    @ACTFibernet From Morning Onwards No internet connection. I Repetadly Call customer Care But no one coming to Resolve the issue And when one person who is local technician of act picked my phone ,said i will not come do whatever you want to do,this is horrible service .

    @HathwayBrdband Sometime means till my next billing date right ? I don’t need and I don’t have any time to give you guys.. just cancel my subscription and refund my amount. I’ll switch to @JioCare or @ACTFibernet

    And this is not the first time my internet is not working this happened atleast 6,7 time in one month , your technician said wire has to changed but not yet my wire changed and this cause many problem regarding my connection, please @ACTFibernet do needful asap.

    @ACTFibernet No one got in touch with me. Even when I was a customer your customer service sucks. Now I am no longer a customer, i know you are planning to charge me for something else. I will not pay anything more. Come collect your cables and router and leave me in peace

    @ACTFibernet Really have frustrating customer care team where they cannot even generate a simple monthly receipt and send even after following for 1 month with them. Only the best thing they can do is raise new ticket and disconnect the call.
