    Having bad experience with @ACTFibernet in chennai. Even after I paid 6 months charges as advance, service not yet provided. Not even attending calls. I have 6 other ACT connections and thinking about changing the service provider. Worst experience ever happened.

    @ACTFibernet both servers down , internet not working at all...need it restored ASAP!! Your portal is down as well , cannot open it even using mobile or other network!! Cannot log any tickets hence!! Please raise a complaint immediately!! RESPOND IF THIS CANNOT BE RECTIFIED!!

    @ACTFibernet has become useless these days. I have at least two outages every month for as long as two days. Terrible service. Even now my internet isn't working and it's been 8 hours since I raised the ticket. Painful to know that I've already paid for 6 months. Wish I hadn't.

    @ACTFibernet Act fiber down in Besant Nagar kalakshetra colony area chennai for past 25 hours It happens regularly atleast once in every two weeks. Called customer care more than 5 times now. They know it is an issue in the junction box connection but they dont care.

    @MarioVinay @ACTFibernet I think this may be very specific to the area you are at. I have friends who use ACT without issues and there are others who swear their service is never up. Talk to neighbours and see which provider has max subscription. Their services would generally be good in that locality.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I have taken a act Internet on April 2nd and before installation only I told them to cancel my Internet that is on 6th April and executive told amount will be refunded to Source acount in 7 days it’s almost 15 days done 101674625902 check and refnd

    @ACTFibernet Any update please. Since one week all day internet is not working. My family and relatives are at home. They are getting bored in summer holidays. Is this why we need to take subscriptions..?

    @ACTFibernet They won't get back nor fix the issue and will not proceed for refund too. They will just extend the deadline for resolution. Last 2 weeks they have been doing the same via email and text messages. Even nodal team does the same gimmicks with out helping for Internet restoration

    @ACTFibernet I am being informed by customer care also that I will be receiving a call back but nobody is calling regarding the issue raised. May I know if you have any intent to look into customer concerns.
