    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet SR10181511731864 Frustrated with the service. I upgraded to 200 Mbps, but now I’m told my copper cable doesn’t support it. Raised a ticket to fix the issue, but no response. Now I’m being asked to pull the cable internally myself. Poor service!

    @ACTFibernet Ticket id : SR11081425338694 . No updates , no replies . For 20+ hours the service is down . Can’t you interact with customers or update them. Your customer support gives no updates and no enginner has contacted me. What kind of service is this?

    It takes 50hrs to find out what the issue is, and even longer to rectify. @ACTFibernet your customer retention must be pathetic. Internet is an essential service, clearly @ACTFibernet thinks it is a joke. @officejmscindia

    Your Service request SR10181547676634 is expected to be resolved by 12-Aug 00 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I told you guys i need a resolution at earliest , very bad service. Issue can be fixed within 10 minutes. I am a 15 yrs old cx. Time to switch to @JioCare Help
