    @ACTFibernet my internet is not working no one is answering the calls very bad service I got the information that within 10 mins field engineers are coming but no more bother to take calls I have important deliverables to complete.

    @ACTFibernet Worst service ever. It's been 2 days that we raised ticket but no resolution since then. Whenever we call a new customer service takes the call and says am escalating. Field engineer is working since morning, still no resolution. For how long???

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD pathetic service. First you send a useless router and then you don’t come to collect it back? This is literally extortion! I’ve called more than 15 times in the last 1 month! Every time I get a response “by eod we will have someone collect”.
