    @ACTFibernet I hold 2 accounts. At first I have decided to disconnect 1 account and called your call center informed about that. But later decided to not to disconnect the account and called to cancel the request and your rep told he has cancelled the deactivation request.

    @ACTFibernet Your customer service keeps closing the service request again and again. Looks like they are not even interested in installing the router and just wanted to sell a more expensive plan. Very disappointed.

    @ACTFibernet The service has been highly disappointing with frequent interruptions and tickets taking days to resolve. Despite paying quarterly, there’s no accountability or compensation for service downtime. If ACT can’t resolve issues promptly, refund the amount. #PoorService

    @ACTFibernet I raised a request on 30-Jun-2025 to upgrade my plan from Smart Max 799 Monthly plan to Smart Mesh 6 Months plan and I also made a payment on same day. But i do not see any progress in this regard. Also app doesn’t show the service request for tracking.

    @ACTFibernet I upgraded to Mesh network plan and your customer care executive told me that router will be installed within 48 hours. But even after 5 days it has not been installed. Please resolve this.
