    @ACTFibernet Hi Act Team, I have raised a request yest for downgrading a plan and ur team gave me a timeline of 3 days to make the change. Why will it take 3 days to change the plan? Can ur team look into this on priority? No action so far - SR10164930209315. Bad customer support as well.

    @ACTFibernet sincere Saturday been having interrupted wifi services. Have written two emails to credit my account for hours of no service. No response from Nodal or Appellate. The customer service is going further down.

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for net being able to resolve the issue by continuously pushing the timeline. @ACTFibernet At last, I asked for refund as I got Nuron installed in just a day. Such a irritating and annoying experience with @ACTFibernet !

    @ACTFibernet pls stop advertising your self as “leading / largest broadband service provider” when you can’t provide a new connection after collecting payment to my residence located in Basaveshwaranagar, a prime location in Bengaluru. Prospect # 102649098343
