    @ACTFibernet sent you a dm....literally posted ticket on Thursday night no update since then... only a message that "ITS TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED" and changing time repeatedly like seriously.... all my family members are currently WFH and this is the service we are getting ???

    @ACTFibernet Internet down for 3 days. Your team asked me to either allow a junction box in my flat or disconnect the connection — this is after I already paid ₹3850 for 3 months. Either restore service or refund the amount. Connection ID: 103731600402

    I think all are scammers even the @ACTFibernet guys are also scammers and fraudsters. They took money but from day 1 internet is not working. Hyderabad Patancheru people are pathetic.
