@ACTFibernet this time I am charged more than the previous month for the same internet plan. I have already raised 3 SRs which are getting closed automatically without mentioning the reason for the additional charged amount. Could you please help me on this ?

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Pathetic service from ACT. Poor connection followed by not refunding my paid amount. It's over a month, when my refund amount was promised, but now ACT is neither acknowledging my mails nor refunding my amount. Is it a company policy not to refund ?

@ACTFibernet Issue is still there act network engineer came but told that the router is old and need to change but they dont have a new router and went back. I need solution to this asap or else cancel my subscription and return my money
