Mohan Rajana (@mohanrajana) reported@ACTFibernet You guys should seriously stop blaming the tools or the user. Blame for faulty connectivity is squarely put on the devices of the customer. Even after connecting the cable directly to PC the modem is blamed, without even hearing what the customer has to say.
