    @ACTFibernet this is the 4th time this moth my internet hs stopped working. Its been over 12 hours and its still not fixes. next month i will be changing my service provider if it happens again. Please fix it immediately

    Your service is worst… I registered a complaint yesterday.. Till now it is not resolved.. Service engineer didn’t pick my call.. What kind of service is this? Every 3 months I faced a same problem.. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Internet dropped during power cuts despite router backup. ACT technician made it worse-now no internet at all. Raised 1 ticket, they created 3, no resolution. Blamed socket & told me to get electrician. Customer care is of no use. @DoT_India @TRAI #jagoGrahakJago

    I have been using wifi for more than 10 years now, 2G, 4G, 5G everything we have used but never heard of excuses which @ACTFibernet makes

    @ACTFibernet My account number is 110695080759. I will move tom so pls get this uninstallation done today. I informed via customer care 15 days ago and was promised uninstallation will be done on23 and not to create a ticket.

    @ACTFibernet Details shared through dm. Resolve the issue immediately. Already time is running without internet . Big problem for a WFH category.
