    @ACTFibernet my online classes are being delayed. I received a call from this number +911142340000 that they will send engineer to my location to install router. Still no sign of them, no technician team arrived. Worst service.

    @ACTFibernet So this happens regularly. And when trying to fix this constantly reoccurring issue, you give up to 24hr resolution time. Shall I put my business on hold for one day a week bc of your poor infrastructure? How about fixing the issue once and for all?

    @ACTFibernet Yes the current issue has been resolved but the larger issue,that in 10 days i faced internet down issue thrice must be addressed,will I be compensated for all the irritation and loss? will I get extra days or hours for the time lost as billing goes on even when no internet

    @ACTFibernet my internet is not working from past 3 days and your back-end team does not even know what's the issue. Your technician visited yesterday and today and was unable to fix it. Is this the service we recieve?? I need my internet back up, like right now.
