    We are using the services of @ACTFibernet since last ten days. It is pathetically bad and there is no customer service whatsoever. One of the worst exp in 2021.

    @ACTFibernet Without transferring the connection I was sent a message saying "Dear Customer, your shifting request has been successfully processed as on 15/1/2021. Shifting charges of Rs:400.02 will be added to your next month bill" How can this be possible?

    @ACTFibernet Registered request on 9th Jan, Still waiting to get an resolution. Repeatedly call customer care, they keep on asking for more time. How much time is required. Pathetic service. Really frustated. Need resolution asap.

    @ACTFibernet I am totally annoyed by your services. I have been writing on this thread since 3 to 4 days, until now your tech team has not replaced the power back box. WORST and PATHETIC are very lame words to say for your service,you are litterally looting your consumers. CC: @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet I ve been charged for services which are not even started. I contacted customer care, got assurance that it’s resolved. Still I keep receiving texts to make the payment. I will ask everyone i know to stop the act connections if this is how you do business.
