    @ACTFibernet If your techs stop around 7 to 8 PM, why hasn't my issue been touched yet? Giving me an ETR for tomorrow (Apr 10) is unacceptable service. @TRAI @DoT_India, this is a total service failure. I shouldn't have to beg for a repair. Complaint No: SR11079728116674

    @ACTFibernet The speed has become poor and reduced to 50 mbps and lower post all your maintenance activities. This is a major headache to keep reporting and not see improvement.

    @ACTFibernet and conveniently the fault of the municipality all the times at times the agent say the municipality cut down the wire in our area even when there was no municipality work being done that particular day and time.

    @ACTFibernet Hi , have specially asked the local cust service representative to get the Zee 5 Pack removed , also there has been a credit twice but no response

    @ACTFibernet Raised relocation request on April 2, paid Rs. 950, but no service provided and delays till April 5 for next step when technician suggested installing junction box at my premises. Decided to disconnect, requesting full refund (Ticket ID: SR10179677073496).

    @ACTFibernet No action is taken from your side regarding the issue or cancellation with refund. If you cannot resolve the issue I will have to escalate and file a complaint against you in consumer forum @jagograhakjago Sharing false info and selling subscription is a kind of fraud.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Now the service is restored after 24hrs. Since you provided internet for 20min you can't charge me whole day for it. I see the billing started yesterday, Why the cycle date is still 10th October and not 11th October?
