    @ACTFibernet what a brilliant consistency in nor resolving the actual problem and beating around the bush. My complaint is registered, it's more than 24 hrs no one willing to attend it. I think it's time to move to some more professional provider than wasting time and money here

    @ACTFibernet , I had raised a connection issue ticket (SR10253508446832) and it's been more than 30 hours and there's has been no progress. This is hampering my WFH. Can you folks please look into this asap and restore service?

    (1/2) @ACTFibernet your customer care service is so damn poor! My internet is not working since 3 days and your turn around time to resolve the issue expired yesterday. All your customer care executives have to say in response is "We'll escalate the issue". To whom, if I may ask?

    @ACTFibernet No it has not been resolved. I have charged and now after complained on twitter Act team called back to inform they dont have service in my area. Then why initially false promise were made and asked payment. Still waiting for my refund.
