    @ACTFibernet repeatedly I m complaining abt my internet disconnection when power goes off. Getting no parmanant solution from technical staff. In last 1 n half month raised almost 10 complaints for this reason. Sick n tired of complaining again and again. Will this be resolved?

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service, every month I need to log at least 2-3 complaints, again the internet is not working. I was not expecting this kind of service. Am switching to Airtel

    @ACTFibernet Total 200 gb for 531 rs from a broadband service? We are getting daily 1.5gb from cellular provider total 450 gb. After limit also not getting minimum speed. FYI Im not a new customer using act from more than 5yrs. From August switching to Airtel.

    @bhatnaturally @ACTFibernet I manage 100 MBPs on a 300MBPs plan this way. Was managing 450MBPs on a 1GBPs plan. But found it to be overkill so downgraded. Also, make sure router is MIMO ( quite standard). And upgrading to wifi 6 router is not a bad idea too for future

    @ACTFibernet Acc: 102015682184 Internet went down again, had registered a complain, team calls back and tells field technician will call back in 5mins to tell the issue but he never does. Can you arrange a callback regarding this?

    @bhatnaturally @ACTFibernet I live in the smallest of flats and setting up a mesh network made all the difference. I still cant figure out why the Airtel router didn't work a few feet across an open door/wall. I use the an Eero Pro (now eero 6) with two beacons.
