    Today is the second day in a row with Internet down. Moved to act from Airtel as I was tired of their outages, it is the same with you. 2 days Internet goes down at 4 or 5 in the morning. Shame on you if you cannot provide service, today's ticket SR12381682223624 @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet The issue is recurring and not a one time issue, everytime it happens you say the same thing, I want to know the refund process. ACT is the worst broadband company.

    @ACTFibernet network down on a Monday, ticket remains open and no proper resolution from chat bot or agent. No call backs no responses

    It would really be helpful if @ACTFibernet can implement ways to select the location of new connection on the website and feasibility is known immediately rather than having your CC Exec call back to take the link and or the customer calling back to find the feasibility

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct Why does your internet stop working for a little drizzle? It's the same issue over and over again. SR10281705747454 Our 3months plan is over and we are thinking to switch to @AirtelFiberBng based on the resolution time and the recurrence

    @ACTFibernet Why every month internet issue same area and what is area head is doing about it. You have to change anything do it. I am your customer since 10 years and Deepthisree nagar area especially I am facing lot of internet issue from act internet, previous areas it s not like this
