    @ACTFibernet I think you should resign from your position Bala & shutdown ACT because you have closed your eyes & not seeing the issues customer are facing. Every now & then there is an issue & customer support is very worst.They are saying if you don't co-operate we will disconnect the call.

    @ACTFibernet, I'm faccing issue regarding my new connection. Firstly customer care called me 50 times in two days for payment. and then i paid and customer service told me that it will take 24hrs to install new connection. But now 48hr gone and now they told me for more 48hrs.

    @ACTFibernet Every time I call the customer care they give me some generalised response and they’ll hang up. And your supervisor isn’t available for the past 20 days? Every time I want to connect with your supervisor your executive cuts the call. Please give me a solution to this.

    @ACTFibernet **** you and your executives and your technicians. Internet not working since 20 days- not a single response- customer car hangs up while on call. **** you and your ******* top management. Don’t call yourself a unicorn company. My toilet cleaner does a better job.
