    @ACTFibernet why today 27-03-2022 Internet is not working in Vijay Nagar and Attiguppe. Atleast 3-4 days a month, your Internet won’t work properly.

    @ACTFibernet It's a rediculos ... Against my every escalation you have giving standard answer than the resolution...no meaning to escalate further. I am going to file a complaint in consumer court for mental harassment.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 130th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @ACTFibernet How come I can’t change plan for my act Fibrenet prepaid connection and this is how you serve your users right? If I reach out to your customer care I’m on a long hold and call disconnects. I need to have change plan option enabled on my act Fibrenet app itself. Horr
