When I call your team member, they don't pick up, and they didn't even register the request. Customer care says it was registered on May 6th, but I paid on May 3rd. If we don't pay for a single day, there's a disconnection, but it's been 5 days and I haven't gotten a resolution. I need compensation for the delayed days and the Firestick delivered today.
