To this day it wasn't resolved and on top of that your support team were consistent in giving false promises. Yours has to be the worst downfall in customer care.

Some responsibility and accountability @ACTFibernet. This is the 3rd time the internet has gone down within a month. I would expect a refund or extension of the duration of the downtime to my plan. That's the bare minimum I'm expecting.

Anurag (@anurag_abk) reported@ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore FYI, do not go for ACT wifi! You will regret the decision. SR10280004058854 once more same issue, no power for hub. They said they will pay 59inr per month to a person and they did not, so that guys asked them to take it somewhere else. Same problem.

It’s a recurring issue. We need the internet restored urgently as board results are being announced tomorrow.
