    @ACTFibernet pathetic service have bought this broadband connection 2 months back and it has stopped working 5 times and heights is this time it’s not working since 4 days and no rely no contact from ur team amazing example of pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet once again the same issue which kept coming for me and no solution from your end. Right from Friday I am unable to use and no proper response at your end. Every time when I ask your technicians , they say 6 hr it will be ready and nothing happens. Fedup

    @ACTFibernet very pathetic customer service I have raised complaint on 12jan to change my current plan they said it's gonna be 48hours still my issue is not resolved I called them no.of times they simply hung of on me I wrote mails too seriously worst customer service.

    @ACTFibernet It's not just delay due to company policy. It's intentional delay. Today one of ACT tec team member has come and fix 10 cm ofc wire and went away.
