@ACTFibernet one of the worst Fibernet which I have see is Act. For shifting they are charging 650 that to only fixing not taking from old location.

@ACTFibernet Dear Act Team. My connection is due for 6 month renewal. I get reminders for the same. If I ask regarding my pending service complaints. Everybody talks about escalation. NO SOLUTION. Should I just give up a s switch my ISP? OR CAN YOU HELP? I AM TIRED.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Never seen a more disgusting service. Any outage takes minimum of 48 hours to attend to. Is it rocket science or are you giving an impression that you guys are in great demand. Give me the names of Directors so that I can take legal action.

Dear @ACTFibernet , there no internet from morning, they just raised a ticket and said they will solve it immediately but till now they stayed calm, this much time with out internet is very horrible, pls look in to this n solve this immediately.
