@ACTFibernet 100+ people have in my society have taken connection through ACT. But connection wires are left in haphazard way at the roof. Builder is going to do some roof repair work and hence all wires will be removed leading to disconnection. PLZ HELP IS GETTING THIS FIXED

Hi @ACTFibernet , I had recently changed my connection name and number, the issue itself took more 5 days to get resolved, when it should have been done in 72 hours, and now I am neither able to use previous account nor new account to talk to agents and check. What should I do?

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet why r u increasing my bill by 100/- without my consent did I ask for it did I complain about the speed. N even if I did that doesn't give you the right to increase my bill. U have to make ur network better. @PVSrinivasRao

@ACTFibernet The biggest mistake to switch from jio to act fiber. From day 1 , multiple issues . Technical just close tickets without any resolution. Internet slow from last few days and noe no Internet since mrn. SR10176292417544. Area technicaans are inefficient

Don't ever take the Act fibernet for the broadband services,since 4 days network has disconnected and the response from the team is also not satisfactory. I am most dependent on the Internet for my work ,kids are missing their cartoons and same as my parents @ACTFibernet
