@ACTFibernet UNACCEPTABLE!Despite closing my complaint(Ticket SR10376277657174),I received multiple harassment calls yesterday demanding payment of UNAUTHORIZED Rs 4307.59/-.This amount still shows in my app without resolution. Stop this harassment and fix my billing immediately!

now this month it's getting disconnected on a daily basis wt ******** is even going on when I call your ****** up customer service they disconnect the call in mid day and don't even call back is this wt we pay for @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet . From yesterday evening internet issue in coimbatore. Ticket was closed without resolving. No proper response over tickets and thru app. Keeps prolonging with the time to close or to resolve. Completely very disappointed with the response and resolve with issue.

Your service is worst… I registered a complaint yesterday.. Till now it is not resolved.. Service engineer didn’t pick my call.. What kind of service is this? Every 3 months I faced a same problem.. @ACTFibernet
