@ACTFibernet Its almost going to be 24hrs since my connection is out. Idk what you guys are doing?? Even yesterday i called and was told it was kept on priority to get it done. Even now still no resolution. How am i suppose to do my work like this....?????

@cruisemaniac @ACTFibernet Did you call them? Usually they are prompt in responding to me when I file a case via the app, or phone. However, this whole switch business annoys me like hell. This issue happens so often that they need another way to solve it.
