@ACTFibernet : Network is down in my apartment (Egmore ) due to a tree fall from yesterday and even after raising multiple complaints yet to receive a response from your team.. same issue has been rectified by other operators within 2 hours ( doesn’t want to mention here).

@ACTFibernet I raised the SR10366546114844 on Dec 10, still the issue has not been resolved. I am doing WFH, I cannot work without the internet. I am really having a hard time due to the internet issue. Customer service agents are giving rude responses. Please help.

@UdhayaK123 @ACTFibernet No they are not giving the refund and saying it's their policy that they will use the balance and use it when you come back to their service. Pathetic service as well as refund policy. These guys are such **** eating pigs I tell you. Basically they don't want to refund.
