    Hey @ACTFibernet, what's the lifecycle for a customer request? Is it just Open -> Closed? I don't see my requests are getting resolved. I open a ticket and after 2 days the ticket gets closed without resolving or notifying the customer even. Best among d worst service providers!

    @ACTFibernet again internet is down. This is now a very frequent occurrence. You charge the highest amongst all the service providers. Can we expect a service in accordance with your charges? Complaint id SR10266689429254

    @ACTFibernet provides the worst internet & customer service. After waiting for 30 mins on line to speak to their executive, got to lodge my complaint. He said that will recieve a call from the team, but till now no one called me. @MIB_India @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet I'm really fed up with frequent disconnection, you guys are not providing permanent solution. I've even bought new router, changed port, still the problem is not resolved. I've been trapped after paying for 6 months. #NeverUseActFibernet
