@ACTFibernet @iRajaniJP You only call certain customers, till date more than 100 times requested call back but your senior staff never bother to ring. Certain community & region you bother not all. Treat everyone same.

@ACTFibernet Buffering for a long a time even the app is also taking long time to loading the support page having the data and facing this issue for 2 days is this a right thing and internet is disconnecting sometimes and my mobile data is coming fast while compare 2 ur broadband

Hi @ACTFibernet I am tired of getting phone calls for bill payment for a pre-paid internet connection. I get calls from different numbers, multiple times a day, sometimes threatening legal action. What legal action on pre paid connection? Is threat the way to talk to customer?

@ACTFibernet sir facing problem since last week their is no response from your executive side and if they response they talk rudely and without concerning the customer they close the complaint raised kindly look into the matter
