    @ACTFibernet your customer service team was supposed to give my refund of apprx Rs. 4000 by the 29th March. Every time i call them it gets postponed further. How much more should i follow up with your team? If the installation has not happened then isn’t it your duty to process??

    @ACTFibernet My fibernet is down more than 5 hrs now and and It is highly unacceptable, moreover your eta for resolution is 24 hrs. Can you please share the process of how I can raise a refund of my advance payment as it is getting difficult to work this way!
