    @ACTFibernet I'm from Hyderabad, act Fibrenet is very undependable. Doesn't work properly. Waste of money. School online classes are lost. Every day some problem with act Fibrenet . U cannot depend on it.

    @ACTFibernet Well they closed it again and I have reopened it again. Still don't know what resolution has been provided without informing me. Called up customer care and they also don't know about the resolution

    @ACTFibernet It's now 11h passed and no update from your end. Please try to give proper service to customer. Your customer care agents are of no use, later some Escalation manager team who had called and later said we will address has not reached me out yet.

    @ACTFibernet Hi, Facing no internet connection issue since last night. Raised complaint SR10360829787532. followed through usual protocol of restarting the router and the connection box, issue still persists. Please help fix the issue

    @ACTFibernet My act fibernet is very slow. It doesn't work many times in a week. Very bad maintenence service. Every days it gets disconnected few times. Fed up. No action is taken.
