@ACTFibernet It's been almost a month since the plan upgrade and payment was made, and to date been on old plan. After long hours of wait and followup they delivered router, yet plan remains unchanged. This is pathetic! Tickets gets closed without solution. SR10277026534712

@ACTFibernet it’s providing the worst service. We are facing internet issue from August 23 and created(SR10377135772824 ) but it’s still not fixed. They said the router is not working and needs to be changed but it will be charged because we are using a monthly plan.(1/3)

Internet service is down again. It has not even been 24 hours since the last outage. Requesting @ACTFibernet to look into this issue at the earliest. This is getting extremely frustrating.

@ACTFibernet Ticket SR10177059529584 And I am getting same response from past three days like issue will be resolved by 21:00pm . Either solve the problem or give refund . I am tired of this . While other ISP are doing good in my area but only act facing electricity issue.

There's no internet again for 2 days and as usual ACT phone lines remain busy for who knows what reason. There's never an option to connect with a live person ever. Why do we pay you? @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet customer service is unacceptable—relentlessly pushing for upgrades, then failing to deliver any real support. Tickets are ignored, and technicians never turn up, leaving customers stranded and unheard.
