    @ACTFibernet Your service is pathetic is an understatement. No internet since last night. And now you inform me over phone that server was down. Connection restored now. All those who want to take ACT, beware. Uptime promise is just a promise. You would never get more than 80% or less.

    @ACTFibernet Employees are least bothered, owner doesn't even have a account on twitter, dnt know to whom a customer can go with a complaint.. fake and worst broadband company.

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10363691889450 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 12/15 (MM/DD) between 09:00 to 13:00. Team ACT Disconnected broadband 2 months back still am not receive my refund amount. Customer support doesnt have proper solution.

    @sameesh_nayyar @bada_paww @ACTFibernet same experience, even employee mentions fhat he will call us after checking but they never call.. inbound call centers have no such protocol .. but this company and employee are of same type
