    @ACTFibernet has become extremely unreliable lately. My connection has been disrupted four times, and each time it took 2–3 days to restore service. Despite multiple follow-ups, the response wr poor. I'm very disappointed, as this is affecting my ability to wfh. #patheticservice

    @ACTFibernet Your CRM Leo John from Chennai has stopped responding to messages or calls after making payment. Is this the service served by ACT? Why is that it becomes tough for you guys to respond after taking payment?

    @ACTFibernet internet down for 7 days so far in July. Now I want to disconnect. I had already paid in advance till Oct. Service team saying we will disconnect but not refund. This after I have been a user of their services since last 8 years. Pathetic service in Dwarka, delhi

    @ACTFibernet Only talks no actions . Resolution should be by 9pm as per ETA but that never mets . Earlier also multiple time raised ticket for no Internet when power is off . No resolution they simply close tickets. Seems like fraud company . Be aware

    @ACTFibernet your speeds have been going down, SLAs of 24 hours, no trouble shooting if an issue keeps repeating for a customer. Clearly shows you are getting complacent and are not bothered about every customer anymore.

    Don't ever take the Act fibernet for the broadband services,since 4 days network has disconnected and the response from the team is also not satisfactory. I am most dependent on the Internet for my work ,kids are missing their cartoons and same as my parents @ACTFibernet
