    @ACTFibernet I have disconnected both my accounts. Customer care is saying that for one account refund has been issued but i am unable to track it. For other account they haven't given refund yet. Its been more than 15days since i disconnected accounts

    @ACTFibernet worst experience in facing with act people I raised 3months bill from November 2020 to January 2021. Every day I'm following up with Adithya he is done with my connection but did not responding any calls and updates

    @ACTFibernet Bad support. getting wrong billing after reconnection. ACT promised if I reactivate I will get Rs 100 waived off for 6 months, but bill came without waive off. Complaint to Support, now app showing to pay bill for Nov 2020. Pathetic rude support team. Plz DM me

    @ACTFibernet you are the no1 brand band provider in Chennai , but the customer service is not that much good . we have raised 2 complaints for the past 2 days with out resolving, tickets are closed automatically. Need your attention immediately its completely blocking the work

    @ACTFibernet absolutely worst service ever. I am a grade 8 student and My parents are teachers. I have to regularly attend online classes and my parents have to regularly take online classes.But since Monday my wifi router 2nd light is going off and customer care service is ****.
