    @ACTFibernet u disconnected the phone while I was raising complain abt your internet. Every week your internet doesn't work. @jagograhakjago terms and conditions take money for 6 months but we face issue for weeks and no help. Is this how consumers are dealt with ? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I have not received a solution until now. The assigned technician ended the call yesterday, and you just extend the days every day. What is this nonsense behavior? I will discontinue my service after the month is complete. This is a non-professional team, my no 7300988598

    @ACTFibernet It’s Wi-Fi drop issue… already technician visited 2 weeks back and told other also facing similar issue in the town. After that no resolution provided. Please work the original ticket and make the things fast.

    @ACTFibernet Internet outage in Ramamurthy Nagar, Bengaluru since morning. Multiple support calls made, but no resolution or meaningful update so far. This level of service disruption is unacceptable, especially for customers relying on the connection for work. #ACTFibernet
