    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Please resolve it asap. Whats wrong with you guys .please let us know if you cant then just refund the money we will check with other ISPs . With other connections ..heavily impacting due to our works due to this issue ..we would like to escalate on this

    @ACTFibernet - Ticket ID SR10377094290034 closed without any resolution. When there is a ticket related to billing issue. How do you expect the payment to be made. For non servicing, ticket has been raised. Now you have suspended the services as well without any resolution.

    .@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet This is the WORST service ever. Internet has been down for 7 DAYS straight. No one from ACT is responding, no one is even picking up calls. The least you could do is answer and give a proper ETA. Pathetic customer support, absolutely unacceptable!

    Hi Naresh, We see that your mentioned issue “SR10177097995961" has been resolved. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with via DM. Without resolving, why it updated from last one month the netspeed is upto 5 mb only @ACTFibernet
