    Internet down since today; Ticket SR10279909602684 still unresolved. Entire area affected. Support only giving ETR (23 Apr, 1st half) with no concrete update. This is severely impacting my work. Need immediate escalation to higher team and urgent resolution. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet what's wrong with ACT? The Internet stopped working anytime without prior communication. Not at all reliable. If you are taking full money then why is the internet not always available. Why most of the time issues with the internet.

    @ACTFibernet This is a repeated fault and not a one-time issue. Please arrange an immediate technician visit and provide a permanent fix. Also, consider downtime compensation for the service disruption. If not resolved today, I will escalate this further.

    @ACTFibernet I have been using act fibrenet for quite long. I have raised one issue (CaseId-20260418794842) almost a week back but till now no resolution. Even inhave asked the team to ask someone senior to give a call but till now no resolution. This is really disappointing.

    @ACTFibernet ACT Team and Nodal Officer, This is a formal complaint against ACT on the unauthorised shifting of internet connections in SOBHA ROYAL PAVILION, Bangalore. These connections were tampered and moved from the 4BHK to the 3BHK side of the society without prior notice.

    I have raised 2 tickets in the ACT app, 1st one was not actually closed, got a call from team and they crtd new ticket by closing 1st. New ticket was automatically closed again, without any followup, I reopened, now again its closed without any resolution @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC
