@ACTFibernet 4 hours since the issue started and no resolution so far. I have almost run out of mobile data. Can you tell me why the fix is taking so long @ACTFibernet ? I have called the support twice and they said it'll be done by 7:30 PM. It just doesn't make sense to me

@ACTFibernet 5 hours since the issue began. I have been forced into buying additional data to work due to no fault of my own. @ACTFibernet Hasn't even had the courtesy to respond back with a proper reason. I am tired. Am pretty sure I won't be given any discount in my next internet bill

@ACTFibernet i was 2 year user of act, best service, the best part is technical support bhaiya ji, who supported even in night after 10 when his shift was already over, thanks act I would like to continue your service but u didnt have wires here.

(1/n) Hello @ACTFibernet Chennai. I have the ACT junction box at my residence since mine was the first ACT connection in my area. You promised a Rs.50 discount in the monthly bill. But you never applied this discount unless asked repeatedly.
