@anshika16_ @ACTFibernet Do not go for @ACTFibernet . I repeat Do not. Worst service provider in terms of connectivity and customer service. Since they have a huge market base now they don't care about the customers anymore. Why you are in the market if you are not able to handle fiber technology.

@ACTFibernet consistency in services is becoming an issue, either the speed or link is down & today it's been down for 5 hrs with a fiber cut prob cited to me by CS. The BOT is bad, CS never has a update & they only raise SRs, local engg are never reachable.. Thinking of changing

Such a waste company @ACTFibernet . Even after lapse of 2 days 13 hours you could not rectify the issue of non connectivity, also could not respond to my messages. Can you check my previous tweets??? And your response to them???

@ACTFibernet Horrible service from ACT. I raised a request for internet shifting. it has been more than 4 days and no one has come for moving the connection. Customer service just doesn't want to help. Horribke service. If you cannot solve the request please cancel the service
