@ACTFibernet . I took connection from you on 1st June and raised a disconnection request on 9th June Ref No SR10165062001794. Someone called from Act and told that as you have already paid for it. No need to worry we will cancel by end of the month.This did not happen

@JioCare Did you prepone or postpone?cos I just got the message that it’s been scheduled for 15th at 3:00pm. If this is the kind of service jio is providing then it’s better to shift to @ACTFibernet as they resolve it within hours.

@ACTFibernet we used to have Gud back up of 4 hours without power in Bangalore now backup s reduced to max 40 min can u plz help us to improve this.

@ACTFibernet @PMOIndia @MoitOfficial I had asked ACT fibrenet to disconnect the bb connection within 48 hrs of installation due to speed & service issues. Service request No. SR10765247369769 was created for disconnection and refund on 25/06/2022. no refund till date is issued

@ACTFibernet I had put a shifting/relocation request for Sunday, it's now Wednesday & I haven't received a call from the concerned team. Instead your customer service agent incorrectly opened a internet not working request, and now my shift request has been closed. Worst service

@ACTFibernet Very poor service..! Technician came yesterday afternoon and said line/wire was cut and disappeared..! Nobody came back till now…! Does not answer the calls either…!
