    @ACTFibernet I will push to the extreme limit to convince every other owner in my apartment to cancel this subscription and switch to skylink immediately. As a matter of fact I have already raised flag in owners association group asking to cancel @ACTFibernet for entire apartment

    @ACTFibernet ACT customer care guy contacted me and asked me to turn off the router for 10 mins then use it and packet loss problem will be solved but nothing happened it still did not get resolved, still the issue is same. Please help. @ACTFibernet
