    Worst customer support by @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD. Don't do any plan change with routers they won't deliver it. It's been 13 days but not delivered.When ever I call customer care (escalation team also) they say within 24 hours it will delivered but that 24 hours never come

    @ACTFibernet Is there any point in doing WFH when you have ACT fibernet? Every week, my wifi goes down and it doesn’t matter what time it goes down, its never fixed that same day!! Raised this ticket 5 hours back, no resolution despite promised to sort by 9 PM. SR11080445550744

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD You can never learn/improve. This is extensively disappointing to receive such poor service experience from you. Without my knowledge the services are disconnected & I receive an email post the disconnection.Multiple SR,emails,calls & no update/action

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet go and check how many complaints I have registered for your service in last 45 days from the day 2 since I took the connection, such a pain with this service, connection drops, video buffering etc. Please close my connection and issue the refund for remaining months

    @ACTFibernet again there is problem first request (SR11880463575664) was supposed to be resolved by by 28May between 1-4 pm and now, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 28-May 19:30 to 21:00. Your team is not reachable @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet just spoke to customer care, literally she don’t how to speak and when I asked about ETA for my Internet issue she has no answer just and poor service day by days it getting very bad, Internet is not working from yesterday

    @ACTFibernet Service disruption on a working day is unacceptable. Kindly stop sharing generic updates and provide a confirmed resolution time. These recurring connectivity issues need a permanent resolution.
