  @ACTFibernet I've paid for ur service more than 4 days back, after receiving payment no one is responding, I've already raised complaint in this platform, ur Service Centre number is also not getting connected,. If u can't give service pls return my money..

  @ACTFibernet I am not sure why it is taking 50+ hours just to get the hub repaired or replaced. I have no internet since 50+ hours. Even after repeated calls to customer care, nothing worked. Very bad methodology to take up complaints. I may have to go for disconnection.

  @ACTFibernet Its more than 24 hours since no Internet, promised to resolve by today evening 6 pm but till time no resolution, Ticket No: SR11055397560142. Full day down, even no one is bothered to reply till now. Its happening quiet frequently now, second time in 2 weeks.
