    @ACTFibernet You guys should seriously stop blaming the tools or the user. Blame for faulty connectivity is squarely put on the devices of the customer. Even after connecting the cable directly to PC the modem is blamed, without even hearing what the customer has to say.

    @ACTFibernet August 4th and August 5th - Again the same thing. ****** internet. High Ping above 50ms and speed sucks too. Why the hell I am paying you guys?

    @ACTFibernet Engineer visited and they told we cannot provide network their is no slot in the box everything is occupied so it is not possible.I didn’t except this from you guys. I will disconnect my connection. I’ll not recommend ACT For any of my friends..

    @ACTFibernet Yes, it was worked on but the issue is not solved. Still if there is a powercut, we are losing internet connection from the source.. kindly review the issue as the ticket has been reopened SR10160510662292

    @ACTFibernet Worst service Ever, all you can say is 4hrs 4 hrs, Spoke to 4 advisors, its been over 36 hrs with no internet, who pays for the losses we incur because of your careless & inefficient team.
