    @ACTFibernet I opted for 75 Mbps plan but the engineer installed a router which can only supply maximum of 35-40 Mbps. Multiple complaints have been raised since 7 days but still have no resolution. Please help urgently on this and help me resolving the issue. @ActfiberC

    @ACTFibernet my internet is not working from yesterday ..raised complaint and no one approached yet..in work from home scenario looks like we should not trust ACT and switch to reliable service like @airtel

    @ACTFibernet - internet does not work at my home. Had contacted with your team as well - they said it's all fine and did not do anything to solve it. With this WFH setup - it's a pathetic experience. Please issue the refund n I want to go with another ISP

    Highly disappointed with @ACTFibernet #Bengaluru Why would you suspend my connection for your lapse? You failed to resolve the issues but still closed them. My fault is to allow you to draw electricity from my flat and this is the gratitude you show me.
