    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet @consumerforum_ your tech rep came to service the wifi connection. he reset my router without asking me and left without intimation...very bad service..I'm unable to access internet and work from home. Shame!.who will do my work now..wait for 4 hrs 🤬

    @ACTFibernet Do note that i dont need any resolution from your end. I just want disconnection and my hard earned money back ASAP That's it. Nothing else. I did a mistake and i will make sure no one else suffers the way I did.

    @ACTFibernet Hi @ACTFibernet I got a response mail and was promised that the issue will be solved within 48 hrs and im happy to say i has been solved within 24 hrs.. Thanks a lot...This is all a consumer expects quality service and response 👍
