    It’s the question of consumer right to demand for the service paid for. The attitude shown by @ACTFibernet call centre, their service team, escalation desk was so high handed that at one point had remind them tha they are not giving anything free and am not begging either

    @1in1400Million @ACTFibernet I paid 11k upfront for their service. Act will not refund the cost if I terminate the connection, as per one of their rep - Akash.

    @ACTFibernet unfortunately, I’m using your Internet services last 10 to 15 days. Internet services is worst, worst worst. my my daily routine work is check the internet and give a complaint and wait for the results. Nobody is here to clear the problem or give a proper Services.
