    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD #Badservive SR10159247308442 request raised 5 days back for reconnection at Pragatinagar, Hyderabad, still not resolved, everytime I can, customer care tells and repeats the same thing that technician will come in 24 hrs, it's more than 120 hrs.....

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet we were told that the issue will be resolved by 1pm. “Your request SR10159347995742 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 7/11/2021 01:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app” we do not have internet yet.

    There is no internet since today morning. Customer care is saying that it's an issue with the cables but I didn't see anyone working in my area. This is unacceptable. We all are working from home and i have already lost entire days pay. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet Connectivity issues, 2 times in past 1 week and 3 times in past mnth.Its impacting a lot.we pay u money in advance n u show us these issues at the most neede time.worst service.provide a permanent solution else u r losing a customer pretty soon..DMed my reg mob nbr
