@ACTFibernet I do not think your team is looking into this. It's a power issue in the connecting fiber box which has to be fixed. The technician knows the issue just hasn't fixed it.

@ACTFibernet @TRAI The consumers are heavily dependent on the internet connectivity to fulfill the duties at work from a home setup. The internet service providers are inclined to make profits over service. Their vision or objective may not be that but that is what is the end user experience

@ACTFibernet I am a new customer who ported from BSNL considering their pathetic service. But I believe ACT is no different and shows the same lack of service quality. Been just few days on ACT and have frequent disruptions. SR10263257540864

@ACTFibernet worst service provider they will take 30 days money but they will provide service for 25 days every month 5 days there will have any problem server issue wirecut simply reason they will give and that they will take 24 hours to repair it 3rd class service @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet worst service ever..yet to get a resolution.. would want to know the procedure for termination of connection so I can shift to some other network
