Sanjay (@SanjaySampath7) reported@ACTFibernet Broadband connection down since yesterday. After raising complaint I received SMS saying it would be fixed by 9 PM but it was not resolved. This morning I received another SMS extending the ETA to 1 PM. Really disappointed and no communication from the engineer.
