    @ACTFibernet no internet since yesterday. This is the second time this month. ETA is given as same day but always takes 2-3 days for issues to be resolved. This is pathetic service. Customer care keeps telling it's on priority but no work is done on ground

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet my internet got disrupted twice in the last week. Today also, the internet is not working for my account 102542079510. Ticket is unresolved and your guys talk like Sarakari Babu. Tech support still call and disconnect when i lock up. Pathetic as a whole.

    @ACTFibernet one of the worst customer service of all time I have ever come across , how long does it take to process the security deposit refund , they just disconnect the call and no call backs.

    I am so much frustrated with your services @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @LeaderAzizBhai1 with SR number SR10176721279034. The ETA was given yesterday night by customer support is morning 9 AM today and now the ETA is showing tomorrow morning. No one came and fix this. #actfiber
