I dropped mail to the tech lead and escalation team but till not there is no response. Again internet is not working.

Dinesh K (@dineshk6) reported@ACTFibernet, This is the 3rd time of a full-day Internet outage from ACT Broadband in Marathahalli. It always takes 8-10 hours to fix the issue. It's very poor Internet service in a tier 1 city like Bangalore.

My concern is the repeated delays in resolving outages and the lack of communication from support. Please provide a clear ETA for restoration.
