    @ACTFibernet Hi @ACTFibernet, I've requested a refund, the only acceptable resolution. Please process it quickly. I'm frustrated with your service. How long will the refund take? I want to switch networks and use my internet. My family is shouting daily because I chose your network.

    @ACTFibernet One more day passed but no resolution yet. Will you be able to restore internet or not? Tell clearly and what will happen on 1st when new bill generates? Do you expect us to pay that?

    @ACTFibernet worst service. I raised the ticket on last Friday regarding for router is not working.i am also informed am out of station for next days. Also raised at morning 8.30 am. Next day morning got call from service engineer. I told him am out station i not available
