@ACTFibernet regretting getting ACT. Disappointed with network. Internet cuts after 1 hour when there is a power cut. Technician informs this is the battery backup they get and can't do anything more.

@geekyranjit @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD (2/2) But only at few places its good. In Chennai almost most of them are using Airtel or Hathway broadband. Myself using Airtel Broadband since 2009 and it's customer services and speed has been the best. And Hathway is also been good when I asked my friends about the speed

@geekyranjit @ACTFibernet Don't know about Hyderabad, but ACT support has been really responsive in New Delhi. Whenever connection was out, they resolved it quickly.

@ACTFibernet I was on impression that it's a professional company to give a proper services on Fiber connections. But It's a pathetic service company as I understood from the new connection experience.
