@ACTFibernet I had raised a complaint yesterday (SR10359876846042) and there is no resolution to it yet. Called customer care twice and all they say is "Your problem will be fixed soon." Maybe it's time to start thinking about switching to @reliancejio's JioFiber, for good.

@ACTFibernet Too late , just paid @airtelindia broadband for new connection . They are on the way to Install service Account:102424069132 But yes I took this decision after talking to your retention agent shrawani . The way she spoke to us was bad really bad as if she owns the company .TX

@ACTFibernet Internet down SR10259924491942.. No one try to resolve.. Even kannada staff is less in your customer support.. Every time one or the other regional language staff will take calls if we select kannada..
