    @ACTFibernet your franchise is not providing efficient service in our apartment. My internet service isn't been working since Thursday with no fix to it. Your poor customer care IVR has a default announcement "your call position is more than 30". There is no way to escalate issue

    Also your technician Srikanth +917075527403 visited did nothing, and said the the backend team of @ACTFibernet will resolve the issue asked me for the resolution code and closed the complaint and then left. How is the complaint resolved was nothing was done?

    @ACTFibernet SR11077329557294 Internet in my area is not working since last evening. I tried to reach out to all the number i have. Your local area office not responding, technician assigned not responding , customer care not reachable. Its Monday and there is a lot to do for office. Let me know if you cant get it resolved soon.

    @ACTFibernet There seems to be a pattern here. @ACTFibernet takes advance payment for 3 to 6 months and if someone disconnects before that period they don't even service the refund. Should I go to Consumer court for my refund? I have all the call recordings and SMSs etc. #shameOnACTFiber

    @ACTFibernet Your service is moving to worst , having paid for a plan change in your app, your technician is questioning why did you made the payment and asking me to buy a router from outside when router is already included in the plan what kind of service you are providing??
