Why was the expected resolution time removed from the system? This lack of transparency is unacceptable. I expect an immediate explanation and a firm resolution timeline.

Raised shifting request 30 days ago ticket hs closed without fixing the issue and trying to reach out multiple times but no technicians available. I really don't know how the network is handling by them. #donotrecommend
