@ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore Now all of the sudden once I reported on social network, he coming back with a new strategy to avoid a refund. FYI i been a customer of ACT for more than 6years and it's because of your network issues you disconnected not me disconnected.

@ACTFibernet @BalaMalladi No doubt people are leaving ACT as soon as they get any other option. Ur retention team promises u an offer but after joining the other team say not possible n then the endless cycle of calling to the support starts and ur peace of mind vanishes.

@ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10167088067984 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 17-Feb between 19:30 to 21:00. Team ACT. SR was opened on 17th Feb around 10AM. It's been more then 24+ hours no tech person has contacted. CC is also not helpful.Kindly help to resolve this.
