    @ACTFibernet This is my 4th complaint this year. My net is again down, have raised--SR10356567362772. SR10354584937502 was raised on Apr-1. SR10353944594022 raised on 17/Mar and SR10352945196497 raised on 25/Feb.Very pathetic service. Do you even bother to do rca.

    @ACTFibernet SR10256422012883 you are taking electricity from my old address and others are using it while my uncle is paying the current charges. You are closing ticket without resolving. Stop being a thief and resolve my issue

    @sprakaashbjp @ACTFibernet I had to switch to Airtel, since then life is very peaceful. ACT is very responsive but when there is problem between home and junction box and you need technician to fix, life can be very painful. Very frustrating. Try Airtel or Jio based on what's available.

    @ACTFibernet What testing team is doing? Won't you properly test the mobile app before release? In Payment History, I couldn't able to click one of the dropdowns under (Show Payment History From:) Useless crap app.

    @DoT_India Hi Team, I am facing internet issues with my @ACTFibernet connection raised multiple requests for the same. They are not even responding with a call back. Please take this as complaint from my end. Very Poor Customer Service.

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI New business strategy of Act fiber net. Pay for 6months, get disconnected for 2days from each month, no option to extend the date of subscription. Calling to customer care is waste of time

    @ACTFibernet My user ID 102418330969 from Bengaluru. It's been more than a day after complaining about no connectivity. Your the great service says it will be resolved within 24hrs but nothing as happened till now. Do get it resolved within 12PM or else refund my subscription amount
