@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet no resolution has been made on this issue that has been pending for weeks now . You take prepaid payments on internet bills and don't refund the amount for unrendered services back to customer as per policy but force the customer to make payments fie discontinuation!

@ACTFibernet Your speed of internet, I never question it. Your speed of resolving the tickets raised? Always disappoints me. Raised a reconnection request on 29-Mar-22 and I am being told it will be resolved by 02-Apr-22. High time I switched to #Airtel Vi-Fiber or #Jio Fiber.

Tired of using @ACTFibernet. Almost 15-20 times a day there is an outage, support is pathetic as hell. We've people working from home. Please get your **** services better. Sadly I can't switch and hence dependent on your useless services.
