    @ACTFibernet Time d customer had options of plans as per usage. tyrannical approach by U is laughable. Is the CEO Malladi in a bubble? DISAPPOINTED in the mgmt and attitude. I think u r set to lose customers to competition. Be flexible or lose out.

    @ACTFibernet Whenever I'm calling ACT fibernet it's showing i have multiple accounts linked. I'm using only one I requested multiple times to remove those accounts. NO RESOLUTION!!! I always have to type that 12 digits number. Can anyone help in removing it?

    @ACTFibernet It's been 2 days that I am facing connectivity and speed issues with my connection. I raised ticket SR11058934095172 for the same. Ticket was closed without my consent or resolving the issue. Pls resolve the issue ASAP

    @ACTFibernet why is this happening again & again? Suggest, how soon we should get off your service, you did not reply to me about my last complaint... Pathetic. Undeserving service provider. I will not pay this month's fees & I will take you to consumer court.
