  @ACTFibernet I had raised a complaint regarding reconnection charges with ticket number SR10161832036175. As per the message received from ACT I would be getting call back within 72hrs. But its been a week with no response and twice the ticket closed with solving.

  @ACTFibernet 12 hours plus and no internet access. You team keeps on extending last time for resolution and keep on arranging call back which never is done. Be professional enough to resolve customers issue if they are paying for it . Fyi request id SR11061918353932

  @ACTFibernet Everything was fine untill last week. Last week i got message that one of the switch is down in my area and after that I didnt get stable speed. And never got the confirmation that switch problem was resolved or not.
