  @ACTFibernet Patience is over after 4 days. I don't want an app update. I want a technician with a splitter/spare port at my door by 4 PM TODAY. If no technician arrives in the next 1h 45m, I am officially moving to @JioCare. Your internal branch failures in Kukatpally are not my problem.

  @ACTFibernet I hve raised a ticket for slow internet bt post that there has been no internet since 12+ hours now. I dnt know what understanding or troubleshootng is being done by disabling the internet as I'm constantly getting no internet so far Hope u understnd criticality

  Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet WiFi 4rm past 2days I have been facing WiFi issue but these irresponsible people could not resolve it.They asked me to wait till 24hrs but it’s been 2days almost but no solution provided yet. @jagograhakjago pls ban them

  Extremely disappointed with ACT Fibernet service. It has been more than 15 days since I requested installation of a set-top box, and every day I am given false promises like “tomorrow,within 24 hours, or technician will arrive today — but no one shows.@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

  @airtelindia Really appreciate your efforts to give a right coverage but somehow your team is incapable of giving resolution or better service. Switched from @ACTFibernet after five years, of testing your services. But it was my mistake.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Really disappointed with ACT. Internet is not working properly despite raising multiple complaints about buffering and slow speed, and the issue is still not resolved. The only suggestion is to restart the router,but that hasn’t fixed anything.
