@ACTFibernet I am experiencing very slow speed and frequent disruption for last one month. My plan is 100mbps but I get only half or less of it. Frequent complaints are no use. As a fair practice you should waive the bill proportionately

@ACTFibernet I finally get a call from the backend team and they state that my issue is related to internet not working, where as in every ticket I have mentioned port forwarding. All ISP are giving port forwarding enabled by default for free. @ACTFibernet charges 230 per month!

  • LaxmikanthTD Laxmikanth T.D (@LaxmikanthTD) reported

@ACTFibernet I'm asking for port forwarding, not for STATIC IP, if your network design doesn't support port forwarding on dynamic IP is it customers problem? Why are you asking me to pay for STATIC IP when it's your network design fault? I just need per forwarding enabled!

@ACTFibernet Static IP is old ****, I can run my systems with DDNS service, enabled. Where I can link my service to a domain and my ip can keep changing. I hope some one will take action and enable the port forwarding asap. I'm tiered of explaining it from 23rd January To 48 ppl.
