    @ACTFibernet do u have any shame to rob customers money..I have raise request for refund before one week till now there is no response from your end.Infact you closed the ticket thwice after my call again your executives reopen the ticket..without resolving the issue.

    @airtelindia unexpected behavior. I was informed that the new broadband connection is free for 1 month with the dth connection included. But now @airtelindia is charging us for the free month service with 790 rupees. Time to switch @ACTFibernet for the broadband it seems.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC This is ridiculous I been trying to reach to your customer care exectve to know abt the ETA when the service will be resumd and they are simply disconectn the call on face.This is not the kindof service that was promsd to me whn the connectn was offered

    Terrible terrible service from @ACTFibernet . Three months since a payment has been made for a new switch and nothing has been done. Been ten days since we are facing internet issues and no resolution with all technicians blatantly ignoring calls.

    ACT Fibernet has worse connectivity as well as worse customer care service. Everyday there is internet issues, which is directly impacting my office work. I'm not paying for a headache, atleast they should provide a better network. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Complaint no.:SR10162584114492 Internet has not been working since 2 days and no action is been taken regarding this issue. Rude customer service and no proper answer to when it will be solved. Extremely disappointing customer service. Serious money laundering case

    @ACTFibernet I'm facing the internet issue for the 4th time in the same month. As this is the WFH situations, you guys should be resolving the issues very quick. But, everytime taking 24hrs is not a good thing where we are unable to work.
