    This isn’t a paid tweet but god how I love @ACTFibernet ... so seamless & their customer care/ service is equally great & prompt! Have it over a year now, best wifi I swear! I have literally tried every other wifi/connection out there.

    @ACTFibernet Issue is resolved for now, but just wanted to mention that your service getting worse by the day and if this continues, you would be losing a lot of customers including me.

    On the other @ACTFibernet has been hopeless they removed the backup power box about 6 months ago... so wherever power goes internet goes down.... Reaching there support is a nightmare.... looks like they don't care about users in our building.

    @ACTFibernet I was on impression that it's a professional company to give a proper services on Fiber connections. But It's a pathetic service company as I understood from the new connection experience.

    @geekyranjit @ACTFibernet Don't know about Hyderabad, but ACT support has been really responsive in New Delhi. Whenever connection was out, they resolved it quickly.

    @ACTFibernet My request was taken to downgrade my plan. Service request was open to be resolved by 4/2/12 however today it was closed and the plan+ bill remains the same. I have reopens the service ticket. I will not be paying my bill till my plan has been changed as requested.
