    @ACTFibernet If down time is for the whole day time ACT has to refund that days charges. It is happening almost every 10 days

    As a 10+ year #ACT customer, this is deeply disappointing. Please take ownership and resolve this urgently. As a customer, I have no direct way to reach the assigned technician, the only channels available to me are customer support and social media. @ACTFibernet

    Hi @ACTFibernet raised a shifting request its been 3 days and i only got call once and after that i can not track no support from customer care . SR10281594328104 Its always you just wait for few hours. My work is affected heavily and there is ZERO accountability. Disconnecting

    @ACTFibernet Nearly 24 HOURS without internet. Multiple calls. Multiple service requests. Still NO resolution. Zero urgency. Zero accountability. This is an unacceptable way to treat paying customers. I would NOT recommend ACT Fibernet to anyone.

    @ACTFibernet Internet suspended despite paying my monthly bills on time! support says it's because old Mesh routers weren't picked up, but your team never showed up to collect them. Why punish a paying customer for your logistics failure? Fix this and restore my connection now!

    @ACTFibernet SR10381639652454 this is the TICKET and there is Frequent network issue with your service and team. Tbh it's poor every week. Already been affected more than 12 hrs none of your employees showed up.
