    @ACTFibernet I took a connection in chennai and used only for two days after that there was a connection and no one care to solve the issue after so many complaints as well. So, I requested to close the connection and asked for a refund. It’s been two months and still waiting.

    @ACTFibernet U guys waste everyone's time. Either give me resolution or take back ur connection I would see for better service options like @Airtel_Presence or @reliancejio or even local provider.

    @ACTFibernet , if there was a delay in bill payment then 100 RS is charged to customers, but there was connection down for more than 3 days, will the ACT ready to discount in bill.
