Raised a complaint with ACT Fibernet and still no technician visit or proper update—just “will be resolved soon” messages. In 2026, internet isn’t optional. I fail to understand why. Absolute harassment of consumer. Every time I call I have to repeat all the story to customer care.

After the complaint ticket raise,12-24 hours take to restore the internet service. Every year, 15-25 days are non-working but charges full payment.

Hence I have cancelled my plan effective 10-04-26 with act fibernet and will require the entire payment refunded as the plan

As clearly your team shared wrong info to me to renew and upgrade plan its fraud
