    Never experienced such a terrible service by any of the Internet Service Provider.!! @ACTFibernet i Paid 837rs for a speed of 75mbps and i barely get 40mbps.. Worst Customer Care Support!! As soon as i raise a ticket they just close it in very next min.. Really Pathetic service!

    @ACTFibernet Initially, it took you guys 10 days to provide us with a stable network,and we had to submit multiple requests for you to update.There are 10 or more people with an act connection,but only ours has been down since yesterday. Unpleasant experience .ID SR10266257476374

    @ACTFibernet now I have received the bill for last month where there was no internet . SIMPLY NOT GOING TO PAY. cancel my subscription without any further scams pls

    @ACTFibernet This is a very bad business practice conning customers by charging automatic subscriptions. I have spoken to ASHA from customer service who was very rude and blamming me for not realising that a was subscription added to me. Do the right thing and reverse charges

    @ACTFibernet 1) Dear Team, I took a 3 months plan From July 15-oct 14. I moved out of Bangalore on 1st October. Before that i talked with customer care, she mentioned on call that my service would be auto disconnected and next time whenever I would take recon, i have to pay 150r

    @ACTFibernet when they will call back and fix this issue, tell us the time when it will get fixed, don't act too smart, we know that u are worst service provider, as said the before the fix to be done by today and i demanding my today LOP from ACT, keeping cc @Airtel_Presence @JioFiberVoice
