  @ACTFibernet registered a complaint yesterday evening regarding internet outage (SR10265201909444). The resolution time was promised to be by 5 PM today (in an hour). I still have not received any updates. Has an engineer even been assigned? If so, please share contact details.

  @ACTFibernet @vishgoswamy #ACTFibernet needs to be dragged to the consumer court. With Jio coming up everywhere it seems that they have accepted defeat. We must lodge a complaint for cheating us. Every month I face internet issues for a week which means 1/4th of money is being stolen by ACT.

  @cut_it_all @ACTFibernet Nothing will happen. They need to be dragged to consumer court and made to pay for our losses. Contracts, relations and lives lost for bad internet. #ACTFibernet should be held responsible for all of these losses.
