    @ACTFibernet this is regarding ticket no SR10377845130524. This is the worst kind of customer service I’ve got. Within 2 days, wifi again got disconnected and no one is responding to my calls also. Can you pls help ASAP as my job depends on your connection?

    Frustrating frustrating frustrating irritated to the core @ACTFibernet before September it was 2 months once the connection issue, but now it's twice in a span of one month.. weekdays yu give irritation now on weekends also issue is pertaining.

    @ACTFibernet very bad services in Lucknow I have taken mesh router plan but no body is able to resolve my problem. How many times I will raise ticket ? Please tell me . I called ur executive but there are not ready to pick the call .

    @ACTFibernet @actfibernet now have some shame and refund my money without delay. For this i guess u'll not make excuse that ur internet is not working. Like ur agent excused earlier saying its raining and took 40+ days for 7 days TAT.
