    @ACTFibernet @CDOT_India Act executive mislead us in transfering owner ship of existing connection. Connection id :- 101571030135 Internet not from yesterday. Morning executive told me problem will resolve in 4 hour. Now they are telling it take 3 days

    @ACTFibernet If the problem occurred for only 2-3 days i would not have bothered. But its going on for last 1 month. How do you explain this???? Pathetic. My work is impacted. Will you refund money for your bad service? Check how many customer hours lost. Will you reimburse per hour per min?

    @ACTFibernet, It's been 8 hrs without internet. Customer care says it takes 72 hurs to restore service. They say it's just a cable cut issue but they need 72 hurs to join a simple cut cable.its just been 10 days I joined Act, worst exp. When asked for calbak, it takes 4 hrs (1/2)

    @JagoGrahakJago_ @balamalladi @ACTFibernet Fibernet not working since 18th May at my place in Ahmedabad & no response answer from company inspite of innumerable reminders thru mails,calls, tweets. Money taken in advance. Now no response. Even MD doesn't respond nor staff

    Hey @ACTFibernet why on earth does your app need access to camera and location to submit a support request? I can still give you a benefit of south for location. But camera, nah! And you don’t let me submit a support request because I don’t allow camera access? #unacceptable

    @ACTFibernet Does your team have a courtesy to respond ? The @ACTFibernetHYD team is rude and does not know how to talk to the customer. They disconnect the call if they do not have a resolution.
