    @ACTFibernet you **** app doesnt work. I used to 5900 every 6 months for internet plan. Now it says 7300 as due. Kindly solve your **** app bugs im not even able to connect to agent there. Clarify about this bill or i will have to file a complaint in consumer court. 101439329428

    SR closes again Every day new person calls and promises to call back after getting a resolution 2 months gone SRs silently gets closed without any resolution Made me pay extra for your fault @ACTFibernet

    @Shivu2032 @ACTFibernet Same issue i requested for connection on July 3 after being promised installation within 24 hours. It's now July 13, and after multiple follow-ups, I still have neither a connection nor a refund despite requesting cancellation on July 7.Extremely poor service. @ACTFibernet

    Very worst experience from the @ACTFibernet at first they took around 3k and didn't installed their router and after the tweet i posted, they installed the next day. Now i booked act stream tv box, its been 10 days, box didn't delivered. I hope I'll get my box after this tweet

    @ACTFibernet : I Have raised multiple requests for sudden internet issues at home, Engineer visiting the site and resolving temporarily and closing the request.

    @ACTFibernet Such a Terrible Internet Provider. 15 days and no one even cared to look into the issue. We paid 3 months charges before hand itself. Your team dont even have a customer care number where we can talk to a human? And solve this
