@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet it's been 15days without the internet and is impacting my work. The ETR is changing everyday and there is no one to take the calls or listen to our concerns. Do you know how long you need to restore the service?

@ACTFibernet It is absolutely ridiculous that a simple 10 seconds from your executive could have saved me from 5 days of internet outage. Why is the service from ACT getting progressively worse? You really need to hire better technicians. Or educate them with better customer support training.

  • Monkjijunior Monk Ji Jr. (@Monkjijunior) reported

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Dear customer, your internet service is disrupted due to a technical issue. Our team will restore it by 9:30 AM. Regret the inconvenience. Team ACT. Services are not yet restored

  • metadoors GK (@metadoors) reported

The ACTFibernet seems to enjoy connecting with the subscriber and the moment the subscriber raises a query about the bill, the internet service provider disconnects the call. They do a lot of "Appearing & Disappearing ACT" (pun intended) but never sits to resolves queries.
