    @ACTFibernet Your fiber internet is too slow for the agreed speed (300 Mbps) and money you are charging for it. We are getting below 30 Mbps in Bangalore. I have raised complaint long back and nobody is there is to address it.

    @ACTFibernet since morning the Internet is not working and my experience says, your engineer always take an entire day as redundant TAT. No one even contacted me yet, as I was told I would be. Is it an underlying statement from you that each time net goes down, wait for a day?

    Today morning @ACTFibernet executive named Vinutha called me again for the issue. I asked her 2 questions. 1. What is the turnaround time for existing ticket raised on 18-Nov. 2. What is the penalty if there is a mistake from @ACTFibernet ?

    @ACTFibernet I'm forced to say that, If the shifting process will not be completed by today evening Dated 22/11/2022 .. I've to look out for other broadband service provider. It's been 2 working days already.. so late response
