  @ACTFibernet Your ACT Engineer, Lakshmi told me that I should receive the call from your department as there is a ticket pending for very long (more than 3 months) but I never got a call until I follow up. Your engineer Lakshmi is very rude and he lies a lot. He is a big lier.

  Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.   @ACTFibernet Internet is down again. We have a junction box in our house and every time there’s a power outage, the battery seems to fail connection stops working. It’s a recurring issue. We need the internet restored urgently as board results are being announced tomorrow.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet it has been more than 3 days , no field person has come and attended the issue , there is no resolution at all , requesting you to attend it on priority and restore my connection
