    @sharad_telkar @ACTFibernet Switch to other services. I'm going to do the same. Their executives will waste your time. Facing issues for 2 months. Complained multiple times. They just pretend to "regret" it.

    @ACTFibernet I've came to near by act office, they have no Idea about it. Still no contact from technician.. Irony is that they are not using Act internet in their office.. may be trust issues.

    @ACTFibernet @SyedMud66893315 @ACTFibernet You people dont even check the queries its been 5 days i sent an E-Mail regarding wrong bill and change it to montly scheme not 4 months in advance you people dont even care just droping messages to pay the bill. Really fed up with your service !Im Just Quiting ACT

    @ACTFibernet cud u pls fix my issue wid internet.Hve raised the request timely & spoke 2 customer helpline bt without any solution till now.Ur team forcing me 2 install a box at my place & to borne extra electricity charges each month by self otherwise it won't gt fixed evr.

    @ACTFibernet I had used ACT in Chennai which was excellent based on which I opted in Bangalore too. However the service here is VERY POOR. While ur competitors r very aggressive in providing connections. Not taking more than 2 hours to provide the installation/ activation.
