    @ACTFibernet Team, I have been asking you to replace the faulty router for a while now and every time you people give me some excuses. Anymore can't wait and use the slow connection. Let me know if you replace my router or not so that I can look for some better service providers

    @ACTFibernet Does your team have a courtesy to respond ? The @ACTFibernetHYD team is rude and does not know how to talk to the customer. They disconnect the call if they do not have a resolution.

    @ACTFibernet I have been facing connectivity issues since Saturday nite evryday wen I connect to customer care they say it will be resolved in 24 hrs. Now tmrw is going to be a 5th day with same promise. I don't no wen it will b solved. Applying leaves since Saturday. #WFHissues

    @ACTFibernet i have been getting loss and the ping is above 10 i want to know that how much ping i am going to get on act fibernet, told them about the loss on a game and provided a lot of things reagarding the issue i am not gettin loss while connected to mobile internet but act

    @ACTFibernet, It's been 8 hrs without internet. Customer care says it takes 72 hurs to restore service. They say it's just a cable cut issue but they need 72 hurs to join a simple cut cable.its just been 10 days I joined Act, worst exp. When asked for calbak, it takes 4 hrs (1/2)

    @ACTFibernet Absolutely pathetic service by ACT. Takes more than 24 hrs to attend to complaint. Regretting having it. Airtel takes less than 4 hrs to attend to complaint. Pls take some action.

    @ACTFibernet This is the fifth time in 6 days i am raising service request SR10157106225372 how many times i have to give complaint no response at all from you people and no proper rectification. worst service ever seen. #saynotoACT
