    @ACTFibernet #worstservice #irresponsable had to be on hold for 23mins just to get the call disconnected automatically. They say that their technicians will call back but trust me....I raised 100s of complaints in past 4yrs and it never happened. Worst customer care service ever.

    In this past month I have complained every week. And on my side there is no problem coz I have paid for a service that's at best miserable. All I get in return is "We are sorry. We will look into it" @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Please dont take connection from actfibernet..worst service ...they will disconnect your net every month ..I pay 890rs every month n no net for 2 days ..wtf is going on ..I need a waiver or else I ll go for @HathwayBrdband

    @ACTFibernet SR11051996468072. How much does it take to replace a router ? 10 days to an SR and no follow up or resolution. This is despite writing you umpteen emails, DMs and Tweets. Shame on you Guys!
