SR10380569359824, est date of resolution was given as 4th June 2026 as reflected in the App but there's no response from Act since then. Please help asap.

I renewed my plan on 19 May, and in this week itself internet was down 4 times. technician told he visited and made changes in mainbox, whereas box itself is inside our house and no one visisted. Pathetic service.
