    @ACTFibernet This issue is now happening everyday. Last Friday I didn't have internet for 6 hours and now again today the internet is gone. Really pathetic service @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet becoming worst in resolving the issues, since 2 days Internet is down in our area, ticket raised but No proper ETA is provided. Monday is very crucial for us people, without Internet it won’t work out. As a customer, I rate 1/10.

    @ActFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD 1 of worst internet service in ind, wit poor & inexperience technical team, I would suggest not 2 be part of dis network, better go 4 jio fiber fare better in service, atleast U won't be facing technical issues which cannot be solve by there team.

    @ACTFibernet Despite 24 hrs after furnishing details the company is neither responding nor can you place complaint as phone line is busy @AshwiniVaishnaw the Airtel company must have an option of closing down the connection on app itself It must be mandatory

    @ACTFibernet No internet for past 4 days and when I called customer care,he said that it's perfecly fine as he can see through his system.I am the vella,who don't have any work and only want to chat with your agents with false claims.I am sorry that I expect resolution from you.

    @ACTFibernet our Act fibrenet is not working for the past two days. We have raised query almost 5 times. But till now it not has been resolved. We contact the customer care also several times. But there is no response. such a rude behaviour from your customer service person.

    Why ACT Fibrenet is too slow? We’re getting the speed of 1:4 ratio. And it’s already 12AM of 1st August and the internet data did not get renewed yet. What you guys are doing? Even we’re not getting proper response from the service line. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet it has been nearly 2 months we raised an sr with your support team. But didnt get any response. If we call support only tells that we will get back. Can you please look into this? It is a harassment for us for last 2 months. Ticket number - 22454870
