    @ACTFibernet i took my act connection in november 2020. My plan was of 6 month+1 month with 100 mbps speed. but the speed i am getting since november is only 30-40 mbps. After every 2 days there is a problem in my connection. Act is giving poor service.

    @ACTFibernet This was lodged today 9.30AM Ticket : SR10354976875302. Missed call given to 7406380033 as per process. Neither issue is resolved nor Cust Care called to resolve this.

    It is one of the biggest mistake I did by switching the broadband provider from pioneer broadband to @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD. Instead of multiple follow ups there is no response. My old provider used to resolve the issue in 1 hour which act faild to do in whole day.

    Hey @ACTFibernet why don't you put temporary disconnect option , downgrade plan option in your app. That too as one of the main service. It's annoying to go through the process all through IVR..

    @ACTFibernet Don't try to fool me with these techinal sh*ts ,i know all that and this is not going to help Just improve your service and resolve the slow speed problem or there are plenty of good broadband service rather than Act.
