  @ACTFibernet internet speed drops down frequently and when raised a ticket the contact person asks us to play YouTube video and check speed test. For that moment it works. Later againthe speeddrops down. It hapend with customersupport executive multiple times. Userid:102656406176

  @ACTFibernet Your ACTFibernet mobile App is useless. Unable to track status of ticket, it should have current status with issue description, assng field engi name & contact. I tried to call helpdesk multiple times even they don't know the exact issue. Already Expected ETA s crossed.

  @ACTFibernet Hi Act Team, I reactivated my act connection and paid for 6 months straight, have been requesting for a router for almost 10 days now but no response from your side.Pathetic customer support, no calls from supervisor even after requesting. Probably will disconnect.

  I ordered a new connection when they promised the same day of installation and also forced me to pay 6 months of rent in advance , but Act Fiber Network (@ACTFibernet) does not keep their promises, and the executive never picks up the phone. I had such a bad experience from ACT
