@ACTFibernet I had issue with WiFi and your great customer care service says within 24hrs it will be resolved but I'm yet to get call or any communication from your end..... I have already paid for 6months and will you extend date of subscription???? What a strategy 👏👏👏

@ACTFibernet My user ID 102418330969 from Bengaluru. When we loose connectivity due to your fault why don't you automatically extend the date of subscription, is your rules not allowing for it. Soon after the subscription ends you know to disconnect, but don't know to fix any issues.👏👏👏👏

@ACTFibernet but seems permanent means less than 24 hours in your dictionary. Very disappointed with service we have 15 connection in apartment and we all plan to migrate to other service provider.
