    @ACTFibernet Im being charged 1600 smth for dues of wifi when my account was suspended due to non payment of bill it was 850. What kind of sick joke is this for someone going thru financial problems. Please terminate my connection immediately and I wil never use ur services again

    @ACTFibernet +916366826653 this is the engineer who has been assigned to fix my issue 2 days ago, he never called me , he blocked me when ever I call him to fix the issue he is so arrogant please take necessary actions on him! And somebody please DM the ceo's account !

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI It is really surprising that your service has no option to initiate a closure of the connection from either your website/mobile applications. The chat /voice support has limited options to work with existing connections and no option to start a custom chat.
