    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Pathetic service by ACT team. Two weeks in a row, I faced issues with internet and they resolve it only after 24+ hours after calling several times and pleading them. Once the internet issue is resolved, my internet speed is messed up.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I paid huge amount for high speed internet but the speed less than what’s mentioned on my plan. They confirmed there is an issue. But why do I pay extra amount for high speed when it’s not even provided. Once my current plan gets over, I am never going to use ACT again

    Dear @ACTFibernet , I have requested for REACTIVATION on 22-06-2021,still its not reactvtd yet. Raised the complaint (SR10258516585232), no use. Got reply from N/w Eng that connection is discncted, why its is discntd when I reqsted for deactvtn and paid montly rental also.

    @ACTFibernet #worsteverservice I opt act connection last year October. You guys charged me Rs. 1000 extra for wifi router. Still haven't received wifi router and refund. Everytime f***** customer care closing my ticket without even contacting

    @ACTFibernet Good afternoon, Today i received mail and message "Dear Customer, Your ticket no SR10158314854264 is closed. Without intimation your team simply closed my complaint. Why ?
