@ACTFibernet what the hell is #HappeningNow just giving dates and time but no resolution yet again i received an ticket no.SR10159603649213 stating #your #requests is expected to resolve by 19-7-21 so please let me know what should i do till that time can anyone take immediate action on this

@ACTFibernet Internet is down, logged a ticket no issue of resolution yet. Considering most of us are working from home it a pathetic experience to see internet goes down and also I am experiencing slowness and intermittent disconnection issue. SR10359620413342

@ACTFibernet told me that I will get a callback from the team. No callback. I then call at 1 pm, 1 30 on, 2 pm and finally at 2 48 the guy calls me and tells me that connection has been enabled. I believe that if I hadn't called these many times , my complaint wouldn't have been resolved.

@ACTFibernet I am facing internet issue that to on the first day of my work , I have raised a ticket on it and didn't get any response however my due date is near I better discontinue your services shift to local internet or JIO
