    @ACTFibernet poor service there modems come with just 6 months warranty and then they would tell you to buy a new one, not fix it if it gets broken.

    @ACTFibernet I just checked your team what is the status. Team said material need to come from kukatpally and issue spot Pragatinagar hardly takes 30 mins but till not arrived since approx 4 hrs and your team still waiting for it with no work is this the way working as priority?

    @ACTFibernet ICICI apps both in mobile (iMobile) and ICICI Banking login (ICICI Infinity) are not accessible through ACT. When I tried through Airtel / mobile network I could access.

    I have installed #ACTFiberNet & My acc-110651830169 and my net was not working for the last few hours, so I called the executive of ACT and trust me Rohit Vadhera solved my problem in next 5 to 10 minutes just by talking on the phone .. I really wants to thank to #ACTFiberNet

    @ACTFibernet Where is your response. Very bad service provided by @ACTFibernet team so far.. Again new technician saying new story he will take approval mails etc. Have to wait for 2 days more to get a new connection #actfiberbadservice #actfibernoresponse

    @ACTFibernet it’s been more than six hours the internet hasn’t been restored. There needs to be a more prompt customer care which takes care of internet connectivity issues. Please help resolve this asap.
