    @ACTFibernet is a pure scam, continues to disappoint with frequent service disruptions and poor support. Tickets get auto‑closed, callbacks never happen, and even basic service quality isn’t maintained. Customers deserve better, would not recommend this provider. #worstservice

    @ACTFibernet I paid ₹700 for relocating my ACT Fibernet connection, but the relocation is still pending. I've been waiting without any proper update, despite paying the relocation charges in advance. This level of service is unacceptable.

    @airtelindia asked to cancel my connection and so I did. When I attempted @JioCare, after 3 days of payment says technical issue, need 10 days to fix. This is in Chennai, Anna Nagar area. What about you @ACTFibernet?

    @ACTFibernet One Of the worst service provider in chennai.. Frequent disturbances in internet connection since 15 days. Technicians coming and going but no resut. Better to Deactivate and live peaceful. Worst and worst

    @ACTFibernet Your associate said net was never disconnected for more than 24 hours.. Airtel and Jio has extended a month near my home.. may be i will switch too

    @ACTFibernet Everyone is currently pointing to the backend team. However, the person who contacted me about this doesn't have the power to fix it. If she can't resolve the issue, I'm unclear why she was assigned to handle it. Please connect me with someone who can take action.

    @ACTFibernet SR10381401388914 pending from 1st August. Shifting across 2 streets only. Still not resolved. Kindly look into this. Already called customer CARE few times. Nothing’s moving
