    @ACTFibernet Internet has been down since 15 Jul. Ticket - SR10281184908864 has had its ETA extended twice. Red LOS on modem. No callback from the assigned engineer despite requesting one in the app. Please restore the connection urgently.

    @ACTFibernet Please keep your template responses to yourself. I'm yet to receive even a single communication from your team explaining what's happening or why it's taking so long. Take this as a warning, if I don't get a resolution by today, I'll file a case in E-Daakhil right away.

    @ACTFibernet What is the precise timeline of resolution? Why is there no communication from your side about what the actual issue is and when it'll be fixed? I am just tired of seeing the irrelevant ETR times on your app which haven't been adhered to 6 separate times in the past 3 days.

    @ACTFibernet I booked a new connection in chennai yesterday, your agent promised immediate installation and made me pay the money he stopped picking my call after the payment & no installation done.plz refund my money, your service is pathetic even before the installation!

    On 13 july 2026 my @ACTFibernet stopped working, raised a ticket on app, said will get done on 14 eve, my payment was up, called them to extend date, they said cannot but will adjust for not working days, after ticket closes new charges will get updated then u pay, fine, tq

    Got the new connection last Sunday & 2 days later on Tuesday evening the internet went down. Raised the ticket with you but till now there is no update. Customer support kept on saying to wait for 1 hour but i see no end to this. SR11081169000614 @ACTFibernet

    .@ACTFibernet Multiple tickets were marked “resolved,” but the issue keeps returning, disrupting office meetings and interviews. Recently, I was informed that the router installed is incompatible.

    @ACTFibernet , this has to be one of the most frustrating customer support experiences I've had. It's 2026, and my internet has been down for more than 12 hours. There are no storms, heavy rain, or any weather-related issues in my area, yet there's still no clear explanation.
