    @ACTFibernet your router reset itself. Now I’m not able to connect to the internet even though the internet is working. I can’t talk to your tech support team either. My old password and wifi name are not working. Please resolve this ASAP. We need to get out work done.

    To give them their due, @ACTFibernet has really upped their customer service game over the past 18 months. I had another outage yesterday and they were relentless in fixing it as soon as possible. Much appreciated.

    @ACTFibernet I am literally pissed off since a week, There is no internet at my place and if at all internet is working properly it will automatically disconnects and takes more than 24 hours to resolve the issue. I have raised a complaint many times but not helping

    @ACTFibernet Facing connectivity issue from past 2-3 weeks but the issue is still not resolved. Connection is not stable. Lot of fluctuation in bandwidth.
