    @ACTFibernet I just wish i had not opted your service and definitely would not recommend to anyone i know,I cancelled the subscription because of the torture of your field agents in December 2021 and its been 5 months i still have not received my complete refund.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Re-opened closed SR10164710223524 & resolution time was today by 3PM. It was closed by a technician and said they will open a new SR10164723896057 and said resolution time by tomorrow by 10AM. Received SMS & resolution time by 3 PM.

    @HiHyderabad @amritverma26 @ACTFibernet You’ll still get called. You reaffirm your lack of interest over that call, they’ll say ‘putting you into DND list’. Then again they‘ll call you on the same. Goes on & on. Just today I observed one member in my family suffer like this. So glad for myself - not a customer of ACT.

    @ACTFibernet why is your internet not working frequently. That too Monday morning if you can't provide internet and trying your customer service for last 30 minutes i could reach any of your customer executive as it says everyone are busy. Worst service provider.

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Please give proper service to existing customers and think of giving new connections. Worst service ....paid for 300mbps and experiencing 4~6mbps. So guys please think twice before going for new connection.

    @Airtel_Presence my broadband connection is not working since 29th April (request ID: 10034351619, expected resolution by 30th April 3:30pm). Connection is still down and no updates whatsoever on the resolution timeline. @ACTFibernet is working uninterrupted in my area!
