  @ACTFibernet Junction box installed in my house, not getting discount due to being ineligible as only 1 connection going through it (i.e. my conn) as per customer support. Does the junction box not need electricity for 1 connection? Who will reimburse for power consumption?

  @ACTFibernet Internet is down again in HIG Chitrapuri Colony, Manikonda, Hyderabad since morning today and the expected resolution is by tomorrow 1 PM. This happening frequently and resolution takes more than a day. Ticket no SR10166295718574
