    @ACTFibernet I’ve had enough of the repeated inconvenience caused by your poor service Better be treated with urgency, not passed around endlessly. I expect a permanent solution, not vague promises and delays Fix this issue or I’ll be forced to escalate and consider switching providers.

    @ACTFibernet Worst ISP ever. Internet goes down every week. ACT, do you know that there is no way to talk to your customer care person? customer care nos dont work. App and website are not processing my cancellation request. CANCEL my SUBSCRIPTION now

    @ACTFibernet Your so-called “efficient” team has been messing about for the past two days. I want a refund for the connection - I’m done with this pathetic customer service. It’s been three days and I still can’t get any work done due to these issues.

    @ACTFibernet You claim to be largest broadband service provider but don't have a working app, there is no way, customer can raise a complaint using the APP, chatbot is uselss and there is no way to connect with an agent, my plan has been changed before the due date
