    @ACTFibernet After 21 hours the outage was fixed. My feedback: frequent outages 1-2 times a month, slow and delayed support. Helpdesk is not reachable even after several tries #fail #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet It’s been a month after my complaint… Still there’s no complete resolution for my issue… Hereafter We can post in public what are going through there’s no private message… People should be aware of this not you’re irrelevant ads… #actfibernet @ACTFibernet

    Hey @ACTFibernet! Next month I am discontinuing your connection. The turn around time of your service engineers are way too long in Delhi & they don’t do their job properly aswell. Since the setup box is connected to my home, my neighbours will disconnect your connection aswell.

    It would really be helpful if @ACTFibernet can implement ways to select the location of new connection on the website and feasibility is known immediately rather than having your CC Exec call back to take the link and or the customer calling back to find the feasibility

    @ACTFibernet Seems you guys only had to turn the switch back on! The issue got resolved less than 5 mins after your response on x and via mail. Unfortunate that I had to wait 40+hours in the National capital for broadband to be restored. Messaged u my registered mobile no.. @TRAI
