@ACTFibernet We have the most basic of complaints and we aren't getting an ETA let alone resolution. We've repeatedly been told "We'll send someone in 4 hours", since yesterday. It's alright if you'll be a little late given the circumstances, but PLEASE TELL US when.

@ACTFibernet what a worst service, I have paid advance amount online and now after 2 days act technical say they can't give the connection as the box is full, what the hell is this, local internet providers are better then this guy's, worst experience.

@ACTFibernet Everytime, we open the ticket, the service engineer would take 24 to 48 hours to come and inspect? Why do you need such time? and there is no proper response either from the customer support or from the service engineer??

@ACTFibernet Last 4 days customer care is not able to reassign the ticket to someone who can address. They don’t even have privilege to transfer to someone who can really assign or act. All that they can do raise a ticket. #patheticCustomercare
