    @ACTFibernet May we expect you all to fix the issue in DLF Seemancheri Chennai. We have been facing issue for last two days. It was fixed for one day and now since y’day night it is not working. We have been using year service since 2018, we had never faced such issue earlier.

    @ACTFibernet no connectivity for the past 3 days now (70+ hours) at Maa Gokulam Apartments, Seetharampalya, Bengaluru. What is going on? Do you guys understand the urgency of this? Trick customers into paying for long term package and then provide no service. Absolutely pathetic

    @ACTFibernet From the time I took the connection ( 2020), i have raised 20-25 tickets ( count given by your support team). On an avg 1 ticket per month. That tells the story of your wonderful service.

    @surfrosh @ACTFibernet Act fiber net haaksidh 4 months ge ne internet provider change maaDdhe. 2 times network problem, kelsakke thumba thondre aaythu. One time more than 3 days & Another time more than 5 days to repair. 5 days issue bandu BBMP avru Act fiber cables na cut maaDi bisakidru.

    @ACTFibernet you guys are the epitome of bad services your team is highly ineffective and un responsive. We are from a resident community with close to 80 customer s and it's really disappointing how they treat customers.
