    @ACTFibernet - NO RESOLUTION yet I’ve done several calls regarding my internet connectivity issues. I reported the issue 11AM this morning. No call yet from any of the Act representative. I’ve done several calls to the customer service and there is no proper escalation process

    @ACTFibernet Thanks for the quick resolve. Hopefully this wont happen again considering this is the 5th time I'm calling customer care to reverse the charge. Every time the executive ensures that I do not have to worry about disconnection.

    Dear @ACTFibernet - its called termination of service. Stop spamming my number with automated calls to 'reconnect' - I don't live in that city now! I am on DND and you spamming from +918046161971 is irritating. Hey @Airtel_Presence - you might want to buckle up your DND service!

    Due to mismatch between the billing team and their service team, @ACTFibernet has gone ahead and disconnected by service. Best part is I've already prepaid for their service for the next six months. Good job. What other competitor services are good in Bengaluru ?

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Pre sales service is best by @ACTFibernet but after payment...some dayes later I got no connection issue, in app it's showing minimum 1 day for response, called customer care, they also disconnected call. I think this is not a good service.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I need the resolution and not the copy paste comments. I have been getting this response every time. Then a ticket is created and closed with no resolution. Request is simple. You need to refund the amount for the services not provided. Do this..
