    @ACTFibernet Hi We have been facing internet issues every month . Most of the time it's with either download or upload issues else speed.. In a month atleast 4 days the internet is down. our work is been affected. Above all you send alert messages asking to pay the bill in time

    Raised 'Internet not working' complaint on 12th Dec SR10366580712794 SLA for resolution keeps getting extended everyday... Support person (somehow contacted) says they are currently resolving tickets raised a week ago. 🤯 Didn't expect from @ACTFibernet Pathetic.!! #actfibernet

    SR10366544011854 Created on 10th Dec Has got extended daily with latest update being 16/12 21:00 Escalation to nodal officer does not help. No call back given even after repeated requests. I don't think anyone can give a more frustrating experience to their customers @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Hi I just got another notification the resolution date has been extended, without any intimation. Can iget an agent call me. It's been dragging on, and you just keep extending it

    @ACTFibernet HOW COME 3300 GB CONSUMED IN 10DAYS IN MY OFFICE. NOW WE'RE USING MOBILE DATA TO DO THE SAME WORK. BUT HERE CONSUMING 100 TO 300 MB FOR THE SAME SYSTEMS AND SAME WORK. PLEASE RESOLVE THE ISSUE. THAT MAY BE THE CONNECTION IS GIVEN OTHER PEOPLE WITH OUR SETUP BOX

    @ACTFibernet 2nd time in a week I had the same bloody fibercut issue and there is no net connection...seriously act fiber u guys are without back bone...I regret taking ur net connection...

    @ACTFibernet My internet has not been working from 9th December 2022 and still no solution found inspite of my complaint ACT Ticket no: SR11066480268013. Every morning and evening I get message of postponing the resolution time. Disgusting and irresponsible people.
