    @ACTFibernet #Chennai . Very very worse service . Every month there is an issue and they take very sweet time of 24 hours for every complaint. Very pathetic service in Chennai.

    @airtelindia Where are the commitment, expected closure date was 01-Oct. It is till in progress. It's like, hell with customer experience, now they have taken the subscription and we are getting billing. Extremely Disappointed @Airtel_Presence @ACTFibernet much better service

    @ACTFibernet Hi team, another example of pathetic customer service experienced. Bill amount is generated with additional 150 rs. On 4 customer care calls i was told this will be removed.but no action being taken. Pls see.SR10263008381503. last month of ACT
