    @ACTFibernet @aakashkumarpur1 No connection since April 29th. Please expedite repair. Rush extra technical staff because the existing number are overwhelmed and unable to rectify the issue.

    After paying the amount for 6month ACT Bronze internet plan in madurai. Still no response from the Service team for connection. After the assurance from customer care in that connection will be given before today @3PM But no response from anybody, feels like scam. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Facing issue with customer support — calls from my registered number stay on hold indefinitely, while other numbers are asked to call from the registered one and disconnected. Requesting a resolution. CAF number: 102800628671

    @ACTFibernet Hi, this issue was marked resolved yesterday, but the internet is again not working since this morning. This is recurring and unacceptable. Please prioritize this under Ticket ID: SR10280004314794 and provide a definite ETA or arrange an immediate technician visit.

    @ACTFibernet Real issue is junctions being dow,but you keep pushing excuses like rain and cable cuts. Engineers still struggling to install junction boxclassic over-selling without infrastructure plan . Ground reality: no progress, no ETA, no clue when service will resume #ACTfibernet

    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down for over 48 hours now. This level of service is unacceptable. If the issue isn’t resolved immediately, I will not be paying for the downtime. Expecting urgent action on this.

    @ACTFibernet I stay in a place where mobile network connectivity is iffy. I rely heavily on act Wi-Fi. If this isn’t resolved by the weekend, it will have serious implications. I’ve already shared the ticket ID, please look into this.
