    Complained yesterday evening around 5:30 and now @Airtel_Presence has woke up to resolve issue. @ACTFibernet I raised reconnection issue today morning around 11 and technician resolved it by 12:30. This is called as service. Hope you get it @Airtel_Presence 🙏🏻

    1/2 BEWARE! before using free trial of any other apps available in @ACTFibernet app. They will charge you in the bill amount after trial period. To cancel trial you have to call support. If not paid then service will be disconnected even if we have paid for longer duration.

    It’s been more than 72 hours the payment done to @ACTFibernet but no person turned up for installation. Raised numerous complaints but of no use. The customer service has been pathetic @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet worst customer support, its been 3 days, internet is not working everytime I call got the same response, give us 4 hours, we will fix the issue but no resolution yet.
