    @ACTFibernet My internet speed is only 10 mbps. My plan is for 400 mbps. I raised a complaint and instead the ticket is closed with a resolution. Please look into this on priority.

    @ACTFibernet such a bad experience. I have been raising the request for shifting of connection. It was supposed to be done yesterday and yet nothing has been done. The customer care is useless as well. They keep pushing for new connection without refunding my old connection money

    @ACTFibernet Pls guide me how to raise a ticket on your app as it takes me on a wild goose chase. I can't get any help from your local installation rep Shaikh. He's too comfortable with no sense of responsibility to even bother to acknowledge my message.

    Very disappointing experience with ACT. Installation itself was a hassle with multiple follow-ups, and the WiFi keeps going down frequently too.@ACTFibernet

    1) Dear @ACTFibernet, My internet has been down since yesterday afternoon. I registered a complaint through your app immediately, but after generating a ticket there has been no update, no resolution, and no communication from your team. It's been over 24 hours without service.

    @ACTFibernet SR10180483914514 is still not resolved, the issue has been unresolved for 17 hours now. The ETR was 21:00 hrs. My day to day tasks are hampered because of your irresponsible messages and delay in resolving the issue with wrong ETR.
