Probiotic (@sun1385) reported@ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago The ETA keeps on changing. From yesterday 9PM to today 8PM to now showing tomorrow 7PM. There is an option to schedule callback from Service engineer. Trying that since yesterday. The engineer name keeps on changing and nobody calls back.

Since my connection could not be shifted within the promised timeline, I had no option but to get a new internet connection. I cannot keep waiting because of the delay from your end.
