    @ACTFibernet Still now no response received from end everytime i post on twitter I'm getting auto reply and issue not adddress past 4 days no internet. If your service team is not fit for anything tell us so that I can change to other operator.

    @adityaghosh996 @ACTFibernet I agree with you. They cannot even fix their own network. Worst customer support. They told me my routing issue cannot be fixed, and get a disconnection if I don't like the service. Other ISPs I've used were a lot better in service. Waiting to disconnect once my plan ends.

    @ACTFibernet Please help @ACTFibernet Last message I got was internet is restored, but no internet even now. It's bee 3 days now. Please at least let us know exactly why there's an issue. I havent had a call from a technician as well

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet We are in Bangalore, working from home..How am I suppose to work if there is no internet ?For God's sake please do something. In day time no internet?What kind of service is this.. if you r not able to provide service then don't charge us for these unavailable hours

    @prabinakupanda @ACTFibernet The problem is that there ie frequent disruption in providing services. But they never delay in sending the bill or calling the customers. And if you raise a service ticket they will do something and resolve the issue for a day or two. Than they will close the ticket.

    @ACTFibernet still my inter net installation pending past 2day's i already paid the amount , no one not responding the calls and massages this is worst service ACT Fiber net
