    @ACTFibernet I have taken a connection making a payment of Rs.2513/- in oct 2021 after raising a complaint for connection issue u guys have changed the router without discussing and changed my plan and now asking me again to pay Rs.3570/- u guys are just touchering me, I made a verybig mistak

    Anyone else also facing constant issues with ACT internet connection @ACTFibernet ? It’s the 3rd time this week that the services are down. Can any of you suggest a better & more stable connection?

    @ACTFibernet Now YOUR CUSTOMER CENTRIC TEAM is very DUMB in replying. a. THEY ARE RAISING ANOTHER TICKET TO CORRECT AN ISSUE WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE ITS OWN TICKET NO. provided ABOVE

    @ACTFibernet B. TEAM, didn't even see basic information and addressing issue saying payment frequency cycle will be corrected at Last day of BILLING. LAST DAY OF BILLING WAS 20TH JAN . SIMPLE CHECKS WOULD HAVE ATLEAST BE MADE.

    @ACTFibernet Dear CUSTOMER CENTRIC TEAM, received a mail saying sorry for the issue. Now Instead of COPY PASTING A MAIL, your team could have done better job of writing mail in their own words.

    A customer who is ready to advance pay for 6 month and only wish to change the ownership of connection is made to call like a fool for past 60 hours. Is there anybody accountable in @ACTFibernet or you wish to wind up and let your customer go to other vendors.
