    @ACTFibernet Seriously disappointed with the service, even before getting started. I requested a new connection two days ago, paid the full amount upfront, and no one has come to install it yet. The guy who handled my request has also stopped responding.

    @ACTFibernet Consent and they charged a bulk amount for this. Then I called the helpdesk to cancel it and even after cancellation a partial amount needs to be paid from my end. Why are you doing like this and why are you asking us to follow up for n no of times. Worst worst worst service

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet still no solution, how low you want to stoop to.. robbing the customers.. is this the service you're proud of.? @jio_fiber this is your chance to grab the market.. get your fiber services (Not AirFiber).. people are ready to switch

    @ACTFibernet truly frustrated, tired and lost hope Internet was not working Yesterday raised complaint Today they closed ticket I come home to see that it is still not working I am truly frustrated with your service A 200MBPS connection never gave that speed 🙏🙏🙏

    Your Service request SR10181547676634 is expected to be resolved by 12-Aug 00 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I told you guys i need a resolution at earliest , very bad service. Issue can be fixed within 10 minutes. I am a 15 yrs old cx. Time to switch to @JioCare Help
