    Very disappointed with @ACTFibernet service. Raised shifting req on 30 Apr, prom ETA was 2 May, but still no resltn or proper timeline. Poor cust supp and no accountability despite being a cust since 2022. Wouldn't recommend ACT to others if cust concerns are ignored like this

    @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues - I'm really sorry to say this, but your customer service is severely lacking - I've been raising tickets continuously for the last two days, only to be met with delays and resolution of tickets when the issue was not yet seen to at all😠

    @TheAyushSomani @ACTFibernet Very worst services no one can take responsibility for any i have sent 5 -6 emails and wrote on twitter nothing effect then.

    @ACTFibernet 4 days. ₹1295 paid. 50+ customer care calls. Multiple emails. Still no ACT Fibernet connection. Every time I call, I get the same copy-paste answer with no real update. This level of negligence towards new customers is shocking. . @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Have been tired now. Wifi not working last 2 days. Goes down every 15 days. Have to raise complaints again n again. No resolution being provided this time. May have to switch now after 5 years of good service. Account No:118570988140
