    @ACTFibernet Your ticket number is SR10366585596604. Since yesterday noon ,Internet is not working. TL Anandbabu is not picking calls, made more than 50 calls. Such bad service.

    @ACTFibernet it's been 12 days since we cancelled your connection but we still didn't recieved refund yet, and your customer service doesn't show any interest in solving the issue. We have complaint multiple times and they even raised ticket and still didn't resolve

    @ACTFibernet @p_jyrm Yet another incident and no response from ACT.internet down since last morning,formal ticket raised around 3PM yest and all we have is WIP update in app!oh and am not from some remote part not accessible,so can someone from ACT reach out?

    @ACTFibernet No response. I spoke to the call centre managed by M/s. Transform and Mr. Venkatesh refused to give escalation information . Why? Your employees can't talk to customers ? Can't my complaint be escalated? Till date nobody has spoke to me about my complaint
