  @ACTFibernet you guys suck, was paying for 150 Mbps plan, got 80 Mbps download speed and 3 Mbps upload speed consistent fluctuations around these for the last 2 months, no solutions from the local technicians or customer support. Asked to disconnect, I was assured I’ll get a refund prorated basis (customer service rep said this exact thing), but now they are saying you can’t get a refund. I have already moved to a new carrier. Don’t understand how you guys operate. Give **** speed, don’t resolve the issue and then not giving a refund just because. I am going to raise a complain to consumer court for this.

  @ACTFibernet The issue is still open. Kindly connect with the technician and let me know the current status honestly. Either you guys have not planned for this rainy season properly and are shortage of man power or just straight incompetent. Kindly take a look into this urgently!

  Dear @ACTFibernet it is so frustrating with your customer service while i ordered for one ACT stream box and keep waiting for it. Same experience while trying to upgrade the router and finally i had to give up.

  @reliancejio one of the worst fiber connections. After every 1 week, the internet gets disconnected, and takes 3-4 days to the issue to resolve as the whole area is impacted And the area in question is v good with number of big factories @ACTFibernet did a very good job before

  @ACTFibernet Why have I been charged a 117 late fee when I made the payment on time? Meanwhile, your service was down for 5 dayswhere is the compensation for that? You charge customers instantly, but take no accountability for prolonged outages. Please reverse 117

  @ACTFibernet I heard the same thing a couple of hours back when I was finally able to get through to one of your customer service execs. And was assured it would be restored by 9pm on "highest priority"
