    @ACTFibernet I have been not getting the speed as advertised in my plan no proper resolution has been taken against my ticket SR10265290093144. This ticket is not trackable now and still my internet speed is around 25-40 for a 75 Mbps Plan. Very disappointed in your service.

    @ACTFibernet - I waited for half a day and then after losing my patience, I raised another ticket which got fixed the next day afternoon by a different service agent. Now, since I was not happy with my speed, I asked the agent how to get better speeds. He said modem placement

    @ACTFibernet Really disappointed and frustrated with your service. Ticket no SR10365281328984 has been a week now and not been serviced after being reopened. There’s no resolution or explaination nor an ETA to resolve the issue after a week.The worst customer support experience

    @ACTFibernet , Madurai, Google drive download speeds are too slow, getting 1 MB/s instead of the plan speed (20 MB/s) Upload speeds are normal but download speed is too slow since two days. Please look into it
