    @ACTFibernet - very poor issue resolving time. Have been facing frequent disruptions and connectivity issues. Connection is not working now. Request to resolve it at the earliest. Lot of members from my apartment are also facing the same problem. Ac No. 102621159246

    @ACTFibernet Pretty infuriating experience to lose Internet connectivity AS SOON AS there is a power outage! There is ZERO backup and the local technicians are helpless as they say the batteries provided to them are very sensitive and go bad quickly

    @ACTFibernet when they will call back and fix this issue, tell us the time when it will get fixed, don't act too smart, we know that u are worst service provider, as said the before the fix to be done by today and i demanding my today LOP from ACT, keeping cc @Airtel_Presence @JioFiberVoice

    @ACTFibernet This is a very bad business practice conning customers by charging automatic subscriptions. I have spoken to ASHA from customer service who was very rude and blamming me for not realising that a was subscription added to me. Do the right thing and reverse charges

    @ACTFibernet #new connection, the complementary router doesnt have the coverage even for house of <900sq.feet. customer care suggested for router upgrade, and nothing happened post that #SR10266261283467

    @ACTFibernet Full monsoon came and went by in Hyderbad and I did not face a single day of downtime with ACT. Please do not go with Airtel or Jio for cost benefit, ACT is the undoubted leader when it comes to service.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working since morning and there is no proper customer care service apart from the Bot.. This is th ACT Fibernet Ticket no: SR10366261016174 .. expecting a proper resolution and communication soon

    @ACTFibernet i have been added yuppscope service without informing at the time of installation. Once i realise I have spoken with customer service for reversal but i was still billed 200 /- for something i haven’t subscribed.
