@ACTFibernet I have shared the details. Yesterday on the conversation with your marketing agent I asked how much time will it take, they said we don't know it's in process if you can't wait we can refund you the money. Just a disrespectful reply for a customer who has been waiting for long.

@ACTFibernet I have been using Giga plan, since it was launched in New Delhi. Earlier I was getting full speeds on Wireless with WiFi 6 (AX5400) Router. But from last three months facing slow speed issue. Complaint a lot many times, still not resolved.

@ACTFibernet You guys are just saying this but nobody is even bothering to call and give the status. Anyhow I have cancelled the @ACTFibernet WO. I will optimise other vendors. #Bengaluru Try to avoid @ACTFibernet because the service is very very poor. You will regret it after.
