  @ACTFibernet Thanks for replying but the issue is every morning for the past two weeks the service is down n we log in a complaint n its restored. So the issue is not on our side n hence we r tired of this morning ritual

  @ACTFibernet I am fed up raising tickets regarding network issue when ever power goes off, Network is not working everytime ticket is closed without proper response. Also there are instances in last few days network is not working though there is power and its restored (1/2)
