@rockyandmayur @ACTFibernet Well @actfibernet is a good internet provider, but horribly irresponsible when it comes to managing, you can see them dangling as low as 7 feet, prone to break during heavy winds dur to branches, but any difficulty with the connection the are prompt to fix it.

MY bad experience about ACT Fibernet @ACTFibernet. In the first place, I request everyone not use their service because this company policies are against customer. Their refund policies are against Consumer Protection Act, 2019.I request @TRAI to take action on this fraud company

@ACTFibernet All I've asked since yesterday is when will our connection be back up we've got work to do and they were saying 15 more min 1 more hour and then stopped picking up calls. I asked your customer care 5 times to get me in touch with a technician of my area still no call

@ACTFibernet worst service I ever seen. Made an complaint for internet not working yesterday(SR10357149945792) Still it was not resolved. No Engineer assigned for technical assistance & every time by customer care asking me 2 hrs time. After that also it was not resolved.

@arunbothra @ACTFibernet @SwiggyCares Both are slow in customer care services. First one could not process a request for relocation for 10 days, eventually had to switch to other connection and second one did not returned my money and it's been an year.
