    @ACTFibernet Hello, you are one of the WORST internet providers in Hyderabad. My connection is down for more than 2 days, still no body came to fix, even after multiple complaints. Never ever go for this provider again.

    @ACTFibernet How can ACT disconnect the internet of a customer with an active, fully paid plan and give that connection to someone else? Who authorized this? This is completely unacceptable and a misuse of customer service.

    @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago 5 hours with no internet. And the worst part? This is happening almost every single day. For working professionals, this isn’t a minor inconvenience, it’s disrupting meetings, delaying work, We’re paying for a service that’s not being delivered

    Hello @ACTFibernet, the wifi at our Green Park office has been down since Tuesday morning. It has been impossible to get through to anyone at the company, and we are repeatedly being put on hold. 24 hours later, we still don't have internet. What nonsense is this?

    @ACTFibernet You need to act responsibly, firstly I didn’t get any call but if you cannot reach me, you will close the ticket without any resolution. What kind of service is it? You collect money for 6 months and you cannot shift connection in 10 days and no response also
