    @ACTFibernet It's now more than 3 days. My billing is on 14th of every month. I might be disconnecting the service. When tataply, jio has their own poles and were able to restore services in a day, here is ACT still dependent on EB posts for wire extension troubling users

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service from you guys. It’s been 3 days since the internet worked, and the revised timeline is a false hope. Keeps changing if it’s past the time. I agree the first day,it’s due to the cyclone. Given you guys enough time. Can’t avail leaves anymore from work

    @ACTFibernet account no 103426984226, it's more than four days internet connection not restored, no response on restoration. Ur weak service exposed on such crisis and added u don't inform when it's getting restored . Have some shame ?

    @ACTFibernet has the worst support experience. Wifi down since Saturday morning and the ETR was 9pm the same day It's Monday morning and it is still down with no new ETR 🥲😑
