@ACTFibernet @smanishkumar37 They have set 24hours turn around time. When ever we call customer care they say within 24hrs they fix it. It is something like unplug and plug it at the last minute of 24th hour

@ACTFibernet Make it fast. Calling customer care for every 2 hrs from morning. Every executive says will be solved within 2 hrs. But already I made many calls and story goes on. When everything is based on Internet now, why don't you hire more people.

@ACTFibernet No one is looking into my issues. @ACTFibernet is down to plainly cheating the customers to earn money. Not reverting bill amount, force closing the SRs, calling the customer for issues but disconnecting calls when the customer has taken 5 mins to explain. Sad state of affairs.
