  @ACTFibernet i've stopped using ur service 3 yrs ago. Still i get calls to reconnect multiple times a week. Automated BOT has only 2 options: PRESS 1 to reactivate and PRESS 2 to repeat this message. HOW to stop these irritating spam calls? cc: @TRAI @DoT_India

  @ACTFibernet I paid for the subscription. The executive told that my area has a service. Later he told no availability in my area. Still I didn't got refund. Act fiber service is really torturing me. Worst service that I couldn't even refer to my friends or family. Worst Worst

  @ACTFibernet used to be one of the best sometime back. But from the past one year or so, I have had so many issues with internet. And now from the past few months, I have had 2-3 issues every single week. Can't do with such unreliable service during times of WFH. Done with ACT!

  Facing internet issue feom last 10 days and the response getting from @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD is worst and still now the internet services arenot up. But thry charge monthly without fail by giving no service. When internet works, the speed is almost reaching mobilenet speed.
