    @ACTFibernet your internet services are as bad as BSNL. EVERYTIME IT RAINS IN BANGALORE, MY INTERNET STOPS WORKING. I have taken the mesh router and pay way high for it. And your customer service is so bad. Can't even get in touch with your Customer service team. #bangalore

    @ACTFibernet I have changed from single modem to mesh plan last month. Service engineer was supposed to connect both modems through cable but he just connected through WiFi. I complained about the speed dropping. He was supposed to visit and resolve it but have not visited.

    Act Fibernet has the worst customer service possible in Broadband services. No resolution whatsoever on whatever complaints you raise. Do not opt for Act Fibernet ever. @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago @consumerforum_

    @ACTFibernet Act Fibernet account 101003959349 of Sai AE Broadband is not working for the past 2 hours. No response to complaint from Act Fibernet. Bill paid three days ago via Order ID: 407-2704380-0659516. Poor service... 👎👎👎
