    @ACTFibernet It's been a few days and I haven't heard from you wrt the refund on grossly malfunctioning connection, detailed in the earlier message. As you can see, the number of unresolved complaints have a story of your inability to resolve the problem and now inaction to resolve the refund

    @ACTFibernet Worst service man. You got me paid for 3 months of A-Max 700 plan and now the plan is still A -Max 500. This is definitely a fraud from @ACTFibernet looting money from customer

    @ACTFibernet always giving trouble in access , not able to use internet. When i am trying to connect with customer care, its showing something went wrong. Poor service and not responsible towards customer .

    @ACTFibernet very disgusting situation as 30 hours completed after complaint, but the service is v.v.slow, every time they r gong, by saying we need electric nd back after 12hurs and now they gone back by saying we need ladder it's 3hous completed but asusual....❌❌❌❌
