    @ACTFibernet Dont know whether I made a good decision by selecting ur service. No proper response, simply calls from yesterday, telling that team will come, forwarded to team, etc. Still no installation 2days over. When can i expect the new connection? Thank you

    @ACTFibernet So your team only will close my internet connection and when im calling the customer care they donot KNOW HOW TO REACTIVE the bloody internet connection. WOW. ATLEAST GET MY CONNECTION CLOSED AND INITIATE REFUND IMMEDIATELY

    My internet is not working since yesterday morning. I had raised a complaint on yesterday morning and evening. The resolution time is listed at today 10AM but till now there is no response from @ACTFibernet . This is disgusting from @ACTFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet If this is the horrible manner in which ACT operates, I'd rather shift my connection. I don't need your irresponsible services any longer. There's no way to raise a request for my concern on the APP & the CS exec who called me said she would take care of the amt.

    @ACTFibernet Raised a request for shifting connection (SR10156459394554) 5 days ago and it's still not done. Keep getting the same response that it has been escalated on priority from customer care. How can you guys not improve your service when thr entire world is WFH?
