    @ACTFibernet very bad customer care experience infact it's the worst I've ever witnessed. They have been ignoring my request from past few days now. Act fiber has the worst customer care service I'm convinced and the worst mobile app EVER.

    @ACTFibernet I have no internet connection at my residence since yesterday afternoon. I had registered a complaint. Not a single person had called after calling the Local sales person he said he will share my number. At 9pm I get a call saying everything is resolved.

    @ACTFibernet after repeated requests instead of refund to my bank account you deposited it in act App which I cannot make use. Ur customer care is so irresponsible and negligent and always give vague replies in resolving said issue. 8143997878
