    Worst customer support by @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD. Don't do any plan change with routers they won't deliver it. It's been 13 days but not delivered.When ever I call customer care (escalation team also) they say within 24 hours it will delivered but that 24 hours never come

    Yet to see a customer service support worse than @ACTFibernet .they call. Then send a “happy “ code. Unresolved . And after ten minutes they send a message “resolved”! Dont ever subscribe to ACTFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet such a ****** customer service. WiFi is not working for over 20 hours and no one is resolving on a priority. They either disconnect calls or say a technician is assigned and then no one comes. Very close to switching providers. FIX THIS ASAP Ticket SR10280475714804

    @ACTFibernet You people can only reply on X but not work properly. Make sure my refund is credited by the evening today so i can change service provider. Will have to approach consumer against u otherwise
