    @ACTFibernet Internet not working since afternoon, have already raised a ticket. Your executive had told me that the issue is resolved without it actually being resolved. Kindly look into this. Our work is getting affected because of this incompetence.

    @ACTFibernet Your request SR11062260656432 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 9/14/2021 06:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. Not resolved yet. 12 hrs have passed since it went down

    @ACTFibernet you have no idea about what is customer service? my internet is down and complaint not attended to since 12-September. worst all the complaint gets automatically closed. whoever wishing to take ACT please stay away.

    @ACTFibernet I am using ACT Fiber with 150mbps, raising many tickets for frequent connection interruptions.can this be solved? technician doesnt have a solution apart from regular tricks & finally replaces cable still issue remains. another ticket with SR# SR10162265051872

    @ACTFibernet Can this be sorted please.For a connection which I have paid in advance and goes offline every single month is frustrating.There is no confidence when the internet on @ACTFibernet will be out of service.This is a shame for a company which has presence all over India. #shameonACT

    @ACTFibernet No internet due to line cut between distribution switch and my router. Service engineer visited and told he will fix it within 5 mins and then ran off. Now he is asking me to not call him saying he is attending to "other high priority complaints" #Shameful #Lies
