What abt the customers who are facing an issue with ur services even aftr making the payment. If there is delay in payment u guys immediately suspend the services and don't wait for a day more, then hw can u expect us to wait for more than 24hrs or 48hrs or 72hrs?? @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet I requested to shift my connection and not it’s incomplete and still your guys not finished the work and they promised to fix this before 11.30am today someone told they’re gonna fix before 2pm still nobody contacted me. I should have moved to different vendor.

@ACTFibernet Do you have a policy of payment adjustment if the service is down for 48hrs and above? If so, I had service interruption for 9tickets, each ranging between 4-5 hours. Is this a dumb strategy to fool your customers?

When local providers are able to fix all the internet issues within minutes then being a reputed provider y u guys are not able to do it. Like every month again there is no internet. If v have to keep recharging data packa, then y do we need internet service. @ACTFibernet @TRAI
