    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet : I have been additional charged by ACT FIBERNET on swapping modem from one room to another room, I called customer care no response on the issues I have emails no response, When add management team they called me and told I should continue the service

    @ACTFibernet Just got a message from @ACTFibernet #WFH Your ticket SR10167085222645 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 17-Feb (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT Almost from 2010 using Act and never had this much downtime if we had also we would have been informed earlier only
