@ACTFibernet it is getting over 4 days of bad experience for requesting reconnection with ACT Fibernet. I had to temporarily disconnect my broadband now need to reconnect , Tried connecting customer care but no success. Plz help as getting affected my work. #poorcustomerservice

@ACTFibernet Worst experience. Will be switching provider very Soon who care for there customer. Don't want to associate with company who took 3 days to resolve issue when customer calling back to back. It seems you don't care!

@shrayasr For me in the month of jan few times intermittent disconnection was there. If their service is like this Next time, then I am gonna switch to jio fiber @ACTFibernet
