    @ACTFibernet I've raised a compliant of internet issue & asked your customer service to provide me exact time of resolution. But instead everytime they are giving me false hope.. & assured I will receive a call back from concerned team but I haven't received so far.

    Really annoyed with the fluctuating service of ACT BROADBAND Each time i log a complaint i get some justification or the area field engineer will give me assurity and will close the ticket Account id : 119409407171 @ACTFibernet Once i was told why are u using so many devices

    @ACTFibernet what is wrong with you guys? I have a consistent speed of less than 5 Mbps in a plan of 75 Mbps. And it's been two weeks!! Please help!
