@ACTFibernet The experience is getting worse each day. My internet is not working from 2 days and your technician don’t show up even after committing to a time. My work is being compromised. I guess the only option left is to make a switch.

The issue is solved with a great help from the @ACTFibernet technician (Mr. Madhan V). He travelled a long distance to assist on my urgent requirement. @JioCare your engineer hasn't done anything but closed the ticket already. But I don't want to prolong this conversation longer.
