It's almost impossible to get in touch with the customer's care to get my wifi issue fixed so, I requested a new connection to @ACTFibernet so that they will connect with me. As expected, they called me in few minutes and this is how the conversation went..

At this point it seems @ACTFibernet has no intention of fixing my connection issue. If you can’t resolve it, just refund my money so I can switch to another provider. There's No point in wasting both our time.
