    @ACTFibernet : Hi team. Kindly help on below issue urgently. The main issue is as and when power goes in my area, internet gets disconnected and after power is back the internet is still down. I have an active internet connection in place and still facing such issues.

    @ACTFibernet I have to downgrade my plan but I don't even see an option anywhere and you customer service is serious useless .Chatbots are not providing enough info and your call centres don't even pick calls.

    @ACTFibernet I have no internet at home I ma trying to connect with support but there is no way. Auto chat is useless. The contact number do not work. Absolutely worst support for a ISP. request SR10159593191592 HYD is expected to be resolved by 7/16/2021 07:0000 PM. Plz check.
