    @reliancejio @JioCare @ACTFibernet Finally I got the connection on the 6th day after somany follow ups and requests. After getting connection it worked only two days for us. From there we are calling your people for resolving the issue,every time they are telling that with in 24 hours the problem will be resolved.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet, is it only for me or was it a larger issue impacting a lot of people ? We do understand things break down once in a while. Why is there no communication on ACT internet disruptions on your network and ETAs published ?

    @ACTFibernet What kind of bogus service do you guys have, reconnection happened on 11/8 after a week, bill generated on 14/8 and disconnected due to non payment on 17/8 while there is a billing dispute ticket lodged.

    @GaneshP22518972 @ACTFibernet Second you on this I ve been with this company for last 10 years now and I can assure you this has the worst customer service. lie , unethical practices disconnection of calls , not responding to emails they just mastered the art .. finally I'm switching to Airtel..

    @ACTFibernet Guys, please help me know the reason for your lethargic customer service. On paper vs Actuals 40 Mbps - ~9 Mbps SR resolution 48 hours - no resolution yet Family members pressuring to opt for @reliancejio, but I have faith on you. Try to satisfy your customers.
