    @ACTFibernet one of the worst experiences I had with your broadband service. Internet for every couple of days goes bad and worst part of it is service, no proper response from service team to fix the issue. Hope u fix my issue soon.. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet Also, am not interested in talking to your customer services as I have tried to get this issue many times and the similar issue am raising since last 4 years and no one gives a **** about it as technicians are more interested in closing the tickets instead of resolving it.

    @ACTFibernet worst service i am using since 2014 ,past 1 and half year facing the issue on bill for every 6months , you know that electricity to your box was provided by me and you are giving discount for that 100rs per month but every 6months you are giving discount 100rs only

    @ACTFibernet any particular reason why your Customer Care number won't accept request for shifting of WiFi connection and insisting on raising a complaint on app? Why can't ur rep just come and complete the work!!! It's been 4 days now. You guys don't want to be costumer friendly

    This is not expected by an Internet service provider during the times of hybrid working culture. If Internet is down for a long time who is going to compensate for the loss caused due to the service.@ACTFibernet @BalaMalladi

    @ACTFibernet No doubt the issue is getting resolved but its ruijg my 6-7 hours everytime. Yes the internet works fine after that but why the issue is arrising at first place! Why it's not being taken care of.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I have requested for cancellation of new application done today morning. Your Customer care guys are either disconnecting the call or not even taking the request. Kindly, treat this as cancellation request & Refund since your CC team is not taking it.
