    @ACTFibernet - I just took my 2nd connection, after being your loyal customer since 10 yrs. I'd requested that it be active only from Aug 1st & I already have a complaint. Ref ID - SR10160208050139. Your executive Mr. Anwar (9948663406) who'd called me up is so unprofessional.

    Finally I'm decided to move out of @ACTFibernet family Within 1 week 4 days net issue and they are saying same reason since a week, for your company I'm just a customer but for me it is job risk Good bye

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I my internet is disconnecting every day, I have raised many requests also called your customer care to escalate this matter I am only getting temporary fix can you take this seriously and provide permanent resolution complain no "SR10160204185042"

    @Airtel_Presence Horrible service, chngd frm #ACTfibernet hoping the uninterrupted service claim was true. Thr are frequent disconnection issues & it's frustrating when I'm on imp work calls/ online classes the service is crap. There is no possible way to complain in Xstream app.

    @ACTFibernet - Btw, I even told Anwar that I need the 2nd new connection referred from my first. I'm not sure he even did that. I've been trying to reach him since 2 days and he is royally ignoring me, because the payment has been received right? So much for 'customer service'!
