It has been almost 24 hours since I reported the internet outage, and your team has failed to provide either a resolution or a meaningful update. Is this the level of service you call broadband support in a digital era? Your repeated assurances have turned out to be empty promises. I work from home, and your incompetence has already cost me an entire day of work, productivity, and professional commitments. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of accountability and communication from your side. If you cannot resolve a basic connectivity issue even after 24 hours, what exactly are customers paying for?   @ACTFibernet Also your customer care raised a ticket to replace my mesh routers since weeks. Nothing came from your side. When i call customer care they simply cut the call. Why dont you shutdown your services?

  @ACTFibernet Finally paused the services of @ACTFibernet temporarily by keeping it under safe custody; and then you start receiving calls from their support team, sir we will resolve all issues, keep it active; but then lessons should be thought the hard way

  @ACTFibernet pathetic internet service which gets interrupted every now and then ....asking engineers to visit the compound ..no one does that .. very bad service ..thinking of moving to Jio Worst service ever

  That's the reason I'm using @ACTFibernet It's one of the best in terms of Service in Hyderabad. But even I did face some downtime here and there but I beleive it's base plans should increase the speeds.

  @ACTFibernet Hi Team,It's been 24hours now, still my internet is down and for my entire area, No response from CSR and the field engineer number is switched off. The SO CALLED MANAGER GAVE HIS NUMBER FOR ANY ISSUES was very rude on the call yesterday and now not even responding.

  Had the same with @ACTFibernet . 7 years of loyalty, until a customer care said "you can disconnect if you have problem". Now using Hathway without issues. Customer care is always the problem in any field.

  @PrestonSte33640 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet has the most horrible service. Low speeds and every month at least for 2 days their internet is down. I'd suggest moving to Jio/Airtel which are far superior and much reliable. ACT Internet does not deserve anyone's money.
