Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails.     @nithitsuki @ACTFibernet Bangalore, ACT layed out a fiber line, but it doesn’t terminate at my home, there’s a common box for connections in the area, so not true FTTH

    @ACTFibernet has been down for the past 5 days, and every day the resolution deadline gets pushed to the next day at 9 PM. Completely unreliable connection and worst customer service. Ticket - SR10881141956004
