    @ACTFibernet I am still waiting for update for your end can u update me urgent bases, What kind of terrible service this is I call no of times to your customer care but no response simple they will put me on hold later they will cut the call. You people simple wasting my time very bad service

    @ACTFibernet to change the base plan. Even after multiple requests it was not resolvd. Neither router nor extra 1 month free. On top it, multiple times connectivity issues happening in Tirupati. Pls check account number: 111462468321. Happy to switch to other service provider.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic that you can't afford 500rs to replace the 100ft cable with a new one. I can pay you extra 100rs and cable charges to fix it. Shameless executives.

    Horendous service by our very own @ACTFibernet . Everything is fine until we have problem. Why can’t you all resolve issues quickly. For a simple relocation it has been 4 days!!!

    @ACTFibernet Thanks. I would assume not. But I'm having a permanent problem that's fixed once a week. My 100 Mbps nuron connection is right now faaaar superior to my 250 Mbps ACT connection which is not even trustable. @BarnitaB care to add?

    @ACTFibernet its resolved ,but the downtime is from midnight yesterday and in the morning when i tried to call your customer care was unreachable and here also you replies so late . Please tell me who is responsible for this long downtime ??
