    Hey @ACTFibernet , I just checked my invoice and there seem to be silent price hike. When contacted customer care, they dodged it with a statement "it was already communicated over email to all customers". I couldn't find any such email. May I know the subject of that email?

    @ACTFibernet 45 days and still going on to get my refund after doing rigorous followups on calls, chats, and emails. Raised ticket to see that to close without providing resolution SR10177904701794 SR10178429072219. Just let me know whether you have the intention to refund.

    @ACTFibernet Can you check the late payment charges and adjust the bill amount when there was no service from last 3 months. Please revise and send me so that i can pay the bill on time. You cannot charge a late payment fee when there is problem from your side. FYI

    Why is ACT WiFi worse than Bajaj Finance? I ignored the payment for ACT Fibernet for a month, and they started calling me 25-30 times a day. Even after disconnecting the service, I'm still getting calls. Is anyone else facing the same issue? @ACTFibernet @_DigitalIndia

    @ACTFibernet You are doing same mistake repeatedly, This not a good practice!! My account got reactivated again today. Last 4 digits 5070. Kindly fix it by today EOD.
