@ACTFibernet my life worst decision to take act fiber network. One of the worst internet provider. Stop advertising yourself. You cant just keep us waiting like this. Due to ACT i have to face problems in my meetings and online calls. Worst decision to have ACT.

@ACTFibernet my account number is 102589118964. In my location each day two times my wifi gets no network. I need to call the person and then it takes 2 hours to resolve that. Can you please give us a good connection. Or give me full refund. Worst and pathetic service provider.

@ACTFibernet My Internet is not working from past 24 hrs. I raised a ticket but till now nothing has been done. Ticket SR10163883003674. Your ivrs is nt working & I am unable to talk to ur executive. This is bad experience on ur part. The problem is continuing from past week.

@ACTFibernet ACT called yesterday to say they “resolved” the issue… and now the speed is even LOWER 7.89 Mbps to be exact… guess resolved = even worse service #worstserviceprovider #worstcustomerservice

@ACTFibernet isn't reliable in Work from Home situation. 4 times it went down in a week, once for 12 hours. Already filed tickets in support still no connectivity aft 48+ hours. Would like to cancel & looking for refund Learning: Always take trial & don't go for advance rental

@ACTFibernet You cant do anything your guys will say it will take 2 days of time. Then why the hell do you call yourself as best service provider in bangalore. If your service cant be instant then why do i need you i can go with airtel itself. Atlest they provide you proper support
