@ACTFibernet They came and changed all wiring. It worked for few hours and issue came back. I reopened ticket again. Please have someone who is capable of fixing it permanently visit our place and fix it.

@ACTFibernet I have been trying to get refund for my ACT internet due non-feasibility in my new loc. Without any resolution my tickets are closing everyday. It has been 5 days: SR10264908623023 Emails are not being replied to by help desk. Worst internet service provider ever.
