@ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10164732797748 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 04-May between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT. It's the resolution time given.More than 48 hours to resolve the service request.

@ACTFibernet Shared my number in private message.if you can't fix it permanently let us know here in the Twitter itself. Atleast people think twice before buying ActFiber. Everyone in our area is saying ACTFiber is not good.Packets are dropping very frequently and frequent network issues.

@ACTFibernet Hello Mr. @ACTFibernet CEO, first please serve what you promised to your customers. I opted for 75 mbps plan and you gave me a router of max capacity 40 mbps. When I ask for the low speed issue your team recommended me to upgrade my plan. Is it the way how @ACTFibernet loot us?
