    @ACTFibernet the internet has been down since morning.. raised a complaint and escalated it as well, till now no resolution has been done. Is this being acted upon??The customer service is equally bad.. whenever I reach them, they say issue is being looked into🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

    @ACTFibernet There is no proper way of communication while customer facing an issue no resolution is taken for me this is worst. I lost 2 days salary as lop. Now also simply saying, it will resolve with in unknown estimate.

    Now my @ACTFibernet does not work itself; first slow speed and when a complaint is raised they stop the services itself; will bring in #Jio to the building and then @ACTFibernet will realise
