    @ACTFibernet It’s done and resolved for now. Constant follow up 48 hours from customer, for after sales service call which is prepaid 6 months in advance? No customer service contact point,one app, that doesn’t help in resolving actual human problems. Internet is lifeline to survive. Pls.

    @ACTFibernet your service is going down the drain. Internet down since morning and no ETA. ALSO THIS IS HAPPENING 3rd TIME IN 7 DAYS.

    @ACTFibernet I have been following up with ACT on an open case SR10380613665854.Have sent details & my location map in DM.ACT Engineer spoke promising to reconnect but it was not done despite repeated follow up.I have GX installation & have NO dues.Need HELP/connection URGENTLY.

    @ACTFibernet Issue has already been "highlighted". The concerned team isn't interested in fixing the problem. Because they think opening google in browser is enough.

    @ACTFibernet Again there is a new connection issue, SR10180662112184 this is 3rd in just 2 weeks what is happening, the lower connections have their Internet but mine is not up

    @ACTFibernet within just 10 days, ur wifi is not working. Ticket raised Technician visited y'day>but no soln. Tried calling him n times>not picking calls. Customer support assured a call back>not recvd any. In app req'sted callback from engineer>But no calls>Frustrating.
