    @ACTFibernet Paid for 400 Mbps ACT Fiber. Router firmware is locked. Band steering is causing speed drops on my Smart TV. Technicians refusing to split 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. Ticket No: [Apna Ticket Number]. Pathetic service @ACTFibernet"

    @ACTFibernet It's still not resolved and it's been two days, and what about all the money I've spent on getting extra data from my phone connection everytime! I'm just wasting money for really bad service

    My internet not working for last 3 days. I've raised ticket on app but no action has been taken. Stopped working next day after I paid the bill and cancelled Disconnection request. Regretting my decision to continue with this ****** company. Please refund me. @ACTFibernet

    Hello @ACTFibernetHYD, @ACTFibernet My connection in Hyderabad has been out of service since 3rd June. SR10180566946244 request number. The ticket was closed yesterday without the resolution and I had to reopen it. Please look into it asap and send a technician for repair.
