    @ACTFibernet There will not be any more patience. A request for disconnection has been made, along with an application for new connection with another ISP. Since you folks are so inept and unable to deal with rain, suggest you service solely Rajasthan.

    @ACTFibernet He went on vacation. Vignesh never acted seriously now we are suffering. Vignesh boss is a failure to act internet. Surya garden pandian salai many act users shifted to other providers is due to them

    @ACTFibernet From Hyderabad 101774296616 problem with Zee5 not working since a week. Umpteen times raised ticket & over mobile. But of no use. Please close our account and refund balance amount. As Reliance is offering for same amount with additional services.Worst of the Worst.

    @ACTFibernet your service has dropped to unbearable low level. I have raised 5 complaints in last 7 days and no resolution. This is a prepaid connection and just a unprofessional service from you. #worstinternetserviceACT

    Worst customer support by @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD. Don't do any plan change with routers they won't deliver it. It's been 13 days but not delivered.When ever I call customer care (escalation team also) they say within 24 hours it will delivered but that 24 hours never come
