  Day 3- of problem that is still unresolved ticket no. SR11079981334564 is still there unresolved by your customer support and @ACTFibernet is just wasting time of their customer . @ACTFibernet just shows care to their customers till recharge once done then who you are for them.

  @ACTFibernet, I’m writing to express my disappointment with the pathetic service provided by ACT. My service ID is SR10379940421734 and I’ve been experiencing connection issues for the past five days. Despite paying for eight months in advance, I’ve received no successful service. This is a clear example of an ISP fleecing customers, and I urge you sir @AshwiniVaishnaw to direct your ministry for action.

  @ACTFibernet Hi ACT Fibernet, this is an automated response and doesn’t help. My internet is still down and it’s already been quite some time. Please provide a clear update and ETA for resolution, or escalate this issue urgently.
