    The call center guys are so rude that they ask us to disconnect as they are transferring this call to disconnecion team.. Dont the customer have respect for using your service? Pathetic service by you! Pls do come and disconnect the connection immediately. @ACTFibernet @FiberAct

    @ACTFibernet I still have not received my refund and guys are so interested in closing the ticket Would you let me know to which account you transferred the funds, some girl called and said she would help me with that but call again . Why are guys harrassing me is this the punishment
