    @ACTFibernet I have been calling you people from 15 days for a new conction in Hyderabad bheeramguda area, every time they are saying the engineer will come with in 24 hrs but no one is coming. This attitude towards new business is very bad..pls respond and send an engnr asap..

    Inspite of follow up the team turn up and now says that I device GX & Update the plan to Act Blaze.Pathetic service. I have this connection for almost 4 yrs now.Before Covid also i had the same GX connection and for which I had already paid.@ACTFibernet
