@ACTFibernet contacted the support team last week for an issue. Wasn't even logged the 1st time and the 2nd complaint's timeline is over. What's happening guys? Returned to ACT after so many promises and this happens. Extremely disappointed! Thinking of disconnecting again.

@ACTFibernet First request I gave in June to cancel and disconnect my connection, and I get call from customer care regarding this and request will be closed saying it's disconnected, but again on 11th of every month amount will ve deducted. It's a big loot. Fed-up of your worst service.

The worst customer support I have ever experienced is from Act Fibernet. Their agents put me on hold and disconnect the call. I pray they either improve their service or train their agents properly any way I quit Act fibernet #ActFibernet Sucks #ActFibernet bye bye

@ACTFibernet my internet is down for 2 weeks straight . I have called your customer care 20+ times . Nobody responds back and have closed my ticket without my knowledge . Ticket: SR10160792732932 SR10160812727971 Haven't been able to resolve or respond.
