    @ACTFibernet I have not received a call back from your team for the request SR10358568332462 which is tentatively expected to be resolved by 6/24/2021 09:00 pm. Can you please arrange a call back at the earliest. Disappointing service from Act with their poor network connections

    @ACTFibernet pathetic support from you guys. My connection was disconnected in April end it's 2 months so far no refund initiated. Ticket open since 28th April for router recovery and nobody contacted.

    @ACTFibernet my internet is down from morning. I have raised a complaint and there is no update. I kindly request you to look into this. It's very difficult to work with out internet in a work from home scenario.

    @JioCare Please don’t bother!! It’s been 36 hours and still no resolution from you. Your customer service is one of the worst I have ever come across. I have raised a cancellation request for my Jio Connection. @ACTFibernet activated my old connection in 20 mins. ACT FOR THE WIN!!

    @ACTFibernet Multiple escalation callbacks and multiple emails to Appelate and nodal authority. Approximately 40 emails to your helpdesk team and more than 70 calls to you customer care. All I would get is someone will work and get back to you.

    @ACTFibernet No timelines on when they will resolve. Just shows how caring you guys are for your customers. 😡😡😓 On top of this your customer care agents are rude and irresponsible and disconnects the call

    @ACTFibernet I paid 6 months fee for my 300mbps ACT Fibrenet .. now after two weeks it's not working .. for the past 4 days there is no resolution taken and no status update .. completely frustrated .. is this even being noticed by any higher management ticket# SR10358464857062
