  @ACTFibernet How come it's taking more than 2 days to resolve the issue? Connection gets deactivated if payment is delayed by just 1 day. But there is no compensation for no connection for more than 2 days

  Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.   @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore FYI, do not go for ACT wifi! You will regret the decision. SR10280004058854 once more same issue, no power for hub. They said they will pay 59inr per month to a person and they did not, so that guys asked them to take it somewhere else. Same problem.

  @ACTFibernet Since yesterday I am having wifi issues, the technical team keeps extending timelines, yesterday they say they will sort out 6pm, they did not. Today they say morning, again they extend 1pm now again extended 7:30pm SR10179987432041 I need an immediate fix.

  @ACTFibernet unfortunately, I’m using your Internet services last 10 to 15 days. Internet services is worst, worst worst. my my daily routine work is check the internet and give a complaint and wait for the results. Nobody is here to clear the problem or give a proper Services.

  @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Using 100 Mbps ACT Fibernet for years, but still stuck with outdated cables that can’t support the speed. Raised a complaint on April 13—no response till now. Extremely poor service. Time to switch to a better provider.🤮

  @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet what’s wrong with your Hyderabad service? Facing internet blackout second time in one month. Customer care is worthless. No way to prioritise resolution. It takes 24 hours. Are we living in stone age? Or you are asking to switch to JioFibre or Airtel?
