    Hello @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I'm taking new connection just 24 hrs back, yesterday mrng team was visited and they installed setup router and all. In between before 24 hours only got an network issue. Ticket was automatic opened. Still issue was not resolved. I have a work.

    @ACTFibernet My internet has not been working for the last 2 days.Your TAT is 4 hours,but more than 48 hrs have passed and the issue is still unresolved. No one from your team has contacted me.This is not the first time last time it took 4 days.Very poor service.SR11080271471774

    @ACTFibernet #rcbvskkr #hyderabad Never ever go with @ACTFibernet since it got worst internet service in Hyderabad and its staff is worst they cant even refund your amount after one month, shameless people

    @ACTFibernet Resolution was that it will be resolved before 12 pm today, still no response, when it will be resolved or it will be resolved ever, pathetic service it's as expected. Atleast help me how to cancel my service and get refund
