    @ACTFibernet got ACT connection a month back and I clearly told your support executive that I don’t want extra service or even the free trial because i am not gonna use it anyway. Received a 200 rupees bill today. sort it out at the earliest.

    @Shujat_ @ACTFibernet Just my review overall Speed and performance - 9/10 - They have done a good investment in Active Ethernet instead of Passive GPON. Reliability - 5/10 - Vary by location. The battery backup at my location is bad. Every time power goes off, the connection too. C Support - 1/10

    @ACTFibernet I have purchased a plan of 750GB with 75 Mbps for 3 months. But that max speed I get is 2-3Mbps. Even after raising multiple complaints, my issue is not being resolved. Either provide with a working router or cancel the plan & refund my money.

    @ACTFibernet @Balamalladi13 Sir, any given day, had u feel ashamed of being in service industry. Who gave u licence to be in this field, the worst cust service ever any co wud hv had. Wen ur not able to give service, why don't u clsoe down

    Very poor service from @ACTFibernet One rainfall and service is down until the complaint is raised. It’s 4-5th time in last one and half month..!!

    @ACTFibernet Just utter non sense. No resplution has still been given. Had to call the customer care again to see if there’s an update. And surprise, there was none.
