    On of the worst customer service I ever faced. @ACTFibernet i lost my internet connection and its been 18 hours no one has resolved my issue. People like me are working from home and kind of frustrating thing when u face this connectivity issues. (1)

    @ACTFibernet very disappointed with the customer service request id SR10356459341132 was raised at 2pm so far no proper response from ur team . Called the technician as well . Show the same speed you guys do the same way for new connection. Feeling like a fool for choosing act
