    @ACTFibernet Your website says you offer service in Tiruvallur, your CC number's automated response says service in TN is only in Chennai, Coimbatore, and Madurai. After being on hold for 10 minutes to speak to an executive with waitlist-1, no luck. Do you serve Tiruvallur?

    @ACTFibernet called customer service twice regarding my connection shifting request. The call was disconnected from the other end. Thank u for your service. I just want you to clear whether my request will be processed or not, I can proceed with any other providers.

    @ACTFibernet After the maintenance time window it started working now. Anyway will be happy to know why it goes down frequently and if sufficient measures are taken for the same.

    @ACTFibernet is there way to contact your costomer support? I don't find any support number or support email but all I can do is raising an ticket with some bot which never tells the exact resolution time.

    @ACTFibernet my broadband is down for the last 48 hrs still the ticket is not resolved SR10862230322802 facing these kind of issues for atleast 2 - 3 days every month.

    @theadityadas @ACTFibernet If you complete tye duration of prepaid plan, they convert it into postpaid without any notice. Horrible experience. Stopped using their service after this.
