Very disappointing customer support service by @ACTFibernet It’s 2nd time when I am facing internet issue & @ACTFibernet within a week’s time and ACT has closed my complaint ticket without resolving issues. I had lodged complaint at 10am today (SR11856740432192)… 1/3

@ACTFibernet Please note, this has been happening multiple times. Anytime I call customer care all they say is "we've escalated the issue" same reply, 3 days. They don't know the reason, they won't let me connect to a technician. Nor do I get a said "call back".

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet No its not.. whats the resolution???? I am still waiting for the detailed receipt!!! I cant see it in the app nor did i receive any mail from ACT about my plan details . I am waiting on it. Please resolve this ASAP
