    @ACTFibernet As discussed on call, you will be providing refund due to no network feasibility. Could have been ethical if same was conveyed by your sales team before taking payment. I was informed that my building already has all wiring done and I will get connection in 1 day

    @ACTFibernet Account # 103345013707. Plan upgraded to GIGA without checking feasibility, Gigabit capable router and Without laying fibre cable. Pathetic customer service and SmartFibre is only marketing Gimmick.

    @ACTFibernet No clear instructions on upgrading to ACT GIGA. No IVR option in customer care for Plan upgrade. Only Marketing gimmick to get money from customers in the name of smartfiber. Asking money to pay upfront for GIGA plan without checking feasibility.

    @ACTFibernet Horrible service. Requested the relocation connection from 11/12/2021.But conenction was changed today itself leaving without connection from day at my current place

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for your response. Your representative called me around 9 am and mentioned she will expedite, but still the issue is not resolved and technician has not contacted.Request you to please prioritise & fix the issue as there is no Internet since yesterday and I cannot work

    @ACTFibernet I have shared my contact details a day back & till now I haven't heard back from you guys. U proved that I'm not wrong in calling the service as WORST. it's been close to 10days, NO INTERNET. Please refund my amount immediately for this month. Anyhow usage is 0BYTE. CLOSE ACCOUNT

    @ACTFibernet Horrible service. Paid money for new connection. Your sales guy who followed up with me for connection says .."what can I do, wait.". I am deeply disappointed. Can you do something now? Call me on 9840885846
