You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.   @sachins44678181 @ACTFibernet @Srinivasa The ACT team is a bunch of cheaters and unprofessionals. Paid 6 months fee in advance. Not refunding now after cancelling the service within one month due to their inability to provide uninterrupted connectivity. Been with them for 10 years. Now just threatening me

  @ACTFibernet After 21 hours the outage was fixed. My feedback: frequent outages 1-2 times a month, slow and delayed support. Helpdesk is not reachable even after several tries #fail #actfibernet

  ACT has pathetic service throughout my journey. My connection was disconnected on 10th july 2026. I requested for an intercity connection but customer care guys made blunders & I couldn't get connection in the new city. Till date no refund e1 after asset recovery. @ACTFibernet
