@ACTFibernet Hi I've been having issues with internet spped and I've raised a complaint twice. Both times your staff have closed the ticket without even speaking to me and have marked it as solved. The ticket number is SR10163258290592. This is extremely unprofessional.

@ACTFibernet Internet is not working. Service no: SR10163270009574. Expecting a prompt service instead of letting us wait for 24hrs or more. Internet issues are happening every fortnight.Please do the needful as soon as possible.

@ACTFibernet I know u hv more customers but that doesn't mean you take customers for granted..even after 48 hrs ur guys can't resolve a small issue and keep faking...they give missed call to prove they called back. This will end once we get reliance in our area...SR10163260692334

@ACTFibernet 3days a month no internet for fault of yours and we have to pay for it? A simple issue no one is taking responsibility...even after 48hrs..to arrange a call back min time 4hrs itseems..what a customer service...soon other companies will overtake...SR10163260692334

I paid on 10th n since 12 there is no service when I asked for refund theur agent says cut the internet but no refund and yet no one has come to resolve our issue despite giving multiple complaints n consent to change the box location.. pathetic!!! @ACTFibernet
