@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Internet is not working since 2 days and we are only depend on broadband for our work. Call customer service about 8-10 times still the issue persist. Sometimes customer service agents r not responding on calls properly.

The resolution time of more than 24 hours for a known link failure by @ACTFibernet doesn't feel it is meant for working professionals. Also the no urgency behaviour displayed by customer support is like asking your customers to look for other service providers. SR10263007055502
