Act Fibernet @ACTFibernet is the worst connection, no Internet from 4 days. If you want to raise a complaint, u need to be in queue on call for 30 mins - 1 hour. Connection isn’t restored. I bought a 6 month plan, but very rude responses too. No value for customers.

@ACTFibernet day 2 of no resolution, cumulative 2.6 hours on hold and then either call drops or executive closes the call without even updating the ticket. No call back no follow up no resolution. This is an office space and second day of no work because no wifi

What a terrible service @ACTFibernet HYD.. it’s been almost 2 days but no resolution yet. No one is picking the call and no other way to contact as well. A chatbot keeps saying someone is resolving. If we try the number no one picks up or they simply disconnect 😔

@ManaManikonda I'm facing issues with @ACTFibernet from the last 6 Days. No solution provided. This is literally a very bad service. Not sure what they are waiting for. And I do get a message daily that connection will be restored by 9PM today. And this is repeating from day 1.
