    @ACTFibernet Firstly why do you need our location. Don’t say you need to make user experience better because you don’t need to know our location for that. First try to fix bugs in your app later on you can provide internet.

    @hariniharu309 @ACTFibernet Your local money lender won't charge you interest as high as the people at ACT do for late payment. And even if you pay the charges, they will still give you pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet No help needed now been waiting for a week for my ticket to be resolved still you are closing the ticket without any update i can't give you more time hence shifting and would recommend the same to other customers.

    @ACTFibernet worst or pathetic are small words to describe your service. Filled a complaint on 14/08 and after 24 hours your team extends it for 3 more days and reason for no internet connection is your ex act user disconnected the fiber optic box and im not getting internet .

    @ACTFibernet Raised a complaint (SR10160930872652) on 13/8/2021. Raised a complaint again (SR101005189112). Raised a request for disconnection & the customer representative says that I will lose my six months fee, so I should wait for the issue to be resolved! #ACTFibernetSucks

    @ACTFibernet Seriously. It was clearly looking like that you trained all of your employees for exactly this feedback . Disconnecting the calls or giving rude answers and i have names of the employees too

    @ACTFibernet we are facing the worst Customer Care Service, Really Fed-up with the service, Without Customer Knowledge Disconnected Services Has been connected and bill is generated for the same, Where is they Accepted for the waiver for there mistake but amount is not refunded.

    @Kc24813942 @ACTFibernet I too saw the utter insolence in their associates. They behaved pretty rude. Their faulty equipment and poor wiring has costed me well above Rs.2000. It's difficult but you should change your Internet Service Provider as soon as you can.
