    @singlecloud @ACTFibernet The service is pathetic from ACT now. Not sure if they are not in a mood of doing business coz I want to change my plan to higher value but they are closing req without any action.

    @ACTFibernet @forum_consumer @consumerforum_ I took Act fibre connection at 3rdJan 2023 but from 7th Jan it's stopped working complaint number of time to portal but no one is resolving issue. Worst experience of taking Act. SR10166833383254 SR10166894404074

    @ACTFibernet no revert.. no update on ticket for last 7 days .. just pathetic customer support which cuts calls in the middle of call ..

    @ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit Hello , my wife has been getting back to back robocall from ACT to reactivate the service, it keeps coming. have decided 2 say yes , get your agent at door step for documentation or connection and then send him back. This will stop once the calls stop. Left with no other option

    @ACTFibernet @Mehnaz_Amjad after all, in one week's time, either this customer will stay with ACT Fiber or he will move to Jio/Airtel/Hathway or ABC or XYZ service provider....who cares...i (.@ACTFibernet staff) will get my salary end of this month

    @ACTFibernet Why is no one responding to my query on internet being down from afternoon? Only an SR10866891084184 registered but no one called yet. Act is not reliable for work from home. Everyone should switch to Airtel Xtream or Jio fiber.

    @ACTFibernet Your sales and Billing Team have some confusion on the Billing side, and it is a problem on ACT end. I am not going to suffer for this, Request for re-connection has been placed with customer service team, please get it processed within the hour.

    @ACTFibernet real world's number one Poor service.. Cheating people and looting money without giving proper service, if bill due payment one day they charge overdues .. If internet doesn't works for weekly 2,3times for hours they won't give for that refund,
