.@ACTFibernet APP is THE worst app; 1 No easy way to check status of ticket raised;2 No update to the ticket - says raised even after 24 hrs; 3 Why need access to Location & Camera - this is an app to pay bills & raise tickets - you know address already - WHY the heck camera ????

@ACTFibernet We are customer for the past 5 years and currently facing the worst ever service for the first time, as reported usually by others. I open a ticket, the team closes the ticket without customer confirmation. I open a ticket again, they close again without fixing it.

@ACTFibernet This loop has repeated for 5 times now. Raised a ticket on Nov 8th, and today is Nov 20th and the issue is still not fixed. The local TL contact was provided and he does not even responded once after multiple calls and messages through Whatsapp.

@ACTFibernet My ticket id is SR10263524575744, I don’t know about what service issue other customers are facing , bt the service was excellent for me , had a power issue in the main hub within 10hrs after reporting, the issue is fixed kudos to both service guy & ACT.

Since Jun I hv been following up wt c. care of @ACTFibernet & @ACTFinbernetHYD to shifting the switch box installed in my premises (Request # SR10160700861067), more then 20 reminders been sent to your customer care including your nodalofficer, but no action. Could you act ASAP
