    @ACTFibernet My refund refund request SR10252453502925 is being closed without any resolution. Is this some kind of a joke? I am waiting for the refund since August 2020. Such irresponsibility from a leading ISP.

    @ACTFibernet I am following up since last 3 days for internet shifting, and it's still not done. Field technician is saying that port is not vacant. I don't have patience to deal with this anymore. Please fix my issue today or process my disconnection request.

    @ACTFibernet SR10252454594682 I was shocked to hear ticket has now been closed without a resolution with the below comments "Customer is asking for a FREE dual band router" Which is an humiliating LIE FYI - I CAN AFFORD A ROUTER. That is so CHEAP! I feel hurt .

    @ACTFibernet SR10252454594682 Customer since 2016. Raised a ticket for slow & fluctuating speed. Technician visited the premises but no resolution was given. The technician was supposed to get back tomorrow with a resolution.
