@ACTFibernet The worst pathetic experience I had with act fibrenet .1st issue with net speed which made me to come here and then they solved it, now it's about recharge my plan.I am looking for or basic plan but you are customer care says that we have to to go with 6 months plan.

@ACTFibernet Its been more than 8hours there is no internet access and no engineer has visited the location to resolve the issue. The complaint was raised 17hours before Current: SR11064335514703 The company CEO also don't reply to the mail's so what can we expect from their engineers.

@ACTFibernet I still feel your customer care executives needs to be more professional when they speak to customers.Even in today's resolution call,I didn't feel that Actfibernet really felt sorry for the inconvenience caused to me. It was like routine call,"can you explain whats the problem"

@ACTFibernet Yes it is resolved with more than 2 days as resolution time. As a customer, I could not afford this delay as I am doing WFH and its affected badly my work.
