    @ACTFibernet Nearly 24 HOURS without internet. Multiple calls. Multiple service requests. Still NO resolution. Zero urgency. Zero accountability. This is an unacceptable way to treat paying customers. I would NOT recommend ACT Fibernet to anyone.

    @ACTFibernet @ryzee_08 Funny how you're more concerned about choice of words than your quality of service. If ACT delivered internet with the same consistency it delivers lectures, customers wouldnt be frustrated in the first place. Respect is earned through service, not demanded through canned replies

    @ACTFibernet Why no one is ready to fix this in one go. After every couple of weeks I’m facing the connectivity issue and you guys take 4-7 days to get this fixed waste of time money. If you don’t have man power then don’t expand your bandwidth

    @ACTFibernet Am genuinely a loyal customer. Not for your service but for escalation. Every month first week i have to raise a ticket to your team to fix my internet for which am paying. Do you guys have any shame? Are you really a brand or “Local Garage”? SR10181428844184

    @ACTFibernet Why your ETA to resolve issue is always 24hrs?,what kind of incompetent team you have, we lost internet since yesterday 8 PM, our whole society is facing the issue ,with this kind of mass impact why do you take 24hrs?
