@i_sreenivas @ACTFibernet Their app is such a crap. It won’t allow you to raise a support ticket until you access to our location. They anyways have the address of broadband installed but still they want location access. Breach of privacy. Good to get rid of their services

@ACTFibernet A complaint has been registered regarding connection shifting before 5 days where only powerbox has been installed 3 days back and the technical person is saying it will take 7 to 8 days for giving the connection where he need to get approvals from the head office.

@mahende90600943 @ACTFibernet Yeah I too have many issues with ACT fiber , atleast twice a week there will be a problem with network or speed or interruption of connection. May be ACT fiber should upgrade its bandwidth

@ACTFibernet Good Updates given by SMS from the ACT app on a tech.issue.Also the Madurai Service Engineer Mr.Karthik Natha was very prompt&giving updates every 30 mins.The Best part is he committed before 15.00 today but completed by 14.00.Congrats&Good Customer Service by ACT🙏
