    @ACTFibernet As discussedm I was told you will get back by 5PM Yesterday. NO ONE CALLED. I had mentioned the urgency as I dont have a net for 3 days now, If you cannot solve then I need to get back to my current service provider.

    @ACTFibernet. SR103771292205 Pathetic service provided in chennai ...there is an issue with broadband connection with 300 mbs from Aug 4 till date..multiple technicians worked on 4 -5 tickets raised in the span of 5 weeks on it but couldn't resolve.. technicians doesn't pickcalls

    @ACTFibernet My internet is not working. Your service agent says I must pay ₹3500 for a new router, but I already paid ₹1000 as a deposit when I started the connection. Why should I be charged again? Please resolve this immediately. #actfibernet @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD if you cannot improve your services, atleast train with your customer care executives. Also, please make common sense a mandatory criteria for hiring. Pathetic services, poor customer care executives. @Airtel_Presence miss you ! 😢
