@ACTFibernet Please escalate this. ACT in Nagole, Hyderabad has severe backend latency jitter. Internal ACT hop (10.x.x.x) fluctuates 2–30 ms, proven with multiple tests. This is NOT a Wi-Fi or router issue . tested on multiple devices & routers. This is OLT congestion problem

@ACTFibernet In Chennai West Mambalam area we face every month with internet down for hours. When raised ticket, standard 24 hours rectification notice comes. Highly irritating. Why can't you give trouble free?

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Thanks for the textbook copy-paste reply. Please go ahead and disconnect the service and refund immediately. Since u keep asking me to “track the ticket” on the app, maybe one day the result will magically appear there—because real action from ur side clearly won’t.

@ACTFibernet no internet from last 4 hours. I raised a ticket and eta has been given as 2 pm tomorrow. How does it work, my office work is pending due to this. Resolve asap. We cannot for entire day to get the internet back, this is not a good support from act. Please help me
