    @ACTFibernet I have been waiting for a refund on an installation since 2 weeks now. Raised two tickets but no action was taken and ticket was closed automatically. Even the customer service number is not responsive.

    @ACTFibernet What s the use? You have refunded the amount just like that. Atleast for a courtesy did u contact the customer and say the reason? Really frustrating behaviour. If there s no feasibility that should have been communicated to customer, don't cheat the customers like this

    The customer care number only lets you connect to an executive if you are an existing customer. Where’s the helpline support for people waiting for connection. There’s no way to cancel it and take refund either. Feels like a scam . Return my money and I am going for @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet It has been a week since we have complained over internet getting disconnected & the box needs to be shifted but no action from your side. SR10165233472804 Every other day either us or our neighbour is raising complaint but no action taken!

    Worst service nointernet past 56 hrs .One thing I suggest everyone is not opt for @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD .they are worst internet provider that one can opt.finally cancelling my connection after 2 yrs+ due to poor service and backendsupport Twitter is theonly way to connect
