    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, My internet was down from yesterday due to junction box power issue. Then, service engineer informed that customer was vacated where the junction box placed. Now box has been removed. My house owner not allowing to place the box.

    @ACTFibernet Wahh!! Your team has messaged without even understanding the issue . I asked waiver for poor speeds 30-40 mb in place of 300 mb and got a message that there was no service downtime. Great understanding of customer issue. you need to take English classes first. @Balamalladi13

    @ACTFibernet worst service from customer care agent he don't no how to talk with customer i told him to transfer to manager he transfer my call to othere extension and the way he is talking using abusing words on customer only.

    @ACTFibernet a complaint raised yesterday at 1PM has not yet been resolved. I get the same explanation every time I call your customer care. End result, no internet for an entire day!!
