    @ACTFibernet I raised one Service request with Number SR10151922163672 on 2nd Feb 2021 but there is no resolution yet. I don't understand what is happening on this. Is this the service standard of ACT Fibernet? Don't you have any SLAs on the tickets raised by customers. Part1

    @ACTFibernet the worst netwrk ever...intermittent disconnectivity... closure of tickets without prior notice... switching to jio fiber...i suggest everyone not to go with ACT...

    @ACTFibernet THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. When the Internet is down the APP through which you lodge a complain is also down. Woww 👏👏 Chat bot is DOWN so NO service ticket number and NO engineer to work on. CUSTOMER IS ASUSUAL UPSET. #actfamily #ACTfibernet #broadbanddown
