    @actfibernet it's been over 2 weeks since I paid to upgrade my plan to a mesh based plan. Repeated delays poor network connectivity and false promises. Complaint no.SR10281389697064 At this time I don't even know for what service I have paid.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet SR10181511731864 Frustrated with the service. I upgraded to 200 Mbps, but now I’m told my copper cable doesn’t support it. Raised a ticket to fix the issue, but no response. Now I’m being asked to pull the cable internally myself. Poor service!

    @ACTFibernet For the past one week it has been repetitive issues with my internet connection. Ref ticket no. SR10881447523214. If this persists iam switching over to different ISP. Rectify this permanently else iam not going to continue your connection.

    @Airtel_Presence - Such a **** service provider you are in #nashik neither your Internet is working on postpaid nor WiFi Shame on you for such service @ACTFibernet is better service provider than you unfortunately they don’t provide service here
