@ACTFibernet @ACT Day by Day your services become worst I am seeing the changes of SRV from last 6 years. Low speed issues every day but no response from Team. Never going to recommend your srv. Meanwhile I am removing server from my house which you guys installed on my roof top.

@ACTFibernet I bought a fibernet connection on the 30th of April. I live in Sithalapakkam, Chennai. it's the 8th of May today. I haven't received a connection till now. The state has announced a lockdown in 2 days. Please fix this issue before then. Very poor quality of service.

@ACTFibernet I look forward for a quick resolution, Customer should not be made to run from pillar to post, your field engineers and service team has to make sure things are working. Unfortunately the truth is that the tickets are being closed without addressing the issue….

@ACTFibernet No. Actually there is a power backup issue. The battery is still not replaced in ACT box. I don't know why they closed the ticket without proper confirmation. I'm waiting for battery change.

@ACTFibernet No Interner for more than 24 hours. The promised time to fix was last night. And everytime I call, all I can hear is "we are escalating it" to whom are you escalating and why no response even after.? Shows your poor customer connectivity. SR10356295680502.

@ACTFibernet I am quite disappointed to communicate that the reliability of your network is very poor, each time power fails the internet connection fails. I have made repeated complaints, but no action. Is replacing a battery such a big challenge?

@rituontherun @ACTFibernet I am struggling since last 5 month and none of their engineer is able to fix the fluctuation issue. In a plan of 300 mbps I get 50 to 80 MBPS most of the times. Sometimes 250 Yes.
