All of a sudden I got an outage message today and it will gt resolvd by tom 7:30 PM evening. The outage 4 more thn 24 hours is nt at all acceptable. I asked to disconnect right from 16th march and your team must have those records. Please provide refund else i would raise a consumer complaint legally.

If you dont have enough capacity to resolve wifi issues just give us info like we will take at east 2 days to resolve the issue then we can think whether we need to opt your fibernet or not.
