    Aasmaan se gire khajoor me atke... Disconnected @ACTFibernet yesterday and opted for @airtelindia broadband due to frequent cuts and long resolution time... Now Airtel broadband had connectivity issues from early morning and nobody coming up despite logging the issue around 7am...     @JioCare Tried relocating my Jio connection with order id LR00001D3UQR and wow… what a mess. Customer support is basically nonexistent, no updates, no timelines. Officially out of patience. Switching to @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet and closing this connection.

    @ACTFibernet Weekly outage due to wire tampering at junction box. No action taken despite repeated complaints. Today: 12:30 AM complaint, no visit till 2 PM. SR11079930861814 Fix permanently or I escalate to TRAI.

    @ACTFibernet I have been using act fibrenet for quite long. I have raised one issue (CaseId-20260418794842) almost a week back but till now no resolution. Even inhave asked the team to ask someone senior to give a call but till now no resolution. This is really disappointing.

    @ACTFibernet Simple plan change request is pending for 10 days with no resolution. SR12379816557189 customer service is not helpful and app is not user friendly.
