    @ACTFibernet 4 days with no internet and ZERO response from support. I work from home - I’ve been paying for a co-working space just to attend meetings. And your fix so far? Response from your field engineers: “We’ll come today.” Then tomorrow. Then the day after 👎❌

    The @ACTFibernet service in Blr is so terrible! They take 10+ days to setup your OTT/TV subscription in 2026 lol. Regretting moving from @airtelindia tbh

    @ACTFibernet Still waiting. Today is the last day of before my connection is disconnected. I have no problem in switching to jio if you are not interested. Rare imstance when a customer want to stick to a particular internet provider but company is not interested. Lol

    @ACTFibernet @daneshzaki @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket to shift my connection with TICKET ID SR11080671198304 this issue was declared to be resolved by 14 June 2026 but till now nothing has been done I am working without internet since a week my ACT account number is 110777865246 please resolve

    @ACTFibernet what's going on? Is there anyone to look into the issue? More than 48hrs no update, just keep on sending revised resolution date n time. Very bad service never expected this.
