@ACTFibernet I have never seen this is worst service.i raised shifting complaint 23 rd july still shifting not completed. I called customer care many times they talking so many dialogs like in 24hrs it is solved, with in 4hrs you will get call back.For this wastage my money/time.

@ACTFibernet been 24hrs since I sent you my ticket ID and my registered mobile number but no response from your team looks like it you a month or a year to resolve. Proves my point worst service Switched to local broadband and they provide me connection and activation on same day

@ACTFibernet Just got a threatening call from supposedly one of your customer care representatives. They said I must pay the bill or else I'll keep getting harassment calls from you for outstanding. Funnily, I've disconnected ACT Fibernet long ago. Why the call now?!
