    Hi @ACTFibernet, internet is down, your app and website aren't working, and customer support had a 20-minute wait time. Finally managed to raise a ticket via the call centre, only to be told the entire area is affected. Can you fix this immediately? Ticket ID: SR10280646948058

    Very poor experience with @ACTFibernet. I've had no internet for the last 3–4 days due to a router/Wi-Fi issue. Ticket SR11880636732714 was raised days ago, but there has been no response or resolution. Please prioritize and resolve this issue urgently.

    @ACTFibernet Nothing to check about ETR . Your technician is not willing to visit and told me to dod whatever , complain wherever. Fix the issue or will port the connection soon

    @ACTFibernet It’s done and resolved for now. Constant follow up 48 hours from customer, for after sales service call which is prepaid 6 months in advance? No customer service contact point,one app, that doesn’t help in resolving actual human problems. Internet is lifeline to survive. Pls.

    @ACTFibernet What is the ETA? I have been using ACT for more than 10 years and looks like support has degraded to lowest these days. Let me know if you can fix it or will go for @Airtel_Presence or @JioCare. You need 8 days to fix the issue?

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD pathetic connection and extremely poor customer service I have raised my ticket for internet connection issue and it’s been 36hrs no resolution yet and no one’s bothered to care about. Please avoid ACT fibernet. Ticket no: SR11580657156094
