    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Cannot connect to internet since 4 days. Called to customer care number, everytime they say it gets resolved in 4 hours and now it's been almost 4 days since the problem started. This kind of service is really bad.

    @ACTFibernet I am from vizag and lost internet on April 3rd due to Technical issue at your side and still my problem is not resolved yet. Now we all are working from home due to COVID and couldn't able to work . Even after calling customer care multiple times there is no use.

    @VodafoneGroup @reliancejio @ACTFibernet please learn from Airtel how not to speak to customer s...you can save lot of money in soft skill training to your employees since you will have the knowledge of all "nots"

    @ACTFibernet no proper response from your team regarding installation of fibernet. it's been over 48 hrs since I have made payment. Bad customer service. 😡

    @ACTFibernet why in earth u guys get junction box problem every now and then? This is the 4th or 5th time in past 30 days my internet went off and ur cc exec tells "junction box problem". Fix it within 2hrs or terminate my connection. ID: 102015682184

    @ACTFibernet Since December or January am not using service i have given a request for cancellation. I am getting calls from reconnection Team i said i dont want service but they have activated without my concern now i am getting msgs to pay 1700. Raised complain also

    @ACTFibernet Waiting for connection from yesterday. Custom care called 15 times They say 4 yrs and it is already 24 hrs.. do they rally car , I wonder. Horrible Congratulations on ur award
