    @ACTFibernet You people are the worst. No internet service from yesterday. When called they say it's a junction box issue and will be fixed in few hours. Got promised a manager call back as well. No call backs and now if i call it gets automatically cut or goes into Mute. WOW 👏🏽

    @ACTFibernet Dear ACT Fibernet. No resolution till date on refund. Below is the sms message received on 28 Jan. Your refund request is registered with Ref. No.SR10164005256158. It will be processed in 5 working days after details are submitted. When can we get a refund.

    @ACTFibernet How can you close an issue that is raised by a customer without the customer's consent? I raised an issue this Friday and It was closed on Saturday without my consent. And how come users don't have an option to reopen an issue? at least for the next 24hrs!!

    @ACTFibernet i have upgraded to 150 mbps plan but your customer care guys saying that my router doesn't support this plan..please downgrade the plan..i am not interested to pay the bill for 150 mbps with the speed of 40 mbps..
