    @ACTFibernet I am always facing internet issue and i have raised a complaint still i am issue is not resolved if this sceniario happens i will quit the service and go for other internet services SR10181149037714 please look into the issue and fix it or i will change the service

    I thought Airtel was giving horrible wifi services but I don’t mind biting the bullet by admitting my mistake that if you are opting for @ACTFibernet then you will crying for the time you have subscribed to their most pathetic, 3rd class services. DON’T EVER GO FOR @FiberAct

    @ACTFibernet , this has to be one of the most frustrating customer support experiences I've had. It's 2026, and my internet has been down for more than 12 hours. There are no storms, heavy rain, or any weather-related issues in my area, yet there's still no clear explanation.

    Hey @ACTFibernet , pathetic service. Shifting requested July 10, today is 13th—zero updates, just IVR lies. But for a new line? Sales calls in 60s promising same-day setup! Disgusted by this greed. Switching to Airtel. Process my refund. A/C: 102767191991

    @ACTFibernet I Have raised multiple requests for sudden internet issues at home, Engineer visiting the site and resolving temporarily and closing the request.
