    @ACTFibernet internet is completely down for 560037. Cant open the app to register the complaint, customer care number is consistently busy. Only power and red light is blinking. I am not sure what is happening with Act now a days, I've been constantly facing issues with internet

    @ACTFibernet Such a pathetic situation, my internet is not working. I cant raise service request too, as your act mobile application is not working, nor your web application is working. Very poor service in Marathahalli Bangalore.

    @ACTFibernet my user ID is : 102656415211 The broadband is down and thru your app i am Unable to raise ticket and cx care number on waiting frm 45 mins. This is second time in a month. Either fix in 20 mins or cnsdr this tweet as a request for cancellation
