@ACTFibernet the first thing ur ppl do when a tickt is raised is to close the tickt which is yet to be resolved and say we will fix the issue in 2-3days. One of ur customer care exec was not even interested to retain customer when I said I will exit. He replied please go ahead

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Hi Team ,I called ur CC for the Temporary disconnection of my Act Broadband and they can't help me as i have to do it from App. What if App low or not working? When called CC i expect a solution. I end up diconneting permentanly .
