@ACTFibernet I raised a request in app for clarifications on billing. App says you will get back to me in 24 hrs. Sms confirmation indicates you will get back in 72 hrs. Which commitment should I believe ? Please clarify and resolve the issue

I'm not using the Service from act as of 30th! Why is that due amount! For the 6 months! If I had cancelled the subscription.. and not using your services. This is unethical.... @ACTFibernet

Since @ACTFibernet is taking too long (2+ days) to restore Internet every time it goes down, I thought of moving to @Airtel_Presence, I guess airtel is the same as they didn't even respond to my new connection request since 2 days. I think @JioCare is the best option out there.🤔

@ACTFibernet continuous disruption in internet for last 2 days. 5 hours of outage today. Raised a high priority ticket 3 hours ago but no resolution. Your ETA for resolution is tomorrow evening. Should I take a leave from work till then??? Extremely disappointed. :(
