    @ACTFibernet I’m facing issue with the internet facility as the internet goes off every often. This issue has started in the very initial days after getting a connection. I did not expect this kind of service from ACT.

    @ACTFibernet now when i have raised a request for relocate they told me it will take 7 days and also you have to pay 600 rs At last worst call center ever trying to call many times firstly it woll take 10 minuts min to connect with then CSR disconnect the call from their end.

    @ACTFibernet Thanks for assurance but issue still not resolved and your technicians are trying to find the fault and if same not resolved till 6:00 PM then please let me know who will bear the loss.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic Service. Your technicians won't ACT... Your telephone representative can't answer properly... You can't provide internet on a whole. I want to get my connection disconnected badly.

    @ACTFibernet what is the problem with your customer care and engineers? Is rudeness the first thing you look at while hiring them? Pathetic service. Ghosting calls all the time. Internet has been down for 4 days now. no:SR10349495234732 without an ETA to fix it.

    @ACTFibernet Issue2: I am receiving very slow speed. Hardly 10mbps. VPN is not connected. The only troubleshooting you guys are doing is to shut down VPN OR reboot the router. I think it's time to switch to a different vendor. SR:10249573688632.
