@ACTFibernet Internet not working since yesterday night, this is the 2nd such occurrence since Monday this week. I have tried to open a ticket since yesterday night on your mobile app and for reasons unknown, app is not able to create a ticket for me.

@ACTFibernet why my plan was renewed with out my permission? As far as I know regarding fair usage policy in according to government of India you can not renew my prepaid plan with out my approval and charge me for not using the internet, I will raise complaint to consumer court

@ACTFibernet This is a confirmation for receipt of Rs.555.99 towards ACT Fibernet A/c No 101013019134. Had to pay 556rs this month as against 531rs always because of no response from your side for our grievances. Bad service

@ACTFibernet Dont celebrate too early sentence perfectly suits to me. I recomened many to get act fibernet in early days when i get connection and i came to know i did a mistake. Even after complaining many times, no one attended to resolve my slow internet issue.. I spit on u
