    @ACTFibernet Funny that you're the third entity who has highlighted my issue to the "respective team". Is this some mythological team? Seeing how no one has even bothered to give me a call with an update about the situation or why it's taking so long, I am convinced that it doen't exist.

    I’m only asking for a permanent solution. Why was an incompatible router installed? Why wasn’t it identified earlier despite repeated complaints? If this isn’t resolved, I’ll be forced to approach the consumer grievance forum. #ACTFibernet #CustomerService (3/3)

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Need support, My acc no : 101810362040. There's no one contacting me for installation of the box above my apartment. Atleast give me a contact. Mascheendra reddy is assigned it seems, give his contact. Its been 4 days. Took money for 1 year man
