  @ACTFibernet My internet not working for the 3rd time in a month. And exactly afternoon/evening it stops, when i raise ticket, it says it will be resolved by next day only.😞

  @ACTFibernet I don't know whether to laugh or cry. For the nth time your technical team is opening and closing the complaint as one related to speed. But if you read carefully, I have been harassed by your team that sent me SMS to downgrade my speed, sent me a huge bill and overcharged me.
