    @ACTFibernet Still it is not resolved. frequently every month 1 or 2 days the issue is repeating . Whether any discount will be provided for non serviced days .

    @ACTFibernet You ground team is working tirelessly to get the issue sorted out. But the major problem is lack of transparency. Everyday eta is getting changed. As a customer we deserve transparency.

    @ACTFibernet Too worst service by act, executive saying we are addressing single connection issues, we have lot of issues we are addressing that first,then what our issues who will address, fed up with your services and responses

    @ACTFibernet Can please provide the ETA by when the service will resume? Although I always get to know on a daily basis that within 24 hrs service will resume but those are fake promises. Can you please provide me with the final estimation for completion of work?
