    Hi I am not a customer of ACT Fiber. It was found that ACT Fiber had unauthorisedly drawn electricity from my service connection without my consent,which constitutes electricity theft under the Electricity Act, 2003 Legal notice as well folowup email sent No action @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Its not about tracking the tickets almost 2 weeks internet is not working properly. No one is taking it seriously to fix the issues. They are all interested to close the ticket asap. Its rediculas

    @ACTFibernet Its identifed as server side fault, whatever bullshit explained to customer is useless. Why no one monitor from your technical team even after two weeks disruption of internet services. Its really pathetic. Thank to the service engineer who fixed it today finally !!

    @ACTFibernet why you are not disconnecting my internet if I don't pay bill by 10th why y charge additional charges I am not bounded to pay you extra amount I have not taken a advance loan or service from you, if due date is finished pls disconnect don play tom and jerry games..

    @ACTFibernet i recently upgraded my internet plan (a/c 101695177912),service guy came for upgrade router then he screwed whole setup.I realized late since i have multiple provider connection.I am chasing him for fixing and he is lying that he will visit today. Horrible experience
