    @ACTFibernet is becoming worse day by day, poor connectivity coupled with low speed since a month . Trying to reach customer service unable to connect to them. Tough time for professionals working from home and also for the engineering students writing their examinations.

    It has been 5 days since internet has been affected and the only way in which we can connect with @ACTFibernet is through a chatbot. There is no way we can escalate the issue and the link to call the engineer is consistently engaged!
