    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet SR10164413038884. I live in an apartment where most of the people have ACT connection and the internet boxes on many floors are broken which can lead to fire in future. Due to this our buliding management is going to disconnect all ACT connections.

    iam using act internet last 3 plus years and recently facing internet issue frequently and the issue s not resolved properly. So this impact my regular work.Same time ,last week 3 days no internet and it s not fixed on time and not provide the proper notification.@ACTFibernet

    Dear @ACTFibernet Extremely disappointed with your relocation services. In spite of registrating on your app , my request is unheeded to. I have raised many tickets but your team is indifferent. WORST CUSTOMER SERIVICE EVER. And I have paid for a year. Very disappointing 😔

    @ACTFibernet You have not been providing me with the service I have been paying for and when a complaint has been raised you get a customer service agent to harass me over the call multiple times and outright be rude and deny any escalation route and hang up the call?
