    @ACTFibernet Recently I had to shift to a new place which is barely a few streets away. So, I raised a ticket on Customer care for shifting purposes and there was least response on the first hand and ticket raised in the portal.

    @ACTFibernet I am trying to reach customer care numbers very hard to reach them if at all reached no proper ETA being given after making more then 10 calls to the CC and the best part is they disconnect the call if they don't have any proper answer.
