  Hi @ACTFibernet this is regarding my request SR10280004314794. It’s been over 5 days with no internet since 29th April. Every day I’m told “24 hours,” but there’s no resolution. If you’re unable to fix it, please be transparent. Very disappointing service—not recommended.

  @ACTFibernet 4 days. ₹1295 paid. 50+ customer care calls. Multiple emails. Still no ACT Fibernet connection. Every time I call, I get the same copy-paste answer with no real update. This level of negligence towards new customers is shocking. . @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet Hi, one thing you did very fast is service Disconnection ticket raised and it Disconnected with in same day, thanks for that, along with me and 2 other who has connections from same CP box has switched to Airtel. Can you look in to the CP box shifting ticket which is pending

  @ACTFibernet is arguably the worst internet service provider ever, in chennai. The internet connection has been down since yesterday and nobody seems to know what the issue is and tells you that someone is going to call you back but nobody ever calls you!!!

  @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore Day 4 with No Wifi, blamed on 2 hrs of rain from a week ago. Complaint (SR10280081837574) raised, constant follow ups, but same empty reassurances & still no fix. At this point, it’s not a delay, it’s just being ignored. Clear deficiency in service.
