    Internet outage in HSR, bangalore - multiple complexes impacted. It's the middle of a workday @ACTFibernet . Expecting quick resolution. My ticket id : SR10266791897634. This has happened for the second time now in a span of a month.

    @ACTFibernet As a initial promise I was asked to buy 3 months advance rental and get a router or one month rental wavier. Now the person is trying to promote 6 months rental and free router. I am not sure if ACT management is looking into such DSAT issue and helping coustomers to resolve.
