How classic. @ACTFibernet has now raised 2 invoices against me - Oct and Nov - after they told me in Sept that they would be cancelling the connection as they are not able to provide service in the new location. Yay!

Raised ticket as i was facing connection issue but they asked me to wait if someday technician will come and visit then it will get sort out. Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet.

When ever iam calling customer support they are providing a new complain number stating that it will resolve with in next 24 hours and this issue is happening twice a month worst experience with a good brand @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD #balamalladi

@ACTFibernet Is it a monthly practice to have a downtime of 24 hours? I remember on 6th Oct also there was an outage and today also it is down. Why dont you declare this on your portal that your that services will be down for a day every month. #poorservices

Such a horrible & pathetic service, We have been following up from almost 6/7 days & ur Customer Service team says they have created a ticket & we get a notification that it’s CLOSED, Your field executive says “ONLY NEW CONNECTIONS” What’s HAPPENING @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD
