    @ACTFibernet Why no one is ready to fix this in one go. After every couple of weeks I’m facing the connectivity issue and you guys take 4-7 days to get this fixed waste of time money. If you don’t have man power then don’t expand your bandwidth

    Fraud ACT service,AGAIN A COMPLAIN TICKET WAS CLOSED WITHOUT RESOLVING.Complain id is SR10181418421678,You people think that customer are fools or what,I have spoken with 2 of the act people about the complaint but act close ticket without resolution @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues

    @ACTFibernet It’s been more than 3weeks now and a week since I raised this issue on X. There is no resolution expect for the fact that the app now reflects the SR#. I appreciate your efforts on customer service. If not, I am happy to disconnect the service & move to another service provider

    @ACTFibernet Your team was not prepared to add the new connection. Instead, they were rude and asked me to wait until it was convenient for them. They also stated that they were not concerned about the ETA. This is not an acceptable approach. SR10381504165754
