Your company was using my Electricity and Space from the last 6 months , without my consent and knowledge. When asked to shift your Box from my Space , they intentionally cut my Internet Wire ( Competitive service ) and also took the wire along. Really low of you ! @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet are the service in Lucknow down weird as my WiFi got reset on its own. Anyone else facing this issue. And if you have to redirect complains to a chatbot from your mobile where send button does nothing then why even have an app ?

@ACTFibernet No response on my query, you guys have lost the josh... we pay for 125 MBPS and we get 10 MBPS, when we raise a query we get temporary solution and again the trouble starts... pls fix or refund

@thecroindia hi team, need your help. This is regarding @ACTFibernet . The customer care executives make false promises on calls. won't even let me speak to any senior managers. This is a direct violation where a consumer is unable to even escalate the issue to the authorities.

@nch14404 @ACTFibernet @balamalladi I have been harassed by #ACTFibernet customer care executives who have been cheating the customers. There is no way to escalate this also as they say they will make a senior manager call back and no one calls back. Need help with this.
