    @ACTFibernet It's been more then 9 hours and your engineers are unable to resolve the issue. Every commitment is made to resolve this by today but I think of no use.This is the way ACT promotes the service by not providing on time resolutions.

    So @ACTFibernet decided to cut off our internet for an entire day. That too on a working day. Could give the connection back by evening atleast to do pending works, now that wfh is the norm. But says that issue won't be resolved till next day morning. Had to travel to the office!

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Sadly we are facing internet issues everymonth,itz difficult for us to work from home as Internet is the only source,today there is no internet connection in my home,we have to work now on our systems,please resolve our issue as soon as possible @TRAI

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD How much time to resolve a junction box issue ,if you are taking more than 24 hours, its really not worth to have act connection for WFH purpose. Your poor services impacting our work
