@ACTFibernet used to respond promptly earlier but of late the service experience stooped to the lowest. This is something @TRAI to take notice of that despite paying high price in pursuit of high speed internet the consumer is denied reliable service to continue work at home

@ACTFibernet Why would it take 72 hours for Confirmation of Payment from Customer side. Paid my bill on December 3rd and you guys disconnected my Account saying i didn’t pay my Bill. No internet since yesterday. Worst Service from you guys. I regretted that i paid for 1 year plan

@ACTFibernet What actions have been taken to resolve this issue. SR 10366485099658 It's been more than 20days.totally 6people Connection is running in our electricity bill why there is no waiver is given in bill...its been more than 6months don't run your company in others money.
