Last time when it happened, the technician (hemanth) rejected the calls and didn't provide any update on the ETA. I hope this time it will be managed properly and get proper response.

All needed to do a router config which hardly takes 10mins MAXIMUM

अंकुर (@bitsbeatsbreath) reported@ACTFibernet 2 days, no resolution of my internet till now. Ticket id : SR10180264287824. I was told that it will be fixed by 14th May 2026, 10AM. No body came to fix it for the whole day. You do provide a very pathetic customer service.

Ticket SR10780199791980 was CLOSED without any resolution despite repeated follow-ups, escalation mails, and CPGRAMS complaint reference. No proper call. No accountability. Just automated replies and forced closure.
