Despite many calls and getting assurances of escalation and it will be fixed within 24 hours 4-5 times, issue has not been resolved yet. This is really bad service off late.

I was told I get my connection installation done by EOD on 29 May. They failed. Today, on 30 May they told they will do it by 2 pm. Still no update.

There has been absolutely no update regarding the cause or the expected resolution time. How much longer are we expected to wait for a service that we are paying for?
