    @ACTFibernet So when will I get a call for this ticket raised... The SLA was for 72 hours.. The issue is I have took 12 months plan which gave me 14 months plan as a offer but I am being charged right now.... Y so !!!! I have even referred a neighbour what about it?!!!!!

    @ACTFibernet Not even a week again facing same issue and I'm done with the ACT and they need 24hours to fix this and they can't transfer to manager over the call sucks AT&T, Done!!

    @ACTFibernet It's been more than 2 hours and still the same issue No Internet. Such a pathetic and waste service. We have to do office work on mobile hotspots inspite of paying thousands of bucks to a waste service provider like you.

    @ACTFibernet Engineer visited and they told we cannot provide network their is no slot in the box everything is occupied so it is not possible.I didn’t except this from you guys. I will disconnect my connection. I’ll not recommend ACT For any of my friends..
