    @ACTFibernet I'm an existing customer using 50 Mbps speed and now it's over thinking of getting a 400mbps plan will I get a new router and 2 mesh routers with that plan or gonna use the same old router that's provided with 50 mbps?

    @ACTFibernet Following a brief 30 minute storm the Fiber went down and now this is the third day and it’s still not up. All we get it the standard message that it is taking more time. Can someone ensure that some decent service level is assured?

    @ACTFibernet Even if you escalate no progress will be there madurai ACT team are clueless and insufficient..if you still need to go ahead in business you need to add more ppl who really care about your customer

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic…..Technician’s come without proper equipment promise to be bak soon but never come bak. You guys can send numerous emails msgs to remind for renewal of ur pathetic serviced. My fault to have done the renewal. Cancel my subscription n refund the money. Chor company

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @jagograhakjago I have opted for plan change with entertainment bundle option. It has not been activated yet. I was told a new router will be given for this new plan. It’s been more than 5 days and there is no option to contact customer service.

    @ACTFibernet My internet has not been working for the last 2 days.Your TAT is 4 hours,but more than 48 hrs have passed and the issue is still unresolved. No one from your team has contacted me.This is not the first time last time it took 4 days.Very poor service.SR11080271471774
