    @ACTFibernet The same issue with @ACTFibernet persisted multiple times & i shud be blamed for believing that they would change & make the things work quicker. Why they are taking customers for granted & simply updating ETR without doing anything in reality. #Patheticservice

    It takes 50hrs to find out what the issue is, and even longer to rectify. @ACTFibernet your customer retention must be pathetic. Internet is an essential service, clearly @ACTFibernet thinks it is a joke. @officejmscindia

    @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues You really need to get your act together.. from being so dependable, we have had almost 5 outages in the last 3 months of a few hours everytime.. Address - Prestige Sunnyside Elm, Bangalore 103 with no permanent fix!!

    @airtelindia asked to cancel my connection and so I did. When I attempted @JioCare, after 3 days of payment says technical issue, need 10 days to fix. This is in Chennai, Anna Nagar area. What about you @ACTFibernet?
