    @varunkrish @ACTFibernet Also ACT used to have this clever "24 hrs" resolution time..it looks like a day but it is actually 3 days( 24 working hours..3x8 hours per day)..not sure if they have changed it

    @ACTFibernet Let me inform you people calling from ACT but they are disconnecting the call once we lift. This is seriously unethical. Moreover, they are closing the complaint tickets saying customer can't be reached. Make sure they are going to call and speak with me and resolve the issue.

    This is 21st Century and @Airtel_Presence doesn't even acknowledge a complaint.TAT for technical issues in this WFH era is 48 hours. Made a wrong decision switching from @ACTFibernet. I guess I will switch back as these type of service is not expected. #AirtelBlack #poorservice

    @ACTFibernet Pathetically slow action for a complaint raised in the morning, tentative resolution time was 7PM which in itself is slow, it's already beyond that now, still no way to know status of that or push for some resolution!
