    @ACTFibernet They are saying the tentative date is tomorrow to check? We feel its better to get a local broadband operator connection since they fix the issue much faster and proper response is provided. Till now no one has reached from ACT?

    @ACTFibernet absolutely ****** service. Booked a connection on 10thJan, after a mandatory condition of advance payment of 3 months was brought front. It’s 13th today and still no sign of your concerned person who will be doing the installation.

    @ACTFibernet None has reached so far from morning. Hope u know how important is the connectivity whn we are all working remotely... Didn't expect this kinda pathetic service from a trusted brand @ACTFibernet in a place like Bangalore where you have a lot of customers. Time for Act to act

    @ACTFibernet Every other service provider responds to the complaints when we post in Twitter to save their face. You seem to have a thick skin and immune to all this. I have been tweeting my complaint since 1st Jan 2022 but you seem to hardly care.

    Hi @ACTFibernet Complaint ID SR10263888700864 Internet is down in our area from morning. Worst part is, we haven't got any resolution for the issue so far. Customer care and local staffs doesn't even care. ACT, Are you just a money sucking machine? Or you care your customers?
