@ACTFibernet what an awful customer service. When my call was transferred to concerned department. They just hung up my call for no reason. This happened 4 times in 30 mins. Stop harassing your customers!! Why would you treat your customers like this??

@ACTFibernet I sent you all details. Got two reminders to pay up for the next 6 months, today the last day - or will be disconnected. This is terrible customer service from you guys. I am NOT paying up for 6 months and want to switch to monthly payment plan. Please make this happen today.
