@ACTFibernet contacted the support team last week for an issue. Wasn't even logged the 1st time and the 2nd complaint's timeline is over. What's happening guys? Returned to ACT after so many promises and this happens. Extremely disappointed! Thinking of disconnecting again.

@ACTFibernet I have been facing speed issues and had called one of your representatives, they told me to switch off the internet and then when I say, to switch it on, and they do not talk over the phone after 10 minutes. Is this the way any customer is treated!!! Shame on you.

@ACTFibernet i have tweeted about my bill which is 300 rs. Increased but no response till now. After due date they will again add the late fee and again the same ****. What big mistake i have done with this worst company.

@ACTFibernet First request I gave in June to cancel and disconnect my connection, and I get call from customer care regarding this and request will be closed saying it's disconnected, but again on 11th of every month amount will ve deducted. It's a big loot. Fed-up of your worst service.

@ACTFibernet Even if I give you my number call disconnects will be the same thing I will get. I did 5-7 calls today's all got disconnected no agent try to resolve my issue. Still I have DM you my number let's see how quickly I get a call back.
