@ACTFibernet SR10164740977494 over 24 hours since internet is down. Exceeded SLA. Usual response from callcenter team "team is looking into it, cannot contact the technician directly, no supervisor available for escalation".

@ACTFibernet I had opted for 300mbps speed, but I’m hardly getting 1-3 mbps. Without contacting customer service via phone it’s frustrating when you encounter such issue while working from home. To confirm the issue I checked the bandwidth with Ethernet cable.

@ACTFibernet your services are sooo horrible. I recently moved places and wanted a new connection. Your sales exec registered for a new connection, took the fees and now your tech support says it's not feasible to set up a connection
