    @ACTFibernet :Your ticket SR10263950917804 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 1/20 (MM/DD) between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT. This was the response sent at around 10:25 today morning and still waiting for the fix. Do something soon

    @ACTFibernet Hey @ACTFibernet I am asking for the last time very politely, are you guys waiving off the installation amount or not . Ur ustomer care had called me 3 days back and said issue would be resolved withing 48 hrs . It's still showing as 500 rupees due.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 66th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???+

    @ACTFibernet I'm seeing lots of ads on TV that, the ACT is available on Redhills, but I can't able to have a new connection to my relative house. Our Area: Vadagari, Redhills No one has contacted us so far. If possible, can anyone call and help. At least say us "Yes" or "No"

    @ACTFibernet - There is no internet for the last 7+ hours. No response from customer care and all avenues tell us that there is an open request and we can buzz off till it's taken care of.
