    Hello @ACTFibernet I was told that there would be just a 1-2 hrs downtime for the ownership change (I had to perform a name change).. surprisingly, my internet has been DOWN for over 24 hrs now, pathetic customer service guys you have, most of them pick up the call n put on mute

    @ACTFibernet couldnt able to message&Iam not your customer its public disturbance in the entire street the cables are hanging very low past 4days we are asking to tie it up area is mudichur & numbers we called that i have shared you already pls ask them to rectify

    @Balamalladi13 still my issue not resolved. I got reply from Twitter asking for the details and after that it's almost a day completed and I am still waiting for someone to call me and explain what exactly happened. This is so weird... @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet u have 1 of the worst team in tambaram, mudichur d cables r almost hanging6ft height from the road if we ask your guys to correct he says they cant come& correcthe said if the cable is gets cut they said its ok for them we called 8056049286&99442929955

    @ACTFibernet Finally customer care was talked about, but they are saying that you will have to pay 1000 rupees if you can not give 1760, and without talking further, disconnect the phone, it has become dictatorial, I have all the recordings, registered mobile Number-9639220230

    The customer care is useless such that they don't know what's happening in the field or neither they could contact the field person. Planning to move away from this shittest service. Thanks for being so worst @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Internet not working, account no. 101418380685. Happens twice a month usually, extremely annoying. Not the service we expect from act. Could you look into this at priority?
