    @ACTFibernet It has been more than 3 weeks since the Account was disconnected (12 month plan) cust service team said i will get refund (Rs 8124)in 5 days ,have been calling daily still no refund its such a bad experience hope someone will look into this issue and refund asap

    @ACTFibernet worst service, frequent outages today also down. Support team is arrogant in approach. Cost almost double when compared to airtel still the services are bad. High time to switch.a/c no 103495914721.

    @ACTFibernet I have been requesting for months to change my plan. Initiated DMs and ended up with no responses. What is your course of action when a customer keeps a request to you for a long time???
