@ACTFibernet As Iam shifting from my current house, I want the Junction box to be removed for which I emailed them & also raised a Ticket but NO one from act is neither responding nor arriving at the location to remove the Junction Box, please ACT solve my issue ASAP.

@ACTFibernet Everyday right after 1:15 Pm my internet speed is dropping to less than 2MB/s. It's happening during work from home and getting resolved after 2 hours .I am struggling with this now....need a solution for this badly

@JioFiberChennai is way better than @ACTFibernet when it comes to service. It's not even a month since I got a new connection and their service is worse in chennai. Even after calling multiple times raising n number of tickets all I could here was" We will escalate from our end"
