From past 5 days the wifi is not working and I am trying to call @ACTFibernet toll-free number. I'm unable to contact anyone from @ACTFibernet u kept ur phone lines busy I hope you will solve the issue ASAP If we don't pay our bill in time u will charge extra Such a careless 🤷🏻

When I try booking for relocation.. The app never works.. When I call the service person and ask for relocation he says "No Manpower" and asks me to take a new connection! @JioCare what sort of service do you provide? Planning to switch to @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet

Hey @ACTFibernet, of late ur connection has frequent disruptions affecting entire housing society & resolution timelines r ridiculously long. Internet disconnected today morning & ur service support personnel confirms fixing it by tomorrow evening!!! Will you refund our bills?!

@ACTFibernet More than 5 days internet is down. ETA keeps changing daily. Pathetic and horrible service by ACTfibernet Hyd.. Act is just sleeping on complaints, Guys donot use ACTfibernet instead go with other ISP provider. SR10176812458014.

@ACTFibernet I am a recent purchaser of your internet connection service. As per the package details, I was promised access to Amazon videos. However, despite paying for the subscription, I have not been granted access to Amazon videos.
