    @ACTFibernet It’s been 24+ hrs with no internet. Your executive came, saw a power issue at the hub, asked if it can be shifted to my place. I said it’s a rented house and I need to confirm. He gave no suggestions and left without any update. What kind of service is this?

    @ACTFibernet One of the worst broadband customer services. My service request has been pending, and they give false promises. Really unfriendly and unethical business.

    @mvnshan @ACTFibernet There are much better than act fiber... Go with jio fiber Or Airtel Or Hathway .. It's too bad that we are paying and getting suffered

    @ACTFibernet (2/4)When I contacted him again, he said there’s *no alternative* and I should “take a refund” and they will disconnect. Is refund the only solution you provide? No support, no options — just asking customers to leave?
