@ACTFibernet Your technicians visited but only lifted the ACT cable, ignoring the restoration of my service cable 'GI wire' that snapped because of its weight. This reflects a very careless attitude. Isn’t it their responsibility to fix it?

It's almost impossible to get in touch with the customer's care to get my wifi issue fixed so, I requested a new connection to @ACTFibernet so that they will connect with me. As expected, they called me in few minutes and this is how the conversation went..
