The worst management i have ever seen happening by any company is @ACTFibernet when power cut, the router is on but the internet goes off. So much times ticket raised and they closed it as resolved. No one is taking responsibility. #Hyderabad #ActFraud #Gachibowli

@ACTFibernet If you can't take 1 week in advance why do you give that useless scheduling option in your application. City option is never getting updated. Customer service is of zero help. One guy calls me and says call on 8th, don't do this in advance, he will close the ticket.

@ACTFibernet it’s surprising to receive a call from #ACT as it’s impossible to reach you otherwise. I have been your customer for over a decade with your 12+3 months plan but not happy with your high speed performance as it goes on & off every day and I have to switch over to @reliancejio data…Now you’re offering 2 routers with 6mo subscription only as promotion…why can’t you try this in my place to see if your performance is better anyways? Why do you want a customer to go for a lower plan supposedly for an improved performance? Why don’t you work on ways to retain a customer?
