    @ACTFibernet today billing team says that it is my problem that no engineer came to change the router mesh when my renewal was due so I will have to pay extra. This really was the straw.

    Hello @ACTFibernetHYD, @ACTFibernet My connection in Hyderabad has been out of service since 3rd June. SR10180566946244 request number. The ticket was closed yesterday without the resolution and I had to reopen it. Please look into it asap and send a technician for repair.
