    When asked for refund of the cancellation, the amount is being credited in wallet and not to source account. CS says that this is according to Act’s policy. Worst ever service. Highly disappointing to see how they are cheating customers. Request immediate response. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet it's been more than a week I have paid for the new connection but Act. still making excuses to get the service installed. Worst experience ever.

    @ACTFibernet Thank you! The issue was resolved by itself yesterday morning. Another thing, the router is not compatible to the speed anymore. Will it be upgraded?

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet we are in an rented premises what can we do if owners are not agreeing to set up your box it’s your responsibility to provide the power source and you sales executives should inform us about this kind of issues

    @ACTFibernet After last call on 2nd Jan, @ACTFibernet person is not picking my calls or replying to my SMS since 3rd Jan. If the junction box was moved 2 days ago itself, why is #ACTFibernet not able to fix my internet issue even after 6 days of complaint date?

    @ACTFibernet hello India’s best internet service provider. This is 4th time i have raised complaint regarding internet connectivity issue. Customer service is useless . No proper technical resolution for issues 🙏🏻 complaint : SR11163830777484 raised today. Hope will get help.
