    @venkat00089 @HarshiniK6 @ACTFibernet Very true! And the attitude of their technician sucks! Arrogant staff!! So many issues but irresponsible claim of best broadband in the city. At this rate you will lose loyal customers like me soon!

    @ACTFibernet Worst service ever from your team. My billing from last 2 months is incorrect and I have called more than 15 times to customer care. Everytime I talk representative will inform issue would be resolved within 24 hours, but my concern is overdue from last 1.5 months.

    @ACTFibernet iam not ur act fiber customer at all iam getting a several nonsense call from act to activate my act internet connection and pls stop this call activity or I might go to police to resolve this issue 100s of call per day

    @ACTFibernet My net has been down for 90 min. I’ve raised a ticket on your app and on WhatsApp but there’s been no response. Your phone line has an automated messages with a dead end. No way to reach cust care. This is pathetic service. Can someone pls help urgently.

    @bikash_didwania @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD agree with u, seems like they have lost their wiits... 82+ days no resolution & no internet since past few weeks inspite of payment made... bunch of insensitive & irresponsible inefficient team..

    @HarshiniK6 @ACTFibernet They will not respond to issues quickly. But, they will disconnect the Connectivity quickly if we dint pay on time. If any issues from them(Maintinace) even they can't intimate, but for reminding the bill date, the messages will make a q in my inbox always.
