    Hi Team @ACTFibernet It’s been four days I applied for a new connection and paid for 6 month pack. Still waiting for the connection to be installed. Very pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet my internet has been down since yesterday evening (SR10267513883534). I am someone working from home. This is becoming a huge concern for me. The time taken to resolve issues has significantly gone up since the time I got my connection. Please look into this soon.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD i am facing connection issue from Thursday onwards Raised multiple ticket SR10167497467634 and SR10167518796704. But no proper resolution, issue though resolved intermittent for one day with inconsistent connection/speed

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet SR10167472375203 ticket for shifting of connection deadline of resolution is 5th April today 9 th April. No action taken. Even nodal and appellate authority also didn’t resolve the issues.Whole company includes of top management is useless fellows.

    @ACTFibernet Mr Rohit calls from ur team after the tweet and instead of taking care of the issue - he tries to have the connection transferred to my friends so that business is retained - WTH is wrong with you guys - Cust service pathetic ?
