    @ACTFibernet I would prefer to surrender my connection. It is becoming a headache to deal with you guys. Your technician hardly responds. Your billing is poor and now your want to make me responsible for your hardware that is outside my apartment.

    @ACTFibernet doesn't know how to "act" on time. A big thumbs down to @ACTFibernet . 0/10 for their poor service and internet connection. Facing this problem 3rd to 4th time in just a couple of months

    @ACTFibernet . I took connection from you on 1st June and raised a disconnection request on 9th June Ref No SR10165062001794. Someone called from Act and told that as you have already paid for it. No need to worry we will cancel by end of the month.This did not happen

    @ACTFibernet Facing Internet issue since from yesterday raised complaint..without my consent i have recieved resolved message need immediate response from engineer Your ticket SR10165345482264 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 13-Jul (DD/MM) between 09:00 to 13:00.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet as discussed with ut service engineer have done a master reset of router . Reset the pwd and rebooted router. Still facing issues. Service engineer can call me now

    @ACTFibernet I had put a shifting/relocation request for Sunday, it's now Wednesday & I haven't received a call from the concerned team. Instead your customer service agent incorrectly opened a internet not working request, and now my shift request has been closed. Worst service
