    @ACTFibernet New Act fibernet Connection for an Apartment, where we are facing continuous Cuts like No internet access frequently like once in a week what is the issue we are not able to understand ? Is there any permanent fix ? As we are working from home causing big trouble...

    @ACTFibernet Almost every week i have to call for the support centre which eventually no result. and cannot execute my office work properly at all. Only on complaint day it works so well. Next day it's vanished. Reason no one responds . #Worst service

    @ACTFibernet No proper response. Just raise ticket everytime, in return question me about how i should use and teach me how to do speed test on every week complain call. And no result. Issue never resolved.

    @ACTFibernet Looking into what? Look at your after sales service first and then try to run your institution. This has been a constant headache for me and my family. Everytime the same automated response and nothing after that. You guys seriously need to put 2 thoughts into this.
