@ACTFibernet Tweeting 4th time Hi, I had raised a request for service discontinuation for my broadband last week and was told it will be done by Sep 1. Why am I getting a bill now for Sep month? Stop harassing users by denying them service discontinuation and not cancelling.

@ACTFibernet It's been 2 months I have disconnected my connection. Raised multiple tickets and calls for the refund of security deposit but still didn't get it.Closing ticket without resolution. Worst experience and highly disappointed. Latest ticket- SR11065712540029.
