@ACTFibernet it's been more than 48 hours and tgere ia no internet and the irony is that no technician has contacted me so far. It is as if the company is testing our patience. Please get someone to fix the issue as I work from home and it is causing a lot of inconvenience.

@ACTFibernet I was assured by your customer support that the issue is resolved at their end and it will be removed from my account automatically. I got disconnected while I was in an office meeting. I paid for 6 months while taking the conn. Tell me how do I get the money back.
