@ACTFibernet what is the status of SR10259536977552? I get a different response from each of your executive when I call. I don't have an internet connection from last 3 days and with my last call 10 mins back I have been told they still need 24 hrs to fix the Issue #irresponsible

@ACTFibernet worst service. Don't need any service from you. While giving connection you said, there won't be charges for temporary disconnection. But now you guy looting money in the name of retaining port for me and re activation charges. ACT is frauder n looters. Shame on U

Hey @ACTFibernet do you have any customer care contact? Asking because the network's down and although the SR is created there is no update on it. Surely you understand how WFH folks are dependent on a stable internet. Please look into it
