@rockzaashish @ACTFibernet @TRAI Same here. The sales person of ACT promised me connection within 3 days, then they are not picking up the calls after collecting the payment. It's been 11 days since I paid them and I'm still waiting. Terrible customer service!

@ACTFibernet guys my internet is not working since Wednesday and no responses from the customer care either, tkt was raised but no use [ SR10237861897752] . Can't stress how much important it is to stay connected for work, already 3 days have passed by. Need immediate resolution
@ACTFibernet Same problem. I have raised so many complaints via multiple forums/channels. It is falling on deaf ears. People are definitely happy if they get extra GBs, but at the same time customers get frustrated when the work is not getting done as for the money paid.
