    @ACTFibernet pathetic service started again… your service guy made me buy a new router and still no assistance to set it up. Aravind R is not taking my call as well. You guys close the case promising that the issue will be resolved but it keeps coming back

    @bada_paww It's been 3 days I am facing simplest technical issue , but no one from technical team contacted and visited my place despite of ample calls and request .and now worst part they are disconnecting calls. @ACTFibernet shame

    @ACTFibernet Oh god, stop these automated responses. Since yesterday it is the same statement I am listening on calls, emails and now here as well. But no one looked into the issue. Better cancel my connection and refund the balance amount. Disappointing Service. @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet I got this same response, ffs just fix it, it's been going on for 3 months now, if this continues I will complain to the police for harassment, you have one week to do this, if i get anymore calls after that, i will take legal action.

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10165600833544 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 13-Aug (DD/MM) between 13:00 to 16:00. Team ACT Why cant you people resolve immediately? Since morning no internet. Neither anyone calls, bad support.
