  @ACTFibernet Down again. Technician came to fix last time and forgot to connect the backup. Whenever power fails the internet is down and my house supplies power to Act Fibernet. ticket number is SR10159569075172

  @ACTFibernet 3 phone calls from your support team, billing team, a proposal for a plan change and a promise that the change will be made in 24hrs and 3 days later no change whatsoever. Why is this so difficult?

  Wow this is a common practice of @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD company to avoid their customers problem without resolving it. They messaged me on my last tweet mentioning they will get in touch to resolve and its already been more than 24hrs. What to do ?
