    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 117th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @ACTFibernet Internet not working from yesterday i have filed a ticket today morning my ticket SR10164356037784 i got message that issue wille be solved by 15/3/2022 i should wait 1 day to get my issue resolved....? time is money? please I need quick resolution Thanks!

    @ACTFibernet : I request for relocation of my connection on 10th of March SR no : SR10164316520474 Such an unprofessional team, Till now it's not done and have no direct contact number to even contact directly. Did a big mistake by paying 6 months advance. Worst Ever service

    @ACTFibernet U guys hve one of the worst customer service I evr had. you've only given false commitments from day one. Couldn't even give a connection in 2 weeks but gave commitment of giving it in 2 days. And your POC aren't even picking up calls to cancel and refund. Frustrated

    @ACTFibernet Something that u guys from yesterday is saying is put on top priority....hasn't bee resolved after 30 hrs....your pathetic service is for everyone to see on Twitter. Changing the service without fail from next month. Had tried to be patient in these 30 hrs...but to no avail😡😡
