    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working since yesterday 10 PM. It’s going to be 12 hours and not sure when services will be restored? How to do work if this kind of service is provided from ACT. Can you let me know when i will be able to use it and do something?

    Asked customer exec to downgrade my plan. The executive says they're "unable to do due to some issue" but can't explain what the issue is or when it will be fixed. Funny how upgrading works instantly, but downgrading becomes impossible. @TRAI @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    My @ACTFibernet is down but plan is paid till Oct! Tech says connection won't be restored unless I let them install a main area distribution box on my wall. I live in a RENTED house, can't authorize drilling/cabling. Fix routing or refund!A/C:103720704297 |SR10380573776924

    @ACTFibernet Got a call from @ACTFibernet and was assured a quick resolution,but nothing has changed.The connection is still down, and the issue is unresolved. It’s disappointing to receive assurances without any actual action. Please stop giving false timelines and provide a genuine update.
