Dear @ACTFibernet despite of giving you complaints still my internet goes off when power down in my area. I requested u many times battery backup but still you didn't provided it. I paid for two years plan, plz Look into this if not I switch to @reliancejio @JioCare FiberNet

@ACTFibernet and within two weeks the internet has stopped working again. Customer care says "connectivity issue". At this rate it is getting impossible to use the service. I've upgraded plan and yet horrible service. Only option left is to terminate act connection
