    @ACTFibernet @ConsumerReports Worst service by Act. The tickets are automatically closed without any contact or resolution there has not been once they have reached out and given good customer service. I have raised over 30 tickets over the last 2 years and the issue 1/1

    @ACTFibernet Your Agent Krishnamoorthy, promised me to get ZEE permium subscription for one year with internet connection. I got the connection but the subscription is not added. He's not pickingup the call. Where should I complaint?

    @ACTFibernet My internet connection has been erratic and so has been the service by you’ll. All the technical team did was make me buy two routers and expensive one’s too but the connectivity remains the same. Ticket no SR10358606926622 check history of complaint
