@ACTFibernet You guys are really pathetic...i discontinued your services one month back..due to frequent connection problems. Now you guys are not ready to give back the security deposit. customer care always say "Our finance team will contact you shortly" But that never happens.

@ACTFibernet worst service ever no proper response for 2 days no connection in ambattur no response. Internet is something essential for daily work and no response in rectifying the lost connection. Customer service doesn't pick up the call at all. #quitACT

@ACTFibernet @pavanchetluri I have also been facing the problem since a month. I posted a public tweet yesterday; I was given with a generic answer. There's no precise date and time by when the issue will be resolved. The today's post is not even being shown up. @ACTFibernet is cheating the consumers...!!!

@ACTFibernet I'm unable to login to your app for the past 2wks. When I enter the OTP it says it is incorrect. I hv uninstalled and reinstalled the app 2 times but result is the same. Can you fix this?
