    @MadrasMobile @ACTFibernet Yes, they do that. We have to keep hitting the reopen button in their app until it is resolved. Some times, just opening a second ticket quickly after the first one gets closed, will fetch you a better representative and faster resolution.

    @ACTFibernet What is the expected resolution time? 1st ticket was created on Sunday 5.30PM which was closed without resolution. Then created another ticket which was expected to be resolved by 4PM today. And now your representative is asking for another 24 hours.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD May I know on what basis do you hire customer service representatives?I had issue with bill so I called and ticket was raised but they raised a ticket mentioning connectivity issues and I got a call from technician. Billing issue still not resolved!!

    @ACTFibernet Hopeless service by your team. For reactivating connection which was in safe custody, struggling from 01-Oct-2021. Your team closed the ticket without providing resolution. Are you really working on to fix the connection, or should I choose other providers?

    @ACTFibernet Complaint No: SR10263195266554. Another issue in 2 weeks. Now I have been told there is cable cut and it will take 24 hours for it be resolved. Is it fine if I pay bill after 24 hours of due date. I am paying 1.4k and it is critical for me to have network. Fix it ASAP!!!
