    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Hello My internet is down since last 4 hours and i have been calling customer care but they disconnected the call many times and there is no resolution on the problem. I did not expect such a pathetic service from them. Pls restore my internet ASAP

    @ACTFibernet We do not want to avail the service anymore please cancel our connection i have inboxed the details. Its been 8 days and now we are planning to go with another service provider. Please consider this as my confirmation for cancellation.
