    @ACTFibernet Hi, tried raising a shifting request multiple times from app but it crashes at the last step everytime. Your customer care number ends abruptly after a recorded message that request needs to be raised through app only. How do you expect customer to raise a request?

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 135th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @ACTFibernet I just spoke to your Customer Care requesting the plan change from NEXT month. I repeatedly told this change SHOULD NOT happen today. Within 5 minutes now my plan got downgraded at 1:35pm. Why is your team not listening to the customer? #fail

    @ACTFibernet First time I'm experiencing this customer executives lifting the call and putting aside without giving any response .. I'm able to listen all the voices from their end which discussing..Called 10-15 times but no response getting

    @ACTFibernet There is no internet since morning as the cable is broken. I've raised a complaint on the app. There's no update from #ACTFibernet. Such #BadService!!! I've raised the complaint regarding the cable in the past as well however you guys don't seem to bother about it.
