I’ve been shouting for over 2 damn months to disconnect my ACT WiFi not to resolve anything. You people close tickets like it’s a joke. How hard is it to understand DISCONNECT AND REFUND? Stop testing my patience and return my money. Your service is beyond pathetic.@ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Almost 4 tickets raised in last 1month. First it was complete network unavailablity, for last one week it’s intermittent. Network connects & disconnects randomly, requested a field tech to come check the wiring & router but no luck, tickets resolved without helping.

@ACTFibernet The best “WORST SERVICE PROVIDER” cheats people by making them pay for 400 MBPS, but they get only 200 MBPS. If you find out and ask, you will get ₹500 as compensation, even though you paid ₹9,000. Even if you write to CEO no one cares.
