If you look at our service request history you would know, we used to raise multiple tickets for frequent disconnection on weekly basis. We have moved to @ACTFibernet I urge you to disconnect immtly & refund the security deposit at the earliest

Also req u check d email thread properly as I did mentioned already to disconnect the service. Plz chk and revert to that email thread

Your support staff headed by a Mr. Abhishek (who is in charge of South Delhi I assume, n who sits in okhla office) does not have a clear line of communication. The team under him takes huge amounts of time just to note a complaint!
