    @ACTFibernet Hi Team It’s been four days I applied for a new connection and paid for 6 month pack. Still waiting for the connection to be installed. Very pathetic service. @GoI_MeitY

    @ACTFibernet My 2 requests were closed without resolution (SR10267485379136 & SR10267485379140). You are charging incorrectly even you accept over ticket still no resolution provided. @TRAI

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet SR10167472375203 ticket for shifting of connection deadline of resolution is 5th April today 9 th April. No action taken. Even nodal and appellate authority also didn’t resolve the issues.Whole company includes of top management is useless fellows.

    I think you have to close you are company due to the service which you are providing us now a days.before it's was better when Beam cable was there.when @ACTFibernet came service became to bad and i am facing daily issue with and thanks for u r customer care who cant handle calls

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer experience. I've been following up since Oct 2022 for a reconnection. Was approached by a new connection exec, paid for that on Sat. Still not done. Neither Sales person nor engineer answering our calls

    @ACTFibernet i have not reconnected my connection but enquired around the pack. I got flooded with lot of calls and my connection is activated without my concern and bill is getting generated now. i am not paying any bill and i will never be your customer again. Its frustrating.
