    @ACTFibernet I'm using Act since 1.7yr, it worked gud for frst 3 mnts. I'm fed up with ur service. I'm rising issues in app for evry 4days & after 2days I'll receive a msg like my prblm is solved. But it won't work. I hv raised issues in app for morethan 40 times,It isn't working

    @ACTFibernet when my issue is yet to resolve, still I'm getting messages to pay next 3month bill, wherein I have already asked to make it monthly plan an reverse the bill for monthly bills.

    @ACTFibernet Hi @ACTFibernet , it took so long to get a call back from your team that I switched to another service provider which was faster than your team resolving the issue. Thanks for the pathetic service. I will never recommend anyone to try your service. #actfibernet

    Any update @excitel_rocks as I got another ticket no. : 6929578 that already passed 9 hours from the expected resolution time, still not a single person contacted me regarding the issue since 21st sept. Poor pathetic below average customer service @ACTFibernet @airtelindia
