    @ACTFibernet i have already escalated but no use . Same response everytime that the technician will call. Zero help . I cannot even connect back to the technician ffs.

    @ACTFibernet standard installation timeline passed and still no update. No communication, no information. If your team cannot handle a simple installation on time, how can I expect proper service from you ahead? Please check this immediately. CAF NO 110815776657

    Yet another issue. WiFi stays in red whenever there is a power cut and when it comes back. Manually have to remove the power cables from both the routers and reconnect them to fix it. Terrible experience yet again. Can you fix anything?? @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet If down time is for the whole day time ACT has to refund that days charges. It is happening almost every 10 days
