    @ACTFibernet my internet has been frequent disconnecting . Have raised this complaint multiple times which they asked me to change the router. It’s 1 year now , when I brought the router provided by ACT was supporting later then u guys changed my plan without causing the issue

    @ACTFibernet don’t fall to thr trap. raised shift cnnctn rqst. Received 650/- bill on mail, bt team z nt ready to install wifi.dey said 59rs wil b paid monthly 2 me as cable support chrge..bt nthn sent by thm on mail. Take responsibility @ACTFibernet

    @Airtel_Presence Try to resolve also. Only responds will not resolve internet issue. Getting same response since last 6 days. Missing @ACTFibernet service

    Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet from yesterday morning internet not working, as per engineer words there is no issue from my location, there is a issue in clusters office, he said it will resolve in 15mins and he left, no he is not responding, such a Pathetic Service ever seen

    @ACTFibernet You guys are the worst and pathetic service provider..my issue seems to be a rocket science for you that's the reason ever month I face this bloody issue...your customer service agents are idle laughing and gigling that's all...let me done with my annual plan will go for Jio plan

    @ACTFibernet yesterday i registered complaint on internet not working. still the issue is not solved. i am very disappointed on your service. very very long time to take resolve the problems. if my issue was not solved in today. definitely i will quit @ACTFibernet.

    I don't know why @ACTFibernet employees are not interested to solve an issue of the customer as they are interested to sell the connection. They will be in regular touch while giving a new connection but no one cares when we raise a complent. SR11166729692784
