    @ACTFibernet You Guys are the worst ISP in Bangalore especially Whitefield area. No response on my ticket and your so called technical team is not responding. Resolve this or I will be removing ACT from my flat and the whole apartment.

    @ACTFibernet It took 5 guys to fix my ACT connection. First 2 morons came, then a smarter guy came and figured out it was connected previously to Airtel. And another senior with his assistant came by. And it's all fixed.

    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet. Have some shame and kindly "act" if you have any ounce of accountability left in you. SR10281702819744

    @ACTFibernet Just to update, Mr. Horilal was thankfully available. It took 2 hours. Definitely better than 50 hours. Although the issue : battery replacement should be done of a proactive basis and NOT based on a complaint. Backup power should be checked periodically and maintained. #basic?

    ACT cheap and enga neraya per sonanga nu athu podalam nu pathen..rendu per call pani enquiry pananga.. plan lam choose pani book panidalam nu 3 vaati call panen..rendu perum edukala👎👎 Booked Airtel Xtsream after that U lost a customer because of your poor cus care @ACTFibernet
