  The only reason Ben Franklin didn’t include an @ACTFibernet outage as a certainty alongside death and taxes, when he said it, was that it didn’t exist then. What a pathetic service!

  @ACTFibernet SR10348949160332 improper response and arrogant agents who disconnected the calls abruptly. No call back or firm commitment. It was informed that by 6 p.m. today service will be restored but it's not done yet! ZERO "0" cust.service.

  @ACTFibernet Please teach your support team that hanging a call abruptly is a rude behaviour, just for asking an update on a long pending ticket.

  @ACTFibernet I don't think you take your customers seriously.. every single month there is a repeated issue.. even again this month 3 days no internet. Other broadband's give 3hr resolution. Why do you need 3 days to fix the issue every single time. Are your agents are incapable ?

  @ACTFibernet literally has the worst #customerservice. No wifi for the past 3 days and they keep dilly dallying by saying the same **** over and over again, that they're working on it. Fix your ****, guys!

  @ACTFibernet iam completing since a week but no resolution . The worst service daily iam calling your customer care no response pathetic and worst service .
