@ACTFibernet Ticket No: SR10365376079723 Change your system, immediate suspension is very worst in the scenario like this. I have paid twice now because of your payment gateway, 3 days to know the status of payment is worst. If transaction successfull twice I need immediate refund.

It's been just five days since my last complain. Internet down again. Ticket SR10165386217944 has been raised. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Very disappointed that a new ticket has to be raised every week.

@ACTFibernet Hasn’t been 10 days and I have internet troubles again. In the past 2 months I have complained about the internet not working for around 8 times now. That’s almost once a week. And once the net is down it takes a day and half to get it back

Every other week i have to raise an complaint. Every week the connection goes off on the weekend and the issue is sorted on Monday or Tuesday. There's no permanent fix to my problem @jagograhakjago @ACTFibernet

@JioCare @reliancejio after 40+ calls to customer care team , waiting for 6 days for service guy to visit and also offered to pay 1000 rs to the assigned enginner but he did not visit, we have decided to disconnect and move back to @ACTFibernet . Experience was just pathetic.

@ACTFibernet Guys beware of @ACTFibernet they are making fool of the customers. Please don't buy @ACTFibernet if you don't want to waste your hard income money. From last 2 months we are complaining the issue to the company and the illiterate person sitting there wasting time.

@ACTFibernet 102651249464 paid for act storm pack 3 months plus wifi. Not even a month and am invoiced with 683 amount. Waiting time of your customer service is so long that I feel like am traveling to moon. Sales guy says issue is with billing dept and not my problem. Poor coordination.
