Technician Sravan(8712606419) disconnected my call and isn’t answering. Support team keeps giving scripted replies instead of resolving the issue. Unacceptable service.

Ajesh (@ajesh_ashok) reported@ACTFibernet You gave me one of the worst technicians for installation. He said he’ll come in 30 mins and asked me to send location, I’m waiting for more than 4 hours, he isn’t responding to my calls or texts. Worst part is now he’s attending my calls and not talking.

Request u to take immediate action, rather than advising patience. If resolution is not feasible, would appreciate the termination & refund of the associated charges.

Raised a ticket to fix the issue, but no response. Now I’m being asked to pull the cable internally myself. Poor service!
