    @ACTFibernet u disconnected the phone while I was raising complain abt your internet. Every week your internet doesn't work. @jagograhakjago terms and conditions take money for 6 months but we face issue for weeks and no help. Is this how consumers are dealt with ? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I have already informed in my DM to you as well as to your customer service that I am out of India and can not receive regular calls - I can only take WhatsApp calls. Please provide connection without further DELAY. Your representative spoke and took all the details and assured.

    Act Fibernet has the worst customer service possible in Broadband services. No resolution whatsoever on whatever complaints you raise. Do not opt for Act Fibernet ever. @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago @consumerforum_

    @ACTFibernet What is the ETA? I have been using ACT for more than 10 years and looks like support has degraded to lowest these days. Let me know if you can fix it or will go for @Airtel_Presence or @JioCare. You need 8 days to fix the issue?

    @ACTFibernet Waited again for 20 mins and after my call queue came one call went silent for 5 mins. Never buy ACT their support js worst. @ACTFibernet

    2/2 After the technician reset the connection, the existing Wi-Fi password stopped working and nobody informed us. No update, no communication, and still no reliable internet. Customers depend on your service for workthis level of support is unacceptable. #ACTFibernet #CustomerS
