    @ACTFibernet why is it so difficult to reach your customer care? I've been trying to for the last 1 week and it constantly a maze of IVRs or goes into calls which randomly get cut. Is the way you treat everyone? Very frustrating and pathetic service.

    @anikethdesai @ACTFibernet They themselves don't know how long it'll take, bro. they said 48hrs, it's been 22 days and the ground team have no idea how far the wires are cut and they have no clue how long it'll take for them to fix this. Better switch.

    10+ days without internet and counting. Absolute genius move to disconnect the existing service first and then decide to lay completely new poles & cables—because why think about the impact on customers? @ACTFibernet @actfib

    Horrible service from @ACTFibernetHYD 🙏 It's been more than 11 days, number of phone calls, multiple visits at the service center but some of the service guys seem to be joined there just to bring negativity to @ACTFibernet 🤬 Name - Venkatesh, Yousufguda branch team lead unfortunately , contact number-9948017737 Tried calling multiple times with different numbers but, the above person immediately rejects the calls without even answering, as he feels he's a BOSS there🤧 Ticket ID: SR10177315490534

    Your so-called customer support is PATHETIC – no proper calls, no updates, and absolutely no action taken. Why should a customer suffer like this after paying on time? ACT must take accountability and resolve this immediately instead of giving false promises @ACTFibernet

    Clearly not a 1–2 day task, yet no urgency, no backup, no communication. Just silence while people working from home are left stranded. A true masterclass in how to turn inconvenience into disaster. Ridiculous service. @ACTFibernet
