@ACTFibernet Just wastage of time and patience on daily basis, useless customer support and service. They give next day deadline on daily basis and go in sleep mode on our money.

@ACTFibernet You guys just take the advance money before installation and go in sleep mode. Nobody is responding, nor doing the installation, Useless customer care, they just raise the ticket and say it will be cleared today end of day at any cost but no work is done. #WorstACT

@ACTFibernet Dear ACTFibernet, sorry we have lost trust on your smooth responses! SLA of 48 hours , no immediate response after 5 escalations on the importance of internet is a bad way of service you are showing to a customer. This is the last time I can take and will definitely move out

@ACTFibernet Even after registering the complaint after so many hurdles, the customer representatives however hanging up the calls at first without even speaking and if successful the registered complaints are being closed without solving the issues. 2/n
