@ACTFibernet ACT Team called me and asked to install the machine in my terrace. But my owner not agreed . I have informed the same . Team said we can’t provide the internet. If you are not able to provide the service then refund my money. I will not use the ACT internet service again..😐

Very poor customer service by ACT Fibernet. Raised ticket before 5 days still none of them contacted and issue is not resolved. Seems need to change the ISP @ACTFibernet

Thanks @ACTFibernet for getting my number and calling back and speaking to me. It was good speaking to you and you were helpful. However, the local Act executive that you transferred the call was very vocal about the service and was blaming me for not raising a complaint.
