Dear @ACTFibernet I have paid for a new connection and it is supposed to be installed on Jan 13 only. But till now it has not been installed despite multiple calls to customer care. No one is responding. CAF No 101668045500. #very_pathetic_service

when you reject any service the service provide @ACTFibernet ask the reason, Ok we are supposed to explain. But continuously daily who ever represent @ACTFibernet calling and are we there to explain? who ever calling from @ACTFibernet. Worst marketing technique.

@ACTFibernet My internet not working since yesterday evening. I have raised service request regarding the same. At first, i have been given ETR at 03:00 Pm today then ETR was revised to 09:00 Pm today. ETR crossed but issue still unresolved.
