Our apartment @ACTFibernet box has its doors totally kept open making it vulnerable to #vandalism besides rain and shine. Reported it multiple times. While the #sales team is quite aggressive, the #service team seems to be in deep slumber

@ACTFibernet Act102645579303 from yesterday no internet. What happened ? Will i get extra days due to your repeated problem. Called to your executive,told me electricity issue . Such a big company don't have backup?. Resolve this issue immediately. Or give my money back.

@ACTFibernet You guys are cheating braise the network is available and masking the disconnection in network to save money and cheating customers. Because it’s working next to my home in my friends house. Will take this to next level for sure. Such a cheating..
