  @airtelindia Broadband is nagpur Laxmi nagar area is down from 2 days, getting same reply from customer care every day "we are sorry for the inconvenience" i already opted for @ACTFibernet on my HYD address, because of bad service, do I need to change service in nagpur also ?

  My internet not working for last 3 days. I've raised ticket on app but no action has been taken. Stopped working next day after I paid the bill and cancelled Disconnection request. Regretting my decision to continue with this ****** company. Please refund me. @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet My internet has gone down for the second time in the last 48 hours. I’m extremely frustrated with having to repeatedly deal with outages and being redirected to an ineffective chatbot.
