    @ACTFibernet New connection experience with is very disgusting, your agents will follow up like any thing till customer pays for the connection, once customer makes the payment there is no response from the agent regarding installation.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service - no proper response - yesterday i paid bill as advance and now I am facing Internet issue. Please let me know the refund process - I don’t want to continue with this connection- you can deduct one day charge and return my money

    @ACTFibernet my complaint regarding wrong billing of charged waved by ACT is still not resolved. Keep getting messages that today is the last day to pay a wrong bill which has been waived. ACT team seems to get a pleasure of harassing customers! Paid for the year by the way!

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down in my area (Coimbatore south 641016) from today morning. Already created a support case. Now I am getting a message that my support case will be resolved by tomorrow 9pm. Will it take this much time to resolve? ( 2 days). Please check & resolve ASAP.
