    @ACTFibernet I have performed those actions and they dont seem to help. I am facing this for sometime. However it has become more frequent since two days. I am spending more time buffering/disconnected than actually connected in a day.

    @ACTFibernet Harish Kumar from customer service said he is raising an escalation and should receive a call back from manager in 2 hrs and this happened approx around 9PM. I still have not received this call back. Please check and help

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD and @ACTFibernet .... I have taken a one year package in first one month my connection had a breakdown for three days. You technicians does not respond and customer care officers only apologises. While customer suffers you enjoy profit by not giving services.
