    if anyone is planning to subscribe @ACTFibernet for OTT, dont risk. They do not know how it works. My Amazon Prime is not working, and they are clueless about how to solve. Their only solution is talk to Amazon Prime. Thats their solution. But i hv given money to @ACTFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet Hi, i was told i will be getting a call from supervisor on Saturday customer care. I am calling regularly. It's been too much delayed. I paid full amount for a year. No calls and no response from your side. How can i resolve this ?

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI please note this violation of customer promise by @ACTFibernet where they haven't done the installation after taking full advance payment and harassing customer by not fulfilling their promise to install within 24 hours of the payment.

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer care experience. Activating a high-end plan without the customer’s explicit consent is unacceptable. Charging consumers for services they never agreed to is nothing short of taking their money unfairly.

    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down for almost entire day and the estimated resolution time I received is for tomorrow. Who compensates for the lost time here? We pay for entire month and you take it down randomly! Provide an extension or credit against lost time!

    @ACTFibernet Where is your resolution? Still no update. Worst response by your executives. They promised the new connection will be installed yesterday for sure. Still not resolved. They are saying another 24 hours. It's totally fraud. Get it done this evening or just refund the money back.
