    @ACTFibernet You gave me one of the worst technicians for installation. He said he’ll come in 30 mins and asked me to send location, I’m waiting for more than 4 hours, he isn’t responding to my calls or texts. Worst part is now he’s attending my calls and not talking.

    I had Tata Fibernet and was expecting bit better service I have shifted to ACT @ACTFibernet Now they are proving my decision is wrong from the day one. False commitments, fake resolutions, disconnect the call if customer keep complaining more. I regret choosing ACT now

    @ACTFibernet @DoT_India Other than that customer priority is your last option is what I understood, when I needed the internet connection the most, you people don't even care and you're asking me to wait for so long. Even the days you fail to provide service, you should refund our money, which you don't

    @ACTFibernet SR10381639652454 this is the TICKET and there is Frequent network issue with your service and team. Tbh it's poor every week. Already been affected more than 12 hrs none of your employees showed up.
