First, document your attempts to contact them (calls, emails). Escalate to their nodal officer or appellate authority, then to TRAI if unresolved. If needed, file under Section 2(11) for deficiency and Section 35 at the District Consumer Commission (if claim < ₹50 lakh). Use eDaakhil portal for online filing. Include bills, correspondence, and details of the outage.
