  @ACTFibernet Seems you guys only had to turn the switch back on! The issue got resolved less than 5 mins after your response on x and via mail. Unfortunate that I had to wait 40+hours in the National capital for broadband to be restored. Messaged u my registered mobile no.. @TRAI

  @ACTFibernet After 21 hours the outage was fixed. My feedback: frequent outages 1-2 times a month, slow and delayed support. Helpdesk is not reachable even after several tries #fail #actfibernet

  Don't buy @ACTFibernet connection they are complete fraud, it's been just 1 month since I have taken connection and internet went off more than 10 times. Customer support is also useless. Complete Fraud!!!

  @ACTFibernet What eligibility? It’s my money n u cudn’t the provide service but want to retain my money. Keep it. No return of router. Adjust it against my credit if you don’t refund. I will break the router on the road, capture a video and post it on social media showing ACT’s true colour
