Wow ACT service is amazing as I had raised Activation request on 26th of Mar'22 but till today NO Action..I thought of delay in service or response happens only in Govt offices..but ACT proved me wrong.@ACTFibernet..are they expecting something 🤔

@ACTFibernet It's more than 36 hrs no help still, need proper long time solution for this monthly charade when you are minting money at customer's expense else refund deposit and we can opt for other providers

@ACTFibernet Its been more than 18 hours and two working days and the internet is still down. Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet. @TRAI we are doing wfh and because of this incompetent service we are at risk of losing our job.

@ACTFibernet My concern is if you provide 150 MBPS plan with latency more than 20 ms than that plan is equal to 20 MBPS plan and I have paid for 150 mbps plan for 7 months. Customer care lines are not giving me desired solution.
