    @ACTFibernet I shifted to different floor but in the same building,and tried calling your customer care team,but no response.I've been waiting for 2 days.Without WiFi how will you expect me to work? And after shifting how many days do you guys want me to wait for the connection?

    @ACTFibernet I'm user of ACT for more than 5 years now, it's good as long as it works, when it stops working the resolution is provided only after 24 hrs. We need to followup with multiple channels and today is one sad day in life of ACT user. Plz think as it's used for work.

    @ACTFibernet Sorry to say that, your network is very annoying me every month. My payment is always in time, not your services. I lost my work productivity today due to loss on internet and connected to mobile data. I'm very inconsistent all day.

    @ACTFibernet Why do I always have to tweet for every issue, why can't you guys resolve it normally - I submitted a shifting request and my request was closed without taking any action, I faced the same issue last time. This is an impeccably great service.

    @ACTFibernet Very poor customer service. If internet not working we have to raise ticket and just wait in this 21st century .Did you trust so much on service that you cannot provide instant resolution

    @ACTFibernet Very bad experience getting from ACT Fibernet, Request opened at 28 Nov 22 for refund but still not getting any refund. As per ACT Fibernet refund will be credited within 7 working days but now it completed 9 days but still waiting for refund.

    @ACTFibernet 🙏🏻 not just your internet, your app isn’t working too. Its not letting me login neither from my registered mobile number nor from my a/c id no. The irony is that, I way trying to login to raise a complaint on the unserviceable internet #actfirbernet @BandBajaateRaho

    @ACTFibernet Hi team, I’m a existing user and I’ve been a user since 2011. Now the saddest part is internet got disconnected I just restarted my router and when I try to login into my account, it says I’m not a registered user!!!! Can I get quick help!
