Got the wifi (08025814923_wifi) installed yesterday, and it’s not even active yet. To make things worse, the Airtel executive was extremely rude to my parents. Never expected such terrible service. Never ever opt for @airtelindia. @ACTFibernet is far better.

Hey @ACTFibernet your team is frequently failing to meet the SLA and providing false commitments and the engineers have never responded to the phone calls post to the failure / crossed ETA. You guys are leading in providing worst customer experience. SR10376478438854

@ACTFibernet Never mindi have canceled my subscription after 3 months of horrendous experience. Maybe @jagograhakjago shud pay u guys a visit. Coz my experience wit u is humiliating and insulting. It is like I paid premium to b treated badly, & adding salt to the injury... no service at all.

@harshikaarya6 @ACTFibernet Hi @harshikaarya6 thanks for highlighting the issue. This isn’t 1 or 2 time this has been a monthly issues for me too.. It’s better to switch to some better ISP thye might charge more but atlesst you get the ‘I’- Internet from the ISP that they claim themselves.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I had closed the case as ordered by your customer service team, they stated no update for any of the issues and wanted me to close the complaint wait for the field to come and remove the connection (using rude tone). I still receive calls from your sales team
