @ACTFibernet if you can charge 150rs for 1 day late payment. I believe we as a customer are entitled to get 150 discount per day for interrupted service due to your problems. Ideally we will have 2 days a Interupttion per month spanning kore than 24 hrs. #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet Thanks for your canned reply. If you can't fix this by EOD today. Please disconnect my connection and refund the remaining subscription fee. I will go for another ISP.
