    Day 2 of waiting for my ₹3932 refund from @ACTFibernet. I had to cancel the connection because they tried to install a commercial 8-port hub in my private house for just ₹50! Ticket is raised, but ACT team, please process this with finance TODAY and give me the UTR number.

    @ACTFibernet Broadband connection down since yesterday. After raising complaint I received SMS saying it would be fixed by 9 PM but it was not resolved. This morning I received another SMS extending the ETA to 1 PM. Really disappointed and no communication from the engineer.

    @ACTFibernet Why there is no option available for 1 month recharge? Why do you want to trap customers for 3 months? Most of the time your broadband is having issues. And could see the prices also more as compared to other providers. There is a rise in price every 3-6 months

    This is completely unprofessional experience. The way I’ve been treated after payment is unacceptable, and I genuinely regret choosing @ACTFibernet .week later, I still have no proper connection, no update, and no accountability. This is not how customer service should work.

    @ACTFibernet It’s your task to cancel and refund my entire money back in my bank account if you can’t I will file a complaint and also dispute the payment with credit card company with all the proofs against you. As clearly your team shared wrong info to me to renew and upgrade plan its fraud
