    @ACTFibernet i have act Android tv box installed long back, since yesterday it has starting misbehaving like being on act network, it says iam not on act network, i reset the device but since then when ever I try to login using my act account details, it says this device is not

    Trying to switch from Airtel to @ACTFibernet in Bangalore. Before payment, Vinatha MT was very proactive. After payment, the attitude changed, and it’s now been over a week with no connection and no proper response. I’m chasing multiple people daily just to get basic service.

    This is completely unprofessional experience. The way I’ve been treated after payment is unacceptable, and I genuinely regret choosing @ACTFibernet .week later, I still have no proper connection, no update, and no accountability. This is not how customer service should work.

    Hey @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHyd, I’ve been lied to every day since Friday about my new installation in Mokila. Every day I'm promised "EOD" and nothing happens. I only got SR10179691627789 after asking for a refund.Terrible onboarding experience. #ACTFibernet #Hyderabad
