    @ACTFibernet Bala Malladi - now ACT has stopped responding also, whether it's a tweet or email to nodal officer. It's like they don't give two hoots about a service request that's been open since last 11 days! Worst nightmare ever!!!!!

    @ACTFibernet Your customer service leaves much to be desired. Your service levels have deteriorated significantly over the past year or so. Very little effort from your side to help resolve issues despite several calls and DMs. #Disappointed

    @ACTFibernet Does it takes weeks for @ACTFibernet to get back to the customer for a resolution? No response. No solution. No proper connectivity. All you do is marketing which you will anyways not provide when we take your network. @ACTFibernetHYD miserable.

    @Airtel_Presence it's been 2 months that I am continuously raising a ticket for inconsistent internet issue..it gets resolved for 2 days and then it's back to square one...moved from @ACTFibernet hoping for a better service..guess it's time to going back.

    @ACTFibernet I don't know what to say. Again same situation. Very very bad internet connection. Very very slow speed. To download 459 md video it is taking almost 10 hours. Really shameful. In our colony act group has ver bad name. I am shifting to JIo after the due date. No more words.

    @ACTFibernet Last time it took five days for you to resolve and the technician said he wasn’t informed about the issue until the 5th day please don’t repeat the same mistake, it’s Tuesday i can’t rely on mobile data for work this entire week
