@ACTFibernet Hi Team, No, the internet service is still poor. There is lot of latency and packet loss sometimes it feels like a 2G/3G network instead of FiberNet. If there is no improvement by the end of this month, I would like to discontinue the services and change to a better provider.

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet pathetic, worst and disgusting experience. Issue is not resolved even after escalating it to nodal officer. They give a timeline and extend it. Stay grounded when you are growing big. Worst customer service will bring business down. RIP ACT

@ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 42nd consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

@ACTFibernet Sorry to say, I just completely lost trust on you guys. This is the 7th or 8th time I got this issue with junction box in last two years. And the behavior of the technician is very pathetic. People except some politeness while talking which is completely invisible.

@ACTFibernet I called almost 10 times customer service why my connection is disconnected. They spoke politely but they quite could not answer my questions and resolve the issue. I appreciate customer care guys of handling people. But it wont bring back trust until issue resolved

@ACTFibernet opened a ticket for relocation and it got closed without any notice. Opened another ticket informing the previous experience and it got closed faster that old one horrible service from @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD
