    @ACTFibernet I have paid the bills from my bank account and I was expecting the amount to be transferred to my bank account but not to ACT wallet. Nice tactics to overcharge a customer and refund into ACT wallet forcing him to use all that money instead of refunding into bank A/C

    @ACTFibernet worst kind of response from your team. A worst connectivity followed by not refunding my amount. It has been over a month when refund money was promised to me, but no one responds to mails or calls. Is it your company policy not to refund the amount?
