    @ACTFibernet Why do I have to make over 10 calls and wait for hours on call to get a Wifi installed (despite after making a payment)? Absolutely terrible service No one from backend or escalations team even calling back after several escalations!

    My entire day's work was affected today due to #ACTFibernet outage. What's even more frustrating is that this is the 4th time in the last two months. Repeated service interruptions & delayed resolutions are unacceptable.

    @ACTFibernet This is unacceptable. Frequent disconnections, inability to browse, multiple service requests, plan upgrade done, yet no resolution. Every ticket is stuck in "Work in Progress" while customers continue to suffer. Is anyone actually accountable for resolving issues? Immediate intervention required. Enough follow-ups.     @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @FiberAct I haven't seen such an irresponsible ISP, for straight 6 days you cannot fix my internet when I asked for a refund so I can go with another ISP, you disconnected my internet. For sure I don't want to use your service. Refund my money for 3 month.

    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down and there has been no resolution. Ticket SR10180741534844 is still ongoing. The chat support team is not responding, and despite multiple requests, the assigned engineer has not called back. This level of service is unacceptable.

    @ACTFibernet I am not sure what's going on, frequently facing intermittent disconnection issues today internet is fully out. Will be issue be resolved today? Nowadays very frequent issue with ACT. Complaint no # SR10380722108054
