    1) Dear @ACTFibernet, My internet has been down since yesterday afternoon. I registered a complaint through your app immediately, but after generating a ticket there has been no update, no resolution, and no communication from your team. It's been over 24 hours without service.

    @ACTFibernet I guess this will get resolved tomorrow ? I haven’t heard back from any of your technical team and the number provided on the app for engineer is not picking up my call! How am I supposed to manage WFH when the wifi is down so frequently? And no one sorts it out before 24 hours!

    @ACTFibernet My internet is not working from the past 3 days I’m tired of calling your IVR again and again No one from the ground team picks up the call. My work is suffering due to this. Fix my internet ASAP. Ticket ID : SR11080476925234

    @ACTFibernet still no response from your customer care representative. They just stop picking up the call. If you guys are not capable of putting up a wifi service just issue me a refund and I will shift to other vendor
