    @ACTFibernet 2 days back we took new connection. But your employee didn't finish the installation properly & was also rude & arrogant. We took 549/- plan for 3 months. After much deliberation, he came to fix the installation, but speed reduced to 36-38mbps instead of 40mbps

    @ACTFibernet Amazing service, since I reported frequent disconnection, they disconnected my service it self.. Damn..

    @actfibernet in one 2-3 times ur fibre cutting issue is coming , if you cannot provide a 100% service thn why you charge 100%

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Why you giving new connections, you guys unable to handle existing customer daily ur fibercut issue coming and u take 24hrs to fix it , n customer pay for 100% service and u r fail to provide it properly, please don’t take this Act Internet they are not providing proper service

    @ACTFibernet Worst then the worst service. For static IP we paid 20days back and we login the service request too, but still now we didn't get static IP. Called you I'm taking about coustomer care many times approx 50tyms per day not a use and no response from your end..
