KALPANA (@kmkalpana2000) reported@ACTFibernet @nch1915 Extremely disappointed with ACT’s service. Raised a WiFi relocation request on 25–26 July and still no resolution. We’ve been calling customer care every day, morning and evening. Every time we’re promised a technician within 24 hours, but no one contacts us. We’re also promised callbacks, but NO ONE ever calls back. Now customer care says they’ll connect us to a manager/technician, then disconnects the call. How many more “24 hours” are we supposed to wait? @ACTFibernet Please resolve this immediately. This is unacceptable!

Tickets get auto‑closed, callbacks never happen, and even basic service quality isn’t maintained. Customers deserve better, would not recommend this provider. #worstservice
