    @ACTFibernet I bought 6 months subscription of your service and I was promised that installation would be done today. And there is no response from your people. Your sales person is not answering my call.

    @ACTFibernet from the help of this worst service I have lost my project I have paid them already for the connection but they can’t give me their service and this is 6th day I have applied for refund even they are not refunding very poor service.

    @ACTFibernet , Really thank you for giving seamless network in the pandemic situation. Since today evening my network is down. Could you please check. I even called the representative assigned to me but it is of no use. He did not picked the call.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC: the tech team in my area has been unresponsive and irresponsible for providing any services. I have been facing issues with connectivity since past 5 days and I have called customer care multiple times. No luck except for false promises.

    @ACTFibernet ACT provides the worst customer experience. A) First they add fraudulent charges. B)Then they waive off this amount. C) Then they suspend your account and make you wait 16 hours to reactivate. D) Then they let you use internet for a day and deactivate your account.

    @ACTFibernet Kindly provide an ETA on the resolution since it’s been more than 48 hours now. If you can’t provide an ETA, kindly proceed for cancellation of the connection and initiate a refund!
