    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I raised a request to relocate the connection. Request was closed with no work done. Raised again, closed again without resolution. This request SR10163350827284 is again closed without resolution. How low your service can go??

    @ACTFibernet from the day one my internet connection was intermittent , inspite of repeated service request , act Fibernet team did not solve my issue

    @ACTFibernet As usual worst service.. I am yet to receive the refund.. they collected the box on Oct 13th and till now no refund has been processed.. no one bothered to ask like how to proceed with the refund. I need to provide my ICICI Bank ac. Pl call

    @ACTFibernet 15 hours after raising a ticket and still cant fix a junction box. Sorry, you should sell Samosas and panipuri, not internet.

    @ACTFibernet My account number is 102632701556. I want to share my experience with Act Fibernet service . I was not given a proper wiring of the cable and the service engineer was not behaving properly and I have to take the connection as per his wish
