    @ACTFibernet I have called you 6 times regarding to my refund since my internet got cut. But your customer care executive are making me fool. They say "Sir aapki problem 24hrs me resolve ho jayegi, Hamari Team aapko contact kregi." @ACTFibernet stop making customers fool.

    @ACTFibernet There is no battery backup to data switch. This is cause of signal drop out. I do not know as to how this configuration will ensure uninterrupted signal. Your person +919100785115 assured that battery is indented. No point giving feedback on half done task.Please ensure and ask.

    @ACTFibernet your service disconnectivity is atleast 20 times a day and above that hopeless response from your customer care team but you ensure to collect the charges on time even if the service is unavailable for days and till now any of my grievance is not addressed properly.

    @ACTFibernet I am facing issue since 2 months of bad services . Everyday either speed is slow or net is down. This time it’s down since last 4 days and no resolutions. Even I put request for disconnection and that has been also closed without my consensus. Pathetic service by ACT

    @ACTFibernet There has been request pending but no action has been taken. Kindly expedite the process. This is very poor experience. "Your request SR10159733517972 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 7/19/2021 02:34:21 PM (MM/DD/YYYY)."

    @ACTFibernet my internet is not working since last 2 days. Several phone calls,no response. Pathetic service. Can anyone look into this? Customer care is horrible. They have no idea of any issues. Scripted response they have and they cut your call anytime .
