I requested cancellation 2 days ago but it was closed without resolution. Cancel my plan effective 10-04-26 and process a full refund before renewal.

Raised a complaint with ACT Fibernet and still no technician visit or proper update—just “will be resolved soon” messages. In 2026, internet isn’t optional.
