    @ACTFibernet I've bought a prepaid 6 months worth of internet services and I'm relocating. 2 out of the 6 months of internet service has been provided. I'd like a refund for the 4 months of internet I've already paid for. Please help. I would like to permanently disconnect.

    @ACTFibernet worst service. From last month i am getting network disconnection issue. Your cable get broken from last three days everyday. Your person take whole day for fixing the service and next day same problem occur.

    @ACTFibernet It's been 4 days and your technicians are still enjoying the weekend. I didnt get any call back atleast on the resolution. There are 7 other impacted with the issue. We have raised request for doconnection.

    @ACTFibernet There is no resolution yet. And no proper response from the team. By not responding from morning And giving excuses in evening like weather is not good..it is raining..now cant able to resolve. If it rains for whole month..there wont be resolution and update for the issue raised?

    @ACTFibernet Please resolve the issue asap internet connectivity problem will result in bad effect on my work. This issue is continuous from last few days on daily basis. It have raised a lot of request but the problem comes again next day.
