    @ACTFibernet day 8 without internet . Everytime we try to call the customer care, it doesn't help. Do you intend to correct the issue? I've been spending daily going to office because of your negligence. Worst service ever No- sr10280017875264

    @ACTFibernet Hey , I’m disappointed with the service. You collected my CX box after I disconnected, but now you're refusing to refund my security deposit, claiming I "purchased" it. If I bought it, why was it collected? Please resolve this immediately. Account No: 110698402546

    @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues - I'm really sorry to say this, but your customer service is severely lacking - I've been raising tickets continuously for the last two days, only to be met with delays and resolution of tickets when the issue was not yet seen to at all😠

    @ACTFibernet Hey Guys, can someone look into the issue and solve it right away? I work is impacted because of no internet. And it is very difficult to wait until morning to get it sorted.

    In Bangalore @ACTFibernet has stopped providing internet service since the storm nearly a week ago. They don't answer phone calls nor do they respond to service requests. Payments are made once a year, so they collect all the money and disappear like frauds.

    @ACTFibernet worst internet supplier and services in Lucknow, executive are 3rd class with false promises just to sell the connection, literally pissed off from the service, every 2nd day i am facing internet issue.

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct @ACTFibernetHYD What is happening guys? I have never saw this much of negligence from the ACT team. I had raised a relocation request a week back, and still got no response for the same. If you are unable to do it, just return the money back.

    @ACTFibernet , its 3 days u hv nt fixed SR11880109634034. There hv been repeated & frequent failures fr the users in this area. CHECK Yr SR records. #1) Change yr local support teams #2) If fr days u cant hv service uptime, give credit of days to user accounts fr facing B/outs
