    @ACTFibernet SR10163274038354 Closed without fixing the Internet Issue. Waited 3 days and you just close the SR without my confirmation. Sorry to say but your service is turning pathetic now a days. Extremely unhappy with ACT

    Subscribed ACT fibernet hoping for good service, but unfortunately we have to raise complaint frequently for internet not working, and we listen their resolution time as 24hrs but they start working on the request after 24hrs please choose wisely. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet Raised multiple tickets but nobody did anything. Finally, my Internet was suspended for non-payment of bill. I paid the bill and raised another ticket but still no resolution. Now, your team gave meager discount instead of adjusting the diff. You lost me as customer

    @ACTFibernet There is a frequent internet issues that are coming up and the resolution takes 2or 3 days even though we call and escalate with support team even if we explain that it impacts our work from home.There is no proper response once the ticket raised & no senior represen

    @ACTFibernet Customer support person is taking about the complaint not being closed and will be resolved by 24 hours but he is not speaking about the technician who visited for sevice and not updating reg. the problem and when it will be resolved.

    @ACTFibernet Ref: SR10263283530990. You have worst policies in the world. Never thought ACT will go to any extent to cheat customers. Raised ticket on 28-Aug to re-activate my connection and also change the plan but your team didn't make plan change and billed me per old plan.

    @ACTFibernet I hv been cheated by ACT Fibernet by giving false promise to activate my connection if I pay today. After payment.Employee no: 28430. Arranged to book my application is now not taking the call. Pathetic. Unprofessional and too bad
