    @ACTFibernet Kindly escalate to your leadership. There is no call back from technician at all. I dont even know if he is working on the issue.

    SR10381357589504 Request u to cancel my connection. ur connection goes down minimum one or twice every month. Absolutely no response. ur timelines don't matter as u dnt follow them. ur app does not allow to cancel connection. ur app is even worse than ur service. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet We r nt getting any hlp 4m ur technicns. Evn thy r nt bothring for cust pain. Hw we will continue office without intrnt access? It is hppning evry couple of days but no permnt solns provided yet. Intead of drgging d issue. Ur technicns r also g8 they r alwys giving new reasns.

    I have been facing issues frequently with @ACTFibernet and the service is very poor in recebt times #timetoexploreotherserviceproviders
