    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working since yesterday 10 PM. It’s going to be 12 hours and not sure when services will be restored? How to do work if this kind of service is provided from ACT. Can you let me know when i will be able to use it and do something?

    @ACTFibernet Have some shame .your service literally sucks..taking money and providing zero service.watingin from morning at home just for installation and now your service provider says half an hour more.if I won't be at home he will go back..such stupid service providers.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Why the person who is responsible for repairing is disconnecting calls. Is this a way you treat customer. If he is not repairing, kindly appoint somebody else.

    @ACTFibernet ,Delhi’s worst broadband provider, has been causing issues for three days.Customer care numbers are down, internet is slow,& there’s no nodal customer care number. Twitter’s customer care team couldn’t help and asked me to wait. @DoT_India @jagograhakjago 📉 🛜

    Worst experience with @ACTFibernet. Got the connection on the 30th, promised installation by the 31st. Still no installation. Customer support just keeps stringing us along with empty "tomorrow" promises. The least you can do is provide an accurate timeline.
