    @atty723 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I complained that backup lasts barely one hour and your executive replaced it with a battery that lasts barely 1 minute! Your quality of service is extremely poor in a time where internet connectivity is a basic requirement. You fail to even provide that as an ISP!

    @ACTFibernet Still no call or update from your technical team, my work is pending from 3 days by when can I expect a resolution. When ever I call your cc team they say it will be done same day.
