Hi @ACTFibernet Team, It's been a while still the problem is not resolved, i have been keep on raising the compliant but still no one is escalating it to the next level, till the day the engineers are changing the routers & closing the tickets but no one is ready to do the Root

@ACTFibernet @internetsociety inspite of repeated reminders n calls today it's been 7 days when Act Fibernet has taken payment of Rs. 7400 4m us n internet service has not yet been started. Rediculous, N then u guys say why v shout on CSR'S. I HAVE MADE ADV. PAYMENT 4 d SERVICES.

@ACTFibernet it's been 1 week I m struggling 4 activation of my internet account which was disconnected without my knowledge as I raised issue 4 change of name n made payment of Rs.7146/-. Still everytime I am informed that I have dues of Rs.200 so my net cannot get connected.
