@ACTFibernet with much regret have to post this, though I do a payment before my due date and still I get fine of 100rs just cuz it got reflected a day later in to your account. This has been happening from past 2 months. Not a good support from your customer executive as well.

@ACTFibernet Can't you inform customer that disconnected broadband will take time..I could have gone different broadband service. Since yesterday made 5 attempt to CC and every time technician is assigned and it will resolve by sometime.

@ACTFibernet Twice in a week ur internet service is interrupted. Repeated calls & tickets but no internet. Facing problem in work emails,food, grocery, medicine ordering, bills payments, y is the customer going thru this pain.. coz u don’t ACT. 6yrs loyal customer dropping off.

@ACTFibernet the worst customer service ever. No response from the team even after raising a complainant. No updates regarding the problem. But you expect us to pay the bill on time or else the account will be suspended without any intimation. Shame on the customer service.
