  @ACTFibernet Out of 20 non-working internet days, waiver given only for 16 days and the way customer care person says that you can go whereever you want, but 16 is the most number of days we can give the money and remaining 4 days we will not give..Please let me know the reason

  @ACTFibernet The issue was resolved. But not on time. I happened to contact customer care to get help and include it as part of a P1 ticket. Then the issue was addressed and resolved by an engineer as per priority. Wondering how long it would’ve taken if I hadn’t contacted again past deadline
