    @ACTFibernet as per @RBI NBFCs cannot hold customer money in a wallet. Why aren’t you refunding citing “my account is active, refunds cannot be processed”? Please close it and give me my money. I’m switching to @reliancejio for some hopefully good service.

    @ACTFibernet This is the kind of service I have been receiving lately. When I denied paying he fixed the wire using celotape and left. Now the issue has reoccured. I am sure if I should quit your service and inform all my contact ls about the same to save them from trauma.

    @ACTFibernet The most pathetic service ever Neither the customer care pickup the call nor the technician No sign and update of getting my internet fixed. Still struggling with the internet and working with my mobile data . You people are serious pathetic

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Not just showcasing or advertising is enough..you should be showing your dedication in resolving customer issues .. instead of simply disconnecting without proper information to customer..even customer given instructions..very worst service ever sn
