    @ACTFibernet Team ur techniciam came still same internet im takng ur service since long please ul providr a new router as my internet is dam bad Im not going invest amymore i brought a router ur technician said it wont work for ACT Internet Airtel and other internet provides router y not ul?

    hi @ACTFibernet there’s something always wrong with the internet at my place. it’s usually on a monday and i have work to finish. i can’t wait for a 2 day resolution when this problem keeps on happening once in 2 weeks.

    @ACTFibernet how much trouble a customer needs to go through to update the address, even after shifting the connection 1 years back. The customer care takes ages to connect to a agent.
