    @ACTFibernet one of worst services. Even after multiple complaints, the service executive provides fault promise the issue is resolved but it is never resolved. Never take their service

    @ACTFibernet I have been asking to disconnect my internet connection from the 4th of this month but the tickets I reopened gets closed again and again without resolution. In the first call I had confirmed to retain but then reopened the ticket to disconnect the connection.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working since the last 4 hours. First customer care told me it will be fixed in 3 hours, now saying it will be fixed tomorrow. ACT is such a fraud company. Ticket no: SR10266978439424 @TRAI

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet No internet for the entire day now. I would have got a new connection by now if I applied when your connection was down today morning. What is wrong?? We subscribe to your yearly plan and this is not the service we expect!!

    @ACTFibernet is the biggest fraud. Mandatory 2-3 days of no internet every month. Worst customer service, no quick resolution. Loved the Jiofiber connection. Will raise a consumer complaint against ACT. @JioCare please help me in activating the Jiofiber connection. #ordeal

    @ACTFibernet, @ACTFibernetHYD have given complaint of internet not working 3 days back, till now issue not resolved, this kind of poor service is not expected from ACT, SR101669561358 raised on 31 Jan 2023 with 1 day expected closure but no one turned up to resolve the issue.

    @ACTFibernet you moved me from Lighting to Giga Plan which costs 3x, on your own.I realised this when I saw the bill.Upon complaining,customer support accepted it was done by mistake from ur end but still I was never sent the corrected bill even after raising issue multiple times

    @ACTFibernet Worst experience ever. Ticket open since 13 days. Problem yet to be resolved. Paid ₹8318/- for the next month's but charging ₹1300 again and have been sending invoices everyday asking me to pay the amount immediately. Misleading information provided everytime
