@anuradhagoyal @ACTFibernet We had Act Fibernet. Initially all was well. Then internet went off as soon as the power went off. Even after innumerable complaints they did not set it right.whenever we raised a complaint they were in a hurry to close it without inspection.

@ACTFibernet has the worst customer care. I’ve been out of internet for more than 15yrs and no response hasn’t been heard for them! Either resolve within few hours and let us know. If not please cancel my service so I can find a different provider. SR10365122086250

@ACTFibernet This is 3rd such incident that problem is taking more time to resolve. the downtime hours should be equated to price discount. that way customer is get some benefit as they are loosing the work, time n money.

@ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 ACT people are all confused. Some one will call, take info and say something. After one day another person will call on same matter, but say something else. Then it will go on...end result - customer is confused. Horribly poor service

@ACTFibernet SR10265103853072 was closed without proper update and after reopen again it was closed. i have raised 5 SR for same issue but still not fixed. currently active SR is SR10265118910524. need a solution ASAP
