  102552387379 is the a/c no.Complaint ID:SR10263832306908 was raised on 4/1/22 & was supposed to be resolved by 7/1 but still hasn't been resolved. When i had asked for a disconnection the CS executive had informed that I can switch to a basic plan of 549 @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet worst internet provider in lucknow. Do not use their service pathetic is a small word to describe their services. No customercare will help you out in case of internet loss. They intensionally crash the app when it tries to check your connection.

  @ACTFibernet Listen carefully. It happened 2nd time in 2 weeks. 1st time your enginee came and your head office confirmed changing equipment to support 1GBPS new stream my area limited from backend. It happened on call and live. Same situation. DO NOT RUN

  @ACTFibernet The plan has been updated and payment has been done but still the upgrade isn't done to the plan from past 15 days multiple tickets have been raised and there is no response from @ACTFibernet please disconnect the service or look into it SR10263826552761
