    @ACTFibernet You must publish the escalation contact numbers if cusyomers are having long pending issues. Always your CC executives will say that they will escalate the issue but nothing happens. Allow customers to escalate.

    @ACTFibernet I was informed about the internet outage for three hours around 11 am today but I still can't access the internet using the ACT Broadband, been trying to get my issue resolved but there's been no response as such! Pathetic customer service. Remove your connection.

    @ACTFibernet though they claim leading ISP factually they are not. For each of the problem they requires 24 hours of time , regardless of how much loss customer suffers.

    @ACTFibernet I've raised it as a concern as the expected resolution time was yesterday (25/02/2021) at 20:00 and still no internet connectivity.

    @ACTFibernet Disheartening service provider by u guys. This month alone my internet connection affected multiple times. Try to fix this problem permanently.

    @ACTFibernet the owners of the house where the box resides have switched off power and no one else is ok with fitting the box ,your technician left without providing any alternative solution. This is how customer service should be handled #badcustomerservice

    @ACTFibernet each day your customer care officers give a different lie saying the issue will be resolved and disturb by parents at odd times with calls. Do you think they don’t have any other work than answering your unwanted calls ?
